Very professional and welcoming staff. I have gone over 10 times and have never had a negative experience. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere the have created. It makes becoming a donor and repeat donation simple and easy.

Very nice place and postive as well to begin with entire time

The staff are very personable and courteous and I look forward to talking with them at each appointment. They make the time go by quickly and I've never had an issue at an appointment thus far. Highly recommended.

The staff here is all great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything and ensure you have a smooth donation. The place is impeccably clean and I always have a great time donating.

I would like to preface this review with that the staff was all very nice. I enjoyed them and because of them, I wanted to like this place. However, I did not. I went for my first-time donation appointment. I was there at 8am (first appointment). I didn't get to the physical check until 9am which took another hour because everyone is new and needed one person to watch the whole process. Finally, at 10am (after the physical and 29 audio recordings I had to consent to), I finally made it to the bed (they only

I'm one of the donersi been donating for several years now I must say that I have never felt so welcomed as I have felt at this location the staff is amazing caring and loving I Would recommend lots of my family and friends to come to this location to donate I'm very happy with the service.....

The nurses are nice, especially Erin, but the rest of the staff can be a little rude. They're VERY loud (as someone on the spectrum, sometimes it's hard to deal with) and can be a little unprofessional at times since they spend a lot of their time socializing with each other. Several times I've attempted to talk to one of the phlebotomists/receptionists and was either ignored or given a harsh attitude in response. It's not enough to stop me from going here, but it definitely makes it unpleasant at times.

A awesome location. Amazing workers who go above and beyond for the donors. I have only had positive experiences and I intend to be a faithful donor. I wish this location the best.

Excellent! First time donating there was a breeze, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Very professional staff, most of them I knew from their previous job. In a safe location, hoping they expand their hours in the future.

Am new to the location; so far am very pleased with the service and the staff is very welcoming and thorough

B Positive in Easton or even the other facilities is the most positive experience and the knowledge of the girls that work there is phenomenal it by far surpasses Csl eons so I would definitely recommend B Positive to be the best place for you to donate Thank?.

Today was my first time donating, I called to confirm the appointment and because I did not know English I could not donate, lack of ethics, racism and where and where in the requirements it specifies that to donate you need to know English. So if a life needs my blood, I need to know English to save its life. more empathy less hate.

Absolutely the best plasma donation center around!! Clean facility, super fun, loveable, and knowledgeable staff who always have a smile and your best interest at heart!! Looking forward to extended hours and possibly a weekend day to donate.
