Amella V is so kind, professional, helpful. She always has a great attitude and does a great job at sticking me and makes sure I always have guaze and what I need. She's very attentive and works really hard . I am always impressed on how she takes care of the donors. I would recommend her to anyone. She's an exceptional worker

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They defer over EVERYTHING. Don't waste your time. They also did away with the child care and changed how they do the promotions so donors aren't able to earn as much. I feel bad for the people needing plasma. I'm sure more people would donate if they didn't make you jump through 500 hoops first. Staff is extremely rude too at the Ammon location, specifically the "nurse" who does the physicals. She has been mentioned in some of these other reviews as well. Very c

I had a great experience at BioLife thanks to Jose! He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. When it came time for the needle, he was so gentle that I barely felt a thing. His skill and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you're donating at BioLife, I highly recommend asking for Jose!

I have donated plasma multiple times before at diffrent locations my last being 3 months ago, but when I went to try to donate today they denied me due to not being able to find a vein... no one has ever had a problem with my AC veins even nursing students , I am a very easy stick. I showed the tech where a good vein was and she said she could not feel it. The staff there is utterly incompetent

I've been going here for the last 2 years off and on and I am writing a brutally honest review. Jake, Kylie, Amelia V. and Tony are amazing at doing the needle insertion! I have one easy vein on my right and a light curve on my left so I'm very picky about who inserts the needles. I will say sometimes in the past I have been pricked by the more newer employees which didn't always go over well. Some people don't have issues with the newer employees pricks but I personally have so again I'm very particular ab

I donate every week, and have had good experiences every time. I do have a few favorite employees and one of them is Kelli. She is always smiling and very attentive. She is professional but also makes your experience feel personal but talking to you and caring, which helps when working with blood. I appreciate her and all the staff!!

I went for my 1st donation yesterday. I was greeted by Kollette with a kind and warm welcome. I saw Kathy the nurse who was lovely and very informative. Robin the technician explained the procedure thoroughly with a sweet bedside manner. This all helped me to be at ease. Thank you for a good experience at BioLife.

Had such a great experience today even though I had a reaction. Aspen is the absolute best at the finger stick in MH, it never hurts when she does it and shes so kind and friendly the whole time! Amelia V does such a great job at sticking, being quick and efficient all the while being very personable and making you feel like you're the only one in her section! Reyna was so attentive, noticing that I needed extra help and being very kind. Angie is the best nurse always making you laugh and helping putting yo

I had a great experience with the nurse for my physical she was so kind and funny so five stars for her! However my phlebotomist missed my vein leaving me with a hematoma. This is fine I understand the difficulty of the job but please remind your staff to inform new clients that they cannot donate if the bruise you gave them is not healed. You wasted my time today due to poor blood drawing and lousy information.

Amelia the third gave me the best experience I have ever had at BioLife. I have gone before and have never had a more smooth stick in my life. She was so sweet and made sure I had anything I could ever need. I definitely will be asking for her every time I come in to donate!

be careful doing the referral program you may not get!!! Might be a scam. Came here to do donations and they said they did refer a friend bonus. So I hit up some friends and had a friend go in and got there 2 visits done and now company saying cant give me referral bonus cause to much time in between donations of whoever I had referred... guess you have to keep track and force them to do there donation asap idk not like I control other people's lives!!

Amelia V did such a great job with poking me. There was no pain and she made me feel very comfortable! Great service by her.

I used to donate at the plasma center in Rexburg over ten years ago. I remember the process taking at least 2 hours due to all of the waiting. The process here is quick. Sometimes it can be a little busy, but I've never waited more than half an hour on getting started or getting disconnected. The staff are also very attentive and kind. I've been impressed with the majority of the phlebotomists who have been able to get my veins on the first try . Also a great way to bring in a little extra money. Only thin

Promotions are a joke. You have a 20$ bonus after 6 donations yet the last 2 weeks you dropped the normal amount each week by 10$. So you're not making anything extra. The "reward" system is also broken. It takes 6 donations to make only 5$ extra. How does any of that make sense? There's no reward anymore for going. Do better if you want my business anymore.

