ABO Plasma West Valley, UT

Staff was alright but they informed me because the ownership in New Jersey is old that they are not updating policies to allow male individuals who have been with other males to donate indefinitely.. all other centers like griffols and CSL allow this. It's pretty humiliating honestly :/

So I was there today and it was end of month so I know they be busy but when 3 managers just walk around pretending to be busy is not okay. One manger even asked if the other team members if they had there breaks she said only one she just walked away walked around then went to her office for about 30 mins then the second manager keep coming out and looking around then walk away I sat there for over a hour before getting hooked to a machine it was not hard to see that management don't care about there team

Pay is decent, however they have deferred me 2 times this year from bad sticks and platelet loss. I have donated since 1997 and have been to CSL and octapharma and never had an issue before. Experience of phlebotomists matters.

This place is great. The workers are always so friendly ESPECIALLY Yohana ?? I always have a great experience checking in when she's working.

This place is very unprofessional. During my donation last week, i could not help but to over hear staff complaints of management. This went on until the end of my donation. Management needs to treat their staff better from what i heard, i would not want to work along side a management team like they were complaining about. I feel for the staff and will not be returning.

I had donated my 2nd time here today and they only gave me 40 dollars for my 2nd donation even though you're supposed to get 100 after your 2nd donation. I want to give a shout out to Carmen. She is hands down one of the best Phlebotomists I have ever encountered ! Also the other staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Came in right when they opened at 11 and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment for a new donor appointment. The staff were not friendly. Now I'm thinking I dodged a bullet. I decided to go elsewhere and will not be returning here.

This place has been fantastic. Kind and courteous, from Ashley to Nikki, Luke and Z, my experience here has been comfortable and welcoming. Was donating at another facility on and off for awhile but never consistently due to the unprofessional staff, extended wait times, and barely worth it compensation. Worst place you can go! Very unprofessional. They said my protein was low so of course I went to give my blood and sat waiting for three weeks to hear back from them. I've been given nothing but a run around. They have taken so long that they were able to avoid giving me the new donor bonus. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. What a joke.

When I went in for my very first donation On July 6th 2024 after I got my physical and my screening done I sat down in the back when I sat down it took 3 people to stick me.
