First of all, every good review you r for this place is a lie. They literally bribe their donors for good reviews. If you have ever donated anywhere else, anywhere at all, this place will be a disappointment. The management walks around like they are lost. There will be one employee that knows what they are doing, but completely overworked. It will be Josh or Alex. Everyone else depends on these 2 way to much. The donation machines themselves are very outdated and it will take you twice a long to donat

I made an appointment as a first time donor. Soon as I checked in the lady at the desk informed me that they only had one nurse and wouldn't be able to see me. I was annoyed but, also understood. I wished they could have called, texted, or emailed me they needed to reschedule me. So, I rescheduled for the next day. I arrived 15 min before my 4pm appointment and sat for 2 hours waiting for the nurse to give me a physical ONLY to be told that they were no longer accepting donations. The staff member who told

Everyone was very nice and worked hard to explain everything that they were doing and why. They were working to train a new nurse and I could tell the process was very thorough and positive. The nurse trainer gave positive feedback to the nurse being trained several times.

It was my first time donating, and it only took three hours. Everything was very fast. All the staff was very knowledgeable and extremely nice to me. The person that hooked me up to the machine only had to try one time and I'm usually a hard stick with blood draws and such so I was pleasantly surprised

I hate to do this because the staff is working really hard but they are OBVIOUSLY understaffed which very inefficient machines. The last 4 times I've gone it has taken 3 hours which it requiring about 45 - 60 minutes to get to a bed and another 30 to get the donation started. Yesterday I was waiting 40 minutes to get to a bed and there were still 8 people in front of me. I finally walked out. As sweet as the staff is, I will be using a much quicker lab until BioLife updates their machines and hires more peo

Staff is very friendly. The wait times are WAY too long. The website says to plan on 1hr. on for a return donation. I have never gotten finished in less than 2 hrs. At times I have been seated in bed for 45 mins. before stick. My actual time on the machine averages 45 mins. It is just frustrating.

They seemed a bit understaffed and overwhelmed. They are all nice and it's a clean facility, I wouldn't say don't go, but be prepared to wait a long time. My first donation went smooth but this time wasn't, even after siting down at the machine it was a 30 minute wait, they tried both my arms and really hurt me honestly, their machine kept messing up so they finally after 50 mL of the 894 called it and gave my blood back. They did still pay me though which was nice because the pain and amount of time I was

6.3 25...FOUR WEEKS LATER... I had a 10:30 appointment and was here until 10:45 and there were still 18 people in front of me. Averaging 5 minutes for every person moved so I just couldn't wait because of another commitment this afternoon. Times are getting progressively longer as I come and try to give here so it's getting more difficult for me to give. Not sure what the point is of appointments because when I first came back to biolife I was averaging right at 2 hours which wasn't too bad but it's getti

Way better now than two years ago when I came. Employees are friendly. I get in and out even when busy. Tee checked me in and she is always a pleasure. Today Bri stuck me and she was so gentle. Today I was very impressed with the staff and professionalism even though they were super busy with people that I had to leave a review. A few years ago I stopped coming to this location because of the slowness and rudeness of the staff and that has changed and I am happy to be back here.

The employees are good. The place is very clean. The wait times is where this place sucks. Edit in response to owner: you have literally years of people complaining about the wait times, please save your copy and paste response for someone else.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional while displaying that safe work practices are fully in place. Great teamwork. I had an excellent first time experience!!!! Thank you.

The long wait times is fine since a lot of people are donating but what irritates me is the nurse named Josh (tall African American man with frizzy hair). The past 2 times that he ?sticked? me, my arm is always bruised (see picture). No other nurses does this to me but him. It seems that he don't really care where he sticks you as long as blood starts coming out. I don't think he's really feeling the vein and just assumes that's the spot. If he missed the vein, he'll pull out the needle and just keeps pokin

Nice people!! Please bring back the chairs! Idk why you thought it will be ok to stand for an hour. It's wouldn't be that bad if it didn't take that long to wait in line. So till you get faster or more staff please bring chairs back so we can be comfortable while we are waiting patiently thanks

Terrible a hassle to get registered, then told them about an issue I'm having calling and they give me a number to call in order to fix the registration issue. Like I just told you I'm having trouble calling and you give me another number to call that is only a robot. Truly a waste of my time.