Kelli was who I got the pleasure to have work with me last night and I'm not kidding when I say this was the best time I had donating! The poke didn't hurt at all didnt need to be readjusted not even once!! and it went by soo fast! As well as she was so kind, knowledgeable and likeable! I hope all the rest of my donating times could be just like that one was! Thank you Kelli ill definitely be requesting to have you everytime if possible!

Amelia V is great and friendly and I didn't even feel when she stuck me. Always reasonable wait times and they do their best to get you through quickly.

The service here is great one person in particular comes to mind, Amelia is always taking care of everyone she always has a smile on her face and is giving 100% to her job I hope the management has noticed what a great employee they have on their hands

They don't have any methods to check your pulse besides their loud, anxiety-causing, tight armbands that squeeze until your arm is numb.. Which of course, is going to make your pulse higher than usual. Not to mention all the political turmoil in this country, is causing people stress (which raises your heart rate) on top of everything else... It's too easy to fail the pulse test even if your blood pressure is normal. I recommend to only try it a few time to see what it's going to be like for you. If anythin

I'm always thrilled to see Amelia, the one with dark curly hair, and Reina. They're both so good at sticking it makes my experience so much better!

I have been donating at this location for serval years now, staff is very professional and nice. I do want too give a shoutout too one of the staff. Amelia she always has a very positive attitude and is always a cracking a joke lol making donating process enjoyable. :)

The staff are friendlier and more efficient than 90% of health professionals I've dealt with. In and out, easy to understand system and zero issues at any point of the process. I was impressed.

Honestly just love this place! Have been to other plasma centers that are good but biolife in ammon is a great environment, and really efficient. I always like seeing Kelli there, she is personable and her needle sticks feel like nothing.

The people there are all so nice and very fast so you can get on with your day faster! Nurses are all very kind too! Ps Reina slayssss at her job literally a ray of sunshine in my day. Amelia V. Is second to Jesus himself you do not even feel when they poke you and they work so hard at their job! If it wasn't for these two ladies, I would not even come! I not only trust them With my plasma, I would trust them with my firstborn child.

Very unprofessional and unskilled employees. Throughout the last year I've had multiple mistakes on the technician's behalf which has caused me to be deferred. Things like losing or forgetting samples, not taking or retaking vitals, and machine setup errors. The staff spend their time making fun of donors behind their back and hide from donors that are waiting for assistance. Overall I've been disappointed again and again. Management is a joke and will not even visit with you, let alone address the issue. I

I am sharing this review based on a recent experience with a staff member at this location. Unfortunately, I found Bobby to be unprofessional and unhelpful in addressing a situation. Given that many of the five-star reviews highlight positive interactions with employees, it was disappointing to encounter an individual who did not demonstrate the same level of knowledge and professionalism. As I understand, Bobby holds a manager position at this location, which makes the lack of essential skills and profess

Kelli Arco is always friendly and remembers my wife and myself by name. I don't think I have ever felt any pain when getting poked by her when I donate.

BioLife staff members of lab techs and nurses are professional, educated, kind, and skilled. I feel safe and comfortable while I donate plasma...Unfortunately today, the lab tech working was extremely rude when I noticed a dull pain traveling down my arm after she inserted the needle. She not only rolled her eyes when she was unsuccessful brushing me off she loudly insisted my pain was because she pierced thick scar tissue from either past drug abusive or over excessive plasma donations. I was apauled but

V did my finger stick Tony did my stick and Sam took care of a couple air bubbles I had during visit. They were all very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you

They have lowered my payout for 3 weeks in a row. I'm not getting played less than $100 dollars for an entire weeks worth of donations. I've been donating since October, I've only ever recieved one "promtion" of $20 but this Is almost a slap in the face, thanks for being a consistent donor for nearly 6 months were going to take more and more money away from you every week

Kelli did a great job sticking me. I felt very confident in her abilities. She Was also very friendly!

I love Bio Life! The friendly staff are all awesome!! The girls at the front desk are super! I consider the Bio-life staff to be my close friends. They are professional and kind. Special mention goes out to Collette, Jamie, Scott, Jason, Carina, Bobbi, Pam, Amy, Astra, Amber, Marco, also nurse Heather, too many to name them all. Thank you for all that you do.

