Reviews Summary

The consensus is that staff are generally friendly and professional, but severe understaffing leads to excessively long wait times (often 2-3+ hours), inconsistent appointment management, and frustration among donors. Many reviews highlight disorganization, overbooking, and inefficient processes despite the facility's cleanliness. While some praise individual staff members, the overwhelming issue is inadequate staffing levels that compromise the donor experience. Several donors report reducing or stopping visits due to the time commitment. Technical errors and occasional rude behavior are noted, but the primary complaint remains systemic understaffing.

They do a great service here and the staff is very friendly and competent. 5 stars for that. However. - they are understaffed yet take appointments like they are fully staffed. It has been this way for a few years. I was there for 3 hours yesterday (a donation with physical). 90 minutes of it was just WAITING - 70 min sitting in a chair waiting for a physical and there were only 3 people ahead of me. For a normal (no physical) appointment, expect to be there for 2 hours on a bad day, 90 minutes on a typica

The Staff and Facility it self is most Certainly 5 star. The staff is actually 10 stars! Phenomenal staff. I'm giving 3 stars because they don't respect our time. The don't schedule enough staff for the amount of appointments they allow to be scheduled. It takes 2-3 hours for this. It's been getting worse. It's making not worth it to go to BioLife anymore. They take to long and don't respect our time.

Overall the staff are all very friendly and informative. They walk you through each step which is very helpful. Alyssa and Katie have both been incredibly helpful and kind. I only had one bad experience with a staff member, but other than that it's been great. The biggest complaint I have is the understaffing. They allow many appointments to be booked, but it takes at least 2-3 hours to get through because there's not enough staff.

The staff here are amazing but the wait time is long. I get here around 5:30 pm and it takes 1.5 hours before I even get to the bed. Then it's another 1 -1.5 hours for the procedure. You sign up online but the company must not limit spots cause the line takes forever. The company also doesn't schedule enough staff because there are always dozens of unused beds even though the line takes forever. Also u have to wait standing up. It would be so much better if you could wait sitting down in a waiting area but

The staff are great. Love them. They're doing their best and also know what they're doing. However, whoever does the appointment scheduling needs to cut the available appointments down a day by at least a third. I have attempted to get a physical done three separate times: the first time, after waiting to be checked in for an hour and a half, the front desk lady suggested I go home - which was good. I'm glad she did that. The second time, waited another hour just to have paperwork issues - not too upset abo

A joke and complete waste of time at this center specifically. Scheduling needs to be cut down to the amount of employees and time that they have to allow people to come in and donate. People behind the counter often spend a lot of time just standing and talking when there is even a short line of people, just get them through- nobody likes to stand and wait for 45 minutes or more when they can easily be taken care of. Staff needs to be trained properly, 3 people in front of me were turned away after getting

It's unfortunate that I even have to write this, but tonight has been the FOURTH time that I've been turned away after waiting nearly 2 hours to donate. Being told they ?don't have the time?. Being told to leave my information and last four of my social so they can make it up to me but nothing ever came of it. Being offered at most a $20 coupon for our next visit. It's honestly insulting. What is the purpose of making an appointment if it won't be honored? Our time is just as valuable as the centers. I unde

I am not blaming the center and know I have had some trouble with donations but then I had two skilled nurses who were able to stick me without issue and the donations went great. However I have had two times where they stuck me twice and let me go without donation, one where I timed out before full donation and a few times where it was a long process due to them having to cycle back the return lines. This last time really has me second guessing the whole thing but I am going to try once more to determine i

This place is a complete waste of time and the staff has no idea what they're doing. I've been here five times already, and they have all my information. They've even done physical exams on me, but when I go to donate, they tell me I'm not eligible because of the tattoos on my arms near the veins. They should have told me that the first time! The other times I had an appointment, they would tell me they didn't have enough nurses and that the wait time would be over 4 hours. So, I don't recommend wasting you

