Customer Reviews

I come in they process me quickly and professionally through their process. They have professional and respectful kind pwople that are attentive and caring. You get you money before you get in the car has been my experience. What is not good with this

Donated here numerous times. Never had an experience like I did today. When Kim, assistant manager, went to wrap my arm, I asked if I could bend my arm while she did it. I couldn't hear what she was saying and she grabbed my arm and violently jerked it around. Finally I said don't touch me. Another tech, Aleah, was next to me on the other side and as I got up to leave she apologized for Kim?s unprofessional and violent conduct. I will be contacting corporate. Maybe filing charges.

I wrote a bad review a while ago on this place(taken down). After returning on a donor promotion multiple times I have had a much different experience. The staff are friendly and very professional. James was my phlebotomist today and he did a great job, I didn't even feel the needle! My previous review was written wrongfully. I would definitely recommend going to biolife!

I could have died here awhile back. They got in the new machines and they put me on one that wasn't working well. Turns out the machine had air in it. One of the lady?s working there was forcing me to put the blood back in my system which I had to disagree and argue no 3 times. That blood would of had air in it and it would of killed me if they put the blood back in my system. Unfortunately you can't sue as they state in the rules. But She finally listened. You never argue a patient it is their choice to sa

This place is awesome!;The staff were kind, helpful, and very informative. The process was made easy by the staff, & the new mobile app makes working with BioLife a breeze. And that's wonderful... especially whenever you're helping others along the way.! ??

I have called 4 times in a short period just so I can ask if my test results are back in so I can begin donating and nobody seems to answer the phone at all. I am not interested in spending 40 minutes driving there and back just to find out they have not came in. I have called for 2 days now and not one call or call back

Quick, clean , and friendly most the time. Donations drop after new donor , and don't get better. After donating 32 times they gave me a 10 dollar bonus.... try to get issacc.

Deleted my last review which was also a 1 star to add this one. I was told I could donate a blood sample but not donate and I wouldn't be paid. Why would anyone do that? Explain how this business model makes sense. Not to mention biolife selling the average bag of plasma for $3k+ and only compensating $40. I understand they're in the business of making money but that's ridiculous.

Quick professional service. They are much more organized and efficient then the other place

Shouldn't there be some type of rule on time to get Us donating off the machines? 6-9-15 minutes of beeping before I was finally getting let go. He got sad because I was wondering what was taking so long. You hear the beeping. 1 hour 10 minutes for a usually 45-55 minute visit. And I filled the questions correctly was on machine quickly. It happened again! 3/30/25 I've been beeping for 9 minutes!! Their in No Rush to move on. Now 10 minutes.

The staff is great. The excruciatingly long wait times made it impossible for me to make all my appointments work. I can carve out more than an hour sometimes but I had to leave one of my appts because I was told it would be an hour before even getting a bed. For someone who typically only spends 25-30 min in the bed, standing and waiting for an hour to get there is not worth my time. I understand staffing is an issue but it seems like it's been going on for months.

Everyone is really great. Amazing attitudes. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes quite a while for someone to get you started. May need a better system to get people in and out. Otherwise I like to go there as it really is the only time I get to relax. The same faces greeting all the time is great as well.

The people are great. Our donation centers child care option has been shut down for a few years. And your coupons suck. They are less than they were before and during covid. Inflation is high and you're rewards are not cutting it either.

Techs need to be retrained on how to use the proper equipment and get better at sticking the needle in right the first time

Everyone is super nice. It easy to donate. The only reason for only 4 stars is despite having an appointment time the wait has been way to long recently. Over an hour just to make it to a chair. Im often on my lunch or just have gotten off work.

Donation center is under staffed. The staff that is there are very good and polite. New machines have shortened my donation process which is great. I know they have new staff being trained and hopes that the check in process will get quicker.

