This place is terrible and how I was treated. My second time here and I was fine I ate, I had water and everything. I was fine till I reached about 600 and something ML. I had to waive someone down because I wasn't feeling good at all. I was throwing up. A younger guy gave me a throw up bag and then the Head guy nurse came along and wanted to take my vitals and all that. How ever the needle was in my left arm along with the cuff on my left shoulder as well. Causing me a lot of pain. I told them several time

Wendy is absolutely wonderful. She is a busy body and always keeps herself busy Ella is absolutely amazing. I try to get her to do my stick every time. I'm here. She's accurate. It is always painless. She really knows what she's doing. These two ladies are the reason I keep coming back.

I ve been coming for a while now, have had a good experience so far. Very friendly atmosphere and some good talk with the workers! Gotten to know a few a little better now. Wendy was the 1st that I ever talked to and ends up being a nice lady each time I see her! Convo is always good. Cam has taken care of me several times, as well as Madi. My experience has been good so far!

It's an amazing place everyone is always friendly and very nice! Biggest reason behind me donating to help other people is because of my daughter and how sick she was!

I just started coming back to biolife after a couple years break and am very happy with my 1st donation since being back. Staff was caring and made sure that I was going to be comfortable with the new equipment considering it does run faster and my veins can sometimes get a little shaky when rushed. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I have been coming here for over a month now and I have been donating plasma the entire time. I drive 50 minutes from Kenton and today I'm told I can't donate anymore because of my tattoos. Well it's the same tattoos I've had for 20 years so why was I allowed to in the first place. I don't have any new tattoos. I think Sofia had a power trip because it doesn't make any since that I have been doing this 10 times then all of a sudden I can't. This place is slow at

Staff is very friendly, they get you in and out pretty quickly. The paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom has been broken for literally years and has yet to be fixed. That is my only real complaint.

The staff was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I donated plasma for the first time and was nervous. They explained everything from the very start.

BioLife has been easy to work with, the app is easy to schedule, the people are great to answer questions and help you understand the whole process. I had a great first experience, but the last time I tried to donate, my pulse was 102 electronically. The limit is 100. I requested that my pulse be taken manually, and no one there even knew how! That's just basic training, even for first aid or cpr classes. They literally turned me away when all my other labs were within requirements. It was the third time in a week I had tried, because the first two my hematocrit was too low. At least that reason I understand, but when they make it so you can't donate fo

I have been going to Biolife for about 18 years now. Here recently I have not been pleased with the way they've been running their business. I did a full donation yesterday and my payment still hasn't posted. I have been in to address this problem and I am over it. There is a reason why people don't donate regularly. It's not like it used to be. Now it's not worth the time to go

I've been every week donor since February of 2024 and I love it!! The staff really do make everything feel so safe and comfortable. Everyone is very easy going and answers any and all questions! The manager Ryan is absolutely AMAZING! He's so gentle when it comes to getting you hooked up. About a month ago there was a severe thunderstorm, the staff and Ryan were so calm and could not have made everything more smoother and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend working arm and arm with this plasma team!

Love donating plasma. It's healthy for you and you get to help out other people. And you get paid for your time as well. The facility and staff are always nice and make the experience fun.

Everytime I go to BioLife in findlay Ohio, Which has only been twice. The nurses are absolutely top notch. My first time the nurse stayed through 2 cycles, made sure I was comfortable. And very detailed in how the process goes. My second time was just as good. Very good nurse. And first question was how did you feel after your first donation. I wish I knew about donating sooner. It feels good to help the lives of others. And even make a little extra money doing it. The process itself is painles

The staff there are great, but please, will someone go prune the rose bushes there? (dead-heading during growing season, too) They could be so beautiful, but instead, they are disfigured and make it look like a "ghetto" center.

Wendy is always friendly and makes the check in process easy. Skylee and Ella are my go to when it comes to the donating process. They both are always so friendly and do such a great job. They always make sure I'm comfortable the entire visit.

