Staff is always so professional everytime I come in. Always so kind as well. My experience with Charles and Emily have been great. I usually can't get someone to stick my veins correctly and both have been able to. Thank you for being great and always assisting me. Thanks to Rodrick as well for assisting me so well when I did have a reaction. Also I always see Gabriella up front with a pleasant attitude. I like how you barely have to wait to be seen.
The entire staff is kind and helpful. This location is one of great professionalism. They operate on treating all clients with respect and integrity to see each person is treated correctly. Kodee is a great Lead Tech ! She brings a smile to everyone and is first to assist all her fellow peers. She leads with her peers and clients in mind. No matter what issue may arise, she has the solution. I value the experiences I've had donating and will continue to tell others the great work they do here.
Love the staff at this location! They are always friendly and I rarely have to wait long. Gabriella and Cynthia are always nice to talk to and have great attitudes, even at the busiest times! Robert is great if an adjustment is needed or gets the stick right the first time. I'll keep coming in as much as I can! ??
All the staff are professional, respectful and lively. Which makes choosing anyone a prime candidate for referring. Robert is attentive, meticulous and charismatic. Cynthia is professional, hard working and respectful. Gabby is caring, genuine and charming. Autumn is straight forward, a go getter and dresses elegantly. Abbie or Abigail? Is very kind, considerate, fun to be around and very brave being so far from her hometown of Story, Wyoming.
Staff nice and welcoming. I have been donating off and on for several years. Charles, Robert, all of the RN are all do nice and check to you all the time. Since coming here we all can joke around when my alarm goes off. Today was a very great visit. I had to be poked twice and Charles checked on my several time even though he wasn't on the side I was on. Also Sky is so wonderful always a happy person and fixing what ever problem come up. Great job guys
I've been donating twice a week almost every week for several years. Charles and Robert are fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful and are very skilled. I have never had a bad experience when one of them sticks me. Usually it's a great experience.
The staff is very attentive and polite. Customer service at a gold standard from Abby and Autumn. Charles and Robert always make sure you were comfortable and check on you regularly to see if you need anything. It is a clean environment and safe to donate plasma here. If you ever have any questions there is always someone to help out.
The staff are very friendly and kind. I took my daughter for her first time and even though there were hiccups, they totally took care of her. Robert, Garrett, Charles, Susan, Serena and others are top notch people who take extremely good care of their donors.
I have been donating here for 200+ donations now and pretty much every time I have had a good experience. There have been many wonderful people who have taken care of me either at the front or during my donations. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Some of the people who I would like to mention either more seasoned or newer are Robert, Charles, Emily, Autym and Taiylor (not in any order) there are others who have been great too but I can't remember their names at this point and time.
I was seen by Gabriella and she was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in she smiled and greeted me, which is always amazing to come in and feel welcome. She was also working with another patient who had a disability and it was one of the most positive interactions i?ve ever seen. She was so open to helping and had a smile the whole time.
The customer service here is top tier. Everyone on the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Kodee and Riley are attentive throughout your donation and make you feel safe and valued. They're both very skilled with the phlebotomy process and their professionalism makes donating a positive experience.
I have been told that I have hard veins because they are small and roll, but Emily has never had an issue sticking me! She is the best, I wish I could have her every time. I also want to give a call out to Abbie, Robert, and Kodee. They are usually at the front when I come in. They are always smiling and kind. They ask me about my day and truly pay attention when I talk.
This is a friendly and informative place Emily and Charles are always so kind and helpful the rest of the staff they are also very knowledgeable and helpful and kind most of the staff has very well timed management skills including Gabriella. I think she uses her time while she's working in a constructive and very thoughtful way Autumn usually takes my vitals and she is always so nice and informative I am very thankful for the staff and all the hard work the do
I have been donating plasma for over a year now, and the people are great, working hard to get people through the line, and onto donations, the workers are friendly and always ask how my day is or has been. In my experience, they have been quick and efficient at their jobs and try to fix any issues as quickly as they can. My last donation Gabriella had a hard time finding my vein, but even though she couldn't find it she knew she could turn to her coworker Kodee to help her out which in my book is a sign of
The staff here is very nice and knowledgeable. You'll be lucky to get Robert as your phlebotomist. It might seem scary but safety is their top priority. You'll save lives and get paid for it too. Only takes about an hour. No reason to drive past, get scheduled today!
