Previously I would have rated this center 5 stars. I've been donating here for 3 months now and in that time the staff are always great. Today however I came in after taking a brief brake from donating (2 weeks) to find they now require an appointment, no big deal they were able to squeeze me in, awesome, but after waiting an hour, with a large group ahead of me, and in that time only 3 folks ahead of me getting called... If your going to take appointments it needs to be to minimize wait times, if you are a

"I had a wonderful experience at ADMA Biocenters From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with clear instructions at every step. The nurses and volunteers were compassionate, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the donation. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere, which made the experience even better. I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others, and I highly recommend this pl

In 9 years of donating plasma, this location is hands down the best place I've ever donated. Every staff member I've had the pleasure of being seen by, has been very professional. I enjoy donating here.(3rd visit) Just want to say thank you to the staff for promptly addressing any issues that have came up. Definitely recommend ADMA if you're considering donating plasma.

Had to change my 5 star to 3 Stars. Friendly staff,, But now we instead have to call or travel there to make an appointment . The staff never answers the phone. Its hard to reach them? If they are going to do appointments , the least they can do is answer the phone.

Good place to get quick eazy money long as the current staff stays then it should be good. My only problem with them is that they do payments and incentives in uneven numbers forcing you to lose a couple $ to pull it out

This center is a really good place to donate. No company will have perfect staff all around. No buisness is perfect top to bottom but being one who experienced both sides of the medical field I can say this company is definitely one of the better ones to donate with. Place is clean, people are mostly friendly 1 or 2 employees may not be as great as the rest yet. But I like ADMA. Definitely a better experience than other companies all around.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy and painless the process was in donating. All the employees there are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone.

a environment where people feel comfortable coming back again and again. The staff there are friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure each donation is a smooth and positive experience

Be careful of those who take your blood at this center. I should have excused myself when my phlebotomist (not sure if they passed an actual class) wanted to use a vein that was never used by my doctors and, furthermore, not seen with my eyes, but she felt it . I'm sitting there and the phlebotomy person left me to do others.. my machine is beeping and I'm looking for someone to come over. After a minute I'm dizzy and about to faint ..reason being ...while i was not being monitored blood was collecting in

ADMA has a great facility, clean build, energetic staff. The donation process is quick and easy. Very short wait time!

this place makes you feel so welcomed and not scared to donate!!! they got the best staff out here! Kevin, ashley and raoudhoi are the ones to go too when coming here

I've been a donor for so time now and have see the laurel branch go from the Great staff and company to a downward Spyro from unhappy Donors and Inexperience and very unprofessional Staff to the 3-4 hrs Appointment waiting time that is not the worst of it you make an appointment for a Specific time and as you await your turn they call 5 other donors and say they're "V.I.P" so you're there for another hour it's like the company doesn't care about the donors

It's a great place with nice staff. Everything is up to code and clean. Also ADMA has the highest pay rates ??

Experience racial discrimination this morning by the hands of staff members pacifically, Mr. Rodrigo also, the staff doesn't know how to speak to people when enforcing the rules, namely, Ms. Chanel

I can't stand needles! However I give to help and hey have the BEST one hitters!!! Plus staff is always pleasant.

Never had no issues since I've been coming to ADMA the staff are very professional and the facility is nice and clean

It's getting worse., they are working right now just 5 days and before they used to work more days and now they don't have enough personnel, the personnel is pretty bad with the skin of the people and they make you waste a lot of time on the line, there are people that even spend 3 hours and don't receive attention.

Chennel should get a raise for the work she does. When something goes wrong she always fixes it. Pay her

They pay good money, it's quick & the procedure is easy. Everyone here knows what they're doing. Also they cool peoples

Great donation center I'm always in and out in a timely manner as well as the staff treats you like family.

Amazing staff, very courteous and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to donate.

ADMA is a very amazing place Raoudhoi was a very friendly person and stick my vein very we'll definitely one of the best place to donate

Excellent service.the staff is very kind.also professional. Also I love the 6am start time.

Great staff friendly and professional Clean environment Quick , simple process A lot of perks, bonus

Love the staff they are very nice and I'm always able to get in and out with no problems.

