Made an appointment and went there for the first time today. What a wonderful difference from the place I was going to that had long lines and wait times. So awesome that they have appointments. Very nice staff and so nice to donate in a quieter environment. So happy that I made the switch.

Great staff..clean and the staff is respectful and knowledgeable. Fast easy appointments to accommodate my crazy schedule. Amanda, Ann, Autumn, Emily, Kenny and Sarah are all awesome. I've had them all at different times.

Went to try and donate last week. Took my form of mail for proof of address ( envelope was sealed, it was my bank statement) the lady opened it for no reason at all! THAT IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL TO OPEN SOMEONE ELSES MAIL! My address was clearly visible! You should be fired!

The best plasma place I have been to. Highly recommended to anyone looking to donate plasma. Staff very nice and always right there if you need them. Definitely my go to spot for plasma donation. They make sure to take care of you the whole time during your visit. No need to have any worries while at the center. Very convenient location as well. Thank you to the staff for making my donation process a memorable experience definitely will be back every week.

Tbh I can't describe how much I love the staff there they are super friendly and I had a incident and they took care of me so good there are professionals doctors who don't do a good job like them so I just want to thank them amd say B positive is the best

Best plasma center ever..very clean staff awesome the only problem I got is the payment should be $60 or $65 instead of $55 other then that I love that place

B Positive is a very easy place to donate. Having set appointments removes the long waits you find at other collection companies. The staff is really friendly, caring and professional. I've never had any issues with payments or changing rules here. I highly recommend B Positive

I would give a good review if the pay system didn't go down hill. They base how much you donate off of hermadicrate. Even eating lots of spinach and protein drinking plenty of water couldn't allow me to donate the full amount. I donated 740 and only got $20! The company is being cheap. There's no way to tell how much you're going to receive until you pay on that bed so don't be surprised if it isn't much. Don't take it out on the staff they're just doing their job. So I'm back to CSL

I've been going to B-Positive over a year now. I'm not one for needles but I do it cause I trust Autumn and I know she won't let anything bad happen. I never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend others to give B-Positive a try.It really isn't a bad place to go.

B Positive has a business model the other plasma centers should learn to adopt. The appointment only model makes it so that I know I will be seen within a reasonable time frame. I've seen in the reviews mentions of the other staff, but no mention of Emily and Sarah, who are awesome at their jobs, so they definitely deserve recognition!

All the employees at the Edwardsville site are very pleasant and hard workers. They do need more staff. And the fact that they do not get any breaks other than their lunch break is ridiculous!! They can't have drinks in any of the areas so they go without anything to drink all morning from 6:30 until 11 and then until 3 when they leave for the day. I really think that needs to be changed!!!! That is so unfair for those workers especially with the summer coming!!!!!! Respect your staff!!

I am happy that's they welcome me with open arms. They also took they time out to help me understand the whole process. Of donating . I am also happy that they gave me a better understanding that our health is everything. It also help me have a better understanding with my girlfriend because she is on dialysis And she also have other issues. With me and just her doing it alone it's really hard . I started B Positive when Autum left her previous job. I followed her to Wyoming when she originally started at your facility. Once she was transferred to Edwardsville, I followed her there and was there the first day Edwardsville opened. Although I hated leaving Wyoming, those nurses and the entire staff were very personable and professional, I would stop in when I could just to say hello. One of the best places I have ever donated in the wilkes Barre area. Autumn and Angel are wonderful employees. Ann, Michaela, and Matt are always fun when walking in the door. I like that it's appointment only. Wait times are not 2 hours like other sonation centers. Overall I would not rather donate anywhere else but here!!!!!!!!

I honestly loved this place for a while , they were organized and professional. I stopped coming for a few months, I've now tried to donate 4 times in the past two weeks, before my work hours but because they allow so many people to make appointments at the SAME TIME it's pointless to make one. I never get in on my appointment time & am waiting atleast 30-45 minutes after to even get taken back. Some people have jobs and work, we have places to go and don't just come here for a quick fix . B positive plasma center is a friendly place. The staff is super welcoming and jolly. If you having trouble with anything they will assist you with no problem. I like coming here to donate plasma and I recommend everyone else should also.

Heather is fine. She never came off as rude to me or anyone else during the days that I donated. I just want the clinics to open back up, so I can donate again. It's was all good but they are making to many changes then tell ppl at the last minute now they going by your Iron not even by your week anymore with no signs up so you won't know what u getting into after u donate

Great donor experience staff is very friendly and kind. This center only goes by appointment so you have to go on b positive website. There are some great bonus as well

The rudeness I was met with on my first time wasn't unbelievable. I had an 8oclock appointment and came in and wasn't even acknowledged at all. Sat there for twenty minutes while the lady complained about being short staffed. Love this place the staff is so nice here and they treat customers with respect. Been coming here for a little while and they make sure that the experience is one to remember. Highly recommend for donating plasma. I come 2 times a week (witch is what they allow you to do in a week). If you are scared or nervous with needles they make sure you don't feel it or they will keep you from worrying. Thank you for the great staff.

Staff is well trained and respectful. They don't rush things like other donation centers I've been to.

My fiance goes there twice weekly and just found out today they lowered the compensation for donors by $5. Some people depend on the money they get from it to help out. So to lower it randomly is screwed up. What's the incentive to donate if you get screwed out of money? I tried donating and the phlebotomist couldn't even find a vein so I gave up
