I was a semi-regular donor some months back, and recently returned. These last two weeks really makes it seem like the place has lost all control, as I've only managed to successfully get a single donation in. Twice my appointment was lost, due to an issue with a 2FA they gave no communications about requiring, that they then also had no means of overriding. Then attempting to schedule a new appt resulted in 3 different calls, only the last of which was answered, put on hold, and then was hung up on after 1

Inconsistent and understaffed. While the staff are friendly, the overall operation needs serious improvement. When I first started donating here, I was in and out within an hour. Ever since the switch to appointment-based visits, the wait just to get through vitals has stretched to an hour or more?so you can imagine how long the full visit takes. ADMA is starting to mirror the same disorganized and frustrating experience I left behind at BioLife. I won't be returning. I would?ve given 1 star, but Nurse Keis

You apparently have to make an appointment, yet they keep NO receptionist. When I asked about this dilemma, she suggested I just call throughout the day & MAYBE someone will answer. Was no one inside donating give or take 3 people. They are running a game in there. They don't want you there. They want to take it easy. Not particularly friendly or professional here. Was the complete opposite of what I expected. The woman with the poorly done tattoos running up her fingers was especially rude.

The people on staff are always nice and friendly when I come in. I hate that they always get a bad wrap when it's really just other people who are highly impatient. The pay is good and if you come at the right time, you can be in and out.

In here on a Saturday morning and they only have one person sticking people. I've been here 2 hours and still waiting to be called back along with 10 people in front of me. It seems like they get slower every time I come here. Also there is never anyone at the front desk and they never answer the phone. I generally like this center. Some employees are better than others Monica and Jasmine stay my favorites because they can work with difficult veins no problem and are always nice. Dakya is by far the best phlebotomist i've ever had. all the staff seems to have great spirits and love to make you laugh. They make your time with them comfortable and convenient to your needs. I would definitely Recommend them.

Correction: my donation went from $115 plus $50 for fourth donation plus card bonus $50 for a total of $215 to without notice, paying me only $80...they removed $135 from my expected my pay without notice. I have been coming to this center for over a year I never had issues I am also a returned donor! The staff is great and they do their job accordingly and professionally!! When they first opened, it was a challenge just to get in at this place, so I didn't! Once they got fully staffed, I decided to try them. I can say that it was by far the best place for donating. Why open at 7am with no staff! 10-15 people in the lobby with only one person taking vitals. One!! Then 1-2 people available for sticks! This is ridiculous!!!!!! I came into the ADMA Biocenter at 7:24am this morning and I'm still here at 2:00pm......and still haven't been called to be stuck!! I was told to carve out 3 hours of my day and I figured they'd be short staff, almost every business in America is, but to be here for over 7 hours and still hasn't been seen is absurd!!! This location has gone downhill for the past few months consistently under staff, doors never open at 7am because nursing issues etc. I understand at times things are uncontrollable. The staff needs help, the pulling on the good ones is draining being understaff. People wake up early and have to work so the doors not being open on time daily is a strain. I still thank them for the services they provide.

The majority of the staff are great and personable. It's like anyplace these days, you will find the one or two that are only worried about how many hours they've been there and until departure time. But most are accommodating and will make sure you are good(taken care of) before they worry about themselves. One of hose that is so nice and knowledgeable is (I apologize if spelled wrong) Zequoria, she does does not let people upset her which is refreshing to see.

The website doesn't state that you have to wait a week before donating if you've donated at a different center. It only states that you can donate twice a week. The first time I went to ADMA it wasn't a week out (even though it didn't exceed the twice/week limit), so I couldn't donate. The second time I went, the nurse had gone home sick, so I couldn't donate (since I was new to ADMA). The third time I was finally able to get in, but I was there for almost 5 hours because of how short-staffed they were. The

The nurse is a horrible person. Literally wants to argue and be annoying with me. I would advise you not to deal with her is you have a chance! She has a name that starts with an A. Everyone else is set and super nice!

