The staff here are very professional. Even though I couldn't get a flow because I was dehydrated. The needle was painless! They tried both arms. 2 different ladies... both were gentle with the needle. Also, thank you to the front desk for doing everything to squeeze me in. I ended up going to a closer center after seeing how comfortable the atmosphere was at your centers. Thanks for the help.

Waited 20 minutes with no front desk staff to help me. Finally someone comes out to help me and I'm told because of the computer system I wasted my time. I have to schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance. They can't see me today because they're booked up although the computer has plenty of appointments. No one in the waiting room. People standing in the back just talking and laughing while I stood at the desk to be told nah you can go home and try and schedule tomorrow. I would love for the owner of thi

I was a new client and made an appointment. I went there despite the fact it took a long time but did get seen. My first time these are my opinions of this facility. Good things-extremely thorough medically speaking (must be ultra patient) Bad things-they never answer the phone, long walk from the front door to their facility, waiting time is way too long for their appointed times.

This place is the worst every single time I've been there I've had a problem from my protein and iron being off to the pay and getting told a different story on how the pay works!! There is never anyone there to greet u when u sign in you can never get a hold of anyone the information they give u is completely wrong and the pay is what erver they feel like giving you! I've kept track of my numbers and nothing matches up and when u ask it's a different story being told every time!! Never consistent they say

Updated 7/2024 FYI they dropped the donors fees again and the referral fee which was $75 about 6 months ago to $50 now to $10. The donor fees have been drastically cut and I do believe you will see a reduction in donors across the board. The contests to possibly win extra money when folks rather just have it definitely in their pocket. So I'm redoing my review. I like the staff, everything is great that way, you recently downgraded the donation pay , it wasn't great before but now it's worse. Other facilit

I've been there twice so far and had no issues the staff members were awesome

The location is close to home, but it's getting nuts with how often I've come in, only to have to listen to somebody having a tantrum and threatening the employees for some reason or another. This place needs a security guard, or guards, because it's making people like me feel unsafe Especially since it's down a long hallway, it would take too much time for police to arrive if needed

Very disrespectful woman was screaming at me because I was given false info. Never come horrible experience UPDATE 4/5/25 fml went again Closed this is a dump

It seems like the people who work there don't know their job. 1hour and half wait to be told that I can't give my plasma because I'm French? Will understand why. But above all, I litteraly gave my French passport at the very beginning, why not tell me first instead of wasting my time ? Don't go there

This place is a joke , they don't know what they are doing , it's taking 4hrs for my payment

Only thing good about this center compared to others is the staff. They are the reason people still attend. No clock, no television, no Gatorade nor crackers when lightheaded and then pay the lowest and continue to go down in pay. Won't give this place long before shutting down. Toooooo many companies in the same field that shows appreciation through incentives. Do better if you want to keep up your numbers.

I love this place! Not only am I helping people that need it, but the staff make you feel wanted when you come in. They are fast at what they do, and they don't hurt you when they are sticking you. So thank you for making me feel at home... ??

Pay is okay. Staff is friendly enough. Problem is they're extremely understaffed. Wait times are crazy. I have a 10 o clock appointment and get in at 9:45 here I am at 11:20 and I'm not even in a chair yet for the hour long donation. Only use one row of chairs while the other stays open and the waiting area is full. Have a whole 6 or so chairs just sitting there not being used. Has been like this since they opened. Under utilized equipment. Understaffed. Higher wait times as the amount of members go up....

Dark & kind of creepy wait area. Like most of these centers, for women who are experiencing menopause, the temperature check for us may be slightly elevated and that is not taken into consideration. So you waste your time and get your finger pricked for nothing and you're turned away. Waste of my time.

They don't clean the bathrooms properly, the water fountains always broke and the soap ?? dispenser is never hooked up right. They don't care about the building

I took 2 days out of my busy busy schedule to go there to donate.only to be told that I can't because of some minor red flag that I could have omitted, and they would not have been any wise to it. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time, I would give it a zero if I could.

Yea id never go back here ! I was a few minutes late because i couldnt find the location and the told me reschedule! Its a joke

Hi when i went to this location it was very clean for starters i was in and out and everyone was polite as well the set up is amazing and is only appointment base unlike the rest

Went in today and felt like I did it for nothing. For me to have 7.0 blood protein at about 160lbs on my second weekly visit. should?ve at least seen 60 dollars. Gave them 802ML of plasma and only got 45 dollars. Nexttime I'm going back and staying in cheltenham where they try to work with you.