This was my second visit. I sat by the machine and waited 30 minutes to get plugged to the machine. Made a request to use the restroom while Rachel was setting up and she skipped me. Laura was great, Rachel could improve a bit. Very rude

I arrived for my appointment on time. I read through their website thoroughly multiple times to make sure I came prepared. It does say that they don't have a childcare facility on site but has no mention anywhere that children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment whatsoever. The lady at the desk was rude and the only bit of information she gave me was that she thinks the front door says 18+. I've never been to this facility, mind you and didn't think I would need to go out of my way to drive

Understaffed for how many appointments are available. Completely inconsiderate of donors' time. Don't bother calling, no one will answer. Don't leave a message, no one will return your call. Compensation continues to decrease as well.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. I've been donating for 3 o more years. I usually go before 7am, I know that if I go later than that it's going to be long waiting times. It usually takes me 1:30 to 2 hours, but my donation time is less than an hour. And it's voluntary, nobody forces me to stay if I think it's going to be longer.

This place can be so so painfully slow sometimes. I get sometimes it's hard to stay adequately staffed but they need to figure it out somehow pleaseee. I should not be waiting in line to be screened for over an hour. You got one screener moving slow as ever and then they go somewhere and nobody is screening for like 5-10 mins and the line is just getting longer and longer and we're all getting irritated because we understand it's going to take time to donate plasma but this is just sooo unacceptable. They m

Another bad experience. Tech filled her beds, then very slowly tended to them often walking off to chat with coworkers. People who were behind me in line and went other sections were leaving after their donation and I hadn't even been hooked up yet. Over an hour in bed before the stick. She always does this. Is very unsafe as she continually leaves her section to do other things often not returning promptly. Tried to talk to someone about the ridiculousness of the experience and they were too busy to talk

Don't waste your time here (and they'll waste a LOT of it given the chance). Multiple bad experiences here, from long wait times, terrible scheduling, completely garbage phlebotomy (will leave your arm COVERED in bruises due to poorly experienced staff). I came in multiple times trying to donate and had to wait around for an hour each of the last few times just to be told I can't donate

Came in for my first donation with this company about a month ago. I donated, then and came back exactly one week later for my second donation. I was sent to the nurse, waited 30 minutes only to be told that my protein levels were too low to donate. Apparently they disregard a passing finger prick protein levels and draw blood during the donation. I was unaware of this and wasted over an hour of my Saturday to find this out. No phone call (I was told they were supposed to). My finger pricks are consistently

Was going in for my third donation today, first 2 went well. I went today for a 1:30 appointment and the place was over run with people checking in. There was one health screener (place was very understaffed) checking donors health while another employee from the front desk was taking people and just putting them where ever in line to get screened. At about 2:30 i finally may my way to the screener and was told I had to wait to review with the nurse because i said i got the flu vaccine, who also had about a

Almost every single time you will be waiting more than 3+ hours. After 2 hours of waiting in line I watched the manager tell 20+ people that they couldn't take them and sent all of us home without pay. They are very understaffed and take anyone who comes in even without appointment. There is over 15+ chairs that they don't even use something needs to change. The inside is very nice and staff is friendly this place has a lot of potential but a lot of work needs to be done.

I have donated in the past at Grifols, I even worked there. I warned the staff that they might have a little bit of a hard time getting my blood pressure to read. NEVER, and I mean NEVER had I gone to try and donate 5 times and not ONCE was my blood pressure gotten. And I mean it when I say Grifols would have a hard time too, however not like this. It's like none of them know how to take blood pressure on a fatter person. And every single time I would go in they would have different rules for it. One time t

I've been going for several months now, the facility is nice enough, and the staff is pretty friendly. The wait times, however, are either short and sweet or long and arduous. In my experience, it's the latter, and you're usually in for a minimum of two hours per visit. There's not a "good day" to go, and this seems to be pretty even across all days of the week, particularly Friday. The kicker is that there appears to be plenty of space, but it's not used. So it seems that the long wait times are a combinat