If I could give zero stars I would !! Please read this before anything else !! I have only been donating for about five months. The first time I went in there to donate they couldn't find my vein so I was upset but kept trying and every single time until a few months ago they told me no, just to figure out I am a left arm only and they barely even checked my left arm. But what made the most frustrated is the last couple of times I have donated they FISHED around for my vein to the point where I almost star

This location is very friendly, clean, and has an experienced staff. Most days it flows pretty smoothly and I'm in and out of there in no time. There are those days that it's quite a bit busier but still not bad. The facility is easy to find and parking is adequate. They have been adjusting the payout amounts that I'm not super happy with but still go to make extra cash. If it drops any lower I will reconsider my plasma place as there is another one in Billings. Overall nice, clean, and friendly :)

They do a good job but they will waste your time your time alot and not reimburse you for your time wasted

They definitely need to hire a janitor to clean the bathrooms. The greeting staff is good, phlebotomists are okay, nurses are okay, but the bathrooms are disgusting!!

Great staff and Phlebotomists! Been doing this for 7 years. Used to have consistent bonus coupons for extra $$ but that disappeared a year or two ago. And in the past 4 months they have drastically cut the compensation by 20% or so. Starts to not be worth my time. Going to try the other plasma place in town.

Everyone is always so kind and friendly. I really enjoy James, the gentleman who checks me in before I go back to donate. No matter what my day has been like, he visits with me and I find myself more relaxed. Thank you James.

The women and men working here are fantastic!! They have great attitudes and are wonderful to work with. I had such a great tome with Ashley today, Tea, Heather and Anna are so exceptional at their positions and our interactions are great fun.

I have been using the Billings bio life center for a few months now. They are very thorough, clean and compassionate. They are great at their job and bust butt, while working effectively. Jess does an exceptional job and I always see her doing extra work and fixing issues. She is great. They all are!

Issacc was incredible, I don't usually have an issues but this donation was challenging. He was professional, friendly, took the time to explain what went wrong and then he didn't take his eye off the pressure and just made me feel at ease. 10/10 wish I had him every donation.

Ashley is absolutely incredible! The level of customer service is outstanding. She is passionate, knowledgeable, kind, always has a smile & simply a joy to have at BioLife. Ashley is the one who always saves the day every time, she always says says hi & calls me by my name even if I don't have her as the one sticking me. She goes above & beyond every time to make sure you are comfortable, feel at home & makes sure any & all your needs are not just met but exceeded. She deserves the highest honor & a major r

Tea is so amazing and friendly every time I come in!! Heather is such a wonderful personality shes like family ! Adriana always remembers my name and thinks of me for events for my job . Good luck moving forward! Sry if I did say all the names I wanted they are all wonderful

Always awesome from the first time I started coming in from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave every one knows your name. Jess has been one of the best people I have dealt with, T, and Anna are also amazing people.

DO NOT LEAVE MONEY ON YOUR CARD!!!! I donated a few times and left the money on the card for emergency?s I didn't know if you don't use it they hit you with ?fees?! I wish I would have been informed about this as they have taken a lot more than I would have expected over the last 6+ months. Originally left a 5 star review for care I have received but to have donating compensation so low right now and have them take money for not spending it is wild.

I absolutely love all the people that work here. If you chat with them they are so fun to get to know! Such a lively group. I would trust Ashley to put a needle in my arm blind folded, and it still wouldn't hurt!!

was out of a vehicle one time and needed some extra funds. I ended up scheduling a donation time and had a scheduled ride to pick me up and take me here. Upon arriving with my fiance, I was turned away for being 1 minute late, meanwhile my fianc? who was only 5 minutes after my time slot was considered to be ok and they let her donate. I left immediately and do not plan on going back, Workers were rude and would not let me explain the situation at all.

Having been a donor for years, I can say that I have had consistent and friendly experiences at each visit. Check-in and wait times vary as does donor volume. The front end did amazing using every available station. Alayna was outstanding today as always.

This experience has been great and helpful. I was always afraid of being poked with needles but it's not so bad. I want to also thank Jess for helping with making it more welcoming and fun and definitely not making the needle hurt so bad, lol! Thank you!

