the worst centers 2. Come to they're lazy from the front desk, all the way to the back. They don't like to do their job, so you have to book an appointment and even when you a new donor you ended app getting screwed Uber because you're only able to schedule one appointment the first time and then have. To wait a whole week to do another appointment I wouldn't come here. I wouldn't waste my time. They're not considerate. And they don't care, it could be 4 days over yo new day and they still won't pay.You do
Never had a bad experience at this place yes wait times can be longer depending on what time you come in and how many ppl they have working. Hopefully with the new hours ppl will be more satisfied. I've always been comfortable with all the workers when they stick me it never hurts and if you are properly hydrated and pump correctly the process is very fast. My favorite worker is Sharkeem he keeps me laughing Ans makes the experience so much better.
You get in and out as a new donor the staff is very polite. i was in and out very happy to become a new donor thank you Adma for helping everyone both ways donors and people that need the support to make medicine that saves life
I went earlier this morning, and I was very disappointed to say the least with this center. The center is understaffed and someone from management, if I recall her name starts with an ?M?. I overheard they were discussing suspension of employees, I found it very unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen on how they speak of other employees. Considering how they were understaffed before this. Will not be coming back.
Not the quickest but definitely Convenient. Marshaya, dominique, and Charlene are great nurses and staff! They're always attentive and hardworking! For my first experience, they helped alot.
Management and staff are very unprofessional. There is more talking about personal stuff instead of making sure donors are okay. There is not professionalism at all to much playing and conversing with fellow employees. They definitely need more training when it comes to taking blood. Just unprofessional all the way around.
If they don't tell you you're in the ? program ? don't waste your time. 3 to 4 hr waits, they started making people schedule appointments and the wait is still the same. The employees hate it here too and I completely understand why.
Rachet low quality people Rachet low quality service They train their employees to lie to the donors, They don't pay you on time They skip vip donors up who they smoke with on break or after a shift of doing nothing. Pretty much disgusting place to go and an environment to be in for 2-3 hours . Corporate doesn't care or take accountability They just want you plasma so have fun and be prepared this is what you can expect from melanated management sad pathetic and shameful
I have been donating plasma for years and have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. The staff treat you like you are trash just donating for money which is unacceptable! The last two times I went to donate, I walked out without donating. They never have enough help so you have to sit there for hours and my time is worth more than that. I will definitely be finding an alternate plasma center moving forward! It's quite obvious that management does not care how horrible this place is or else they wo
I want to start by saying I'm so sorry that the economy is so bad that I am forced to rely on this center to help me put food on my tables, gas in my tank, and diapers on my kids. I'm sorry if your staff don't see the purpose us waiting hours for the ?little $40? some of us legit need the money and it determines if we eat or not. I know the job is tiring and demanding and I promise I am not one of those complaining, what number am I in line donors. I check in, sit down and remain silent and patient the whol
They steal your money I was promised 110 my second donation as a new donor I also had a $10 coupon I have not received that it's Ben 2 days now and I have not received the $20 dollars witch is $110 new donor fee + 10 coupon fee. This is crazy I feel like I have just Ben scammed.. plus the wait time is extra crazy compared to other plasma centers ADMA has the longest wait time as well. Csl and ADMA are literally neck to neck. But I'm giving it a 1 star because I couldn't give it no STAR. I bet it's going to
Makes zero since to have to schedule an appointment n still have to wait over an hour n a half to be seen places like this needs to be shut down hell y'all already paying little to nothing I swear if it wasn't da new donor fees I would not go I can't wait for my final donation here
It's ridiculous!!! There's probably more people in there then the building code allows. Then they accept more people then they can handle and are usually understaffed and want to take their time or complain. I take time out of my day to go in there and donate and yes they do pay me but $40 and it takes them 4 hours!!! Not worth my time. They need to take appointments not just walk ins. Just all around poor management from what I see. I keep looking for something saying how many people that place is safe to
A Stellar Review of ADMA BioCenters - Conyers, GA I can't say enough positive things about my experiences at ADMA BioCenters in Conyers, GA. From the moment I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly by the front office staff. Their smiles and cheerful ?Hi, how are you doing today?? may seem small, but it has a big impact. That simple act of kindness often brightens my day and sets a welcoming tone for the entire visit. The facility itself is outstanding. It's immaculately clean?something I've noticed se
When you go here make sure you receive all of your funds before leaving or they will forget to pay you then get an attitude when you ask for the rest of your funds,I don't understand why they haven't updated there machines yet to make sure the people get there whole payment I think it's only fair that if you donate your whole plasma you should receive your whole payment, if Shardae is there she will make sure you get your payment before you leave the building seems like she is the only person who can do it,
Today was my first day. The initial process was a breeze. I came on a Monday, which was great for NEW donors because that's typically a slow day. I must say this place and Freedom Plasma is the best so far with professionalism and time. Also, Jackie who stuck me did it with ease. And the current promotion is quite lovely.
