Giving at BioLife Clarksburg is the best experience I could have hoped for. The staff is caring and attentive. I feel safe and comfortable giving. The staff is friendly and fun to get to know. Shawn, Bethany, Danielle (curly hair), Charles, Thomas, Ryan, Connor, Selena, Hannah and anyone whose name I am accidentally forgetting! I love the center, it's clean and welcoming. I look forward to donating each week. It feels nice being able to help others.

Love coming here. Great way to get extra cash and help people. Friendly staff. Conner, Danielle, and Courtney are the best! Only 4 stars because they don't have the kid room anymore.

I would like to address a issue about the current promotion I am receiving .I am only receiving 40$for my first weekly donation and I donate around 900 milliliters of plasma every time while I am always there for longer than most other doners most of which are only donating 5 to 600 milliliters and many are receiving twice what I receive in compensation and due to cost of living increases it takes most of my 40$ to replenish my body and to stay healthy enough to continue donating so I don't understand why I

Have gone twice. Once couldnt donate after over 2 hours of waiting said if on antibiotics I couldn't. Which i said at the beginning. The second time the employee entered my readings wrong twice (going to fast) so the system wouldn't let her back up. So couldn't donate. If I ever get to ..maybe I will have a better experience.

Super friendly staff. Calm atmosphere and clean! My new favorite location! Was super fast donation as well!

I love the facility and the staff! Amazing team and they truly make you feel safe and comfortable!

Conner, Danielle, Shawn, Betheny, Ryan, Tom, Cooper, and all the rest you all rock. Great job today. Painless insertion by conner today. And all around a welcoming place.

I really like the Clarksburg WV facility. It's very clean, the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It's two free health checkups each week donating much needed plasma and . . . I get paid for it! I've learned a lot from the staff about my own personal health and how to become healthier. I can't say enough great things about those folks!

I used to donate here religiously. Last time they messed both my arms up pretty bad causing pain for almost 2 weeks. The people used to be so nice, but I am traumatized and will not be back. I've tried to email the company many times and have heard nothing..

Would highly recommend.staff are very helpful and polite the check in process is very pleasant no bad remarks

Experience is good, but keep getting promotions and it's not giving me all the money I earned for the promotion. Spoke to someone about it and its still not hit my account.

Extremely nice and made it very comfortable for my first time! I was super nervous and they were very caring and intelligent and informative. Thanks for making my first experience great! I will be back!

Very easy to complete process. The wait time to donate at times is long. Saturday is longest wait. Staff is friendly.

Be prepared for long wait times with no warning, this center is always understaffed. Some of the employees are awesome, while others are just there.

Connor is very professional at his job. He is a very good worker. Also he always make sure everyone is doing fine.

The techs are hit and miss as far as professionalism and their ability to hit a vein. Some of them are a little too chatty, example would be talking with coworkers instead of tending to donors while the center is full of people in beds waiting to be hooked up. The pay for your time and plasma is super low, so with those things considered I won't be back for awhile I'm sure.

Have been coming here for a little over a year now. This location has been gradually getting worse with its wait times to the point where it is not worth going to donate plasma anymore. Staff is very understaffed resulting in confusion and disorganization. Typical wait time over my last several visits have been 1-1.5 hours just to check in. And this was not dependent on the time of day I came. The phlebotomists are great and good at what they do but that alone is not worth the amount of time you spend at t

I always have good experiences at Biolife . Even if I have to wait to be hooked up but when I'm finished I have had to wait 20-30 minutes to be taken off. While watching 3 or 4 donors be hooked up when I was done. I think if a donor gets done and a donor is waiting to be hooked up they should take care of the first donor that's done or waiting to be hooked up and vise versa.

Every time I donate is smooth sailing. The staff is delightful and they always make the experience easy. I never have any issues here and enjoy knowing my donation helps someone out there.

Nice, clean, sanitary facility. Professional friendly staff, helpful and direct in answering any questions or concerns you may have. Nice atmosphere, a convenient way to help give back and make a little money at the same time.

Professional staff is awesome ?? they are a team stepping up covering all the aspects making it a pleasure to donate each and every time you visit the Bridgeport office in West Virginia

very friendly staff, facility is always clean. wait times can be a little long but staff are very well trained.

