Last week donated wasn't ask to make appointment.Nobody working there said anything about making a appointment..they want you to donate but they don't care if it is inconvenient for you. Best part if this problem is that you probably won't be able to to donate twice a week or even every week. They are ruining the ability who do this to make extra money because of the economy. This place is not cleaned right the people don't do their jobs right. So the people who need this will lose because of their stupidt

The first time I donated, everything went smoothly besides the wait time, which I anticipated because I was a first time donor with them. 2nd time was also fine and a little faster. However on my third visit, the phlebotomist was looking for my vein and kept asking me "is that right?" and "is that your vein?". Because I am familiar with having IV's in the past, I was able to reassure her that she had in fact found the vein, but that is not my field of expertise and she should have known what she was doing.

This place is a joke. It's like they don't want you to be there. I suppose these reviews are never read by any management. I was unable to start because I didn't have any meat in my diet and 48 oz. Of water wasn't enough. Those receptionists are the rudest, disrespectful, ignorant, uncaring, etc.

First receptionist ignored 5 people and was texting. Finally, a second receptionist came, but was mocked me when I asked if my mom could give a day early. She (African American women with dreads at 11:30am today) has a terrible attitude and slammed down the check-in chart when I was midway reading it. If I was in a badder mood, I would've put her in her place. My mom (who gave 8 times here) and I aren't going back here. Places in BR pay better and are nicer. They shorted my mom a few times too.

Long time donor, the staff suffer contiguous reviews causing a high turn over. The 1st of this week corporate came in to inspect and shake things up. When you prepare to donate and are hooked up to the machine, your identity is verified 2 ways. Some brain surgeon came up with the autistic idea that all donors need to repeat those numbers to be disconected from the machine just in case you changed genders, names or otherwise.. give that person that came up with that, a stupid prize. Its unbelievable what col

Well let's just say I waited 6 months to go back and when I went back I donated then get told I only get 40 then I say no I just came back for the 6 months new doner fee they tell me go talk to the ppl in the front they said we goin fix it ,DIDNT FIX IT UNTIL I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND THE SEND MY OTHER 60.. SECOND TIME I WENT BACK THEY COULDN'T FIND MY VAIN ON MY RIGHT ARM THEN THEY HAD TO GO TO MY LEFT ARM AND THEY HAD BLOOD FLOWING OUT MY ROOM AND IT WAS HURTIN

Tiffany, Angeliyah, and Kearre are my top 3. They always keep me laughing and help out with any problems that arise. I truly appreciate yall

I will say this, some of the workers are very sweet and have such a great disposition and care about people and are very easy to like while others act like you are waisting their time being there and that they just hate their job and people and are just overall not very nice people to be around. Unfortunatley i did not take to well the first time giving plasma but they did allow me to finnish donating. I took their advice to drink lots more water and eat some protein and take some calcium befire coning and

I absolutely love this place! The staff is very skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate and quick to address any issues or concerns. I was anxiety ridden my 1st time but everyone is so supportive and kind that I am less anxious every time I go. Miss Camilla, Precious, Tim, Scott and Mel are the people I see most and they're great! I don't know everyone's names yet but I haven't had a single bad experience in the 3 months I've been donating.

Wait times are sometimes long but employees are great at making donors laugh and enjoy the time. Heather is an amazing worker in the front!

This place is so rude people here work here need to be thought some manners and supervisors are jerks. God have merci they are worse human. Racism still is out there just because I moved here and I came here for help these people do not treat you like humans. They are butchers

The staff is normally really sweet and helpful they make it very inviting and encourage you to come back and it's doesn't take as long as people think

I have to say that the workers are awesome. I'm a regular donor for years now and my wait time use to be an hour or two. Now my wait time is 5-8 hours since RSV donors are allowed to go first.Everytime someone with RSV antibodies came in,they went straight to the back. This is ridiculous!! Since they are already compensated more than everyone else, they should have to wait like the rest of us.So many regular donors have been walking out due to this. It's sad that everyone else does not get the same money AND

