I've been donating here for Years. For the first time, I had what is called a ?cell loss?. Instead of the phlebotomy techs telling me that I won't be able to donate for over a month; I was told to come back in 2 days for my regular donation period. Upon coming back, I waited for over 20 minutes and then was told about the ?cell loss? & that from June 25 until August 8th, I can not donate. I have my child?s birthday in less than one week, plasma was my only option to make some money! So sad and frustrating t

Made my appointment online and brought everything I needed with me, that was said in the email. The place is real nice and sets a relax tone. The chairs are comfy and the process is quick. Shout out to Sharon, she was really nice and friendly. Made the screening and physical process smooth and simple. Highly recommend this place ????

i am a new donor.. i was here last week after making an appointment at 8:40 and was told they couldn't see me because they were short staffed after so many people called out.. i come back today after making an appointment at 8:10 it is now 10 and i still haven't even gotten a physical because they are ?short staffed? and the nurse is helping with screening? i asked how many new donors was here she said just me, so i asked her could the nurse just get me out the way and go back to screening and she said she

They falsified my medical documents in order to leave work earlier. Which is an open and shut lawsuit. Then had the nerve to tell me right to my face that they falsified the documents. On top of falsified documents. They told me I would still get paid as a "second visit" when I come back. Which is $85 for my donations. After the donation they didn't pay me out for over 3 hours. I had to call over 100x in a row just to get 1 answer. Then they finally fixed it and the front desk tells me over the phone. With

Overall it's okay but they talk and play around too much for my liking. this one particularly red hair girl with glasses, every time she screens me I fail and get defer for a week due to my protein being too low. My iron u can understand because I do need to get more greens and stuff but I know for a fact my protein is good. And it's always her when she screens that I fail that can't be a coincidence.

Today, was my first time donating at this location. The phlebotimist that set me up today, Chanel, was really great. Super friendly and professional. She did such a great job sticking me, that I promise I didn't even realize that she had already done it. I felt nothing. No pain nor discomfort whatsoever. She was very understanding and willing, to work with requests. As far as my preferences and the scar tissue that I have on 1 arm. That willingness made for a speedy and smooth session. 36 minutes in fact.

I love this center the staff is great they are always polite and very helpful I can only recall one bad experience but like I said the staff are great well my bike was stolen and the staff know me so well one of the higher ups compensated me very well when she didn't have too so I'll always have nothing but good to say and I actually have become good friends with a few of the staff.... Good job on hiring

Staff doesn't even know what they're doing and refuse to help. Front desk woman wanted me to sign my SS card? Refuse me service when I declined?! Hopefully, this place gets a new and better professional staff soon

Place the worst have make appointment online then when you get there they tell you they cancel all the online Appointments and basically your time don't matter I'll never consider donating plasma after this experience waste of time and money. And the girl at the desk had the nerve to act like she was doing me a favor.

Staff is great, but my pay dropped from $45 and 85 down to 35 and 65. It's a little disappointing

It was my 1st ever donation there and I was there for 5.5hrs waiting and even though I got there before my appointment time I still ended up spending most of my day there and on top of that when I was about to leave after donating I had to immediately go back when I was exiting the door because they only put 1 gauze on my vein and started dripping blood and one of the lady staff there very rude yelling to me in front of people saying ?Are you going to stand there dripping blood and it was my 1st time and I

It's a clean place . James is funny ?? but he is also a nice guy . Some of the people who work there actually care about u. Y'all are amazing. It's good tht I never have to wait forever. Bathroom door in the lobby needs to be fixed so does the one in the back . Other then that good service.

This the worst plasma company period. Terrible wait times .donated once didn't get my little forty till the next day and only cause I physically went back up there. Another time didn't get my bonus hundred on the six donation got it on the seventh which made it less than I was supposed to get. Couldn't donate on my donation day cause they do a physical every year for repeat donors and they said they have no nurse.so couldn't donate till Monday when they opened making me miss my second one if the week which

i had been goin to a different place to give plasma (not too many to get confused by) and this is BY FAR a superior experience in so many aspects. firstly this clinic is APPOINTMENT BASED, whether you are new or returning. so that means NO LINES! which increases the feeling of safety and cleanliness, so i appreciate that a lot. the front desk is clean and the lady was nice. the lobby is bright and has enough seating but it doesnt look like it gets crowded. i went as a new donor and the process took a minute

The staff are great and fast, friendly, no wait time, But make a appointment your first time

I understand it be people lunch break but they don't gotta be rude or talk nasty it's called have somebody for back up

Awesome place when you're short on cash, since the old crew has left the team members are much better and it's a happier place. Finally no arguing. Also, now we can get direct deposit or add cash on our card just like you do with cash app. I'm still waiting for tv's or speakers to be placed in the bldg. You can always switch the music up. Bathrooms are much cleaner, tired of bathroom door.

