Customer Reviews

I wrote a bad review last week. Today I am proud of adma because they showed hospitality and I can't expect adma to be perfect everyday cuz I'm not. On April 22nd of 2025 I was able to donate on a timely manner. Adma your like family to me and I enjoy being in y'all presence. Jaden, Teresa, autumn, and the entire management crew made me realize that bashing adma means I speak on behalf of all. Everybody is not the problem. Adma you been my place for some years now. I want to continue to create moments and l

Day 4million asking yal give this girl Anayah a raiseeeee man she deserves it bc she has Great energy. Super nice. Even when shes tired she still looks up and tells me hi nicely . never has an attitude, always caring. She doesn't know shes a light holder but i do .. so if i say please u gone raise her? Please <3 she literally got the man next to me a charger cuz his phone was gonna die and i know if he asked anyone else they woulda said i mean thats not my problem ??????????lmaoo

This place is decent but far from the best. I wanted to become a new donor, but the lack of transparency from the front staff made the process frustrating. I live 40 minutes away and only made the trip because a friend recommended it. After three visits, I realized it wasn't worth my time. The first time, I didn't have the proper documentation?that was my mistake. I returned later that same day with everything, only to be turned away because they had stopped doing physicals. Frustrating, but I let it go. O

Chairs are cheap and uncomfortable, lack of music and tv makes it feel like a waiting room that's never gonna end, employees are good but all look like they wanna be somewhere else, been to several different companies this last year and this is by far the saddest experience. Simple changes could save this place. But that's on the company to fix.

If you are returning new donor your reimbursement will not be as promised! They staff is slow to put your payment adjustments on your card. I donated on Saturday, let them know my payment was short and it still wasn't on my card on Monday! Not acceptable. I called on Monday and was put on hold for 55 minutes before the line disconnected. Beware of this location, they do not value you as a donor!

Called to find out about donating and recording said new donors accepted at OPEN until 1.5h before close. Woke up early and arrived at 730a only to be told to come back at 10a. Staffing does not allow new donors until then. CHANGE THE RECORDING THEN! Will not return. Long drive to be told that crap.

The new donor program is better than most places. I live in Rome, and CSL is the only place around that takes plasma. And CSL just switched to new machines and idk if training was done, because I've waited over 2 hours to hooked up then another 40 minutes for them to collect. I drove up to ADMA and the first visit was like 2.5 hours because you have to do a physical and be put in the system. The next time I came I simply scanned my QR code got my vitals and was done in about an hour. So I might've driven 50

Very friendly staff and clean facilities and the best phlebotomist ever they will stick you one time a get it right you want barely fill the stick keep up the great work ADMA team Dallas ??

update i got a hold of someone and idk who it was, but they were soooooo rude. literally hung up in my face just now after i said thank you, i had another question and realize the phone line ended because she just hung up without me finishing. i will definitely talk about my experiences on social media with this company i can see why theres so many low ratings. go to biolife! never answers the phone. for both locations, called for 3 days straight and no one answers. that is so crazy

Hailey and Joycelynn are THE BEST! I have been 4 times and so far I have had a good experience. The wait can be long at times but other than that no complaints.

Overall the facility is cool and everyone is polite. Only complaint is them not changing their gloves. Touching everything and will try to stick you after doing so. I just watched her go from 2 machines and no change gloves, one lady was asking to be taking her down so you touching her arm and then her machine then went back to who she was working on NOT COOL. I saw one guy place gloves on top of gloves he already had on. Gloves need to be changed frequently. Please practice changing gloves

Autumn is the best phlebotomist. I've seen her progress in her career at this location. She refers to me by name every time I come in to this location! She even remembers my mom! Ericka is always so friendly and a joy to be around as well! Her upbeat attitude is infectious! Please please maintain the good hiring of employees and make sure they feel valued! Good hardworking employees are a rarity!

The Phobotamist Nya Is awesome and polite every time and very professional with the needle ?? thank you I would recommend her and this location thanks ADMA ??

absolutely do not recommend. If you go here, turn around and run! Seriously find another company to donate, like Biolife or CSL plasma. This location has a huge turnover of staff, they can't seem to keep good people and they do not accommodate you if you are hearing impaired. Some of the employees speed into the parking lot, I'm just waiting to hear of a car or a person being hit one of these days. The physical is a joke and god forbid if you have trouble understanding them when they talk to you or they wil

We love the Dallas Ga Adma , they are all so amazing and everyone deserves more then what they are being paid that is for sure .

