Got an email to set up appointment. Showed up to a 25 min line. Got flagged and said I had to return next day. Why did I get approved to register when I was not cleared for another day. Donated next day. Was told to come back in 2 days. Again went through the registration process to be told I couldn't come back for a couple more days. They admitted to an Admin error. But their error cost me a $70 donation. I know mistakes happen but I spent time driving and waiting in line, and was poked and about to be cl

This center is incredibly slow. Every single person in the place seems to be moving at a negative sense of urgency, which is quite frustrating. I've been to other much busier Biolifes that are packed from open to close, and they move much faster. Now, I will say that once I finally made it to the chair, the process was fast and efficient, probably the fastest, but that's null and void to the 4 HOURS IT TOOK TO GET THERE. The nurses that worked with me were incredibly nice and willing to engage with me, answer my questions, and chat during my donation. The wait was a bit long, but the company made the time fly by faster! Overall, I would recommend this place

The facility was clean, the staff was very nice but my experience didn't go so well. This was my first time to donate and on the first cycle of my blood being returned, the needle site infiltrated and my blood made a big bulge under my skin. It has been a month and I still have a bruise. For older people donating, the machines should be adjusted down in pressure to prevent this from happening. Not sure I will be doing this again as it's not worth the risk. If I had big veins, it would be a different story.

Terrible experiences with this location. Last week there were 20+ people in line. Promotions are not honored. And poor communication. Normally don't complain, but just got a notification to leave a review. Well That's my review.

Very unprofessional, This facility takes their sweet time and likes to have non-work related conversations while having a line that goes to the door wrapped around the corner. I showed up at 9, left at 12:30 without ever getting seen. They only have 1 secion open and all the workers just walk around not doing anything. Someone PLEASE SAVE THIS FACILITY ??.

The people that work there tell you step by step what they doing.They really need someone at the front the whole time making sure people coming in have the correct IDs and when it is time to go they are there to make your next appointment.

biolife plasma off bryant irving in fort worth is one of the best atmospheres. Donating has been a piece of cake! everyone when they originally stick you you barely feel it at least for me anyways. I'm usually at Killeen Center but when I visit my daughter I visit Ft Worth center . Well I went today and I must tell you Stephanie was Awesome I didn't feel a thing she was like a Butterfly, so soft touch when she poked the needle in my vein. I'm happy. No pain. I have given plasma tons of times at a different Plasma donation place. This was the first time here at Bio life as a new donor going in for their new donor deal. They were having problems half way through and instead of stopping to figure out why they continued. Leading me to have to go to the hospital with a hematoma and they hit a nerve. The lines are so long and they have you standing the whole time... They skip returning donors with new donors so if there's alot then you'll be waiting even longer. If they know that they have people waiting for 2-3 hours standing in line then why not have a seated waiting area? Just doesn't make sense. Overall staff is friendly and after the 2-3 hour standing wait the process goes fairly quickly. People like me with bad knees can't stand for that long without being in pain...

I had foolishly chosen the wrong question on my questionnaire, saying that I had PTSD over two years ago. Because they have this on file from another location, I can't donate for some thing I was never diagnosed for. I was taken to a room where I had to talk to somebody who didn't even ask me the story, just read what was on file. The staff here are very nice but the wait is ridiculous, even if you make an appointment be prepared to wait 2-3 hour minimum. Standing in line right now with thirty other people and the line has not moved in an hour

try to donate plasma for the first time I scheduled an appointment and tried calling them to let them know that I would be a a couple minutes late. When I got to the receptionist, I let her know. I had an appointment and communicated that I tried to call them in advance.she told me that They rarely ever answer the phone and that I would have to would have to reschedule for another day. Hire more Techs/Screeners. I now typically wait an hour before my vitals. I have an appointment which means nothing. Yes, my BPM will be going to up and then I can't donate. Standing while waiting is too much time and does not help to lower my beats per minute. If my donation is that improtant, this should be the first fix.

