BEST Plasma Center I've Been to! I've donated plasma at a few centers before, but ABO Plasma truly stands out. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the facility is always clean and well organized. I've never felt more comfortable or well taken care of. If you're looking for a great place to donate, I highly recommend this one!

I am gonna get brutally honest.? There is nothing about this place that is donor friendly.? Out of all the centers I ever donated, this has been the only one whose pay card takes outrageous fees.? The center's response will be to talk to them about tips to reduce the fees.? How about listening to donors' feedback and change your card system so we are not burdened with so many fees?? None of the other centers use cards that take out these outrageous fees. Their kiosk is outdated.? Other centers have an app

Great first experience! Highly recommend this place (granted I have nothing to compare it to). Everything went smoothly and service was great. Pay is great too (for a first time donor).

Short lines to donate, and decent payment. But they do not honor the referral program, I sent someone to donate and they did not it pay me bc they claimed that he forgot to mention I was sending him b4 the first donation, even when we both clarified that several times, it is a pitty!!

Went here for a few Months and honestly I just remember the staff being super nice and outgoing with some really cool people that were professional and knew what they were doing.

I have donated at all the near by plasma centers and this facility is by far the best. The management is compassionate, kind, and on the floor working alongside the employees. Everyone is welcoming and I love having little chats with them when I am getting ready to donate. This is the best option if you are wanting to donate.

I've been donating with ABO for a little under a year, which was good. But I am flabbergasted at the way they treat you if a phlebotomist is to double stick you then defer you. Oh and better yet, you get a whopping $20 for your discomfort and wasted time. ?Which isn't something we normally do, it's normally $10.?

The ladies and the service are phenomenal, but it can get busy. It pays, oh, and the guys are cool. Quick & easy. Lemon squeezy

not even going to attempt to refer people, heard stories about refferal bonuses not being honored Pay is pretty low, additionally theres a fee for everything... Using your card? a $0.50 cent fee Transaction declined, oh thats $0.25 Breathing? thats a fee. also the card declines for no good reason even if you have funds, so your loosing 0.25 cents every time. claims you have "insufficient funds" then charges you for it. I will be going somewhere else

Been going for 10 months, great staff, very professional. Only 2 bad procedures which is pretty good! Service is pretty fast, obviously depends on day of the week and the time of day. Payout is fast -- never had a problem...

My experience donating at ABO has been nothing less of great. The staff is very nice and always attentive to donors. Michael and Maegan are always willing to help the flow during busy hours, which is something most managers do not do. The center itself is very clean and organized, and the payouts are very fair in my opinion.

This center closes early for any reason. 2 working days of the week it closes early. Not to mention holidays. I can go to octapharma in SLC and it's open till 7pm everyday besides Christmas. Do your workers not enjoy a full days work.

This place is a joke, my boyfriend has been donating here for a couple months and almost every time has problems. One of the first times he donated the kid putting the needle in his arm got his glove stuck under the needle and didn't realize and ripped the needle out of his arm and he started spraying blood everywhere then they made him get poked again so he could get his donation money. Then today he went and donated and they almost gave him a BLOOD CLOT, and he lost A LOT of blood. They had the nerve to t

I have been donating here since August of last year. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. There has definitely been an occasional need for a restick or an adjustment of the needle, but no one is going to do it perfectly every time. The one time I received a referral for my protein levels they were informative and prompt about getting a second blood draw done so I could test again and come back. This center doesn't require appointments, which can be a mixed bag, but even when busy they'

I have been going to ABO plasma for about a year now and this is what I can say for sure about it. ABO is one of my favorite places to donate out of all the plasma centers I've been to. They have great employees there to help you through the process of donating and answer any questions you may have. I am always paid within the hour I leave and have had no issues with the card they provide me. While donating I have seen the management staff hard at work and if any complications happen on the floor they are q

This place has internal politics that border on insane. They decide whether they will payout referral bonuses based on rumor a speculation. Their rules become more and more socialist so get your first 4 donation bonuses and then go to biolife or griffols just to avoid the whiplash of whatever upper management feels like. I was owed 100 bucks for a referral bonus. Then my referral out of spite claim I pressured her into putting my name as a referral. And somehow I pressured her into donating twice after to m

They can get incredibly busy. I've waited an hour from check in just to get into a chair but if you go at the right time, mainly late mornings or early afternoon, you get back super quick. The staff are all very friendly and the first visit process was easier than other centers I've been too. Their partner for the payment card loses them a star though. Lots of fees including a high ATM fee with limited locations.

