Reviews Summary

Reviews show mixed experiences. Many praise the friendly, professional staff and efficient service, especially when appointments run smoothly. However, frequent complaints highlight long wait times, understaffing, poor communication (unanswered calls), and inconsistent policies. Some donors face rude behavior or technical issues, while others appreciate the cleanliness and care. Compensation changes and outdated systems frustrate regular donors. Positive experiences often note comfort and skilled staff, but negative ones cite disorganization, wasted time, and unfair treatment. Overall, satisfaction depends heavily on individual visits and staff interactions.

Absolutely not worth the time. On my initial visit I was turned away because I wasn't hydrated enough, which is perfectly fine, but the staff member who checked my veins was incredibly rude and had horrible customer service. I returned two days later having hydrated a lot and was checked and cleared by the same staff member who was equally rude this time around. They started the donation only to have to keep readjusting the needle and then called it off five minutes in because it ?wasn't working well?. If I

To warn others as this ain't on their website with deferment: SAVE A TRIP IF YOU'VE HAD CANCER, AUTOMATIC NO. I was not on any medication for it. It was caught early and so the affected area was removed. No chemo or anything. Just the surgery. That was 9 years ago. Went in with a good mood, friendly staff, blood tests were within their range to be able to donate and during the screening process after filling out their questionnaire, after them testing your blood, my mood did drop once I was told that I co

CSL is better. This place a waste of time. It's always a problem donating there. I will never return. I'm sure they don't care. Appointments aren't unnecessary. You should just be able to walkin like any other facilities. Anywhere else there's no problem. I don't think their staff is trained properly. Other facilities one poke. This place is like they playing Operation on you.

Stay away from this center. They no longer have a professional staff aside from the blonde lady that works the front. They will refuse to pay you at every turn for your time. For months I've observed the doctors there spending most of their time in their offices, on their phones doing idle things rather than showing care. And workers spending more time talking amongst themselves than watching people.

I've been donating 800 and some odd milliliters and been getting $50 on the 1st donation. June 16th 2025 BIOLIFE started factoring in height to how much plasma they can take from your body, the FDA approved this. Today June 17th 2025, plasma was collected from me through plasmapheresis in the amount of 1098 milliliters and I was compensated the same $50. Now what should happen is if you are going to compensate the person $50 then stick to only taking 880 milliliters. Problem solved. DO NOT take more t

I have had both good visits and concerning visits. But overall I would rate my donations at an 8 out of a possible 10. However I understand the recruiting of new patients requires you to offer larger payments for donations. But when a person has donated several times why can't the payment equal that of an new patient. Stands to reason to me, that an enrolled donor is less likely to discontinue his visits if his value is in question. 200 points redeems as less than a dollar a visit extra that all donors new

Faith made my physical easy and painless and Amber was very gentle with the needle stick during my donation! 10/10 will donate here again!!

Never thought in a million year I would be donating plasma because I hate needles and this is exactly why! I do not recommend unless your in a desperate situation! My 5th visit donating plasma and my last! Employee Chris sticker needle in wrong that caused a hematomas! The other staffs that noticed it didn't even cared, they just wanted to poke my other arm to keep donating but I ended it early because I'm not risking my health! If your able to work get a job and don't give away your liquid gold! Your

CLASSISTS!!!!! If there was a 0 they won it. They like to waste your time and if you live in a trailer park or low income area, you're trash to them. Really sucks they reject people over their finances instead of over the quality of their health and or plasma donation. Instead of being a resource for the community for extra income with a clean bill of health. Non-drug user, rarely occasional drink, healthy diet good hydration levels and participate in daily exercise. More clean than most, literally everyon

Two hours of my life that I'm not getting back. I understand that certain boxes need to be ticked prior to donation. Checking for good veins to draw from? Should probably be done before you've jumped through a million hoops, and are already in the chair, ready to donate. I got a granola bar out of the experience, rather than the $100 that I thought I was getting.

It wasn't bad at all, my only complaint was that they couldn't take my plasma because my person goofed up and forgot to label it or something so because of that it wasn't useable. But everyone was so nice and helpful and made my experience more calm and relaxing

First-time and staff was friendly and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. Definitely recommend looking up tips and what you need beforehand to make process easier ans faster for everyone. Also hydration is key. Didn't do the full 5 ? bc wish they had child care center open or in use for those that child care is hard to find. Especially for the second appointments and so forth (apps that are just donation only)

Laney is so awesome. Best phlebotomist ever. Love her bedside manner and the feeling of ease that she gives you. Def recommend you choose her when you donate!!!

