I've been to this place 3 times and it's been one problem after another. My husband and I decided we would go together on Thursdays and Saturdays to the center in Flint. We live in Fenton so it was the closest to us. The first time we went was a Saturday and it took almost 5 hours for us to get through the process. My husband ended up donating that day and I was told I couldn't until my Dr filled out forms because I reported that I had been diagnosed with PTSD. I had to wait a week for my Dr to fill out the

I had such a great experience at BioLife, all thanks to Alanna! She is honestly one of the best staff members I've come across. Not only is she super well-trained and knowledgeable, but she also has a fantastic sense of humor that makes the whole process more enjoyable. It's refreshing to have someone who can keep things light and funny while still getting the job done right. Every time I go in, I know I'm in good hands with her. If you're looking for a friendly and professional experience, definitely ask f

Very comfortable feel as soon as you enter even on busy days. They make sure you get in the donation station with step by step ease. Very friendly and helpful staff ?? I would recommend anyone who has donated in the past or even if your thinking about donating ,to check this place out. Top notch service through and through. Oh and did I mention the amazing buddy bonus is better here as well so mention my name Tyler Goldstein and you will be ecstatic that you did. It's a win win all the way ?? ?? ??. What

I have donated plasma for the better part of 20 years at many facilities. After a 5 year pause and signing up with BioLife, I have to say this is the best service I've encountered in all my years of donating plasma. For my first donation I was expecting to be there for about 4 hours. I sure was smiling after only 2 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish! The process is very streamlined compared to what I was used to in the past and I'm very happy with how quickly and efficiently the experience has become

Employee?s Margaret, Abby, and Melissa were wonderful. They made my First visit stress free. If every company had these three employees there would be no complaints only compliments. Thank you, Margaret, Abby and Melissa.

Extremely disappointing experience with the staff. I was treated with unnecessary disrespect over minor issues I've never encountered at any other plasma donation center in the 5+ years I've been going. Margaret, in particular, appeared to be on a power trip?displaying a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, or even basic courtesy. I was reprimanded for grabbing my own bandage after being pricked and all of the sharps and decon taken care of. A calm and simple, "Hey, you can't do that, okay?"

I have donated 3 times and then all of a sudden I am deferred. I have called 20 times trying to speak to someone as I have NO reason given. I have referred 2 people and I have nothing on their obvious list that would defer me. Open communication would be nice. Or possibly if someone could just answer your phones.. or respond to the chat request.. this is poor service

I have been here multiple times and while they may be friendly and such, they are useless when it comes to appointments. I have scheduled appointments and shown up just for them to say there is no file of my appointment and they can't get me in. I give them one star cause time is the most valuable commodity and they have wasted mine on several accounts

Outstanding Experience with Travis at BioLife I had a fantastic experience at BioLife, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Travis, my phlebotomist. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely made the entire donation process smooth and comfortable. From the moment I sat down, Travis made sure I felt at ease ? he was confident in his technique, explained each step clearly, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was doing okay. BioLife is lucky to have him!

Be aware!!! Their machines are set to run fast! I almost passed out my third time donating, I had to have them stop the machine. My blood pressure became super low and i did not feel well! The staff were very helpful in doing everything to get my vitals back up to par. Had to sit in nurses area and was offered Gatorade. I then was told I should of asked for my machine to be turned down, how was I supposed to know that!? I think that's an important thing for people to know! I will not be donating again

Had an appointment, everything was going smooth at first. My pulse was too high so they had me sit and relax for 10 minutes. They told me someone would come get me after 10 minutes. Nobody came to get me. I watched other people around me get checked out for a half hour. Nobody noticed me whatsoever. Never coming to this facility again

I went in one day for my donation and I was way too upset to donate. I had about 5 minutes until my appointment and I just couldn't. I was in tears and Mrs Margaret made me feel so much better and told me to go home, get some rest and come back the next day. She really is so sweet. I'm glad she was there to make me feel better!! She's really great! Honestly so is most of your staff!!

