Thankful for this opportunity to earn money when I can! All the people I have experienced in this establishment have their strengths in different areas and truly do create an effective environment. Yes the first time for doing anything takes time but after that it's worth it. I have enjoyed being consistent and having been noticed I want to build a rapport with these people. Is every-time going to be successful? Probably not but we all fall short of perfection. So if you're in need and you are questioning I

I always have a fantastic experience at Bio Life Abilene, TX. Natasha is amazing at getting me screened quickly and efficiently, and Conner goes above and beyond to ensure I'm comfortable and well taken care of. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate how they take the time to answer any questions and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The entire team is very impressive with their time management, everyone was welcoming and informative. Tasha was amazing, shoutout to her for being so kind and supportive of my choice to start donating.

When I arrived there was quite a few new donors at the check in desk. The facility was quite busy with about 6 other people waiting for their vitals check. It was a little slow getting vitals checked because one of the ladies was tied up with the new donor line. That being said, I was able to get my donation done in a very timely manner. I was hooked up to the donor machine within minutes of arriving at the donation station. When my donation was complete I was unhooked right away by the courteous staff memb

This place is SO CLEAN and every time I'm there I feel very welcomed. I can always make great conversations with the ladies, it's such a chill environment. They truly are so sweet! But they're also getting their job done and getting patients out within an hour to an hour and a half. I'm typically in and out of there in an hour or less! When it's pretty busy I may be there an hour and a half but it's very rare for it to take that long. Thank you for providing such a clean facility and great people at the est

Bri! Is one of my favorites To Go To whenever I go to BioLife. She's always positive and careful when she's dealing with you and explains anything you have questions for. She's real good at her job and that's what makes people want to go back. Keep up the good work Bri!

Today was my first day donating. And thanks to Sierra who greeted me when i got there was so nice and helpful was able to get things going for me, and Teresa who did my physical was very educated and kind informedme well on how everything goes, then conner who was my phlebotomist did a great job setting me up in a very warming and gentle way, I had a very good morning. I really appreciate it and I'll be going back.

I am a new doner. Three times now! Everyone has been so nice and process has gone great! Nathan has checked my blood all three times and he is great! Loved having Connor help me today once time to give my plasma. Very gentle and personable. Thank you!!

Everyone is always attentive and courteous, great place to make a little extra cash. Natasha and Raimie do a fantastic job up front with explaining the process to new donors. Thanks to everyone else I didn't mention

This center is horrible they have hurt my arm over 8 times in less then a year. They seem to only hire people on drugs or very overweight with the exception of only a few. Today was no better at all I got there at 10:10 screened through and was sitting down in about 5-7 minutes (it was not busy at all) I proceed to sit there for another 15-20 minutes not being acknowledged what soever as "Managers walk right past) they obviously got promoted because they all do drugs and party together I hear about them. The staff is pleasant, friendly & efficient. The facility is clean & sterile and the technicians are well trained & professional. Donating plasma is an opportunity to help people who are going through terrible life events. It is a simple kindness that yields life-saving results. It's giving up a little time and something your body produces naturally & has plenty of for the purpose of saving someone's life or the life of a loved one. If you are in good health, I encourage you to donate plasma on a regular b

Friendliest staffs I've ever met it's always a great experience and I will continue to go here as long as I live in Abilene

It's always a great experience coming in when you know you have good staff that takes care of your needs. Love the staff great people place well respected employees Natasha and Raimie.

I was apprehensive about donating plasma at first. But the BioLife in Abilene has squashed that for me. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and safe. Which is exactly what you need when donating! Highly recommend!! Come check them out today!!

Whats the point of making an appointment if it's just going to be busy? Whats the point of having 3 bays full of machines and then only using 1 bay? If people could get in and out in a reasonable amount of time they would be more likely to come back. I shouldn't have to wait in a line for over an hour to donate.

My first time and it was a very easy. The staff from the intake nurse to the actual donation personnel/phelbotomist were well trained, knowledgeable and extremely kind and considerate. Well done.????

