Customer Reviews

I would recommend this place. I've gone to a different location and it's nothing like here. The staff a great and the facility is always clean. I've always had a great experience.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place, but my advice will be to go for the first 2 times and get your 100 bucks and your 100 bucks. And then don't go back because they'll do things like take money from the piddly. Little $45 they want to give you for A. Regular donation If something happens and you can't give them all the gold that they want. So just we advise other places pay you more per visit than this place. But they have a good first 4 donations of 100 100 75 75 then it drops to 45 and that is l

It's a good place,the staff have a good mood.

If I could give 0 stars I would...I was denied donating because when I brought in my proof of address with a legitimate home address that I live in, it didn't have my middle name on the mail...had my address, first and last name was spelled correctly it's just my mail didn't have my middle name on it...how many other people could possibly be in this world that has the same spelled first, middle and last name as mine??? Also someone else I brought with me who also wanted to donate was denied because she rent

You have to be stupid to put a prepotent person with the worst attitude and the worst customer service in front desk (this girl with black hair). Now I can confirm this people don't want donors here.

Sketchy and shady. I was deferred for the stupidest reasons. The receptionist and manager was smug and had an aura of self entitlement. They take all your personal information and won't delete it after even if you've decided against donating. There are better centers out there. Do yourself a favor.

Very bad company in relation to others in the area. Regret coming here for sure.

love this place! everyone is super nice! always in a good mood! place is spotless, super clean. there's always someone available if you need anything! every employee knows my name! definitely a 5 star place!

Very Helpful Staff with a great environment!

I realy like the service here

Started going here staff is great n do a great job plus you get extra funds for donations they Re very professional n guick note if you do things right address n name as they tell you proof of address everything goes well remember it's a medical facility n they do go by policy

I usually don't write these unless I have a terrible experience. But fortunately this is different. I had the best experience coming here after my past experiences with other donation centers. ABO Plasma has been the quickest and most efficient center I've been to myself. All of the staff in the center are amazing. I've had a good experience with my donation itself with Daniel. Quick and painless. I would definitely refer anyone over to him. Pays close attention to detail, never had any issues at all while

Edited review their horrible here I would not recommend this place. They will bruise you. It is not normal to be bruised. Also, they blame you for anything even if it's just them not doing their job right and they will gossip about you and talk about you. I've heard them talk about others. I'm sure they've done it about me and in a bad way.

The first time you come it takes about 3 hours but after that it takes less. They have nice staff and it's painless. Good for anyone trying to get extra cash

The Staff are evil people who are not understanding. Do not donate here. You will regret it.

The staff are very kind and professional, they will take of you to the best of their ability, very clean and overall a great experience.

The people here are nasty? Meaning they have bad vibes. They're like a little cult where they talk about people and only respect each other. They will also bruise you I do not recommend the payments aren't even that great at all

Staff are very friendly and professional..

This place made me feel like a human pin cushion and like they are disorganized when it comes to bonuses. Also the debit card fees are worse than Grifols Biomat USA. However, there's plenty of room for improvement. They're a new center, so the phlebotomists aren't the best at finding your vein, yet. I am certain this will improve with time as they gain experience. However, I had them struggle twice with this. With the first time leaving me significantly bruised for 2 weeks. The second time I decided to jus

I always donate here! It's great, My name is Andres Munoz, they'll give you $100 on your first donations!