Every time I come the lines keep getting worse and worse. Took 2 hours last time to get into a seat. This time it looks like it might be 3 hours. They really need to cut out about half the appointment slots. Most people would just choose another time slot. Especially since you are suppose to eat 3-4 hours before donation which has left me hungry in the middle of donation even if I eat in the parking lot. I edited it because the people working here have always been nice. I feel bad for the workers and don't

The first appointment took way longer than anticipated. For future reference, a first time donor should be notified that the initial visit will be a few hours long. It worked out ok for me because I had no other obligations that day, but if I had, it would have been a major inconvenience for me and for the staff. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and efficient. Also, the wording on the questionnaire needs to be changed. The questions were very misleading, causing me to put the wrong answers. I was told that

Ihad not donated plamsa for 34 years. The process was smooth. I did not have to wait to check in. I never waited in any line for more than 5 minutes. Everything was explained to me throughout the process. Every staff member was pleasant and professional. All my questions were answered and I understood everything. The facility was clean and the overhead music was a nice touch. Ive already booked my next donation. Booking is easy and payment is immediate. Thanks to all the staff for making the pr

Be warned?their scheduling system is flawed and will screw you out of the weighted 2d donation compensation. Happened to me 2 times in past month Completed donation 1/2 fine, but had an out of range reading in my 2d donation screening and was told to drink more water and return next day, When I tried to reschedule via the app (and the workers got same error when I asked them to reschedule me) I couldn't. Error message said can't donate less than 2 days in a row or more than twice a week. I even tried to p

Wait times are horrible I stood in line for 2+ hours and people still kept getting placed in front of me. For 50 ? I didn't think I'll be coming back here and I hope they find more staff . That's ridiculous what's the point of setting an appointment may as well be walk in.

This is so ghetto you'd think it's Russia. I called (4/27/25) and got a recording that they were closed for business for weather and hoped to reopen on ?11/8? then just went to voicemail. Never rang. No idea if this place still operates but WOW.

Worst experience ever, waited in line FOR HALF AN HOUR before anyone helped me 3 people doing the check ins and still took awhile never taken this long wasn't even that busy but had a line for no reason. Finally got in the back too donate. Waited another 20 miniutes before I even started to donate been here plenty of time with less staff working and got in and out in no time this was ridiculous very unprofessional will not be back!! But they had plenty of time to chit chat with one another instead of helpin

All employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. However, the wait times are rough as standing so long is hard on a senior. The quickest I've ever been done is 2 hours--the longest is 5.5 hours.

Absolute worst plasma place I've been to. A simple physical just to donate, will take several hours, all because they have only one doctor and he places new donors absolutely last. Seriously you have all those empty offices and only one person who can do this? Why not train someone else to help or at least rotate or something. I waited three hours after my appointment just to be ignored by their one doctor who works extremely slow. What is the point in even scheduling an appointment when someone with a red

It's a good way to make money if you're really struggling, but I personally just don't find the wait times worth it to me. Everyone, and I mean everyone and their mother comes here. I've only donated 5 times, and the fastest I got through was exactly 3 hours and 30mins. That's 2 hours of waiting and 1 hour of pumping and then 35 minutes of waiting for the phlebotomist to get me out of the chair. Every other time is 4+ hours. Also, some phlebotomists are a little too confident in their abilities and they in

Best place to donate and wonderful people work here sometimes the wait is long or u gotta sit for a miniute but it's understandable when there busy I don't mind. Did hear a lady complain about sitting in the chair too long brjre they put the needle in her arm but the workers were doing their job and were busy workers did great handling how rude the lady was u don't have to donate plasma lady if u think they take too long ur getting paid to do this be grateful . What a wonderful team that works here

I was unable to donate at this location. A woman came to the front to talk with me because my questionnaire had a flag on it to talk to staff. My confusion was cleared up quickly however replaced with frustration at the manner I was spoken to. I began moving away many times to leave the conversation, and in hindsight, should have just left her talking to herself instead of continuing to engage. Her talking only led to her asking more biased and assuming questions. It became clear to me the intention wasn't

I book early appointments, that way I'm in and out in about an hour and a half, 2 hours tops. The staff is great and this is the first place that hasn't bruised my arms. Great experience overall ??

