Got an email to set up appointment. Showed up to a 25 min line. Got flagged and said I had to return next day. Why did I get approved to register when I was not cleared for another day. Donated next day. Was told to come back in 2 days. Again went through the registration process to be told I couldn't come back for a couple more days. They admitted to an Admin error. But their error cost me a $70 donation. I know mistakes happen but I spent time driving and waiting in line, and was poked and about to be cl

This center is incredibly slow. Every single person in the place seems to be moving at a negative sense of urgency, which is quite frustrating. I've been to other much busier Biolifes that are packed from open to close, and they move much faster. Now, I will say that once I finally made it to the chair, the process was fast and efficient, probably the fastest, but that's null and void to the 4 HOURS IT TOOK TO GET THERE. Everyone from the front guy at the counter to the people checking my vitals was just sl

The nurses that worked with me were incredibly nice and willing to engage with me, answer my questions, and chat during my donation. The wait was a bit long, but the company made the time fly by faster! Overall, I would recommend this place

The facility was clean, the staff was very nice but my experience didn't go so well. This was my first time to donate and on the first cycle of my blood being returned, the needle site infiltrated and my blood made a big bulge under my skin. It has been a month and I still have a bruise. For older people donating, the machines should be adjusted down in pressure to prevent this from happening. Not sure I will be doing this again as it's not worth the risk. If I had big veins, it would be a different story.

Terrible experiences with this location. Last week there were 20+ people in line. Promotions are not honored. And poor communication. Normally don't complain, but just got a notification to leave a review. Well That's my review.

Very unprofessional, This facility takes their sweet time and likes to have non-work related conversations while having a line that goes to the door wrapped around the corner. I showed up at 9, left at 12:30 without ever getting seen. They only have 1 secion open and all the workers just walk around not doing anything. Someone PLEASE SAVE THIS FACILITY ??.

The people that work there tell you step by step what they doing. They really need someone at the front the whole time making sure people coming in have the correct IDs and when it is time to go they are there to make your next appointment.

biolife plasma off bryant irving in fort worth is one of the best atmospheres. Donating has been a piece of cake! everyone when they originally stick you you barely feel it at least for me anyways. They are so nice and respectful of your time and try there best to get you to a chair immediately. awesome people to:)

I'm usually at Killeen Center but when I visit my daughter I visit Ft Worth center . Well I went today and I must tell you Stephanie was Awesome I didn't feel a thing she was like a Butterfly, so soft touch when she poked the needle in my vein. I'm happy. No pain. I couldn't believe it! ?? And I'm flowing fast!! Thank you Stephanie so much.

I'll never donate again. Terrible experience on my 5th donation. All the others were fine but this here isn't worth the money at all.

All the ladies and gentlemen working in this facility always greet with a smile and they are prompt at there job. Everyone is attentive and checking to see if you are alright. I'm in and out of there in no time.

First time I ever donated, everyone was so nice & made sure to thoroughly explain the process & any side effects but I especially want to give Corey a shout out, I've NEVER had a needle so smooth both in & out & he was also just so sweet

I have given plasma tons of times at a different Plasma donation place. This was the first time here at Bio life as a new donor going in for their new donor deal. They were having problems half way through and instead of stopping to figure out why they continued. Leading me to have to go to the hospital with a hematoma and they hit a nerve. I had to miss work and now they do not want to call me back. It's been 2 weeks since then and Dr said should be 4-5 till it's better and it hasn't gotten better. I would

The lines are so long and they have you standing the whole time... They skip returning donors with new donors so if there's alot then you'll be waiting even longer. If they know that they have people waiting for 2-3 hours standing in line then why not have a seated waiting area? Just doesn't make sense. Overall staff is friendly and after the 2-3 hour standing wait the process goes fairly quickly. People like me with bad knees can't stand for that long without being in pain...

Been going here for over a year with no problems?.Had a 1 year physical right away rude nurse so I ended the physical before it could start went to the front desk to not only put in a complaint to management but to also see if I could reschedule my physical with a different nurse?.instead I was rudely told that I couldn't be provided that service and was accused of yelling and getting violent to the staff?.I admit that my tone was a notch or two louder on purpose so other donators could here my complaint; i

I had foolishly chosen the wrong question on my questionnaire, saying that I had PTSD over two years ago. Because they have this on file from another location, I can't donate for some thing I was never diagnosed for. I was taken to a room where I had to talk to somebody who didn't even ask me the story, just read what was on file. So now I'm having to get my paperwork and medical information (which is a violation of my personal life) sent over to this location for something that has nothing to do with donat

