Reviews Summary

The reviews present a mixed but largely negative consensus. Many donors praise friendly staff but criticize severe management issues, including chronic understaffing leading to excessive wait times (often 3+ hours), poor cleanliness, and unprofessional behavior. Compensation cuts and procedural problems (vein damage, deferred donations) are frequent complaints. Positive reviews highlight efficient service and kind personnel when properly staffed, but most indicate declining quality, with some donors vowing never to return due to consistent operational failures.

Please use my donor referral number 66316 This is a great facility. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and make the experience feel completely worth it knowing I am saving a life. Charlie, of course, is a fan favorite. I highly recommend and refer anyone to this ADMA location. My donor reference number is 66316. Things you will need on your first visit: 1)ID or drivers license (for identification) 2)Social security card (if you don't have one, bring a pay stub or a w2 form containing your social

Such a pleasant first experience and so much less stress and you feel less like cattle than the other place back under the bridge on the left that I had such a bad experience with. They were very organized and friendly and gave me a lot more information that I needed. To give me the Comfort level that I needed. The place is super clean they're super professional. Especially my excellent lovely nurse Donna who is very patient and took a lot of time with me. Also great they had the promotion that your first 1

The staff at ADMA are always so kind, warm and professional. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you are embraced by the staff & made to feel like a valued donor. I've been to a few other plasma donation centers and experienced staff members arguing with donors. I've seen donors wanting to pull their needles out of their arms to fight. I've also witnessed a staff member being so rude to EVERYONE that several donors walked out & reported them to security. The ADMA Center is by far th

Great center, much more modern than a lot of others and far better compensation for new donors, currently $850 for 8 donations as of may 2025. The initial visit was lengthy and required a lot of set up but staff were friendly and helpful. There was an incident where the phleb poked too far in and it hurt, but she quickly resolved the issue and moved it so that it would not hurt. Things like that happen so it's not something I'd penalize them for, my veins in that arm are tricky. Only downside is you have t

This location was good...prior to them changing hours to Monday-Friday, as of March 3rd. I donated last week and it took 5 hours to donate. It used to take 2 hours tops no matter what day. The schedule change was a TERRIBLE IDEA!! I won't go back unless they change to at least 6 days a week. The staff themselves are Great to clarify. Good luck to you ladies.

BEWARE of this place.** I *never* leave reviews, but after the absolute nightmare I experienced, I feel obligated to warn others. I went in last week to donate plasma for the first time. I thought I'd try somewhere new with better payout because I needed some extra cash. Big mistake. First impression? This place is outdated. The front desk lady was rude, passive-aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I get it?people can be impatient, but she had no business being that snappy with clients. She wasn't l

ADMA is such a great place! I have been donating here for 2 years and everybody has been very professional. Shout out to dark and lovely Telia! She always makes my visits amazing. ??

Dear Ms. Tammy, I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to you. You truly are a blessing, and I believe you deserve all the recognition and appreciation that comes your way. Your dedication and passion for your work shine through, and I genuinely hope you receive the raise you deserve. Please stay focused on your journey?your love for what you do is evident, and I have no doubt that you will surpass your dreams and expectations. Your professionalism is truly remarkable; when you as

So Adma deleted my post before. I completely stopped donating there now because of this. Check out the pictures. Lack of training, and everyone there has attitudes. It's not pleasant when you walk in to set an appointment. They have some phlebotomist that deserves way better treatment than what they are receiving.

The staff is always professional and nice, The problem I see is they are understaffed and the wait time for donors is terrible . When you work a 8 to 530 job . I tried to go in at 6 so I could make it to work on time but now you have to have appointments and no appointments are available for the next three weeks at 6 . So I will have to find another plasma place to donate. I have been donating here since 2020 .

Don't even waste your time. The way they treat donors at this location would lead you to believe that they want all of the hemophiliac donation recipients to DIE! They just implemented a new appointment system and only notified donors via word of mouth on the donor floor. Which is crazy because any other time they want to spam my email inbox they have no problem doing it. Poor communication, lack professionalism, and are not personable at all. Go to another center!!!

