BioLife Plasma Services Augusta, GA

BioLife Plasma Services Augusta, GA

Reviews Summary

The consensus shows mixed experiences, with many negative reviews citing long wait times, understaffing, rude employees, and painful or inefficient procedures. Positive reviews highlight friendly, professional staff and clean facilities, though even these often note excessive delays. Common complaints include mismanagement of appointments, poor needle handling causing bruising, and inconsistent service quality. While some donors appreciate the respectful treatment and financial benefits, frustration with time wasted and lack of organization dominates. A few note decent experiences when staffed adequately, but overall, inefficiency and discomfort are recurring themes.

Disrespectful of your time and unprofessional. An appointment works both ways. An 830 should be checked in and on the machine, completed and out the door by 930. Every single time the donor comes in for their appointment they're in the door on time and not even on the machine for at least an hour and a half. A donation shouldn't not take two to three hours. Either hire more staff, cut back on appointments, or find a new business model. None of what you do is difficult, if you can't respect the donor and the

I remember why I stopped donating a year and a half ago. I just came back and when I tell you the wait was horrendous, I mean it. I walked in at 11AM for my 11:05AM appointment and there were 10 people waiting to be finger poked and 15 people sitting in yellow waiting for a bed. There was only one person poking fingers and only one section open (which was blue). They were only two People on the floor. They have been understaffed for several years but I've never seen it this bad. It took me 45 minutes to get

They adjusted the needle four times before I had enough and got out of there, the last two times were painful and I wasn't going to do a fifth. They wanted to switch to the other arm and I said no I'm leaving. Now I have a severe bruise on my bicep from the cuff and where they inserted the needle. I was under the impression it would be a relatively quick and simple process and that was just not the case. Not worth my time or possible health complications. On top of not getting the full amount for something

I got told "I'll be right with you" by the employee, she then goes to help people who came in after me for over 10 minutes. Mind you I'm freezing from the saline I just got and I have to use the restroom bad. I should have been disconnected before someone new gets connected. That's how I always get treated, even today. When I got seated there were 3 other people who got disconnected before I got connected to the machine. Then when it's my turn to go y'all flip the script? Do better.

I had to wait 1 hundred and 5 minutes from the time that I walked in the door before I was at a station to make the withdrawal. I walked in did the simple questionnaire and was only like the 3rd person in line for the pre weight, BP etc. To me this is completely unacceptable. It makes me not want to come back. I have only donated 5 times, I think, but, having to wait an extremely long time has happened twice!!! Somebody needs to be on top of the staffing situation. I love to help but my time is importa

This facility on Bobby Jones Expressway in Augusta, GA has treated me very respectfully & has considerably been a highlight of my donor experience. This location specifically has allowed me to save funds for myself as a young man for costs in bills, food, gas, college, & other expenses. The attentiveness in which they pay in respect, to their donors & community alike throughout the course of time for which I have personally visited, is deeply cherished & admired. As for the members of whom work here, they

Great people.. Clean facility.. Very knowledgeable staff. Although since the new machines came into play, I've been once. Doesn't seem quite right to go from a 30 minute process to now a 55 minute process due to being bigger than most with same amount for all? Think I'll have to pass at this point. Thank you

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They discriminate openly and deny it in the same sentence. I provided my proof of residence, and they searched it for some reason?and saw it as a business. What business is it of theirs where I live and in what kind of structure. That was literally asked of me since I currently reside at a place of business! And they denied my donation because of my living situation! Don't go to these people if you care for others as we all should!

The technician didn't place the needle correctly the first time so when the machine attempted the return, I ended up with a huge pocket of blood beneath my skin and it swelled really bad. It hurt so they ended it on that arm and immediately went to my next arm. I was able to get almost completely through that donation before I started to have a reaction. I have never add an adverse reaction to donating Plasma before so I'm inclined to believe it was due to the blown out vein from the technician not insertin

I had an appointment scheduled at 3:15. It's 5pm and I have yet to start donating. I shouldn't have to wait 3+ hours for a plasma donation. I'm thinking about going elsewhere.