Friendly staff and I love their teamwork ??????.Much appreciated. Heidi was so helpful and I'm forever grateful for her being there, she welcomes everyone with a beautiful smile . Thank you Heidi??????????

Hydie is amazing up front, she is always so good at helping me and everyone out! Thanks for the great customer service!

The nurses Kathy and McKenna were so kind?? it was my first time and I ended up with a bad hematomas and they sat with me through all the puking and dizziness. They are literal angels

I love it every time I go I have PTSD and anxiety and they make me feel so comfortable and always check in on you I love all the staff and love coming in and donating

The staff is always professional and extremely friendly. Thankful I have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life

Amelia V. is awesome! She is a hard worker and is constantly busy helping people. She is my favorite!

Best place to donate plasma! Staff is kind and friendly and helps you have the best experience. The nurses are great as well, especially Kathy!

It was my first time donating, and everyone was very patient, kind and informative, and even though my veins didn't completely cooperate, they handled it in a very professional way!

Absolutely 100 waste of.time. i had PTSD 25years ago after the dramatic loss of my child. My PTSD that has been treated. But simply having had it means I cannot donate. What an absolute waste of time. Over an hour just to be told sorry your.not good enough. I'm physically OK and every other test was good. What an absolute joke. I guess I should have lied.

The staffing is great. They treat you as a real person, not just a peice of meat ! Brinnley, Joy, Amber and Ashley are excellent.

Great experience at bio life - Idaho falls. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, especially the nurse Kathy!

I had a very pleasant experience. Coming in, I felt uneasy about the whole process and didn't know what I was getting into. During the process I was very well taken care of and felt all of the workers explained everything so well to me. I left with peace and happiness knowing I could help someone in need while also helping my financial situation.

Be very careful of this place, and who you let stick you. If they mess up and cause a hematoma they won't pay you unless you lay on their bed with blood pooling in your arm so they can stick the other arm while you have blood bleeding out of your vein in the first arm. Only thing they care about is the plasma they do not care of the health and well being of the donor when their inexperienced tech makes a mistakes but instead puts all the blame on the donor, management has gotten very bad here. Just a word o

So far the majority of staff was very kind, the woman helping me at the front to get all signed up was very helpful and nice, and the woman who gave me the physical was absolutely great, along with the woman actually drawing my blood. I did feel a little uncomfortable with the nurse who did my finger prick and weight, she was pretty short with me. But i honestly think that's just because of how stressful it seems for a lot of the employees there, so much to do and so little time to do it. The donation proce

Honestly not a great experience, the staff was unhelpful and they had a lot of weird requirements to get started donating. Only 1 person of our group of 4 was able to donate and it took over 2 hours to get us done. For a 45 minute drive from rexburg it's definitely not worth it. If you do want to donate make sure to bring ss card and not just the number because apparently their ?3rd party verification system? only works 50% of the time to verify ss numbers. If you live more than 10 minutes away it's probabl

Always friendly service! Sometimes a wait but they get ya in and out as far as they can. Love the staff.

My wife showed up at 6:30 when her appointment was. Doors were already locked. My wife looked at her phone and it said 6:30 on the dot. Lady that worked here talked to her after a minute and said sorry you can't donate. She said she locks the doors at 6:31. My wife pointed out that she was there at exactly 6:30 because that was her appointment date. She asked if she could get there 5 minutes early next time and the lady said no. She has to be there right at 6:29. We have to drive 30 minutes to get there. Th

Didn't get my vein & then kept trying & created a hematoma & then had to use other arm. Left a huge bruise from trying so many times with 1st arm

Been coming here for years. It's great. Kelly is super friendly.

Great service and opportunity, Amelia V is such a great help whenever I'm in her section

The staff is very nice and they always greet you with a smile. They are very good at what they do.

Always a great experience! Hydie is so great at helping me out everytime! Thank you for making my experience great!

Love donating here! Staff is great and competent. I have read about wait times on these reviews and I agree the wait times are a bit egregious before and after work hours. I feel that if the babysitting center were to open again that would allow the stay at home parents to go during the day instead of when our spouses get off work along with everyone else. I just started donating again this month after two years because of having a kid. I am personally not able to donate unless my husband is home from wor

Clean facility with friendly staff. Have been happy donating so far.

