No return donor bonus. No bonus plus low rates means that I will take my plasma elsewhere. DO NOT waste the trip for return donor bonuses.

It would be nice if new donors are told that they should eat a meal before going , among other things, so upon arrival, and after a drive/gas expenditures, new donors are not wasting their time. Also, some of the nurses at the Janesville clinic aren't able to answer simple questions..i.e. "Can my husband donate his plasma, even though he was a live kidney donor 2 years ago?" And, etc. Another nurse treated me as if I was lying when I told her that Biolife offers to send text reminders for upcoming appointm

Would be awesome if they EVER picked up their phone. Getting ready for the "owner" bot to come reply and tell me hes sorry and if i have any questions or concerns to call and speak with someone.... Ya.. right ... They really dgaf there

Missed the opportunity to get the bonus becuase of their stupid medical record rules. There's no point in donating now becuase they messed with my bonus money. Unfair. Just lie if you have any issues so you can donate. People have bills to pay and they don't care.

I donated 99 times here and quit plasma after some lousy phlebotomist experiences. The last one was clearly high and bounced around like a tweaker. She pinned my hand in her armpit to wrap my arm. My hand smelled bad afterwards. Red Cross drug tests their phlebotomists.

Would not recommend this place at all. I used to go a lot simply for a little extra spending money while doing something good but I stopped going for a while due to the waiting and then I had a few issues with the person sticking me doing an absolutely terrible job and missing my very visibly obvious vein and having to move it around in my arm to finally get it in. Well I decided after some months to try again and it was and will probably be the biggest mistake I have made. The first picture was the next da

Please watch these people!! theyll play with your money, mis record your tattoos and piercings and when you complain theyll kick you out and have you trespassed. they are the most dishonest and rude center ive ever dealt with.

It is good. But it was nice to have coupons again. There is a nice people name Sherry Young is very nice to me ever time I go in. She knows what is doing. She make me welcome. There are few more lady's there very nice can't remember all names.

Pros - This is a very clean donation center and most staff is pretty friendly. Cons - seems very very very understaffed, myself as well as many people who go here has all said the same thing and I found out myself. Line pretty much out the door, people coming in and turning away from seeing how long the line was. I had an initial visit, and after filling out my questions on the computer having the few questions answered I had, I sat in a chair 2 hours and had not been seen, so I just left. I got up several

The donation process is easy and quick, but I had a promo code for $100 for each of the first 4 donations but didn't get that much.

When the staff tells you that the company deffers people on purpose believe them. The staff is super nice but not worth the long wait times and constantly being lied to, go to CSL plasma instead.

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Payment is quick, without fail. Promotions keep you coming back. I give this a facility a 2 stars because the appointment scheduling system is ridiculously subpar. Expect to wait in line for an hour no matter what time you show up - lines are out the door. This facility either needs more staff or adjust the scheduling system to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. If it weren't for the decent promotions, time spent waiting in line would not be worth it. Again,

The staff at the Janesville location is straight fire fr fr, no cap. Literally alwaygs giving exellent & chill vibes and not actin sus at all. They be stickin you w/ lvl 42069 gased up rizz needles and never doin too much. Lowkey the whole squad is goated on skibidi. No simps, just besties. Whole team is built different. Shout out to Puma, fr. ????

I have been donating religiously for 3 years now. Im very pleased with how friendly the staff is. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. As a donor tho I feel that we really get ripped off by the company. We are donating for a very good cause and helping individuals live a better life and I feel that our time, effort, and plasma is worth more than the piddly monies we receive!!!

I feel like it's no sense of urgency And some of the workers clearly don't take their jobs seriously. I just want to know how many times the machine has to go off before someone actually comes check on you. I also feel like if you're a certain race they'll not care from you at all. Every time I come into the Janesville location I just feel like they don't give a damn about the customers And that's not a good feeling to have when all you want to do is help patients out. Also when does a business not have a c

Just love the people that work there. They are fun and funny also but also want u to be well as you donate!

Just lie on your forms so you can donate because they will find any reason to deny you. They don't care if you need the money, it's voluntary and they can ban you.