You wait , You donate. Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, and the other half can care less about your time and effort to even come to this place . Their programs requires pay adjustments instead of an automated system. And you will wait all day on the adjustment and that's if you even get it . They restrict you from speaking to management. This should be illegal. And they literally will force you to wait 2 Days on something that's takes them all of 10 seconds to do. Adjustments should be made before

Usually I have no complaints but today I just got skipped by 5 people after coming from work an being here and waiting like everyone else they called 5 people in front of me and I did not like that cause I came in first. So be prepared for anything at this facility. Cause the ppl that came after me go their vitals and in the back I had to ask shara to check and she stated the my split the list cause it printed out a lot of folks and it was a mistake. Thankful to Shara for checking for me but not the ppl i

I am a new donor? the staff is friendly and the facility is super clean. There's not been a visit that I have waited longer than 5 minutes to have my vitals taken and then maybe 5 minutes max to be seated in a freshly sanitized chair. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Sometimes I forget that this is actually their job because they are all in such great spirits but equally as professional. Today and my previous visit I was seated in the same area as Rodrigo. I think he's in management but he took the

No cap , this donation spot right here is the best one I've ever seen , I always look at reviews and stuff but this one definitely hands down the best ever , Easy new donor process, good payouts , friendly , clean , like what else can you ask for ? In and out fr

I've been coming for years, great staff!!! Autumn lights your day up with the biggest smile & they get you in and out with the quickness! Love this location I may actually apply??????????

My experience with the staff is always excellent! The staff are always enjoyable and professional. Jessica and ?Sam? are always welcoming and help make my experience enjoyable. I would refer this facility to everyone!!!

The staff here is really nice. This is the first donation center I've been to and I was skeptical at first, But they've always been so nice and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable and they understand when you're concerned. Brooklyn and Ashley are very nice. They are great at their job and I haven't had an issue with them sticking me. I definitely Recommend.

It always a pleasure donating plasma no issues with anyone everybody?s pretty good at their job. However, autumn is probably my favorite with a great smile, great conversation and a few Laughs makes the time go by faster and smoother and more worthwhile

I've had a pretty pleasant experience up until today. I came to donate today and they told me I couldn't because Brittany bruised both of my arms 2 days ago!!! I've never had a problem with needles or bruising until Brittany decided to move the needle in and out of my vein 6 different times. She seems like she doesn't enjoy her job and they need to fire her!! Every other time I have come, it's been fine until strong hand Brittany decided to touch me. If I come back, Brittany will no longer touch me!!

Don't waste your time here they like to scam. I called there regarding the buddy program which is new donors donate twice and the person that refers them gets $50 after the second donation. Which is the policy at Adma Marietta. (my usual location). When I called the lady at the front desk she was very rude! You cant treat customers like this and expect them to come back. She told me my information about the buddy program was wrong and she was being very disrespectful over the phone. When working with peop

The last 3 months the wait times have been crazy. I've been coming over a year and the turn around is insane. The staff has always been nice but what use to take an hour is now over two. Hopefully they can figure out how to keep staff and lower wait times. Waiting over 2 hours just isn't worth the time or money.

The people at the front desk are totally worthless and very, very unhelpful. Do not go here unless it is your last resort. The facility stinks (not a hospital disinfectant smell, but an unclean spilled, dry blood smell), doesn't appear to be clean and has totally rude and nasty front desk people, avoid them!!!!

This center is great! Their screeners are always so nice and their phlebotomists do phenomenal job with instructions and are always gentle when they stick me. I have never had any trouble with the process, though wait times can be a bit long during their rush hours. Their donor floor supervisor, Ty, is truly extraordinary, whether it be donor tickets backing up or someone having a reaction she's always on top of it. This center is honestly my first and only real recommendation!!

Absolutely top of the line service from Autumn in the front of the house to ladies and gentlemen in the back. And in comparison to other plasma donation centers the wait isn't bad at all for the money earned. I will definitely be referring friends for certain. Use New Donor referral code 00059981 If you decide to help save lives.

This is a well run operation with professionals explaining each step of the way. Also, I recently read that regular plasma donation reduces cholesterol levels, and significantly lowers high blood pressure. It reduces PFAs in the blood, too. ADMA compensate me plus? I'm doing good by donating.

Most of the staff have a nasty attitude they make you wait extremely a long time when it shouldn't and doesn't have to be that way they just dont want to do there job . It's a loud mouth girl that works there she claim she a manager she shouldn't be in management at all . Just very rude and unorganized. I will no longer be a donor at ADMA BIOLIFE . PEACE OUT YALL BE BLESSED !