The staff is great to work with and get to know you. They do a great job in each aspect of the draw.

Amelia V is the best and always so kind and does such an amazing job

Kelli was a Very gentle poke and made me feel comfortable.

Jason, Yana, Zack, Jake, Jose, Sarah and Mason are really good phlebotomists. This last time the poke really hurt but Zach made it all good for me. The girl was new that poked me. It took me 43 minutes and it normally takes about 32 to 34 minutes to donate. Mason is really funny with all his jokes. Jose is very good at putting the needle in. Zach Does very good at training people of how to put the needle in to peoples arms. Sarah is very friendly. Yeah, I did a very good job at swapping over to my other arm

Wait times have increased a ton even when it's not busy. Took 45 minutes AFTER screening to get hooked up at the table and nobody was even ahead of me in my bay.

Robin was so sweet and really helped to put me at ease. She was gentle with the poke and made sure I knew she was available if I needed anything. Fantastic service!

Over all good experience, however they are not quick to do their job. I finished my donation and then sat for about 20 min while the phlebotomists talked before I was disconnected. This was not the first time, it happens almost every time I come in. Not very impressed.

This was a very strange experience. From the moment I walked in, the unpleasant vibe was palpable, with the staff operating like robots devoid of any human connection. No greeting upon entering, talked to me like I was a burden. After completing the painstaking questionnaire, I was told I'm ineligible due to seasonal allergies, a fact that could have been mentioned before making me sit in the waiting room, before taking my personal information, before taking my vitals, before poking my finger, before having

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Nurse Kathy was great.

Amelia V is the best. I'm a hard stick but she gets it done everytime.

Great for making extra money and feeling like you're making a difference! However they have gotten slow and are understaffed. I often find myself waiting for staff to hook me up or get me off the machine for over 15 minutes because they're busy helping others.

I miss the days of appointments. Now anyone can walk in at anytime and get a slot. It has resulted in way too long of wait times. The compensation has gone down drastically. Currently at $35-$60. It isn't worth the near 3 hour process to wait in line then wait to get stuck, donate, then wait to get unstuck. The management doesn't care about the long term donors. I've been doing this for years. They issue the good bonuses to new donors and leave the long term donors out to dry.

Staff was very attentive to my time needs and they were very friendly in communication. They made me feel donating plasma is important and my time was well spent. They were quick in helping me through the whole process. Overall, great experience!

Pretty clean, friendly staff, pays pretty well. Just be prepared to be there for a while on your first time and sometimes the line is long. Just remind yourself that all those people there are making a difference! It feels good to donate to help people and getting paid is also great!

I signed up and had an appointment to donate and because I live in an extended stay hotel they denied me, because it's not a physical address. So anyone who lives in one of those or a halfway house don't bother going in unless you are in your own apartment or home.

I get up early on Sat morning to go donate for the first time. I've read every disclaimer and all info provided on their website. No where does it state anything about time limit on prior surgery, which i had almost 3 months ago! After long process they tell me this automatically disqualifies me. BS bs bs I'm extremely pissed that this was never, anywhere made to be public information on Biolifes part.

Great staff they do their best but seem to be understaffed or the newer people don't take the initiative to help seems lots are standing around with alarms going off and lots of disconnects going off. Used to be fast and efficient with old machines. Then new machines arrived seemed slow at first learning new machines which is definitely understandable but donation times didn't decrease they seemed to increase. It takes an hour just to get to a bed which is too long. All around it is a great center, staff is

The staff is amazing and friendly. It has been a great experience every time i go in there

Absolutely horrible place have tried to go there twice and they have denied me once because I had PTSD and I need to get it cleared by my therapist even though my PTSD has nothing to do with blood. I got a tattoo in June and they say I cannot donate because I might have something and then I tell them that I got it in a shop and an enclosed space with FDA regulations and they say it does not matter. How in the hell can I get an STD from a tattoo shop that has regulations in place? Absolutely absurd and they

