Briana she had done an excellent job today I was very pleased with my experience with the entire staff has always been very helpful and very safe and this is a very good establishment!!!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. And by the way Jonathan is an excellent worker he is doing a great job he always cares about people's well-being!!!
Yudi is helpful, kind, and efficient. She is thorough in her work. And The fact that she speaks Spanish is super helpful. Being able to communicate in both languages sets her apart in that she can make this facility more accessible to those who speak Spanish and little to no English. She is also friendly and helps set me at ease every time I come in.
I really like this location. Everyone here is so friendly. I would like to do a shout out to Jonathan. He does really good sticks, I can hardly feel it, and he's just an all around nice guy. He even remembers my name.
Cali is great also very bubbly /gentle with the sticks, just love itand Ray she is awesome love her energy very positive and kind always welcoming/ great at checking you in I love going to her booth and Ty the female she is always great very caring. Comforting /gental with the sticks always telling great jokes definitely they are reason I come back every week please give them all points they all are amazing ?? peace and love
Everyone I have met in the office has been very friendly, professional, and overall great at their job! Jonathan did a wonderful job today and it was a pleasant experience despite being fairly busy.
Johnathan helped me out pretty well. He made sure that I was aware of what was happening during the extraction process, and was very knowledgeable about everything. Rewards are a little bit more than other plasma centers, and they definitely make sure you're in and out as soon as possible.
I've had a great experience donating plasma at BioLife, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to one of the nurses, Johnathan. He's always professional, kind, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. He takes the time to explain the process and ensure you're comfortable the entire time. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really help ease any nerves you might have.
Jonathan was the sweetest and most patient, even with rudeness surrounding him. He also has a gentle poke! 10/10 would recommend.
The BioLife staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I really love the cleaniness of the facility. I've donated plasma at other facilities and I can honestly say if you're not donating with BioLife you're truly missing out. Thank you Johnathan for your professionalism and making my visit a great one.
Cool place to get some extra cash and help others. The employees are very helpful, YUDI helps me every time I go. It also helps that she speaks Spanish and is very professional and quick with her job
The new phlebotomist Jonathan was really attentive and did a great job with his venipuncture. He's had a positive attitude and shows a good work ethic.
The female ty and ray are my favourite oh and Kenya they are amazing very positive kind an always smiling never having a bad day every they are great extra points please
Some staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional, carelessly neglecting their duties to provide safe and complete care to donors. They ignore safety protocol such as monitoring a patient after blood loss, but enforce rules that suit their personal agendas to close shop on time; for example, turning my husband away at the end of their shift for momentarily leaving the building to check on my health status after they released me without checking vitals post incomplete donation without blood return. Th
Very good experience with all staff and the building is SUPER clean. I feel the staff are professional in their responsibility and nice too. You never know what type of personality will be donating next to or across from you but overall I think the donating population for this location are clean and nice. Best location I have been to in the entire country:)!
I love coming to biolife the staff are always friendly and move pretty fast jake does a great as a sticker/poker would definitely recommend coming just would but recommend Johnathan he is fairly new and just made me uncomfortable with some comments about his previous position as a mortician but everyone else is great never had any issues
It was my first time there today and it was an amazing experience thanks to Ray. She was professional, patient with me as I pulled up some information and just an enjoyable person to speak with. Her and Christine made this a great experience for me. Definitely going to go again!
Jonathan was a so amazing I didn't feel the stick at all and I got done real quick so if you ever come here ask for Jonathan to stick you a
Jonathan made me not even feel the needle stick, very chill and a good guy for sure! Probably my best experience so far.
The atmosphere is always so welcoming and clean. I enjoy getting my vitals done with Yudi, she always makes me feel comfortable. All the phlebotomist are always attentive to everyone.
I go there twice a week and the customer service is great. Specially PATTY, she is very helpful. She knows how to do her job and takes her work very seriously. She is really a one of a kind. And a smooth operator.
I've been donating here the past few months and Jonathan is consistently nice and helpful, and his sticks are some of the best!
Yes i had an excellent experience with AJ he Was nice, pleasant, professional, and genuine as well as efficient and everything went perfectly I will definitely continue to donate at Bio life in Beaumont.
