I had an awful experience at BioLife. I went in to donate, and they turned me away the first time because I hadn't eaten enough food. Fine?I went home, ate properly, and came back later the same day. Then they told me they couldn't take my blood because my lymph nodes were ?too swollen.? So I went to my doctor, got checked out, and brought back a professional medical note explaining that the swelling is due to chronic allergies, also I did a strep throat test in clinic that was negative at community health
Donating plasma helps others who need it. When I arrived at the BioLife plasma services in Casper, Wyoming, I knew that detailed medical attention was being paid to myself and the product. The medical staff at Casper BioLife are professionals and examples for other medical staff personnel to follow.
I have been scheduled to withdraw plasma on 26th November. All the workers were so nice and professional. Except for one worker who did a physical exam. She denied me, because of my teeth, I always donated plasma in Florida and have no problem with it. I lost everything in Florida because I ran away from hurricanes. The reason I decided to donate plasma again is because I can't get a job here in Wyoming. It's not my fault, that I can't take care of my teeth. I have always done this in my third-world country
I'm why it smells like fish in there. Professional staff. Was asked to leave after opening a can of fish. Would smile at their staff in public again. :3
The people here are excellent and know what they are doing and ensure my health is their first priority and that I donate my plasma safely. I have only one gripe. Where is the staff at? There are only two available people to take a finger stick and only two people to administer the plasma donations. There is a long line of donators sitting beyond the booth and the current staff are being overworked. Management needs to do better here.
i greatly appreciate the professionalism of all the employees. They come across as genuinely caring for their clients , and it is always nice to be recognized by name. i would especially commend Jonnie, Tisha, and Celene, but Emily, Quinn, Liz, Aaron, Vanessa, Jacob, Jason, Jordyn, and Jaelin are also very good at what they do. The facility is always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff appreciative. Always an excellent experience.
The first donation is a little time consuming, but overall it was a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful and I wasn't kept waiting long at all! And the best part is it's not painful! I highly suggest donating plasma here if your capable :)
Tech's are friendly and nice to talk to. Facility does need more help. It has been taking allot longer to donate lately.
Was offered $500.00 for 4 visits in a month. Worked perfectly since I work M-F 12.5hr shifts. Once this was completed they then offered me $110.00 for 2 visits in a week. $40.00 1st visit and $70.00 for the 2nd. No real incentive to go back. I've had other offers since but always $40.00 for 1st visit in the week. No reason to continue at that price.
All of the staff here were so knowledgeable and helpful. They were very pleasant and everyone seemed to enjoy being at work and having a good time!
The regular staff is awesome. Will say that out the gate. Either management or corporate is terrible though. They have a schedule system that apparently can be adjusted by management. And yet they will take in more clients then the facility can possibly handle at one time. When there are 16 people in line within 10 minute window. This is not very manageable. They cannot possibly check in and then get people hooked up in that kind of time frame. Since covid the company has made one poor decision after the ne
I started donating and was super excited. The staff is excellent and are always very helpful. My troubles are with lots of tattoos and corporate policy on donation. It makes it a hassle I would donate 2 to 3 times a week if possible but every time I donate, I seem to get a bruise. Therefore, I can only donate once every other week kind of defeats some of the purpose of being able to donate and earn some extra cash.
The staff were kind and helpful. First time process does take a long time. Follow the guidelines they provide it helps the process go faster.
It's been a good experience for me
Everyone was super nice and helpful.
How is have a great experience donating at the Casper center. Not only is the staff very good at their job they are always very friendly and the whole process is very quick and painless!!
There is always a little anxiety when doing something for the first time. I must say, the ladies that took care of me were calm, understanding of my concerns and did a wonderful job at keeping me reassured.
Other than the app doesn't like to work at this time. They are very open honest people and are more than happy to make your time worth it. They love to make sure your are comfortable donating at the facility. The nurses are very understanding and will communicate with any questions or concerns you have. I highly suggest this clinic in casper wyoming over any I have ever used before.
When I first started I had a couple problems, but once they got figured out I have had no problems for over 6 months. Great place to help out and make some money. Sometimes I feel the machines that test protein levels are off, but that can't always be helped.
Liz was awesome, and Brittany was very nice !
I updated to a higher score because of not only the upmost professionalism from the Casper employees but also because donating plasma has some positive health benifits and I got paid!
Respectful and kind staff, clean facility, was able to give plasma with no issues, overall a very worthwhile experience.
All employees are friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and up to date.
I started donating at Casper BioLife during Covid when a friend?s relative couldn't get her treatments due to not enough donors. It is always a good experience with a knowledgeable staff, and I recommend anyone wanting to Pay It Forward to consider donating. It's easy and convenient.
Great place for great cause, my only complaint is that they update their systems to correlate and not let you make an appointment if they won't let you redo the questionnaire.
Super kind super informative. They let you know exactly what's going on as they do it. Had a super great experience!
The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything during my first plasma donation. Would highly recommend and will return.
Very professional! Staff are very nice as well as knowledgeable in phlebotomy procedure. I have always enjoyed my experiences donating at the Casper Biolife center. Awesome to earn money while saving lives! Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The staff is always phenomenal. Not only do they do their jobs, they are always nice and pleasant. I have rarely had to sit and wait. Highly recommend this BioLife.
Everytime I come in, they are happy and always taking care of me and my needs! I only bruised once the very first time I came and haven't since. Definitely a place I would recommend!!
Most likely the worst place to go to in North America!! They are so rude and unprofessional to say the least!!!!
4/5 just because it was extremely hard to schedule the first appointment at a reasonable time. Other than that 4.999 stars for hospitality and answering all of my questions
Love this center! Everyone is so great about getting to know you, getting you in and out quickly, and just being genuinely kind!
Did a good job making sure your comfortable and wasn't painful at all