The staff here are very nice but the wait is ridiculous, even if you make an appointment be prepared to wait 2-3 hour minimum. Standing in line right now with thirty other people and the line has not moved in an hour

BioLife Plasma screens carefully and offers plasma donors a financial incentive to continue donating. The donation space looks clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and appears well-trained. Talking with other donors, I've learned that donation incentives help them bridge financial gaps, pay off bills and other debt payments. It is a viable option if you can meet the health standards.

try to donate plasma for the first time I scheduled an appointment and tried calling them to let them know that I would be a a couple minutes late. When I got to the receptionist, I let her know. I had an appointment and communicated that I tried to call them in advance.she told me that They rarely ever answer the phone and that I would have to would have to reschedule for another day. Didn't ask for my name or check my appointment time.

Hire more Techs/Screeners. I now typically wait an hour before my vitals. I have an appointment which means nothing. Yes, my BPM will be going to up and then I can't donate. Standing while waiting is too much time and does not help to lower my beats per minute. If my donation is that improtant, this should be the first fix.

This place has blew my husbands vein multiple times and stuck him in a place without a vein. He's had a horrible hematoma and stuck where no vein is once and then blew it out for the 3rd time. They say they will send the full payment because he spends forever waiting there like way over an hour past his appointment time and they don't send the payment to the card at all. They will not call us back or answer our calls or emails. They are awful at what they do and ripping people off. He's trying to help out o

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS & DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTIME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE PROPERLY. I was told today that even though someone forgot to take all of there samples I would have to give one on my second donation. The issue I was having was the fact that I was being put through more discomfort b/c someone didn't do there job. B/c of my weight I donate over 900 ML in plasma every visit so if your getting another sample of blood on top of that, especially considering I just donated I few days ago that's somethi

Not communication here you walk in waiting and no one greets you or tell you what line to go to staff is young so that's probably why they don't have proper people skills

Don't like this place, going back to CSL ,they do so much better and the flow moves faster there. I sat on a seat for 35 minutes while the lady was just talking away with a patient. And when I questioned the lead, she had an attitude. This place is trash. Friday for the first time in my life they missed my vein. Then wanted to adjust it in my arm. Nope, learn how to be professional and do you job correctly and stop talking to other ppl while you're putting a needle inside someone's arm. Csl is so much bett

The experience was comfortable. I learned a lot about blood plasma and personal health. The funds are immensely helpful as I've recently lost my main income. This was good or me all around.

To get Pre-donation vitals was the only thing done quick. Long line of 10+ people waiting to be seated at a donation chair. Staff are not using all their stations that they have set up. No sense of initiative or urgency from the phlebotomists taking care of donations. All the staff seem to linger, stand around, and just extend the amount of time donors are here by an unnecessary amount. Easily waiting 20-25mins for one donor to be seated

I have donated here a couple times but I'm not sure I'll be going back. It's always understaffed and the employees that are present have zero sense of urgency. Also, I don't like how they don't change gloves very often. And, a package fell on the floor and the tech picked it up and used it without changing gloves. Not hygienic at all. Some of the techs are sweet and they do try, which is why I'm giving 2 stars.

Have had a great experience so far at Bio Life in FW. The staff has always been professional and friendly! Only positives! Feels good to be helping others, and Bio Life FW makes it easy to do so. Thank you!

I would sadly not even give them the whole star. I loved the staff here but after I became ineligible to donate or schedule a donation through their app and called for multiple months to figure out what happened that I got deferred for and leaving messages, which no one responded to, I finally get an email that says basically our bad and u can donate again, I put in for scheduling a donation. Get to the place and go to check in, it says check with the front desk that I'm ineligible. I ask the front and she

Been coming here for over a year. Never any issues. Love most of the people. No complaints on the people. (They are the ONLY reason for the 5 stars.) Everyone is very friendly & the Place is always clean & orderly. However...do not come if you don't have about 2 1/2 + hours to spare every time. My main complaint is this. They say they know your worth & appreciate it, but will continue to decrease your amount. I'm down to $95 a week now. A lady I know came just for the new donor bonus & hasn't been back. Sh

My name is Yesica Caram, I just wanted to say that this location has a very professional vibe and personally I can say Chuck is one of the top ones there. He has been very nice and professional with me and my husband every single time we are there. A special thanks to Chuck!!

Most of the time it's OK at Tia location. But it really seems like want to get past your Promotional they really don't care if you come in or not. Schedule an appointment to find 30 people or more in front of you just to get processed. What is the point of making an appointment. Unorganized appears to have a lack of management.

I got an email promising $125 if I donated this week which I did, however I was only credited $50. I want to get the remaining $75 that I was supposed to get per the email!