I give BioLife 5 stars. Not only is it the best paying facility but the people are friendly and it's very clean and safe. It's now my second income. I encourage anyone who needs extra cash...which we all do...to donate plasma. Tell they Michael Brown referred you.??
The Staff Is Very Friendly And Welcoming. They Are Super Nice And Answer All An Any Questions You Have. I Just Started Donating Here And I Would Recommend This Place To Anyone

jonathan was the best!! didn't even feel that 17.5g needle!! update on 6/21: no bruising whatsoever jonathan is literally amazing!!!!
I have a great experience at this location almost every time. Markayla is a sweetheart and does her job in a timely manner. ??
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Can't say I've had any issues with any of them , cleanliness of the facilities could be improved especially on the outside of the building
Wrda my mova when I go there it's A1 service. The nurse Kayla make you feel welcomed w great service and hospitality. On the guys 10/10 service
Absolutely the worst place to donate plasma. Half of the time some of the nurses can't even do their jobs. Usually they just stand around chit chatting. Ive driven out here NUMEROUS times when i was told i could come donate, all to find out that i could not donate. Don't waste your time, there are better places to try.
Beautiful women and they like to party guys. I started going back and in a span of a few months at least 3 of them became very friendly.. They tend to you on and off the clock. Try the China clinic fasho.
Super friendly and very clean. Markayla always ends up taking my blood and she is very thoughtful, and good under pressure.
I had Lexi this morning, she was perfect. She was by herself til it was time for other workers. She handled it very well. Had no issues today.
Went for the first time today. Everyone was super nice and outgoing. Very helpful answered all of my questions :)
Jonathan was great his stick didnt even hurt and he was very nice with great bedside manner
Nice facility and fast staff . Always a good experience! Mikayla is great ?
I've been a return donor for 1 year now, and I greatly appreciate our talented phlebotomists helping to keep the pain low and the machine running fast.
Quick service, clean building, kind staff. BioLife mobile application makes booking appointments easy and rewarding
The center is clean and staff is attentive. Johnny was very personable and did a great job.
Kenya was so polite and always so kind and the purest heart I love her and I'm always coming back just because of her
Helping in more ways than one. Caring clean and good with everyone good conversation good medical Care on the spot nice people
All the ladies are very unique. They are helpful with whatever I need. Patty , Markayla , Ahsha, Kayla, and Ray, and cali
Johnathan does a great job every time I come in?the guy takes pride in his work..thanks??
Save lives and get paid this center is very friendly and good. I love coming here Mrs Measha Jay, Tai, is very nice! Np! With staff and employees, it's just the rewards app that is down a lot ..
I tried for over a year to donate plasma. Each time I went in, there was always something else they needed?more paperwork from my doctor. I was very open and honest about my medical history... I have 10q26 Deletion Syndrome, a chromosome issue where a small piece is missing from the long arm of the X chromosome. The CALY gene, which affects Dopamine receptors, is the only part that is impacted. This has no negative effect on blood or plasma donation... I also have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an autoimmune th
Come here all the time. Got stuck by Johnathan today, he did a great job and has excellent customer service skills.
Johnathan at Beaumont biolife is awesome, couldn't even feel the needle going in and very polite
Johnathan did a great job sticking my arm. Great place.
Friendly and fast! Kenya was the one to help me and she was great.
I had a wonderful experience Ms.Keyna was awesome very patient with me and explained every step Thanks
I didn't even feel the stick. The lab tech Jonathan was very polite and professional as well.
Very very nice staff, tell u what to and what not to expect during the process. And it went extremely faster then what I thought while being hooked up to the machine. And of course I like being able to save other people. Was a great experience. Looking forward to doing it again tmrw.. update on my review. I still give biolife a 5 star review, but the new guy Johnathan, he lied and said he wasn't new. He been doing it for a.cpl years in another entity, and he talks to much not caring for his donors.. an
Everyone is super friendly! I especially enjoy chatting with Johnathon during donations!
Yudi that does vital has always been an angel and she does her job very well..Love this place, never disappointed with care from the staff and as always great service; but lately some of the workers there have not been on their game and have bruised me again.