I've only been here twice but both times the staff has been very friendly and one person to stand out is a man named Juan, he's had something nice to say to me both times and we converse like old friends. Definitely coming back because a good atmosphere makes having a needle shoved into your arm just a little bit better c:

In the United States, nurses and other medical staff are required to wear new sterile or clean gloves before seeing each patient at a blood donation or transfusion center ? and in other medical settings as well. This is part of the standard infection control practices established by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Key rules include: ? New gloves must be worn before contact with each new patient. ? Gloves must be changed immediat

Very under staffed every time I come. Today they have one person setting up new diners AND taking vitals. Then only two ppl taking plasma?. Ill don't at a different location next time

Juan was very welcoming and made my experience very comfortable. This location is good at making you feel calm and the music is good too.

Incredibly slow and understaffed. Waited an hour after my appointment and still hadn't been seen so I just left. There were people that got there before me and were still waiting so I'm guessing 3 hours to get anything done is their normal.

01/17/2025. This is my 1st visit here. Very friendly staff. I had a pleasant visit. Highly recommend. 01/21/2025. 2nd visit. Very disappointed. I have so far been here 2 and a half hours and yet been hooked up to a machine. What is the purpose of making appointments? This is very ridiculous.

The staff everyone is very knowledgeable and professional and help you each step of your process as a new donor they make you feel really good about donating and saving someone life and you do get compensation for your time

I recently visited as a first-time donor on 12/14/2024. Initially, I had a great experience with the host at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. Their kindness made me feel more at ease, as I was a bit nervous about my first visit. As I moved forward in the process, I did notice that I was being closely observed by two nurses in the back. While I understand the importance of maintaining a professional environment, their actions felt overly scrutinizing, which made me slightly

I've got the Same experience as Jeff. They don't value your time. So far, every trip has been 2.5 hours. Even when I arrive 15 mins prior to my appt time.

All my donations were satisfactory up until this morning. There were way too many technical issues. They readjusted the needle in my arm 4 times. When I told them that my fingers had to began to feel numb they readjusted my arm. They're only supposed to have u on the machine for an hr so I was told but the lady had me on the machine from 8:57am til after 10:45am. I'm too pisst n I was late for work. I told her that my arm was very sore but she over looked it and continued to look after other patients. I'm n

Poorly managed and technicians move very slowly. One has to schedule an appointment, however they are regularly understaffed and never notify you of excessive wait time before your appointment. Total waste of time!

The place is clean and the staff is very nice. But since going under New management, it feels like walking into a Library. They used to have music playing, which is no longer playing at all, which is very disappointing. Seems like a lot of their staff has moved on since receiving new management. The lines are extremely slow. They need to hire more people so that they can open all beds rather then the two spaces in the middle in one area on the side. They also need to put people who don't take forever to tak

it took 2 hrs just to get to the donation bed . Then the money was not placed on my card . They never respond to emails for custmore service .

It's truly a shame that I have to give this a 1 star rating. The staff here are absolutely amazing!!! The rating comes from their piss-poor leadership and management several layers up. Two weeks ago, waited 3 hours to be stuck because they have more appointment times then personnel to open up the other sections Last Wednesday, same 3 hour wait but this time did not get to donate; resulted in not getting my full payment. Got a partial for the inconvenience. Today, another 3 hour wait and instead of gettin

My initial visit, after spending a few hours going over paperwork, physical, etc. I was told I couldn't donate that day because I 'sounded' congested. I wasn't. I have now been donating for a few months and most everyone has been polite, friendly and courteous. I was in and out very fast. However, The last month and a half wait times skyrocketed. I went from almost immediately being checked in and seated to waiting over an hour before I even got into a chair. This is especially frustrating when they have le

Some of the staff is great some is not so pleasant. I ask them not to pull my skin to stick the needle in but they still do. I have great veins so there's no need to. Some don't have the needle in correctly, the last one is when the tech snatched the needle out and it left a bruise.