I went for the first time and every employee i spoke to was super nice and helpful. They made it much less anxiety inducing.

This place should be more up front about what will disqualify you from being able to donate wasted half my day driving from Bentonville to Fayetteville got my finger prick, blood pressure tested and did a bunch of stuff only to go into an exam room and be told that I need to have my therapist sign off on donating because I've been previously diagnosed with PTSD. I guess I could have lied about it, but I thought it was important to be honest in a place of health. To be told that I need to go spend money to

The wait times are rediculus, 2hr-2.5hr minimum in and out lately and today was 3 hours start to finish. Having people wrapped literally around the whole inside of the building waiting to get processed. also slowing down more from new people coming in going to the front. You keep upping the number of appointments before you even have the staff to process everyone that's coming in. That being said the staff they do have has always been fantastic. I feel bad that they are having to deal with the mass of peopl

The visit was fast. Checking in, screening, waiting on a table. All personnel were awesome. HOWEVER, the fact that our "monetary reward" is going DOWN, and it is being trumpeted as a good thing? It has been $100 to $110 a week. Now it is $90? Let's not get into the fact that, when split, the lesser amount is credited-first.

The woman working at the front desk, Lizelle, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and abrupt. She stated "You're not going to waste my time" when I asked if I may use the third party authenticator after I called ahead to confirm I could. It appeared that everyone in line was taken aback by her behavior.

Unfortunately my time at this facility was short and unpleasant. I called ahead to confirm that I may use the third party authenticator, but when I was called to the front desk, Lizelle interrupted my screening to state that I cannot "waste her time". The man who was checking me in apologized and took her orders of dismissing me. Her unprofessionalism seemed to be noticed by the individuals in line as well.

It's my second time there and I'm happy with my care :) the staff are friendly and answer my questions make me feel comfortable and took care of while I'm there

Not sure how the whole thing goes. Couldn't donate because of something that is clearly obvious but unknown to me. However they let me waste about an hour of time knowing they were not going to let me donate. Definitely research thoroughly if you are planning on taking off work, driving 45 minutes, then sitting around for nothing

We all make appointments with the expectation that making an appointment means that clients will be spaced throughout the day according to the time-slots available and the staffing necessary to handle that flow of clients. This location is becoming well known for overbooking. I made an appointment for 10:55 and didn't exit until well after 1 pm. There was a line 30 people deep to wait for machines and 20 deep for the weigh-in/blood pressure. If they accept the bookings, they need to staff for the booking

Did not get paid for 5/25/2025, checked with nurse before leaving and they said it may take like 30 minutes no payment no one answers the phones DO NOT DONATE YOU WILL NOT GET PAID!

The experience was good because the people working in the facility are nice and helpful. They are quick, efficient, and friendly! The waiting line stinks but it's just part of the process and necessary to test each person for their safety.

All the staff is very friendly and caring. I have a problem though with the medical staff (nurses or doctors, not the staff that's out working with the clients. I'm talking about the ones that just sit in their office) and management that don't seem to have the time or care about calling clients back. When I have left messages to call me back about my results. The restrooms have always been clean and they are always keeping the donation area clean. I just wish that BioLife would quit changing the amount the

Donated for over 2 years, went in after my waiting period after having my son and got permanently differed because they lost record of a nose peircing I had well over 2 years prior. waste of time, so little money, and the longest lines. 0/10 don't recommend but the staff is wonderful and very sweet.

This place is ridiculous!!! There is always a wait and they never are fully staffed. You guys need to hire more people and get the rest of the machines set up so people can get in and out of there in a timely manner!! I miss the early days when there was no wait! I scheduled my appointment at 2:40 and it is currently 3:17 and I am still in line waiting to donate. There is currently 15 people in line. I think a lot of it is pure laziness on managements part not wanting to hire more people.

I showed up on time for my appointment. The system was down AGAIN! Hey...thats the fault of this place being too cheap to hire professionals and have good quality business software! It is not our problem and we shouldn't loose our money in showing up on time and should be compensated!!! Hell, I even went back to get the main idiots of this joke factory and they were still leaving the doors open and people coming in. All so they can go back to sucking people dry the second their garbage computer system comes

I love the people but the wait times are ridiculous. My appt was at 1:10, it is now 1:57 and I'm still standing in line behind 6 people to give plasma. And there are 6!people behind me. There is no sense of urgency and way too much talking between the techs. It doesn't seem like our time matters. There are very few people actually sitting in the chairs. And we won't talk about the pre exam line.