I've tried MULTIPLE times to come and be a new Donor and I get turned away every time stating they aren't taking new donors four hours prior to close or just not taking new donors period. But on the website it states they take new donors daily up til 60 minutes prior to close. Also stated on the phone message as well. No one is ever at the front desk to help people. When you call no one answers EVER and when I walked to the back to ask for help and I got nothing but ignored and when someone did notice me th
I was treated very unfairly and I'm very disappointed at these people on how I was treated and crackhead sitting there bragging about how up I'm going to go get plasma and then go get crack but somebody with tonsil stones that went to the doctor and came back got treated like crap that accuse me of recording them when I was on the phone and as soon as they found out I was recording wasn't recording them all the apologies begin and all the hush tones begin I do not think this place is running right the admin
The pay is okay, but don't go if you don't have 6 hours to spend there. The staff can be extremely rude and always very slow. I can't tell you how many times I've been there and what should had taken less than 3 hours took me nearly 7. The staff have no respect for your time. They are always in the back chatting among themselves and could care less about how long you've been there. I've been donating for years at another center and have never had a problem with bruising but every time I donate here I end up
ADMA is the worst of the worst plasma places this is the third time my money is not on my card this shit is literally sad I left the plasma center at 6 o clock and now it is 11:30at night an my money still not on my card this is very frustrating because I had things to do now I can't do anything because my money is not on my card this is ridiculous ?I'm here to stand up for the folks that's going thru this same situation with adma bio center ? adma bio center doesn't know nor do the care for other people
Unbelievably slow. Be prepared to wait for hours and hours while they just talk and joke around in the back. They act like they're just hanging out with friends and not working. This place sucks.
As a new donor my experience was okay. Just to make you all aware the new donors don't get to go in the front of the line. You basically have to wait as a loyal donor which is ridiculous. That's not how you should welcome your new donors AT ALL! We are standing in line or seating and waiting for 3+ hours which is ridiculous and let me REMIND YOU AGAIN I'm a new donor waiting to get stick? In my opinion you should have loyal and new donors to schedule appointments instead of having walk-ins. I believe it wi
I was in this place for 5 hours as a new donor. The staff that's there do not move with a sense of urgency. Yolanda the supervisor, stated that my payout would be on my card about 30-45 mins after donating. Here it is 2 hours later and I still have not received my money. Apparently they want your blood and plasma and do not want to pay you for it. Another young lady made a fuss about leaving before making sure her amount was correct and on her card. I regret not doing the same. Horrible experience that's co
Don't let these Reviews Fool you....This Place is Great....ppl are going to complain about anything & everything... 90% of these complaints are about Time & having to wait...THESE PLASMA CENTERS ISNT A JOB....most of these ppl complaining Don't have a job & broke but they act like they time so important. Go get a Job or Hustle...STOP DEPENDING ON PLASMA MONEY....Guess what..alot of ppl do Donate & after that..they go home & don't think about that place...only the made ppl Jump on Google to leave bad REVIE
1Wait time ridiculous - why do they care if you've had a full meal when you're waiting over 3 hours to donate plasma 2. FORCED to drink Gatorade if you want to donate , which is unhealthy when I had nuts , healthy drink in my bag. 3 will be several people on the floor talking, yet several open seats.
I never been to a plasma center/program with the worst customer service as this place. This fact, greatly explains why the facility has to rent a cop for the "donors behavior"; when the floor staff seem to be the ones who need to regulate their emotions before they respond to a patient/ client/ donor. This center has great potential & I really hope this place either get new management who monitor their staffs behavior or new staff who has proper customer service skills. If it wasn't for the convience of be
I love coming to donate when Jeremiah phleb is on shift! He makes sure everything is running smoothly and is nurturing and attentive to all customers in his care, he is awesome!!