This place has blew my husbands vein multiple times and stuck him in a place without a vein. He's had a horrible hematoma and stuck where no vein is once and then blew it out for the 3rd time. They say they will send the full payment because he spends forever waiting there like way over an hour past his appointment time and they don't send the payment to the card at all. Don't like this place, going back to CSL ,they do so much better and the flow moves faster there. I sat on a seat for 35 minutes while the lady was just talking away with a patient. To get Pre-donation vitals was the only thing done quick. Long line of 10+ people waiting to be seated at a donation chair. Staff are not using all their stations that they have set up. No sense of initiative or urgency from the phlebotomists taking care of donations. All the staff seem to linger, stand around, and just extend the amount of time donors are here by an unnecessary amount. Easily waiting 20-25mins for one donor to be seated

I have donated here a couple times but I'm not sure I'll be going back. It's always understaffed and the employees that are present have zero sense of urgency. Also, I don't like how they don't change gloves very often. And, a package fell on the floor and the tech picked it up and used it without changing gloves. Not hygienic at all. Some of the techs are sweet and they do try, which is why I'm giving 2 stars.

Most of the time it's OK at Tia location. But it really seems like want to get past your Promotional they really don't care if you come in or not. Schedule an appointment to find 30 people or more in front of you just to get processed. What is the point of making an appointment. Unorganized appears to have a lack of management.

I got an email promising $125 if I donated this week which I did, however I was only credited $50. I want to get the remaining $75 that I was supposed to get per the email!

The line to donate was extraordinarily long yesterday. Despite to overwhelmingness of the situation, the phlebotomists didn't lose their composure at all.

It's always pleasant to go donate. Always friendly people and staff to talk to even just random sports stuff and the like. It's such a quickly paced and fun environment the time it takes to go from basically walking in (2-3 hours depending on their volume) goes by without it seeming so long Definitely well worth doing

This place crossed my records with another person with the same name which kept making me ineligible to donate. When I asked them was there a way to correct their records they said ?No, We go by what the system says?. After the amount of people who have had similar issues and the injuries that have occurred here I would recommend against this place for sure.

Not only is the wait time incredibly long with three workers who don't want to do anything on the wonderful day that I went. The AC was broken and there was already issues being hot just waiting there. The woman who stuck me did not do a good job and had to get someone else to come who then made this happen. After Holly came out to patronize or whatever the phlebotomist literally lied and told her I took out the needle myself. And all in all the worst bio life I've been to.

Jana and Perla were great and extremely professional, as was my experience with the rest of the staff. I have been to 4 different BioLife centers and this one was by far the most professional staff and pleasant experience I've had.

The staff was great and everything is clean. I did have a bad collection. I'm thinking possibly the person that started my draw was new, he seemed nervous. I unfortunately ended up with a hematoma. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is beyond unprofessional, the staff is rude and completely untrained. I spent over 3 hours during my scheduled new patient appointment and had 4 different staff member assess my veins, tell me everything was great, only to have a completely untrained staff member staff the needle all the way into my arm completely ruining my gain and causing damage to my arm and vein. And now it's MY FAULT. I'm not allowed to donate here because their staff is incompetent!

I have been coming and donating plasma at this location for a few months and have always had a great experience. Even when they are visually busy the staff works hard to keep everything continuously moving. Chuck is one of the people that I love to see when I go in. He is enjoyable to talk to and time flies by when I'm in his section. He is very precise and there is literally no pain at all. Everyone is very nice I have had a good experience my last 2 visits. I had a very nice tech! However, a question arose due to the anti-coagulant solution causing me to cough so she sought out help from an experienced or more seasoned phlebotomist. Another girl came to address the question but assumed I was bending my donating arm because I placed my phone on it. In a relaxed state, my arms have a natural bend which is the same bend I started the procedure with. Very understaffed and always seems to be running behind. My appointment was at 9 right when they opened and i wasn't hooked up until 9:40. This has been a fairly common occurrence at this location. Arlington location runs so much smoother and efficiently. Most of staff is nice but a class in customer service or patient relations wouldn't hurt.

I was a new donor in May and things were okay for awhile. The past couple of weeks I have seen a lot of people walk out with both arms bandaged. On June 22nd when I had seen so many with both arms bandaged I should have just left. Instead I waited over an hour to have so much pain inflicted on me. The FTW center is overcrowded. Plus it's difficult to get an appointment. I finally had to go to the Burleson center. Nice place, friendly employees, easier to get an appointment. The wait times and the lines r way too long. At either center. What's the point of having an appointment if you still gotta wait in line?! I have weighed the pros and cons and I believe that I will be going back to the other place. BioLife is just not worth the 2 1/2 hour wait.