Very organized process and the staff was so kind to me every step of the way, I thoroughly enjoyed donating with Biolife :)

DO NOT GO TO BIOLIFE. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE A LIAR WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR PAPERWORK. I struggled to find the building because the address on Google is listed as 270 Bobby Jones Hwy, when it's actually 164 Bobby Jones Hwy. When I used the app to find the building, it took me to the New Life Church on the other side of the Walmart. The nurse was rude and accused me of lying on my questionnaire claiming I checked off that I have PTSD when I don't. I have ADHD, not PTSD. Your nurse confused th

Beware of this facility. I'm new to donating and the first three visits were great. The service was wonderful. The fourth visit was an absolute nightmare. EVERYONE in my color pod had to leave DUE TO POOR INJECTING FROM THE SAME TECH. The tech there was careless and rude, along with her co worker who stood up for even when I was about to pass out. I'm still bruised after 10 days. I'd like to know how many customers need to leave from being injected wrong before we call it a day. Another tech raised her voic

Staff and management are always professional and friendly. You have to have an appointment to donate which is fine. However, the appointment doesn't mean much when you are there for 30-45 minutes past your appointment to get screened then anywhere from 1-3 hours to start donating. The staff is proactive and try to get ahead of any possible issue that results from your questionnaire. Would still recommend to others to donate. Bring a drink and a battery pack.

I've donated here twice now and have nothing but good things to say. The entire staff is very kind and answers any questions I have. They are very kind and professional and make sure you're comfortable the whole way through. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait and you may spend hours here, but that's expected when it's so busy. Can't force people to bleed faster! But seriously the staff here is wonderful. Makes me excited to schedule more appointments :))

They tell you it takes an hour to donate but that's factually just not true. I've waited for 3 hours to get screened to do the one hour donation. I'm currently in the screening line as I type this with 1 staff member doing screenings when they have 4 booths for it. What is management having everyone else do? Extremely frustrating and just makes me want to go to another center. In line for 40 minutes beyond my appointment time. I have things I have to do but at least the center's schedule gets put before min

The computer questionnaire was fast and easy. The physical was also quick and easy. However the staff in the back seemed to be preoccupied with everything except for getting patients hooked up to donate. Smh.

Severely understaffed and much of the staff they have are under qualified and rude. I've never been in and out of here in less than 3 hours. This evening after waiting an hour I was told that we would have to leave without payment because they have to close. Much of the rest of the people that were told to leave had been there much longer than I. The last two times I was here they hit a nerve in both of my arms, which was very painful, and left them swollen and bruised. Absolutely awful experience every tim

Was only able to donate one time, every single other time I have went I have been deferred for some reason that is not my fault and it's completely theirs. This most recent time I waited three hours for a bed. Got put in said bed, then they told me I had to go see the nurse. Okay? No problem. This nurse tells me that there's an IT problem with my questionnaire and that they're not gonna hold the bed for me like the phlebotomist told me she would (when she had me sit to wait for the nurse)because it's gonna

The facility was awesome and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they was down to earth. Plasma is the gift that keeps on giving. Their are in need of New donors. Download the app today and make an appointment today. Trust me, giving plasma is a gratifying experience.

If I could give them a zero I would. Every negative review you read about this place is unfortunately 100% accurate. If you want to hang out their from open to close waiting to donate for for $20 or $90 go right ahead. I know plasma saves lives but my time needs to be respected. God help anyone who waste their time with this place.

Great place with friendly staff and super clean. I'm an incredibly hard stick but there has only been one time they were unable to get me first try. My husband was put through a bit of a ringer though due to some mental health issues he's medicated for and was ethical enough to report and our cats scratching the living hell out of his arms and calves when moving the last time he went.

Juan is amazing. Very professional and gentle in everything he does. Wonderful experience.

Juan is an amazing tech who is very respectful, efficient and precise with his work. He is attentive to each patient making it a very smooth process and alike many of his coworkers, very amusing. Overall, BioLife Plasma Services on Bobby Jones, is a very professional and welcoming place, making a difference on the world each donation at a time!

The wait time is generally quite dreadful. The staff are nice enough here, but Jennifer is the only one who seems to be able to be efficient. Wait times are definitely way down when she is on. I understand the short-staffed issue, but far too often the staff could be moving a lot faster. Too many times I see them lollygagging and chatting to each other when they could be setting someone up or unhooking them. I see a lot of wasted motion and steps. Another thing is, needles do not generally bother me, but I

The staff here have always been professional and kind, but they are understaffed. It can be very difficult to get an appointment, and sometimes the wait time (even with appointment) is very long. I've started going to Grifols (which is a lot further from me) but it is so much better. Much easier to get an appointment, you don't have to stand in line to get screened (you actually get to sit) and the "stickers" in the back somehow make me not even feel the needle.

took 2.5 hrs and still not stuck with a needle came in at 5:45 now 8:10 awesome

Overall a good experience. Not enough staff and very long wait times. A very big concern I have is a new employee who did not change her gloves the entire 3 hours I was at the clinic. I don't want to be rude but if she tries to work on me I will have to ask for another employee

It's started again. They've opened up more appointments than they can handle so you have to wait hours, even if you booked an appointment. They pay more than other plasma locations, but I'm not sure it's worth it when an appointment takes 3+ hours. It's not the phlebotomists fault- but it's frustrating.