Staff is rude, uneducated and just nasty! They treat you like they are the one paying you out of their own pocket and have a nerve to judge.
it bad that they run a busses and do not have the stuff to give people but the drinks they given out do not have the stuff in it to help people out it bad I had the drink in my hands that has all the vitamins and other thing to help and the boss ladie want to say now she did not say that so I have to be put on can not come in to do plasma sorry to say that power aid does not have the stuff in to help people yall need to read on it it can hurt people yall do not know nothing on it
Very rude staff. Unprofessional. The lady in the front straight up rolled her eyes at me then ran to the back as she got my info. Then I went to biolab Which is clean welcoming professional. You get better service at McDonald's across the street. I don't see how someone can roll there eyes so much trying to see the back of their skull I guess. Do better or try to act happy. And who ever is running the place don't care terrible management. ?? And if I could leave negative 1 stars I would. Negative review for
I've been coming to donate since last year and I have never had to wait so long before. I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that the wait is now way over 2 hours now. I've waited 5 hours just to donate. There has to be something done differently in this place. There's not even enough seating in the place and there are over 50 people waiting to donate. Try Scheduling people by appointments(returnees & new donors)on different days. That's just a suggestion! I Hate going now because of the way it is
Last few times I've been I've gotten there and spent 3-4 hours there as regular donor. Mind you after you donate they are suppose to compensate you and then when the compensation isn't correct you wait hours before they remember to even pay you the whole amount owed. Today was a mess employee so overwhelmed walked off the floor. They need better staffing and organization system. People are not there to sit for all them hours and then still wait hours to be paid. It's inconvenient and very inconsiderate. The
Was told to come back for various reasons FIVE times, only to be told that I can not donate due to being diabetic- a fact they could have stated the first time and saved me time and money- not to mention it would have saved their staff a lot of time, too. They asked for a doctor's clearance and I even had to make an appointment with my primary doctor to get the clearance and GOT THE CLEARANCE from my doctor- and they still denied me based on being diabetic- something they had been told on the third visit.
Answer yall phone damn, if it's that busy where yall can't answer the phone, then yall need to have 2 people at the desk, one checking-in and one answering calls
For first time, wait time is very long. Staff was nice and helpful. Helen had great customer service
I remember being able to come here and be in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. Nowadays, you're waiting for an hour+, and that's being generous, just to be seated. Most of the time there is not a seat for you to wait in either, so you are standing for that hour- hour and a half wait. It's nice they have more donors, but the staff seem completely overwhelmed. My other issue I've had, is that ADMA's #1 rule on their list in the lobby is for everyone to be respectful towards each other and staff, b
I don't understand what happened to this place. I was a donor last year 2023 it was run very professionally, fast forward to 2024 and it's like it's run by very incompetent people. I have donated at 3 other plasma clinics and have never had the trouble getting blood drawn. The supposedly trained phlebotomist can't get blood drawn from my arm so they restick my other arm, no good. I have never had such a poor experience in my life. I liked this place in 2023, in July of 2024 I could not in good conscience re
You gone wait at least 3.5 hours every visit. . Workers don't like their job so they are EXTREMELY RUDE , especially JAESHON JAYSHON, don't ask him any questions he will get mad , and he will try to cancel your appointment after a 3 hour wait if you step outside . Bathrooms are disgusting pee on the floor never have tissue . they don't change they gloves all the time i have SEEN it with my own eyes . Ghetto workers , NO PROFESSIONALISM . Careless work , and move slow and play on their phones . JAESHON JAY
Wait time is always terrible. Not enough seats. Took my seat and was fine with me sitting on the floor. Called my name and sat in a chair for 45 minutes to get stuck then told me it was a different last name and sent me back to the area with not enough chairs
Marshaya is the best. She is kind and she makes sure you have a great experience.
Best service I received every time I go love the staff friendly and smiling every time I go I really appreciate the service thanks for showing up ????????