Went to donate today and got told to wait on a retest for pulse, but the screener Rudy who told me to wait, hit defer instead and didn't tell anyone so sat there waiting 30/40 minutes only to be told later that the lady had deferred me and that nothing could be done to come back tomorrow. Waste of time and a trip today because and employee wanted to get on lunch break instead of communicating properly and actually doing what they said.

This has to be the most unprofessional plasma facility. These employees need to be trained on how to treat people with disabilities. My son was literally bullied by Steven who was rough with him on several occasions. He was told not to touch my son or help him and he repeatedly kept approaching my autistic son to stick him or unhook him and was always rude and rough with him. Extremely slow even when there's not a lot of people. Expect 3hrs before even doing a physical. Uninformative to the donors. When low on staff this should be said at the beginning before starting the process. Even a sign would do. Give people the opportunity to choose, not be rude when asked about it. I may have given a four - or five-star rating if they ever answered their phones! They have been temporarily closed for almost two weeks, and no one answers phones to let ya know if they have reopened! So the google page had said it was temporarily closed. Then it said they were open! You have to drive there, in my case, about 7 or 8 miles! And they're still closed when ya get there! What elese are you supposed to do when they never answer their phones? Even when they were open, they hardly ever answered! M

They never open on time. Always because of the nurse, or so we're told, looks like they'd seek a new one by now. Then today after a hour standing in the cold waiting for the doors to be unlocked well after the time they open, watching new donors walk away, they tell us we won't be receiving $10 for the inconvenience. It's like they have no empathy for those that stick around in freezing temperatures, $10 isn't enough but it would still be nice if offered.!

I really love the new center the staff are kind and the place is clean they also have tvs you can watch. But i do not like that you go off of weight to determine how much we donate but do not get more compensation when most places has set ml for certain weight that doesn't exceed 880ml . This is the only place I have ever had to donate 1000 ml. Also compensation for returning donors is 40/60 come on now y?all can do better than that. those are the 2 main reasons I will not return after new donor promotion

It's not fair to the 90% of staff that are courteous and professional (Mary, Tavis, and many others) that the actions of one employee who is neither compel me to come here for this review. The short young man who works mornings is very unprofessional and treats some donors as if his time is more valuable than theirs. While I'm here. The service times have gotten drastically worse. ADMA has an amazing phlebotomist, Mary, she is effective, productive, and extremely PROFESSIONAL! Mary is detail oriented and friendly. Mary is able to maintain her work area and provide great customer service while working long shifts sometimes with no relief coming in and she does it upbeat with a smile. She deserves a RAISE and she deserves a promotion.

We got there a little after 8am and didn't get out until 1pm the staff there plan and simple wasn't working they spent more time standing around and talking then doing there jobs there were people there even longer then us I've never seen more of a mess in my life if you can go else where do so in my opinion that should fire every one and start from new because who they have now isn't any count

The only negative issues are sometimes they don't have enough employees working the floor and ADMA started out having the best payments and bonuses but each month they keep lowering the compensation amount which is bull because the making a killing and if it wasn't for us they wouldn't be

The wait was too long I was in there from 10:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the evening but there was two people that was very helpful up front and it was the manager Scott and Amanda Smith she did everything to try to make me happy and help and do everything I needed so she really needs to get kudos Anna raise.... I call almost every day to donate plasma here and every day I get a different answer to if they take walk-ins. We took an hour bus ride there yesterday after being told they would accept us just to be turned away when we got there for no reason. I called today for the last time due to the man answering the phone being extremely rude. New facility but too many idle employees who complain about the donors yet can't end their side comments to take care of the donors. Just started coming here last month and I'm noticing the same old attitudes from the employees as I experienced from the site I stopped going to for this. Endless chatter from the intake workers who will let you wait forever before calling you in. Profanity from the floor employees and an unprofessional demeanor from most of the personnel. We have got to do better.

