I'm a first time plasma donor! Everybody at biolife made me feel like I was important and like I meant t something! I was super worried the whole entire time, because I've never done this before. However, they were all very reassuring and comforting, and I was very happy with how the whole thing turned out. I will be going back! This is truly a way to help each other out. I did not get that at first, However, once they give you the pamphlets and all the things we're actually saving lives here. I find it

All staff was so welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. Overall amazing experience

there is no reason I should leave this facility with blood gushing out of my stick. I've donated plasma for years and never have I left with dried blood on me and my clothes. This week TWICE I've had to shower off dried blood after donating. When I mentioned that, rather than own an error on their part, they said it's because I've donated for years... Are they not properly trained on how to wrap veins that are scarred? When asked if my 2nd needle site today was painful I said yes, and the response was to st

One star, i just tried going there, clean clothes, took a shower, so they lied and said i stunk. Riiiight. Sure i stink. The only thing that stinks is discrimination. What, am i too ugly to be there? Is it because i was recently homeless? REEEEEE???

I've been coming to biolife for over a year now, and everyone I engage with is amazing. Alicia is always so friendly at the front and swift at check in, Yvette is always so friendly when I first walk in, and all of the phlebotomists are always friendly and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say!

I really love the feeling of being able to donate plasma to the people who need it, and of course love being paid for it as well. I just wish BioLife still had the childrens drop off area that I read about. I guess it closed for COVID and hasnt opened back up. Most of the time I cant make my appointments because I cant find a sitter for my daughter. Other than that, I love the staff, its quick and painless. Money is available almost as soon as I walk out the door.

I live in a rural part of Montana and I was wanting to start donating blood. I worked on getting set up at my local center which would be Great Falls. About 100 miles away. However the BioLife app is refusing to allow me to schedule anywhere other than the Billings location which is 130 miles away from where I live. They sent out a "travelling from Easter?" promotion with a link to "find a center near you". Since I'm going through Great Falls I figured I'd try again but it still refused to allow me to sched

Great staff with stellar personalities. Alesha is wonderful. Top notch place! Plus, can't do anything better than do something to help others.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and the donation part is fast.

I went to Biolife yesterday for a Physical so I can start donating again. Cinnamon, the nurse who did my physical was great! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was not nervous at all! She asked me how my day was going and really had an actual conversation with me. I feel that she made the entire process more smooth compared to my previous experiences during a physical. And when I asked her why certain things were done, like checking my eyes, she explained why. Bonus for her going out of her way to

I always enjoy going and donating plasma. The people that work there are usually in a good mood. People here in G.Falls are mostly grumpy, so in order to keep a good attitude takes quite a bit here.

Staff is great and sometimes it takes a bit to get through. But the pay is absolutely absurd, they are at $90 for two donations. $40 for the first one and $50 for the second. They are making millions and can't pay us who keep them in business adequately! Not happy

I got a weird short term reaction on the arm I donated from. I have donated at the Billings Mt location various times and never once at a reaction. First time coming to Great Falls location. I will go back but if I have another side affect from this next donation I will not be coming back. I have heard from 2 people that they have had bad side effects after donating from this clinic too.

I always have a great experience when I come in to donate plasma, and the compensation is pretty great, too. Everyone seems to know exactly how to perform their jobs well, and if any time they aren't sure of something, they take the time to get the correct information in order to do things the right way. Another thing that is very apparent is that they enjoy their jobs, and that gives me confidence in coming back the next time.

Even though they have been running on a crew of 3 since 4:30 p.m. tonight, these 3 ladies rocked it!!! They stayed calm and 100% did not show any stress. Even though i know they were. Love the crew that's here!!!

Wow, just wow!!! I don't usually have a great experience donating plasma at other centers; In Great Falls they do it right though! I think the staff is largely due to that, specifically Danni, Mike, Alyssa. (MIKE AND ALYSSA WORK SO WELL TOGETHER I LIKE TO CALL THEM TEAM MALYSSA ????). They make a sometimes rather unfun process enjoyable. Staff is knowledgeable, competent and greeting i would highly recommend 5 star ?? ??