The staff is super chill and always show how much they care for there job and there patients . I've been to 4 different donation centers & this one is my most fav by far

The whole procedure took less than an hour. The staff was amazing and everything went perfectly.

Skyla always does a great job in making my donating experience a comfortable one. In addition to making sure that I am comfortable, she always takes time to ask me questions about how my week has been, and shares how her week has been. Keep up the good work!

EDIT: MY ORIGINAL COMMENT IS BELOW THIS. THIS HAPPENED TO ME AGAIN!!!! I am very very extremely unhappy with this company. I went to donate on 11/27/24 and their machine was making a horrible noise when i was getting my return, and one of the ladies working said it was an old machine and not one of the new ones, so a supervisor came over and was looking at the pumps and i told her this happened to me and i was deferred once before and they continued to mess with the machine and my blood filled the whole co

The Janesville location has always been good to me. Everyone is so nice, and even go out of their way to make conversation with me. At the time of this review Sudha did my poke and DC. She communicated a wait while she fixed an issue with someone else, and apologized multiple times. She didn't have to. I could tell it was important, but it was considerate anyway. Such a sweet person.

Sherri never ever misses and really knows her craft. I have actually never had a bad experience in the 3 months I've donated. Everyone is so nice and personable. They all work together to get you in and out quick.

Have been coming for over 6 months and never had a complaint until today. I received an email stating that I was eligible for a $100 bonus split over my next 2 donations. Seeing as I donate twice a week I was ecstatic! I arrived today only for them to tell me that I'm not eligible for said offer. The company is apparently sending out these emails to people who aren't eligible. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't send out the correct emails. I'm not the first person that's complained this week either. Get

They will literally stand there; and watch the phone keep ringing over and over. To the point, where I actively think about answering it myself.

I have been donating for over 2 years and my experiences have been positive overall. Your staff is extremely friendly and professional.

Very professional and respectful attitude towards donors. Process goes very smoothly and donor is continuously monitored.

I don't understand when you make appointments, how long of a line/wait there always is? Also, the simple fact that when getting disconnected, there's no order, just depends if your friends or not with the nurses. Numerous times I have been done first in my area and the chatty Kathy gets taken care of first and I sit there and wait

Candy P. has done my screening at the Janesville location several times. She is always friendly and sweet as well as quick and painless. All-around professional! She does a great job every time. Needles don't bother me too much, but I know that if I was anxious, working with her would help to put me at ease. Thanks Candy P!

I'm very happy with my Biolife experience in general, but every once in a while their communication could improve. Last night I had to talk to the nurse twice and it seems to me this could have been handled in one conversation. Also, no one told me why I needed to speak to her either time. But in general, my experience is positive and I like all of the staff. They are skilled and friendly.

Rachel and Alyia (probably misspelled) are awesome. All the employees are great. Was a very good experience on my last visit. Much better than the previous visit.

My visits go fairly quick and smooth. The employees are great. It's hard to choose a favorite employee or section. My experience at this facility improves weekly. Today I had LeLe help me and it was great! My donation was a success. I look for her every visit.

Biolife has truly perfected the art of plasma donation! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly, professional staff who make the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facilities are always spotless, modern, and comfortable, making it easy to relax while donating. The streamlined check-in process and user-friendly app make scheduling appointments and tracking your donations a breeze. Biolife not only values your time but ensures you feel appreciated with generous compensation and incent

This is the third time a new person almost gave me a hematoma. I scolded for requesting a senior technician since I don't feel comfortable with so many new techs. I called multiple times and left my phone number to the supervisor line and no one has yet to reach out to me

The Janesville center is always clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing! They get to know their donors and greet them like friends coming in to visit. Lines can be longer at popular times but I've never waited more than half an hour after doing the survey to be seated in a chair. If you're on the fence about doing plasma donation I urge you to check out this center; there are a lot of smiles that should tell you you're in the right place and doing the right thing.

I used to go to the Eau Claire location and was far more pleased with the way everything worked there. I Feel like the workers here don't care and skip steps, and I've had problems everytime I've been here and never had one problem at eau claire after 6 months.