As I'm standing in line with a group of donors sharing our stories of how awful we are treated at this place I decided to write my review. Me and my partner have donated at this location a couple of times and every time our experience is worse. If we are not struggling to get payment then we are endlessly waiting for our scheduled appointment slot. If you ask a question about the time you are ignored. Literally looking at you like they can see through you. When you finally get to the next step ( 1 hr past a

Since 2012 I don't think I've ever been to one unorganized like this. It's mind boggling I don't think it's that hard. Need to send people from GreenWood to retrain here.

Literally have been here 4 hours the line was wrapped around the building! The staff are overworked. I was stuck wrong I kept telling the woman it felt weird n she just keeps telling me to keep pumping?? I waited 15 minutes to be disconnected! I got here at 9:45 this morning. It's not 2:05. So irritated.

Don't waste your time. My experience was underwhelming. No staff greeting or assistance until I asked a phlebotomist for help. The sign-in clipboard was behind the desk. Bedside manner was laughable. No one introduced themselves. Lots of white jackets, not one name badge or licensure denoted on jacket. I asked a nurse in a white coat how long ago she got her Nurse Practitioner?s license. She said I'm a Medical Assistant xD

I am regular donor at the Indianapolis location. The staff and team from top to bottom make each and every experience worthwhile and typically the highlight of my day. I've never had a poor experience and honestly the money is greatly appreciated but the experience is more valuable to me. I really enjoy the time. Navi, Flower, Bri, Tee, Kasie the list is endless. But one young lady goes out of her way to not only be a great teammate but an exceptional worker. I've never seen her not busting her butt

I've been here 3 times and only got to donate once. The time I got to donate was great but it appears they'll find any reason to turn you away. Today I wanted over an hour and a half just to get vitals done. What's the point of making appointments if they aren't honored?!?! My pulse was a little high? Hmm could that be because I'm frustrated by the time it's taking? Could it be because I've been on my feet for the last 1.5 hours? Could it be because the girl who did it was trying to hurry me so she could ge

Schedule appointment for 11am and stand in line behind 40 other people until 1230 then get hooked up and sit for 45 more minutes. What's the point of appointment if they over booked the place like it's a united flight ????

My experience is great. I love how fast paced they are !! Appointment only but your in n out !

We love BioLife, Granted it takes a long time first time you go in. But afterwards you get in quickly. Their staff is Amazing and so is their main doctor. They have a nice, clean safe facility. Clean beds, they even clean them down before the next customer. They change their gloves and they dispose all ?? needles and blood afterwords. They are very efficient in their work. They also keep an eye on patients and ask them if they are okay? From time to time. If something goes wrong with the patient, they have

Every person that I've spoken to that works here kinda make me wish I worked there. They're all nice. They're all fast. They all engage and make you feel comfortable and apart of BioLife family. Greatly appreciate yall service. 100.

Love this donation center! The team here is so kind and welcoming. I've been coming often and gotten to know the workers more with each visit. Almost every time I come in, I've gotten checked by Heather. She's provides great customer service and helps keep the line flowing efficiently. :) Their new system helps keep wait time down and adds more organization over all.

Not entirely sure why they offer appointments, as it seems they take clients in the order of who walks in first. Staff is all very nice, the experience itself is pleasant, but wait times can be very long even with an appointment.

BioLife is decent, I believe they should have walk-in donations, it would make things faster. They also need to put the chairs back out. Standing around waiting is a Lil awkward. They also should give a hundred dollars + for your donations, not just when you are a new donor. They make over 4, 000 dollars on all our jars of plasma. Just saying...

This place is a very good place to come to if your first time donor you can get large amount of money every visit for brand new donors after you're done with your 12 payments they have a different way of paying for for brand new donors you get paid more. Place is clean the people are nice it's a good place to come if you need some extra cash.

I don't have anything to say negatively toward the staff. They are great. I'm just disappointed that I wasn't able to fulfill my promotion deal. I was two donations away, but since my first donations attempt was postponed a week and I wasn't informed that this would affect my promotion timeline, it made me ineligible to collect my last two donations, which were larger donation amounts. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back, promotion, or regardless.

I wanted you give a shout you Ashley and all the staff really. Between making you feel welcome and checking in on you. You made a repeat customer. Good luck getting rid of me now. ??