Friendly personnel, maximum efficiency and great "stick" as always!! Facility is clean and organized.

The staff is friendly but the process frustrates me. I know personally someone that has been incarcerated that is able to donate but my husband, who was incarcerated prior to this person, is not able to. It makes no sense.

Staff are friendly and nice. If you ever have questions, they are more than happy to answer you. I've personally never had any issues with staff or facilities. The only thing I could suggest is more people to apply to work there because the staff are currently understaffed for the workload of clients that come through but they troop on every time I'm there.

I have been donating regularly since 2014. I quit donating in April of this year because it was taking over 3 hours to donate. I went back first part of October and I have been gotting in and out just over an hour. As always the staff is amazing in every way and the facility is clean. My conplaint is the way they are doing the donating amounts. It seem that they are not doing bonuses like they have in the passed.

Been here twice and both times have been 2 and a half hours plus. Past time i went they couldnt get all of my plasma stuck me in both arms and didnt give me enough saline so i had to wait 30 extra minutes

I donate frequently all the staff is always professional and welcoming. makes the process /environment easy going, painless and very good in making you comfortable. Trinity is the staff member who took care of me this time when I went to donate, she's always down to earth, knows what she's doin and easy to get along with (along with rest the staff). #PayRaise4Trinity *BioLife Recommended

I want to give out a shout to the staff Tracy, Casey, Tom, Haley, Selena, Deloris, Danielle, Mia, Jess, Joyce, Kim and the rest of the staff (sorry for the names I couldn't remember). They've answered all of my questions paraprofessional I do not have any problems with anybody here, I am glad that they check every once in a while the blood to make sure that your levels are aware they are supposed to be so I consider it safe and I do not have any problems and I will continu

Everyone is very super friendly and helpful. It's a lively atmosphere. Shawn makes sure you smile before you leave. Makes the experience more enjoyable.

These lovely ladies and gentlemen do a great job. Selena is the hardest working young lady who works there. She broke my best friends heart...

I have been donating in this place for around 6 months and everyone has been very kind. They are very professional and the place is very clean. I like the fact you get your money right away and is easy to schedule your appointments. Casey, Jess, and Dana always take good care of me twice a week when I go to donate. Additionally, they have great coupons and promotions to make your donations more rewarding.

These guys are always nice and very professional. The location is clean and organized as well.

Always had a good experience. Shaun was the one helping today and he done an excellent job. They actually all do a wonderful job.

The staff here are awesome! They are very attentive to each person. They are thoroughly knowledge and explain everything in terms you can understand which makes you more comfortable with the process. They are super friendly! Why not make some extra money while saving lives!

They are wonderful well trained and care for the donors. Always available if they are needed. So glad i chose this place.

Such a great attention. All of them were very very nice and patient with me (spanish speaker). Kim was so kind and lovely with me! Thanks to Shanaan too. I felt very safe during the process! Thank you all. Yerina Labarca

Everyone that I have had work with me at this location has been AMAZING!! I really enjoy going back each time.. they all are very welcoming. Dana, Casey Joyce, Mia, Harley, Serena, Renee, Danielle C., and Danielle D., are all WONDERFUL LADIES ??

Always a pleasure to visit this location! Everyone working here knows how to make you feel comfortable and at ease during the process, making the experience even more worthwhile. I'm happy to help those in need with my donation every week, and thank you Clarksburg for making me feel at home!

Staff is extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable. Bright clean environment. Easy way to save up for a vacation. Open hours to fit your needs. Shout out to Tracy & Cassie for going to extra mile!

Went in today for a scheduled appointment and was told they wouldn't even get to my yearly physical today after I waited for an hour. There was 11 people ahead of me, one lady had been there for 4 hours. There's just no sense in it. Get more employees or shut the place down. This is the 3rd time since August I've tried to donate and still have yet to be able to. Its not worth the 40 minute drive anymore, I won't be back unfortunately.