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at BioLife Plasma Services! From my very first visit, I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is spotless, and the environment feels sterile and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely make the entire process a breeze. They make sure every step is done with care and efficiency, making it as comfortable as possible for donors. Booking and managing appointments is also super easy, and I love how streamlined the w

Bailey did an amazing job. The needle used for donating is quite large, that being said he did such an amazing job I didn't even feel the stick. I will ask for Bailey when I go in for continued donations.

If you're not in a hurry this is a great way to make some extra cash. They sometimes struggle with being short staffed but attempt to make it a smooth experience each time. Only a select few of the staff are crusty and most are kind and personable. Hopefully they figure out the staff/ appointment ratio sooner than later to limit the excessive wait times to get your donation started closer to the appointment time.

I had an appointment, for what little good it did. I even arrived early - almost half an hour ahead - and it was still almost two hours after my appointment time before I even got in to see the nurse/doctor/whoever does the medical history, only to be immediately deferred because I'm on insulin - something that is not mentioned in the eligibility requirements on your website, and isn't mentioned during the computer questionnaire as a medication that might cause deferral. Wasted two hours of my day (I arrive

There's very little staff and the wait time is close to 3 hrs. I have been standing in line for 2.5 hrs already and I still haven't made it to a bed. This is ridiculous. Going to lose lots of donors if they can't get it together. On a good note: the staff that is here is amazing. Just need more staff.

Be ready to waste four hours or more of your day here, and don't let the online ads mislead you about how much new donors get paid either because it's certainly not $800 for your first month On the good weeks you can get 115$ but most the time is 105 to waste your time twice a week Really wouldn't waste your time going to this place. My most recent appointment was at 925 am and it's nearly 11 am as I write this and I have yet to begin donating or even get sat down at a machine Not to mention that I've almos

The staff is amazing. It seems they are under staffed most of the time and they handle it grace. I would like to see more staff. Especially at the finger prick station. A lot of times there is only 1 person and a long line waiting.

It is an honor to be healthy enough to help provide medicine for those in need, from the plasma procedure. Every visit to BioLife has been a very positive experience.

No one can pick up the phone ever. I have left 7 or 8 messages in the last year. Only got one call back. Have a question but I might just have to drive up here.

Staff does a good job and has been very friendly, but lack of staffing makes waits longer then I feel should be expected especially since there is a reservation process which I would think would help with knowing the volume of people who would be showing up every hour. Also. Some of questions on the questionnaire need to be re-worded. I seem to miss the same question alot. The staff always says,"people miss that one all the time".....yet it has never changed. After I posted this I read the other reviews

Exceedingly long wait times and not the brightest people working there. They sent me away one day after waiting for 45 minutes to be seen because my heart rate was "three points too high" even though my blood pressure was fine. The guy didn't know how to properly fit or position the blood pressure cuff appropriately so when the machine timed out he counted it as a bad blood pressure reading, the second reading was normal but my heart rate was the three points too high so he said he had to get an MA to take

Complaint: Be prepared to wait 2 1/2 - 3 hours. No exaggeration, 2 hours of waiting to get your vitals checked/be assigned a bed. 1 hour for the actual plasma withdrawal. Solution: More staff is needed. Both the vital checks and the donation area need at-least 2 more personnel per section. personal experience: 20 people were ahead of me, it took me a little shy of 3 hours from the time I've finished my questionnaire via pc to the time I completed my donation. Recommendation to the donor(s): Wear comfort

Once again Janice was fantastic! Excellent professionalism & personable!! AMANDA was so helpful at the front desk & getting me set up for my physical. She makes the process so smooth! 11/14/2024 JANICE?I was so fortunate to get Janice again. Talk about a great employee, she's one. Ask for her if you can! 11/10/2014