Horrible. I've come there on and off and they mess My arm up all the time and say it's because I have rolling veins and I'm a yellow person. So they asked an employee to fix the needle in my arm - after three employees tried, he came walking out rolling his eyes at me. Literally. I hate that I felt so bad being there. It's like they make me feel bad every few times I have been there. There's only a few nice ladies that were nice to me. Then they had a problem with thier machine after they switched to my oth

The staff was fabulous! Very professional and polite!! Cinnamon did the physical portion of my 1st visit and she did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and making sure I was comfortable!

Excessive wait times. Poor scheduling vs. production rate of staff available on a given shift. When I came in for my physical, I had a long wait time and advised I could not donate because of the time remaining, but they allowed me to continue with the physical after asking me to reschedule. The next day, I came in five minutes early and checked in. After checking in, I was told to go back to my car and wait, and they would call my cell phone. There were ten persons or more on the list that were not scratc

My experience here as a new doner was amazing! They made sure I was well taken care of. I only wish(from a new doner perspective) I was checked on a little more through the donation process. Don't get me wrong they where packed, frankly they need more space and more people. But everyone was warm and inviting.

Wonderful way to help people and make some extra money.

It was a pleasant experience all around. Everyone was friendly and informative. I enjoyed interacting with everyone there, Cinnamon was a delight. :) Definitely ready to go back when I can.

I've been donating at Biolife since 2013, and boy it's sure gone downhill. The staff are great, but unbelievably overworked and understaffed. The last ten times or so it takes at least thirty minutes to even get sat down (not even hooked up). The last three times it's been at least over an hour to get sat down. Two and a half hours to leave. Edit: Appointments no longer matter. People getting turned down at the door. This dump is criminally understaffed. Guess I'll lose out on the money I was hoping to ge

My wife and son went to donate today and due to a malfunctioning machine won't come back there. My wife got tested and the machine broke, twice. She got tested twice and that's the limit, thank you good bye. Your machine broke and that disqualified her. Pathetic! Also, my son did not have his phone with him so no coupon because he couldn't show the coupon on his phone he received from you on his account. That's really sad in this age of computers. Plus, with a 200 mile round trip, they paid to donate.

Like a few of the previous donors I agree with the wait times. Sometimes wait is long, but I don't have anything else to do and so I'm not frustrated. I totally understand the wait times and the employee shortage. With the present omnicom virus, I think they do an extremely great job. Hats off to the staff!!

Long line. Waiting over an hour with only one person do the blood draw and missed out on my $70 donation and now I'm missing on my $40 donation. People are tired of standing line and I demand a full reimbursment. It is the second time in just 3 days. Get more people on your work schedules or call in back up. I just saw 4 people leave in 5 minutes.

I love the crew that works there. I know their names and they are like family. They make my donations pleasurable and comfortable. I have always hated needles but not no more. Hats off to a great group of people

(EDIT) The people are amazing and the facility is clean! I had previously given this place a 3 star though it hurt to do so. My concerns of lost appointments and general under staffed due to Covid have been fixed. I am happy to give this place 5 stars. I will find myself at another facility by the same company and hope it meets the expectation I have come to expect thanks to this facility.

Ashton is very friendly and eases your mind. It helps tremendously to have a friendly person! Edited to add: This last time I went in on 4/30 I had a terrible experience. They readjusted my needle a good three times. It was so painful. Leaving there I could not full extend my arm without pain the first two days. 15 days later I have now scheduled appointment with Benefis because my extremely large bruises in multiple locations on my arm have not went away and are still dark purple with a small amount of pa

This center has the worst customer service I have ever come across. The phlebotomists are rude and uncaring, and dont listen to their patients. The managers don't care, are unhelpful and rude as well. I have had multiple bad experiences here and would NOT recommend. Its not worth the trouble, hassle or stress they put you through.

Husband went and they forgot to give him the right payment . He hasn't gotten credit for early donations this month always seems to be an issue with his payment . When brought up they seem to be bugged . This has happened three times in the two months he started there . The process is fine and speedy no complaints on that but there is always some kind of issue with the payment .