I've been donating here for 4 years and it's been a great place to earn some extra money, the staff are professional, and lots of them enjoy making friendly conversation for donors that like to engage (even when it's super busy). I've never had an issue with staff or the process (although you have to get a feel for the schedule so that you know the best times to avoid the busy days/times). I'd definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is willing to overcome their fear of needles for some extra spend

Used to donate at Ammon BioLife then got deferred cause people like listening to ur phone conversations , & claim u we're talking to them . So they considered it sexual harassment so I can't donate anymore that's the excuse I got without them listening to my side of the story . Donated 11 years some young new girl comes in (Talisha) thinks she's all that & I'm screwed they choose workers side without hearing full story . You wanna talk to the manager they have no time for u ( Jeremy ) . Would love to donat

Employees are great, they have been nothing but respectful and caring. I DO HAVE a FAVORITE crew that I want to address because they go above and beyond to make the process less stressful. Thanks to Jose, Joy, Bishop, and Teagan for doing and awesome job and manage to always have a smile.

I had an appointment at around noon on March 27th at BioLife in ammon. It was very easy to get in, the fingers stick was simple and quick. I was sent back to the Cancun area and I had a nice young man with a short haircut and short beard assist me. He was all alone at noon so they limited his patients to six. He did his absolute very best to make sure everybody was seated timely and he had a positive upbeat disposition. When I got there, it was easy to sit down and I was next in line for a stick. He had to

Originally I had given them a four star review. I have decided to make it a five star rating because I do genuinely like coming here. The bonuses seem fair enough for me to travel from Rexburg in order to donate and I have only had a handful of unsavory moments in my 100+ donations. I will say that I like the morning crew the most and have a better time while donating during that block, but again, I feel that they do a great job otherwise I wouldn't still be coming here twice a week.

The wait time has gotten progressively worse here. And the staff is rarely in a hurry. It's frustrating when there are 4 staff members standing around chatting while there is a line out the door. I waited an hour today to finally get set up. And I almost got skipped. Everyone is usually super friendly which I greatly appreciate but, it doesn't make sense for me to spend 3 hours here every time.

The Ammon facility is A+. The staff is great from check in to getting stuck. The facility is clean. The staff is helpful and competent. Sometimes it is busy, and there are waits, but the staff works hard to complete their tasks efficiently. If you're going to donate plasma you must be patient. It goes with the territory. The facility is great otherwise I wouldn't bother donating.

While the process is streamlined and easy to understand, the "before you donate" information they give you is not enough. I drove an hour to get here only to be told I can't donate because i have depression and they need a release from my doctor. Things like this should really be disclosed BEFORE I waste the time and gas to get here.

This place is absolute garbage. Their machines messed up on me every time I went. The first time I went my code was put in wrong and I couldn't donate. Then the next time I went I went in and the system was down. So I had to restart the whole process of doing the physical and that long test of question. I donate. Get my money then show up the next time for my second donation. The machine then has an error and couldn't give my blood back. So now I can't donate for 8 weeks and the only thing I get is a couple

I've been donating since biolife first opened. I know most of the staff and most know me they are all wonderful people but the one that sticks out more than anyone is Kylie. She goes out of her way to make sure me and other donors have the best possible experience while we donate. She is an absolute joy to be around. Thank you Kylie.

This facility is always clean. Client safety is their top priority. Staff is very professional and friendly. Carina, Scott, Colet, Amber, and Grace are just a few of the many employees that will greet you with a smile, and maybe even a laugh, early in the morning. Great job BioLife Ammon!

The best place to do this! Excellent people, all professional, they always make sure for your safety. I never feel nervous on any of them sticking the needle. If you want to get good, careful, attentive people to help you, ask for Grace, Sam, or Taylor

Kelli was very friendly and made it really easy and painless

I have been donating for a couple of years now. I enjoy the opportunity to get some extra money and I get a break from my kids while I'm at it. I used to use the child care center. That was super helpful to be able to drop my daughter off, knowing she was being taken care of well. The staff are always pleasant. I've had a couple minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. I would recommend this place!! Edit: Since covid, the child care center has been closed. Also, the new rewards program is horrible co