Well I wasn't going to make a review but this is ridiculous I have been coming here for a while now and I quit coming for a bit and started to come back and now they have new people, the woman who is new stuck me so many times and blew my vein out last time and I got fed up with her and just left. Now I am unable to donate because this woman is not knowledgeable of how to put an iv in. I would not recommend coming here especially with that woman who is so unconcerned on how to do her job properly. I will no

Attempted donating plasma for the first time here and while all the staff in the waiting and screening room I worked with today were nice and friendly, the staff that were in the bay area during the donation process seemed to have poor bedside manner. When I informed them I had anxiety and was scared, they responded with "calm down" and "you'll be fine". One staff member started rubbing iodine on my arm prior to asking me if I was allergic. I told them I wasn't sure, and they responded by telling me I shoul

For the most part good people still have problems with the racially biased people if it's ok for some should be ok for everyone it's just trashy behavior

The pay is good for the first 5 visits but I won't be returning because dropping down to $40 for a visit isn't worth the time. You'd end up waiting 4-5 hours in line so it's like making $8 an hour because they don't do appointments. They say it's first come first serve but that's not true. Many many RSV donors come in and cut to the front of the line.

This place takes care of me every time I come. The staff are extremely courteous, and they make the process so smooth and easy. From staff members like Amber, Brooke, Derek, Ms. Karen, and even the prescreeners, everyone makes it a priority to ensure my comfort while I'm here.

Thank God for Laci ?????? This place is THE GHETTO?? Update - They skip their friends to the front of the line. This place really needs a stern office manager.

Staff is team work oriented. You'll never see anyone just standing around. They work very hard and kind while doing so. Wait time wasn't bad considering they're the only center open in Hammond, La. I did leave once time but the wait was better when I came back cause they're walk in only.

The wait time is extremely long. They need more people working. They don't go in order as you get there. Although the workers are nice. They just need to fix the wait time.

Long wait time, 6.5 hours for a first time donor to leave, At least for me. Everyone was professional and the staff was very tentative when I got nauseous. Not a bad experience but a long one, hope next time is shorter!

9 months later... This is the worst plasma center, I've ever been to. It's always a 4 to 5 hour wait (If not longer). It's always short staffed. Some one the managers just set in the office, instead of coming to help on the floor. One thing y'all can do to make it go faster is stop letting the RSVs donors cut the line. What happened to first come first serve? The way you come in is the way you need to be seen. They already get paid more. So they don't need to be seen faster. If a manager is not coming to he

People that work there have a chip on their shoulder they're negative in bad moods. If you are a "returning donor". Keep your paycard bc you'll be charged and nickeled and dimed to death. WAIT 6 MONTHS TO KEEP GETTING NEW CUSTOMER PAY! LASTLY ITS CRAZY THAT DONORS HAVE TO CALL TO RECEIVE THEIR $. ANOTHER FACT FOR YOU YOULL BE THERE 2-5 HOURS FOR THE DONATION EVERY SINGLE TIME. MAKE THE DRIVE TO BATON ROUGE.

This has GOT to be the absolute worst plasma donation center in the world. They are the SLOWEST people I have ever seen. And it's not because they're "busy" so I don't wanna hear that. It's because they're more interested in gossiping with each other. They do not take the job serious. They are definitely NOT properly trained. They do NOTHING to make you feel welcomed or comfortable. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to make some serious changes. I have been to other plasma centers in the past that di

Only been once, so far, but had a great experience. Not much crowd, so my physical was fast. Phlobotomists were very quick and gave me a good stick. Pay isnt as good as some other places, but the faculty were excellent. I was in and out for my first visit in 2 hours, which is very quick for a first timer.

They blow my veins almost every visit and attempt to blame it on me not drinking enough water like I don't carry around a half gallon jug that I fill repeatedly. It takes 4+ hours if you get here after 8 am. And they don't care if you don't want to be stuck by a trainee that has already blown your veins repeatedly.