Great place to visit, friendly staff. Unrelated gripe, it would be nice for whomever is responsible for landscaping to trim the trees on the property. They are low and large enough that they have to be driven around instead of under while entering and exiting the parking lot.

Ligia did a phenomenal job. Did a great job on hitting the vein first time. The whole experience was very comfortable. Her smile wakes up the entire room

Great way to make extra cash. And you help others in need. It's a win, win!

I've been donating plasma here at Biolife since 2005. Throughout the years, the facility has made lots of upgrades and made it so that going through the pre-screening process to finish has been more convenient. As for the pay out, it's been up and down but surely increased over the years. Most of the staff is friendly, some can be annoying, most seem to be quite the busy bee while others seems to be lolly gagging. Donating has just been a weekly routine for me donating before going to work. I like the f

Ligia is very friendly and makes donating a great thing to do to help people. She is always professional and everything is fast and efficient . Great way to spend 40 minutes of your time

It was terrible. My appointment was at 9:25am I did not get a bed until 10:45am i waited over 20 minutes more then, to get hooked up. Why have appointments if you have new people walk in (over 10 new people) and take our appt spots. Then I had a coupon. Coupons are only good for 30 days, which is hard enough to get in for your appointment for 30 days. So it rips you off the $240 the last 2 appointments. This isn't the 1st time my appointment was over 1hr behind either. My card never works only online

The girls and guys are great! Management needs to change their attitude and have respect for the employees. The clients need to be paid more...

I am a first time donor and I when I walked In the first person I seen was Candy P and was very helpful and kind and made sure I got to where I needed to be and then she sent me with Linda and Linda made sure I was good and everything was OK and she left me know what she was going and ensuring me I was in save hands and when it started I was sat in the green and truly was in great hand by Sherri let me know what the machine did and how it work and she checked on Mr as needed they have amazing staff that act

Your employees are special people. They do great work. Would be nice to receive more than $100.00 a week. I use to get $140.00 a week. Some of us drive a distance to get there. Please consider this. Thank you.

Ligia is my usual phlebotomist go to when I show up to donate. She's very well experienced, she's very charismatic, quick & efficient, and overall she's a good time which I enjoy cause she makes my day!

Sudha is the best employee of Janesville BioLife. She's fast and efficient. She cares about each donor. She's consistently the best phlebotomist to stick me and I've been donating 2 times a week for 4 years. She deserves more recognition. And above all she's funny and a joy to be in her section.

The best Biolife Plasma Center I have ever been to! Always a very smooth and fast appointment when I come to this center. All of the staff are super friendly and even go above and beyond for their donors. The center can be busy at times but Leeza has been very helpful with getting me in for a donation when I miss my appointments.

Emily was very comforting for my nerves and reassured me during process. Lezza offered assistance for finger print when was having difficulty. Carmen did my vitals in a timely and efficient Overall great experience

Ligia is the most amazing staff. She is always so courteous and makes my time pass by with her sense of humor

Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I'm glad to see they got rid of walk in appointments and those stupid disks. However, it's not enough to warrant 5 stars. The scheduling system is still messed up. And it clearly overwhelms the technicians. I mean, I sat in a bed for over 20 minutes waiting for a disconnect. Absolutely absurd! I can vividly recall some years back, a single tech could seamlessly maintain a six bed section. That's with hookups, dcs, and bed/machine setups. Why is it now, a singe te

I started donating plasma at a facility in Beloit at the beginning of Covid because I caught it early on and they were paying handsomely for those with the antibody. It was a nice little part time income. Especially for just sitting on my phone for an hour. But then the wait times started to grow. It got to the point that it simply wasn't worth the wait. I have a full time job and I can't miss work for this. Because of this, I haven't donated in a couple years. I started a new job in Janesville and fig

I walked into biolife yesterday as a new donor and had no idea what to expect. First thing I noticed was how clean it was- impressive. We all know places such as this are expected to be clean, however not everyone puts in the effort; but the Janesville location was super clean. The girl and guy who helped me get started and signed up were super friendly and I wish I could remember everyone?s names that I encountered with because they were all AMAZING and as an anxious nervous new donor, they helped put me a

