I highly recommend Biolife. Mrs Jenny is an amazing phlebotomist.You hardly fill the needle when it goes in your arm. The staff are all friendly and courteous. If you need anything, they always accommodate you. All in all, it's an amazing place to donate your plasma, and the pay is very good as well.

The people who work here are professional, kind, and efficient. They have a high volume of people coming in and out and they are able to make sure everyone is taken care of and has their questions answered. Not a single person I interacted with was rude or uncomfortable. I felt very taken care of, even when I passed out!! They didn't make me feel bad or silly, they checked my vitals multiple times, made sure they got my temperature back down, and made sure I had fluids and sugars. I would recommend this pla

Today was my FIRST of many visits to come! The entire process, from walking in through the door and exiting, took exactly 2 hours and three minutes. And that's been a new donor! Incredibly fast all the way around. Atmosphere: clean. Staff: attentive. Restrooms: satisfactory. Friendliness: on point. I love this center the supervisor Terrance is absolutely great and gets things done, is always willing to help someone even they need it, another outstanding person is Tanisha, with her wonderful personality and kindness to people. Won't be back. Last time I went?.i waited an hour?..got called back and was hooked up after other people that had came after I did. Which is total crap. I walked out and didn't donate because of that. If I was the only person waiting and then had people come WELL after I did??.why are they getting hooked up to the donation machine before I am? My last donation on Friday was a great success. I was lucky to have the privilege to be serviced by phlebotomist Rebecca C. She stuck me perfectly where I did not feel even a pinch. She checked on my vitals during my donation process. And she also grabbed my arm the way that I like it, high top and low bottom with a secure middle. I have had mixed experiences with BioLife but if Brie is checking me in there is always an issue. Usually the employees are nice and respectful but some of them shouldn't be working with the public. They have no compassion or empathy. Recently I have had 3 bad experiences in a row starting with the location in Casselberry. It took 2.5 hours to get new registration down. Nurse Rose was rude and disrespectful. She first asked if I speak English. Then she gave a beef Jerky and pointed it said eat it now, eat it now. Overall place is ok employees are beyond respectful and nice easy login and easy booking schedules but the problem I have is I've had SEVERAL Delayed payments after donating couldn't even feed myself afterwards because of their compensation delays besides that co workers are not coordinated they sit a lot of people down in the donating chairs and only have like one person taking care of 6 and after you're done takes that same employee another lifetime to unneedle you wrap you up and send you on your way and

My experience with bioplasma has been up and down , however if there's one thing that stays consistent is one of there employees named Terrance. Without Terrance I think that place would fall apart. Just my opinion.

I was told that my iron levels were too low. My iron is never low, and it's never been a problem. My diet didn't change in the past week to affect that, lol. I think they just didn't want to work because they were about to close. I'm not going back. The person who checked me seemed sketchy anyway. If you don't care about the money part of donating, go elsewhere, seriously. If you do go here, try to get someone who cares to help you. First time I went I was there for 4.5 hours. Two times in a row after that, was there for 3hours. Didn't start donation process until 90-120mins after my appt time, almost passed out from having to wait so long after eating/drinking. Staff is very friendly, just need more workers.

Yesterday was my first visit to a BioLife location, however, I am not new to the donation process. I can not say enough good things! Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. This is by far the best location I have ever had the pleasure to donate at and I look forward to many future visits!

I really tried to learn to love this place. I initially started donating back in June 2024 as a new donor. Waited about 5 hours but gave grace because I'm new and it's a new location. Came back 3 months later as a regular donor and waited 3 hours. Same in December. Gave it one last chance today and same thing. Was very frustrating seeing people who got here after me leave first with other phlebotomists. Been donating almost every week at other locations and will definitely say this location is a no go unles

If you want a funny and experienced staff this is the place. Destiny and Brandon are some of the best people I have met. Both can shove a needle in you and feel no pain i highly recommend them if you visit.

I have donated plasma many times... They said that my tattoos were too close to my veins... Seems ridiculous to me. Also understand this staff is highly unprofessional... I've heard the words "I don't care" between employees way too many times for a medical center. I wouldn't be surprised if you can contract something from this place

Horrible experience, I've been donating for the past 25 years at grisfold plasma center, California. And, this center said I can't use a commercial address for donation, and they will not allow any donation to any homeless people. Only people that have million dollar residential homes can donate...