Everytime I come there never enough people working. There pay of $45 isn't worth the 3 hours time it takes. The employees are very rude and are lacking in courticy. So this week donating you have to sit in the floor while staff takes there time but show up at 6 in the evening and they got pep in there step. This place is such a joke.

Absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here that has no patience for stupid people, pot heads, bums, WT, etc. I wasted 2 hrs of my free time today. Just to get a second hand high. And lose my patience with a guy using his phone on speaker phone. There should be security and a management team that would enforce strict guidelines on behavior. What a joke

I wish I can give no stars the star is for the ones who are not disrespectful and unprofessional. I been going to this place for a while up until today. I have had it with the disrespect to myself and other donors here. The last couple of times in this month of August they been telling me my Iron is low or my protein is low and they deferred me. Okay no big deal after I make sure I take the necessary measures to make sure I am fit for donation (hydrate, eat well a meal with IRON, etc.) Today I walk in and g

Payments are very low! They don't train their staff correctly to take blood pressure Or poke you I have no known conditions but my blood pressure was reading so low I should have been on the floor but clearly healthy and they still wouldn't let me donate. The lady checked it twice and couldn't even get the cuff on right. I've never been denied. I take every step before coming into donate which includes hydrating and making sure my levels are up. I guess they just hire anybody ??

So my spouse donates plasma frequently. It helps others and provides some pocket change for little things. Also both of us being service members with multiple deployments, we know how important blood and plasma dontations are to Soldiers and first responders. That being said, we also know a thing or two about IV's, sticking folks with needles, triage, care, and bedside/ customer manners and service even in enviorments that most people would see as nighmares. So I am providing this review on behalf of my spo

I been a donor for almost a year now at this place and I have to say that this will be the last time I waste my time here because I been turned around multiple times for low Iron because I anemic. Yeah I understand that but however this is the second month in a row I been screwed out of my bonus because of "defferal". I WALK 2.8 miles up to this place on my days only to be turned around and I'm basically tired of it all today it was a heart rate and I informed them I was walking and only a fool wouldn't see

Yesterday was the last straw for me donating here. This place was nice when it first opened...NOT ANYMORE!!! I kept getting "No Flow" from the machine which NEVER happens to me. So the phlebotomist decides to tighten the cuff so tight that I thought my fingers were going to fall off. It turns out the phlebotomist did not connect the anticoagulant bag to the machine; therefore, my blood was clotting in the machine and causing "No Flow." I requested to end the donation prematurely. On top of that, I had the p

They have truly redeemed myself since the last time I've been here but Ashley C. , Amber, carmillia are the best I really appreciate those ladies always making my visit comfortable!

Kim and Amber do a great job on the floor. I've been to this center more than 70 times. Great environment. Heather in the front is an amazing employee as well.

I've had an awful experience at this place just in general. Bad attitudes and people talking to you like a child. People messed up my arms on top of missed some of my payments that I had to chase them down and correct.... I've been discriminated against and I'm beyond upset.... I need someone to contact me immediately because I'm on the verge of suing y'all

Never had a bad experience. From the wait times to getting seated on the bed. We understand why there is a wait from them communicating to us.

The place reeked of Marijuana. I left before even signing in and can still smell it on my clothes.

I HAVE BEEN DONATING AT THE HAMMOND LOCATION SINCE THEY OPENED THE DOORS.. THE STAFF IS GREAT.. JESSICA IS A GREAT HELP SHE ALWAYS KNOWS THE ANSWER TO ANY QUESTIONS. MRS KIM HAS BEEN MY FRIEND NAINCE THE FIRST DAY... MR SCOTT IS ALWAYS LAYED BACK AND HIGHLY ALERT OF FLOOR ACTIVITY. I FEEL SAFE EVERYTIME I HAVE TO DONAT AT THE ADMA CENTER IN HAMMOND... BROOK IS ALWAYS CORRECTING ALL DONARS OF THERE WRONG DOINGS AND ALWAYS ON TOP OF HER GAME WHILE WORKING ON THE FLOOR While she has only been there for severa

This place is so unorganized the people that work here are so unprofessional. I have seen two workers almost get into a fist fight. The staff curse all the time. The lie to you.