Great location, never had a single issue with staff here, other consumers will be your issues never the staff. Any time I have had a question Robin at the front desk has always been helpful and she always goes above and beyond. She is kind, courteous, and very respectful. She is one of the main reasons I continue to use this site. Definitely a favorite staff person here.

The staff at this location is great. The best time to come I would say is early in the morning. It's a guy named Anthony here (everybody asks for him) that sticks excellent. Never any bruising or pain. It's a lot more people here experienced at what they do and do everything well I just don't know their names lol. Yeah this location is great

Hey I been donating at armingo center for a few weeks now! An I can say the staff are All amazing the front desk girl is the best. She is very helpful and nice! Donating is fast you be in an out. An I have not had one person mess me up by sticking, never I love the energy in the whole center! An if you guys are looking for a housekeeper to keep the center cleaned on a daily basis. I would be glad to come along on the team. This place is the best. They so friendly

The staff are very nice, and they try to make you as comfortable as possible

The best blood ?? donation place to go has a clean environment good staff to help u out every step of the way the appointment set up is easy for new donors trust me u would love it here n it's worth it

If you are looking to give Plasma and get compensated I highly recommend this location. The staff is friendly and well trained. There are times when it can be busy, but I believe over time this will be addressed. This may also be a good career path as well. Many employees have risen in to management and training roles. Great location!

I go twice a week, so far three times I've been told I lost 7-10 lbs between the two day wait, which is physically impossible. Now I get a new guy who didn't remember to take the blood pressure and defers me cause says my protein is down more than half from two days ago when I had chicken last night, same meal my friend had that's donating now. Took 2 needles to stick and 20 mins. Need new training. The only thing good about the place is the girl Stephanie. Not only a beauty who gets the bp up so you're done

Every time i go there I get stuck for the pre exam with some light skin girl with a tacky cheek piercing and tattoos, she's rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming and not very customer service orientated. Tip: If you're unhappy at your job then change your situation, don't come to work and antagonize the customers. I can clearly see why several people I have spoken to in the waiting area have said they don't like her and hope she nvr calls them.

I've never had any problems. The staff is ok. They all seem competent. Downside is the cleanliness of the facility. The bathrooms are horrible, always dirty and never have paper of any kind. Most of the building is messy. If they hired someone to be there all day to just clean, this place would be 5 stars.

I donated for the first time at this location last Thursday. The staff was very professional (though I did wait awhile to see the nurse), and the guy who did the stick was awesome! Don't know his name but it was near closing and he was about to go home. I felt NO PAIN when he stuck me. I'll be coming back

Horrible service people don't know how to do there jobs been waiting for 14 days to donate and still waiting on blood work to come it don't take 14 days to come back

First time at this location and was worried I would have a parking spot. That was not the case, there were plenty of spots. The staf were nice and pleasant. The lead nurse helped transfer my info from the Cheltenham because I was having and issue signing in. Afte he did his magic I went back very quickly and was in qns out in no time.

Friendly Staff, Shucks! they're more than just friendly, I feel like I am Family as I see the Staff more times a month than I see my real Family, lol, I am treated with the utmost respect and I return the Love. I am a Veteran donor, I have seen and noticed some changes at Aramingo, Shout Out goes to Charles the Custodian for keeping the Restrooms smelling fresh and looking clean daily.

Tried to call about becoming a new donor and the person answering the phone was catatonic in nature. they went from un enthusiastic to yelling at someone in an instant. then when returning to the call he had completely forgot what I'd even asked. Seems like all the reviews are true about this place. Best to just go to the Red Cross for a semi professional environment. Maybe don't enploy Hood rats at your location....