My first appointment was great. I expected it to take a long time so that didn't bother me. I ate a full meal before I went and I drank plenty of water. When I was finally hooked up to the machine I had a supervisor and a trainee hooking me up and overseeing me. I had no issues and no pain, so I scheduled another appointment. Nurses are good and professional BUT some not all Technicians especially the Head Technicians have bad attitudes, rude and unprofessional. They don't treat everyone the same. Even though Head Technicians were than a few feet from me wiping down beds, the alarm went off at least 7 times alerting the Donation is complete, they took six minutes to take the needle out of my arm and prior to inserting needing the Technician the didn't let alcohol dry which causes burning when needle is inserted. The facility is nice and everything is new, people seem pleasant and professional, my only problem is every single visit has been 2 to 3 hours long occasionally 4 hours on just a regular visit. It's about an hour and a half usually at kedplasma. Im not sure I'll come back after this next week. They have "appointment only" visits but you end up just waiting at the back of the line anyways. Everyone working was so kind, happy, and calm! I was there when an audit was being performed and no one seemed nervous about it which made me feel very comfortable. It was the easiest donation I've ever had (I have done blood and platelets before - I've had a painful needle insertions, nearly passed out, and got a bruise every time. Here, I got none of that!) The area isn't bad, so even as a single young woman, I felt comfortable coming alone.

My first time being a donor I didn't have a good experience but I decided to go back and had Destiny who was so patient and understanding. I could barely feel her stick me when she did plus she's very experienced. She made me feel more at ease and comfortable.

Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. There are times when I'm done donating and I would have to wait a little longer than usual to leave. Sometimes there is too much talking amongst the employees instead of donor care. Probably need more employees at this location for it to function smoothly and more efficiently.

My patience for this place is at its limit. The employees should be tested for drugs regularly.

Great new location. They're closed on Sunday and Monday. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The first visit will take half a day. They are so busy at times it is hard for the staff to keep up. Make sure you make an appointment before going. Tuesday seems to be the busiest. Drink plenty of water before you go.

They pay new donors a bonus but it's a bait and switch. On my 3rd donation I was deffered because the computer showed I had loss of red blood cells which is untrue. I completed my donation which was followed up by saline. I was told there was a glitch in the computer system and IT was working on it. I was also told I was not the only one this happened to. Honestly the fastest plasma donation place I have been to. The only problem I would say is the disorganization when waiting. Staff told several of us to move out of the chairs to other chairs which resulted in some of us being skipped over. When I voiced this none of the staff seemed to care or take charge. Up until today I would've given this place a 4 star.

I scheduled an appointment for today and I referred my friend so we went up to the new Daytona Beach location together. We had our appointments scheduled for 12:00 PM and 12:15 PM. My first experience here and I must say they are very clean and professional. You must have an appointment so do that first but they are nice. They gave new donors a snack bag and water. Destiny explained the whole ?? experience down to the littlest detail. On top of that she kept checking up on me. Andrew disconnected me and they have new donors wait 15mins after donation so you don't faint etc. Overall I was very happy with the experience and I would recommend this place.

Laura usually screens me and she is the absolute best so I didn't want to leave her out. Jasmine however, screened me today and she was awesome as well. She's a very pleasant conversationalist and handled the process with extreme care. I've only been going here for a couple of weeks but I already love it here.

First I would like to say I donate to Red Cross all the time, so I thought why not get paid for it. So I tried Biolife and I was severely DISAPPOINTED by the process. It took 20mins just to get to the front desk to check in. The lady was definitely not in a hurry. I already signed up for my return visit. It does get a little cold while your donating so come prepared.

Yes the staff is nice but it is a business and it's not about the quantity of employees it's the quality and when you have 7 workers on the donor floor and donors are still waiting 2 hours to get poked when you opened an hour ago is unacceptable. Long review but PLEASE read! Just finished my new donor visits and I will not be back. I donated at CSL for over two years, so I had some idea about the process and never had any problems. Never used both arms at a donation, never bruised and never deferred for 8 weeks. The website doesn't work correctly and the phones don't work correctly. When you call you hear some woman's voicemail before you get to the bioplasma options. The wait is entirely too long, there are no chairs, and the employees need more training. I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from because have been a few times hoping things would change because they are new but it's the same thing every time and I haven't had these unpleasant experiences at other donation places.

Marley, Monesha, Gabby, and Terrence are the BEST! Can not hype this center up enough. World of a difference in attitude, cleanliness, and professionalism compared to KED. My only complaint is the nurse they brought over from KED(everyone knows the one I'm talking about without using her name, and that should speak volumes). She is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the way she talks to donors is disgusting. If they got rid of her, this place would truly be 10/10! :)

I came in today for my appointment with my daughter, whom was there before waiting in the waiting room. After I finished answering the questionnaires. I was told infront of everybody by a large white lady with black hair that she hisas the manager and my daughter is not allowed.