Firstly, they advertise that new doners receive 800 dollars only to cut that by 50 bucks when you sign up. I was on schedule to receive my last two full payouts, but due to a hematoma caused by one of their phlebs, I was told I couldn't donate today. Without donating today, my initial offer will expire and they won't help. I am not the one who bruised my arm to the point it's unstickable. I'm very fortunate that I'm not in a worse bind. A lot of people count on these meager payment to assist between paychec

Best plasma donation center hands down! Staff is always super sweet and understanding. Saving lives and making dough it's a win win over here.

Sharing my plasma with others that need it is the least I can do as a human. I'm proud and willing to help those in need. BioLife gives me the opportunity to give. Their great staff and clean environment makes me more than happy to give back to society. It is my pleasure to donate. Thanks for allowing me a way to help.

Have recently started donating plasma and I have enjoyed BioLife. The facility is clean and the staff has been very pleasant. Brittany has done my donation a couple times and is very good.

My experience was almost a good one. Even tho I had an appointment at 8am I started my donation at 11pm. Regardless of the long wait I had a good experience until the end. One of the front desk old black short lady (who's name I did not get but I'll get it next time for sure) decided to have an attitude with me. She told me to sit back down and wait for someone to read a paper to me. After I was completely finished donating and on my way out. OKAY Maybe say it a little nicer but I sat back down. Then I was

Not sure why, but I have bad bruising after donating here. I was trying to go for the 850 deal and I'm stopping 3 donations short. They have already deferred me 24 hours for bruising but everytime I donate here I bruise badly and it's very painful for 2 days or so each time. I have never had this issue at another facility. I'm upset I won't complete this deal as well as the reason I cannot donate is I feel they are too rough on me. Tory is the only person that has been able to stick me and it not feel like

Would be 5 stars but a little irritated about having to make an appointment. Show up early and still have take a hour to get stuck with the needle.

Sasha and Corey are great. There are a few who could use some work but these two go above and beyond. Thank you Sasha and Corey!

What's the point of you guys having a phone if no one answers it? Literally every department won't answer and that's ridiculous. How the hell am I supposed to know what to bring if I don't have a SSC if you guys don't answer the phone. ??

Clean, welcoming and friendly environment. Staff is always kind, professional and friendly. *Special Shoutout*: Ms. Tree always takes great care of me during vital intake and helps me relax. Bre always provides excellent care during my donation process. They both go above and beyond while performing the task at hand.

I have been going to BioLife for over a year now and just love the place. Super friendly staff, very clean facility and easy to schedule on their app. Tonya H

Everyone?s very sweet, professional, efficient! The building is very clean, chairs are very comfortable, and they have good music!

actually insane how you'll deny someone because of their ptsd when the other plasma donation center in town doesn't. people are just trying to make money which is already hard enough when you're mentally ill. i am genuinely astounded by how negligent and ableist you guys are. do better.

I was in the chair for two hours! I have Great veins. No one has ever had any problems sticking me. Alicia couldn't get it right. She called someone else to come fix it. It still wasn't right and hurt. After it filtered blood started oozing out everywhere. Had blood all over me, my blanket and my laptop. Alicia asked if it was okay to stick the other arm. I said yes but I'd be lying If I didn't say that I was scared. The hematoma in the other arm hurt like hell. So to summarize it look me two hours in the c

Tasha and Sasha were very kind and courteous!!! this place is way better then the other place!!!

The people that work at BioLife are kind, professional, and efficient with all their clients! That really stood out and makes such a big difference- thank you!

Love coming and helping out others! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to my requests.

Some managers and staff are great, very friendly but new staff needs better training on sticking people. They mess up on your vein and stick the other arm and bruise you up. Then if you get 2 blood losses due to them you have to wait almost 2 months to return bc of their fault.

I Love it l,they are always smiling, not one time did I encounter a bad phlebotomist. Its clean, and the process is fast.Im always in and out of there

First and only experience here was not a good one. I had scheduled my appt for 6:00 online, got there at 5:45. The sign has an arrow pointing to ?new customers,? so I walked over there. Was rudely greeted by the black lady working the front and told me to go to the check in desk and she would be there in a minute. She asked me when my appt was and made a point to turn and look at the clock like she was put out even though I was early. She did not take her gloves off after she finished wiping her area down a

Donating plasma at BioLife has been a positive experience for me. The equipment is state of the art. Interactions with the staff have always been very professional. They are helpful when I ask questions.