Employees themselves were great, just slow. I've been like 3 tines now and every single time I've had to wait for an hour, even two hours once, and that was with an appointment- so what's the point? Especially when you can never get an appointment. I don't know if the app is broken or what, but there's never an available time. But I can make same day appointments at freedom plasma, go right back at my appointment time and be out of there in an hour, give or take. So, honestly my recommendation would be free

Just went to my second appointment at this center. I was 5 minutes past the allotted time frame. The center looked deserted, no line no waits nothing. The receptionist turned me away in the most rude way. I wouldn't have minded if the center was busy, but it wasn't AT ALL, and I'd just drove 45 minutes to this appointment. Mind you, my first appointment took 4 hours, when it was only supposed to take 2 hours. There was a woman who came in right behind me at my first appointment when the center was incredib

Place is great! Never have to wait more than 4 hours to donate. Make an appointment, show up, not in their system? Oops. Come back another day. Gas is free right? Yay!

First I'll say that the facility is very clean and the staff from what I have observed does their absolute best. However the facility is SEVERELY understaffed. The line to get your vitals checked is usually insanely long and generally there are only two technicians working in that area and one is also monitoring the front desk as people come in to check-in for their appointments. And once your seated to start the process, there is usually another long wait. This process would be so much better for everyone

The management doesn't know the actual details of the work. They're terribly understaffed now, but they're over-scheduling appointments. Because of that, the wait time is horrendous. I waited 4 hours last week. By the time I donated, it had been a long time without food or drink. I got super sick! It was awful. What's also concerning are the people who pass the initial health inspections?obviously high and messed up! Truly frightening.

Wait times can be long, they seem to be understaffed. Everyone is very nice and will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have. The facility is clean. Mia has been exceptionally nice.

I will not return to this location. I've donated in Indiana in the past and most recently at this location. I've never had a problem before with any pain or my vitals stopping me. July of this year I donated for a promotional 800 Dollars and I experienced arm pain after someone stuck me wrong. She looked like she didn't want to be there anyway. I came back and they tried to give me the same person but I politely asked for someone else. I had 2 more donations to hit my 800 and all of a sudden my vitals were

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I felt like I should share my experience. Initially, when I first became a donor, I had a minor set back because I have psoriasis. Although at the time it was a tad inconvenient, I was given extra money after my first two donations as an incentive to return. I had the paperwork completed and faxed to Biolife by my doctor, and within a week, I was able to donate. This slight inconvenience does not denote leaving a negative review like others have done. This is the nur

Overall experience a definite 10/10. September Employee of the month ?Jaden ? was VERY helpful and patient. all staff had smiles on their faces and socializing with patients aswell as greetings as you walk im. definitely a 5 star!

I've been Donating at the Augusta location off and on for about 3 years. Lately the wait times have been hit or miss especially with the Christmas Holidays and staff shortage sometimes, but for the most part I'm usually in and out within 1.5 sometimes 2 hours. The staff is always nice and professional. The pay is pretty good when they have promotions running, I recommend having their App on your phone so you can stay up to date on that and it's much easier to keep track of appointments and payouts. The be

Everyone here is so kind and does their best to make the process quick. Juan is especially welcoming when he is checking people in!

The entire staff is always really nice but Juan always makes me feel comfortable when he checks me in. He always explains what is going on as he does it and always lets me know what my readings are

Update I decided to try and give them another chance and somehow my experience was even worse! Slow, rude, unnatentive employees and management that doesn't care about wasting your time. Save yourself some grief and just go somewhere else. This facility is clean, the staff is mostly pleasant and I have never had any problems when i donate. Unfortunately I can not give a higher rating than 2 stars because they are so slow. On average it takes me 2 hours per donation, I have had it run closer to 3 several ti

Appointment is at 10am but get a chair until 2pm , what's the point of having a appointment?? Place is way overbooked when there is only 2 employees, don't come here

They seem under staffed sometimes but they do the best they can. Everybody is very friendly.