All of the staff are extremely friendly and nice! My favorites are Charles an Robert! Both make the experience better, when the put the needle in I never feel it and it doesn't hurt!
So I've been donating since 21 and the team they have now has been some of the best I've seen. Robert and Charles are always a ton of fun to talk to as they get me hooked up to the machine Abigail and Devon are always fun to chat with as they check me up before the donation The staff as a whole is always amazing and kind.
I love donating at Biolife, the staff is so friendly and make it a great experience, they're always so friendly and helpful! Especially staff like Autym Gabriella, Robert, and Emily, and Tori, I actually can't stand the donation process itself but they made it enjoyable. I've spent years as a phlebotomist at another organization and from a professional standpoint they truly put in work that's outstanding in all metrics. They make sure all donors feel welcome and really take time to get to know you. I would
Bio life is always amazing. The people are so friendly and professional. I've been going for a long time now and I've never had a bad experience. Cheyenne has a great team.
Between Ol Red ( my fav blue eyed girl Abbie there), Charles, Emily, Susan, and Robert just to name a few from the amazing staff, they have you covered and make for a great experience! Thanks for all you do! There are many more but I there's a start on this amazing crew!
I've donated 3 times so far and each time has been a great experience. Professional staff, speedy process and comfortable sessions. I'm glad I found this place and will continue to donate!
I've been donating for almost two years now. I have had my fair share of issues while donating through no fault of any of the staff ( hematocrit being too low, a freak hematoma accident that happened once and being deferred due to my protein levels being too low) besides that, I try to donate every week because the money is great and the patients that I help makes it worth it. I want to shout out a few techs because they are awesome and have always been so personable with me. Charles, Robert, Emily, Cynthia
Emily is one of the most consistent techs here. Several other techs do a great job, but her needle technique is one of the most noticeable differences! Less sting is always good!! :)
Awesome experience at Cheyenne, WY facility. The staff there heard my concerns with my prior donation and a manager contacted me within a day. Horrible experience at Longmont, CO. There was confusion with my upcoming physical and one of the nurses was demeaning and callous. She kept insisting I read a question incorrectly (which I hadn't as she checked the question), was condescending, and when I told her of my dissatisfaction with her attitude toward me and that this would reflect on a BioLife survey, sh
Gabriella is amazing. She always has a smile and genuinely seems to enjoy her job! She's friendly, quick, and deserves great things!
I have donated for over a year here and everyone there has been super great I love all the staff. I recently got Kodee to help me and she was super great and informative I really enjoyed talking to her and she listened to me and helped me a lot. Great place to donate I have had zero problems there
I donate at the Cheyenne location and Kodee, who always has a smile and quick set-up for donation, is a champ. Great attitude everytime I see her ( plus, she laughs at my goofy jokes so she's a trooper on top!). Suffice it to say, aside from one hiccup that the head manager quickly solved and even made amends when he was not required to, the staff, nearly across the board, are very accommodating and personable. KODEE DESERVES A RAISE! Being that nice all day everyday has got to be a skill and deserves to b
BioLife helps me with extra expenses and I always appreciate Autumn, Robert and Emily! These three are always willing to help, successfully stick me and always in good spirits. They're Fast and productive always helping donors. I never see them prolonging getting donors disconnected, or acting like it isn't their jobs. Some of them do this but never Robert or Emily. Gabriella is also a gem here at Biolife.
I've only been to one other plasma donation site and when I walked in the BioLife here in Cheyenne, I instantly recognized that it was far more clean and organized. The staff here are helpful and friendly. No complaints ??
I've been donating for about 2 years now and this location has always been great! The staff are very knowledgeable and kind, definitely ask for Charles he's great with new donors has lots of experience and always remembers you.
I have donated countless times in the last 4 months and it is always clean. Gabriella is always welcoming, efficient and professional with a smile on her face, :)
All of the people there are very nice. They actually care about your well-being. They're all very professional, very friendly and the whole place is run very efficiently.
Today was quick getting in. Always love Charles and his funny upbeat personality. Kodee helped me out today, was very sweet n kind.
Been coming to the Cheyenne biolife for years. Always good service and people like Rob, Kodee, Autym, and Gabriella. Haven't had a bad experience with anyone there.