I can honestly say that I have not had any bad experience. The staff are normally nice and professional. I can only imagine how tired and burnt out they must be. So I commended them for their hard work especially dealing with so many people with different personalities and attitudes. I'm usually in and out. Sorry for the one's who experience anything different. I'm a person who has very short patience but the atompshere and staff makes me feel relax. I would recommend them for sure. Thanks to the s
My drive to ADMA is usually 30-40 minutes at least, on a good day! I went on my $90 day and when they had the blood pressure cuff on me, you could literally hear the Velcro pulling apart, it never even suctioned my arm. My blood pressure ended up being 74/41 ??. I told them that it was incorrect and that it was their cuff, she told me no it isn't because they calibrate them every morning. I began to explain that if my blood pressure had been that low, I'd be suffering from hypotension and I wasn't, I was fi
I've been having pleasurable experiences since marshaya been working there and all of your staff members......
I never have a problem with anyone here, Staff or fellow donors. But today lil dark skin ol boy energy kinda disturbed me. I was done and he came over like we had beef. Didn't ask my name and donor number. Snatching the cords, waiting for me to hold the gauze without saying anything. Snatched the needle out, didn't ask if i was allergic to latex. What if i got a reaction? Continues slamming stuff. Like bro, I understand it gets stressful for yall in here but i did nothing to you. Control that lil girl atti
I'm not mad or upset like I said earlier young ladies need help in this establishment... I don't like doing this I'm not going to explain my situation I've had great jobs but right now I need a little extra cash to pay bills don't like being here.. professional people outstanding courteous I'm leaving it up to the supervisors and the management team train your workers if the machine is not working properly unplug it and stop it do not draw blood from the patients... I was deferred for 2 months for something
Very friendly crew. Fast times the best place to go and donate. Sometimes my pains don't cooperate. But the staff are good about getting me in and out fast.
The last several times I've donated there was very long wait, around 2 1/2 hours from walking in the door to leaving. There is limited seating with lots of donors standing around wherever they're able to find a spot. ADMA recently increased the new donor rates which is great for bringing in new business but I feel like the dedicated long term donors should receive a bonus or increase once in a while. The staff is always respectful and provides great service. I'm sure they're short staffed and can use addi
Former Freedom Plasma donor. Called here Thursday. Asked if I needed to take a break. My regular schedule is M/W . Was told no. Drove over. Told by Portia that I have to wait a week. Called both Dallas & Kennesaw locations. They said that was ridiculous and I could continue as long as I didn't donate more than 2x within a 7 day period. Why the heck would I have driven over if I was told any differently. Portia, who identifies as a supervisor, wasn't even interested in who told me the information.
First the blood pressure cuff squeezed my arm so tight I told her I was about to pull it off. She tells me to stop moving, well I wasn't moving, I've been doing this for years! I know not to move! Then with only like 8 people in front of me it takes a hour to get in a chair. Then my name is called and a completey different name and he got a attitude when I corrected him to make sure he was calling me. After everything was done it took over a hour to get my money!!!
It's a nice facility everyone seems pretty cool but 3 plus hrs everytime u go I'm is ridiculous. Like it's too many folks walking round back there not to be able to stick folks move a Lil faster. I've never seen a place that wverytime u go in expect a 3 plus hr wait
Don't go here unless you have a death wish and/or don't mind incompetent people handling you. It was my first time coming here and I did what everyone told me to do. As I was waiting to be called for a physical, I heard my last name being called so I went to the back with one of the girls where everybody was giving blood. They sat me down and she asked me my first and last, DOB and Donor number. She then proceeds to hook me up about 10 minutes later I see abunch of them standing around talking about me and
I love it there. The staff is great and always put a smile on my face
Overall smooth experiences, Ashley, Grace and Jeremiah are wonderful! However, Dashawn is unprofessional and appears to have a lack of concern for donors which is unfortunate.
The staff is so amazing! They are all very friendly and so well respectful. They put smile on your face after a long day at work. They all seem to enjoy what they job. Mari is nice and very helpful as well as the other staff. I think they all deserve a pay raise with everything that's going on with the pandemic and the lack of workers. I'm just saying. They really deserve it. Keep up the great job and the amazing attitude.
