Reviews Summary

The reviews show a polarized experience: many 1-star complaints cite long wait times, poor management, unprofessional staff, and issues with donations (needle problems, deferrals, unsanitary conditions). Positive 5-star reviews highlight friendly, skilled staff, clean facilities, and efficient processes when things go smoothly. Some middle-ground reviews acknowledge good staff but criticize operational issues like overbooking and slow service. Common pain points include inconsistent policies, lack of communication, and physical discomfort from donations. The consensus: experiences vary widely, with satisfaction heavily dependent on staff interactions and operational efficiency during visits.

Absolutely terrible experience. Based on both my visit and what I've seen from other reviews, this place clearly operates with a total lack of care. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and extremely slow. There are only two language options ? English and Spanish ? which is unacceptable in a diverse country like the U.S. Today I wasn't even able to donate plasma because they claimed that using a translator would take 3 to 6 hours. That's complete nonsense ? I've done full medical interviews with interpreters

Staff is friendly but I think they over book appointments. Most times I won't even get to start donating until 45+ min after scheduled appt. Then you're screwed if you have to sit and wait. I waited over 35 min to get my temp rechecked. Staff is nice though.

The first time I went took several hours. Their computer kiosk words the questions poorly and so I had to go over them with a nurse which took more time. Then I wasn't able to donate because their wonky machine was putting my red blood cells back into my body too quickly. Several nurses tried to adjust the cannulae but could not fix the problem and left my arm badly bruised and in pain. They claimed the cannulae was in a poor position. On the plus side though, I was still compensated for the effort. My seco

There were 20 people in line to get vitals checked and begin their donation. That line took over an hour to stand in, not that I was in it, being new. It was scary, as I do not have 3 hours to waste each time I donate. My physical, check in, and person at the station giving my donation were all great, except at the end. They had me sit in the waiting area to ensure I tolerated the donation okay, and although said they would be back to check on me in 20 minutes, I sat there for 40, before going back to the f

I had the worst donation experience last year because of the staff member with the butterfly tattoos on her neck. She must have been new either that or inexperienced to donors with high anxiety. She requested that I have a deferral on my record I've never had a defer any site I donated at however I understand that it happens. However thanks to the manager on duty the girl with the black hair and the red stripes after talking to her I was presented with good positive energy and for once I had a really really

I recently had my very first donation experience at this location. I was nervous since I didn't know what to expect. When you walk in, I checked in and sat for my screening where they checked my weight, took my pic, verified my identity and did a quick prick to test my blood. Afterwards, I did a questionnaire which took about 15 min. You also will meet with a medical specialist to do a quick physical to make sure you're in good healthy to proceed. The staff was very INFORMATIVE and polite. They made me f

Came in for my first time appointment but I forgot my ID. I knew it'd be a quick grab so I returned with it but I was 1 minute past their "late" time and was turned away and the next appointment isn't available for another 2 weeks. I am mostly to blame but being turned away for 1 minute sucked. Next available appointment is the day after my kids birthday..

Absolute garbage company that doesn't know how to operate. wasted two days of my time because they do things out of order or send you away because it is closing time, even though it is their fault for taking so long in the first place. I don't recommend this place to anyone. it should be shut down.

Place is a joke. They offer you all these promises but you can not fulfill them because they don't have any appointment times open. Don't waste your time here.

Don't even waste your time coming in. I was there today 2/2/25 about 11:00 this morning. First time ever being there. Was able to check in and got everything set up correctly. As I was checking in all my medical physical to proceed was correct. The only thing that they said was my blood pressure was too high for it. My blood pressure was 112/77 And she was telling me that my blood pressure to needed to be 100/something. They made me sit and wait for 10 minutes to see if my pressure would change which it did

Worst plasma company. They make you wait up to two hours and then don't let you donate. I have good veins, don't use drugs, but these people are just fools. Staff are cowards and won't look you on the eye when you ask for simple explanations.