2-5-25 11:05 appointment so I've been writing reviews for BioLife on Rockville Rd just a great place and environment right in not really a wait at all the team work up front vary good knocked out the line let's see Flower and Ashley was on it Got one of my favorites Flower taking my vitals always smiling and shining and guess what omg you write review good or bad you could receive a swagger baggy lol show one of the staff your review then your swagger is off the chain back to red after this Josh back here

Alexis who works in the front area was very helpful and made my first visit super smooth. I was a bit nervous at first but after seeing all the plasma pros at work I couldn't help to feel at ease! Thank you so much to the whole team!

I had a great experience. Made better by Alexis, I believe her name is, who has the best disposition. The employees are pleasant and cordial in general but Alexis, the world needs more people like her. ????

Blood drives schedule 1 phlebotomist for every 2 chairs. This ensures the needs of the donating patient are promptly addressed and that turnover is handled smoothly. Blankets are provided, as well as a temperature controlled environment to cater to the realistic and predictable need of warmth during the process of sending cold fluids into the patient?s body. All used medical waste is carefully dropped into clearly marked medical waste containers. If a machine shows a malfunction, this is addressed immediate

First time donor. The staff is very friendly and I was pleased with how clean everything was. Holland did my stick, and she was wonderful. I'll be back!

Simply amazing overall service! Being a first time donor, they made the process very easy to follow and i would highly recommend!! 10/10 those guys are super stars!!!

Very nice people. Very helpful nurses. I have suggested Biolife to many seeking a way to help people.

I was really nervous to go for the first time, but the three staff members I interacted with seem like wonderful human beings. Positive experience overall ??

It was my first time at Biolife and the whole procedure was quick and easy. The staff were so friendly and gave clear instructions on everything.

The staff are really quite exceptional here at the Rockville Rd location. Always have a smile on, very helpful and reassuring.

I just don't understand why they take so long. Spend too much time talking. New donors should have to wait like everybody else. Ain?t like they get to skip the line their next donation.

Biolife is great! The employees are friendly and personable. The wait can be long depending on when you go. Bring a blanket too because it gets cold! This is a good use of time to earn extra money for Christmas but also to do something great for people who need it. The app is helpful in checking rewards, card balance, making appointments, and seeing how many people your donations have helped.

I've been donating for the past few months and all experiences have been pretty good! All employees are very nice and attentive. Today, Shelby did my stick and it was so seamless. The least painful I've had in all my sticks. Thank you Shelby!!

All the staff members are real good and professional. Joy was very helpful today. She was in top of everything in the plasma area.

Great experience. I was helped by Josh and dayna who were both very helpful. It was easy too.

I usually donate in Bakersfield, but since I'm visiting, I still wanted to donate in Indianapolis! Everything went smooth and quick! Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Staff ignores everyone no acknowledgment. Holland allows her staff to use profanity on the floor. Everyone rude and nasty don't waste your time here.

So I absolutely always love this place and get treated VERY well. I was in there on Saturday the 21st and I must say, The way I was approached by ?LEXI? was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. They are doing Powerade now as a substitute for people who don't do saline. Now I have been here 8x consecutive and I always have the no saline option. For the 1st time I grabbed a Powerade before I checked in because 1 I want to make sure I was hydrated also because I was thirsty. Now I understand there fo

They are very slow. You can make it to the chair first and they stick who they want to before you and give an excuse that don't make since. The Spanish girl said it's because of how he answered his questions is why he was stuck first. So how do I answer my questions to go first next time. Don't make since because I was sitting here 10 minutes before he made it back here. They leave you sitting to long waiting to be stuck and when you finish you have wait 20 minutes before they disconnect you from the machin

Nice people, great environment. Trying to schedule a 2nd donation but the app keeps wanting me to do anything physical when I just did one.

Was a long wait today and very short staffed with 6 employees out but all the employees there were just so efficient and nice! The lady with long hair, braided black and blonde colors was really nice! Interacted, smiled, and laughed with me! Was highly satisfied with my visit! My lady was very gentle with the needle. She knows how to give a good smooth poke! :)

Saturday morning and you have 2 employees??? I started coming in April and as bad as it was then, this week is so much worse! I was here the last 2 days after 4 and the wait was 2+ hours!! I rescheduled and now cannot donate 2 times this week!! PLEASE DO BETTER!! Hire more staff, pay them better, whatever needs done!!! Overbooking is out of control! As I wait more than an hour yo even get in the chair, for $40??? This is the worst customer service!!! This was half of the line ahead of me at 908 am this morn

They actually care here! Most places people are there to collect a paycheck, but these people care! People are not just standing around talking but actually doing their job. Very clean also.