The entire visit is easy from getting checked in to leaving. The staff has some of the best customer service I've seen in town.
I have been donating off and on for 11 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are helpful whenever it is needed. I look forward to going back every week.
What a refreshing group of individuals. It's like walking into Cheers where everyone know your name! Clean, professional and organized. I leave each time feeling positive about saving lives!
The wait was not very long, the staff are always friendly, and the needle stick was painless!
Clean facility. Most employee's are kind. Sometimes there are those that can get cranky. For the most part it has been a way better experience than 11 years ago.
Have been donating plasma at this location for over 10 years now. Everyone is very friendly. And make the process enjoyable.
Everyone was so kind and helpful would definitely recommend
The staff at this location are phenomenal! So patient and kind. They make every visit worth it!

They have a personable staff, very clean and they are thorough in their screening and donation process. I was scared for years to try but I'm glad I was finally brave enough to.

Kate did an amazing job today with making my donation comfortable and very efficient fastest donation I've had in a very long time.

Lovely knowledgeable staff. Great easy way to make some extra cash!
Really nice service always willing to work with ya. Clean space and always very professional.
Waited for 45 minutes without being helped. They told me it's due to staffing shortages. Adjust your appointment times if you can't accommodate your customers.
The team is very professional, courteous, and respectful of your time.
Nice, talented staff in a clean, professional enviroment.
Great professional staff and customer service. Always feel welcome here.
Awesome staff. Very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyable experience.
amazing staff!! quick and efficient all around!
Best staff ever great people always wonderful and so kind fast proses!!!
Absolute terrible service. I've been donating at BioLife plasma since 2011 they now say I can't donate because I have a cough I've had a cough since 2009. What sense does that make. They said they have to get it cleared through the FDA 0/10
Staff is always friendly and willing to solve issues if they arise.
Joann was all smiles and I didn't even feel the needle stick and a great way to save lives and make some cash!!!
Very professional and down to earth staff. I've donated around 200 times, I highly recommend
The staff is so kind and helpful.
Staff friendly and professional. Clinic clean.
Friendly, welcoming, clean and professional. I transferred here from another center, and they made the process a breeze.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
