the worst centers 2. Come to they're lazy from the front desk, all the way to the back. They don't like to do their job, so you have to book an appointment and even when you a new donor you ended app getting screwed Uber because you're only able to schedule one appointment the first time and then have. To wait a whole week to do another appointment I wouldn't come here. I wouldn't waste my time. They're not considerate. Never had a bad experience at this place yes wait times can be longer depending on what time you come in and how many ppl they have working. Hopefully with the new hours ppl will be more satisfied. I've always been comfortable with all the workers when they stick me it never hurts and if you are properly hydrated and pump correctly the process is very fast. My favorite worker is Sharkeem he keeps me laughing Ans makes the experience so much better.

I went earlier this morning, and I was very disappointed to say the least with this center. The center is understaffed and someone from management, if I recall her name starts with an ?M?. I overheard they were discussing suspension of employees, I found it very unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen on how they speak of other employees. Considering how they were understaffed before this. Will not be coming back.

Not the quickest but definitely Convenient. Marshaya, dominique, and Charlene are great nurses and staff! They're always attentive and hardworking! For my first experience, they helped alot.

Management and staff are very unprofessional. There is more talking about personal stuff instead of making sure donors are okay. Today was my first day. The initial process was a breeze. I came on a Monday, which was great for NEW donors because that's typically a slow day. I've been coming to donate since last year and I have never had to wait so long before. I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that the wait is now way over 2 hours now. Was told to come back for various reasons FIVE times, only to be told that I can not donate due to being diabetic- a fact they could have stated the first time and saved me time and money- not to mention it would have saved their staff a lot of time, too. They asked for a doctor's clearance and I even had to make an appointment with my primary doctor to get the clearance and GOT THE CLEARANCE from my doctor- and they still denied me based on being diabetic- something they had been told on the third visit.

I went on my $90 day and when they had the blood pressure cuff on me, you could literally hear the Velcro pulling apart, it never even suctioned my arm. My blood pressure ended up being 74/41 ??. Former Freedom Plasma donor. Called here Thursday. Asked if I needed to take a break. My regular schedule is M/W . Was told no. Drove over. Told by Portia that I have to wait a week. Called both Dallas & Kennesaw locations. They said that was ridiculous and I could continue as long as I didn't donate more than 2x within a 7 day period. First the blood pressure cuff squeezed my arm so tight I told her I was about to pull it off. She tells me to stop moving, well I wasn't moving, I've been doing this for years! I know not to move! To 1hr to get a sample done that they not even paying me for and I have to referrals done that I can't even get that money for until they do the sample cause my protein was 5.6 and supper to be 6! This place is pretty decent. The only reason why I come is due to the cool staff and clean environment. The Best Philbodomist I Ever had to this day is the young lady Glennisha. I went in this location as a new donor and got all of my paperwork and stuff completed and when doing my physical I was told that I have too many tattoos on my chest. It's one big tattoo but apparently too detailed cause they said not all of the characters would fit in the box and when typing it in. I've donated everywhere before and have never been turned down for too many tattoos. They are more then 15 years old but I will definitely take my business elsewhere

The weekend crew phlebotomist are very hard working ladies. They help each other so well. Great team work. They make sure all the patients are well. All the young ladies are very respectful and sweet.

This center doesn't take there time with the patient?s some ask are you okay and the rest will rush to stick you and stick to far into your skin This happen to my arm never I experienced this much bruising and pain to my arm . Grace and Ashley have always made donations a good experience even when I have had any issues. Definitely need to give each of them a raise. Haven't been to this establishment in over a year it has changed dramatically. The phlebotomist are not trained at all , some girl bled all the way out on the chair and they took there sweet time to disinfect the area . There is one nurse in intake that is very friendly I just don't remember her name .But I will not be returning .

I was a little hesitant because of the lack of information online and the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice facility, kind and helpful staff, organized and efficient. We were there for about 2.5 hours for our first visit, which is pretty normal when you are a new donor at a facility.

01/2/2025 didn't get my full payment calling the front desk no answer I donated 4times and have to tell them to put the full amount on my card this issue is getting very irritating

My experience her was excellent from beginning to end. Maddie explained the screening processing thoroughly to ensure I could donate and not experience any deferrals. I wanted to contribute to the world (and get a little extra money). I walked in today at 4:34PM, hearing the ladies behind the desk about cutting the physicals early. They signed me in, walked me to the back for my ?physical?, looked at each arm, said they see and feel a vein but it's too close to a bone?!?!? Told me ?No?! I asked if I could come another day and try again, and was told I could try to donate at another center like BioLife??? That's called refusing to even try to get my donation bcs I'm fat!

All I have to say is hire people who actually want to work. I was in the center all of 5 minutes before I was told that I did not have a good vein to use. I have never heard this from any other donation sight. It seems to me from my 5 minutes of being in there that NONE of your employees want a job. Please listen to the reviews and go else where. I was called out of my name by a staff member who claimed I couldn't have read the information booklet within 5 minutes. And then proceeded to test my knowledge of what I read, I was able to correctly answer all of her questions about the material but didn't get an apology. Very unprofessional place, puts you in the mind of high school. Employees to busy having conversations with each other and playing jokes on each other to conduct business.