I was a new donor on my 3rd visit passed my vitals iron protein everything was great. I seen a relative who just got finished donating he was leaving and had a job opportunity for me I grabbed his phone number to contact him in reference to the job and one of the staff canceled my visit for taking his number down by the door threshold i was not able to donate because it was pass 6pm closing and I couldn't get my vitals done over management held no integrity it's like she tried to antagonize me so she could

Definitely need a new maintenance person . Floor is always covered in bloody gauze smh

When I tell you don't go to this Aramingo site plz listen to me. The girl who works that front desk in the morning needs to be fired ASAP. I had a appointment she played on her phone ???? for 20 minutes before she took my Driver's license and social security card looked at it for another 10 minutes stared at me up and down about 5 times to tell me I didn't have Sr. On my Driver's license so it didn't match my social security card I never had any problems no where else but here. She was unprofessional disres

Very clean polite and friendly staff make me feels so comfortable my first visit. And concerned when I was uneasy my first visit when you have staff that goes above and beyond with care and concern and respect it's a win win in my book.

I have been to this location about 5 times. 3 out of the 5 times. Other patients were called ahead of me on 3 different occasions. Only this time was it looked into but not corrected. Sometimes a person was 1 person behind me sometimes 2 or three places behind me. This is very inconvenient and unfair I get up early to stand in a line just to be called when the que and staff allow me to be called. What makes it worse is the fact that when you say something to the staff about it you are dismissed. B Positiv

This donation center so loud? They allow people to play their music on their phones really loud which is irritating. I'm the waiting area and when donating. No one uses their earphones and staff doesn't say anything. I thought it was one of the rules to use headphones or ear pieces. This is EVERY TIME I've donated. Staff skips over people. Bathrooms are nasty broken toilets, blood everywhere, etc. They allow people to talk on the phone while donating.

ALL B POSITIVE LOCATIONS - DO NOT START DONATING ANY DAY BESIDES THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. YOU WILL POTENTIALLY BE SCREWED OUT OF MONEY, HERE'S HOW!!! A relative started donating as a new donor on December 4th. The new donor promotion was $100 a donation, for up to 8 donations, in a 30 day period. On December 22nd I called to confirm his start date and the details of his promotion period. I was told that he had up to and including January 4th to complete his new donor period. On Jan 2nd he donated and receive

Pick up y'all phone reception Damm called 20 plus time to see about my sample wake up no more lunch brakes Absolutely the worst spot to donate never answer they phone how someone supposed to know when they can return y'all frustrating me just pick up a phone that job ain't hard

I have been donating plasma for over 2 years at several different donation centers in the Philadelphia area. I average 4-5 donations monthly so let's say I've done it around 100 times. The last week of March 2024 on 2 consecutive donations the following occurred. After filling the plasma bottle the return completely stopped and none of the attendants noticed for almost 15 minutes until my teeth were chattering. My 2nd visit that week I ended up with a hematoma that looked like there was a golf ball under

Update they only paid me 650. I'm going to find a different center. They lie about what they pay. The 900$ on their website is a lie. It's only $800. When I went in on my first visit I was assured the 900$ online was true. But after that once you start then they all say sorry it's only 800$ we don't know why it says 900$ online. Bait and switch. It still says 900$ online so their response just shows you it's fake.

My experience here was amazing!! The young lady that help me was very concerned of my feeling and my nerves. She went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible! So I would recommend you go and ask for her Brielle an amazing employee ?? thanks for you help and compassion.

Every Time I've Visited B Positive Plasma Center, I'm Immediately Greeted Upon Entering The Facility. Once I Complete All Interviews, I am Entered to the Donation Lounge And Paired With A Friendly And Informative Plasma Tech. I Wouldn't Want It Any Other Way... Keep Up ?? The Excellent Service...??

B positive plasma center is thee best place to donate your own plasma to the staff are amazing and very professional and I am willing to come back and donate anytime. The other plasma centers that I've been to are very lazy and looses your information very often. I would like to give B plasma center I'm Aramingo, Philadelphia Pa a five star review.

60 for first donation. 140 for second. 20 for third? Biggest waste of time. Literally go to any other plasma donation center and you will find better promotions.

Well..I would like to say good. However I was deferred for 2 months.I was hoping to keep (new donor status to get my 125 for 2nd on 11 th of May but was told I was no longer eligible. I will wait 6 months give ya another shot.

False advertisement first donation is $60 second donation is $140 after that they pay you less then anywhere in Philly first donation range from $20 - $35 second donation $50 - $80 and in order to receive $80 you would have to wiegh 200lbs or over they're not specific with thier payments they pay change monthly and you'll have to wait a half hour after you donate to receive your money if you don't immediately take the money off literally everything you do will take money off the card even if you glance at t

The staff is always super courteous, and from my own experiences, have always been friendly and very helpful! I have recommended B Positive - Aramingo to several friends and family since I started going there!