The first time I went, I had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and informative for a new donor. Unfortunately that did not last and I did not make it through even the first 5 sessions. I went for my 4th appointment and when I was getting checked in and screened, the lady checking me in was absolutely rude and short with me. I have interacted with her previously and haven't had an issue. So I don't know where that came from. When I went to donate, a different lady, I have never had was hooking me up
Very friendly staff it's fun to donate get a little money and have fun conversation like going to the barber. Gabrielle and other staff always put a smile on my face.
Every time I come in it's a fantastic experience, very friendly staff, especially kodee, she's very kind, very friendly, gets her job done quickly and efficiently, and always has a good vibe about her.
I have been donating plasma for quite a while(900 donations) I have found every phlebotomust to be a true pro, so I would give the entire staff including nurses and Wayne a great review. Please give everyone including Skye 5 stars
I have been donating now for a few months and this staff is absolutely beautiful. They are very caring, professional, and kind. They are all amazing!!! ??
I Have donated on and off here for years and IV seen a lot of new faces but if I were going to recommend anyone to take care of you it would be ROBERT or CHARLES they have been there longer then IV been donating and they still take care of me like it's my first time there they are always so welcoming and they always check up on you they are by far the best pokers they take there time and make sure your comfortable Robert has always taken the time to poke me even when he's busy with other things because my v
I've been donating plasma for almost a year now, and it's been a positive experience (almost) every single time! Big shoutout to Kohdee, Charles, Robert and Emily for always being compassionate, professional and genuinely decent human beings!
I been donating for a while now; every time I donate the staff is always friendly especially Kodee, Autumn, and Robert they are awesome! Always converse and ask how?re your doing!
Everyone is super friendly. Recommend to everyone. Emily, Charles, Robert, Autumn, BettyJoe, Taylor, Rory, Kodee to name a fee are all great!!
I've been coming here for awhile the staff is absolutely amazing however Charles has definitely been a stand out he has provided excellent service and care any time I've had him!!
Gabriella is an awesome phlebotomist! She has great work performance! And is always so full of joy!
Nice staff, clean environment, good pay for helping others, takes about hour and half usually. Autym is a great employee there! super friendly
Torie was super slow today. I was last to be seated last to be disconnected even though I was sat in waiting area first and was finished donating before the other 3 people the dis connected first. You guys should probably come up with a better system if your gunna go so slow. I mean 3 hours I was there and for 40 bucks? Usually takes me 45 minutes in and out. And I didn't even get saline!!!! Get your life together! Even the manager hopped on the floor to fix everybody's sticks
The staff is welcoming & kind! They do all they can to help you. I especially enjoy Charles, Taylor, Riddik, Emily & Autym!
Huge thanks to Autymn, Emily, Robert, and Taylor! My absolute faves and are always so happy to be there and make me feel so welcome.
My first donation was great. The nurses and the phlebotomists? did great on informing me of the process, and making me comfortable. The gentleman that did my IV the first time was actually attentive and thorough. When I went back the 2nd time, the process was great, until my actual donation process started. The needle in my arm was not placed correctly which resulted in me forming a hematoma. This hematoma grew in size and deepened in color massively over the course of a week. Went back to the center and wa
The staff members at BioLife make this an enjoyable way to help people and make extra money. Special shout-out to Autym, Abbie, Cynthia, Daniella, and Riddick for always being so welcoming and helpful.
Autymn, Cynthia, and the girl with the Howdy tattoo were great. Very professional and nearly pain-free. Thank you guys
The guy in the back, Wayne is always smiling and has such a positive attitude all the time. The other guy Dean is so knowledgeable and brings a lot of knowledge to the center.
The service is always great Charles and Robert are always professional and are always there when you have questions if someone missed a vein which happens no problem they are always there to help correct the problem I've been donating since 2009 and I have always had good service no matter what happens I feel that is a mistake happens it not the nurses fault there only human and your the one taking the risk of going in to biolife it's your choice to donate knowing anything could happen so quit blaming the
Charles was great as usual. Got in quickly. The stead is always friendly and very clean.
Always a pleasure to give plasma at a clean and professional place like they have in Cheyenne Wyoming. The attention and professionalism displayed by Emily is outstanding. She always meets and exceeds the standards. She is an asset to this company. Also a shout out for professionalism and outstanding job to Robert and Rory and Charles as well. Garret and the nursing staff.
The staff here are fantastic, Charles, Robert, Kodee, Rory, Ridick and Devon they all do a great job!