I've been trying to use this card at multiple ATMs for over a month and it still doesn't work. The card is fully activated and funded, but every ATM I've tried fails to read it. I replaced the card and had the exact same problem with the new one. I emailed support and only got generic replies like ?select checking,? which is useless when the ATMs don't recognize the card at all. The phone number on the back just leads to an automated system with no real help. The plasma center couldn't do anything except s

Fron cindy to Yesenia, from fatima to Beverly, from AJ to hannah to aaron to even the guy in the freezer, these employees love what they do and do it well. Im constantly having conversations with people in line anout how much better this place is than other centers we used to go to. Its quick efficient and they make you feel good and get you paid!!

I have donated a lot......I came in on the 7th of March and one of the staff(sahari)....stopped the machine right before It finished. .I was about 120 cc's off....and said that I was going to slow...I had only been in for 35 mins....what a coincidence the next time I come in..the same staff member tried to stick my vein and after barely sticking me once...and taking a blood sample(the blood was flowing normally)..she said that it was a no go and I couldn't get admitted to the center again...because she thin

If I could give her the option of a terrible place I would do it. I went to donate blood and the doctor was racist from the moment I entered the place. She put a translator who didn't even know how to say the question and then simply said, "Go home and study what it means?" Besides being racist, she also treated me like an ignoramus. She didn't even say, "How do you know what AIDS is and its symptoms?" And as much as I tried to explain to her, the translator didn't say that, that she interpreted the questio

It takes too long for the amount being paid out. Plus they can never get the needle in your vein. They always have to call someone else to adjust or move to the other arm. Three different girls couldnt hit my vein and now its my fault and cant donate for 2 months. They said I have to wait for my red blood cells to build up. They were never able to get anything out in the first place. Staff needs better training its like they just hire anyone, they dont know what they're doing they will bruise your arm up. N

Comfortable atmosphere and friendly and professional staff. They are always efficient and professional. Even with the needles. For signing up I received $900 in my first month paid in increments after each donation. I've never had an issue unless there is a wait but that was me being impatient. Personally I come back because I want help others and the extra cash doesn't hurt. I don't think I would donate anywhere else.

Rude staff. Sitting in the yellow section with a Spanish girl with fake blonde hair red lipstick and a dangling cross earring on the left ear. She took other patients that came after me first and made like I was never there. I got up and she ask me if she could help me like I was not sitting there for over 30 months. Very rude, I hade a 500.00 dollar ticket and I got blood drawn and could not receive my money in time. The date ran out on the ticket. Very dissatisfied. They make you get a appointment but the

This may be the worst-ran business that I've ever encountered. Their website doesn't schedule appointments for less than 2-3 weeks out. So I tried calling to ask if that was correct, and they never answered. Called them probably 10 times on different days, at different times, also with no answer. Left 2 voicemails, and they never called back. Most other plasma places accept walk-ins, so I figured I would give that a try. Had to spend like 2 hours on busses, just for them to say they don't accept walk-ins an

Today, Saturday, it took me an hour waiting to do the initial procedures, and another hour and a half for plasma donation. I've been donating for some time, but I donated in Seattle. I don't know what happens at the Aurora unit that takes too long, the whole process lasted almost 3 hours. This really discourages donations, besides I forgot my bottle and water and an employee informed me that she didn't have a plastic bottle to offer me, but under the table there were at least 20 bottles on display... I'll p

I wish I be I could give 0 stars because the staff is HORRIBLE!!! The rush everything when it's time to close, they stuck me in both arms causing swelling and bruising. When I asked for information about how to help heal my arms they bruised nobody could answer me. I waited two days and came back, just to be blocked out the system and told I need to speak to a manager. The manager explained to me he was inform of me being rude and disrespectful. Now I asked about what's the next steps and never received an

This place is great! Scheduling works well although you do get lines sometimes that are long but for the most part I haven't waited more than 20 mins to get screened. The place itself is really clean and they do a great job keeping it that way. The staff are super friendly and try to get you out of there as soon as possible. Compared to other places, the other places definitely are dirtier, have super long wait times and have less beds. Highly recommend!