While it's a very clean facility, the wait times are ridiculous. Even when it's a slow day, they often have only one (maybe two) people to check you in for the day. Often those checking you in seemed more concerned with socializing the getting things done in a timely manner. It's very frustrating knowing if I'm gonna donate plasma it's gonna take at minimum 3-4 hours. Once you're in a bed it gets better but the way the ?front? portion is run is extremely inefficient. If there isn't enough staff to optimize

Complete waste of my time. Can't get a 17 gauge needle in my vein ??? My perfectly healthy vein?? Perhaps you need a refresher course for your phlebotomists.

Such a great experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Annnnd it's always a great experience helping to save lives and getting a little cash in return for doing so. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!

Biolife is an excellent service and provides professional, safe, and convenient blood services. I highly recommend them. Their protocols in place provide a safe, clean, and healthy service.

Update - Best phlebotomists ever! I have scar tissue and it can really hurt to have that big needle stuck in me. Rachel inserts the needle so well I cannot even feel it! Janice is likewise great! Little to no pain when either of them sticks me. Both know and care about their donors, and work hard to do a great job. They are knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and pleasant to be around. When I see either of these two amazing women. I know I'm in good hands. I hope biolife takes care of them so they'll never

I waited in lines (both checkin and waiting for a chair) for 3 hours! Why do you take appointments and then have this happen. Ridiculous! And why don't you add benches for us to rather than making us stand ? I was told that 5 people had called out sick (day after Thanksgiving)- fire their asses! I addition, there was no toilet paper in the women's restroom (and the lady in standing in line next to me had already told them as she left the line to use the restroom) At least 2 hours later when I used the

This location is way overbooked, maybe short on staff. This is starting to be impossible to donate. Why schedule an appointment if the times are not close to being respected?? My appointment was at 12:55, it is 2:30 and I'm not even seated at the donation beds/chairs with 4 people ahead of me still. Then, adding the time it'll take to be connected to the machine plus the donation itself. I'm heading out of here.

I've only been here twice. The first time was a pretty good experience. I was there for over 3 hours but that was because I had to have my physical and plasma draw that day. The gal that hooked me up was awesome!.. I barely felt the needle going in and there was hardly any bruising after. I went back last week and they were apparently short-staffed. They only had one person doing the screening and check-in process. Anytime someone new came in they got bumped to the front of the line. That meant the line al

Had a new Technician blow out my arm because of inexperience this Tuesday so I can't donate again until next week. I guess I have to ask for the lead technician in the future. I love donating and the staff is incredible, but maybe bump up on the training.

Hello Folks, we have been donating for years at the same place, Grifols-Talecris. Found this gem (BioLife plasma services) online and decided to give it a try. First impressions are...impressive! First thing you notice when you walk in is how clean, modern and up to date the facility is. The staff is off the chain friendly and attentive! (No one wants to be treated like cattle, or a piece of meat moving through the processing plant. so this was a pleasant surprise.) So far it appears this location has the

The wait time to get screened is a turn off. It often takes 1-2 hours before being seated in a bed. They need more staffing up front to do the screening. Also, please implement a number system for the screening so that people can sit down and wait for their number to come up instead of having to stand up for hours. Show current wait time on the app.

With the shortage of saline you have to drink two sports drinks and eat a snack. The center failed to order sugar free drink options and refused to allow me to provide my own. I went in a week later when I was told the sugar free options would be available and they were not. They don't answer phone calls or return voice mails so I had to go in only to find out that they still have not fixed the issue.

They are so slow! Been STANDING (they don't have places for you to sit) in this line for over an hour and I haven't even gotten to a bed yet. This is RIDICULOUS! They should hire people. They keep anyone bcz they don't pay them to actually care.