The staff is so kind and skilled. I especially appreciate Gwen, who has been skilled at getting my IV to stick on the first try during multiple visits, and Starlla who seems to always put me in a pleasant mood. I initially started donating for the financial benefits, but now that I've learned more about plasma donation and the treatments that use them, I know I would continue donating even if there was no compensation for donors. My one complaint about the center is that the music is often very loud and ove

I waited for 2 hours to be seated today and last time I waited for over an hour and a half. Apparently they lost 17 employees in 12 months which says a lot about management. The wait time has always been bad, about an hour, but lately it's been way too long. I see many things that management could do to alleviate the long wait times like actually help out. Management is definitely the problem here.

I had surgery on my left arm. Went to donate. They told me since my LEFT Arm wouldn't lay flat I couldn't donate. Funny since then; I've given free blood over 30 times since then. Had blood drawn for doctors visits. But Nope BioLife needs only people with good left arms, apparently. Or maybe just a bag employee. Which that might just scare me, if they don't know what they're doing??

Overall experience has been positive, staff are relatively friendly and helpful .The only thing I see is that during busy days, staff like to chatter and complain about other staff members while standing next to us as we are donating. Not sure that is appropriate. That would be my only concern, I however would recommend anyone to use your services, payouts are good and immediate.

Good service and well-trained staff from the first appointment, I make my 9th donation and the staff very professional

I went there for the first time thinking it might be cool to help out and donate plasma. I was referred. They told me my iron was one point too low for their purposes and I should eat certain foods and try again tomorrow. I went back the next day and the nurse said that because I had a blemish on my arm they couldn't take my plasma that day either and to try again and they wouldn't even check my iron to see if it was in range so I would know. HUGE waste of my time, gas, and effort.

I have been donating for a few months. My disappointment is in the increasing wait time. Last time I donated stood in line for 2 hours before I was called to donate. Hopeful this improves back to where it use to be of at most 15-20 minutes and recommend seating and calling numbers versus standing the entire time.

This place used to be a good place to go to but the past few months you are here 2-3 hours waiting in line for a bed. It's ridiculous because today my appointment was 3pm and I got my vitals done and then I stood in like for an hour and there was still 15 people ahead of me. BioLife you need to get your crap together like come on I used to only spend a little over an hour here and that's before yall upgraded your machines. Heck I even noticed yall were short staffed so I had my wife apply to work here and s

5 STAR SO THIS GETS SEEN It appears they hire new employees often and immediately increase appointment slots. Obviously this is a problem I'm confused on how the higher up?s haven't noticed. It's leading to the employees being noticeably stressed. When the lines wrap into the daycare room on a daily basis it's a problem. If you do go to donate bring a tent and food for a couple days. You'll be in line at least that.

I have been trying to reach someone for two days. I called 12 times yesterday, and left a message after my first call. No one answered their phone or called me back. I called today, reached someone, and was put on hold for 5 minutes before being disconnected. I called back 24 more times and no one answered the phone. I left another message and no one called me back. EDIT: I left a message on the BioLife website and never heard from anyone.

Better hope you have a permanent address in a house.Otherwise you waste your money and time to come over here because they don't bother to tell you things they don't accept

The staff is very well trained and very interpersonal. I suffer from trypanophobia, and yet I have been donating at BioLife for 6 years. It's the staff. They know how to make you feel comfortable. I always feel like I'm in the best hands.

In and out within 1 hour - wow! My appointment today was at 8:20, you can see in the screenshot they already had me finished with the donation by 9:20. This biolife has worked really hard in the last year to improve their intake time and of course the new machines help as well.

Ooooh my god !! Longest lines of any place I've ever been to!!! They make you set up an appointment and then you end up waiting in the forever long lines for hours!! My appt was for 5:50, didn't make it to a donation chair until 7:20!!! An hour and a half of my time wasted in line !! They need to make fewer appointments or figure out a way to speed the screening process up!!! Unacceptable - the website says return donors spend 45 mins each time - HA!! Not true at all !! Didn't leave the facility unti

Most of the staff are sweet, but the old lady at the front desk with the curly blonde hair was insanely rude to me. I was also allowed to make an appointment, but I wasn't allowed to donate because of the seven day rule so I wasted my time driving over there just for the front desk lady to be rude to me because of an issue with their system.

Overall I like BioLife. But this last donation took over 2 hours. I waited for over an hour for a need to open. It would be nice if more sections were opened but they are also understaffed, but I know they're working on it, I see them training people.