The team there is very nice, and extremely patient. One thing I would like to point out is that after your first month of donating the money you get for every donation is not consistent. I went from getting 110$ a week to maybe 70$ if these kinds of things happen you should let the donors know. The last time I was there my arm started to hurt towards the end only to get 40$ instead of the 70$ since I had already donated once that week. Saying that is probably why people are not donating as much. Plus I don?

$50 for the first plasma donation and $60 for the second within the same week. The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. First-time donors get $850 for the first 8 donations.

Worst place to donate blood. I don't understand the point of appointments if you need need to wait in line to get vitals done and they always just have one person in the vital situation so pretty much past your appointment time to get seen

2024 The facility was well-maintained and offered ample complimentary parking spaces. As a first-time donor, I found certain aspects of the process to be less than satisfactory. Appointments must be scheduled through their online portal. Upon arrival, you will join a queue to be registered by a front desk staff member, who will collect your information and draw a vial of blood. Subsequently, you will wait in line to see the nurse and then join another queue to donate your plasma. The staff responsible fo

Not only did the center make me wait almost two hours for my scheduled appointment, but they also denied me for a condition I DO NOT HAVE. Only go here if you like you time being wasted and disrespected. The staff are the one saving grace in that disorganization mess.

The team is friendly, cordial, and gentle. They made me feel welcome, and they explained everything clearly.

Decided to donate plasma,, as I had donated back in my college days. I've had a great experience, quick and efficient staff, facility is very clean. Saying that, for some reason the app canceled my appointment for today and my two appointments for next week and will not let me reschedule, which will mess with my bonus . That's frustrating have left a voicemail at the site to see if they can correct that is why I'm giving them 4 instead of 5 stars.

I had a good experience for my first donation , it went smoothly. My second donation was partial bc my wbc were off so I was told to wait a bit and try again in a couple of days, the phlembotomist failed to return my red blood cells to me and have me sit for 30 minutes and give me water and a snack yo ensure that I was OK . For the next week I was sick bc of this, I was light headed and weak. When I felt better I went back to donate, I drank plenty of water and ate well the day of and before. The plembotom

This Biolife location is incredible! As a first time donor, I knew patience was essential for me, but the staff were so patient with me as well. They made sure I was looked after and comfortable throughout the whole process. The compensation process was also clearly explained. This is a great location for anyone looking to start donating, I have already recommended this location to family and friends. Best part - really no bruising at the donation site either! Can't wait to be back.

The triage portion was quick, but it took 30 minutes for someone to connect me to the machine after I had been assigned a bed. More staff would be very helpful. Also, the promos are just for new donors. I think they should be for everybody. I donate because I believe in helping and the money is a great incentive to get out of bed and go...most times I go... it takes 4hrs...so the incentive isn't as great when offset by the time commitment.

Avoid this place at all cost it's so unsanitary the staff don't care about you the break viens they rough you up to poke or draw blood and the straw that broke the camels back for me was I explained to the check in staff I've been having issues with my protein reading for some reason I had gone to other centers and they said my protein was low I make sure daily in the morning to consume more than 40 grams of protein I explained this to the last center I donated at they went in and changed it in the system f

It takes two hours from the time you check in to the time they connect you to the machine, I typically am only connected for 30 min, the only thing good is the first couple of payments, your making a whole half day thing to come to this center, if you have the time and really need the money then this is the place for you!

Understaffed. Long wait times (2-3 hours). Always something wrong with their computers or equipment as an excuse. Grumpy employees with bad attitudes. They look just as tired and miserable as everyone stuck waiting in the 45 minute line to get their vitals taken. There's a small select few that know how to get the needle in your arm without leaving bruises or hitting a nerve. And if they mess up your arm you can get deferred from donating for several weeks. Nice bonus to sign up and get you in the door the

Please get better phlebotomists for the sake of future donors. Biolife ran a promotion for eight donations within 30 days. I completed all eight donations at Biolife's Aurora and Longmont locations, and I received bad sticks at most of those eight donations. Attached photo is a bruise I had a week and a half after using my left arm to donate. It felt like the phlebotomist went fishing in my arm...