I have donated at BioLife Plasma Services of Billings, MT off and on for years, and I can honestly say whatever changes you all have made over the last year have been amazing! It has been flawless the last 2 months, everything has gone smoothly and I have been able to get in, do my donation and get out so efficiently. It is much appreciated for someone who needs to donate to make some extra income but my time is limited, I also love that I am providing life saving plasma for people! So thank you!

Friendly staff and usually not long waiting periods.

I love coming to this facility. They have great people who work there and it's one of the best facilities they know what they're doing. Had a friend go who was afraid of needles but they have such a lite touch she kept going back.

Love the service at this center. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel appreciated. Teia, Ashley, Alayna, Heather and Anna are the best at sticking my difficult veins and always make sure all is well throughout the process. Lynn at the front desk is always upbeat and knows most of the regulars as they come through the door. I highly recommend becoming a donor at the Billings center

I have only been 4 or 5 times, and every experience has been good. Today I sat in my designated section for at least 10 minutes, with staff walking by and ignoring me, until a lady finally acknowledged me as she walked by and said she'd be right with me. Still waiting to get the donation going, but at least someone finally acknowledged me. I'm annoyed at how long I've had to wait overall, but it is what it is. It's astounding how many staff just walked by and ignored me, but it happens. At least the majorit

Staff is hands down the friendliest bunch and so good at their jobs. Anna is a pro for painless processing. Cindy is welcoming and courteous.

The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating be sure you use my name as a referral.

This place is amazing. The people that work here are all amazing. Jess especially is the best phlebotomists on site. I'd highly recommend her. The rest of the staff are all very friendly and courteous. 5 stars easy

I've been going to the BioLife center in Billings, MT for over 13 years now, and I truly enjoy going there. There are so many wonderful people who work there, like Alayna, Jess, Dylin, Brenda, Jordan, Ashley, and so many others over the years, I can't remember every single one, but they all deserve such respect and admiration for the stellar job they do every single day! I can't recommend this company enough for all the great work they do, and the excellent service they provide!

BioLife in Billings has really transformed into a very friendly, customer oriented place. Most of the staff are so pleasant, greetings all around? professional and ver well trained? supervisors take concerns seriously which has not always been the case. Alayna? Austin? just a couple of the shining stars?.Great job little peeps !????????

Everyone I dealt with was rude especially Brenda. Got to the donation chair and they missed my huge vein 3 times causing extreme pain. Tried to get someone's attention and was acknowledged and ignored. 0/10. Will not be going back.

Professional staff, well trained staff! Over all a great experience.

I've been going to BioLife in Billings for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. The facility is clean, the staff is very nice, and I always feel comfortable when donating. Anna, Heather, Leon, Ashley, Brenda, Austin, Cindy and the rest of the crew are fantastic.

The staff is awesome. Personable professional and kind. However, the last two times I donated my biolife card should have had 172 dollars on it. When I tried using it to buy groceries in wouldn't work. So I called the number on the back of the card. It said my balance was negative 180 dollars. I called customer service and couldn't understand the customer service representative. My card was definitely hacked by someone. I got frustrated. This happened twice in ine week. So I quit donating. The only way

Staff is awesome. Anna is one of the best. I appreciate her skills. Always feel good when she helps me

The awesome people make the experience quick and easy.

Made an appointment at 4 :45 and they hadnt started drawing plasma at 6. Had to leave cause had to work at 7. No apologies. They have been getting worse as they seem to pride themselves in going as slow as possible.

Everyone here is so personable and professional, even with my super deep veins, we always laugh and joke and heck, get paid! Special shouts to Jess, Alayna and Heather for always sticking it good, and to Addie, Somara and Lynn for always welcoming and chatting with me at check-in!!