If you have ever wanted to do something good for people the staff at BioLife is a community of dedicated support to helping your Plasma save a life making sure you know you are saving the lives of others giving them the opportunity to live longer and they thank you for thinking of them. So DONATE TODAY

Everyone is great and the facility is always immaculate!! They are all always professional and very dedicated to there jobs. They make the time that you are there seem to fly by even when they are busy! Hailey is my favorite but they are all excellent! You are helping others with your donation and you are making money at the same time! It's a win-win situation!!!!!

Some of staff seem fine. I was banned because I told one of the staff members a few years, Tasha (Who use to be my manager at Burger King) back I've done a couple studies at wvucprc. (You have to watch what you tell them.) Deny all say nothing. Unfortunately I cannot get the proof of the check in & check out dates. I've did these back in 2008 and one in 2009. One of the staff was saying to see if they would get a doctor to remove my deferral but unfortunately another doctor above them said without proof no

Casey is one of the most awesomest nurses I have met. Dana is amazing too. And it don't hurt that these girls are very easy on the eyes. The whole staff are very friendly and it's actually a pleasure to come here. I'd recommend this BioLife to anybody needing extra money. My only regret is that I can't give y?all 10 stars. Tracy stuck me for the first time and it was painless. Barely felt a thing. Danielle D makes it a joy to be here. She is a ray of sunshine!!!!! VERY CLEAN AND PROFICIENT!!!!!

I have been going to BioLife for about 8 months The staff there is very friendly and Professional.I would recommend going there if you want to help save lives and also make extra money This is a very clean facility and the staff makes you feel very comfortable Shout out to Danielle and a Delores for the good laugh today . Too many to mention by name but they are all great. So call or go on line to make an appointment It will make yo u feel good that you saved someone life .

Trinity was extremely helpful in her efforts during my experiences here at BioLife Plasma Services. She performed efficiently while maintaining a contagious sense of humor. I recommend her assistance to any donor seeking a fun and safe experience here at BioLife Plasma Services.

I went in for the 1st time Wednesday March 30th. It was a busy day for them and they had numerous donors, but as I came through the door she young lady at the counter greeted me immediately and got me in the system swiftly. Everyone was professional, kind, and made the experience calming. From the greeting st the door, to the lady who asked me questions, gave me the physical, to the nurses who put in the blood line, to the Supervor Delores. I am grateful for them all and give them five stars

I've always had good experiences here. Today Tracy checked me in and she was really good. Everyone is really great. I feel that I am a harder stick and everyone is so slick with the needle and makes it painless. I would definitely recommend biolife.

I have been donating for almost 6 months and it is always a pleasure experience. Danielle, Hailey, and Casey are always checking up on me and other donors. They are the best. Also, the facility is super clean.

A big Caucasian lady named Kim there is very rude and micro aggressive. When I needed help she asked if I knew how to read. Overall the people are nice just avoid Kim.

Very pleased with services at the Clarksburg biolife. Never had any issues. All staff are amazing especially Conner. Always professional and sticks perfect.

The staff there was really nice....they always are checking on you to make sure you are okay

Wonderful place. Staff is friendly. Shawn is very helpful and always in a great mood. I always enjoy coming here.

Always working as fast as they can, to get you in and out. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to, out of all the time I've been coming here Joyce has always been great at her job and is really easy to talk to

I've been donating plasma at Biolife for the past year . Everyone has been super nice and very helpful . Aleisha has been great ! The last few times I've been there she has been able to stick me with no issues ! I would recommend donating at Biolife ! Great cause great people !

I'm at about 130 donations at this center and i've been treated well by almost everyone throughout my years of donating (I donate to help sick people not for money). I haven't gotten to know those who do the screening but the ladies on the floor; Dannielle D, Hailey, Selena, Mia, Jessica and Tracy have always been very kind, hard workers, professional and can take criticism well. Though Tom is the best. He glows like a radiant star and just can do it all and always makes me feel safe and warm even when the

The tech named Shawn, I can honestly say he is the best tech you have every time he sticks me I never feel it and he always comes over and make sure I'm doing good if I want I want to give him five stars thank you Gary kelbaugh

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel like my comfort is their number one priority. I love knowing that I'm helping others while earning some extra money. Tina Clark

I have always had the best experience there. Everyone that works there is so friendly. Shawn is the best at needle sticking!