I have been here maybe a few 10 times and the donation process was fine but the wait omg it takes forever and a day!! The restrooms NEVER have soap!! You don't know who is waiting for the kiosk and who is waiting for screening since there is no separation. I'm kind of hard of hearing so I'd appreciate if they had a better way of calling the next donor other than screaming your name from the other side of the wall. On my last visit they messed up my right arm and I have a huge bruise. They tried to find vain

They fail to let you know things like you will be deferred if you go to the bathroom. They are ?allowed? to stick you with a needle and if you go use the bathroom or even get up you will not allow you back on machine. Also if your blood isn't returned you can't get back on nor be paid and will be deferred. Lack of communication, experience and the manager is off of drugs apparently.

Come here with my husband and I sit while he's seen. It's always dirty in thw bathroom and I mean you can come soon as doors open and the restrooms weren't clean from the previous day. Then it's a long line in the front which isn't bad because they process people in quickly but then 6ou have to wait in the back as well because of staff. Them bathrooms are vicious

Surprised that this place was a little more ghetto than I was expecting. Some people were professional and polite others were more interested in flirting with my husband than being polite ignored me to use their cell while getting vitals done and they yelled throughout the donation center having conversations about their personal lives. I was shocked. Wasn't all bad but I didn't go back.

The morning staff is absolutely lazy and unprofessional. They constantly refuse to call people for close to an hour after 10:15 while waiting for the 11 a.m. crew to begin work. Expect a 4 to 5 hour visit with up to an hour after to be paid. My advice is to avoid this place if you want to be treated as a human and donate at a different center.

One of my close friends told me that this place was a awesome place to go to so I took her word on it and I came here my first experience was when I asked to use the bathroom they told me the bathroom was broken and I had to come back out for soap because I guess people steal or whatever the case may be so I go to go walk towards the bathroom and all I see is blood all over the floor in the hallway towards the bathroom in the bathroom going towards the back where they take your vitals so I mentioned it to t

The staff here are great! I've had mainly positive donation experiences and I would recommend it here. The only thing I would recommend is to fix the bathroom doors.

I have made 10 prior donations with myleft arm. Today the tech and "Acting Manager" made me use the other which didn't work and when they went to switch the manager started backing out of it being her fault. She talked so much the thing closed my session. No apology and they needed to be threatened with the police to even pay me.

I started a year ago. All I had was good experience with the staff. I never had no problems. I like to say thank you for for your service

Out of all the centers I've been to, this is the dirtiest and takes the longest. Every time I come the bathrooms are dirty, half the computers don't work, and they never have enough phlebotomists to make the line go at a reasonable speed. Everyone just herds at the back of the room waiting for sometimes 2 hours until our names are screamed out with a bad attitude. AVOID and go somewhere else.

If you need to make some extra money and you would like to help others who benefit from plasma donation, then you can't go wrong with B Positive. Great staff that makes the process simple.

Great ?? staff always friendly and helpful. This place always makes me feel welcome, plus I look forward to seeing familiar faces, and to a place where everyone knows your name.

Everytime I come here I feel welcomed the staff are nice and cool people they also keep the place nice and clean my time here runs very smooth and fast

I can also agree with some of the other reviews on how you don't earn 800 for your first 10 visits that's a lie I received 125 first time 80 the next then after that 80 on my first day of the week then a 45 payment for my second it has been this way ever since after my initial first 2 visits so how is that false advertising when you aren't getting paid what is being advertised and it's crazy how they operate your supposed to be able to donate and receive your payment shortly after well I went an donated at

Your first visit doesn't feel as long as you might think. The staff are nice and professional. The area is clean and safe. Just drink plenty of water and stay away from any foods which deplete your iron levels. Also stay away from fatty foods.

Staff just sitting here arguing while the back just filling with people

B Positive has been a pleasant and positive plasma donating experience all around; from the easy access to the actual donating process and especially the kindness and professional attitudes :)

Although things went smoothly, which is why I'm leaving four stars, i have to take one away because I was not able to donate due to small veins and they supposedly use a large 7 gauge needle which is impossible i was told to donate. I wish the checking of the veins or information about requirements for veins were done before everything else. It could save the staff and people time. I went through all of that screening for nothing. Just a word of advice.. maybe check veins before getting protein and iron lev

Why would a new donor even consider going here. After reading the previous reviews, much improvement is certainly needed. Also, the only pay up to $400 for new donors, in the first 8 donations same as established donors. Other centers around Philly pay $850 for new donors in the first months donations. Put 2 and 2 together people and with B Positive Plasma it doesn't add up to 4!!! Oh and after the first 8 donations you only receive $100 for every two donations in a week, same all through. Again other plas

Avoid if you can. The staff clearly hate their jobs, are extremely unprofessional, and have no respect or consideration. Do not expect to sit down or get a drink or anything while you wait for hours. And after you wait for hours, don't expect to be taken or paid. There are many other places to help your community or get paid.