The place was great, I donated got out was good n fast. BUT I've been waiting for my pay for 2 days. They already knew I was a lapsed donor. When I left.. They were using that as an excuse for me not getting my pay on time. I got a hold of them five times already called a lot more than that. Got a call back telling me that I was going to get paid in the morning and it didn't happen.. had to call them some more. Still waiting

I waited and sat for 45 mins to donate- answered the 100+ questions and let them know right from the start I was T1 diabetes and had an insulin pump. The physician said ?have her finish the account and then we'll go over everything? pulled me back into room 3 and said ?you can't donate because you're insulin dependent but you can try other centers? man, I paid a babysitter to WASTE MY TIME FOR THIS WHEN YALL COULD HAVE SAID IN THE BEGINNING ?YOU CANT DONATE? how incredibly frustrating and what a weird power

I referred a friend who?d donated 2 times. The first time there was no issues, the second time they missed on both arms!! I did not get the referral because they messed up on both arms! It seems to me that it happens often because it happened to another buddy of mine. They take no (accountability) for making the mistake and blame the seller, donor or whatever you want to call it. It's very unfortunate. I hope this helps for anyone who's thinking about donating here.

I had an excellent experience at the plasma place! The staff was friendly and professional, making the donation process smooth and efficient. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and they took all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment. I appreciate their dedication to helping those in need and their commitment to community health. I'll definitely be returning to donate again in the future. Highly recommended!

Not sure where all the bad experiences are coming from. I have been going here for about two months twice a week and I can say each and every visit has been very pleasant. They have been quick and friendly I have nothing to complain about. I am a healthy person with a healthy weight so finding and getting my veins is so easy.

My wife is from Chile and her first language is Spanish. In Chile she was a teacher for 17 years. At times she does her donations from different places. This Orem location for ABO is her favorite. My son and daugther also donate here as well. She is extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The staff is wonderful and they make accommodations for those who speak Spanish. Never any problems and highly recommend this place to people of all cultures.

If you must make a blood sacrifice at the altar of capitalism, this is a fine place to do so. Minus one star because the restroom is often out of toilet paper. Edit: I'm delighted that since my initial review, the bathrooms are always fully stocked and usually even have an extra roll or two. Next on my wishlist: a hook or shelf for personal belongings in the bathrooms. If those are installed, they'll definitely get my final star.

Very nice staff. Super clean place. Big TVs showing short clips of animals, fails or just fun clips. They usually have raffles every month as well.

All the staff are amazing! Professional and friendly. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! I've been going here for almost a year and haven't had a bad experience. 10/10 recommend donating here!

This place is racist. I went to donate plasma for the first time here. My husband referred me because he said that the process was very fast, and that they skipped many procedures that companies actually do in other places, such as watching the video where they explain everything they will do with your plasma. The truth is, I was super excited to donate plasma at ABO plasma, but the moment I arrived, that all changed. Upon arrival I said, ?I have an appointment today,? and they told me, "I'm sorry, there is

I recently visited the ABO Plasma Center in Orem and wanted to share my experience. While the staff was attentive, nice and the facilities were clean, with brand new equipments I encountered a significant issue after my first 2 visits As someone who maintains an exceptionally clean lifestyle, abstaining from alcohol, drugs, smoking, tattoos, or any behavior that could pose a risk, and being married with the same woman for 15 years I was shocked by the results of an HIV test conducted at the center. Initial

I had an amazing experience here! I used to go to a different center but the wait time there was driving me nuts so I decided to switch to ABO plasma. All the staffs are very professional and friendly but shoutout to Justin for helping me have a smooth and good donation experience! You can tell he's a genuine dude! Will definitely come back!

In another center they always told me that my veins don't work and when I got here they never denied me, they took the time and I'm going to be 2 months old without problems, they are excellent, and Josh is incredible.