It has been a few months since I donated. I don't appreciate how the chairs were taken away. This is not being empathetic to clients who are older. I'm 60 years old and have a bad back. The amount of time I had to wait for a bed was too long to be on my feet. The person who made this decision is insensitive to the needs of elderly people. Not ok!

Had a great and easy experience with this place Alexis and Josh were so helpful and polite.

The staff is very nice and inviting. Tee was really nice when she screened me and was quick and efficient. Great job guys!

I love all the fantastic employs that work there . They do great job at their occupation and I will recommend anyone to go there .

The people are great The experience was great definitely going to keep coming here for the foreseeable future!

I have been coming to this location for over a year and they have always been helpful and mindful of my needs. They have worked with my schedule and always accommodating me. I couldn't ask for a nicer or more knowledgeable staff.

This is exactly why I wait to leave a review. First 2 visits were great, no issues. However, when I arrived for my 3rd visit, there is a note on the door stating this location is not open due to shortage of nursing staff. Quite a few others were in the parking lot also for scheduled appointments. I personally was not notified in any way aside from the note on the door. I also drive 40 minutes to get here. Shame.

Avoid this location at all costs. My son went there and waited hours and they bruised both his arms so badly its crazy. Completely incompetent.

Great service always a pleasure donating here with this group. They are always on their game friendly as all get out. Navi has to be the nicest caring and gentle when it comes to her patients. My last visit was the best because of the treatment she gave in and out of the chair in an hour. Keep doing what you do Navi

The entire staff always treats everyone with exceptional care. They go above and beyond to accommodate all donors? needs and treat them with compassion and even gratitude. Scheduling is convenient and the facility always feels safe and comfortable.

Staff are receptive and hospitable! They were very attentive despite how busy everything seemed. I have veins that roll, which can make it difficult to get a solid draw out of my arm, however the staff knew exactly what they were doing and performed the procedure painlessly! I had many questions and they were easily able to answer all of them.

I have donated plasma on and off for 14 years. Today being my first time at this center. All and all it was a pretty smooth process, the gentleman who greeted me as I walked in the door was very kind. Tamika who stuck me was very sweet I hope to get her again. Sarah was very helpful aswell, I would not mind her sticking me in the future. ?? I will be back every week

Shout-out to Kelly for a fantastic donation experience! Facility is very clean and the team is very organized.

My review gives the ladies that work there a glowing review. However management needs to improve how things are done. When they are understaffed management should decrease apppointments. They do not which then causes a 3 hour wait to donate. This does not make for a pleasant experience especially since it might occur over lunch. Also I understand taking new donors ahead of others but not when others have been waiting for hours and then watch as 5-10 people walk in front. Management needs to look at this. Th

It's a wonderful establishment with very nice and respectful workers. We're all in the business of saving lives Thank You to the entire BioLife staff. Highly recommended Mrs. Marlene and Mrs. Lexie are hard workers not discrediting any other workers.

Wait times at this location are terrible. There's over an hour wait to answer questions or even be greeted by staff. This is my position in line to answer questions and my appointment was scheduled for 9:15am. There are 15+ people waiting ahead of me and about 10 people standing up behind me.

This facility was amazing! Everybody that I talked to was kind and helpful. I spent 15 years on and off with a different company with locations across the country, and they left a horrid taste in my mouth with some shady practices and missing bonuses. But here at BioLife, these folks were AWESOME to deal with! I'm actually looking forward to my visit Friday

This is the only place that I know of that takes appointments which means it should run smoother. Not the case at all. Today there was 18 people waiting to be screened and 1 person screening. If they are that short staffed then they need to cancel appointments. I would rather have my appointment canceled than to sit and wait hours to donate.

