Giving at BioLife Clarksburg is the best experience I could have hoped for. The staff is caring and attentive. I feel safe and comfortable giving. The staff is friendly and fun to get to know. Shawn, Bethany, Danielle (curly hair), Charles, Thomas, Ryan, Connor, Selena, Hannah and anyone whose name I am accidentally forgetting! I love the center, it's clean and welcoming. I look forward to donating each week. It feels nice being able to help others.

I would like to address a issue about the current promotion I am receiving .I am only receiving 40$for my first weekly donation and I donate around 900 milliliters of plasma every time while I am always there for longer than most other doners most of which are only donating 5 to 600 milliliters and many are receiving twice what I receive in compensation and due to cost of living increases it takes most of my 40$ to replenish my body and to stay healthy enough to continue donating so I don't understand why I

Have gone twice. Once couldnt donate after over 2 hours of waiting said if on antibiotics I couldn't. Which i said at the beginning. The second time the employee entered my readings wrong twice (going to fast) so the system wouldn't let her back up. So couldn't donate. If I ever get to ..maybe I will have a better experience.

I really like the Clarksburg WV facility. It's very clean, the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It's two free health checkups each week donating much needed plasma and . . . I get paid for it! I've learned a lot from the staff about my own personal health and how to become healthier. I can't say enough great things about those folks!

I used to donate here religiously. Last time they messed both my arms up pretty bad causing pain for almost 2 weeks. The people used to be so nice, but I am traumatized and will not be back. I've tried to email the company many times and have heard nothing..

Be prepared for long wait times with no warning, this center is always understaffed. Some of the employees are awesome, while others are just there.

The techs are hit and miss as far as professionalism and their ability to hit a vein. Some of them are a little too chatty, example would be talking with coworkers instead of tending to donors while the center is full of people in beds waiting to be hooked up. The pay for your time and plasma is super low, so with those things considered I won't be back for awhile I'm sure.

Have been coming here for a little over a year now. This location has been gradually getting worse with its wait times to the point where it is not worth going to donate plasma anymore. Staff is very understaffed resulting in confusion and disorganization. Typical wait time over my last several visits have been 1-1.5 hours just to check in. And this was not dependent on the time of day I came. The phlebotomists are great and good at what they do but that alone is not worth the amount of time you spend at t

I always have good experiences at Biolife . Even if I have to wait to be hooked up but when I'm finished I have had to wait 20-30 minutes to be taken off. While watching 3 or 4 donors be hooked up when I was done. I think if a donor gets done and a donor is waiting to be hooked up they should take care of the first donor that's done or waiting to be hooked up and vise versa.

Every time I donate is smooth sailing. The staff is delightful and they always make the experience easy. I never have any issues here and enjoy knowing my donation helps someone out there.

The staff is friendly but the process frustrates me. I know personally someone that has been incarcerated that is able to donate but my husband, who was incarcerated prior to this person, is not able to. It makes no sense.

Staff are friendly and nice. If you ever have questions, they are more than happy to answer you. I've personally never had any issues with staff or facilities. The only thing I could suggest is more people to apply to work there because the staff are currently understaffed for the workload of clients that come through but they troop on every time I'm there.

I have been donating regularly since 2014. I quit donating in April of this year because it was taking over 3 hours to donate. I went back first part of October and I have been gotting in and out just over an hour. As always the staff is amazing in every way and the facility is clean. My conplaint is the way they are doing the donating amounts. It seem that they are not doing bonuses like they have in the passed.

Been here twice and both times have been 2 and a half hours plus. Past time i went they couldnt get all of my plasma stuck me in both arms and didnt give me enough saline so i had to wait 30 extra minutes

This place makes you feel at ease. The staff is great they talk to you and make you feel at home. Get a chance giving is well worth it. My experience at Biolife has been very professional always helpful. Very experienced if there is a problem day as address it right away they have been very helpful with me on any matters that has an income son of mine. I have been donating in this place for around 6 months and everyone has been very kind. They are very professional and the place is very clean. I like the fact you get your money right away and is easy to schedule your appointments. Casey, Jess, and Dana always take good care of me twice a week when I go to donate. Additionally, they have great coupons and promotions to make your donations more rewarding.

Went in today for a scheduled appointment and was told they wouldn't even get to my yearly physical today after I waited for an hour. There was 11 people ahead of me, one lady had been there for 4 hours. There's just no sense in it. Get more employees or shut the place down. This is the 3rd time since August I've tried to donate and still have yet to be able to. Its not worth the 40 minute drive anymore, I won't be back unfortunately.

Some of staff seem fine. I was banned because I told one of the staff members a few years, Tasha (Who use to be my manager at Burger King) back I've done a couple studies at wvucprc. I went in for the 1st time Wednesday March 30th. It was a busy day for them and they had numerous donors, but as I came through the door she young lady at the counter greeted me immediately and got me in the system swiftly. Everyone was professional, kind, and made the experience calming. From the greeting st the door, to the lady who asked me questions, gave me the physical, to the nurses who put in the blood line, to the Supervor Delores. I am grateful for them all and give them five stars

I've always had good experiences here. Today Tracy checked me in and she was really good. Everyone is really great. I feel that I am a harder stick and everyone is so slick with the needle and makes it painless. I would definitely recommend biolife.

A big Caucasian lady named Kim there is very rude and micro aggressive. When I needed help she asked if I knew how to read. Overall the people are nice just avoid Kim.

Every time the short skinny blonde haired pokes she always hangs the needle in and I told her that it was hurting but she left it I now had to have it removed and someone else to restock my other arm it's crazy they need to get her out sorry but true, but for all other staff I love they are all easy to get along with it's like after a while they become family

I have been coming here for years and the staff is amazing. Jessica, Joyce, Carrie, and Danielle D are outgoing and personable. This center is also very experienced and knowledgeable.

Had two bad experiences in a short amount of time that cost me my cells twice and deferment for 6 weeks. First was kinks in the line the employees attached me to that no one caught before they punctures me, and the second was a bad puncture, which I could have still got my cells from, if the employee didn't botch removing the line. No compensation for deferment if neither times were your fault, and apathy amongst the facility. Would not recommend. Edit: Sent an email to the address below and have not heard

Hailey and Casey has fantastic customer service. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the BioLife procedures and is very informative if your unable to donate as to why your not able to and things you can do to help with your next donation. I was very nervous with it being my first time donating and the ladies made it very comfortable.

I started donating a few months ago, got the donor bonus, then I went back a few times after that. Went back in July and the girl infiltrated my vein, on my right arm. This is very painful to deal with especially since I'm right handed. I then went back to donate out of my left arm which that is the arm I started with before I switched to my right arm.
