Andie and her team did a great job during my last donation. The Georgetown location is very new and very nice. They did a great job of getting me scanned and verified, hooked up, and out the door in a very reasonable time frame. Other plasma centers are very over booked.

Donating plasma has been such a fulfilling experience for me. I love knowing that I'm helping others in my community?possibly even saving lives?with something as simple as my time. It feels good to contribute to a greater cause in such a direct, tangible way. The compensation is a nice bonus, too. While it's not why I started donating, the extra money definitely helps and makes it easier to stay consistent. The center's staff is friendly and professional, and the process is well-organized and efficient. I

THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY MY HUSBAND! His payments have been wrong the last 4 times he went, then this time he never received one at all and the first time he asked they told him it could take up to 2 hours. Then they said up to 24 hours. Still nothing. They are very polite the first time you go, and then if you come more than a few times they seem to intentionally make people not want to come back. The last time I went, I saw 2 employees motioning to each other about me, then one of them came to me and told

They waited until the end of the process to tell me my tattoo was too close to my elbow. All 3 people I saw said nothing about it until the end. I wasted a lot of time here. The old lady doing the physicals was very unprofessional and the nurse was pretty rude. I couldn't even donate. Go there if you need the money, but this place was terrible.

Truly professional, kind, and patient staff. Clear and thorough explanations from start to finish. Very clean facility with great attention to detail. As a first time donor, clinicians made every effort to ensure I clearly understood the process, and that I was comfortable throughout. Scheduling my second appointment was a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Nurse Tracy is awesome! She was asking me how I was doing the whole time and making sure that I was informed with what was going on. She really cares about everyone she sees!

I just had the BEST experience with Beth at BioLife Plasma! She is an absolute gem. Not only did she manage to get my heart rate down in record time, but she did it with such humor, sweetness, and patience that the whole process felt like a breeze. Beth?s professionalism and care are unmatched. She made me feel completely at ease, and her positive energy was contagious. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her work and her patients. BioLife is lucky to have someone as incredible as Beth on their team!

Been going here on and off the past 7+ years. Never had a horrible Experience like recent. I was walking from my chair area all the way to the front dripping a significant amount of blood. It leaked into my purse all over my clothes and no one stop me even though I was in the back and made it all the way to the front. I see the blood myself as I started not to feel very well. I told the lady at the counter and she just looked at me meanwhile I'm still losing blood. Long story short I stood there after few m

I went there to donate plasma on February 1st. Beth helped check to make sure I was eligible to donate. She was very informative when I had asked questions, just from my own curiosity. Everyone was very sweet and kind there. They check up on everyone frequently throughout the appointment. They will reassure you and they make sure you are comfortable as well. I really appreciated how everything was handled over there.

Nick was amazing. He is the first one to stick me with absolutely no pain, despite my scar tissue. I didn't even feel the needle go in, And he had a great bedside manner

This biolife center is definitely my favorite location to go to. It's always a quick process to get in and out and all of the nurses are always friendly and helpful. I've had some problems at another location but since I've been going to this one everything has been going smoothly.

Nice clean facility with professional and nice staff. They made my initial visit smooth and seamless. I also liked how fast the machines were.

I love this place!! Reico was amazing so friendly so fast and so helpful !! He made this process so great.. 10/10 recommend this place and if you have any questions ask him!!

There's an advertised ?10 minute grace period? for your appointment when you arrive. I was just turned away only 5 minutes after my appointed time because apparently the grace period doesn't apply to the last appointment time of the day. However this was not communicated to me prior and is nowhere to be found online, and is only in fine print in the building. Not only that but the email I got when scheduling this appointment still said I had the grace period. Because of their incorrect communications I'm ou

I'm not sure what I did but everything was good for the first couple of months I started donating here. Now all of a sudden there playing stupid games and I'm just confused. It takes me almost 2 hours to get here because I have to take a bus. If you want me to go to another location or a whole different company I will. Just talk to me like an adult and quit wasting my time. Entirely unprofessional and childish Latest reason I have to provide proof of address. Then, when I provided them with what they asked

This people up in the front, not doing their job correctly, been in the medical field for 9 years and done plasma centers. I know when someone is not doing a finger stick correctly. There's a report you can run how many people this lady has sent away cause I noticed at least 3 people in front of me turned away for HCT c?mon on now get better staff. This guy Robert not knowing what she did wrong and just saying no we can't do it again. Yet I never got deferred and then this lady does it and of coarse. If it?