Gave me a hematoma the last few times I went last year. They tried to blame me and kept asking if I had eaten and I was fully hydrated-- I was. I've never had an issue at any other plasma donating center. I didn't appreciate the attitude I received and the fact that I would often be stuck waiting in a chair to either be unhooked after finishing or because I needed something. The light or the alarm would be going off and it was like they didn't even hear it. Or maybe they didn't want to hear it. Talecris pa

The process is pretty easy which is nice but the app does not allow you to cancel an appointment and reschedule it for another day the same week it just continues to say that you can't donate 2 days in a row or that you can't donate more than twice a week even when you have canceled the appt and are just trying to reschedule. In short fix the app or start answering the phone.

Please explain to me the reason for scheduling an appointment ? Came in for my appointment on time, was told to sit in and room and someone would be right with me. After an hour of sitting there I left. Went over to CSL and they got me right in.

This is one of the worst facilities I have ever been to when it comes to wait times and they have good staff just not enough . I have been going for a few months now and have waited at least two to three hours to donate more than 90% of the time .

The staff is great at least at the Miller Rd Flint location. I do feel however, that the pay after a while is just too low. The first 6 or so months were decent pay, now 90 dollars a week is just now worth it. I can go to grifols or CSL and do better.

Very clean and decorated with a peaceful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful on my first donation. On my second donation the staff doing the vitals was not so good. Standing in line I watched two of the women spending more time talking to each other than seeming to pay attention to the people they were supposed to be taking care of. When it came to my turn the young woman doing my vitals literally spent the whole time talking to the man next to me being checked in. After telling me to go on the

Too slow. Not worth the exchange. Shouldn't be waiting hour to hour and a half just to be sat in the chair. Another half hour waiting to be stuck. Not ideal especially if you work. 40- 50 bucks for plasma and long wait..Two diffrent centers in the area I will check out.

Cassandra always helped me with my intake, and also friendly. Even remembered my name after just a few donations! Very impressed! As someone with a needle phobia, I of course came here because of the starting pay for my plasma. I have been through 8 donations so far. Every time the people here were nice to me. And tried making it go as smooth as possible. Friendly too. I love the staff here! I have issues with my veins so it normally takes me longer than the average person (50mins) sitting in the donation c

Yesterday?s appointment July 30, 2024 was the biggest disappointment. I have had there. I was brought into a section before another patron and they got that patron hooked up and started donating before they even started hooking me up. That same visit in the same section of course my sound of the alarm saying my donation was complete before the lady across from me did, but yet they disconnected her before me? It should not take three hours for a donation, especially since I've been gone there for two years.

The staff is friendly and informative for the operation of the building is chaos! There's not enough staff. The 1st time donor walk thru is going to take a few hours due to physicals etc....HOWEVER, Should Not take 5 hours. Not everyone has good work ethic. Leaving people sitting around while they wander; which leaves it to select few to actually get the job done! Constance being #1 on the floor, and the shorter young lady her #2. I hope the company understand burnout bc unless they get some more help.or pa

Alanna at BioLife on miller is literally the best/amazing. Well trained and very informative about a lot of questions I had. She treats everyone with the up most care every-time I come in .

They're very great at their job as far as saving people lives you know always perfect on making sure you're squared away if any issues that you have within donating plasma and always show the utmost concern about anyone who willing to donate plasma to help other people stay alive or fight off any type of disease or problem that they may have in life

It still takes too long to get to the back and it feels like the staff walk away when we're finished donating. The wait to get disconnected it normally 25 to 30 mins.

Went to donate plasma and had the best nurse ever! Constance is an angel with a great attitude and energy. She's the only one I want to poke me with a needle.

The people that were very intentive when I had physical problems, but I would love it if people just didn't act like robots and talk so fast I know it's you do the same thing over and over, but please be human and say how are you have a smile smile for your customers brighten their day that makes a huge difference

Set up an entire profile using both the website and the app, which included my address. I did not see once there was a distance limit of 50 miles. That sort of rule should be written in BOLD letters to be as obvious as possible and not be missed. Or to be given a warning upon entering my address atleast. I did not find this out until I drove 50 minutes from Lansing to be told I couldn't be accepted. Left me livid as can be.

I began as a new donor and while my experience in general was pleasant and I can't complain about the process nor the individuals which made the process pleasant as it was all well and good throughout the physical experience of what BioLife offered and it's staff contributed to, I am quite disappointed in a pretty significant aspect of the operations and policies expressly followed by staff and the automated features of the online application but that which I do believe is susceptible to accommodations and

Great customer service. Very friendly. Place is very clean and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking to donate.

