Briana she had done an excellent job today I was very pleased with my experience with the entire staff has always been very helpful and very safe and this is a very good establishment!!!! Yudi is helpful, kind, and efficient. She is thorough in her work. And The fact that she speaks Spanish is super helpful. Being able to communicate in both languages sets her apart in that she can make this facility more accessible to those who speak Spanish and little to no English. She is also friendly and helps set me at ease every time I come in.

I really like this location. Everyone here is so friendly. I would like to do a shout out to Jonathan. He does really good sticks, I can hardly feel it, and he's just an all around nice guy. He even remembers my name.

Everyone I have met in the office has been very friendly, professional, and overall great at their job! Jonathan did a wonderful job today and it was a pleasant experience despite being fairly busy.

Johnathan helped me out pretty well. He made sure that I was aware of what was happening during the extraction process, and was very knowledgeable about everything. Rewards are a little bit more than other plasma centers, and they definitely make sure you're in and out as soon as possible.

I've had a great experience donating plasma at BioLife, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to one of the nurses, Johnathan. He's always professional, kind, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. He takes the time to explain the process and ensure you're comfortable the entire time. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really help ease any nerves you might have.

Jonathan was the sweetest and most patient, even with rudeness surrounding him. He also has a gentle poke! 10/10 would recommend.

Some staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional, carelessly neglecting their duties to provide safe and complete care to donors. They ignore safety protocol such as monitoring a patient after blood loss, but enforce rules that suit their personal agendas to close shop on time; for example, turning my husband away at the end of their shift for momentarily leaving the building to check on my health status after they released me without checking vitals post incomplete donation without blood return. Very good experience with all staff and the building is SUPER clean. I feel the staff are professional in their responsibility and nice too. You never know what type of personality will be donating next to or across from you but overall I think the donating population for this location are clean and nice. Best location I have been to in the entire country:)!

I love coming to biolife the staff are always friendly and move pretty fast jake does a great as a sticker/poker would definitely recommend coming just would but recommend Johnathan he is fairly new and just made me uncomfortable with some comments about his previous position as a mortician but everyone else is great never had any issues

Absolutely the worst place to donate plasma. Half of the time some of the nurses can't even do their jobs. Usually they just stand around chit chatting. Ive driven out here NUMEROUS times when i was told i could come donate, all to find out that i could not donate. Don't waste your time, there are better places to try.

If you have ANY type of scarring on your arm do not waste your time going here. After wasting an hour of my time I was turned down to be a donor because of my "track scars"...I have donated blood at LifeShare many times and they never had a problem with the acne scars on my arms. Turns out, the needle goes in just the same! I was basically accused of being a druggy, "track marks" the nurse called them. How any nurse could mistake acne scars with track marks is beyond me. Mrs. Kelly was incredibly energetic and helpful during my visit. She took the time to give me more insight into plasma donation and how it can save lives, which really caught my attention after I heard her thank someone for "saving a life." It was the first time I'd ever heard that, and it left a lasting impression. Use to be great. Now have employees not changing gloves, or using gloves. Fingers in their shoes with gloves on without changing. Need security or the employees need to start telling people to leave. Dont need "clients" walking up to me to talk to the lady whos trying to stick a needle in me.. Like a damn zoo in there 3/4 the time im in there my appointmentis at 1:10 yet at 1:30 i been in line for 25min with another 30 before im in a chair.. The process started off a little slow. I had to get documents from my doctor to certify my health to be able to give plasma, so this wasn't the center's fault. However, there was a problem with receiving and sending the documents over the Internet. I finally had to step in and get paper copies from my doctor to bring to the facility so that they would have hard copies. The staff was friendly and informative. No staff was idle, all were busy ensuring the facility and it's occupants had a safe and decent experience.