The staff is FANTASTIC. But I'm really disappointed with how Biolife has reduced the donor compensation as well as switching to the "rewards points" program. The compensation used to be competitive & fair for the current market, but it's misleading to send "special offers" in my email that are "just for me" that simply reflect the current compensation rate that everyone receives. Also, the "rewards points" aren't enough to encourage frequent & consistent donations. The "monthly bonuses" that were offered b

Ligia is always smiling, laughing and always make me feel comfortable. She's such a hard worker and joyous to be around! :)

I've gone in TWICE to donate, and they continue to refuse me, even though my doctor has approved all the paperwork for me to donate. BECAUSE I HAVE ALLERGIES?!?! The nurse here told me that there was some confusion on THEIR end and that she has to have it approved by her supervisor. I don't think they consider the fact that it takes gas & time to get to their center and for them to continuously deny me for something that is obviously THEIR fault is absurd. I would suggest going to a different BioLife. Addit

This facility has a great staff that are always nice and efficient. They work great as a team and are always helping each other where they can. I have had such a positive experience, even when I am ineligible to donate. Thank you BioLife Staff!

Friendly and efficient staff. Very clean. Quick and easy process. I do wish that the monetary donation rate would quit being lowered. I had previously given 5 stars, but with the constant lowering of the donation payments, I have given 4 stars.

The compensatory rate should be the same across the board!! I was dismayed to find out that Madison donors makes roughly $20 or more a week than Janesville donors. To add insult to injury it takes 7 or 8 donations to get a measley $5 in their now DEFUNCT bonus reward program. That equates to.71cents Per visit. Need I mention every couple of weeks they DECREASE your pay by $5! 40/75, 40/70(you get my drift)! No more nice frequency bonus of $25! My overall experience is generally good. The staff is profession

Sherri and Shelby are great they always get it when most of them can't. Great job ladies ???? Then there's the pay, It keeps going down mine was 130 a week now it's 100 I'll find somewhere else to donate or stop this is ridiculous

They make you sit there with cold saline while they talk to co workers. Really not worth the time.

Shelby, kara, and sherri all did a great job. Always feel welcome and thanked for my donation. Even times that don't go perfect, the staffs friendly attitude is appreciated.

2 different people,,, entirely different cases,,, just riding together... We both called separately,,, checking what we needed, if anything,,, and they told us both we were good to go! Just needed a new piece of mail for one, and I was told I wasn't even in the system, but I'm new,,, other person wasn't, just been a few years... Well???? We drove 60miles all together, and when we got there,,, They told us both NO! Have to wait 10 days for an information request on mine, and I've never had any issues... Told

i?m not too sure of her name?but the awesome lady that's always in the orange section is LITERALLY THE BEST!!!!!! we're always chatting it up anytime i donate, and she just makes me feel so comfortable while donating!!! she is THEE best ever!!!!! AND I MEAN IT!!!!!

Get in and out in 30-45 minutes. Sudha and really all of the staff are super friendly and very attentive. Dislike the new 5 minute rule but that's on the corporation not the staff here

For me id choose bio life , as visited other centers bio life machines are so much faster making your donation time faster. The staff from my experience has been great , they almost look like they are having fun but maintaining professional tasks

The staff at BioLife in Janesville are wonderful. They are always welcoming and go out of their way to make sure your donation goes as smooth as possible. Sherry, Kara, Suda, Braedon, Skyla and Gabby are the best of the best! I would highly recommend.

My experience is always welcoming everytime I come in by Anahi! She is fun, helpful and goes the extra mile when you have questions/concerns. Keeps me coming back.

The staff here create a good vibe. Ligia, Liberty, Sudha, and all the rest always keep things upbeat so it's a good time, what little you have to wait there. Very conscientious of your comfort while donating too.

People are always friendly there and as impatient as I am and they're pretty understanding , except when you're waiting to get stuck or unstuck and your machine is constantly going on other people are standing around talking just wondering why they can't help another person out when they see that they're in need or why can't that person ask for you when they are in need instead of making a person wait 15 minutes to get stuck

I can only donate with one arm which usually isn't an issue. But if you need a few adjustments with your need be prepare to feel extremely uncomfortable and like a burden due to staff. I'm an anxiety ridden person and I was sat in a chair nicely my first 2 people were very nice but when I needed a second adjustment they sent over a different lady and she was rude short and made me feel like I was an issue for her. This has happened to me before when I went in for a physical. My doctor was rude, short, and y

The process is so easy and the people are great. The donation is quick and the $$$ is added to your BioLife debit card! I will donate again!