This is always a very busy place, but every employee works hard to meet the needs of everyone. The facility is clean and you feel so grateful being able to donate life saving plasma.

Staff is amazing and great!! But I wish they would atleast notify you if you're going to have to wait over an hour to check in for a scheduled appointment. They mind as well get rid of appointments if they're not accurate. Edit: it seems like the norm is about and hour to get hooked up even with appointment. I'll be going to Octapharma from now on less stress no appointments and you can do your survey questions on the app before you get there

Daisy did an amazing job of running the facility while I was there. Her supervisor wasn't there and when she was wasn't of much use. Daisy not only made several new patients feel comfort she pulled staff from other parts to help keep the flow of people going. I really appreciate her thinking on her feet and also respect our time. Please promote her and retrain the lady that was a lead.

This location is awesome and all of the staff I have interacted with are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am knocking off two stars, because there was an app error that caused me not to receive the full first donor promo on one of my donations and there was nothing the staff could do to fix it, so I missed out on some promo money despite donating twice a week for the first month since becoming a new donor. Additionally, sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get in a chair to donate, but I

I love this place. Sure, it can take a while to get an available appointment for a donation with a physical, and sometimes the center is short-staffed and wait times can be a little long. That's no reason for negative Google reviews. Morgan, the center manager this morning, was super helpful with a problem I had and fixed it. The staff is friendly and professional, and the phlebotomists know what they're doing. I have never had a negative experience at this center. Y'all can ignore the bad reviews, especial

I have almost 100 completed donations at this Biomat location over over a year and a half. The staff are incredibly friendly and competent, and they are all great at their jobs. I moved a fair distance farther away from it than I had previously lived and I still make the 30+ minute drive just to come to this location even when there is another location 10 minutes from my home. Highly recommend Biomat Aurora!

Very poor communication between employees, multiple false testing in vitals, unorganized. Phlebotomist don't care for patients. Deferred without a reason given. Phones are not answered, and voicemails are not returned. This organization should provide better services, or close down ALL their facilities! Who's in charge of this place?

Make sure you don't catch the manager on one of her many bad days. She is an absolute joy to deal with ???? I recently had to start coming to this location because of a new job. I have been a regular donor for going on 4 yrs and have donated at multiple locations. This is by far the WORST location I've been to. You can tell most of the staff hate their jobs and they emit that energy to the people that come in to donate. I got caught in traffic during a heavy snow storm and got to the door 1 minute after my

The people that works here is nice and normally they would just do their job. But regarding to the speed I feel like lately it's been getting worst. Either they just kind of ignore you or seem to do something else or talking before taking care of you. There's been times where I had to wait for about 20min before they take the needle out of my arm. There's an exception and I believe the name of the manager is Dylan. He is always on task and always making sure to help you out fast! I always want to be sent a

Waited 2 hours in line (yes with an appointment), then they had me laying on my bed waiting for over 30 minutes just to be hooked up and another hour donating just to be paid 40$. All this wait time you'd think the employees were hard at work? No, literally gossiping 2 feet in front of me, in fact I could hear what employees they were gossiping about. Or some of them were just flat out pretending to look busy and ignoring people who needed to be hooked up or unhooked. My visit was from 12:45pm-4pm. There's

Great staff and always helpful with any questions or concerns about donating awesome job staff!!

Staff and the facility itself is great! Wait times to check vitals and then to wait and get hooked up on a machine is terrible! On average my appointments take over 2 hours. It makes it hard to fit in a time to donate between work and other obligations knowing you'll be there for the long haul.