Autym, Charles, Betty Jo and Shawn and have been awesome to work with. Thank you for your great customer service!

Kodee is professional and does a wonderful job. My experience with the Cheyenne Biolife has been quite positive
Emily, Robert, and Charles are the best!. Everyone there being as nice and welcoming as they are is what keeps me coming back. It feels good being there.
The workers are really nice and cool. Robbie is my favorite but Abbie is really cool too.
Let me just say that the staff are friendly and welcoming. As a first time donor, I was immediately greeted and offered water and a snack. In fact, I was offered these more than once by multiple staff. I definitely felt welcomed throughout the screening process. Hospitality cannot be overstated. My complaint and justification for my low rating is strictly this: their list of disqualifications is extreme IMO. For example, I had a cervical fusion 7 years ago (no problems now) and I was permanently diaqualifie
It has been a wonderful humbling experience. I look forward to helping more people and donating throughout the future.
Systems out of wack here, to much to write down. Truly a waste of your time. I can tell you this your veins prolly gonna get messed up here.
Very clean facility and amazing atmosphere, these employees are so polite and personable with each member who donates. Iv been here 5 times so far and everyone has been great! Look out for their coupons that give you more money per donation, and by the way, use me as your referral so we can get those extra points ??
Awesome staff. Very nice and professional. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes the out-of-office doctor to review any medical issues. It took him/her 3 weeks to review my new blood work after I had a low protein test.
Cheyenne WY. For the third time I had the same female that when putting needle in, she has not done it correctly & my viens & forearm blow up. When I saw this female again when she started setting up , i was thinking I should ask for someone else. I did not ask for anyone else due to it had been months since last incident with me. She prceeded & once again she did not stick me properly & my vien and forearm blew up. I had 2 donations scheduled, Monday 7/29/24 & Wednesday 7/31/24 this week but canceled due
Love this place!!! Everyone is so nice I'd like to say thanks to Rylee, Autym, A.J. ,Rory, and Robert.
Always very clean. Autumn and Abby are amazing and always super friendly and great at what they do!
I have had a great experience anytime I have gone in. Kodee and Emily are wonderful to have as techs.
The staff is always courteous and friendly. Emily takes care of her customers.
The staff is amazing and kodee and the crew always does a good job thank u for the good work
The personnel at Biolife in Cheyenne are outstanding! Especially Charles, Emily and Autymn.
Abbie is awesome and always so informative! Happy you guys have such friendly staff!
Autumn and Abby are fantastic and the most pleasant people to talk to in the center!
Always a good experience. Robert, Charles, Kodee, and Gabrielle are amazing!
I have always enjoyed my experience at this facility. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but also kind and intentional. Each and every member of the staff I have had the pleasure to work with has remembered my name and asks about my family and life extending compassion beyond how my day was. The staff communicate well with each visit regarding the process and anything that could help make me more comfortable. I love seeing them all and look forward to each appointment.
Most of the staff is friendly and very helpful and personable, especially Charles! . I do wish the company would limit appointments based off staffing. It's really awful when you're in there 2 plus hours. But that is not the fault of the staff so these 5 stars are for them. If it was the way the company schedules staff vs appointments I would say 2
I always have a hard time with needles but everybody was polite and respectful from beginning to end, especially Charles, the phlebotomist. He called me down and was very nice and professional with his work. He seemed like he enjoyed his job.
Great place, staff is very friendly. Charles and Robert are awesome!
Gabriella is a great Phlebotomist! Always smiling and asking how my day is!
I get really nervous of needles but I had a great time. All the worker are kind and pleasure to be around. They supply you with snack and water which is nice. I would highly recommend it if you have nothing to do.
They are great! Friendly and professional staff. Autym is awesome!
I'm known by name here. And that's great. Quick process daily in my opinion. Great staff, friendly, respectful, and attentive. Highly recommend. The question session before you donate is challenging at times. More staff would be nice.
Autym and Abi are fantastic, they do a great job!
I had never donated before I started going to Biolife. A friend of mine was diagnosed with terminal cancer and it was the only way I felt I could help. The staff at Biolife made me feel safe, taken care of, and cherished. Everyone I have encountered is very easy going and laid back. There is absolutely no discrimination in both their patients and their employees. I'm very impressed with this facility and the people who work here and will donate as often as I am able to for as long as I can.
Love this place! Autymn was great, and all of the technicians are so kind.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
