For the most part, this place is great. But I have been deffered a couple of times, one right at the beginning of my donation, so I missed much of my new donor benefits, and when I brought to the nurse's attention that something was right with my arm, she brushed it off, which lead to a hematoma and yet another deferral. But everyone is nice and very efficient, moving through the different people quickly. And they are friendly and willing to talk about random things to easy any tension you might have

Mostly a very nice and clean facility but they are rather slow. Even a normal donation with no nurse conversation will still set you back 2 or more hours and the payment is very confusing. I have received the bonuses for new donors but haven't actually seen any payment for the actual donation. Just the bonuses have been deposited into my card. Emailed biolofe about a week ago about it but have not received a reply.

They told me to sign this paper and I got it signed. They stated that they are waiting for the doctor to approve it and they will give me a phone call. It been almost over two months and I haven't received a phone call. I keep calling Biolife and they have never answer the phone. What is the purpose of having phones if you are not going to answer them? I have called numerous times within a span of a day and they have never answer the phone. It shouldn't take over two months to approve one paper especially.

Wifi isn't great but the process of door to bed is good. The machine set up is smaller than other places I've been in the past so it takes a while longer to donate. And it can get loud some times.

Place is generally cool but the wait time is a bit ridiculous, if you happen to come when it is a crowd you could potentially be standing for an hour to two hours before you are on the table , that's exhausting. It takes far too long , I'm just leaving and I had a 10:30 appointment. I'm late for my regular day job . We should not have to block our whole day off to donate plasma. It appears that if you don't prepare yourself days, (not just the day before)your scheduled appointment, then your donation won't be successful. And if you're eating greasy, fatty foods, there is a high probability of a subdural hematoma.

Ive been going here for almost a year and it was amazing until recently. Theyve been canceling my appointments without my approval or acknowledgement. I understand the center is busy but ive always been willing to wait whatever amount of time the workers need ro get everything done efficently. But going in to donate but being turned down bcz i didnt have an appointment when i know i did is ridiculous

Wait time is astronomical! I had a 3 hr wait the last session I had. The workers are kind and I'm sure do their best BUT to block an entire afternoon for this is ridiculous!!

2/3 different females gave me hematomas & bruised my veins BACK TO BACK. had to wait for both my arms to heal from the first time then went back and they did it again. I need the money & they're playing with it bc they don't feel like doing their jobs right . Also wait times have been over an hour recently.

I get anxious and no longer donate. The ones that screen vitals seem like they don't want anyone to donate. I had no issues then all of a sudden my temperature or heart rate or iron. So last few attempts my heart rate was up because I was awaiting them to turn me away. I donate at another facility no issues now.

Everyone here is so incredibly kind. They are always working so fast and efficiently trying to get everyone in and out. They always seem to get the needle right the first time and I'm thankful because personally i hate needles. I highly recommend them. Love them!!!

Horrible experience. I setup everything online for my appointment but had questions. No one picks up the phone for anything. After three days I could not get my questions answered so I showed up to my appointment with everything they asked. I was turned away. Waste of time.

I had a Horrible experience on 1-4-25 and this is the review i sent directly to Bio Life. I was unable to talk directly to anyone. FIRE HAZEL. She is absolutely HORRIBLE. I had MANY issues yesterday. She walks SO slow, and kept disappearing from the area so i couldn't get help when needed without having to call for another phlebotomist, who were all VERY busy with their own donors. Biggest issue is the wait times & appointment system. The App will schedule multiple people for a time slot, so you may be one of 5+ people ?scheduled? for a 3pm donation slot. Instead of arriving on time and getting seen in a punctual fashion, I often wait an hour to be screened, seated, and start donating. Came back to your plasma center to donate. I have noticed a slight improvement with your staff. However there are still areas of opportunity your center can explore like the speed of screening process. There's about 5 computers from my observation but only one staff member is doing all the screenings alone while there's a supervisor on standby that is only assisting donors walking in for a visit. This is by far the absolute worse center I have been too around Fayetteville The wait time for after check in to check vitals is ridiculous I've had to wait an hour or more after getting vitals checked to even get to a donor chair smh They need more help or they need to get well more organized because this is an insane process just to donate plasma I have never in my life had this much of a problem at any other plasma facility

Everyone makes you feel comfortable and the staff provides you with knowledge as to what is going on before,during and after donating. My girlfriend and I both had appointments at 1:10pm. We got there at 1:00pm and where checked in fairly quick but sat for nearly 3 hours before getting the physical process started. It's a Tuesday it shouldn't have taken that long. Very unorganized, understaffed. And a lot of the staff not being professional and meeting time management. I had an important zoom meeting and I told the physician this and she said I'd have to make a new appointment but she was gonna get the physical done first, very nice lady.