Honestly I had no problems with this place before but for the last one to two months this place has been absolutely packed your in here for almost fours hours the wait time is ridiculous and seems as if the staff does not care there are more than enough beds to at least get the first batch of people in and out this has become a problem not to mention they should have a designated day for new donors since they know Monday and wensday are the busy days they should have them tues and Thursdays and if they have
They should be ashamed of how they treat the ONLY Lab tech. She always looks stressed out. Send her help...arent those plasma units THE most important thing?? So she should get priority with assistants. But I guess some of you are just too delicate to stand in a freezer for 10 sec... Mmm
This place is very unprofessional the women that work there do not know how to communicate on a proper level. The nurse practitioner was very aggressive. I was not heard for the questions that I was asking do not go to this place. Some of the women look like they just woke up and got out of the bed walking around with a head scarfs on their head so unprofessional, they messed my husband up the first time and bust a vein in his arm so they do not know how to properly draw blood the nurse practitioner took me
To 1hr to get a sample done that they not even paying me for and I have to referrals done that I can't even get that money for until they do the sample cause my protein was 5.6 and supper to be 6! Why would you not compensate for the time I had to wait to do the sample and at least gas and why would I have to wait in line to do a sample which took 3 minutes _
This place is pretty decent. The only reason why I come is due to the cool staff and clean environment. The Best Philbodomist I Ever had to this day is the young lady Glennisha. She is "Creme Dela Crem" of the entire staff. She always smiles and can find a vein in anything. I definitely vouch for ADMA in Conyers!
Its good to see these reviews get read. Aswell I want to clear up some names of a few that have never been apart of my last review, Ms. Lex, ashley , Madina, Glenisha, Moe, Porshia (all of the donor screening team) (fix up team) and. Have been and always completely professional. Aswell as all the new employees hired in the last month and a half. So a select few from the back are great and ALL THE STAFF UP FRONT are great. Its when they get close to the back and the site manager gets them comfortable they s
I went in this location as a new donor and got all of my paperwork and stuff completed and when doing my physical I was told that I have too many tattoos on my chest. It's one big tattoo but apparently too detailed cause they said not all of the characters would fit in the box and when typing it in. I've donated everywhere before and have never been turned down for too many tattoos. They are more then 15 years old but I will definitely take my business elsewhere
Lacking in urgency or display of concern for time consciousness through the donation process. Average in to out process 3+ hours. Employees friendly but the service aspect leaves much to be desired.
The weekend crew phlebotomist are very hard working ladies. They help each other so well. Great team work. They make sure all the patients are well. All the young ladies are very respectful and sweet.
This center doesn't take there time with the patient?s some ask are you okay and the rest will rush to stick you and stick to far into your skin This happen to my arm never I experienced this much bruising and pain to my arm . It's a lot of unprofessional people that we are trusting with our bodies. In the wrapping wasn't that tight this is the aftermath of keepin it on like a hour after I donated.
30 min waiting period before getting into chair is not too bad? but now last few times I've attempted they have 15+ people waiting ahead, first 2 times I waited 30mins expecting the line to dwindle down as usual? not the case? maybe understaffed, maybe hella new donors.. I don't know but I do not have 4-5 hours to donate
4 visits and twice this has happened. Sore arm for bout a week and half. I'm questioning if their nurses are even certified.
Changed my 5 star review to 1 after they have destroyed my arms multiple times and my friend who I referred. They make your first few visits seem like they will remain polite and consistent But this place has put such a bad taste in my mouth so many times I am not just going to stop donating plasma all together. Or hit up bio life. Good luck if you go here. I gave them so many chances. Plus their turn over rate is worse than a strip club.