They didn't treat me very well. My first time ever doing something lie this, the lady that checked me in was rude. It snowed that day, I had to make another appointment for being 5 minutes late. How can you be late when the line is very long. I went back the next day and waited 3 hours. By the time someone saw me, I was asked when I ate last and I said just before I came. But I waited all this time to be seen. I was told I couldn't do it because I needed to eat within a certain time frame. I j

Everyone does an amazing job. The center is always clean and the staff are all very professional. I don't have the easiest veins and they always manage to get me going. Keep up the good work Billings BioLife :)

I've been donating for a few years, not as often lately because the last few times I've gone have been a minimum of 2 hours. Used to be were you could be in and out in about an hour or 1h15 min pretty regularly. Hard to plan for a donation when you have other responsibilities. I will say staff is always friendly, I just feel as though there to be some measures taken to make things more efficient again. This last time I waited an hour and a half just to get a donation chair, maybe limit amount of people that

They are usually very over booked which is something the corporate needs to fix, there are so many times I've had to reschedule due them having a 30-45 min wait past the appointment time. The staff is usually friendly but they will all tell you they are over worked

Fantastic staff, always kind and welcoming!

Made an appointment, arrived on time, waited 50 minutes to get hooked to a machine. After the donation I sat in the chair with the machine blaring I was done for 20 minutes. Unbelievable how long this took, plenty of staff available should've been able to go faster especially when leaving. Not happy with the waste of my time. Why have appointments if you still have to wait so long.

Brought the coupon from the email. Spoke to 3 different people about it prior to donating. It was valid as they applied it for the next visit. I wouldnt have been there if not for the coupon in the first place. Front end help doesn't have a clue and the nurses don't even want to be there, one star as it is clean.

(Kim), The Supervisor is VERY Unprofessional and. Discriminatory to POC. (People of Color) On Sunday 09/10/2023 I A Native American woman went to BioLife Plasma to do my 4th donation of the week like usual. I arrived at 7:45 and it was not busy at all, one person ahead of me and two white guys behind me, I only waited 5 mins to get seen. When I got called up, I was told by a guy that I needed to do a physical, to which I replied I had already done one before because this was again my 4th donation. The worke

Great atmosphere and the people are kind. The money is great and you get to see how many people you help. It's great

I've been coming here for plasma donation for years, and at this point I know nearly the entire staff on a first name basis. They've always been great. Shoutout to Kourtnee for always working fast and having a lovely smile.

Love the techs. Ashley, tea and Austin are the best but hate that my husband whom I go with is alway 20 bucks higher every week never use to be like that. I won't be going back

Anna is hands down the best phlebotomist!! She is very kind and is always working hard. She needs a raise! Everybody is really nice.

Every time I try to go there I get denied for one reason or another. Biomat always welcomes me. Highly recommend NOT going there.

The team here is fantastic. They get to know you as an individual and do their best to make each visit as quick and comfortable as it can be. Super happy with the entire team at BioLife.

worst expiernce.the boss lady blantently lied to the person i was with accusing her of "using her vape" in the building.myself and one other custumer are witness to the incedent.she didnt even have it out.it was in the front of her shirt where i told her to put it for fear of reflexes.the lady actually lied on the spot in front of three witnesses.facts!!go to tge other donation places people...just sayin??

Anna is an awesome phlebotomy tech. I give plasma twice a week and she's very smooth with her pokes and chill to talk to. The only negative is that biolife has reduced their payouts for continual donors. That's a bummer. But that's a biolife corporate thing. Pay your regulars better. 5 stars for Anna but 3 stars for Biolife pricing.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They do a great job at making you feel very comfortable and always answer any questions you might have. Very good experience

There system was messed up apparently I took 1 yrs and 6months of a break bc I got a tattoo and I am now permanently banned from going back here and not my fault but yet I am now banned they r horrible people and a horrible business never go here

Pay is 2004 rates for donating? not worth your time. $425 for 8 donations.. they are ripping people off especially for how much money they make off plasma?

The staff is pleasant but sooooo slow. Came in early on a Saturday and so far have been here for 40 minutes and not even hooked up. What's the point of the appointments if you still have to wait almost an hour? It's very hit and miss and lately you'd better have three hours put aside for something that used to take about an hour. EDIT: Appointment at 910, got here at 900, hooked up 950.