I love ADMA Plasma. The workers there are so kind and gentle. They all are attentive to the patients in making sure that we are all comfortable. ADMA is the best plasma center I've visited. I'll always recommend any one to donate there

This is one of the WORST places I have ever been to. They have the worst attitude, very disgusting. We called for money that was owed to us, she was so rude she ended up hanging up on us. We have been calling for 3/4 days and nobody wanted to answer the phone. It's so beyond unorganized and dysfunctional. They need to hire a completely different staff. Very incompetent staff. Don't waste your time here!!

I am a new Donor. Each experience has been super pleasant so far. Even when they were extremely busy, Breana made sure to update us on where we were in the queue. She was extremely professional and helpful. Mikayla and the kind lady at the front desk always greet with a smile, positive energy, and are always eager to answer my questions.

Good afternoon, the day I had a terrible treatment from the reception people, they were racist and very rude people, the service in its entirety terrible. Even with my papers in order and being a friendly person, I received the worst treatment in this country being a Hispanic woman. They receive my documents, they make me go to a room to check my arms that indicate that they are very well and then they make me go back to the front and ask me to read some papers and indicated that I do not understand much En

I love the atmosphere, they are very cool and friendly. Rita does an exceptional job with sticking me. Also Hellen is awesome sauce. Thank you guys for making me and my wife?s experience great every single time ????????????

Best place to go they professional and the service is fast n easy come donate yall ??

The staff here are the best! Their energy is always great and pleasant! Always smiling and making my short time here a good one. I'm in and out fast. Thanks everyone ??

Staff is great, and efficient. Place is friendly and clean.

This place is amazing. The staff is really nice, engaging and professional. The building was clean, sanitized and smelled good. The new donor process was easy and didn't take too long. The pay was pretty good. I even got a goodie bag full of stuff when I was done. Overall, I definitely recommend donating here!

Nurses along with James are pleasant, personable, and professional. However, the phlebotomists are another story...between one being unnecessarily loud (attention seeking) and the other being extremely standoffish almost to the point of being rude, I will not return. The energy back there is really off and a bit unnerving to say the least.

New Location! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and bright, comfort level during donation is far above the competitors in the area. Rita is leading the team by example with amazing talent and Hellen is so sweet! Her touch is as light as a feather! Thank you AMDA Laurel for being so welcoming to True and I. ??

I wasn't able to donate because of medical issues, but I'd go back in a heartbeat. They were friendly and fast. The entire staff were all very engaging, and it felt like a breeze going through the new donor process (until I had to stop). Alone it's a really good place, but compared to other plasma centers it's in its own league.

My visit at this facility was amazing. The people up front at the desk were as pleasant as the people in the back unfortunately. It was clean, and Na?Tera did my physical. She was amazing. She answered all my questions and more. Speaking with her was the highlight of going there. Great customer service goes a long way. Thanks again Na?Tera!! ?? I hope to have more experiences like this if and when I return.

great place to donate plasma, it is a clean environment and has friendly staff

Something nice, great folks not vampires. Love Adrian

I went for my first donation on Saturday and the staff was amazing! From the moment you enter into the reception area to the moment you are being hooked off the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I'm so happy to have found a plasma donation center closer to my home.

Great services , Clean & Friendly Staff !

I love the staff they are amazing

I have always had a good experience with this center, staff and service included. Keep up the good work.

Good waiting times and pleasant staff.

Between them locking their doors early and the nasty attitudes of majority of the employees, this is the worst center I've been to.

The staff are very nice and professional

This center has a nurse named titilayo adeloye who has stymied and even sabotaged my attempts to donate plasma here for weeks now. She keeps destroying paperwork submitted by my doctor. Even after I was cleared to donate and successfully completed my first donation, she personally went into the computer and deleted the paperwork that cleared me to donate, essentially deferring me simply bc she doesn't like me and for no other reason.

The whole entire staff is the best.

They are very nice and friendly

The staff are extremely professional but, Bre is the heartbeat of the place

Amazing place, Staff is really nice and gentle, short lines and wait times,.

staff was friendly and helpful

Great staff and great service