The girls at Biolife - Bobby Jones Expressway are wonderful. They are very hard working, friendly and professional. I go early in the morning and very seldom have to wait. I appreciate all they do to make it a pleasant experience.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous no way it should 3 in a half hours to donate plasma , so bad to the point multiple people are just leaving. If you know you're under staffed why in the world would you make so many appointments available. Went today and just let was two hours in and I didn't even make it to the chair. It's absurd the workers are really nice it's not their fault but management needs to do something. If it was once in a while yea ok but it's everytime you go . It's got to be a systemic f

Everybody was extremely nice and professional! They explain things clearly and worked as fast as they could! Great first experience! I have now given eight times and each time the staff was professional and helpful! To maximize your time, set the appointment as early as you can and show up 5 to 10 minutes early. The pay was extremely fast with the card they give you and was in the account by the time I reached my vehicle in the parking lot. I would highly recommend BioLife especially for your first time giv

I have never made any complaints about the long hours of waiting because I understand that it is not the staff?s fault and they are there everyday doing their best. But today, after having to drive in an insane rain and face the trafficking of an accident I arrived 7 minutes after my time and they didn't let me in. I asked about the 9 minutes of tolerance we always have and yet they said that they "feel so sorry" but I could reschedule for another day. I understand that there are rules but there was a lack

One of the better plasma centers but there's always scheduling issues back to back and rude. 2 days in a row have had complications I've only actually donated here once due to that. I've tried?plenty of times just always an issue with late afternoon appointments

I actually came on here to change my review. The location has went down hill. The workers always look mad and bothered. The quality has went down. Majority of the workers on the floor don't talk ...barely respond when someone says something to them. They need better training including management. Can't expect the employees to be one way when management is another. It's a shame ??

Having 15 people in line and only one person doing the pre tests shows badly on management. Especially when you know ahead of time how many are scheduled for an appointment Update: Next visit (4/12) waited for over an hour before even being seated.

The wait times recently have been excessive, if you only have 12 donation chairs open and people coming in every 5 minutes, the procedure taking 45 minutes at minimum once drawing the plasma. Just seems their could be a better method in place.

The wait times are insane. I understand everywhere is short staffed but I don't understand why they don't limit the number of appointments they are offering because they obviously cannot keep up with the volume. Last time I was there, i was in the building 3 hours before donating. The policy is that you eat a high protein meal 2hrs before you donate. I ate an hour before coming in. So at the point I donated, it had been 4hrs since I ate (due to wait times). This is unsafe and negligent to the donors. The s

I've been donating here, 2x a week, since July 2023. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff I've interacted with. From what I've observed, they are professional and friendly. The location is a little understaffed so the wait time is a extended but the staff works hard to keep things moving as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining safety and sanitation. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is really nice but they get so backed up because the website allows for too many appointments vs what the facility can handle. Appointments take 2+ hours more times than not. Again, the staff is great but the wait time is nuts

I got here around eight and found out my appointment was actually at nine. Instead of starting all the paperwork that takes forever then she made me wait until nine to start the process then took all these calls before helping me because she was the only one at the desk. Then finally around 10:30 AM I get to the nurse just to be told that I can't donate because I had a baby three months ago and have to wait six months from his birthday. When I told her that should be a question, I was asked sooner she said

This is such a great facility! The team here works so hard and are always so positive and happy to see you no matter how short staffed or busy the center is. You will never see the techs on the floor not moving or working or checking on a donor! Always excited to be in Alyssa and Shamona?s section!! Thank you to the whole team for another great experience!! (Posted January 2024). Another great visit and successful donation! Whitney always greets everyone with a smile, and she's ready to help anytime! Ms. K

After waiting for an hour in line to get vitals taken I realized that if I stayed I wouldn't be able to make it to my appointment on time. I noticed a sign on my past appointments that said if you had to leave to let staff know so you would be able to come back. Well "Karen" at the front desk said that wasn't possible and if you were to leave then you couldn't come back the same day. This (let's call her a lady to keep it PG) was nothing short of rude the entire time I was there. I'm sorry but I've been co

Facility is clean. Staff was generally polite. As of right now I am a first month donor. I got a SPEED test for my blood a week and a half ago. They will not (they say they are not able to) extend my first months donations. They said the speed tests occur between every 4 to 6 months for everyone. So to no fault of my own I cannot donate plasma until their routine blood test comes back and I lose out on 250$ of the first month donor promotion. Way to screw me over Biolife.