Updates (below). I am a former KED donor. I called the ADMA Conyers location which told me I did not need to wait a week before donating. Drove over and Portia was rude and said their policy was a week from last donation. So I drove over to ADMA Kennesaw and everyone was a gem - Susan, Charlie, Diana... All super efficient & positive attitude.... Took off 1star for closing on Mondays and another for the longer wait times. I don't understand why they are closing one day a week when everyone on the staff tol

Some of the ladies in there are very rude with bad attitudes. One of them is supposedly a supervisor Talia she has a very nasty attitude to be dealing with donors! Some kind of customer service that is huh! It's sooo unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would

Been going there for seven years now and I have never had a bad experience at all. I love the staff they are amazing very professional loving and kind. I look forward to going back there every time

This facility has failed more and more in the past few months. There's more "management" & "quality control" walking around then there are techs/phlebotomists. They cant keep staff, the TVs dont work, the seats are busted up in the waiting if youre lucky to get one, people sitting on the floor waiting for hours and due to the saline shortage, they require you to drink a chemical and sugar filled (26g) Powerade. Not every donor is on parole, homeless or in rehab, some of us actually lead sugar free lives and

Expect to spend at least 3 hours as a returning donor. All day if you're a new donor. It's unkept and unclean. Always overcrowded with trash in the chairs and on the floor. The bathroom? I'll just attach a picture

I come here today and see a whole line outside in the hot sun. They are only allowing 6 people in the building at a time IN general due to staffing . At the point , shut down the center for the day instead of letting people suffer in the hot sun. This is ridiculous and out of protocol

Just started coming here in February love it here there's a big difference from all other plasma donation facilities it's the quality of the staff just perfect I don't think I will go anywhere else feels like I been coming here forever everyone is awesome.

My name is ronperegz childs donor # 00070024 I've been trying to donate plasma for the last three visits.... some of the nurses are using mental manipulation in order to prevent me from donating.pain causes you're blood pressure to rise.... some nurse's will draw blood from my finger incorrectly.which causes pain, then immediately take my blood pressure.... deliberately sticking my finger to cause pain which causes my blood pressure to rise.then tell me I'm not able to donate. No one is watching so they(th

I've been extremely pleased with the staff especially the supervisor on November ,9,2024 she is a multitasking Giant soon I should be in a plasma chair.i only walked in the plasma center at 11:30am... Plus I'm a first time donor after I complete my physical I'll be at set. I'm super excited I'm only waiting to be called for for physical I have completed my screening... I've only been writing 20 minutes the time is now 2:24 hopefully I will be called soon.karla was awesome and extremely patient while I was g

This place deserves I higher score. They are waaaaay better than other plasma places in the area ( CSL SMYRNA). Great helpful and friendly staff. Great job Adma

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about procedures and make you feel very comfortable! Come to this place if your looking for professionalism and caring environment.

The place is understaffed and run poorly. You will spend 3-4 hours waiting. The donor pay was also randomly lowered by 5 dollars a week despite ownership putting less money into the facility and staff. As the wait time increases, the amount of money you make decreases. New donors will be prioritized and get to donate before dedicated donors. I'm assuming this is done to create the illusion that you won't be waiting 4 hours on a consistent basis. The staff is very nice but the turnover rate is incredibly hig

If it weren't for the tech I had, I would?ve given 5 stars for the nurse Teresa at the Dallas location. Teresa was great! The tech, however, was nice but seemingly inexperienced. I have GREAT veins. All I drink is water. They are plump and ready for sticking! She inserted the needle, and seemed to have a problem finding it. I say this because she had to keep readjusting. I almost passed out twice! I've donated several times before and I have never experienced that! I asked if they leave the needle in or ins

Previously coming from another competing plasma center I LOVED this center. The staff were and still are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable that's the only reason I've given any stars. However, as of the last month and a half the experience here has taken a nosedive , so much so that I am considering going back to the center I was going to previously. Wait times from my previous experiences have more than tripled and it is no longer cost effective for me to come twice a week as I have been. As an AB negat

All the staff there are pretty kind, I must say all the ladies from New York are awesome especially my taurus friends born May 2. Kevin ,Kayla and Heather are just awesome! The Asian lady to. I have really small veins so I'm always taking care by professional. They really take their time to help out by telling me to drink more water and giving great feedback . I will continue to recommended people , I will be back thank you guys for your service..??????