I LOVE being able to adjust my appointments online. I was flexed off early from my job and was able to come in an hour earlier than my original appointment time! Nice! If I'm running a little late and another time slot is available, I can adjust that way, too. Your staff at this location are all professionals who are easy to chat with - which puts me at ease, and they're efficient at their work. However, you are so short staffed at this location, on 4/14/2024 I had to wait 1.5 hours just to get to the place

The wait times are long and there are no chairs to sit in while you wait. I've stood in line sometimes over 90 minutes. I rarely go anymore because sometimes I spend almost 3 hours between waiting and donating. I'm sure a lot of the donors would appreciate chairs to sit in while waiting. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Please either stop scheduling so many donors at once or get chairs to sit in while waiting, or both.

I wish I could give varying stars for different areas. Your hardworking employees get five stars. The cleanliness of your facility gets five stars. The employees are working hard, clearly stressed, and frustrated with a staffing shortage but remain professional, courteous, and friendly. If you are that short staffed (particularly a decline or over the last several months) that's leadership/management issue that should be addressed. Wait times have gone from a little over an hour to sometimes three hours. T

I was offered a promotion and for whatever reason I did not receive the compensation as they described. When I brought it to the attention of staff and they gave it to management for further investigation. I never got a call or answer to the issue. I left several messages on the facility vm. Never heard back and they never gave me the compensation I was signed up for. After 2 weeks of leaving messages and no call back from anyone I have just decided to stop trying and that being said I will not be

Very long.Wait lines just to get tested before you can even get on a bed to donate. In the past week I have waited 1 hour in line just to get tested. My back was hurt and my feet were hurting it was horrible. All because corporate allows too many peoples appointments at once hoping that one third will drop out. They don't even allow the manager of the office to adjust the appointment times overflow. I feel sorry for the employees. They do their best to keep up!

. You should not have to spend three hours for a 45 minute donation. I don't know who's running this facility but new management needs to take place. They are understaffed. They are understaffed! They are understaffed! Everything else gets five stars, but?? It is clear to everyone waiting in line for an hour and a half that the person in charge of the staffing should be fired. You need more employees.

The entire donation process needs a serious overhaul. It doesn't take someone with a project management degree to figure out that the process desperately needs to be streamlined?it's good business sense and the right thing to do for the donors. Biomat Plasma has a great system in place, and I strongly recommend adopting it?or something similar. The current system you're using is ineffective at every step. It's time to do better.

Sheeka, Rachel and all the staff were amazing to work with. Highly recommend you check them out!

Cyndee and Ariana where the best for my first donation day u was differed by a different nurse before my donation day a Russian man but he was a good man as well much appreciated ??

All the people currently working at my location in Colorado Springs on space center drive are amazing! However I can see they are overworked and they do not have sufficient staff to keep up with the demand. I have waited in line at some times for two hours. I have seen people just leave as a result including myself. I think more people would benefit from this life giving donation if they had enough staff.

Had an appointment scheduled for 6am. Got to the location at 5:30am so I could be the first one in and out; I have to go straight to work after my appointment. When I get inside, the computer tells me I did not have an appointment at that time. I speak to an employee who tells me that every once in a while the company changes appointments on their end to limit amount of people at one time and, every once in a while, the system glitches and it will not notify the person of the change. The staff is great, b

Worst place. Long waits, rude employees, unorganized organization. Everytime I come its a bad experience. Today Sheeka was extremely rude for no reason

This was my annual physical with donation appointment. Even though I had a scheduled time the wait to see the nurse was extremely long. There was three other people waiting and only of those was a physical, but only one of three nurses was helping people. It seemed like a much longer process than needed to be, especially with an appointment I had to book so far in advance due to availability.

I was absolutely terrified but after April eased my nervousness Sommer got me past the stick and Emily walked me through the process. Well done ladies

A little bit of wait but after that wait and completing all the necessary checks. Staff member Nathan was so friendly and helpful that all my doubts and questions were answered. Wait time is almost 3-4 hours. totally unacceptable.

