They're doing too much training, not enough staff to get people on the machines and often machines in a timely manner. I have been done donating for about 15 minutes and I'm still sitting on the machine. Update so I came in for my second donation and I was retaliated. Great place. All the employees are nice and there much quicker then I expected. They it takes like 3 hours for your first donation which is the longest, but even then they get you through quickly. You only have to wait if all the donation chairs are taken. I had a problem with my heart rate going about 100, because I have bad anxiety from the Military. Look, the staff is nice, the machines are okay with occasional issues. But the wait times are absurd. An appointment is a time slot, what is the point of a time slot if I don't even get stuck until 90 minutes later? It's just absolutely insane. Still props to the staff. I know they're trying their best but something with the system needs to be changed. For both donor and staffs sake.

Staff was great. Machine or their virus detection is faulty had a reactive but non reactive twice and I had gone to my personal clinic to get tested and all came back negative both times and when I brought the information to the nurse after I was told I would?ve gotten a call a week before I had to go out of my way to come into the facility to be told ?even that your negative, you are still not able to donate again? I was hurt after over a dozen donations and 2 faulty tests on their end and now I cannot don

They are often understaffed but the people they do have are great. Jean Luc is super cool to talk to and makes the experience a lot better. The new manager seems like a fantastic guy as well

Wasn't happy last time I TRIED to donate. I am an absolutely healthy person. If I had to rate myself I'd say I rate 8 out of ten. I had my blood pressure checked and it was too low. They waited ten minutes and checked again then my heart rate was extremely high. Did not make sense. Two other individuals right before me were also sent home for low blood pressure and the lady right after me was sent home as well. All four of us went to the same lady to get checked. I have no idea if there were any more issues

The guy deferred me today because my blood pressure was 102 I know anything over 140 is high blood pressure I missed out on 55$ and you guys definitely need more workers I waited in line 45 minutes just to have my vitals taken get a better system!! Came all the way across town and rushed to make it there on time. Was excited to donate fulfilling my obligation to serve community. scheduled appt. Then remembered I had a cortizone injection a couple days ago. Called (4) times to see if that was issue. NO answer, had to cancel appt.

This place is ridiculous. The machines are great. Staff is nice but the wait times are awful. I have come here and waited over an hour just to get stuck. What is the point of signing up for a time frame when you are going to end up waiting anyway? Then when your machine is done, you wait forever to get unhooked. My time is worth more than this. Where should I start?? Was told from the start that by the time I finish doing 80 that the money would be on my card that they issue me well it wasn't it wasn't on there the next day I didn't get paid until Monday when I had to go back in and get another card ssue to me at my cost. Then do you have two phlebotomists over stick me go through my vein and eat my tendon so now every time I've been down I get a sharp pain and numbness down my arm it is a really weird place

I had a very positive experience on my 1st visit to BioLife plasma services. I'm happy to be able to donate and I appreciate the professionalism of everyone I've encountered.

The staff is friendly and caring. Always vigilant with my care. They are always willing to answer questions to ensure a healthy donation.

They need more staff! Sometimes you will stand in line for a long time and sometimes it takes a few minutes to get the needle out when donation is completed. Very friendly staff though.

Been here since 11am. An still waiting to donate. Had to do the physical. John screening was so slow. Had to wait 50 min past my appointment just to start the process. It 1pm and finally able to start to donate. This place was really good when opened. Now it the worst in the qc.

Unbelievable slow. I made a appointment for 4 for my first appointment they made me sit for 45mins as they took one returning customer after another that got there after me. Only thing I like about this place is that it's super clean and it's less busy. But the machines take too long and keep turning off even when I'm pumping, which takes more time. Also the compensation is only like a hundred a week now. I'm thinking bout going back to Csl I'm not sure what happened to the bonuses. This place is constantly under staffed. When you ask the supervisor why it's taking so long, they respond that there isn't anything they can do. They don't run this place well. Corporate needs to look at the wait times.

The donating process isn't bad, it is just the waiting time. Even with an appointment, I still don't sit down until an hour after.

In my experience the first day took 4 hours. Each visit has gotten better and faster. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I have noticed that new donors have been getting through the process faster. I appreciate how the staff makes sure your comfortable and ready to donate.

No real issues with on floor staff...can tell that managers are poorly trained thus resulting in large employee turn over.

My working schedule always varies so the appointments don't always work in my favor. Even with them having you make an appointment you can still be there for a minimum of two hours. I had came back for a bonus they were offering and they had taken a blood sample, well they lost it and when they finally came back saying I could donate again they wouldn't reinstate my bonus. The employees at this BioLife plasma services are kind, helpful, and caring. They are also very efficient and move things along pretty quickly - even when they are busy. There are times when you have to wait (even when you had an appointment scheduled), but the wait is not usually very long. The building is very clean, and welcoming.

I went in when it was super busy. The staff was super friendly and kept up pretty well with the influx of donors and new donors. I had a negative reaction to donating plasma. However the staff was incredible. They were fast to respond, fast to help fix the issue, and knowledgeable about why it could?ve happened. The person who stuck me did a great job. I have no bruising. I thought by having appointments they would be a little quicker and less lines but I was wrong. I have sat waiting to be stuck for 50 minutes once and 30 minutes several times. At the place I donated at before I was usually in and out within an hour and I didn't have to make an appointment. I am finishing up the new donor commitment and will never be back. I will be going back to the other place where it doesn't take 2 hours for a regular donor. On a bright note, the staff is friendly at BiolLife.