Great way to help people and make some quick money. My only issue with the place is that I have thin veins, so whenever they hire new people I end up getting hematomas and I have to stop going for a while until they have more experience. Besides that, it's a solid practice and I appreciate their work

I have yet to experience a bad time here in any way. My arm can be a tricky stick so I usually request Skylee and she succeeds everytime

I have a higher resting heart rate and then when I go in to donate it spikes even higher. I travel too far to get denied.

Wendy is one of the sweetest biolife employees ever! She always asks how my day is, she is so kind and thoughtful! She is also very good at her job, super efficient, speedy, and always doing something to stay busy! I donate to save lives but also for the money, which should be more than what it is.

I've been donating for awhile now and I have grown to love the people. They do a great job of taking care of you and are Super friendly with always a smile. Awesome staff! Most days when they aren't super busy I'm in and out in an hour. Smoothest process I've ever been thru. If you're gonna donate plasma this is the place to go!!

Get rid of all your last hour appointments if you're gonna lock the doors early deny people in the last minutes and have a shitty attitude close earlier. I hate hauling ass across town after work just for them to shoo me away from my 7 appointment when I'm inside before then. Thank you for wasting my time yet again

For the most part the staff are great. I partially completed my 4th and probably final donation yesterday. Because of a tech, I now can't donate for 8 weeks. He said I have a hemotoma (which I don't) and he couldn't put my blood back (he had pulled the needle out of my vein but not my arm). Nice, clean and friendly staff. I have huge veins, so it's never a problem to find mine. Only had 1 mishap, the machine messed up while mid-donation, they let me know what was happening and even paid me for the full donation. I donate twice a week to get that bonus money. Ohh! They have a point system...even more free stuff!

Absolutely slooow!!! I didn't get sat down to donate until an hour after my scheduled time to donate. Luckily I didn't have anything going on. But if you do make sure you plan accordingly.

The Guy (I can't remember his name lol ??) was very nice, started a conversation with me while hooking me up to the machine, actually every person I've had take care of me has been very respectful and the facility is sanitary and follows all the procedures to keep it A clean environment as well as a fast experience

Overall good experience every time I go. Sometimes it can be busy and take a bit longer than expected, so plan accordingly. Drink your water and eat something nonfatty before.

Clinic is great, workers are great, only thing Iv noticed is kinda gross they put the paper towels on the counter in the bathroom I have seen blood on the paper towels I assume from peoples finger sticks so that's pretty gross.

Me and another girl arrived at 4:02 & the doors were locked. I was under the impression there was a 5 minute leeway. Drove an hour there because someone told me I could use a certain document as a form of ID, then was told that I couldn't use it once I got there. 2 hours of driving for nothing because I was given false information

Saturday is a good day to go, great staff, quick and easy. Drink water lots of water, plasma is 90 percent water 10 percent protein. If you dont drink water its slow for ya.

I was nervous on my first visit. I expressed this to Danielle. She was so understanding! I honestly really liked everyone there, I am just horrible renembering names. Everyone was friendly and I stopped being nervous. I really recommend this facility to anyone who wants to donate. So glad that I finally worked up my courage to go!

For many times I have donated plasma to this center they never disappoint me! They are always clean and organized. The staff like Paul, Doug, Hailey, Alyson and Alexis are kind, they are clear on the process and attentive to me and everyone around me! Highly recommend going here to donate!

Everyone is always so nice, every visit. Even when they're really busy, they never show how stressed they may be or overwhelmed. I know I would be! But they're always pleasant and kind. They make the donation process so easy. Really great people.

I've been donating for 3 years now, and I have never regretted starting. They made it fun and easy from the beginning (I'd never donated anywhere before). Staff is kind and always remembers my name, so makes it feel more then just a donation when I go. Even when things are crazy, they are always polite and I don't feel rushed. I've had issues with the app/being paid once before, but once they were aware of the problem, they were quick to fix it.

The environment is always great! Everyone is always smiling and treats me with respect. Amber and Skylee are the best.