April 6th was my first time donating and I was very nervous. Christie and the rest of the staff made me feel safe and comfortable during the entire process! I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you BioLife staff!

If you're going to donate be sure to note their hours!! For example: they don't always close at 8pm during the week. They close at different hours. So if you book at 7:30pm on a Friday like I did, arrive early or else they will turn you away even if you're a minute past and it's only 7:31pm. They offer a 10 minute grace period for appointments, but not the first and last ones of the day so be sure to check their hours before booking. I made the mistake of assuming they closed at 8pm all week days and booked

Been going here off and on for 3 years! It's good to see some familiar faces even after all this time. Staff is extremely wonderful and I personally have never had issues. Not too much of a wait either h less you go at prime times whenever gets off of work.

Did my vitals wasn't told I needed a physical before waiting in line and on the beds only to be turned away due to being an out of state resident despite last year being able to do a physical at the same location last year, now an hour of my time has been wasted and I have to go all the way back to the origin of my very 1st donatation just to get a physical which was not needed last year. Unacceptable.

I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS! I went in yesterday to donate and I overheard a worker inform someone that there is a delay in payment. Completely understandable! Today, right now I check and I am still not compensated. I've called the office over 20xs NO LIE and no one answers!! You would think someone would answer after calling back to back. This is ridiculous!!

Beth and Stella did a great job today! Very professional and courtesy. And last time I was here, Louisa was fabulous and she seemed to be pushing her team to do better too, showing awesome leadership skills. And Nick did great as well.

Today I had a disgusting experience when taking blood from three people, they tried to take caviar from my vein. I understand that they were interns and such. I think it is unacceptable, they should be taught and then allowed near people. I am simply shocked??

Went into Biolife today to sign up to donate as a new donar. They made me anappointment at 3ish it's 7:54p.m. I jus5 walked out this business. Sad this business gets good money for plasma & only has one physical nurse working in the afternoon. That was 5 hrs sitting waiting on a physical to be able to donate. They where staffed so why would they have anyone waiting max 5 hrs. This is crazy this company definitely needs to get there business together people are In need of extra funds & to help save Life's as

This visit was slower than usual, the facility seemed to be short staffed based on several previous visits. Also the technicians that take vitals need to make sure and clean both the fingers print scanner and the thermometer where each donor holds while taking temperature. The bathrooms need towels instead of hand dryers, you need towels to open the door as not everyone washes their hands.

my experience here at BioLife has been a pleasure getting to know Rico And Anna has definitely been rewarding their pleasant knowledgeable attitude makes Giving Easier, thank you to them both

Tracy was great! Thoroughly informative and attentive to questions during the screening. I would recommend any one to come here trying make a little extra money!

So far, my experience here has been fantastic, and I definitely want to give a couple of shout-outs. Chris has been so gentle with the needle and does an amazing job making me feel safe and comfortable. Also, Alexandra, who helped with changing out the tubes and getting my station set up, was absolutely delightful. She's incredibly kind, has wonderful bedside manners, and is very efficient. Thank you both for such a great experience!

This will be the last time I donate plasma due to repeated issues with the process. They missed my vein and couldn't establish a good flow. The attendant seemed indifferent to my concerns and tried to force the needle deeper into my arm. When they tried the other arm, the same problem occurred. Now, due to their mismanagement, I'm prohibited from donating for 8 weeks, and both my arms are bruised.

Beth was absolutely AMAZING ??. She made me feel very comfortable . Speaking with her during my vitals session was a delight. She has an excellent sense for communication and understanding. Customer service was TOP TIER! Thanks Beth as well as Wendy On the other hand Cheri the front desk representative needs more coaching on customer service and positive attitude. Thursday 11/7/2024 was my niece?s and I first time and it was an horrible experience once we entered and checked in . Cheri had too much attitu

I've been coming to BioLife Austin for a few years and sometimes have issues with my heart rate and it unfortunately keeps me from donating. I had some anxiety during my screening about this heart rate issue but Jane put me at ease during the process. Her professionalism and understanding when I informed her about my heart rate was top notch. Truly, BioLife has a amazing management and wonderful staff.