I came to refer my wife who is from Venezuela but has been living in the United States for 3 years, has taken English classes, and is married to me a native English speaker. My wife had set up an appointment and had all of the required documentation. When we walked in my wife told the receptionist that she had an appointment. Before even asking for my all of the required documents (Mail, social security, Utah license), the lady heard my wife?s accent and told her ?We cannot attend bilingual people today bec

Aislinn is amazing! She is such a a professional at everything she does and very clean super nice! ABO is so much better than Grifols, more space, CLEANIER. Staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

I donated plasma for the first time. Everyone was incredibly polite, never saw a smile drop. They really made me feel safe and it ended up being a great experience.

2 stars because an employee clicked the wrong button and no manager was there to fix the accident. This made it so I couldn't donate today, which unfortunately means I cant?t reach my max donations for this month. I'm not sure how often this happens but I assume enough times that employees should be able to fix their accidents or a manager should be there at all times. Thanks. I hope y?all have a great day and I hope y?all can work out the kinks so everyone who is eligible to donate, can donate, when they t

Great facility and staff, but the payment card they use is garbage. Can only take cash out at a POS (using an ATM will always charge 1.50, even if in-network) so you can never pull your whole balance off the card. I donate to help pay bills but if I can't use the money to deposit in my checking/savings account, there's no point.

Excellent service. Usually pretty quick from entry to donating in the chair. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It's clean and has TVs for those who don't bring their own entertainment.

I've been sitting in the room waiting for a bed to donate. 3 people than came into this room after me went before me. I talked to the male worker with blond hair and mustache. I informed him and he said that they were here before me and that was not true. And he just called another person back and everyone in the room with me said that that was messed up.

Their phlebotomists are all new. I was disqualified during my second draw 75% to complete due to poor insertion. I am super healthy with great veins. I am a certified phlebotomist myself. No one ever has trouble with my veins. Bruised on first draw and they won't allow you to come back if both arms bruised. They should not penalize the donor for their poor staffing. As I sat there I watched two other donors get disqualified due to staff errors. Very frustrating to see a great program run this way.

I've been to a four plasma places in total, but this is my favorite one out of all of them. The staff is really nice as well as competent and responsive. Generally the wait isn't long at all, either, which I appreciate.

Nice people. Just ask for a senior to stick you. Their new people missed my vein my first time in. Can't use that arm for a while due to bruising. And now I've been sent home mid donation on blood watch because they damaged the vein on my right arm.(which deferred my payment for the day as well ofc) Might not be able to donate for a bit due to bruising but I need the money. Save yourself the hassle and ask for a senior

This places sucks so much . I went for my first donation and they stuck me wrong twice so I couldn't fully donate the first time . Then I went with my brother for my second time and his second time ( as I referral him ) and we both fully completed our donations . In order for you to get the referral bonus you have to do two full donations (but I couldn't because they stuck me wrong twice ) and now they won't give me the bonus because we went twice !!! This place is a total scam .

Everyone is super kind and helpful, from someone who has donated other places for a long time, I have a shorter waiting time here and they have chairs to sit in while you wait. All of the phlebotomist are great and I haven't had any problems! Best place to donate

Amazing place to donate! I used to donate at biomat but I moved & was looking for a new place to donate. This center is significantly faster and cleaner than any other location I've donated at! Highly recommend. My first time as a new donor I was in & out in an hour & 1/2.

Its a more chill center and the best part is YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE! HALLIE!! quit dodging me. I thought we were buds ....?? And then you left?gone forever ??

They're super nice here, everything is new which is great. They pay better than most places and have only missed me once. Love all the technicians!

I LOVE donating here! The facility is super clean and I've had positive interactions with every staff member. I highly recommend! :)

This place is terrible!!!! DON'T DONATE HERE. I SPENT 2 HOURS HERE AND THEY ONLY PAID ME $25 I have donated at other places for years without any problem at all. They're inexperienced phlebotomists don't know how to find veins. Other places pay you whether they find a vein or not. Once they poke you they pay full price ABO doesn't know how to treat their customers. We are the ones that lay the golden egg for them but they don't seem to realize it. Stay away from them

Best plasma place I've been to! Everyone is so friendly and nice! I live how I don't have to make an appointment. They go through the screening process pretty quickly as well.

donating here has been efficient, clean, calm, and safe!! are there times occasionally where you wait for a bit, yes, are there newer phlebotomist yes? the center is brand new. try centers with higher volume, waits are much longer! special shout-out to joslyn and hallie they are honestly extremely talented phlebotomist; give them a raise!!