Very pleasant experience especially for my very first time donating. Everyone was pleasant from start to finish, but Chuck, nurse Jana and my phlebotomist Marissa particularly made me feel right at home. Very busy but very organized. I rarely leave reviews but I can't stay quiet about this place. This is the worst place I've ever donated (I would leave a negative star if I could). Appointments are a joke (still have to wait 30-45 mins just to get to the chair most days). They left HUGE bruises on my arms EVERY time I went. Staff is 50/50 on courtesy. I didn't even finish the new doner program because this place is so unorganized and I'm tired of people asking about my bruises from here. Save yourself the frustration and donate somewhere

I love the people who work here, especially Chuck, he is really great at his job and always happy and smiling. It makes for a wonderful donation. But more importantly he is great with the donors. It's people like Chuck that will make me stay coming back over and over again to donate. He treats me like the person i am, and not just another random donor.

There so many professional and nice workers there. But there's more than one, personal. Mrs. Kimberly, Mrs. Alexee, Mrs. Jennifer, Mrs. Nikkah,and also Mrs. Perla. These individuals love there job and they show it with the concern they show me.

Every person I interacted with was so welcoming. I would love to give name but I would be naming the whole facility because of how friendly everyone was. I was a first time donor and of course was a little nervous, but the staff made that feeling go away and were such a joy to be around.

This place is great! Everyone is super chill, and it goes pretty fast. Chuck has become one of my friends throughout my tenure there. He's a phlebotomist! He's very kind and seems well liked by his coworkers and the regulars. If you're wondering if you should try Bio Life, stop wondering?just do it!

This is the only plasma center where I have trouble with my pulse? any other ones pulse check is never that fast and it always says mine is too high..

My experience today was the best I had! The line moved quickly, everyone was nice and professional and most of all, my phlebotomist Chuck was fantastic! The whole donation process was great as he explained everything he did, the donation was seamless and painful, and was the quickest it had ever gone. Arrived well in advance of my scheduled appointment. Waited in line to check in. Then was directed to wait in a small room with 7-9 other people (one of whom was visibly sick). Waited and waited to be called. Gave them a full hour after my appointment, then gave up and left. I wasn't the only person to walk out. Despite being so busy, the staff there is always kind and friendly. From the time I go to the check in desk to the time I'm done donating, never once have I had or met staff members that made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. The entire building is well over due for a round of raises for their effort

I've donated at biolife a few times now and I'm enjoying it. Not only am I making a difference but I'm being paid for it, too. On top of that, everyone on staff I've talked to has been kind and helpful. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Chuck, who is very pleasant to talk with, very kind and professional. The wait times are getting ridiculous. The staff are visibly overworked, though they power through with a smile. Jessi, Chuck, and Savanah are some shining stars there that take their work seriously while maintaining great positive attitudes and professionalism.

Place is nice. People are nice.. Vital area techs aren't using gloves and other sterile techniques properly. Example touching hair with gloves on, wiping nose and then putting gloves on without washing hands. Have not seen a single one wash their hands. Wait time is long and appointment time is not honored.

Donation payouts tank in lieu of the points loyalty program... Which has not worked for the majority of the several months it's been instituted. Bad idea and worse execution. There is a lot of good to this center and they have really great people working there but terribly understaffed. 3 stars because the employees are all very sweet and accommodating. However the facility needs help! I spent an hour and half just in line. That's crazy, I've been to many of the other plasma centers around Fort Worth. I'm always in and out within an hour, given that I can donate in 30 minutes. It's pointless to make an appointment if each time you come in you're spending an hour+ in line. This is my 3rd visit here I witnessed a few people get out of line and leave, definitely need more employees or adjust

Horrible! The staff works as fast as molasses and does more talking rather than doing the job they are hired for. I wish the Medical board could get involved, the facilities are always dirty. Where is the management so they can make sure the job is getting done.