I been to a lot of different plasma centers but this is by far the best one! And the fastest. Most places have you waiting for a long time but they get you in and out pretty fast here!

It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review, my first visit was fantastic, so much so I wanted to bring my wife and let her donate as well. I asked them during my first donation what time is the cut off for new donors which I was told ?90 minute before closing? fast forward to today (Sunday) my wife and I get there at 2:20 (they close at 4) so in fact we are there earlier than I was instructed. We get to the front counter at 2:23 and the lady gives us a grin and says are you a new donor, I say no my w

I have had nothing but good experiences here. I don't know what the bad reviews are about but, every time I come it is quick and no issues, I've always got my payment right after no delay, all the staff is nice , if you donate plasma your gonna wait no matter where you go. But, the wait times are not extreme.

I absolutely love donating here staff is great and friendly. It's gets busy sometimes but they're always working hard to get us in and out as fast as possible and I will skates appreciate them.

So far everyone that I have had any interaction with, has been absolutely amazing! Hands down best facility I've been to. Everything from the physical, check in, questionnaire, vitals, I mean everything! Everyone is professional and lovely. Thank you to everyone involved! Y'all are the best!!!

Seems like everytime I come here there's at least one employee talking about they put In their two weeks. It seems like a management issue at this point. I showed up today and there's a line wrapped around the building of 30-40 people and I was told they are only allowing in a few people at a time because there's a staff shortage. Close the center until you can fully staff it. Train the managers on how to be better managers. Pay the phlebotomist a decent wage and treat them properly and maybe you won't lose

Horrible facility! They never answer the phones. They are understaffed so wait times are crazy. I've been calling this center for two weeks now to ask a question and no one picks up the phone at all. Any other donation center outside of ADMA will answer the phone. Management must be horrible since no one wants to do their job at this place. Just try and call them and hear the phone ring for eternity! And it continues they are still horrible and extremely understaffed. Who runs a business like this. They ar

I've called back-to-back for twenty minutes no answer is this typical.. today is November,27,2024 .I'm donor 00070024.my name is Ronperegz childs... nurse Sha,Sha called me into Booth 2 .told me I failed the blood pressure check.... I'm not totally sure the blood pressure material actually works .... I've been at peace and extremely relaxed, extremely...I actually found some money... And I've been excited and happy.i finished eating a nice healthy fish lunch plate. Around 1:00pm... I've asked to speak to a

They have made a drastic change, really it was under staff , now we run smoothly I love everyone that works her it's really like family and I love it thank yall for being great managers from the front on back you guys Are amazing yall heard us and fixed it congratulations ; no other place topping yall

I've been coming her since this center opened and it's sad to see what it is becoming. There was a time when I was in and out in about an hour and a half, 2 at the most. Now every visit is an hour before screening and over an hour to even begin to donate. And what makes it worse is they could care less... the so called supervisors don't do much but stand around not offering any assistance or explanation. It's crazy

Use to be a nice place but multiple diff times now I've run into issues with either disrespectful staff or having to wait all day from before the doors open to close to be seen. In the summer heat.. not even allowed to use the rest room. And more tha. 8 times now in a 3 month period my money isn't loaded onto my account and I have to keep calling to nudge them. I get they are short staffed atm but I had this issue even before hand. We donate and barely get anything for it already, and you make a few thousan

Screening wait times seem to be getting longer and longer. Missed out on my second donation payout of the week - significantly more than the first payout of the week - as they needed to close early due to staffing concerns, so now the amount has reset. Just a bit frustrating. It's clean. Staff is very nice, but there's definitely not enough of them.

Did everything they asked me to do and I called to make sure it wasn't too late to come in. After waiting 30 minutes and finishing questionnaire they send you away and tell you that you cannot be seen because it's too late. But they literally saw me this exact same time last time. Front desk could have spoken up and mentioned that way before I sat there and wasted time again. I don't even want to donate anymore and this is why a lot of people don't donate.

They take entirely too long to pay you for donating like 2 or 3 hours? and wait in line for the same amount of time, gotta do better ADMA

Total joke. Not even a receptionist to help people interested in donating. There's a sign saying where to go if there's questions?except often that booth is bustling with people getting their vitals tested so you have to awkwardly inject yourself to find SOMEONE to explain the process of anything. it's only made worse when the staff hardly treats you with any sort of respect and acts as if you're inconveniencing them. Packed with people waiting in two different waiting rooms. I'm never donating again.