Everyone was very professional and did there job with high regard for safety and comfort

Because of recent changes in policy the overall experience is less appealing. Almost to point of not being worth it. These adapted practices are, not allowing for more experienced phlebotomists to stick individuals that are one arm only or donors that are a harder stick. Secondly, by disallowing donors to request phlebotomists. By disallowing donors to choose workers who they know can stick them, you create the severe potential for adverse effects and unnecessary discomfort of the donor.

I love this Biolife location! It is by far one of the best, as the people are always so friendly and helping one another. Sudha is one of my favorites to have! She's always talkative and kind!

Been Coming here for years. Clean facility and staff has always been good to me. It has always been a fairly quick process. In and out in about 1 hour. Now it's pretty understaffed and an hour wait before can even get to a bed. Please raise wages to attract more workers before you lose clients. It's time to "stop saving lives". A 2 hour process for $40 is laughable. It used to be such a quick process, nothing has been done to fix it.

I have been donating here for 10 months now and it's been a great experience and a wonderful feeling of giving back to help others. The staff has been outstanding, even under these extremely difficult times we are facing. They are super friendly and very good at what they do. I've never once had a problem and I donate twice a week. The bonus is you get a little extra spending money on top of helping someone going through a difficult period in their life. I drive 45 minutes to go to Janesville and I have one

Had a appointment at 9:45 arrived prior to that, sat there for 45mins plus. With getting a physical and donating this would a 3+ hour event, I wouldn't have minded if someone awnsered the phone or called me back when I left messages. I guess my biggest complaint is why the hell do you have appointments if you can't keep them.

today I went there, and got a hematoma. The customer service was terrible and they did not know how to treat customers. They were not professional when the hematoma started. there were plenty of other people who also got a hematoma. they are untrained and unqualified. there were also nurses eating on the floor which is extremely unsanitary. do not go here

Have had ligia in my zone lots of times and has always been very nice and friendly and professional. She is also very quick/ good at sticking me.

Suhda always makes the experience a fantastic one! People person the the core and unbelievable at her job! No clue what she makes but she needs a raise!

Shelby and Kara were great through the entire donation process, very friendly, personable, and professional. Making it more than a stick in the arm. Highly recommend their services. Wait time was short, and the hook up was fast and painless

Always greeted with a smile and a hello from leeza m. When i come in the door. Anahi usually takes my vitals, and always has a smile on her face and is very professional at her job. The whole staff her does a great job at making sure your visit goes smoothly.

Had a great experience today! Appreciate Liberty and Carmen?s friendliness, skill and ease with what they do. Excellent job, ladies!??

Spent an hour and a half going through the new donor process, after my hour drive to the facility, only to be PERMANENTLY deferred due to having a bleach vapor allergy and apparently they only use bleach to clean their whole facility!? Fun fact: bleach vapors kill brain cells faster then almost any other publicly available cleaning chemical. There are HUNDREDS of other cleaners that have been scientifically proven to kill as many viruses and bacteria as bleach that are not only safer for PEOPLE but for the

Service was prompt, I did not have to wait long in any area and the staff was friendly or had character! Clean facility as well! I will be returning!

I was one minute late to my appointment and there was atleast a dozen seats open and they denied me even tho I raced to get there and explained my insurance was due tonight and they were super rude about it, I'd go to any other plans a place, forgot to mention didn't have gas to get home so now I have to stay in the parking lot haha

Clean place, friendly staff. Reasons for 3 stars is two different reasons. One is there payments change and are usually the lowest in the area. Two, I was deferred for a day for stepping outside after my questions and before my actual check in for an important phone call, they say it's "FDA regulated" that after you answer questions you cannot step outside. When I originally signed up I was told after my vitals are checked I cannot go out. Misinformed from staff means better training could fix this to e
