Staff is always so professional everytime I come in. Always so kind as well. My experience with Charles and Emily have been great. I usually can't get someone to stick my veins correctly and both have been able to. Thank you for being great and always assisting me. Thanks to Rodrick as well for assisting me so well when I did have a reaction. Also I always see Gabriella up front with a pleasant attitude. I like how you barely have to wait to be seen.

The entire staff is kind and helpful. This location is one of great professionalism. They operate on treating all clients with respect and integrity to see each person is treated correctly. Kodee is a great Lead Tech ! She brings a smile to everyone and is first to assist all her fellow peers. She leads with her peers and clients in mind. No matter what issue may arise, she has the solution. I value the experiences I've had donating and will continue to tell others the great work they do here.

Love the staff at this location! They are always friendly and I rarely have to wait long. Gabriella and Cynthia are always nice to talk to and have great attitudes, even at the busiest times! Robert is great if an adjustment is needed or gets the stick right the first time. I'll keep coming in as much as I can! ??

All the staff are professional, respectful and lively. Which makes choosing anyone a prime candidate for referring. Robert is attentive, meticulous and charismatic. Cynthia is professional, hard working and respectful. Gabby is caring, genuine and charming. Autumn is straight forward, a go getter and dresses elegantly. Abbie or Abigail? Is very kind, considerate, fun to be around and very brave being so far from her hometown of Story, Wyoming.

Staff nice and welcoming. I have been donating off and on for several years. Charles, Robert, all of the RN are all do nice and check to you all the time. Since coming here we all can joke around when my alarm goes off. Today was a very great visit. I had to be poked twice and Charles checked on my several time even though he wasn't on the side I was on. Also Sky is so wonderful always a happy person and fixing what ever problem come up. I've been donating twice a week almost every week for several years. Charles and Robert are fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful and are very skilled. I have never had a bad experience when one of them sticks me. Usually it's a great experience.

The staff is very attentive and polite. Customer service at a gold standard from Abby and Autumn. Charles and Robert always make sure you were comfortable and check on you regularly to see if you need anything. It is a clean environment and safe to donate plasma here. If you ever have any questions there is always someone to help out.

The staff are very friendly and kind. I took my daughter for her first time and even though there were hiccups, they totally took care of her. Robert, Garrett, Charles, Susan, Serena and others are top notch people who take extremely good care of their donors.

I have been donating here for 200+ donations now and pretty much every time I have had a good experience. There have been many wonderful people who have taken care of me either at the front or during my donations. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Some of the people who I would like to mention either more seasoned or newer are Robert, Charles, Emily, Autym and Taiylor (not in any order) there are others who have been great too but I can't remember their names at this point and time.

I was seen by Gabriella and she was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in she smiled and greeted me, which is always amazing to come in and feel welcome. She was also working with another patient who had a disability and it was one of the most positive interactions i?ve ever seen. She was so open to helping and had a smile the whole time.

The customer service here is top tier. Everyone on the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Kodee and Riley are attentive throughout your donation and make you feel safe and valued. They're both very skilled with the phlebotomy process and their professionalism makes donating a positive experience.

I have been told that I have hard veins because they are small and roll, but Emily has never had an issue sticking me! She is the best, I wish I could have her every time. I also want to give a call out to Abbie, Robert, and Kodee. They are usually at the front when I come in. They are always smiling and kind. They ask me about my day and truly pay attention when I talk.

This is a friendly and informative place Emily and Charles are always so kind and helpful the rest of the staff they are also very knowledgeable and helpful and kind most of the staff has very well timed management skills including Gabriella. I have been donating plasma for over a year now, and the people are great, working hard to get people through the line, and onto donations, the workers are friendly and always ask how my day is or has been. The staff here is very nice and knowledgeable. You'll be lucky to get Robert as your phlebotomist. It might seem scary but safety is their top priority. You'll save lives and get paid for it too. Only takes about an hour. No reason to drive past, get scheduled today!

All of the staff are extremely friendly and nice! My favorites are Charles an Robert! Both make the experience better, when the put the needle in I never feel it and it doesn't hurt!