I regret coming here. I read some of the reviews and thought that maybe it would be excellent, but it is not. Long wait times, lack of staff, the only lady doing blood screening went to the bathroom and everyone had to wait for her to get back while 9 people were in the waiting room with 4 chairs. I was turned away I assume was because I mentioned in extreme hot conditions I can possibly faint but have not in over 12 years (I am always honest when it comes to my health), I was told to get a clearance letter from my doctor which I did and they still did not accept that. Ashley Joyce is very rude, she also never responded to my email. I never got clear answers as to why I was really denied and was told they are not medically able to? Will not recommend this place to anyone.

This plasma center is the lowest of ALL centers in Greensboro, NC. If i could give it a 0 "ZERO" I would. The nurse is the worst!!!! Please get some organization in this place or new workers!!!!!!

The wait time is ridiculous, they are constantly training people it seems, they are unprofessional and rude. The only person who was even the slightest bit friendly was someone who was filling in from Tennessee. I have donated one time at this facility and I will not be returning. This is a great plasma center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, it is clean and has nice comfy seating. Their hours are a bit short, only til 3 that I can see, but if it works for your schedule this is the best place to donate.

They claim my protein was low and I know for a fact it wasn't. I have missed at least 7 of my new donor fees because they lie to me about my protein the staff even said that they dont want to give out much money which is why they do that...bad business

I would give this place a half a star if it would let me but it don't this place is a joke I seat there for 20 minutes to find out that my QR didn't scan and now I have to wait longer

ADMA BioCenters is the best. Staff is awesome. I've always been afraid of needles, but Tori was super Profesional and helped me overcome my fear with kindness and accuracy. Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work everyone.

The unprofessionalism I have received from here is immense. The first visit went perfect. From then on it is been nothing but downhill. The person who stuck me the 2nd time miss the vein and try digging for it causing swelling seconds later and pain. I had them remove the needle and get another person to stick my other arm. Following this a massive bruising formed cauing them to deferred me. Now that they even say that it's clear oh, they have to wait on a traveling physician that they won't even tell

I will say if it wasn't for the main 4 Ladies that place would be closed down. Hi my name is Vermell. I have never been treated so well at a plasma ctr. Adma is a warm and friendly environment, seems very friendly oriented. The place was spotless and the staff is so amazing. The phlebotomist that put the needle in my arm (her name is Mary) did it with such care I didn't even realize that it was already in when I had asked, "Are you having a problem?" Lol, what an amazing experience. Thank you ADMA for all you stand for and for having such an awesome staff and employees.

Unprofessional drove 30 minutes just for them to tell me to make an appointment made several attempts to call but nobody answered then when I get to the center, I was told that the phone was on do not disturb to come back at 11 which was totally unfair because I didn't know about the appointment policy Kept getting into an argument with the receptionist and manager did not want to talk to me. They say they take new donors up to an hour and a half before close but then you show up and all they have is a sign that says no new donors at this time... just come back on our next day. Not professional at all

They have poor customer service if you have a toddler they will not allow you to sit in the waiting room they don't listen to what's best for the customer when the customer has a child I do not recommend the ADMA Bio center on Bridgeford Road in Greensboro

This place is a joke they don't answer the phone and I went there yesterday and they told me that they are not taking new donors because there was nobody there working but two people get people that work. Becouse I drove from Asheboro to Greensboro to donate plasma and it was a waste of my time and gas and if someone would have picked up the phone I would have never drove there for no reason but no one answered the phone this morning either

Donte was very professional and warming. He made my drive to Greensboro worth it. It was a in and out trip. Adma needs more like him.

I went to this place twice the first time I was deferred for a prior surgery that I had 4 months prior the doctor told me that I had to wait until it had been a full 6 months then I could donate so I went back after the 6 months was up I went through the hole process and was registered to give but as I was finishing up my physical which I passed the doctor told me that I could not donate until my doctor signs a paper saying that I had there permission to donate he tells me this after I had went through the