They move quick. A lot quicker than other centers. Everyone is extremely nice and efficient. Wouldn't choose any other place than this one. Has individual TVs for you to watch, and comfortable chairs. Never a long wait

Very unprofessional. They are training people and not reviewing their work, causing alot of errors which caused my blood to spill out into the machine and i was deferred for 8 weeks because of THEIR negligence AND i will no longer be eligible to receive new donor pay which sucks because this was my first time donating there. I will NEVER come back again and i suggest you go elsewhere as well. They may pay decent new donor rates but it's because they lack in the other areas. The nurse was great however.

My 3rd time here. Very warm and friendly staff always engaging in conversion. Each experience has been great so far. I will be going back as often as I can.

One of the staff members is incredibly rude and keeps hanging up on callers mid conversation. I don't know if she keeps having bad days or what. All the other staff is really nice and respectful, idk what her problem is.

NEVER coming here again. will be doing a public video about this on my instagram/tiktok, have over 130k followers and 40k on tiktok so it will definitely go viral. Im letting everyone know to not come here EVER in life. seems like you have to go to social media for companies to care now a days. DIANA is extremely rude, disgusting, and a sad example of a person in general. i dont understand how you can be so rude, this early in the morning, at the job YOU applied for,i was so kind to her, and you were still

Rude, unprofessional staff. I came in the morning of 6/1 as a new donor and when I entered the building the staff looked at me and did not acknowledge me standing at the front desk for a few minutes even though they were sitting right in front of me doing nothing. You could hear a pin drop. They finally looked up at me with raised eyebrows and if to say ?what do you want? and I finally said ?HI? . She asked what I wanted and I said well I guess I would be considered a new donor and she said oh we aren't tak

I called at 11am and was put on hold for 30 minutes, I hung up and called back and have not been able to speak with anyone ALL day!!

The staff at ADMA Kennesaw are professional, friendly and the techs are highly skilled. The plasma extraction process is fast and quiet and the chairs comfy. One of the best centers I've vis?ted.

I sat there for two hours doing paperwork and intake and no at the very end they ask for a list of medication I take and deferred me because I take more than 3 medications. They need to be clear with the guidelines before they waste peoples time.

I can understand some of the negative reviews but from my experience I haven't had any issues. The wait times are long sometimes but that is to be expected. Minh and Charlie are my favorites! Charlie pretty much runs the place she's fast, friendly and does multiple things at once she is very good at her job! And minh is so kind. I like donating here and plan to keep it my center

When I went 5 times in May 2024, My favorite plasma donation center. After going to all 5 of the other companies in Atlanta. CSL,Octapharma, Ked, Grifols, Biolife. The staff was always nice and actually seemed to care about you. Needle sticks were perfect everytime, just about all the other centers had someone either stick the needle too far and hurt my arm or too short and have me stay an extra hour or so. Their new donor pay at the time I went was more than all the others I've been to, and convenient lo

Everyone was friendly and professional. Be sure to have id mail with address and social security. I was able to use my tax forms instead of the actual SS card. Drink lots of water and eat prior to getting there . They check your iron and protein levels as well so eat your spinach and peanut butter. You get a cash card the day you donate. Good experience helping save lives.

Omg I been going here off and on since yall opened. It used to go so smoothly in and out in an hour 1/2 I don't know what happened in the past year but this place has went downhill 3 hour wait times just to get to the vitals and then another hour or two just for them to call your name to donate it's simply ridiculous might as well close down since nobody wants to show up for work anymore

When i first started i would have gave them five stars but i waited some to really see how they act. I'm glad i waited they are nice people but have no respect for people time. They be having people wait until they finish their conversations which is really messed up. They all talk to much and we don't be getting out in fast enough because they literally will stop helping someone to finish talking and they don't be talking about nothing work related either. There's nothing wrong with talking but please be m

EDIT: in 2023 I have to drop some stars. The wait here has gotten outrageous. I understand being understaffed, but waiting 30 minutes and the line only moving up by 2 people is WILD. A screening takes less than 10 minutes and there's more than one screener working. Absolutely no reason for someone to wait for over an hour just to wait more to get in a chair. Yesterday was my second donation and I honestly can't wait to go back. Every employee I have come into contact with has been EXCEPTIONALLY personable