Used to be my favorite place to go. I was always in and out, which is great bc I have small children and don't have alot of time. The last couple weeks tho has been a horrible wait time. If your gna donate expect to wait for several hours. Good staff tho

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are very polite to everyone. I have been going now for over a year. Love everyone there

This place is one of the worst plasma centers. You get skipped and/forgotten about. Payments always have to be "adjusted" because they don't scan it in the system correctly. I've waited days for my payment to be adjusted before. Unnecessary.

Great center staff really tries har to make it enjoyable and rewarding. Great phlebs are Kim, jeffrionna, and Brooke. Hather in the front will make your experience fast.

Worst plasma center in Louisiana we have to wait at least 4 hours to even get to the bay area months later and it's still the worst plasma center ever if I didn't need the money I'd never come here they don't even put the money on the cards when they're supposed to I've been waiting an hour for it to come to the card

Great staff they greet you with a smile high spirit positive energy patience and understanding..Heather, Brook,Amber, Jeff, melody, Kaitlyn, Derrell, Erica and whomever I may have missed we appreciate you guys!

The people here know what they are doing and they do it right and they treat people with respect

Payments are very low. Your little t.v. screens were good idea I guess, but I had to listen to one person's show which had every bad cuss word in it over and over. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. I would have thought an employee would have stopped it or had the person use headphones, something.

Ashley is amazing no never feel the stick n treats everyone like family

This place sucks they talk to you with attitude but don't wast it back at them this is my 2nd time here always something will not give corporate phone number if anyone has it or can get it email to me this is horrible think they better they you because they wear a white jacket I come from a line of medical family what they are doing is wrong an something needs to be done don't deserve a star but have to put it just to be able to post my review smh my 18yr sis can stick better then them I have 4diffrebt medi

Worst place to donate plasma!! They were very rude with me as well as saying I'm not hydrated enough when all I drink is water!! Plus lying saying they've had to adjust me which they never had!! O'Neal is WAYY better!!!

I love Ashley , s a d e and rashada and Whitley

Highly recommend you go donate Amber will definitely make you feel at home very good staff say Carl referred you and again ask for for Amber no pain or problems

Clean center friendly staff pleasant experience.

This was before thanksgiving and now they will not let me donate and they did it

It's a ok place need more workers and when you have a chair available put someone in it and waiting 3 hours are more the waiting a hour are more to be stuck is a joke really is need more workers for sure and beds for sure

Employees ask for tips and show random favoritism of who to get through the donation process faster.

Amber is the best along with Mrs Kim and the rest of the staff also ADMA is a great place and environment to come too.

I love this place they always have a smile and everyone is so nice and have a wonderful word to say I'll give 5 more stars

The workers are excellent they make you feel comfortable. It's always a good environment when I go give plasma.

The staff is nice really comfortable environment. They don't mind answering questions

Apparently they sometimes decide to take a 2 1/2 hour lunch break because they're ?really busy and backed up.? Just a heads up for those of you who drive from an hour away.

I am a religious donor and I wanted to try this place. However, I was turned down twice trying to give plasma and I am very upset. It makes me not want to come here to donate.

Love that Kristen takes the time to talk to me about my prescreen blood pressure and protein numbers in order to improve my health.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. I have donated multiple times now and enjoy coming in twice a week to see everyone.

I mean its not perfect but it's far from worse I your not here to love it just give your plasma and get out ignore these negative comments

Understaffed unprofessional rude always talking about nonsense always off task asked for the corporate phone number was denied worst place to go to

Everything went fine I got in and out in like 2 hours

They really suck because there always under staff never on Time with anyone

Excellent work and very respectful staff. They sincerely walk you through the process.

Extractions are persistent and clean, I didn't know I got paid for this procedure but it's helped me get 500$ +

The team works with us patiently and God bless them all