Danielle was my first person I worked with she was gentle and kept very good communication throughout the whole process! Great place save lives

Don't go in the morning! The wait times are insanely long (about 20 minutes to an hour and a half, and people are starting to have to wait outside and in their cars. Most of the people donating don't even need the money, based on the area, and I don't know about them, but there's no way I can spend that long waiting in line, plus the time it takes to donate and get hooked up and unhooked. So sadly, even though I really do need the money, I have to stop donating since I have a job schedule and that's startin

I noticed that everyone was very kind and helpful, BUT I wasted gas that I did not have and 2hrs of my time coming out there, signing up and THEN I was told that I was not allowed to donate because I live in a "Center." So, be aware that many different addresses cannot be used on your account. Adresses that can be considered "temporary" will not be allowed. And using a different mailing address will not work because your physical address is all that matters, so if you live in a Center, a Dorm, a Homeless Sh

The wait times have become super long, it's been a real disappointment compared to when I first came here! The staff turnover has been unfortunate but everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. If it wasn't for the great staff I wouldn't come but they make it worth it!

Always have a fantastic experience and know I'm in good hands with staff members like Alyssa, Mike, and the rest of the crew :)

Still waiting over an hour and only one section open with a long line of at least 14 people. This the third time and never gotten reimbursed for the bonus donation that was over three weeks ago. Why do we need to wait when most of us work long hours and have to wait over an hour or two or not even donate plasma. Smh. Not good for the folks who need to receive the donated plasma.

Donating plasma or blood has always been super easy for me. And the people at biolife are all so nice whenever I come in.

I have been a donor here few a few months now as well as a donor at other plasma services. Biolife by far provides the friendliest, efficient, and state-of-the-art experience that I have encountered. Staff has always been friendly and eager to help and easy to approach. The check-in process is very streamlined and efficient and there are little to no wait times before or after you are checked in. The most I've ever had to wait was nearly 15 minutes after I had completed check-in just due to a huge influx of

Worst and slowest service EVER. Sat there for 5 hours just to get told I couldn't donate. And that was before I even got to the physical or the donation portion! Can't imagine how long it would?ve taken if I COULD donate! The staff was rude and unorganized. Watched nurses literally walk past people waiting for an hour and take new people and pass them through first. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love the new way of opening up areas so there isn't a long line to stand in.

Great staff and comfortable environment with wifi to pass time. Building is super clean.

Had a great experience donating. Cinnamon was very welcoming and thorough when answering questions and walking me through procedures!

They have made it impossible with the new hours. Then, the only morning hours offered are Fri and Sat? Side by side... No Mondays which from over hearing, is an issue for many others..I will no longer donate. Not by choice.

All of the employees seem to put care into everything they do , which in return makes donating feel xtra special!

Megan?? was amazing as always she is always very helpful and does such an amazing job at sticking me I'm very grateful to have her at my center thank you everone at Biolife

This place sucks they should check their policy on blood clots because I had one before about 5 years ago and they deferred me indefinitely for having one in my brain mind you but it's gone now!!!

Would get 5 stars, except that they believe if you feel woozy after taking too much that they dont have to stop taking too much. You signed something saying you understand you could feel woozy, so they will do it.

Everyone is extremely friendly and great at what they do! Mike is definitely one of the best! I always have a great experience!!

I always feel welcome, even when my donation doesn't go as planned.

Well all the adds I see said get paid 800 for your first month of donations but I guess it's only 600 now.

Very light-hearted and wonderful people! Cinnamon was just the best! Had me laughing the entire time!

Very professional staff that walked though, and explained the whole process, and answered any and all of my questions that I had.

The staff here is amazing. Quick to respond to any issues you have, and treat you very well. You can tell they put your safety first.

always a pleasant experience

Wasted 3 trips due to mail being "unacceptable" and "You can't donate and save lives because of a piece of paper even though everything else checks out." Not wasting my time again.

The staff here has always been polite, courteous, and professional. I've never had any issues with them.

Everyone is very wonderful and friendly. Cinnamon, the nurse does such an outstanding job!!

Go see Megan down there, she's sweet, smart and efficient. Does a great job!

First time donation went perfectly! Cinnamon was phenomenal and extremely personable!

Needs more staffing. Staff that is working is awesome but overwhelmed

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Sat for 25 mins before anyone even say anything

Help save lives and get money for it. Win win.

Not very interested in actually getting your plasma.

Not the best. But it is what it is.

Nice place. Nice people