This place is horrible. They never answer the phone and they give wrong information.

Yesterday I scheduled a appointment and they called me for my appointment to scheduled my appointment today and when I arrived no employee was no where to be found I had to look for someone and they nurse lie and said I have head trauma that's was years ago and the refuse me to donate like how can people do that when you trying to save lives like I would never donate to any plasma ever again

The ladies who work here are awesome. I really like the place a lot however I'm more then frustrated I referred someone to them and never got my referral bonus. They promise you $100 for referring people and then you get nothing. Very disappointed and very frustrating

From the receptionist, To the intake employees to the folks who do the donation draws, B Positive has been awesome! I couldn't recommend the Holmes location enough! A+ for B Positive!

B Positive is a great place to help others in a Unique way that's all your own in this world we live in. Plasma Sourcing is an amazingly ingenuitive method used to extract, harness and utilize your own natural resources within your Physical Vessel for the production of Life-Saving Medications. In the Medical industry so many areas can be assisted with this application. ????????

Some of the nurses are friendly! Others could use encouragement on providing better service, but overall a very clean facility!

Can someone explain how they can make appointments when they first open but have no one to guide the new donors? Being a new donor, I was unable to check in at the kiosk and I did not see an employee to even ask questions for over an hour. Instead I got to sit and watch everyone else get called since they weren't new. At that point I had to abandon my appointment because I was going to be late for work. BTW I used PTO just to attempt this donation.

Love this place. But they dropped payout, Tons of Staff turnover . A tiny bit quitter then a death metal concert . Zero effs given

I went to B positive plasma yesterday did everything get to the back sit down in the chair I get stuck in my arm the blood is coming out but it was slow so the employeer said it was slow I'm not doing this today and took it out I leave check my card no funds on there like how it wasn't my fault that my blood was slow but the employee took it out so I should?ve gotten paid never again will I go back there I wouldn't recommend no body to go there they getting people for there money bad business

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!THEY PROMISE YOU 100.00 WHEN YOU REFER a friend or family member what they dont say is after 3or 2x's depends on who you ask. Ull recv 100.00 .. you have to fight tooth and nail for it. And even then there's a problem. The manager is never around.....BAD BUSSINESS...if you are just donating GREAT NURSES IN THE BACK WONDERFERFUL... YOU WANNA KEEP UR FRIEND ? Don't refer them @least NOT THERE

Had a good experience here. Everyone was nice and friendly. I just wish you had Saturday and Evening hours like the other centers do

They are very polite and also try to get you in and out also make you feel comfortable t

It might be a good idea to tell your staff that when their at work their not supposed to be on their phones just a thought

I love this place definitely nice employees always respectful I will always come here

Everytime I show up it's hospitality and peace of mind. Perfect setting for a perfect giving moment.

Person at the desk gave me the impression I was disturbing them. Can't even set up appointment for the next 3 weeks. Why would you need an appointment to give plasma? I'm doing you a favor by donating and you going to make me jump through hoops to do that. Nah.

Center is clean, wait time is minimal, staff is alway kin curtious and professional

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend going here what so ever.

Had blood spillage due to workers error Was deferred for 56 days losing money for almost being bleed out

Excellent plasma donation center i love it not ghetto peace and quiet waiting area staff is outstanding best plasma donation center i ever visited can't wait until they open back up

Horrible place to donate in Holmes. Been going for almost a year and always gave an issue.

I prefer the Holmes Center. I had to go to wilmington because holmes is closed but I have had bad experiences.

I love these people they're so quick and easy and professional.

Do they open on Sunday

I've been donating with them for 2 months and so far I have nothing to complain about

The women who work here were so kind, professional, and so helpful. Can't wait to come back!!

Liked it so far, making money while trying to save lives, it's a win, win!

It is beyond stupid that you need an appointment now just to donate

LITTLE SLOW TO GET STARTED AS A NEW DONOR, DUE TO SHORT STAFF, BUT WHEN MY TIME CAME THE STAFF IS HELPFUL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.

I like to say they very respectful very quick very professional

the big girl with the rats nest pony tail who does the physicals and exams for new donors needs to be fired.

Don't come here, the staff is horrible and unprofessional.

Clean and quiet no fighting. No long lines yet.

Worst center for you to imagine they need to be shut down