Everyone is very friendly and great to deal with. 2 stars because I really don't get why we need to make appointments. Every time I go in there's massive line before and after getting checked in. Why do they make appointments if they are going to overbook them every single time? What should take just over one hour ends up taking almost 3 sometimes

Thia is a great business! One hour of your day to make a difference and you get paid for it. Been going for over a decade and will continue to do so!

Former problems have all gotten better. Amazing staff! From Cindy greeting me when i walk in to top notch phlebotomist like Ashley, Austin, Cortney, Ellaina and so many others.

Well while the staff is kind they have left me not wanting to donate again. I am new to donating and while the space was clean and well kept... My left arm is left to suffer the consequences of donating. It is covered in a huge bruise, It was my third donation and they put the needle in far too deep. This left my blood pressure too high and they had to use my other arm. It has left a bruise the size of a small orange on my arm and it is extremely painful to move I would say donate it's a great thing but jus

I hope it's your day off because you will be here awhile. I hadn't gone in a couple months because their hours of operation didn't work with my schedule. I attempted to donate again on the morning od 9-2 since there was a nice $600 incentive for returning donors. I allotted two hours before work to get my donation (not even a physical mind you) completed. An hour in I was still in line waiting for a bed. There was no way I would have been able to do the rest of the process without being late for work so I l

I have been a donor for almost 4 years. I have been treated very well for that entire period. In fact, I have found it to be a bit of a sanctuary. It gets me out of the house for awhile and usually it is the most relaxing part of my day. After well over 300 donations I have come to know the employees and they know me and I look forward to the short conversations I have with them.

Really disappointed that they have reduced the payments to $95. Not sure why but it seems like a play that will reduce people from donating. Need to quit being cheap, and give more incentive to donate and not a rewards program in place of cold hard cash! Just my opinion!!!

Tea is awesome! Super friendly, easy to visit with. Always able to access my veins without difficulty. Love when I get her!

I had the most incredible donation today. Biolife never disappoints but I was very impressed by how quickly and smoothly my donation went today! Alayna did such an amazing job making sure I felt comfortable and was honestly probably the easiest ?stick? I've ever gotten while donating. Highly recommend Biolife over biomat!

My experience varies from great to awful depending on who works with me. One manager completely blew my vein and gave me a huge hematoma from lack of paying attention. However, most people are willing to take their time with you. Sometimes certain members of the staff do get a bit over involved in their conversations and forget about you which stinks when you have a huge needle in your arm. Holidays are tough as well seeing that they are usually packed. If you are donating and need to be done by a certain t

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Most of the staff is rude and extremely inexperienced. Of course there's a few great phlebotomists, but the other women who were unsure about where to poke me blew my veins out on both of my arms. Train your staff better and don't over work them.

Shaye checked me in and I went to Anna?s station to donate. They are both very pleasant and professional. Closing in on 1000 donations and there is rarely a problem.

Throwing peoduct. Just watched a guy throw the med supplies. Idk why. Some went flying across the donation isles. Like your going to put that in me. Nope. Not from that bin or that guy. Could be damaged med products in there now.

Very few good employees. (Lexi, Issac, madison and jordan) By good i mean that greet you, listen to you, and thank you. Having a day right now where i wasnt greeted, been waiting 25 min for the lady to stick me because shes too busy talking to another employee. None of them are busy... Not very good customer service. It wont kill you to be kind and smile...

Finally found out why I kept getting deferred with heart rate over 100bpm over the past two weeks, tubing on the blood pressure machine was bad causing it to be misread, Amanda switched it out, bingo, my heart rate was right again. Sure hope I get a coupon for the missed visits it caused!!!!

I tried going to the 'other' plasma center because it's closer to my house but the staff at biolife is way better so I keep driving across town to donate. Cindy, Isaac, Ashley, Austin, Te?, and Alayna are just a few of the awesome staff I always enjoy seeing while I'm there.

BIO IN BILLINGS has always been a pleasure to go to Starting with the warmest smile from Cindy at the front desk. your donation experience is warm and friendly.just to name a few of the employees you'll have the pleasure of meeting.Jess, Ashley,Tea, Evan, Austin, Alaina, Billings Bio Employthe best... Thank you!!!