I mean overall the machines are old the staff on the floor are nice Sydney is really good at her job. However the manager with the redish hair is rude has no communication skills I'm not a kid nor am I her kid she's really needs to tighten up on her communication skills. Also no one Ever answers the phone or returns voicemails you have to drive over there to get an answer to your question. Other then that the wait is shorter then CSL otherwise I probably would return to CSL.

My donation process of the plasma drawing took almost 2 hours that was physically uncomfortable and tiring. At the end of it I was told they were not able to pull as much because the way the needle was put in. I was informed of that by the person who had put the needle in. I hope my next experience would be a better one. Also it took them a while to come get the needle out once I was done. I think more people working on the floor will help you make it nicer experience when people are donating something from

I have been going to this facility for a while but customer service has go down drastically. The employees spend more time talking to each other than taking care of the people donating. The waiting time is awful. If you asked questions they Backlisted you. Don't go to this facility ??????

As part of the general public, my time is valuable. When someone is referred to talk with the nurse, the ?personal life chatter? with another employee needs to wait. The donator should be a priority. I waited for 7-8 minutes in my last visit for the nurse to see me and I was the only one waiting. An employee walked by me while I was waiting and spent this time in the office with the nurse laughing and enjoying the ?casual conversation?. This was absolutely rude and unprofessional as I was waiting outs

This place just permanently deferred me for an EpiPen that I disclosed to the medical staff 3 years ago place if you try to go donate here do not go donate at this plasma center I don't care how nice these people are they are discriminating against me because I have an EpiPen allergy to bee stings do not I repeat do not go donate here at all

I have donated at this center 28 times. Yes, the lines are long, yes the wait time can be ridiculous. They even blew out my vein so badly one time. My left arm is the one I have to use. I have apparently really small, tricky veins. Well overnight they decided that my left arm couldn't be used anymore bc of my tattoo. So, since it's a 2 hour light rail/bus ride to get there I figured I'd try my right arm again. Eventually after some poking and prodding I got hooked up. Then as the machine was going my arm st

I was there for my second donation. I arrived at 2pm for a 2:10pm appointment and was not done until 4:30pm. From my understanding, it is supposed to take ~1 hour, not 2 and a half hours. I am hesitant to donate again unless I have 3 hours to block out of my schedule so I am not late to other commitments.

Do yourself a favor. Run as far away from this facility as possible. They give out false information surrounding donations and you might be ignored when you go in because they don't want to do their jobs. They'll leave you sitting until they feel like approaching you. Worst experience ever. People are struggling in this economy. They don't donate because they want to. They donate because they have to but don't expect any understanding or compassion because they lack that.

All my visits were good until this one yesterday. A new gal drew the blood and when I was almost done my body stopped taking the blood. The supervisor came over and did try to fix it. Inevitably, we had to go to my other arm which is not good but he insisted. He did get a good vein. But when it was almost done my arm started to puff up with the liquid and as soon as I saw that I called someone over to remove the port. I'm pretty sore today both arms and not sure if I will bruise more. I cancelled my next ap

38 donations in and the first 30 we're great. It's the last eight that have been nothing short of a bloody, torturous, hack and slash nightmare. From missed veins to turning my arm into a blood water balloon, and from not being able to return my blood to rudeness and finger pointing. Staff that was seemingly capable before, have become shockingly inept. Must be something in the water.. heres to hoping it's seasonal eh?

The management try cheating and not paying what they advertise because they think everyone is an addiction alcoholic this company really need to work on their customer service

It was a good experience, I enjoy saving lives. I just don't know if plasma donation is for me personally

Everyone is friendly. Just stop allowing so many appts when you don't have the staff to accommodate that many people on Saturday and Sunday mornings

I had to wait 1 1/2 hours from when I got there to when I was seated at a machine. Which is by far the longest I've ever had to wait. Then I waited another 1/2 hour and had to watch as 2 people that sat down after me were hooked up to the machines before me. The I had to wait 10-15 minutes after I was done for someone to come over and unhook me. Not a great overall experience on this visit.

