I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Most of the staff are students at best. Their scales are off by up to 10lbs. The staff that aren't students are always stuck up and crabby. Half the staff can't poke right. They always have something to complain about. If they didn't pay money I highly doubt they would be in business. If you NEED money go ahead and visit. You might leave worse thean when you got there.

It was ok. But my finger stick did not go well. She didn't have the finger stick against my finger so now I have a huge bruise that wraps around the top of my finger and very tender. And than after my donation I didn't get wrapped tight enough and I had blood running down my arm and onto my sweater. Staff was very helpful in getting me cleaned up and wrapped up better.

It feels good to help other people. Especially if your a healthy individual like me, you'll keep donating plasma to help others in need. I'm very satisfied with biolife. I am a healthy clean individual. I'm 20 years old and this is my review

Waste of my time, energy and gas! I wet this morning at 9:40 am and didn't get out til noon. Their policy changed so I had to go to the bank to get proof of my SSN TWICE! I sat there for 2 and a half hours through the process for them to tell me that my veins are too small. The staff doesn't seem to really care even after wasting my time. They poked my finger and hooked me up to all these machines for no reason at all. Worst experience of my life!

Multiple rude staff members. Multiple wasted attempts to donate and not being able to because of 100's of stipulations they don't inform you of. Recently, the guy watched me do my questions, then go outside for 2 seconds and grab my ear buds. Waits for me to come inside to say "you can't donate now." Thanks man, thanks for not letting me know as you watched me walk out. So now you had to hook up one less person, even though you were standing there, doing nothing. What a joke. I'll donate at the other place

I was nervous at first, but the entire staff was excellent. My well being was a priority and they explained everything in detail.

Process was smooth and the staff was friendly and well skilled (no extra pokes). And the debit card makes payment easy. Highly recommend this win win opportunity.

I went in for my 2nd donation I go in for my screening, the lady picks my finger & the little stick she uses to draw blood breaks on her in the machine. So she had to poke my finger again the 2nd time, and again the stick in the machine broke! So I missed out on $70 that day, all because they couldn't poke my finger for the 3rd time. So with their little sticks breaking in their machine & it just soooo happened to me twice that day! GET BETTER STICKS OR CHECK YOUR DAMN MACHINE! NO ONE SHOULD MISS OUT ON TH

Everyone there is very kind and nice. They make the experience very painless and comfortable.

It was my first time donating plasma and the team was amazing! I worked with Amanda and Taylor and these two specifically are awesome!! They were both extremely helpful and walked me through everything. I am super pleased with all of my interactions and the staff!!

I can't say enough about the crew at BioLife Bismarck, everyone is very professional from the very first day almost two years ago we have always felt welcome and appreciated.

The staff at BioLife are always welcoming and kind. They have been very accommodating and patient during the current construction project. I can complete a donation in an hour because the staff is efficient.

The staff of this BioLife is incredibly kind, especially Grace. She was very outgoing and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My one tiff with BioLife was that I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours before I was told I could not donate. I would suggest people seeing the nurse and going through the health history before doing anything else in order to be more efficient with everyone?s time and not waste it. Overall, the experience was good, just unnecessarily long.

Staff is super supportive and informative! Each step of the process, as a first-time donor was descript and each staff member offered opportunity to ask questions followed by thorough responses. They do such a wonderful job to help donations go quickly and smoothly, but make sure you have a positive experience too. Nelson was the absolute best! Not only did he do an incredible job, but was always so kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel well cared for.

Best place I have ever been in my life. It's essentially like an upgraded Disney World except you get paid tons of money to go instead of having to pay. Unforgettable experience I will be telling all my friends and extended family.

I have been donating for many years and have never had any issues. Everyone one is always really nice! I donate in the mornings so i hardly ever have to wait in line. My veins are deep so I always ask for Laura or Leeann and both are very good at sticking me.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is courteous and friendly always doing a great job. There are a lot of people that go in and out their doors and they do a great job keeping up with the traffic. A+!

Donated here for many many years. Overall very positive experience. However, they told me I can never donate again anymore in my life. I apparently misunderstood one of their questions related to medications. For the "has your medication" changed question, I took this as has your medication changed since the last time I donated. Apparently, it should have been asked has your medication changed even while you were not donating. As soon as I was on medication I immediately stopped donating. Did not don

The staff is very polite and professional. The building is very clean. It usually take me about an hour. I watch alot of movies and listen to music. I have been going for a few years now and will continue to go. It is easy and you also get to help people with every donation.

Been coming to BioLife since I turned 18 and I'm 23 now the experiences that I have had with some of the staff such and Kelly, David and Nelson I am always treated with such care and am rewarded with the extra pay. Would recommend to anyone new in the area looking to start donating plasma for some extra money here and there.

Just finished up with my first visit and the staff blew me away with their thoroughness, friendliness and just overall professionalism. Special shout-out to Megan and Riley for making the visit painless and fun.

When I stay on schedule with my donations all is great. But when I slack it messes everything up and I do not bonus. So I highly suggest to pick 2 days a week that always work to be compensated the most for your time. Staff is great and the few that know me by name always put a smile on my face!!!?

I used to go twice a week for 110 then they gave me this great deal twice a week for one hundred wow way to go more I do less I get forget that.. also takes way to long to get out of there...

Been going for several months. It's always quick and easy for me, the staff is always accommodating and quick to answer any questions you may have.

This place is great, it's clean, and staff is 98% awesome. You guys have a couple of rude people but that's normal. If you have rolling veins probably shouldn't donate... have some common sense I've seen experienced nurses struggle with rolling veins. It's easy cash and usually takes an hour to 90 minutes.

I've been donating for several months now and have always had good experiences. All the staff is great, Ryleigh, Kelly, Zoe and Judy are my favorites.

Initial visit does take longer for processing so ensure you've blocked out 2-3 hours in your schedule. Overall, Ms. Cindy and Ms. Tara are sweet and personable so questions, exam, and donation doesn't seem as daunting.

Wasted 2 hours of my time when they could have just done the interview first and denied me before doing the blood test. Waste if time and gas.

I had been donating since the Bismarck one opened. 25 years. And today I was just told about "the letter from my dr" about having diabetes was needed.. Never before was brought up before. I was permanently deferred because of this. I know that I have told them about it. But no records of it, they say. Very unhappy. And later, I found out they did that to a friend (the letter). ????.