As a donor and former employee, I can say great things and terrible things about this place but where to start. This donation facility is top of the line compared to the competition in the area, with workers busting it each day trying their best to get the task done at hand. The donation (majority of the time) goes swimmingly and I get a couple extra bucks in my pocket. Other than that the bad outweighs the good. The employees who I call my friends and got to know over my time there at Biolife, ask me if I

Since I have been here it's been amazing here! I love feeling like I'm helping out in any way I can!, the staff is amazing, & Boden deserves a metal, he helps everyone quickly, makes the experience here easy, and I'm never uncomfortable during the process, very thankful for the staff y?all have, Continue to do all this great work!!!

I went on Wednesday at around 7:30 AM and it took 2.5 hours to complete. There were plenty of beds available, just not enough personnel. The personnel who were there were working their butts off but were severely understaffed.

The staff are RUDE and that's a 0 star rating for me. I don't care what's going on. Don't be rude. I was supposed to start donating at this location. I checked the website and information when I registered and saw that they used to have a play area for children but it's currently closed. I didn't see anything about having to go back to donate alone (no child, no escort, etc.). It I overlooked it, fine, tell me politely. As soon as my child and I walked in the front door the first woman at the front desk b

If tou live in a trailer home, they will not let you donate. Fyi.

The workers are wonderful, the building is clean and nice. However, every week the bonus is less and less. Make it make sense

Today 12/28/2023 was my second time donating with this center. Staff is amazing. First time at this center I had questions as it was a little different from the last center I donated with. Everything was explained to me and both times so far excellent and no problems or complications. Will be coming back soon!

Horrible experience. Rude workers, would recommend CSL plasma in Springdale!

Friendly nurses and staff. I have been a donor for many years. However biolife has really went down hill with 2-3 hour plus wait times, failed sticks, machines malfunctioning and a new glitchy app.

Very professional and courteous staff. They make they entire process easy and comfortable for you , which makes the visit there more enjoyable

Been donating here since 2013. I have 3 children born in 2015,2018,and 2021 as well as a surgery after my last child. All of these were given during physicals MULTIPLE different times and I have NEVER had an issue till my physical today where I got permanently deferred because none of that information was in my chart. They believe that for 8 years I've donated without knowledge of my children or surgery. Nobody wants to do anything to make this right. Their employees aren't doing their jobs correctly if ov

Been donating her for over 15 years. Just recently in the past year or so it's gotten so busy and under staffed that you have to wait over an hour each time just to begin the process. Not even worth the little money anymore. Inflation has increased but their payouts have not. Do not recommend.

I am a returning donor and haven't been to the center in two years. The staff was very professional and courteous, and overworked. Hats off to Jessica at the front, amazing multi-tasking, very friendly, and helpful. The rest of the staff too. I did hear staff say that once again they are overbooked, getting to be daily, and the line was long.. The staff worked hard to take care of donors as quickly as they could. My only concern is not being able to schedule future appointments. I had my physical donation y

Good donation center! The only issue here is the same issue they all have: long lines either due to staffing or just lots of donors lol Gwen did a great job!

I donate here fairly often. Sometimes the people screw up the needle stick but today I got a great painless stick from Sai (pretty sure that's his name) gold section. Let this guy train the others please.

Would not allow me to donate even with proof of address, which is the address for my business where I reside. - 5 rating

An hour and a half wait just to get a bed to start the donation is ridiculous. The staff are working so hard to take care of everyone. They all deserve a raise!!

I used to go here for years with little to no issues. But now it seems they just don't care anymore. The lines are always out the door and it takes over an hour to even get on the bed. Total waste of time. Try a different donation facility if possible.

The wait at this location isn't worth it honestly and they're very rude at the front. I donated at the Joplin location when I lived there. Would definitely grab some pointers from them. Made me feel welcome and wanting to come back. I have been here 4x and have walked out every single time without donating due to staff And the wait

Great service ! Friendly and helpful ! Clean and good atmosphere! Was first time donating and was a good experience

Never had a problem with any of the workers there

Shout out to Larry in management. There was an issue with my payment and he got it taken care quickly!! He even welcomed me back even though I threw that headache at him right before lunch. So 4 stars because it's a little crazy because there's a lot of new faces. The processing for a physical was quite smooth. I was in and out within a hour and a half. Not bad for physical and donation. No bruising or discomfort. It's busy af during this time and the staff was still jovial and working as fast as they coul

The staff is very busy but friendly?their playlist at the Fayetteville AR center is pretty decent and they offer great incentives regularly! I will donate as long as my arms are attached to me!

Everybody was very professional nonsensical and got to the point my first session took me 2 1/2 hours and I was expecting 3 1/2. Nice clean building with good staff. Easy way to make about $80 an hour. Feel free to use my name as a reference ??