Jonathan is very nice, and did a great job. ??
Jonathon is a1 didn't even feel the needle recommended
If you have ANY type of scarring on your arm do not waste your time going here. After wasting an hour of my time I was turned down to be a donor because of my "track scars"...I have donated blood at LifeShare many times and they never had a problem with the acne scars on my arms. Turns out, the needle goes in just the same! I was basically accused of being a druggy, "track marks" the nurse called them. How any nurse could mistake acne scars with track marks is beyond me. When I lifted my shirt to show that
Great staff very helpful with explaining the process? Johnathon was very good at drawing the blood no pain
Mrs. Kelly was incredibly energetic and helpful during my visit. She took the time to give me more insight into plasma donation and how it can save lives, which really caught my attention after I heard her thank someone for "saving a life." It was the first time I'd ever heard that, and it left a lasting impression. Mrs. Kelly is an excellent worker, and I also want to shout out Mrs. Patty for bringing so much jokes and positive energy to the experience. Both of them make a great team!
Use to be great. Now have employees not changing gloves, or using gloves. Fingers in their shoes with gloves on without changing. Need security or the employees need to start telling people to leave. Dont need "clients" walking up to me to talk to the lady whos trying to stick a needle in me.. Like a damn zoo in there 3/4 the time im in there my appointmentis at 1:10 yet at 1:30 i been in line for 25min with another 30 before im in a chair.. Employees dont want to be there why should i let them stick a need
Madiha needs more experience or training on how to stick, she doesn't know what shes doing
My go to love all the employees they always take good care of me wait time is not bad either Shout out to my fav markayla she's the best hands down But they never answer the phone so I have to waste gas going up there
Jonathan did a great job. Very satisfied
The process started off a little slow. I had to get documents from my doctor to certify my health to be able to give plasma, so this wasn't the center's fault. However, there was a problem with receiving and sending the documents over the Internet. I finally had to step in and get paper copies from my doctor to bring to the facility so that they would have hard copies. It took almost two weeks before they were reviewed for me to come in for my first visit. My first visit and donation went very well. The sta
Johnathan funny dude always makes sure I'm good while I'm donating and always making people laugh you wanna donate ask him to stick you
The staff was friendly and informative. No staff was idle, all were busy ensuring the facility and it's occupants had a safe and decent experience. It was a breath of fresh air compared to Grifols when they were in operation. I want to especially note one employee Ms. Meosha. She was professional and helpful during my needle puncture. I felt the needle was slightly a bit far in, and she had no problem pulling it out a few centimeters. So overall, I enjoyed my experience at BioLife and I hope it continues to
Jonathan was very meticulous and accurate with donations and initial poke
Johnathan was an absolute professional. Great place to donate
Everyone of the employees make you feel like you at home and not just a donor. Jonathan also took good care of me
Everyone was very kind and attentive. I liked that the folks I dealt with had a sense of humor, as I feel like that eased the anxiety of being a first-time donor. I did have a reaction (blood pressure dropped and almost passed out) but was assured it was very normal (for first-time donors, as often times the process is a lot on your body until you adjust and very new to your system, and naturally your body reacts accordingly) and the techs on the floor were quick to react. I was grateful for their quick
Jonathan did phenomenal I didn't even feel the needle
Kayla is da bomb!!!!!! Quick, professional, and very courteous. Love it here at BioLife!
Jonathan is great, didn't even feel the needle.
My name is Kayla Norman. I went there today for my first time. The wait was long, but the workers were friendly. One lady stood out to me, though. Her name is Ambrosia(I hope I spelled it right).. Her light shines. She made the wait worth it because she cares about people and it shows with how she was checking on people left and right, making sure everyone was good. She is beautiful on the inside and outside. Thankful for people like her in this world. Alexis was the one who set me up to donate, and sh
Jonathan does a great job no pain or discomfort
Handled great by Jonathan and all other employees. Great location!
Ms Kenya needs more training in her job and dealing with customers. She needed help the whole 2 hrs . When machine turned green she looked and walked off. Had to get Bailey to unhook machine. And sh talks more than anything

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