Started going here in January and got told that I can no longer donate plasma at this location. The girls here never could find my vein. Only 1 guy found my vein and the head management team is very rude. Dont recommend and wont be coming back.

I was able to complete the donation process in a relatively timely manner. Most, if not all, employees were friendly and professional. The facility was mostly clean which I appreciate.

My Technician and Nurse made me feel at ease. They were very friendly and accommodating.

They need to hire people who actually know what they are doing. The machine I was on messed up yesterday because it was not set up properly. Due to this fack not only do I feel awful today but I've been deferred. For how long idk cause no one will actually answer a phone. Very unprofessional compared to Ann arbor.

My experience has been very positive. The people that work there are very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. I am a business owner myself and these are the kind of employees I would like to have representing my business. P.S. I hope they are paid well bc they deserve to be. I'm guessing they are bc they are so pleasant to be around. The last time I was there the lady taking care of me was singing while working. It made my day. She had a beautiful voice by the way. I love the Bright chee

I took a lot longer than I should have due to my salt intake. But the staff was friendly and accommodating. I want to thank Miss Trina for amazing bed side manner. She was very nice and made me feel at ease.

THE PEOPLE ARE SO FRIENDLY, MY FIRST TIME PROCESS WAS FAST, THANK YOU FOR BEING A BUSINESS AND NOT A CIRCUS WITH CLOWNS RUNNING AROUND!??

I seen blood running down my arm and t?ld one of the workers who didn't bother to come over to me even though I said "I need help over here!" Three times! Instead she just kept doing what she was doing and after waiting for 4-5 minutes for someone to come help me my arm was hurting bad and blood was all over the seat. It took over 2 weeks for my arm to heal. Also my card with them was compromised somehow and had numerous fraudulent charges on it. They say it's going to take 30-45 days to figure out why.

The place is always clean and the staff is so professional and courteous. They truly care about the donors and are very personable. I've enjoyed every appointment I've had this far.

I had the absolute worst experience when donating today, I was done donating for 30 minutes before I was taken off the machine. When I asked the manager if that was the norm, he rudely told me yes & when I explained that's not how most plasma centers work, people that are done donating are DC'd & then new donors are stuck. He told me he didn't care how other donation centers worked. I explained that I was experiencing pain when waiting for a phlobotomist to DC me & he brought a nurse in. When I explained I

Today September 29, 2024 went to my appointment at BioLife in Detroit had not good experience the ladies up front were polite and did their job. The people in the back there were the ones not being professional Six people were done completing their donation, and they weren't calling people to go and start donation One of the technician was upset that he wasn't getting help and letting everyone know that he liked his job, but that he wasn't getting help saying that out loud to the donors. I will never come b

I was not checked on or monitored at all after making my donation. I was sat in a chair for 15-20 minutes unsupervised and allowed to leave. No one asked me how I was feeling or checked my vitals. The only thing I was asked was whether or not I had made another appointment. Upon leaving, during my drive home, I began to feel woozy and light headed. I lost consciousness before I could pull my car off the expressway and rolled it several times before landing in a ditch. I have spent the last day in the

My first visit was going good everyone was pleasant and answered my questions. When I got in the chair to start the machine this unprofessional tech put the blood pressure cuff on my arm and left it on? I didn't know the process because it was my first time giving plasma. She was singing and dancing while the cuff was still on my hand went numb and was hurting my arm turned a dark color . The machine was beeping and she did nothing it took another tech who came to take it off then she acted as if she just

I went for my fourth donation today and Lauren didn't seem to know what she was doing. She stabbed me with the needle very hard and now I have a blood stripe across my arm. Very unhappy. Update: went for my fifth donation and was cleared by the nurse. Part way through the process I experienced sharp pain where the needle was inserted. Was told by the tech that I wasn't healed and I should take a break. My promotional offer expires soon. My arm hurts and I have the same blood stripe under the skin. All of

I wish I could do a review for just Lauren. She is an amazing phlebotomist. Both pokes from her barely pinched and neither left more than a needle mark. No soreness after either. She is also very kind and efficient. Hoping she receives some financial or career based recognition. The place itself could use some serious streamlining to move things a long but that's not on specific employees.