I would definitely recommend this place . This was my first time donating anything, so I don't have anything to compared, but I was impressed. Not what I was expecting at all. It was very clean. Nice beds to relax on during. Everyone seemed to get along well and move things quickly. The front desk woman was really nice, but didn't get her name. Then I had Shelby who did the actual set up and she was really nice and helpful, checked on me a couple times because it was my first time. The gentleman at the en

My appointment was at 6:50. I arrived on time. I did not make it to a bed until 7:53. I finally got hooked up to the machine at 8:20. I finished my donation just after 9 and waited another 20 minutes for a tech to come disconnect me and bandage me up. It should not take the better part of 3 hours for a 700 mL donation. The tech who was overseeing the area that I was in saw that I was finished donating and started doing other tasks instead of coming to disconnect me, then disappeared and another tech wh

Nice center. Courteous staff. Sarah was great and gentle. She explained everything to me and was great. The first time process took a while but I heard everything goes faster after the first time. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.

It takes me atleast an hour after my SCHEDULED appointment to start donating. Almost 3 hrs total. My second time i was unaware that i needed to go straight to the questionnare(i wasnt informed during my first appt.) so i waited an hour after my appointment and by the time i was approached by someone she almost sent me home because we're only given 10 mins after our appointment before being deffered for the day and she said i was LATE. Theres about 2 friendly people there, the rest have horrible attitudes. T

Very friendly staff. I was a little embarrassed going there but the smiles and pleasant attitudes of the staff put me at ease. Shout out to Shelby. Very nice person

I have been going to this donation center since December of 2022 and since that time I have to admit that they have vastly improved the quality and speed of service. When I first started donating here, it took at least four hours, sometimes over five, in order to go through the whole process. However, these days when one has an appointment scheduled at, say, 1 P.M., it is entirely plausible that that person can come in, fill out the questionnaire, be screened, donate, and be leaving the center by 2:30 P.M.

rude staff, very racist and nonsense do yourself a favor and don't come here, bad management and very prejudiced people, is the worse

If you're running short on money or just simply trying to help others by donating, this is a facility I would recommend 10/10. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The wait line for vitals was fairly quick and reasonable. The best part was how highly skilled and energetic Shelby was. She did an absolutely amazing job because I barely felt the stick from the needle that she had placed in my arm. She also reassured me that if I needed anything or something felt uncomfortable, to just simply

TOTAL CLOWN SHOW!!! They regularly overbook appointments for the amount of staff available. Yesterday on Saturday, I was in to do my 2nd donation of the week and my protein level was too low, so I scheduled to come in today (Sunday). There was a massive line of people waiting to get their vitals checked, and I decided not to wait only to possibly find out my protein was still too low and be turned away again. I will definitely try another facility in the future, because these people do not know how or care

I really love this place! I donate twice a week. I always look forward to coming in to see who is working that day! I really love all the ladies who work there but there is one who stands out! Her name is Akela. She is soooo sweet, she truly lights the building up with her personality! I always love it when she is there, she makes the donation a wonderful experience :)

Biolife Indianapolis Rockville location is amazing, they are clean, and have an excellent vein whisperer whom never misses. The ones who stick are awesome too always do an excellent job. Any payment issues they handle immediately. Can I say again they are super clean. Also Alexis I believe that's how she spells it. She is exceptional, always helpful, very knowledgeable and overall brightens the entire facility when she is on duty. She is always smiling always looking around for who to help and for there to

Very quick, and efficient! Fun, friendly staff, they finally resolved the issues with the points system. Never had an issue with payouts. I do wish they has more opportunities for bonus $ for frequent donors after the initial 800$

This location is the best! The staff here are all very friendly and wonderful at their jobs! My experience is always pleasant, and I am usually in and out in a timely manner! ??

Joeslyn has one of the best personalities at Bio life (Indy) she always greets and remembers my name every time I come in. Which is a plus. Great staff. Great environment. You are in and out pretty quick no long waits whenever I go. I also like the music playlist.

Nice staff. Tony, Flower, Raul, Akela and Trish are great and the staff I see most. Sadly, they are understaffed, so be patient with them. The wait times have been long with all of my visits. This something new to me and I am undecided if I will continue in general or at this location. The drive and wait times may discourage me in relationships to the reimbursement I will receive going forward. My first visit was more than 5 hours and after driving 45 min to the location. The appointments after have bee

The staff there are very patient, pleasant, and polite Always feel welcomed

I have no complaints about the facility or the workers. The wait is pretty extreme. Whatever your "appointment time" is, add 2.5-3.5+ hrs (and I have heard it can be more) until you walk out the door. It seems that there could be a more efficient way of allowing only a certain number of appointments allowed to coincide with worker numbers, etc. Remember to bring something to keep you warm, it is a chilly environment and the process will also leave you pretty cold.