After waiting at least an hour with an appointment, i went thru the entire process of them checking my veins pricking my finger, getting a physical where my veins where checked again only to be told by a very unfriendly and unhealthy staff member at the last step, drawing blood, my veins weren't good enough.. every medical professional that's ever had to draw blood from me has commented on how good my veins are and how it makes their job easier... but the lazy woman spent all of 2 seconds glancing at my arm

The place is clean and the wait is normally short but the last 4 times I've been in they had to stick both arms just to mess up. caused an adema in my right arm bruising so badly i couldn't donate for 3 weeks. I wouldn't go back if I didn't need the money.

I've been donating plasma all of my life. I've been to locations in Fayetteville, who have the same rules regarding tattoos. However, BioLife, they determine that my vein was too close to my tattoo, which is not accurate. Seeing all the people walking in and walking out because I was there for an hour and a half before they even decided they felt like turning me away, had way more tattoos than I had. I guess they pick and choose who they want to draw blood.

The staff is professional and caring. Manager Ty runs the clinic exemplary. Mikayla was the phlebotomist I had today and she did a great job with me. She explains what she is going to do and is constantly checking on her patients.

My wife donates here. And I have to say this place is the worst place I have ever been to. I was waiting inside for my wife to get done and they told me I had to wait outside. It was 38 degrees outside and I had been waiting inside for her like this for over 2 months and then all of a sudden now I have to wait outside. I was not in the way and wasn't bothering anyone. There were plenty of chairs inside and there was not a lot of people waiting inside to donate. They are very inconsiderate.

It took nearly five hours to complete my donation. The worst part was when the phlebotomist improperly inserted the needle in my arm. She said, ? o wow that doesn't look good. I am trying to finish my 8 donations for my $800 and I get a call saying I'm deferred for 7 days and got to wait an additional 7 days for testing. I been two different donating places and never had this problem. They accused me of being pregnant my last donation which I really felt discriminated against at that point and now get a call about not being able to donate for another 14 days. Waste of time. Drove 35 minutes TWICE only to be told both times I couldn't donate. First time was because my iron was low ok?not their fault. So I go back again after getting iron levels up. 2nd time was something that could?ve been avoided if they put information on their website regarding things that need a doctors approval. There should be some place on the website that lets donors know that if your existing tattoos are over any veins that will disqualify you. I had no issues months back donating and I claws told that their policy change.

I want to start by saying that this location seemed very professional and everyone working there was too. Absolutely the best place hands down. Been donating for years. This has to be simply the best staff I've ever seen. Near no wait times to donate. I be in and out everytime. I am shocked to say that this is one of the newest centers with the most upgraded equipment and the worst customer service you could fathom, unless you are a man as you can see most of the men left five star reviews, probably because they are treated differently. New donors will not recieve the new donor incentive as advertised. I became a new donor on Oct 22. However the center is apparently booked until November 10, which is when a representative just told me they can see me again for my 2nd donation. To receive the incentive, you must donate 8 times within 30 days, which is impossible considering the over booking or lack of staff, or both. Overall it is a good place-Atleast better than another place I been to. The major thing is that too many appointments get booked and sometimes the wait for a bed and to be hooked up is almost an hour after your appointment in the afternoons.

Horrible place techs don't have enough training some have attitudes problems also how are you going to let someone donate plasma 7 times then on the 8th time tell them because of a tattoo they can't donate that sounds like stupidity to me and I'm going to take this as high up the chain as I can.

Lost 500 in doner pay due to equipment or staff. Had max AC and wasn't checked on till the bag was empty ans air in the line so they couldn't return my blood. Had blood in my plasma line and they couldn't return my blood. Deferred for 8 weeks after that losing my new done bonus with 5 donations remaining. Never going back.