The line to donate was extraordinarily long yesterday. Despite to overwhelmingness of the situation, the phlebotomists didn't lose their composure at all.

i was there for over an hour without being hooked up to a machine & was ignored while other people who showed up after me were helped .

It's always pleasant to go donate. Always friendly people and staff to talk to even just random sports stuff and the like. It's such a quickly paced and fun environment the time it takes to go from basically walking in (2-3 hours depending on their volume) goes by without it seeming so long Definitely well worth doing

Everyone has been so nice and polite. They can get crazy busy but not one employee shows frustration or rudeness. Your employees are amazing! And all the new employees really seem to enjoy their environment and training! Loving the new hours at the Fort Worth location! Thank you!

Idk what the deal is, but I don't appreciate the staff walking past me for the past 7 minutes as if they can't hear my machine chiming that I'm done. I'm literally watching them seat other people on a bed and hook them up

This place crossed my records with another person with the same name which kept making me ineligible to donate. When I asked them was there a way to correct their records they said ?No, We go by what the system says?. After the amount of people who have had similar issues and the injuries that have occurred here I would recommend against this place for sure.

Not only is the wait time incredibly long with three workers who don't want to do anything on the wonderful day that I went. The AC was broken and there was already issues being hot just waiting there. The woman who stuck me did not do a good job and had to get someone else to come who then made this happen. After Holly came out to patronize or whatever the phlebotomist literally lied and told her I took out the needle myself. And all in all the worst bio life I've been to.

Jana and Perla were great and extremely professional, as was my experience with the rest of the staff. I have been to 4 different BioLife centers and this one was by far the most professional staff and pleasant experience I've had.

Very professional, helpful and understanding. Never expected such a great experience. It'll be my 7th visit next week. If you're going to donate plasma, Biolife is the place to go.

A Respectful staff is unique at a plasma donating center. This certain center has always respected my time an willingness to donate. The staff made sure I was comfortable before the process began.?? Overall clean facility.

The staff is very professional and helpful they make the donation process so easy.

The staff was great and everything is clean. I did have a bad collection. I'm thinking possibly the person that started my draw was new, he seemed nervous. I unfortunately ended up with a hematoma. The others that worked with me were clearly more confident. The nurse that did my physical was outstanding I think her name was Jana I'll go back once my arms clear up.

The nurse Kayla, Sam, Jennifer, and Sandra, wow, what an out standing customer service. They were cordial, very effective / efficient, and pleasantly very professional. Thank you dear bio lab staff. :-)

Let me just say, don't waist your time. They TAKE UP SO MUCH OF YOUR TIME. Imder staffed, Not worth it. My first visit was 4 hrs. They are sooo extra with the check up and questions. Like they want extreme detail of each tattoo amd piercing you have. Good thi g I am not fully covered. second visit, appt was 12:05. Did my questions, was standing in the LONG line of people waiting to get vitals done. I grabbed a chair. I have a bad leg. I was told we ARE NOT allowed to sit. it was an hr after my appointment w

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is beyond unprofessional, the staff is rude and completely untrained. I spent over 3 hours during my scheduled new patient appointment and had 4 different staff member assess my veins, tell me everything was great, only to have a completely untrained staff member staff the needle all the way into my arm completely ruining my gain and causing damage to my arm and vein. And now it's MY FAULT. I'm not allowed to donate here because their staff is incompetent!

I have been coming and donating plasma at this location for a few months and have always had a great experience. Even when they are visually busy the staff works hard to keep everything continuously moving. Chuck is one of the people that I love to see when I go in. He is enjoyable to talk to and time flies by when I'm in his section. He is very precise and there is literally no pain at all. Further, he regularly checks on everyone in his area to ensure you are doing good throughout the donation process. Ov

Do good, feel good in a clean and well managed facility. Some great personalities work here who take pride in what they do. Chuck personifies what great customer service is, especially when it seems to be lacking these days.

Everyone is very nice I have had a good experience my last 2 visits. They do need a larger space and a few more employees so the process can go faster so it could be more donor friendly as far as time wise and not having to wait 2+ hours to even get hooked up. Chuck and Bri were very nice and worked well together! Made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Thank you!

I had a very nice tech! However, a question arose due to the anti-coagulant solution causing me to cough so she sought out help from an experienced or more seasoned phlebotomist. Another girl came to address the question but assumed I was bending my donating arm because I placed my phone on it. In a relaxed state, my arms have a natural bend which is the same bend I started the procedure with. She reached over and immediately forced my arm trying to straighten it saying I shouldn't be doing that! Her action

Very understaffed and always seems to be running behind. My appointment was at 9 right when they opened and i wasn't hooked up until 9:40. This has been a fairly common occurrence at this location. Arlington location runs so much smoother and efficiently. Most of staff is nice but a class in customer service or patient relations wouldn't hurt.