Everyone?s so nice! They make sure you are healthy before doing donating. They speak spanish and english here too!

Abo is the best plasma center there employees are so nice and well trained! Sophia stuck me and she was so nice and her stick was painless and smooth!

The young kids here that they call ?physicians? think they are high grade Medical Doctors. Yet they just took a 5 min course online that apparently qualifies them to give ?physicals?. I have a birth mark on my elbow and they had a huge power trip, took me into one of the rooms and interrogated me for 2 hours as if I just murdered someone. Calling me a liar and that it didn't look like "every other birth mark". Well miss, sorry I'm not like every perfect person in the world like you, that have the exac

First time ever trying to donate, vein infiltrated, wasted hours of my morning and was told I would be paid and could try again since I wasn't able to donate due to feeling sick the employee said it was normal and that sometimes that happens the first time. Wasn't paid and when I called them they said it didn't matter what I was told. Terrible experience. I really needed that or else I wouldn't have tried but apparently they can't stick to their word so I guess I won't be trying a second time. Make sure not

I donate plasma on a regular basis at another facility. I went here to try it out for the first time since I was in the area. The phlebotomist and the phlebotomist LEAD were unable to get a flow after fishing [painfully]. I will never go back here again, donate at Grifols, they are more qualified and have better skill sets. Three hours of my time wasted for nothing. My arm still hurts, i might go to urgent care.

I have enjoyed coming here :) it's always been a pleasant experience, love the atmosphere and staff! They're all so welcoming and willing to help.

Best place to donate! They are so friendly here, they do a great job of making you comfortable, and they are fast. Definitely recommend!

Hallie was the most amazing phlebotomist I've ever met! Great stick! Pretty smooth! In and out! Can't wait to go back!

Honestly, the best plasma center in utah county. The staff is so caring and kind. The facilities are brand new and they keep it so clean. Highly Recommend. Brinley and Halle have been amazing!

People just talk instead of doing there jobs they will make you sit and wait after you completed your donation because they just like to chit chat so just plan on being here for atleast 2-3 hours

very sanitary very kind and quick staff

Anyone complaining just either doesn't know the rules, or had an accident happen. I've been to many centers over time and they're just as good or better then the others.

This picture is for the people that say they don't know how much they pay, even though it's posted all over the center.

They should have more staff. There are days when you wait 30 minutes and some workers are very slow.

Transferred over from Biolife. Everyone that works here are super cool and professional the process is pretty quick. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here, overall great experience and convenient!

Try basing some of your medical rules on LGBTQ+ people and donation on actual, up to date medical research instead of fear based on homophobia. Many other places have, why not you guys? You're not following FDA standards...

Very excited that another plasma center is available in the area. Probably one of the friendliest places I've been too. And I personally really like how there set up.

I LOVE coming here! They are the friendliest people and so fun to be around! Great environment. Definitely come here!!

This place is mad chill. That girl Meg is dope. Super clean and efficient! I will definitely be going back!

The staff is very friendly and the phlebotomists are great ! Will come back again!!!!

This is a great new center! Friendly and kind staff. The process was very smooth and the center looked clean and fresh. Overall, great experience! ????

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff! It's an Easy donation every time!

My favorite place to donate! Staff?10/5 stars. Fun, friendly, experienced. Facility?5/5 stars. New & Clean

ABO is so awesome! Staff is super friendly and know what they are doing!!

Great place to donate blood ?? Nice and clean inside, the stuff is friendly and professional ??

It is a nice and clean place. All staff members are very helpful and professional!

The staff is friendly and overall I've had a good experience donating here

Solid place to donate. Good vibes. The staff is super chill. 10/10 will donate again.

This place isn't the best . From my experience I Went there and they stuck me wrong and wasn't able to complete my donations .

Great staff and always an easy experience to go and donate plasma. Maegan, Shae and Halle especially are welcoming and make it fun

Very awesome very nice people I recommend this place to my friends and family

Very friendly and experienced staff! Short/ no wait time to donate!

I really like it here. They're so friendly :)

Will you post your hours somewhere please?! I'm here now thinking it was open and it's not. Hours are not on your website!

Great people! So nice, everything is usually quick. Change the payscale to be more balanced!

I absolutely love coming to ABO the staff is amazing and friendly and fast!!!

Everyone was so nice here! They made giving blood as nice of an experience as it can be:)