Communication is a huge downfall of this company. I went in for my 4th donation and they lost my blood. So I couldn't donate till they redid it. I also couldn't donate again till they told me I could. We'll 2 weeks went by and they still don't have it done. So after that I quit going. Very horrible business Communication practices wouldn't recommend.

Quick and easy if you get there on time. I like that you can make appointments.

I had my physical and first donation today at the Flint location and it went very smoothly! Melissa was extremely professional and efficient when she examined me. Charmaine was friendly and was successful finding and sticking my vein on the first try. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and courteous. Good experience overall!

Workers are all very nice & pleasant enough, but they need more workers. There are literally only 5 people working, 2 screening and 3 working machines. Both lines are so backed up. It's like this every single time I come here. After the new donor payments are done, I'll be going back to Grifols because this place literally shouldn't be open until they have a proper amount of staff. Not to mention, they barely have any beds. You have to stand during the long line to get screened, stand in the long line to ge

First time trying to donate. Left not donating. Poked twice bc machine broke something. GUI on questions computers are clunky and slow. Questions overly complicated and redundant Waited in some weird random order waiting room. Then the nurse. Im not going into my medical status here, but she made some pretty wild assumptions about me based on the medicine I take. Seemed indifferent to questions I had about what constitutes a ?meal?. Then finally told I can't donate due to a pre existing condition that I exp

Five stars because my blood pressure dropped drastically while donating today. The staff responded quickly and were very attentive. Especially Annie. She ensured that I received all that I needed to feel better including saline, Gatorade and cold packs. She stayed with me while other Staff members retrieved the previously mentioned items and what ever else was necessary to get my vitals back to normal. Obviously I wasn't feeling my best during this episode, but I kept my focus on her as she was very kind

Staff was easy to work with and very professional. They showed genuine concern with my comfort and address any and all questions that I had. This was my first run of donations (4) promotion... and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I plan on returning.

Had a shaky start for my first visit. Had to have my pysch doc approve of me donating before I could donate. Turned in the paperwork, waited a couple weeks, called multiple times and left several messages, never received any call backs or had anyone ever answer the phone. Finally went up there to talk to someone about it. They were able to figure out what happened (a small clerical error) and I was able to donate a few days later. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very nice and helpful. I've never ha

I have been going to this center for over a month now. The staff have been friendly and informative throughout my visits. They seem to work and get along well with each other. The facility is clean and organized. With both the staff and the nice machines that are used during the donation, I feel I am in good hands while donating. I recommend this place to people thinking of becoming a plasma donor.

First time donating in years and I was mixed on coming to this one because of reviews but everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful answered all questions. Management was walking around and friendly which I liked. The machines are newer which is cool. Chairs are comfy and the facility looks clean!

I'm not sure what to think. Got there at 11am and the doors were locked and it was mayhem. Then my bp was too high so I had to wait 10 minutes and then it was too low. So I sent/went home. Been trying to do this for it feels like forever to get the auth/approval and....frankly I'm just not sure it's worth the hassle. Wasted so many hours of my time on this. I guess make sure you are in great shape physically otherwise, you're at the whims of your body. I'm still not sure how I can go from too high of bp to

. So much for having a bonus for Labor Day weekend. I drive 30 min and I only got $40. Don't waste your time here unless you have a new donor bonus then Just go to csl plasma. They pay better.

(I'd like to iterate that I believe this company has an overbearing policy issue that falls back on the donator) This place is a complete joke that robs people of their time. Wasted two hours of my day, differed me for the day after I started donating and I received $20 out of my $120 payment. Never going back. 4 days of donating and I've experienced more issues and headache than I have in months donating at the other centers. I feel used.

Over all good experience..the staff seems to spend more time walking around for supplies than anything. Seems like they could improve on this. Storage bins under chairs or at the end of sections. I have sat in the chair waiting to get hooked up and/or unhooked for 20+ mins at times. After promotion I am not sure if I will come back. 3 hrs for $40 or so is not really worth my time.

Super great staff. Sometimes it's easy to get frustrated at the staff for long wait times but each person takes a different amount of time to donate so later in the day it would be hard to not wait! Staff also seems upbeat and has a good attitude!

I was in and out today with no bruising! The wait wasn't long either!

The wait time is RIDICULOUS. Some of the workers can get very rude, nobody is making them work there. Find a different job if you hate it some much. For the process to take HOURS and they pay that little , I'll stick to Grifols.. alot friendlier and way less of a wait, also way better pay. You know how much these companies actually get paid for your plasma.. and there giving you that low amount , greedy.