Loving the adjusted time slots so I didn't have to wait an hour between screening and donating! The staff are always so sweet and informative! My sister and I LOVE the Bryant Irvin location!

I tried to be a donor but couldn't get in and out in timely manner. I had 5 people in front of me today and it was an hour and a half before I was at the front of the line. The very young staff seem to be kind and know their job, however they have not been trained to hustle. They don't respect your time. They visit among themselves way too much. It's unprofessional and should be kept to the break room. Training these young people is a responsibility that should be taken seriously. The lovely young woman who

I was a new donor in May and things were okay for awhile. The past couple of weeks I have seen a lot of people walk out with both arms bandaged. On June 22nd when I had seen so many with both arms bandaged I should have just left. Instead I waited over an hour to have so much pain inflicted on me. My arm felt like it was vibrating and where the needled was inserted hurt the entire time. Once the saline started going in my arm burned so bad I couldn't take it. I told them to remove it and was told they would

One of the nicest place I've donated plasma! Services was great, staff very friendly, professional and clean!

The FTW center is overcrowded. Plus it's difficult to get an appointment. I finally had to go to the Burleson center. Nice place, friendly employees, easier to get an appointment. The wait times and the lines r way too long. At either center. What's the point of having an appointment if you still gotta wait in line?! I have weighed the pros and cons and I believe that I will be going back to the other place. BioLife is just not worth the 2 1/2 hour wait.

Very pleasant experience especially for my very first time donating. Everyone was pleasant from start to finish, but Chuck, nurse Jana and my phlebotomist Marissa particularly made me feel right at home. Very busy but very organized. So happy to make this a regular thing and return to a location I feel at home at! Thanks everyone!

I rarely leave reviews but I can't stay quiet about this place. This is the worst place I've ever donated (I would leave a negative star if I could). Appointments are a joke (still have to wait 30-45 mins just to get to the chair most days). They left HUGE bruises on my arms EVERY time I went. Staff is 50/50 on courtesy. I didn't even finish the new doner program because this place is so unorganized and I'm tired of people asking about my bruises from here. Save yourself the frustration and donate somewhere

Very poor efficiency management. This location is by appointment ONLY and the wait time is ridiculous. I've made reviews before and I don't know what you are doing with it. Also, why are my bonuses different almost every week when my plasma weight is always the SAME??? I see that I can post pictures. You're going to have some next time! I've been reading some of the reviews?Did they get paid to leave a 5 star review ? Some of the employees are nice and some need to learn how to smile. What do y?all do with

I love the people who work here, especially Chuck, he is really great at his job and always happy and smiling. It makes for a wonderful donation. But more importantly he is great with the donors. It's people like Chuck that will make me stay coming back over and over again to donate. He treats me like the person i am, and not just another random donor.

There so many professional and nice workers there. But there's more than one, personal. Mrs. Kimberly, Mrs. Alexee, Mrs. Jennifer, Mrs. Nikkah, and also Mrs. Perla. These individuals love there job and they show it with the concern they show me.

This place is awesome. From start to finish everything ran smoothly. Nurse Jana was the best she takes really good care of you. I'm glad I finally made a decision to join the team to change lives!!

First off I want to say if you're new to donating plasma or even if you're a vet at it, the Bryant Irvin location is the Best!! But also being someone who gets a little nervous at times, I couldn't have met a more professional, genuine, and comforting floor medical staff than Kimberly! Wow she is awesome and not to get in her business but if she's not making $25 plus it's truly a shame because you don't and won't find to many staff employees like her. Thank you Kimberly and awesome job!! I will be referring

Every person I interacted with was so welcoming. I would love to give name but I would be naming the whole facility because of how friendly everyone was. I was a first time donor and of course was a little nervous, but the staff made that feeling go away and were such a joy to be around.

This place is great! Everyone is super chill, and it goes pretty fast. Chuck has become one of my friends throughout my tenure there. He's a phlebotomist! He's very kind and seems well liked by his coworkers and the regulars. If you're wondering if you should try Bio Life, stop wondering?just do it!

This is the only plasma center where I have trouble with my pulse? any other ones pulse check is never that fast and it always says mine is too high..

My experience today was the best I had! The line moved quickly, everyone was nice and professional and most of all, my phlebotomist Chuck was fantastic! The whole donation process was great as he explained everything he did, the donation was seamless and painful, and was the quickest it had ever gone. He checked on me and let me know what was going on and was very friendly. I'll be back, thanks to Chuck!!