I really appreciate the lady Beth she really help me today and I had a amazing experience with her thanks bett for your help this morning

The donating process was fine. I donated at different center, returned to biolife, and was told to come back two days later. I return two days later and get a permanent defferal. Not a "you can't donate again right now, come back on xyz" A "you aren't allowed to donate at biolife ever again". All for following the instructions given to me by a biolife employee. Pretty ridiculous.

Maybe next time shoot us a text or email? App let me know that the location wont open up till 2, so I scheduled at 6. I got ready drove 30 min, and I was welcomed with a closed building and a empty parking lot. Now I have wasted gas and time just to be met with inconsistency. Do better please.

Biolife Plasma Services has welcomed me into the family and I'm so happy and grateful for the opportunity to help my community. My intake process the first time I walked in took a few hours to complete because 1) I had my wallet stolen recently and my SS card was in there which is a required document BUT they were able to confirm it online it just took some extra time and 2) they were SLAMMED that day and short staffed. However, I didn't see one staff member look flustered or frustrated the entire time. The

They're all okay but whenever we sit down in the chairs, it takes forever for someone to come and start the process. I was sitting for 30 MINUTES last time. They need to be a lil bit more fast so we can start to pump!!

This place treats their donors very well!! And Beth is the best of the best! She deserves a huge raise! Ya hear that BioLife?? Just go ahead and give Beth a raise or a lead position! You got an angel working for ya. Love you guys! And I will continue to sell all my plasma at your location!???? ???If you're financially broke and struggling to pay your government assisted housing rent(like myself)then donate your fluids at BioLife! Not only will you be saving yourself from an eviction notice, but you will be

The facility is very well organized. Despite the number of people in line, nobody waited long. The employess are very friendly and professional. The systems in place made me feel like I was in very capable hands.

Today was my first day and boy I was nervous. I've never donated blood, so for me everything was new. After getting checked in and getting my vitals I met Beth. She was AMAZING at explaining the procedures and steps.. and she even answered all my little questions lol (I tend to ask a lot) That girl deserves a raise!! I noticed her when I first walked in. She was all jokes and smiles. I was hoping I would land her in the vitals line. Again, thank you biolife for hiring kind and sweet Beth! She's an asset to

Prior to this one.. My last visit was in 2016 and boy have things changed. Staff was friendly yet very professional. The flow and processes in place were seamless and easy to navigate

Great clinic team! It was my first time and everyone was so kind and considerate. Very professional setting too!

Previous gave this place 5 stars but deleted the review. They have been improving over the years but I have never been woken up at 6am from them calling until today, telling me I can't donate today due to a protein test from a bit ago and had to wait until Saturday. I wish they didn't tell me the same day and had more courtesy. I don't need to be called that early and they should really not cancel my appointment today when I was able to donate multiple times after the test itself and have to wait until Satu

Waited for over an hour while the staff talked while I was sitting in the chair waiting for someone to hook me up. Along with the fact they don't even pay as much as they used to it's a complete waste of time and energy. Never donating with them ever again

Length of time spent at the center is ridiculous. I have an appt time for a reason, or so I thought. If I have an appt at 1230pm it shouldn't take till 130pm to even get assigned a section to wait on a tech, and it shouldn't take me till 3pm to get out of the center. It makes the whole appt time slot seam pointless and donating is no longer a feel good experience but a burden. Many people are just there for the money, I get that. I'm not there for that, I donate for personal reasons because I know my particul

I've been donating at BioLife in Austin on Owen Tech for almost a year now, and have never had a bad experience. Today Beth did my vitals and she was awesome, probably the friendliest to date!

I'm updating my review from about 5 mos ago (it's now March 2025), and moving it from 2-stars to 4; after taking several months off from donating, during which time the BioLife facility underwent some remodeling and reorganizing, I started donating again about a month ago, and it's clear that they have made significant improvements. The staff at check-in remain professional and friendly (shoutout to Beth in particular!); the biggest change is that the process appears to have been streamlined, both in term

They forget people are making a donation. They are not cattle. I have donated for a while at other location in CO. I feel so used at BioLife. The rates are higher for donation because it draws in more ppl in need. It is places like this that dig at the ethics of plasma donation. I will be trying a new company. I will not watch ppl be treated like this. Octapharm in CO was so inviting and grateful. The energy is empty and dark. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you donate. The staff feel

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Please pay attention to the staff doing the finger sticks. They do t change their gloves or wipe down the area. I went to the one on Owen Tech Blvd. I asked the tech helping me and he said it wasn't necessary. I will be reporting them next.

