I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Most of the staff are students at best. Their scales are off by up to 10lbs. The staff that aren't students are always stuck up and crabby. Half the staff can't poke right. They always have something to complain about. If they didn't pay money I highly doubt they would be in business. If you NEED money go ahead and visit. You might leave worse thean when you got there.

It was ok. But my finger stick did not go well. She didn't have the finger stick against my finger so now I have a huge bruise that wraps around the top of my finger and very tender. And than after my donation I didn't get wrapped tight enough and I had blood running down my arm and onto my sweater. Staff was very helpful in getting me cleaned up and wrapped up better.

It feels good to help other people. Especially if your a healthy individual like me, you'll keep donating plasma to help others in need. I'm very satisfied with biolife. I am a healthy clean individual. I'm 20 years old and this is my review

Waste of my time, energy and gas! I wet this morning at 9:40 am and didn't get out til noon. Their policy changed so I had to go to the bank to get proof of my SSN TWICE! I sat there for 2 and a half hours through the process for them to tell me that my veins are too small. The staff doesn't seem to really care even after wasting my time. They poked my finger and hooked me up to all these machines for no reason at all. Worst experience of my life!

Multiple rude staff members. Multiple wasted attempts to donate and not being able to because of 100's of stipulations they don't inform you of. Recently, the guy watched me do my questions, then go outside for 2 seconds and grab my ear buds. Waits for me to come inside to say "you can't donate now." Thanks man, thanks for not letting me know as you watched me walk out. So now you had to hook up one less person, even though you were standing there, doing nothing. What a joke. I'll donate at the other place

I was nervous at first, but the entire staff was excellent. My well being was a priority and they explained everything in detail.

Process was smooth and the staff was friendly and well skilled (no extra pokes). And the debit card makes payment easy. Highly recommend this win win opportunity.

I went in for my 2nd donation I go in for my screening, the lady picks my finger & the little stick she uses to draw blood breaks on her in the machine. So she had to poke my finger again the 2nd time, and again the stick in the machine broke! So I missed out on $70 that day, all because they couldn't poke my finger for the 3rd time. So with their little sticks breaking in their machine & it just soooo happened to me twice that day! GET BETTER STICKS OR CHECK YOUR DAMN MACHINE! NO ONE SHOULD MISS OUT ON TH

Everyone there is very kind and nice. They make the experience very painless and comfortable.

Hunter is a awesome a very gentle phlebotomist very professional

It's always so fast & easy. I love how welcoming the staff is every time I donate

It was my first time donating plasma and the team was amazing! I worked with Amanda and Taylor and these two specifically are awesome!! They were both extremely helpful and walked me through everything. I am super pleased with all of my interactions and the staff!!

I can't say enough about the crew at BioLife Bismarck, everyone is very professional from the very first day almost two years ago we have always felt welcome and appreciated.

The staff at BioLife are always welcoming and kind. They have been very accommodating and patient during the current construction project. I can complete a donation in an hour because the staff is efficient.

The staff of this BioLife is incredibly kind, especially Grace. She was very outgoing and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My one tiff with BioLife was that I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours before I was told I could not donate. I would suggest people seeing the nurse and going through the health history before doing anything else in order to be more efficient with everyone?s time and not waste it. Overall, the experience was good, just unnecessarily long.

Staff is super supportive and informative! Each step of the process, as a first-time donor was descript and each staff member offered opportunity to ask questions followed by thorough responses. Concern over my comfort and continued monitoring was appreciated! Highly recommend donating at this location!

They do such a wonderful job to help donations go quickly and smoothly, but make sure you have a positive experience too. Nelson was the absolute best! Not only did he do an incredible job, but was always so kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel well cared for.

Best place I have ever been in my life. It's essentially like an upgraded Disney World except you get paid tons of money to go instead of having to pay. Unforgettable experience I will be telling all my friends and extended family.

Always very friendly and profesional staff

Very great services. Everyone is so nice. Any fear that I had about donating or needles was swiftly removed and I believe it's because the nurses are so well versed and doing a great job at doing their jobs. 10/10 would donate there again

My experience with starting my donation was a good one with Amanda and Sydney and also David. They were very helpful and comforting. I will definitely be back to continue my donations. ??

I've donated here a handful of times and the health care workers were great. Nelson did an amazing job making sure I felt comfortable and cared for while I was donating. I would recommend him to a friend!

The staff was super friendly when I walked through the door and David did a great job getting me hooked up and never had any discomfort from the poke! Great communication through the whole process, highly recommend!!

Thea took care of me for both of my first 2 donations, and she could not have been better at her job or friendlier to talk to! Excellent experience! She's a keeper and a solid employee!!

I experience nothing but good things. I was nervous coming in to donate because I had never done this before but everyone was very welcoming and Steph did an amazing walking me through the process and letting me know what everything does. It was a very good experience!