Arrived well in advance of my scheduled appointment. Waited in line to check in. Then was directed to wait in a small room with 7-9 other people (one of whom was visibly sick). Waited and waited to be called. Gave them a full hour after my appointment, then gave up and left. I wasn't the only person to walk out. There was a long line of ?customers? wrapped around the interior of the building. I couldn't see everyone, but it had to have been 40 or 50 people. And that line wasn't moving. The impressi

Despite being so busy, the staff there is always kind and friendly. From the time I go to the check in desk to the time I'm done donating, never once have I had or met staff members that made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. The entire building is well over due for a round of raises for their effort

The wait time took quite a while so make sure you plan to be there at least 2/3 hours if it's your first time. The whole process besides the wait went very smooth and everyone was very nice. Anna Marie was very very nice and professional:)

Always a great experience at BioLife! I've been donating for about 10 months now. It's clean, quick and the staff are friendly and helpful. Taylor and Alexie are super sweet and always make me feel so comfortable. I have recommended BioLife to several friends because it's such a great place. See you soon!

As a new donor I am happy with my experience at this location. I met a man by the name of chuck who made me feel so comfortable with being stuck. He is one of the most kind , pleasant and friendliest people I have met thus far . Thank you Chuck.

Very clean, very nice facility and people. Waiting times will vary depending on time and day. Some days are faster than others but realize you're not the only one donating. Chuck is fantastic and does a great job!

Since day one I started donating at this location, everybody has been nice and respectful. Also Chuck is sweet nice respectful energetic and love how he can conversate while doing his job. Ty chuck and all the awesome workers. I wouldn't change location at all??

Love this location but chuck is my favorite to work with. He always makes me feel comfortable and is very funny. If u have nerves he knows how to talk u thru

Chuck energy is always amazing. I got lucky today and got him as the person to set me up on the machine. Let me just say I now know why everyone loves him and why his name gets brought up at every center. His always makes sure you're comfortable at all time's. Has you leaving with a smile everytime. Bio life needs to give this man a RAISE!

If y?all haven't went to donate blood and it's your first time definitely give this place a shot (no pun intended). I 100% believe it's for a good cause I never knew the value of what you're doing when donating until I finally became a first time donor. Today is my 7th time donating blood and I absolutely love this facility. At first I was skeptical, but the ladies/men I usually see are always so kind and efficient. I have a few that are just so sweet and make my time go by easy. The first day Kim listened

I've donated at biolife a few times now and I'm enjoying it. Not only am I making a difference but I'm being paid for it, too. On top of that, everyone on staff I've talked to has been kind and helpful. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Chuck, who is very pleasant to talk with, very kind and professional. I've had good experiences here and I'm telling friends and family to donate, too.

The wait times are getting ridiculous. The staff are visibly overworked, though they power through with a smile. Jessi, Chuck, and Savanah are some shining stars there that take their work seriously while maintaining great positive attitudes and professionalism.

Place is nice. People are nice.. Vital area techs aren't using gloves and other sterile techniques properly. Example touching hair with gloves on, wiping nose and then putting gloves on without washing hands. Have not seen a single one wash their hands. Wait time is long and appointment time is not honored.

Donation payouts tank in lieu of the points loyalty program... Which has not worked for the majority of the several months it's been instituted. Bad idea and worse execution. There is a lot of good to this center and they have really great people working there but terribly understaffed. I think those poor employees must be working insanely hard to have it functioning as well as it does. I still would have recommended this place before the points over good payment nonsense. Please Lord... Fix the point redem

Chuck and Perla are the best ??? they make me feel comfortable each time I come and check in on you as well. They're always attentive to each of their donors and Chuck knows how to manage his team.

3 stars because the employees are all very sweet and accommodating. However the facility needs help! I spent an hour and half just in line. That's crazy, I've been to many of the other plasma centers around Fort Worth. I'm always in and out within an hour, given that I can donate in 30 minutes. It's pointless to make an appointment if each time you come in you're spending an hour+ in line. This is my 3rd visit here I witnessed a few people get out of line and leave, definitely need more employees or adjust

Horrible! The staff works as fast as molasses and does more talking rather than doing the job they are hired for. I wish the Medical board could get involved, the facilities are always dirty. Where is the management so they can make sure the job is getting done.

Everyone is very professional and kind. They try to move you through as fast as possible. The app is simple to use and payment is quick.

Always clean and seems to run well even at its busiest. Never had any issues and all the employees have been kind. Chuck assisted me today and he always seems upbeat to be there!