The girl at the front desk needs to be fired ASAP she's lazy don't tell you the information you need my appointment was for 1030 she calls 1015 to tell me it's rescheduled WASTED MY WHOLE DAY ??

The wait time is 4 hours minimum!! People sitting on the floors, it's filthy, bathrooms are atrocious & some don't even shut and lock!! Workers are tired and grumpy & rightfully so, they need about 10-15 more employees. Just overall TERRIBLE!

It's a wonderful place ms.robin at the front is polite courteous,as well as mr.anthony,Ms Stephany,ms.tati as well as Ms Jamiyah clean fast and respectful

Staff is real immature and very young acting and I'm on a promotion for donating and they short you money on Saturdays while on promotion to receive a certain amount and payment comes late and short when u can't talk to no one to fix it on Saturdays, they need to tighten up and get some employees that really wanna do the job and get things done properly don't even give u time to come back verbally and knowledge of what you receive each donation very young minded employees that lack verbal communication skil

Most workers are nice and helpful every time I go in. Never really too long of a wait when I go which is a plus

this place is the worst I went right down the block 1 block to CSL Plasma is way better they need to change their whole staff at B-positive they take way more plasma CSL Plasma takes less and still got $100 plus they're friendly clean it's always a great experience at CSL Plasma I only went to B-positive because I was curious it takes a whole month to make an appointment CSL Plasma is a walk-in first time anytime even if you walk in CSL Plasma a few minutes before closing they will still take you just g

Very unprofessional, I called a hour before I got here and I was told to come in, I get here at 2:15p and was told I need an appointment The light skin plus size girl was very unprofessional and need more training in customer service! I needed help and was able to get the help I needed

Fast & Smooth in my opinion. staff was helpful with it being my first time donating will be returning.

Im currently here now. I set up an 8:15am appointment time. There's more than 20 people before me. I'm not talking about being seen, I'm talking about getting to the kiosk just to check in..what's the point of setting up a time before hand if it's not legit?!

I've come in and tried to get the donation process started and each time they don't have a dr on staff to do a physical? I signed up about 2 1/2 months ago.. & whenever I'm off from work which is 3 days of each week , they don't have a dr. They say it's best to call and find out if there's a dr. But just doesn't make sense? Why can't you guys keep a dr.

The staff discriminate the people I'm going there running bycicle from 3.3 miles and the staff tell me I can't donate for my smell as if one did not sweat while riding a bicycle and as if one had not bathed better recommended CSL plasma there have more kind people. There tell me this but what about the place cleaning the bathroom and place alway are dirty

Morning was fine but it's to up and down you go on Monday get one price go on Wednesday it's another price something about weight they leave you hooked up with a needle in your arm too long staff talk too much way too mistakes by staff getting the needle in your arm and if they mess your blamed I say that cause you don't get paid for their mistakes that's not fair I don't go anymore don't pee on me and say it's raining nah it's not worth it it's really not

The place is dirty.. Bathroom doors don't close. There's no toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towels. The counter staff is rude. There's not enough chairs.

I did meet some great employees there ... But overall it's it was a bad experience due to the girl at the front desk the heavy set African-American girl she was lethargic unresponsive to customers in the bathrooms there were not enough chairs ?? the computers was broken I said something to the girl at the front desk when they called me they said my protein levels was too low she just was retaliating for not being responsive at work at the front change your staff and it will change your reviews

Very nice every one was nice and very concerned I got sick and they jumped right on it watched over me and I really appreciate there kindness thanks

I finished my donation today and left the aramingo center at 3pm it is now 6:49 almost 4 hours have passed and the center still has not posted my donation money I called on 4 separate occasions today only to be told that they were processing my donation and that I would be paid in a few minutes, this is the second time that they have done this I just don't like the fact they they lied to me all 4 times that I called .

Wasnt allowed to donate because my d/l didnt say Jr on it like my ss card. I could have helped someone in need but was stopped over something that stupid. What a joke.

The people are much nicer the process is a lot quicker than csl plasma and the pay is more, the girl with dragon sticks me here and I feel no pain.