The facility is clean. Staff seems nice...but they are SO slow. You can have an appointment to donate at 7AM, you will get hooked to the machine an hour later. This was not my first time donating there! The appointments easily take 2hrs or more! They are not that busy, they just work EXTREMELY slow. No one seems to put customer service first.

Clean building, staff is ?friendly? to select patients. My biggest issue is the non frequent glove change and hand washing. The nurses get mad if you asked them to change gloves after they just messed with someone else?s blood, plasma, or touching anything not sanitary. Figured glove changes were common sense in medical fields guess not tho. They move slower than christmas I've never got out any faster then 2 hours even if there isn't anyone there. I had finished giving plasma and they walked around doing e

Staff is friendly! They only take appointments and unfortunately even with an appointment, due to being understaffed you can expect to wait up to an hour and a half AFTER your appointment time. Plus one hour of donating. Come with pockets full of patience. ??

I'm nearly 500 donations here, and have had no bad experience that I can remember. This supplements my income and has become a regular schedule on my weekly calendar. Very friendly people. Today Shamona was my favorite, I felt like she was giving me special attention but I think all of her donors feel that way.

Soooo slow. If one particular manager is working you can get in and out in an hour and a half. If he isn't working, plan to be there for 3 hours or more. I've seen biolife respond to the other reviews saying they're short staffed but that ISN'T the problem. The staff will have multiple beds open in their section and wait to seat someone, if you're in the waiting section you can hear multiple completion alarms going off for 5 minutes before someone actually gets to them.

I had an appointment today at 11. First one. My dad and mom came with me to wait and see what it was about. There was one chair in the waiting area not occupied, about five or six others waiting just to get vitals or a physical. My mom asked the wait time right away and they said four hours. Be aware of the wait.

Not the phlebotomists or screeners faults at all, but the wait time here is beyond atrocious... please hire more staff so we don't all of a sudden lose the amazing ones we love here to burn out etc... When the line is to the back, and they are only able to have two sections open, no, just no.

If I could put a 0 I would. I filled out all the information online and scheduled an appointment at 2:05. I got there 10 minutes early and started the registration. I did not bring my SS card so I filled out paperwork for it. Then they told me 20 min later. I would have to go get it and come back. They re-scheduled me for 3:30. I get back at 3 and give them my social security card. They proceed to tell me ?the nurses aren't doing anymore physicals today.? Which would have been fine if they mentioned that ea

Staff is professional and provides a welcoming experience for all donors. The facility is also clean and sterile which I feel important for this type of business. The major issue they have is a complete and total inconsistency with wait times. I've now been multiple times within the past few weeks where I've waited an hour and a half or more just to get stuck. You need a completely clear schedule when making an appointment. I'm not sure if the issue is they are overbooking appointments or are just staffing

Good staff but the new donation machines are terrible and stop half way through the process.

The people that work here are pleasant enough but are obviously overworked. Hire more people and train them well. Wait times here at this location are 2-3 hours every time no matter what they have going on. I've been at other locations in other states where I'm in and out in 30-45 minutes. This place could be like this if they wanted to be, but it's obvious no one there cares enough to provide that kind of experience for us.

The older front desk lady is extremely RUDE. She is not helpful at all and extremely condescending. I got here at 1220 with the website saying it'd take two hours. i didn't even sit to be called back until 220. I had to take my mother to a doctor appointment at 320 and assumed i?d have enough time before hand but hadn't even been sat in a chair by 220. i tried to talk to the front lady to see what i could do or if i could come back since i already did all my paper work and even got the debit card. she shut

Refused to allow me to donate because of a hospitalization 9 YEARS AGO and PTSD from getting molested as a child. God forbid people heal from their trauma. I shouldnt need medical clearance to donate plasma if i havnt had anything happen in YEARS. I donate blood frequently and THEY didnt have any issue.