Yes this is amazing center. The staff is amazing in every way. Jessica was very helpful to me. I had a few questions and she answered each question with care. This center have a great vibe.

I have an overall positive experience at this location. Screening process is quick and easy, my favorite screeners are Autumn and Amber. They are always fun and happy and keep a smile on their face. Donating process is mostly positive as well, the staff is experienced and caring.

It's a Location with really good staff. They work well together to keep things moving. Autumn is one of their veterans all stars and 1 of the many amazing.staff

This facility is very clean and doesn't smell like weed. KED plasma always smells of weed. The only complaint I have, it appears there are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. There are a lot of people walking around and only a few helping donors. When they get busy with donors, everyone should be helping. Instead they look at the donors and walk away. Just my opinion

You have to jump through hoops for this place. They take no consideration for the time you spend or the gas it takes to get there. The second time I tried to become a new member and donate I was asked to wait 3 hours to see the nurse for a physical. After I sat and read reviews about how the nurse can make you turn in documentation from past surgeries and be held up because of mental health medications I decided not to stay and not to go back. They are not transparent about the process at all and find anywa

The first 2 visits were wonderful. Facility is clean, employees were nice, very little wait. However, the longer they've been open and the more people signing up, now the wait time is ridiculous. Waiting for an hour just for vital signs, then who knows how much longer to go donate. We don't see an employee for half an hour, but we hear the employees laughing and joking.

I use to go to kennesaw ADMA but one visit at the Dallas location and I was so impressed. Very fast, in and out and they have the sweetest nurses. Amber and Ashley are definitely my favorite!! So friendly and comforting!!

It was great when it first opened but now wait times are ridiculous. It appears management and staffing issues are the main culprit. Two weeks ago I waited 1.5 hours in the lobby then finally left because I had other things to do, then today it took 80 minutes from the time I walked in and was finally stuck. Only one phlebotomist showed up to work, the others called out. Feel bad for the one who showed up to do her job my herself.

I had redeemed a $10 extra coupon today on my second visit. The lady said she will try to do it but it never happened. They arre not answering the phone.

This is the worst place iv ever donated waited over 3 hours to donate and i was a returning member. The rude and lazy staff I would recommend bio life or anyone else honestly.

I failed the protein test from my initial sample draw. I was told that they would adjust it so I still got my new donor fees but they lied to me. I am being shorted because of it. Plus my fianc? sat in a chair for over 30 minutes waiting to be stuck. Someone got sick so 2 employees in his section were attending to them while 4 people sat there waiting to be stuck. Managers just walking by and no one would assist with the lady who was sick so the other employees could continue with everyone else. Just

Today was my first donations at this center. It did take a little while to get through screening and to see a nurse, but I was informed this was only because I was a new donor so it wouldn't take that much time every time. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for lots of extra cash. New donors can make a lot of money! A+++ great side hustle!

I have been twice to sign up. First time they said it would be 4 hours?. Yes 4 hours. We left. Went back yesterday to sign up. Waited an hour to be called?. Gave info, read the book, then went for a vein check. They tell me that I am welcome to sit in the waiting room, which btw smelled awful? cigarettes and body odor? it was all I could do to stay before they called me back the first time. Anyway, she tells me I could wait but it's going to be another hour before I'm called back again. I asked her about co

Autumn is so sweet and so so funny she will definitely make you feel more comfortable when you visit this facility.

I've donated plasma at csl, adma, biolife, and grifols biomat. As a returning donor who needed a updated physical I was told on Wednesday evening by an adma staff member at the Dallas location to be there by 5:30pm 90 mins before close, I arrived at 5:25 after driving almost 45 mins in rain and traffic to get there and even after explaining that to the girl at the front counter I was still turned away. The professionalism and attitude was absolutely horrible. I've never experienced this with a plasma center

The Dallas Ga ADMA plasma center is clean, has free WiFi for donors and a friendly staff. Rodrigo, the manager, is professional and helpful to both staff and donors. Autumn is a knowledgeable manager and greets regulars with a smile. The phlebotomists are excellent.

I go up there often and really love going up there. Their all great people and super friendly, they treat me like family every time i am up there. Ty and Rodrogo and Sequa , Molly and Autumn are all top notch. I will continue to go up twice a week.