Staff is friendly and patient. Even when very busy, folks are always calm and pleasant to deal with. Facility is clean and bright. And size of parking spaces in parking lot is more than generous. Seldom need to worry about being dinged by another car?s door.

This place is great it seems overwhelming at first but the employees are quick and friendly. I got to meet Beth today and wow! Super friendly had me laughing the whole time. She made the process so much funnier and comfortable. Thank you BioLife and of course Beth. As well as all of the other hardworking people here. They don't stop so their sense of urgency is top tier.

Beth made my second donation fun and enjoyable. The conversation was lovely and it really helped calm my frazzled nerves. Everyone is friendly but she's my favorite!

Trey was awesome, didn't know he was still in Training and talked about some Good food to eat in Austin!

Everyone of the employees that I met with during my 1st visit were very kind, caring, and attentive. They answered any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable. At the end of my donation I began to feel a little sick(slight dehydration)and immediately upon notifying the closest technician, they stopped what they were doing and gave me their full attention and the necessary care I needed. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful people that are on staff at the BioLife- Austin, Texas location. The on

Beth is just awesome!!! She's one of my favorite techs. My pulse is always high but she has a calming technique that always works. She's very courteous, caring, thoughtful, gentle and performs outstanding work. Overall she's agreat person.

Amazing staff all around! Beth, particularly, has a great way with people. Super caring and helpful staff!

I donate plasma as a service that keeps on giving w love for the medicines it makes for patients

On a Sunday be prepared if your appointment is at 11 to to wait in line for 30 minutes and then wait to get a bed for another 30 to 45 minutes. That's even before you've donated so make sure you don't have any appointments you need to be at or you will be late you donated.its once you start donating 45 minutes to an hour before you leave. just a heads up for people who want to know how much time you're going to spend on a Sunday at BioLife.:( One good thing I have to say are the people who stick you are pre

Been coming here for almost a year and will already recommend! The staff is great and always communicate with you and are on top of their game. I want to take a moment to especially show appreciation for Elise! She is so patient and communicative and has the most genuine personality. She knows her stuff and you can definitely tell she cares! ??

I scheduled an appt for tonight, 1/15 @ 630pm. When I scheduled it, nothing came up saying I needed a physical before I could donate. However, when I got there and scanned in to do my questions, it said I had to get a physical. Irritated, I walked to the counter to find out why I had to do this when my acct showed my physical wasn't due until 2/4/25. I was told by the lady behind the counter that I needed to do a protein test and they had no appts open for that. What? When I asked why it didn't tell m

Very professional, the few times I've had any complications with the donating process the issues were explained succinctly and handled efficiently. Beth was very kind and did a great job in particular, but there's also been plenty of other kind staff that made the donating experience great I can't imagine going somewhere else to donate, the only times I've had things to complain about were lines outside of the staff's control.

Came here last 5 months ago and left with a hematoma and a botched donation. I do NOT blame the phlebotomists, they're simply too overworked and too busy that I don't doubt they'd make a minor error in sticking someone. Its just a shame that any error leads to something like 2+ hours of time lost and possibly something life-concerning. I hate to sound like a customer who's coupon was denied but, Other than diet and exercise I've done nothing different and I'm now worrying about something like this that wa

Although the nurses and staff were nice, this was my first time donating and I have a bad hematoma. The bruise is huge, and I'm fairly certain the needle for the IV was put in too deep because I never even flinched once. No hatred towards the staff, but pls have them check what they're doing. This is a very painful healing process, and I'm hoping it's nothing more than a hematoma.

Wild how you give new donors over 700$ but the reoccurring donors that come every week make a little over 400$. Maybe pay your donors that come and keep you running every week and you wouldn't constantly be seeking new donors... ??. And you'll reply with the most generic response that you can think of, instead of changing anything ??

From the minute I step into this place I feel at home. All the staff make me feel good and it's a honor to be here. I'd like to point out the great service by Elise, Conner, Hilario, Makayla, Kristi, Sheri, Jose, Cris, Robert, Nada and of course HARRY! I know I left some out but pls they too do a great job.

I always have a good experience donating at biolife. Checking in up front and doing vitals, Beth is always efficient, friendly and helpful with any questions I have.