First off, 5 stars for staff, they have always been professional, polite, and kind, no issues with them. Corporate gets 2 star. The "point system" wasn't slick, we all noticed how you reduced payouts $5-10 from every regular donation. The "points" we get to exchange for charity dinations or cash, work out to be 200 points per donation and you need 1200 points to exchange for $5 back on the card. That is 6 donations to get $5 back of the $30-60 you sneakily already took away. Point system was all smokescreen

Never consistent. I was scheduled to donate at 12:10 was on my way up there. Called to verify what was needed. Told me they were closing at 12. I would've just been stuck there. Must be really nice to screw people over. I don't care if you are short staffed. You fulfill your obligation

I wish I could give ratings to different areas as there are things about Biolife that are exceptionally off the charts! I've had very few issues with the screening process and getting stuck by the phlebotomists. They are amazing and friendly! For the front line staff that I see frequently I'd give 4 stars! The issue I have is the lack of consistency with what I assume would be corporate and or management decisions. Wait times and staffing issues are obviously impacting the employees that are trying to do a

If you're a regular donor you may get offered less compensation than a donor than an infrequent donor. My wife and I have had a difference of up to $20. There are frequent disputes about compensation which are usually chalked up to change of policy and fine print grey areas (i.e. changing the fiscal week end of the to Monday instead of Sunday so to throw off pay schedules) or not completing a donation and counting it as a donation but not for compensation purposes. It almost always takes 45 minutes to an ho

The phlebotomists are informative and attentive. Plan to spend a few hours between check in and finishing with donation, bring a blanket, hydrate prior to going. And bring a good podcast, playlist, or audio book to enjoy. Wear short sleeves if possible so they have easy access to veins (or a tank and cardigan) I keep a snack in the Jeep for afterwards, but they always ask how I feel before I leave to ensure I'm okay. The money is in my account before I even leave and is accessible. If you plan on going af

Once you can get in for the physical, which took 5 hours total wait time on 2 attempts, the actual donation is fine. Wait times can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 2+ hours, even with an ?appointment.? Sadly it's impossible to know how long it will take, so I don't donate often.

The time it takes to complete donations is insane now. From the time i walk in the door til the time i walk out has been between 2 and 3 hours each time. I get that staffing is an issue, but its been that way for a few years now, not just something thats just started...the staff itself is great, but the payout for donating isnt worth the time it takes to complete the process. The point system sucks too...about to start searching elsewhere to donate. Ive been coming here for about 6 years now

I have been turned away 2 days in a row due to low staff as it is 30 minute drive to and from this location I'm very disgruntled to have my time wasted and to not be compensated due to negligence facilities part for not being prepared. Do not recommend anyone to donate here as I have also waited multiple times 3 to 5 hours to donate on multiple occasions.

The employees at BioLife are amazing! They are always friendly and competent. I have never been in there when employees are wasting time or not helping people as quickly as possible. There is a poster on the wall that talks about having patience with the employees due to time issues. Why wouldn't I have patience with the workers, it's not their fault people are having to stand in line longer than it takes to actually give plasma. Corporate needs to get their act together and either not overbook or schedule

I had a pleasant experience with Amanda at BioLife. She was courteous, very patient and helpful.

I'm not sure what the point of having appointment times is if you have to wait in line to wait in another line for hours before actually doing a donation. When half of the beds are open but not staffed it's very hard to just stand in line for hours. Hire more people or cap the line times.

I came in at 6:15am as a new donor. Went through all the steps which took exactly 2 hours. By 8:30 a.m. I was finally able to sit down to donate. I guess the rookie people on deck couldn't find a vein and told me I can't donate that I need to drink 50 million gallons of water so they could find a vein. Even though I donated blood for free before and they easily found my vein first try. What a waste of time. You could easily waste 2 hours of your day just to find out the rookies can't find your vein. Just k

The staff is great, But It can take 2.5 to 3 hours with wait time. It makes no sense to have an appointment schedule when they over schedule and you're still waiting close to an hour and half. The donation process is normally and hour, but to be waiting for an additional hour or two when you've made an appointment is a lot to ask of donors .