Never able to get in touch with center over the phone always understaffed no tvs work just overall uncomfortable experience for me

Why tell new donors to come before 5 over the phone, to rudely say they're not taking any more for the day after allowing someone to go right before my spouse at 4:40? My husband needed the money to help me afford my asthma medicine that I NEED to breathe. The woman didn't care, and said if they took him they'd leave hours behind when they're supposed to. If that's the case, why say 5pm? Extremely unprofessional. A waste of time. And that lady is a waste of space and I hope she loses her job for the lack of

Today was my 3ed time donating the plasma at this center. I was disappointed today once my turn came and the bed had blood from the previous donor. I told the technician about it and she was rude and unprofessional whipping the bed and saying "I need to start you very quickly if you want go get paper towel for drying it".

Best Spot and Great Friendly Service with a Smile and Best Pay

Worst place ever, they had me sit there for 2 and a half hours and didn't even see me. It was a complete waste of my time

I have been going to ADMA for a long time now and there are some pros and some cons. The pros - definitely the staff - there are some really good phlebotomist, Zaniyah is one of my favorites because you don't even feel the stick and she is very caring. Great staff! Cons - they seem to change the pay out a lot and you never know what it is going to be from one month to the next. I also referred my daughter and she has went many times but I didn't get the bonus because they said she didn't meet some criteria

I had to change my review. Wait times are 3.45 hours to complete donation. Something is seriously wrong with mgmt. The bathrooms dont have toilet paper. The men say their bathroom is disgusting with water pooling on the floor. The staff workers are very nice.

I give them a 5 star. The front staff are extremely well informed and can provide any answers you may need. The first person I saw to donate was amazing. She attentive, considerate, informative, and she made sure I was comfortable. I'm not lowering my star rating because of my second visit. It was a terrible experience and has given me a bit of anxiety about going back (I already have anxiety about giving blood/plasma). I do believe it's all about the person assisting you, and maybe the second girl was just

Until recently I would have given this location a 5 star review. I'm not sure what has changed in the running of this Establishment but the first few months was great and long as I did my part I was in and out quickly, the last three times I have been I have left before donating simply because I didn't have 45 minutes to wait on being stuck. The time before that the wait after the donation was much longer than normal. I love donating but when it takes at most 40 minutes to donate and your there over two hou

The service has slowed down considerably since their new upgrade. I have left after waiting my previous 3-4 visits. I'm not sure if it's staffing or their system but I hope they can get it corrected soon. Update: Service has slowed down so much that it's not worth coming in anymore. Best case scenario for wait time before getting hooked up is an hour to an hour and a half. The team never appears to be in a hurry. I'm not sure why they are taking new donors when they can't take care of the ones they have e

Best one I've been to yet! Their system works, to get you in and out in a timely manner. The staff is awesome as well. I only have an issue with one, the heavy set black guy w/ dreads. He poked my finger so hard, that it bled more than normal and hurt for about three days. If you're having a bad day, please don't take it out on customers.

No sense of urgency for the customers here whatsoever. Today is 11/8/23 and 1 screener is present with 23 people waiting to be screened at 3:05pm. *4 customers have canceled their appointment in the last 30 minutes* Adma Kennesaw is ALWAYS understaffed and management claims that 1st shift is always in "meetings" during the busiest times of the day. Wait times are MIN 3 hours consistently.

Employees are awesome! Corporate is NOT!! It's absolutely ridiculous that beginning June 1 2023 they lowered our compensation $55 a month. Without the donor they would have no plasma and they are being very disrespectful to us for our time and commitment to donating. I have been donating eight times in a month for over two years and they do not value me.

If your a proud American veteran. that has served your country. They are disrespectful to you. If you stand up for yourself. They made me take my ball cap off. The guy that came too me stated someone complained and as we where speaking he said that he didn't like the hat not another person. He also stated that he was the high level amd that I couldn't go over his head. He was the highest in the company according to him. This is the Kennesaw ga plasma donation center beside burger king.