The staff is welcoming and and friendly. Kelly is amazing person, makes me feel comfortable and sticks my arms so splendidly! Kelly keep up the amazing work and I'll always keep coming back!

I have been donating for many years and have never had any issues. Everyone one is always really nice! I donate in the mornings so i hardly ever have to wait in line. My veins are deep so I always ask for Laura or Leeann and both are very good at sticking me.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is courteous and friendly always doing a great job. There are a lot of people that go in and out their doors and they do a great job keeping up with the traffic. A+!

I have been to two different BioLife centers since I started donating plasma. After donating at this center for a few years I have to say this is by far the better center (and that's saying something since the other center was really great too. The staff are very friendly and kind. They care about the safety and health of donors not just so they can get good plasma but also because they genuinely care about the donors. They have also provided consistently good needle pokes when donating too. I have not had

Everyone was friendly and was made as comfortable as possible.

I just did my first donation and the staff are super friendly and informative. They had answers to all my questions and were patient and walked me through every step. I wod recommend this place to anyone interested in donating plasma

Great staff, but Grace is especially excellent. She is very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. She does a great job and I'm always happy to see her there!

Donating is easy and the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind!

I love going to BioLife. The people in the Bismarck office are always incredibly kind, efficient, and friendly! Keira, Ezra, Judy, etc., they're all the best!

Great way to make some extra cash while supporting a good cause. The staff are always friendly and very professional.

Ive been a donor here for 6 years. Always professional and caring. Facility is clean and inviting. Ive recommended many friends and family.

Donated here for many many years. Overall very positive experience. However, they told me I can never donate again anymore in my life. I apparently misunderstood one of their questions related to medications. For the "has your medication" changed question, I took this as has your medication changed since the last time I donated. Apparently, it should have been asked has your medication changed even while you were not donating. As soon as I was on medication I immediately stopped donating. Did not don

The staff is very polite and professional. The building is very clean. It usually take me about an hour. I watch alot of movies and listen to music. I have been going for a few years now and will continue to go. It is easy and you also get to help people with every donation.

What a fantastic team! Biolife Bismarck has got their stuff together. I always feel welcomed with the many smiles I get on my weekly visits. Very professional and engaged. Always nice when they recognize my face! Keep up the great work!!!

Always friendly and prompt. I have been going this location for many years off and always have a pleasant experience.

Everyone here was so friendly and super informative. It was nice how helpful Steph was with any question I had. Highly recommend this location

I've been donating 2x per week for close to 20 years. Becky and the staff at Biolife are top-notch and I've never had a problem. They know me by name and go out of their way to say hello....and they do that for everyone! I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for what you do! A special shout out to Laura and Leann - thanks for always making the time when I request you!

I only enjoyed BioLife if Nelson A was there. Best person ever. Easy to talk to. Made me feel less stressed each time I went. Only person that I liked seeing!

Very professional, efficient and clean. The nurses who helped me were concise, clear and patient explaining what to expect, how long it would take, and in answering any questions I had

I am always greeted with a smile and have never had a bad experience here and I have been donating plasma for almost 3 years now. Always friendly staff and they care about getting you taken care of. Some days they are short staffed but you can tell they are trying their best!

Very professional staff. Most are great with the needles but I must say Brandon is phenomenal, I barely feel it. I'm always excited to get sent to his section.

My first day was a great experience . It was a very fast process and the employees were very friendly. Thanks Amanda you're the best !

Staff are always fun, and friendly. Rarely ever have an issue in the last 10+ years, but when I do have issues they handle them quickly, and professionally. Definitely will continue to donate.

The Bismarck BioLife Center is always clean and sanitary. The employees are always kind and accommodating. They appear to genuinely care if you are comfortable and free of pain.

As a new plasma donor, the staff at Bismarck does an incredible job at being reassuring and professional. In particular Grace is very welcoming, proficient, and my favorite employee to see when I walk in!

The team at Biolife, is extremely nice and really takes care of their donors. I wanted to shout out and recognize Kiera for taking the confidence to do my stick. She did amazing. Way to go girl!

Grace is so kind and welcoming. She is fast with the finger prick and makes me feel comfortable. She's a great worker!

I always have a great experience every time I come in to donate. The staff is always very friendly and is quick to answer any questions I have. I always request Kelly and she's a gem.

I been donating for a while now. And they have an awesome staff that makes it go smooth. Even when they busy they still make sure you are doing okay. Keep up the great work guy!!!!

Been donating since 2004 and have always been greeted by friendly staff when entering. I enjoy that they make an effort to get to know you and create a relationship. Very welcoming and positive experience each time. All the $$$ incentives are a great too.