They'll yank out your IV like they're cranking a lawn mower and then when you bruise from their negligence, they love to defer you for bruising. And then ask where the bruise came from on your next visit? Seems like some of the phlebotomist have a serious power trip when it comes to deciding who gets money and who doesn't. And they're also easily annoyed by the machine when it says ?no flow?. They'll shove the needle in and out and move it around. Hence, causing the bruising, causing you to wait for your ne

I've tried to register here twice (I am transferring from CSL) and can't get in. The first time, I was sent away because I arrived at 5pm?2 hours before close. The website stated that new donors must arrive 90 minutes before close, and I was there 120 minutes prior. Alas, I didn't argue and went home. When I came back the next day, the nurse flagged me during my physical because of my psychiatric medications?NONE of which were on the disqualification list. She told me a lie that the policy required anyone o

Please do not come here all you're going to do is waste your time. They don't ever open on time. It's something always wrong with their location. You can be first in line and it take you at least 20 minutes before getting screened and another additional 20 to donate plasma. They are extremely unprofessional when it comes to folks time. They either closed or something else is happening. I sat there for a hour and some before getting screened and another 30 minutes before getting hooked up. The Kennesaw locat

Wonderful facility to donate plasma . Have went twice already, and am a new ADMA donor. I've only been to 2, but I must say, by far, that it's hands down THE BEST . Wonderful atmosphere , clean, both professional and friendly staff.First (( official)) day of opening was on the 2nd of Dec.

Great at first until they bruise you up and won't let you come back to donate until healed and throw you off schedule, when someone like me (single mom) depends on the little money for weekly groceries. Will not be going back.

On my third visit I didn't get the right pay and I had asked the guy to fix it but yet I still had to call and raise Cain for money!

Great staff, Autumn, Rodrigo they are friendly all the staff work hard to get you done as quick as possible, alot of new doners so please be patient and certious awesome!

They said they were going to look into it and nothing has happened. I would not have stayed here donating had I known my money was going to be lowered. Just ridiculous. Out of my way but they don't care. They get their money for my plasma.

They care more about giving breaks then actually getting the guest out fast literally overheard them talking about breaks everybody deserves a break but why send like 4 people and Communication is terrible you do better keeping up with how many donations you had

Never has being jabbed in the arm been so much fun! The workers are awesome! And don't forget to mention I referred you!

Rude, condescending, and extremely judgemental staff. Treated me robotically and refused to let me donate despite providing all necessary paperwork, passing all their tests, and waiting several hours because I was sweating too much.

Wonderful facility, and staff. Mrs. Angie is very good as a phlebotomist. And also ms. Kathelene is very good at what she do as a phlebotomist, very kind young lady.

The facility is always clean. Everyone is so nice. Kelly is always so prompt. I don't mind anyone in there sticking me.

I suppose Autumn is pretty good at her job when she feels like it.

I love coming here to Adma plasma but had recent bad experience with a phlebotomist named Brittany both of my arms are messed up because she doesn't know how stick

They get you in and out quick. Kelly does a phenomenal job and she is super friendly. She seems to love what she does.

Kept me there for 2 hours and everything was fine. Then as I go back they tell me my throat was too red and send me home

The screeners are always very friendly & the phlebotomists are always fantastic! I highly recommend the Dallas location!

The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and they all had a great energy. The supervisor Ty is a great stick.

This place is great! Autumn is one of the best ones there, she makes it a painless and pleasant experience.

Always clean and super friendly staff! Every time I come they've always been so professional and polite.

Used to be really good. And the staff still is but there is a long wait now, not enough seating, and they keep paying less and less.

They have a great staff and are super professional and Kelly is very experienced and it's always great vibes with her and staff.. great job you guys

Thank you Kelly for making my experience wonderful. Hate that you are going back to your facility. Wish you could stay

This young lady is a ball of energy and light..absolutely love her professional skills and her genuine friendliness,This world could use more persons like her.

I walked in first time visit. 2hr door to door. Super fast for initial visit. I recommend them to everyone. Referral # 00037865

Nice and clean, friendly staff

This place is amazing!!! The staff is great and friendly. Especially Autumn and Kelly, I definitely recommend going.

Kelly has made this process a lot of fun. I'll miss her when she returns to Tennessee at the end of this week.

Amber & Autumn are so nice and helpful!!! They make you feel like family??

I wanted to be a new donor but I walked in and they said their system was down and they'll call me when its back up. Its been 3 days now and I've been calling and calling and nobody answers the phone.

How much do you pay after your month runs out? I know the first is 40 but is the second after your 40 in that week any higher?

Everyone is so welcoming and very nice!

do y'all open tomorrow?... Monday

Lady that answered the phone had an attitude tried talking to her she had a complete attitude

Just when I thought these guys were good work on communication and making sure you take the time to communicate

Very nice and helpful staff. Highest pay around for plasma donation.

I have tried to donate any the workers won't fix my stuff for three days now

They have great staff and very polite