It quick fast and simple if your have an everything in order it good place to come for that little bit of extra always fast and kind thank you everyone at bio life for doing an outsiding Job

Usually, my experiences donating here are great, but that was not the case for my most recent donation. I was scheduled at 6:00pm and didn't leave until after 8:00. I was on a donor bed for over an hour just waiting to start the donation process while I watched other people who came after me get set up. Once I was finally set up and then done donating, there were only about 4 donors left in the building and again, I watched two staff members clean machines and banter with each other while I sat waiting to g

Everyone is super friendly I enjoyed my visit with many laughs! Thank you!

I have donated for many years. I understand it's always voluntary, but when you feel appreciated and comfortable you have no issue returning. Always Thank you everyone

The veterans are good, but the newbies are rude and incompetent. I've had the newbies give me hematoma cause they didn't stick right so now I have like ptsd of letting anyone but the veterans stick me. The vital people are rude and defer people for low iron when they didn't even do single finger stick right. The reason I gave more than 1 star is the facility is always clean and what not. But seriously everyone in this place has a bad attitude towards you every time you come in. Everyone looks miserable. I g

Not sure why an appointment is necessary because the lines and wait time are ridiculous, at times. The African American lady in reception, who answers phone and greets people, needs to get a personality and smile. She's very rude and could care less. I see I'm not the only one who has commented on this. On the positive, Bellah is the bomb and needs a raise. When done with donation, it should be a priority to get needle out of arm, and again, is ridiculous.

It's sad to see low reviews. I absolutely love the staff. They have been amazing each time I was there. So cheerful and sweet especially Michael! I crocheted a few items for them to show appreciation for their kindness. I'm scared of needles and only did this for the bonus, but I'm heading back after a few months break. The staff is that amazing ??

Generally have no issues getting in and out within an hour or so. I have a schedule that allows me to go in during less busy hours, but even when I've gone in during a busy rush, many of the staff remain pleasant. Considering what they have to put up with sometimes, they have every reason to be frustrated. I especially appreciate techs like Shyla who keeps track of people coming into her section and makes sure she addresses them in the order they arrived. It makes a big difference knowing she respects your

The staff at the facility are fast and friendly. Malaysia, Shyla, & Caroline were each gentle with my arm and gave me a painless needle insertion during various donations. I would definitely recommend this place of business to potential new donors. Great service!

My experience has been great the lines can be long and take a while at times. The staff has been good and Sarah M. In the back has been great she has been putting the needle in my are for a while and it has been a great experience with her. She does her best not to hurt me when she places the needle and does it in one shot. She is very professional never rude always nice laughing and smiling she keeps her person very clean, always changes her gloves when ever she moves to a different donor. She has not caus

My last visit was horrible! Missed my left arm vein and proceeded to dig around for it. Switched to my right arm and seemed to get in but them said it wasn't good and sent me home. Please train you employees better, this is far from the first time.

Theresa is really cool she's the physical exam person she's doing GREAT.!! It's not as scary as you think it is .!!!!

Staff was professional and kind. They provided clear information and answered any questions.

I recently visited BioLife to donate plasma, but was deferred by a nurse who cited 'hygiene' issues. Initially, I thought it might be related to paint residue from helping my uncle with his painting his house before my last donation a month prior to this day. However, the nurse implied it was due to body odor, which caught me off guard. When I asked her about if it could be because of paint on my hands she said, ?No normally it's because of someone?s smell? I was taken aback and felt embarrassed, wonderin

Had a blood lost , because they girl didn't know what she was doing. And didn't get a payment because I didn't want my other arm stuck. They got mad at me like it was fault. These people think I'm stupid that they want blood

The staff here in Warner Robins ga are super friendly and helpful. Jackie took my vitals and she was so sweet. Derak was able to get a whole donation from me on 06/25/24 . He was really awesome and I felt super comfortable with him setting everything up. Thanks guys! - Marilyn McDaniel

I'm a first time donor so I had no clue what to expect during this process. All the staff members were professional, friendly, and efficient. They moved me through the system without much waiting at all. The building felt super clean... overall it was a great experience.