Back in 2021, I would have given this a 5/5, but it's 2023, and I've noticed a lot of things at this location. There are only a small number of employees who are actually perfect at their jobs. I will never give out names because it will not serve a purpose. I know management has undergone numerous changes as well as policies within this company have changed over the years. What made this location great in the past was how quickly you can walk in and walk out. This location used to have many employees, and

I had a great experience at ADMA. Got there with a friend, signed in as new donors, and got the process underway very quickly. Everyone was dong their jobs and the center is run quite efficiently. It was clean, the air was cool, and I liked the decor. Doctor Susan and the phlebotomist Kacey were so nice! They were very warm and easy to talk to. The whole thing took about 3 hours for us (since we were new) but I plan on going back again next week. Thanks so much!

this is the second time this has happened and i will never be returning back here. 3 different phlebotomist have blown my veins and left me with these horrific bruises and in pain. they rush, are unprofessional, and overall don't care. find somewhere else. don't waste your time here

I have nothing but praise say about the staff. They've always been respectful, quick with that good morning and have a good day I recommend this facility to anyone who's considering donating. Even on the busiest day I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. My only complaint is about the pay scale. it's hard to follow how much you're going to get each day. I know the plasma is going to a good cause but the reality is times are tough now with covid and like myself and others we donate because we're in dir

Staff was professional kind and helpful. I had a great experience being a first time donor, from the time I filled out papers, had a short physical and answered questions to the time I donated I was finished within an 1hr. forty-five minutes.. it takes a little bit longer the first time you donate. Any other time your probably gonna finish with your donation in about 40 minutes!!! I will return in the near future ?

Great service every time!! I don't know what the other locations are like, but the staff at this center are always kind, communicative, and professional. My wait is reasonable considering the large number of clients they serve and I've never heard anyone complain about the professional staff here!

Really good service when i came here my expectations were blown away by the employees at the front desk. Claudia and her colleagues definitely deserve a raise!! The personnel are all friendly and professional. The lady that stuck me named Aaliyah made the stick painless. Easy way to make some change come donate here if anywhere!

They're correct closing time is 5:50 pm ????

Ni was very polite and professional while starting my IV, she was very professional and gentle while getting me going for donation process. Thank you. P.s., Mr. ADMA, take care of your employees and pay them well accordingly so that you are always fully staffed and ready to serve the public.

I'm a new doner and my personal experience has been not been 100percent due to the fact that I only receive half the money at a time n usually have to wait a few hrs or a day to get the rest of it even though I tell them before being stuck with a needle and after. also when I call I can't get anyone on the phone so I'll probably find a different plasma center after my next donation science I have to go up there to get the rest of wat was owed to me

Website and person who answered the phone told me to be at the location before 5:30, arrived at 5:15 and was told that the nurse was leaving for the day so they could no longer take new donors. Stood at the desk for 30 mins being told that they were understaffed as two managers and a nurse indicated different reasons I couldn't be seen. (There were too many new donors for the day. They weren't able to complete the physical before closing. The website is wrong and they stop seeing new donors at 5.)

This Team is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. They have plenty of protocols to follow and a routine that must be followed for EVERY person donating. They get busy just like any place of business and at times I've waited 20-30 min to be placed in a chair to be stuck. I always give myself 2-3 hours for the process and have never exceeded that time frame. Staying hydrated and healthy is key to a successful donation and the Team encourages it all the time.

Out of 11 locations over 7 plasma companies I've been to, this one is the best. Most nice/friendly/helpful staff (makes for a huge difference in things going smoothly), clean, comfy chairs.

This was my first time ever donating plasma. When I went in I was told that if I recommended new donors that they would pay me 50 each donor if they donated twice.. So I did... The center tells me I have to donate twice to get the referral fee promised. However. In which after she left and my plasmapheresis machine had b

Unprofessional staff with long wait times. BAD sticks and very underpaid donors. Go elsewhere!! Also be prepared to wait for hours here.

4+ hours it took for me being a new donor! Almost 5 hours... Crazy how slow the process is. Arrived at 10:30Am.. left at 2:40 pm Only gave an extra 2nd star because Friendly staff Update: I've been back many many times.... Be prepared to at least wait 3 hours. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Pretty ridiculous that all other places take wayyy less time... But a solid 3 hours+ Everytime.