The staff is second to none. When I walk in I am greeted by name definitely makes me feel welcome instead of just another number/donor. The care of which the staff shows to me and from watching to other donors is phenomenal. Service like this makes it easy to come back twice a week. Keep up the awesome work Biolife Bismarck. Thanks for helping save lives.

Been coming to BioLife since I turned 18 and I'm 23 now the experiences that I have had with some of the staff such and Kelly, David and Nelson I am always treated with such care and am rewarded with the extra pay. Would recommend to anyone new in the area looking to start donating plasma for some extra money here and there.

Just finished up with my first visit and the staff blew me away with their thoroughness, friendliness and just overall professionalism. Special shout-out to Megan and Riley for making the visit painless and fun.

When I stay on schedule with my donations all is great. But when I slack it messes everything up and I do not bonus. So I highly suggest to pick 2 days a week that always work to be compensated the most for your time. Staff is great and the few that know me by name always put a smile on my face!!!?

The staff is always super friendly! David always strikes up a nice conversation and makes you feel welcome!

Great, friendly team! David was my tech today and I barely felt the needle stick. Always a great experience!

I look forward to coming here to donate twice a week! Very clean and staff is always friendly. In and out in about an hour every time. For me it's a great time to sit and relax for awhile. Not only do I get the satisfaction of helping save lives but the extra spending cash is a great bonus!

I have some very tricky veins and a difficult stick. Steph does a wonderful job every time and it's a painless experience. Very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent staff. Even though this is just my 3rd time donating plasma, I'll be going back as all the staff are great and professional. Really a good experience. Very gratifying to help others in need of plasma.

I used to go twice a week for 110 then they gave me this great deal twice a week for one hundred wow way to go more I do less I get forget that.. also takes way to long to get out of there...

Been going for several months. It's always quick and easy for me, the staff is always accommodating and quick to answer any questions you may have.

This place is great, it's clean, and staff is 98% awesome. You guys have a couple of rude people but that's normal. If you have rolling veins probably shouldn't donate... have some common sense I've seen experienced nurses struggle with rolling veins. It's easy cash and usually takes an hour to 90 minutes.

I've been donating for several months now and have always had good experiences. All the staff is great, Ryleigh, Kelly, Zoe and Judy are my favorites.

Been donating a few years now and had small break where I went elsewhere for a few months but came back. Only difference was people and donation process was quicker but glad I'm back. Glad to see all the friendly faces again

Great staff, very informative, I love how they walk you through step by step on your first visit! Great choice for donating!

Initial visit does take longer for processing so ensure you've blocked out 2-3 hours in your schedule. Overall, Ms. Cindy and Ms. Tara are sweet and personable so questions, exam, and donation doesn't seem as daunting.

Wasted 2 hours of my time when they could have just done the interview first and denied me before doing the blood test. Waste if time and gas.

Savannah was very personable and sweet! She told me i have ?Great veins?. Such an under used compliment. She made me feel comfortable and made it a lovely experience. Savannah certainly knows what she's doing and is a professional. Will definitely be coming back! And Riley. Nice guy.

I have donated at biolife twice a week for years! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences each time. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, especially Kelly!!

I had been donating since the Bismarck one opened. 25 years. And today I was just told about "the letter from my dr" about having diabetes was needed.. Never before was brought up before. I was permanently deferred because of this. I know that I have told them about it. But no records of it, they say. Very unhappy. And later, I found out they did that to a friend (the letter). ????.

The staff is amazing and very personable, every time I come here I'm greeted with a smile. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering donating.

Love the employees at the facility. If though I am a hard stick they still work hard to get it done.

For my first time donating it was a great experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Steph, RN was exceptional and cant wait to donate again.

I started donating plasma at the BioLife and everyone there was amazing! They made the process simple and easy to follow. I highly recommend the BioLife in Bismarck!

I haven't been to biolife in a couple months . I came back because of this amazing bonus they are offering. I had Ashanti do my stick and it was the best one I've ever had done ! She is so gentle and it ran smoothly . I always see her running around and doing her best . Definitely will return .

The staff were very welcoming and made my first time donating experience great.

I have been coming here for about 8 years and I have always been greeted with a warm smile and the staff have always been so friendly. They know you by first name and are always a great to talk to. Their professionalism is always over and beyond!!

The staff is always very kind and today David was part of helping me during my donation process

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They also know what they are doing. I'll be back again to donate for sure.

After being gone for 9 years I went back to donate. Well my first time back wasn't so good but today for my second it was amazing. I saw some familiar faces that went out of their way to come say hi and to say welcome back. Than I asked for Becky or Sherri and without hesitation Becky jumped right in and made my return on why I returned to donate. Amazing thank you!! You guys rock. I missed you all!!

Great employee?s. Very friendly place. They talk you through everything your first appointment,

Very helpful/friendly staff!

Friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff. Shout out to Judy, Kathy and Steph, they are the best! They make my visit that much more enjoyable!