Great place! Super clean, staff is friendly! Saprina always goes above and beyond, and I've never been stuck so good! ?? Seriously though, I couldn't even feel it! I have never had an issue with any of the staff, they are very good at what they do! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff!! Made donating relaxing and fast!!

I don't mind waiting sometimes, which you have to do at the Abilene facility all the time, but to have to sit and wait 30 minutes to get disconnected while being ignored is ridiculous. It took me longer to get disconnected than it did to donate, that is unacceptable. There are too many people who work there that just don't care. Sometimes I walk in and right back out because you can tell by the people working and the lines that you'll be there at least 3 hours. It's just not worth it when they are making 3-

They rarely let me donate because my heart rate but they don't take into consideration that I walk across town just to donate and I don't live in a small town

First time using Biolife was Saturday September 7th...This staff is AMAZING...Sasha was my Phlebotomist and I was sat in Sabrina's Purple section...These ladies were absolutely professional and fun at the same time...Made my experience there seem quick and easy...Highly recommend and if possible ask for those 2...

First time donor at BioLife, Great atmosphere, very clean and super efficient systems! Miss Bri was amazing, swift poke, no pain, and made sure I was 100% throughout the donation. Had great music playing the ENTIRE time I was here! Offered drinks and snacks, and truly great experience, will be back for sure!

This has been a wonderful experience. I had given blood, but never plasma. The staff has a crisp friendly attitude that makes everyone feel at home and and as relax. I'm glad I made this decision......I pull back what I said. After first visit, things become mechanical...and it's like being on a production line. They are understaffed for their booking

Staff is excellent. Managers are worthless. Center requires an appointment that only means if you're more the 5 minutes late you must reschedule. Unfortunately they WAY over book so after a quick screening you can expect a 30 to 45 minute wait in a chair before being seen by over worked staff. Literally had trouble with a machine one time and had to wait so long for a staff member, the blood clotted in the line and I was deferred. Either staff up or schedule less. Always a long wait.

My experience is usually very positive but today's visit was different. The employee who took my vitals this morning seemed to be in a hurry and did not properly fill the cap tube for my hemo count. The fill was very patchy and wouldn't have filled even half the tube. I feel like this lead to my count being 2 pints too low to donate. I did not recognize her as being a regular employee.

I have been to donate three times now as a new donor. Wait times are very variable, ranging from 4 hours to 1 depending on staffing. Facility is clean and all of the phlebotomists are nice, but some front desk staff are on the rude side. After my second visit, I was deferred for a week and not informed of this until I came in for my next donation. Initially they said it was for protein levels that were "slightly out of range," but when I called later they said it was due to abnormally shaped proteins. The

Gave my plasma for the first time today, some slight nerves at first but the amazing team of women they have quickly had me calm and collected. Miss Tree and Saprina and Brittany were among the most friendly but every one of the staff members I interacted with had a warm and inviting energy. Definitely going back

Great facility filled with nothing but amazing people. The building is very clean and organized, and every experience here is always so awesome. Please do not hesitate to ask for Makayla or Lisa. They both make you feel right at home and comfortable throughout the entire process. They are part of the reason I keep coming back. Thank you to everyone there at BioLife Abilene!!!

Tree was very nice and very helpful. The other staff was the same and so nice. Kept asking me how I was feeling. Answered all the questions I had.

Known as Omar over there. I want to say I've had a few not so great experiences but the good ones FAR outweigh the bad. I've been told I have deep veins so they're not easy to pinpoint. Even the best have missed the mark. I say that to say today's experience was phenomenal with Ashley or Ashleigh (not sure of the proper spelling) even though she is technically still being trained by at least 3 of the the best (Saprina; Brittany; Sasha). She stuck me, nailed it on the 1st try, & it didn't hurt one bit. My do

Great employees. Wait time is long even with appointment

For my first time going, they really made me feel welcomed and appreciated! I got all the information and more that I needed! They were friendly and if I had a concern, they listened and explained it as needed!