I was discriminated and told I could not participate because of my medical mental condition and physical condition because I was honest on the medical questionnaires I could be, And I couldn't donate because of my medical history meanwhile, I see other patients going in there and actively donating with scars up and down their legs and arms, People who Seem that they are doing drugs and a bad mental space or all the above because I was honest I can't donate. From this BioLife, they only accept liars.

Friendly people who are good at sticking you. I hate needles..

Everyone is really nice, and professional, quick to respond when someone is having any issue

I cannot tell you enough how much better this place is for me than CSL Plasma!!. I have always had very bad anxiety about donating, and they have always been very nice. They always take the time to put my mind at ease. The reason I only gave four stars is because,1. They never answer their phones. 2. The website is (at times) impossible to book an appointment through.( So you ALWAYS have to drive there) 3. The lines are crazy!! And finally 4. Some of them don't seem to know what they are doing(sometimes) m

Only go here if you are ready to be treated like a commodity. Customer aervice at the front desk is horrid. I'm sure poor management/process plays a part in their stress and bad attitude because you have to have an appointment to donate, And yet when I arrived there were no fewer than 10 people, literally a line out the door of people waiting to donate. Each one of these people had an appointment and I'm sure has a life outside of donating plasma. The front desk worker commented about them being over book a

Biolife is a wonderful place to help others with plasma, while using it as a side hustle for extra money. Sweet and professional staff, always clean. I was able to pay for all my Christmas gifts last year with this income!

I got deferred because a lady locked herself out the computer while I was doing my vitals keep in mind I passed all my vitals they didn't do anything about it but tell me to come back the next day . very inconsiderate and inconvenient!

I've been donating here since 2012. Used to be you could schedule anytime during the day and then swing by and be in and out within an hour. For the past few months it has been horrendous. You're gonna spend 2-4 hours there for something that used to take less than an hour. It literally makes no sense. They have 3 sections not even running, that's an extra 18 people that could be donating and would eliminate any line. My appointment was at 12:45, it's now 1:52 and I'm still waiting in line for probably anot

So sad due to their policy as instructed by an employee can not have tattoos near the veins. I mean I have donated en Puerto Rico for my mother who had c?ncer with my tattoos with no problem. I have donated with my tattoos and never have heared such a thing. Truly sad how we who have body art are still being discriminated. But no worries went somewhere else and donated which where I went had a very nice laugh when I told them what happened.

The staff are always very friendly and professional. I've always had a good experience when I donate there. I just had my 100th donation a week ago and plan to keep going.

Fascinating experience! I have always been a little uneasy about needles but I wanted to give this a try and I'm glad I did. It has been great so far! The facility is clean and well run. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I recommend it to anyone willing to try it! It's really cool to be compensated but the best part is that you are helping people and saving lives.

If you schedule your appointment, they try to get you through as quickly as they can. The staff is very professional and nice. They explain the entire process to you and make sure you are comfortable the whole time!

Unprofessional a$$ staff. Complained about my arm hurting during my donation, more than once and the lady acted as if she didn't care, encouraging me to continue. I finally asked to stopped but was advised that I would receive 50% of my compensation unless I were to let them stick my other arm. Now who would want to be stuck twice, especially if they're already having once issue out of one arm?!?! Make it make sense. Not to mention, I've stopped multiple times during my procedure during previous donations

Staff is good but no one answers the phone. I've been calling all day and no one answers.

Been going here for almost 2 yrs and they permanently differed me....after telling me I was only differed a week.. because I wasn't aware my tooth getting pulled Is considered a medical procedure ...and then because I jokingly said I should've never said anything to the staff they also documented that as well ....its over crowded anyways ....they do have new machines that go faster but that's the only upside .. also refferals no longer earn you money rewards like other companies still do these people are no

Wonderful staff and they are always so nice, clean and friendly! I go twice a week and have never had a bad experience!!

The staff is very friendly and the nurses care about keeping donors safe. I have had many pleasant experiences going here, but enough unpleasant experiences to never feel completely comfortable going in. Nick is the best technician I have had. He is very consistent and has never hurt me. However, I will not be returning because of three or four instances of walking away with terrible bruises and hyper sore veins. One woman spent about three minutes pulling a needle in-and-out of my arm with no concern for h

I got there and only had to wait a few minutes for a spot. Even though the attendant had to stick me in both arms it went without incident, I was out quickly and paid as I left.

Very clean and organized establishment. The employees are always smart and helpful, and nice. I have seen people turned away, usually from trying to donate multiple times with other entities for more pat. These seem to be the people giving low ratings. See for yourself the professionalism.