Was there for close to 3 hours, I sat in a donation section for an hour and when I was polite and asked ?Hey, I've been sitting here for 30 minutes.? Only to see if they had forgotten about me, a rude worker said in a trivializing tone of voice ?Okay? There's not much we can do about it.? And walked off as she said so.

Every time the short skinny blonde haired pokes she always hangs the needle in and I told her that it was hurting but she left it I now had to have it removed and someone else to restock my other arm it's crazy they need to get her out sorry but true, but for all other staff I love they are all easy to get along with it's like after a while they become family

Conner and Shawn are the BEST!! This place not only helps save lives but you can make some cash. I frequently donate to save for vacations. Totally recommend!!

Staff very efficient and friendly. They make the people that donate feel welcome and valued.

I have been coming here for years and the staff is amazing. Jessica, Joyce, Carrie, and Danielle D are outgoing and personable. This center is also very experienced and knowledgeable.

Had two bad experiences in a short amount of time that cost me my cells twice and deferment for 6 weeks. First was kinks in the line the employees attached me to that no one caught before they punctures me, and the second was a bad puncture, which I could have still got my cells from, if the employee didn't botch removing the line. No compensation for deferment if neither times were your fault, and apathy amongst the facility. Would not recommend. Edit: Sent an email to the address below and have not heard

People are always friendly abd depending on when you go the wait times are usually not a problem. Shawn was great!

Very professional, and friendly staff!!! Very clean and comfortable place. All the employees treat me well. I would recommend other to come donate here. You can easily find all the informations you need for your donation.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first time doing this type of thing but the process has been smooth and painless.

It it always a great experience there. The people are nice do a great job.

Awesome, friendly, smiling staff like Tracey, Danni D., Danielle, Delores,Joyce, Selena, Dana. They always take time to make sure people understand everything.

New donor here. Everyone at this biolife has been so welcoming & friendly. They absolutely put my mind at ease with donating for the first time!

Selena was very helpful, quick and easy with it! 11/10 recommend this facility, the people are amazing.

Hailey and Casey has fantastic customer service. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the BioLife procedures and is very informative if your unable to donate as to why your not able to and things you can do to help with your next donation. Hailey is always very gentle with her sticks and highly recommended her to anyone nervous about being stuck with a needle.

Wish it was still worth the money. But without a promo code, it isn't. Base pay is very low & Unfortunately they never email me any promotion codes.

I have always had a great experience at Biolife. The staff is patient, courteous and they really interact with the donors

I was very nervous with it being my first time donating and the ladies made it very comfortable.

I started donating a few months ago, got the donor bonus, then I went back a few times after that. Went back in July and the girl infiltrated my vein, on my right arm. This is very painful to deal with especially since I'm right handed. I then went back to donate out of my left arm which that is the arm I started with before I switched to my right arm. They seen the big nasty bruise on my arm at Intake so they said to do a vein check, so they did and tried to tell me that I couldn't donate out of my left a

The staff here is great and professional they really make the process easy from the time you enter till you leave.

Best donating experiences I've had! I love being able to help others with this process! Also, the easiest way to make $$ by sitting on your phone!

Pam and Danielle made my first experience so nice! they're really informative and prepare you for what's going to happen really well.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. I actually enjoy going to BioLife Plasma services twice per week, not just for the monetary compensation I receive, but more importantly the medical contributions I am able to provide to someone in need of critical Plasma. Plus, it gives me about an hour of relaxing down time from my busy schedule each time I donate.

The staff is very professional. The technicians know donors by name which lends to personal and caring environment. I am comfortable each time I donate and have had only positive experiences.

Staff are kind and very attentive!! Great place to donate. If you are struggling and need some money to make it to payday its a great place to go with no judgement. Plus your helping people!!

Been coming for a few months now... Casey usually is who checks my vitals and everything before donation and she is always very nice and helpful! All the staff is great, I recommend to anyone thinking of donating.

Very clean facility. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable especially Joyce, Selena, and Kim. They make the first time you donate non-scary, and each time thereafter

Professional and friendly staff, always do their best to get people set up as quickly as they can.