It was pleasant the nurse was lovely and the process was smooth.

The staff is extremely nice! Kassadi and Tree were so helpful and I had a great experience donating. They were very patient with me and helped me understand the process! Very clean facility and I recommend anyone that wants to donate plasma to donate at BioLife!

As a regular donor at BioLife Plasma Services, my experiences have given me a broad perspective on the commendable and the improvable aspects of their operation. The cleanliness of the facility and the straightforward nature of the donation process reflect their dedication to donor safety and hygiene, which is highly appreciated. However, there are significant areas requiring attention that impact the overall donor experience, particularly regarding wait times and compensation. The waiting period experienc

Tasha and Melissa made my visit pleasant and gave some good laughs. Makayla is hands down my favorite person there. Super friendly place and I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for a little extra cash.

Easily the best plasma center in town. The staff never hesitates to be helpful and that includes ALL the employees. The facility is clean, the Wi-Fi is spectacular, and the process is smooth as butter. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

Staff was nice but the whole process takes way too long! Everyone who worked with me was in training and very slow?turned away twice because once my pulse was 1 point too high?next turned down because my protein was a point too low..I finally went back and was able to donate only a few day later to receive a phone call from a nurse there telling me they couldn't use my donation because my protein was too high?? she said I could come back and give them another donation to test but I would not be paid for it!

The staff at the Abilene Biolife are always so nice, knowledgeable and fun. Each time I have donated it always been a good experience. I highly recommend.

Staff used to be really quick to take vitals, get you in line, get you stuck and then cut you loose. The last four times I have been I have had to wait at least 30 minutes to have my vitals taken, then wait an hour to get stuck then wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get cut loose after the donation is complete. It does not make sense to me because there seem to be plenty of people on the floor. I think if i have to make an appointment to come, i should be there no more than 2 hours. Not 3 and 4.

Staff was very helpful and courteous I didn't feel anxiety anymore than normal and the procedures and operations seem to be very professional and ran smoothly as far as I could tell the extra money didn't hurt my pocket but thought that I did something for somebody else was a grand feeling.

Referrer has to have donated in 6 months when referring someone? Then why would yall give me a button to refer people that makes absolutely no sense. What would that change about the fact that I referred a new person to you? I was referring a friend as I was getting ready to start donating again myself, but since they have a much more open schedule than me I havent gone yet. I get up sunday planning on figuring out when the best day is for me and I find out this absolutely stupid policy.

Saprina is so kind gentle and fast you'll never know she stuck u.I really enjoy see her warm face when I come in . Susan is awesome as well . Excuse me but the black Lady that works the desk as u walk in I think it's latrisa not sure but she's very helpful funny and knows her job however Lauren is a little kinda mean but has to soften up a Little in this kinda field nit taking anything really bad but on the flip side she's a heck of a manager .I call her the adjuster lady because she has to adjust me like

Front desk lady (African American) is rude and condescending in the way she speaks to customers - needs additional training in customer service especially being the first person you encounter when entering. Lines for donations are long and I believe it's mostly because everyone is always walking in circles or chit chatting. You can expect to sit down and wait forever to be hooked up and the same goes for being unhooked once you're done donating with employees simply looking at you sitting there with no feed

Connor was super nice and said I was really pretty lol

The overall experience was a breeze....time is always a factor. The employees were professionally efficient and had great interaction of which I witnessed and experienced. Thank you Bio Plasma.

Nice but not for ppl with ptst won't let u donate but CL across town will let u

Very friendly service!!

I have been going since they opened July 1st. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They payments are the same for everyone not based on weight like CSL. If you go and they have sweep stakes I highly recommend entering them based off personal experience!!!

i?ve been donating for about 3 years (mostly in dallas) the first few times i went to this location was okay. Staff is friendly, they do not actively change gloves. A staff member pricked 10 patients fingers and never changed gloves. i will not be returning.