The place is very clean and the people are very nice, the only problem I have is the wait time is horrendous. Booked my appointment and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes later just to start the donation part, that's horrendous!

Racist against me and my gf then didn't understand my medical history and blamed me like I understand it's my medical history. It made me laugh then didn't let me see the doctor now I can't donate anywhere else for a month for most places definitely gonna be a ouch for me we're post to be saving life's by doing and feel good for doing it not get profile and pushed away now I gotta make a 25 minute dive back home when there's closer locations just really disappointed bc it was so nice at 1st and the appointm

10/25/24 I visited BioLife to donate my appointment was @ 4:05 when I arrived check in was easy it went smooth and the wait Once in line was around 30 minutes Finally I was called over to the pink station to have a seat to donate once I was seated someone started having a reaction so the nurse came over to take care of that donor The tech that was working my area was Constance she's usually a good tech although very talkative and off track sometimes but this particular day she was very rude and unprofessi

I don't even know where to begin with this. I came in as a new patient last week and had a 10:30am appointment. When I got checked in, I was told the entire process would take about two hours. They then have you go sit in the waiting room. It was then two hours before I was even called out of the waiting room. If you're a new patient they seem to ignore you and let everyone else go before you so it makes sense it takes so long. You'd think they wanted to get new people going as fast as they can. By 1:30pm

I'd give zero stars if possible. No where on their website does it list a weight restriction. It says everyone is welcome. Then, the worker loudly announced that I was too heavy to donate and read off my exact weight infront of a huge crowd of people. Never again.

Been donating here for several months and found the staff is really great! Kelsey the nurse is especially kind (recently had RBC loss and was taken care of with care and professionalism). Thanks Biolife team for all you do!

This place is a joke. The staff is rude and they don't know how to take proper vitals. They would tell me my pulse rate is over 100 constantly. I would check it on my watch and have my doctors office check it because I thought there was a problem and My doctors office and watch would always be 80-85. I left this place and went else where and every time the new place has taken it there machine has been. Eternal 80-85 as well. One time the guy said my pulse was 103 but let me go anyway. And then the person wh

Bio-Life, hmmm I'm a very new donator I have donated 1 time an the way they handle me today was unbelievable said I donated on the 10th which I never donated at their building until the 12th after I did that one of the workers set me up with my next donation 16th I came in an they said I donated on the 10th so from the 1st time being the 12th an the worker set up my 2nd donation why did they give me a donation of the 16t, this place isn't the better solution if anyone is looking for a better donation facili

I have donated 8 times now and completed my first month and received my new donor bonus. Every experience has been decently pleasant at this location. The employees are all kind and take the best care of you that they can. You have to remember that these employees are also human too and you won't always get the super friendliest employee ever, it is what it is. If you're kind they will be kind back. All and all it was a great experience for me. I will for sure continue to donate at this place and continue t

Wasn't gonna do this but yall kept bothering me to leave a review so here it is. Worst plasma center in flint area. For starters the majority of the women that work at the vitals counter are all rude and unfriendly. Act like they are better than everyone else. It's ridiculius. Then on top of that you have to stand in 2 different lines, each one at least 30 minutes each, sometimes longer. And its appointment only, so I don't understand the point. Then once you get in a chair it takes another 30 minutes

With this center being so fresh and new I must say it is a breath of fresh air to greet the donors with positive attitudes and understanding mindsets in to donate. Your first donation will be one of your longest waits due to everything that needs to be completed before hand, your second donation will be much faster!! The staff here are great! And if you do have a concern, management will be sure to assist. I'd definitely recommend family and friends to donate at this location. ??

Absolutely the WORST place I have ever been to!!! Go to literally ANY other donation center but here. They're all better than this laughing stock JOKE! They always had ambulances the few times I've come and the staff are extremely rude. Especially the lady with the braids and short girl with glasses in the front poking the fingers. They have terrible customer service. They're degrading and condescending and think that they run the show. Can't say much for management because they are NEVER around!!! Always i

I've been going here for over two months. So far it's much better than the other ones in the area. The staff is always nice and friendly. Although I have easier vein to get at they haven't missed it yet and barely feel it. That's definitely something I can't say about the other ones in the area. The only drawback so far is the changing of the donation payout being adjusted without any notice.