Love this location makes me comfortable here definitely hands on. You're always going to be ask of your feeling okay. Beth is extremely good as well with making you laugh d and feeling comfortable during your time here. It makes the time go by faster honestly

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Beth, who helped me immensely on my last donation. After experiencing some confusion and getting misguided by someone else Beth was able to provide me with helpful information and was informative, friendly and efficient. In addition to helping me, she was calm and collected while attending to others as well as maintaining the flow of the floor by keeping donors moving into the appropriate areas. She is a rock star in my opinion!!!!

Honestly usually have a great visits. But it all depends if I have to deal with 1 person. She will make you feel like you are a burden. And not very friendly. But for the most part I still feel like all the others are super sweet.

This is a clean environment....The staff was knowledgeable and inviting..... Really comfortable place....

The staff is always super friendly and helpful in so many ways. I'm giving an extra big shout-out to Beth! She always makes the check-in process smooth for me. And, she likes my shirts!

Beth had very great customer service she was very gentle and friendly I loved the experience as a second time doner

Everyone else at this clinic is fine. But there's some lady with green and yellow hair in the front who is very rude and abrasive. The last visit I had she took my vitals I began to bleed down my hand from the finger prick didn't notice until she was done as it made a bit of a mess she did not offer me anything to wipe it off handed me the bandage to put over and had an attitude when I asked for alcohol wipes, then told me my results came back were too low but I honestly feel like she was being hostile w me

Trash only been here 3 times they always change the rules depending on your phlebotomist I came in on the 01/26/2025 I do have tattoos so the lady had trouble finding my vein I'm a regular donor just not here at BioLife so nothing out of the ordinary but she kept pulling the needle in and out until my vein bruised I came back two days later to donate again sat through the process waited 45 minutes just to be told I cannot donate because they previously bruised my vein I am now back 02/19/2025 and have been

I'd love to give this place 5 stars. Staff is super helpful and once you get vitals done and to a bed, the process is fairly efficient. Lately though, the line goes to the back the building, adding at least an extra 30-45 minutes to your time spent there. I feel like they overbook appointments and no one cancels, resulting in a backup in the line. I don't think anyone likes waiting in line, and some people schedule these appointments in between jobs or on the way to their job and are depending on the appoin

Beth was professional, funny, courteous, and also helped me with a question that most people would have easily said, ?that's not my department? . She took the time to help answer my question 4/1/25- made a donation and I am spoiled by the staff, specifically the professionalism and courtesy and ABOVE AND BEYOND type of work ethic by Ana the phlebotomist. In faxt I try to request her for my needle insertion bc she is so good at that. She also took the time out of her busy day training new staff to answer

First time coming. Probably the longest new donor physical I've ever taken but I'm not mad. Beth was very kind, made sure I understood everything and was just overall such a pleasure to take vitals. She was very warm and personable. Everyone here is great.

My first time went so well! Everyone was so helpful and informative!

Such a great experience, Beth was so comforting and helpful, I just love her!! It's very organized, clean, and professional! I appreciate it!!

Currently been a donor for a couple years now and the service has been going downhill every month, the techs talk to each other more than they do their job, the management do nothing but walk around and send people on lunch during the busiest time, and I'm currently sitting here waiting for a tech it's been 40min.

Beth was the best nurse I've gotten to chat with at BioLife! Definitely an asset to their team!

I really enjoyed Beth this morning. She was so kind and welcoming. She made me feel so at ease. Her smile makes you want to come back. Keep up the good work Beth

My 5 stars are because Nurse Tracey was super awesome and made the experience so much better.

The staff is very efficient and courteous. Beth handled my intake today and I've been very comfortable with the whole procedure. Her work space was tidy and her repor was professional and agreeable. I'm happy to be a regular here.

The whole process at the Austin facility has greatly improved. The app has a great update and scheduling is a lot easier. The check in is very pleasant. Beth always has a great conversation and makes you feel relaxed while she gathers your vitals. I'll continue to recommend this facility to give plasma. They really care about your well being.

It's a wonderful thing to do I just wish I can donate plasma more often but my iron is always to low

Great service and staff are truly amazing. Could not ask for a better place to go to every week.

Thank you BioLife for the opportunity. Thank you Troy for your outstanding care. Thanks to the nurse who prayed for me. It is a pleasant facility and the donation process is fast and rewarding.

They never answer the damage phone I haven't received my funds