I have to say, in the last month I have had nothing but issues with Bio life. At the end of June they did a blood draw, I'm assuming to check my proteins, but wasnt really told. They managed to loose or destroy it in transit to the lab. I live an hour away from any Biolife office and instead of receiving an email, call, OR text about this, I found out when I wasn't able to donate that day. After two weeks I did receive an email saying my deferment was over. I set up an appointment for this last Tuesday (07

So my rating would certainly be lower if ot weren't for Beverly and Cydney. I came in for my appointment today, did my questionnaire and then realized I had forgotten my phone charger in my car. I approached Donna at the front desk to ask if it would be alright if I ran to my car to get it. Immediately, she was snippy and had a bit of a condescending tone in telling me that I needed a staff member to walk with me to my car (I totally understand that it's an important rule and I fully respect it, but there

Everyone has been very nice. Clean and secure facility. Those doing the "sticks" are very very good at what they do. For returning donors, the system is efficient once you make it through the line. I don't feel like the time it takes to get cleared to donate is the fault of anyone at the facility. I imagine that is tightly managed JIT stuff at the corporate level.

I came to this location to donate. Two hour after my appointment time I was just approaching the front of the line for my finger prick. There were 9 people in line waiting to get beds and 3 sections closed. As I waited for the one person pricking fingers I thought back to the last time Id donated here and was in almost the exact same situation and how the last time my wife had donated she went through the same thing. All three times workers shrugged the wait off saying people had called in sick. This looks

They definitely overschedule. Spent more time in line than donating.

The facility has made adjustments to the schedule so the line was short. This is appreciated. The person who checked my blood levels and BP at the first station was very professional and friendly. All the staff in this area are always consistent with the systems and protocols in place. Then my turn was up next. Aaron helped me. He is always friendly and easy going. He puts you at ease. He handles his job and is always respectful to other employees. It is understandable why he is a supervisor. He gave

my experience was not good. Once I checked in and did the initial finger prick and vitals and got in a donation chair it was 45 minutes before I was started and no one even told me as to why there was such a delay in getting started.

The staff is friendly and helpful with any concerns. Easy money, but over the last few months the wait times have become outrageous. This place would easily get 4 or 5 stars if they wouldn't allow the appointments to overbook their staff. It is no longer worth the wait. I will only be returning to receive the other half of my promotion.

All the staff here are great. I would give them Five star IF the wait time wasn't so long. Each donation is gonna take you up to 2 hours. It'll take you more than 30 minutes to just get to the vital station. This place is severely understaffed. After this promotion I'm not sure it'll be worth it to donate. Also they have shut down the kids area so if you've got kids, your time period to donate is very limited. Also, how do you lose the blood drawn??? I've just started donating again this month and they've d

Extremely clean and professional environment. I was very comfortable and satisfied throughout the service received. Minimal pain and no complications. Even better, I got paid for my entertainment. I highly recommend BioLife for your plasma donation needs.

Very difficult to get an initial appointment. I had to wait a week just to get the appointment. I scheduled off work and everything and drove an hour across town through terrible traffic just to get there. My appointment was set for 2:30 p.m. they apparently have a policy that they chose not to disclose to us when we set our appointments that says that if you're more than 10 minutes late that they will turn you away. Now I was there right on the DOT, however, the person at the front desk struggled for 5 min

Staff are friendly and location is set up in a great area. The low review is because they didn't pay me for one donation and never followed up on a phone call. After my third donation the nurse called me to wait for my blood results. She said to hold off on future donations. At this time I already completed my third donation. She was supposed to call me back but never returned my phone call. I missed my bonus incentive and timeline because she refused to give me a call back. If these issues get resolved I

I find it extremely frustrating to have an appointment at 3 o'clock and show up at 3 o'clock to check in and the doors are locked and be told that they aren't taking anyone when I was scheduled.