I'm a qualified donor. However, I keep getting above normal pulse rates which are not accurate. I recommend doing manual pulse ratings in the future for second readings before sending someone home. Honestly, if it were high wouldn't you recommend going to a hospital? Very confusing. Unfortunately, because of the waiting times (1hr or more) and inconsistent rates I will no longer be returning and have cancelled all future appointments. Not worth the time or money. Rather spend it with my family.

I was having issues scheduling any visits further out because I had to have a physical. It got down to the last day of my physical. Once it was done, the days I normally would go were booked up. So I asked Nick if he could get me schedule at my time on my days for the next few weeks. He went above and beyond and got me scheduled at the time and days needed. Thanks so much, Nick! I was there for 2 1/2 hours finished The questionnaire they only had one nurse I told the nurse I've been there for over two hours and she said she didn't care. I told her I was gonna leave and she said that's fine. Go ahead and leave other people were coming in with the orange card And Immediately looked at by the nurse So, after all that waiting, I left very disappointed

I kept getting put in the wrong sections for my first time donation. Finally got to the physical. They said they can't poke threw a tattoo and that someone should have done a vein check on me sooner. Well my veins weren't "3 inches apart" so I'm not allowed to donate. Even though the staff said I had great veins. The staff is very nice and friendly, but the center needs work on the way they handle registration. I could've saved 2 hours of my time if someone would've checked my veins when I got there.

My experience was as follows: When I came in I felt greeted and comfortable, But then they started asking me for my social security card which I don't take out of my house this day in age... I thought about it and realized that they're just trying to make sure that I am who I say that I am. I wish they would have put something on the internet. I get bruises after every donation now. The last 4 times in a row and not small bruises either. Not worth it. There are maybe 3 people that care and seem to be knowledgeable. If you don't get one of them good luck. Also if they miss the vein and bruise up they've just told me ?it happens?, you get deferred next time due to bruising and don't even get a come back card. ?? I'll keep my veins intact. They also never respond to inquiry or even bother calling back even when medically related.

This place sets you up for failure. Appointments are booked a week out sometimes so if you miss yours, your practically screwed. Donor fees are reset on monday so if your first donation was Sunday and your 2nd tuesday its considered your first and get the first donar fee. Feels like a scam when u combine that with the appointment only thing would not recommend this place.

I used to donate at other plasma donation facilities. I donated for about six years, consistently, without issue. Then I stopped donating for a long time. Decided to try and start back up with biolife and ever since the very first day, I've had multiple encounters with employees telling I'll get deferred for things completely out of my control. I love coming here. The staff is great. The money is a bonus but knowing my plasma will help somebody in need is heart warming. I really love Jada every time i go 9/10 shes the one who pokes me. Shes super nice and makes sure she gets it on the first try. Ive only had 2 ppl stick me wrong and the amazing Brittney fixed it for them. Not really a fan. I don't understand why they make you schedule for donations. Coming from octapharma where we didn't have to it's almost busier in here. They messed up my paperwork, told me I could pick up where we left off after being deferred. I was pleasant about it, but upon my return I was told I have to start the whole 3 hr process from the beginning. After 2? hrs of sitting and waiting the first time around...

This place doesn't notify you when you're deferred until a later date because you had issues donating the first time and they still allow you to make an appointment and go all the way to their facility to tell you you can't donate until a later date!!!!! It's very unprofessional especially when you drove in the snow and ice to get there!!!!!

Was a first time donor at BioLife, but I've donated at CSL Plasma before! I went in and it took three hours almost 4 to complete everything!!! Wait was too long and the process was so unprofessional! Now for the bad part, if that was a bad enough! When I finally hit the beds for donations, it took a while before I was even poked and when I did get poked?the lady poked it and let go of the tube, allowing my blood to get all over my arm, leg, seat and my shorts! Make an appointment? Donating is something I do in my spare time. If I can't come in when I actually HAVE the time, then I'll just keep going to places like csl where I can come in at my convenience.

Even with a appointment, it's still super slow, looked like a lot of people hiding in the back, maybe they need to work on customer service instead of breaking balls about a social security card I've had since I'm 14 and now 54 , it's,been 45 minutes and I've only seen one card pulled out of 4 for new clients, but did see a walk in move to the front of the line ahead of everyone else

For their first day opening, I'm impressed! I had a great experience and the people were FRIENDLY. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and I imagine on a day that's not their grand opening it will be a bit faster.

Need to properly train their employees, one taking vitals said all 3 in a row had high pulse. All were sent home, she was not putting the cuff on the right way! It literally tells you on the cuff!

I know they are a new location gave them a couple try?s but you make an appointment and you won't get on the table for an hour after your appointment time and then 40 mins for your donation. Takes typically 3 hours to finish the whole process.

I've enjoyed donating at bio life! Fast friendly service. Good phlebotomist! The only thing I could recommend is that they could be a little bit quicker about dc?ing donors. That always seems to be a wait. Other than that great service!

First-time donor at Biolife I've been donating plasma for about 10 years, and so far, this is the best center I've donated at. the staff were very friendly, the center is clean, and those Aurora Machines are FAST! took 46 minutes from stick to saline, unlike the Nexsys Pcs 2 machines at other plasma centers, which took an hour and a half. (According to staff, when you're really hydrated, it can take about 20-30 minutes. my only complaint is that it's by appointment ONLY, and the center tends to be overbooke