Grace and Ashley have always made donations a good experience even when I have had any issues. Definitely need to give each of them a raise. I can be easily upset when it comes to issues donating as it's a medical thing but they've make sure I'm calm and happy and joke around with me 10/10 for Grace and Ashley
Glen is my go to sticker great attitude painless stick very great ! The the manager Mo in the front also gave me some great tips how to stay healthy highly recommended and my nurse Cam dream team ! Even the screeners Freedom plasma sent me here and I'm very happy and if y?all see this I truly love y?all for being great people it's very rare these days for that I'm forever thankful
P.S.A to ADMA BioCenter (Owner) -Fix the Problem , Stop Apologizing! Don't come here. It's a bunch of Amateurs, and sassy black women that can't control their hormones, both Staff and Supervisors are Rude and do not know how to conduct business. Employees talk about lunch breaks, and what they did the night before, instead of working to get you in and out Efficiently. The equipment and facility is Nice ; wait time is average < but the Staff is awful and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend This place t
I LOVE this place. I love how the staff interacts with each other and do things outside working hours. My 2nd visit and was greeted by name, very impressed. The place is very clean and love the organization. They have a tv at every table, which needs more channels to choose from. In everything I have read about donating and here, can donate twice in a 7 day period. I find out on my 3rd visit not true. You are assigned the 2 days than you can donate. I was planning to do Tues & Thurs, one week, then Wed & Fr
?Donor screening? which u have to do EVERYTIME u come in takes to long they're 3/4 girls back there but they calling people one at a time!! U can hear them back there laughing n having a good time and not working! The only reason screening takes so long is bcuz of laziness! Why do I have to listen to everyone conversation b4!! Anybody calls anyone why am I waiting longer to get a screening than to get my actually blood drew
This place is pathetic dont even waste your time. management is a joke staff has no sense of urgency. Because majority of the staff can't even buy alcohol or tobacco products. So a bunch of female children struggling to be professional. Its some joke version of of Csl plasma on memorial dr . In Decatur Ga at least they move fast for there clients not just worried about flirting with all the boys. That show them a little attention
Haven't been to this establishment in over a year it has changed dramatically. The phlebotomist are not trained at all , some girl bled all the way out on the chair and they took there sweet time to disinfect the area . There is one nurse in intake that is very friendly I just don't remember her name .But I will not be returning .
If you want to donate, LIE! Telling the truth gets you refused! I told the truth about basic daily meditations and was rejected! Just don't tell them you are taking anything and you can donate. Telling the truth gets you flagged and refused!
I was a little hesitant because of the lack of information online and the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice facility, kind and helpful staff, organized and efficient. We were there for about 2.5 hours for our first visit, which is pretty normal when you are a new donor at a facility.
01/2/2025 didn't get my full payment calling the front desk no answer I donated 4times and have to tell them to put the full amount on my card this issue is getting very irritating
I like to thank Jeremiah and Medina for their professionalism and patience during my donation process. Jeremiah and Medina address all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable during the process.
They cheated me out my last donation.
Had me waiting in the ?queue? for an hour, and kept letting people go in front of me. People who came in after me. I asked an employee if they forgot I was here, to which she said no. Decided to leave and let the front desk woman know to take me off the queue and she informed me that they never even put me on. And last week when I was donating, they stuck me wrong and made me bleed a ton. The employees weren't paying attention to the donors at all. Read reviews and avoid this place please.
My experience her was excellent from beginning to end. Maddie explained the screening processing thoroughly to ensure I could donate and not experience any deferrals. Ms Marilyn is an experienced nurse that has a great/ warm personality. The process with her seemed like a conversation and not a bunch of cold questions/ tests. Once on the donation floor I wistnessed a donor faint for a moment. The response time from Janser, James and Meredith was amazing. They were able to get the nursing staff, engage w
If your new the starting process upfront seemed to be pretty quick but getting someone to come assist you when you make it to the chair they are slow. I waited a hour already for someone to come help get my donation started. Need to get more helpers that can stick!!!
I wanted to contribute to the world (and get a little extra money). I walked in today at 4:34PM, hearing the ladies behind the desk about cutting the physicals early. They signed me in, walked me to the back for my ?physical?, looked at each arm, said they see and feel a vein but it's too close to a bone?!?!? Told me ?No?! I asked if I could come another day and try again, and was told I could try to donate at another center like BioLife??? That's called refusing to even try to get my donation bcs I'm fat!
All I have to say is hire people who actually want to work. I was in the center all of 5 minutes before I was told that I did not have a good vein to use. I have never heard this from any other donation sight. It seems to me from my 5 minutes of being in there that NONE of your employees want a job. Please listen to the reviews and go else where. Don't waste any of your precious time like I did today!
The 4 hour wait to donate is not acceptable. It's a disaster. Short staffed. Start doing appointments please!
Been Donating Here For A Good Year Now And I Must Say The Employees Take Pride In Their Work And They Get The Job Done!! Haven't Had A Bad Experience Yet. Shout Outs To Everyone In ADMA BioCenters Conyers Grace Jasmin Kori Shanece Kiera ????????
I was called out of my name by a staff member who claimed I couldn't have read the information booklet within 5 minutes. And then proceeded to test my knowledge of what I read, I was able to correctly answer all of her questions about the material but didn't get an apology. Very unprofessional place, puts you in the mind of high school. Employees to busy having conversations with each other and playing jokes on each other to conduct business.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