The worst service. However you cannot completely blame the staff. Corporate seems to have unrealistic expectations for them and their ability to crank out blood and plasma! I don't think I will ever return. First visit was almost 5 hours and I didn't even get to donate(I will note thru the entire first day I was pleasant and kind because I could tell they were all near their breaking points!) The girl poked me, went thru my vein then decided to play with the needle multiple times just for her to tell me ?we

I enjoy giving to a great cause. All the staff is friendly from the time I walk in and I'm greeted by Cassandra. Then while waiting to be seated several staff make a point to say hi and ask how my day is going. I enjoy catching up with Onasis, Kelsie, and Shiriah as I have difficult veins and they get it perfect everytime. Chris, Shane, Nate and Brendan are also great to see during my appointments. On average I'm in and out within 45 mins to an hour. If I forgot anyone by name or spelled wrong my apologies

Not what I was expecting. Front people were very nice. I was there 2 hours doing all of the process to then go to the back to talk to some other girl about my meds I am on. I have been on Norco 10 years for a bunch of medical issues and decided myself to get off them with Suboxone. Thought I was doing the right thing. But never did I feel worse as a drug addict than then. Your on Suboxone oh you can't donate. Why put me through 2 hours then?!! I'm now off Suboxone and going to Dort hwy one. Much better!!

Overall friendly, clean, and efficient. Long wait times though, expect to block off 2- 2.5 hours of your day. Not worth the working individuals time.

The last 2 times I've been here, I've had 3 new Donor get put ahead of me. This should be spaced out. Every time I'm next a new one is put ahead of me. If I've already had someone put ahead of me they should put the next person behind me and so on. I shouldn't have to wait 4 new donors before I get to go. Absolutely ridiculous.

Takes FOREVER that's why they gotta pay more with specials. Management NO WHERE to be seen. Took 15 min(probably 8 but I been there 4 hours!!!)to unhook me instead of telling me "yes I will be with you shortly" gave me straight mouthy attitude. I don't need a barely out of adolescent correcting me on my time because THEY have a timer! And then I wait another 15 min to get a new card. Way understaffed and it's unexcusable. If you cannot see everyone orderly then close. And after this posted they charged

The initial bonus they offer is untouchable. Always a good experience when I come here. the workers are welcoming & charismatic. The poking process was never an issue but the machines can be problematic sometimes. Definetly have hearty food and plenty of water before donating, thanks.

Number 1. I donated on December 14 and received the 40-some dollars. Then I donated today, December 20 and received only 40+ dollars again. That was my 2nd donation in a week; wasn't I supposed to get more money for my 2nd donation? Plus, the whole process took OVER 3 HOURS. And I've been a regular donor! This is just ridiculous. What say you?

Don't waste your time. They do enough of wasting yours that's for sure. Went in as a first time donor and the process is goi g to be a bit longer I understand but when I went in to see the male nurse what a little pip squeak he was. Told me because of a minor medical condition i have they would have to get approval from my doctor to donate. Said they would be faxing over paperwork over to my doctors office and would get back to me after approval. My doctor called me and told me that they received the paperw

Only giving 2 stars due to the friendliness of the staff. They were very friendly. I have been donating plasma on and off for years. I started at Telacris, which is great btw. Moved on to CSL because it was closer to home and a little higher pay. CSL is also great. I tried Biolife on a recommendation from a friend who saw an ad for them. Without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have had donating. I will keep this brief. I could go on. My first day... I was in there for 4 1/2 hours. Partially due to s

You can look like a straight up crackhead and donate your plasma here, even shaking in the waiting room. But you can't donate plasma if you're a pound over 400 lb, That's just fat discrimination, It's not based on anything to do with your health outside of a number. You can be fat and healthy all at the same time, I know it's a crazy thought to most people but it's real.

Your entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are professional with compassion to donors and their own team mates!!

My first appointment was about 2 1/2 hours, very long wait time. I had to have medical releases from my doctors in order to donate. Those have been sent and I have been calling for almost 3 months to make sure they received everything they need so I can schedule an appointment. I have left several messages with no return phone call and if I am able to get through when I call, they put me on hold and never come back to the phone. Very frustrating and horrible service.