I've been donating for almost two years now. I have had my fair share of issues while donating through no fault of any of the staff ( hematocrit being too low, a freak hematoma accident that happened once and being deferred due to my protein levels being too low) besides that, I try to donate every week because the money is great and the patients that I help makes it worth it. Emily is one of the most consistent techs here. Several other techs do a great job, but her needle technique is one of the most noticeable differences! Less sting is always good!! :)

Awesome experience at Cheyenne, WY facility. The staff there heard my concerns with my prior donation and a manager contacted me within a day. Horrible experience at Longmont, CO. There was confusion with my upcoming physical and one of the nurses was demeaning and callous. I donate at the Cheyenne location and Kodee, who always has a smile and quick set-up for donation, is a champ. Great attitude everytime I see her ( plus, she laughs at my goofy jokes so she's a trooper on top!). BioLife helps me with extra expenses and I always appreciate Autumn, Robert and Emily! These three are always willing to help, successfully stick me and always in good spirits. They're Fast and productive always helping donors. I never see them prolonging getting donors disconnected, or acting like it isn't their jobs. Some of them do this but never Robert or Emily. Gabriella is also a gem here at Biolife.

I've only been to one other plasma donation site and when I walked in the BioLife here in Cheyenne, I instantly recognized that it was far more clean and organized. The staff here are helpful and friendly. No complaints ??

The first time I went, I had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and informative for a new donor. Unfortunately that did not last and I did not make it through even the first 5 sessions. I went for my 4th appointment and when I was getting checked in and screened, the lady checking me in was absolutely rude and short with me. I have interacted with her previously and haven't had an issue. So I don't know where that came from. When I went to donate, a different lady, I have never had was hooking me up

Very friendly staff it's fun to donate get a little money and have fun conversation like going to the barber. Gabrielle and other staff always put a smile on my face.

Torie was super slow today. I was last to be seated last to be disconnected even though I was sat in waiting area first and was finished donating before the other 3 people the dis connected first. You guys should probably come up with a better system if your gunna go so slow. I mean 3 hours I was there and for 40 bucks? Usually takes me 45 minutes in and out. And I didn't even get saline!!!! My first donation was great. The nurses and the phlebotomists? did great on informing me of the process, and making me comfortable. The gentleman that did my IV the first time was actually attentive and thorough. When I went back the 2nd time, the process was great, until my actual donation process started. The needle in my arm was not placed correctly which resulted in me forming a hematoma. This hematoma grew in size and deepened in color massively over the course of a week. Let me just say that the staff are friendly and welcoming. As a first time donor, I was immediately greeted and offered water and a snack. In fact, I was offered these more than once by multiple staff. I definitely felt welcomed throughout the screening process. Hospitality cannot be overstated. My complaint and justification for my low rating is strictly this: their list of disqualifications is extreme IMO. Awesome staff. Very nice and professional. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes the out-of-office doctor to review any medical issues. It took him/her 3 weeks to review my new blood work after I had a low protein test.

Cheyenne WY. For the third time I had the same female that when putting needle in, she has not done it correctly & my viens & forearm blow up. When I saw this female again when she started setting up , i was thinking I should ask for someone else. I did not ask for anyone else due to it had been months since last incident with me. Most of the staff is friendly and very helpful and personable, especially Charles! . I do wish the company would limit appointments based off staffing. It's really awful when you're in there 2 plus hours. But that is not the fault of the staff so these 5 stars are for them. If it was the way the company schedules staff vs appointments I would say 2

I always have a hard time with needles but everybody was polite and respectful from beginning to end, especially Charles, the phlebotomist. He called me down and was very nice and professional with his work. He seemed like he enjoyed his job.

I had never donated before I started going to Biolife. A friend of mine was diagnosed with terminal cancer and it was the only way I felt I could help. The staff at Biolife made me feel safe, taken care of, and cherished. Everyone I have encountered is very easy going and laid back. There is absolutely no discrimination in both their patients and their employees. I'm very impressed with this facility and the people who work here and will donate as often as I am able to for as long as I can.