You want to donate plasma this place is i suppose good as any in the area. However you should know the weekly pat for plasma has been 120 for at least a decade of not more, yet it has now gone down to 115. This location also does not staff anyone to answer the phones or man the desk. Seriously, it is just one of the techs who is swapping gloves (if they answer the phone at all). Meanwhile 2 donations creates a dose of medicine that costs literally tens of thousands of dollars. Do with this information what

Made an appointment, showed up 30 minutes early, first time donating. Told me to sit and wait, waited one hour before my husband asked how much longer, apparently there was an extra 3 hour long wait. Why be able to book an appointment if the company can't follow it? Acting as if people don't have a life? Absolutely disgusting.

Nice and friendly, easy and pretty quick plasma donation place..

I come to this one because it's closer to where I live. I am starting to feel uncomfortable here. Idk if it's just hard times or they are somewhat imcompetent but most of the phlebotomist there have attitudes they clearly can't put away. Emotional is not good as a phlebotomist some care and empathy is and a lot of you here lack. If u feel some type of way about this post change ya attitude, fix ya faces, stop being emotional when u mess up, I really start to feel uncomfortable here. Please change it and don

I came in for my appointment and due to staffing errors they had to fix my profile so that I was eligible to donate. As I'm filling out my questionnaire a lady with blonde hair and a lazy I was looking in my phone and my notebook as if I was writing that stuff for her. As I got done I use the bathroom it only took me 2 minutes and when I came out the lady said that I was not eligible to donate. She didn't ask my name she didn't ask for anything she was just being a snarky prick and I did not show her any ha

People are awesome and so helpful. Probably under staffed though.

I have donated a few times before and haven't had a problem except a very long time from start to finish for donating but this most recent time they attempted to use my left arm and the first person couldn't get my blood to flow so she pressed the needle in my arm harder which was painful and she asked another person to try and when she tried it hurt even more and was unsuccessful. It caused major bruising on my arm and the pain didn't go away for almost a week. I am not sure if I will go back or not.

Will allow you to setup appointment but will turn you away when you get there. I can understand it happening a a few times but its a consistent issue if you donate regularly.

I went in today for my first appointment. The girl that was helping me talked me like I was dumb and she acted like she didn't want to be there. They were very busy but if you don't want to be there then don't be. My pulse was to high the first time so she said sit for 10 min and we will recheck. She let me sit for 5 min maybe and my pulse was still high. Needless to say I probably won't go back to try again. The girl is what ruined it for me.

The app was very helpful getting me ready for my first time at Biolife. When I arrived, everything went really smoothly. I was late for my appointment but they were still able to see me. The various steps to get set up do take some time -- as they should. Every step is thorough and all information is communicated very clearly. All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional -- I felt like I was being cared for well. I look forward to returning as a regular donor.

Review for Aurora Location (Mississippi & I225) I am one that is not fond of needles. This location has been fantastic addressing my concerns/anxities. I'm going to point out a few great team members. Nadia was so incredibly informative of how the process works, the meaning of the different cycles. What to expect and what to do if I had any issues. She is someone everyone should get day one. Mia was wonderful ensuring things were done just right so there would be no need to switch arms. Always smiling

Showed up for my appointment within the grace period of 10 minutes and the system would not let me in. So I went and waited for help at the desk when the worker named ?fairy? came up and helped someone else who came up after me frantically asking for help first. When I then was able to speak with ?Fairy? to help me login because the system would not let me it had now exceeded the 10 minute grace period and when I asked her for help she said I can't help you now because it's past the 10 minute grace period a

I don't know, what happened over the last 2 months, but today?s experience was sick. Came 10 minutes before my appointment time, there were 30 people in front of me in the line. I have been waiting for 1 hour and there are still 7 people in front of me. So I wasn't able to wait for so long. All this time all people in the line were staying, without any chance to have a sit, although there are a few old ones. There are a schedule here! Can you cut down the amount of available appointments throughout the busy
