Had a great experience with Manny! Super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away, and honestly, I barely felt the needle. They were quick, professional, and just really cool to talk to during the process. I usually get a bit anxious, but they made it no big deal. If you ever need blood work done, I definitely recommend going to them!

I normally have good things to say about this place but the last 24 hours have made me have to do this. I donated on Tuesday and my money was not available which never happens, it's usually on my card before I walk out. This time it wasn't and when I asked someone about it I was told it could take up to an hour, cool no problem I'll wait. I went into the center today 5/29/25 for a routine donation. Everything was fine up until it was time to be removed from the machine. My attendant was Ari, and he was less than professional and completely disgraceful. To begin with normally at the end of my cycle, the attendant will clamp the line so that there's no problem with the machine. Wanted to share my positive feedback about Biolife. I started donating plasma here about 1 1/2 years ago and then switched to ADMA to get their new donor bonus and because you didn't have to make appointments. Well, I am back. They are consistent here and there's no drama!! Have never had anything negative happen?never bruised or uncomfortable. Had Manny today and he is fabulous. They run a tight ship here and it appears that the employees are treated well. That makes all the difference??

From the moment i walked in everyone was fantastic. I did not get the name of the girl that checked me in, she said she was only working here for a couple months, but she was absolutely amazing. INCREDIBLY inconsistent. sometimes i wait an hour to be seated, sometimes 10 minutes. I was called back to the chair, had waited for over 30 minutes to be hooked to the machine and they went to someone before me who had only been waiting around 10 minutes. The procedure itself is easy but they are incredibly disorganized and don't seem to care about anyone else?s time. Friendly staff, good money for the first month. However, making required appointments via their app is not helpful, as donors have to wait in 2 lines for screening and the actual donation. Inefficient. I lost patience with the wait times and stopped donating. Trying the nearby CDMA plasma center to see if the wait times are reduced. Suggest visiting very early on weekend mornings to reduce wait times.

me and my boyfriend have tried to come here twice and each time we've came the staff is extremely rude. today when we went nobody greeted us after we walked in, after standing there for 5 minutes a woman finally asked my boyfriend ?what are you here for?? as if it's not obvious we're here to donate plasma? they also told him he wasn't allowed to stay inside with me while i donated so he would?ve had to sit in the car for 2 hours if i chose to donate. definitely will not be back, i hope yall get some better

Once again you have moved employees schedules around and the process is taking forever again. About the time a group gets trained and able to keep up with the pace they get switched to a different shift! The appointments first thing in the morning should not be running behind!

As mentioned so many times in previous reviews, the place is chronically and critically understaffed. The wait times are painful. As I write this, I've been here an hour past my (mostly pointless) appointment time, I haven't been hooked up to a machine yet, and there are still two people ahead of me. The team at the clinic went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and understanding of the procedure. Everyone is always very friendly! Brady & Emmanuel are the hardest workers in there always giving it their all. It's clear that their priority is their patients? well-being and satisfaction. The appointment with a physical took about 3 hours. Had to talk with a nurse. I spoke with a paramedic that said that everything was fine and I was able to donate. After waiting another 30 minutes and I'm called to donate, the technician says I have to speak with a nurse again because the physical part was not done. From the moment I arrived, the staff took care of me quickly and treated me with respect. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the conversation was warm and genuine. Better than most plasma places, but most of the people don't like to do their jobs. And I went in today for an 11:35am appointment, and I don't know, i guess the older black lady working up front with a short straight bob wearing glasses had a bad morning and decided to take it out on me and my friend, we weren't making a scene we were just standing *out of the way* deciding if we wanted to donate today because of how busy it was, and her awful attitude chose for us and we left. The first couple times I went, things went pretty smoothly. That is the only reason I give them 2 stars. However, the last time I went, my appointment was for 2:30. It was 4:00 before I ever got to sit for my donation, and there are NO chairs for you to sit in while you wait. You have to stand the entire time. I visited this location for the first time today and had a terrible experience. They had students practicing how to draw blood on donors at the center. I was literally stabbed and hurt on both arms by a person named Amaya and one of her colleagues. I was unable to donate plasma. Checked in for my appt. At 7:05am, did the questionnaire, got in line (long line may I add). I finally was seated in a plasma chair at 10:20. Only one employee taking vitals & two employees in the plasma section. After 40 minutes in the chair I was done. The crew is wonderful but they need help with scheduling and hiring and getting a new boss. The wait time is a real downer.

The experience is good. Total time per donation 1.5 to 2 hours. My advice is go first thing in the morning. The people there are awesome and friendly.

I felt coerced into writing a good review by a temp nurse from another state (Anna Marie). Not only that, but she sat and waited for me to do so before we could leave the exam room. I know the same is true for the others mentioning her in their reviews.

It's mothers day im up at 630am to donate at 7 and when I finish my questionnaire all 10 of us are told we can't donate and we aren't paid for showing up. Worst experience, got here @1:45 with my partner for our 1:45 and 2pm appointments today only to be forgotten for over 40 minutes, he got to donate, they stuck me for the protein test but told me I'd have to reschedule. Go to CSL plasma. they dont turn donors away when their office is nearly entirely empty but the computer shows "no appointments available." i was told i would have to wait 3 weeks until next tuesday to schedule my first appointment here despite their being only a handful of people in the location.

If you want to donate blood this is a great place to do it. Annamarie, one of the nurses, was a pleasure to be with. She was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave clear instructions and expectations for donating blood. 10/10 experience

This is ridiculous. All other locations even GHETTO douglasville has availability from 6AM To all day. Went yesterday. They didnt have any til 2PM. Today its 5 IN THE MORNING and the only available option is at 1:35??? And then when u pull up they gone say " Sorry we dont have any people right now :) " like ?? Everyone was friendly enough and it was clean. I spent 3 hours there in total. They do all the fingering sticking and stuff first and disqualify you later. Wish they did the interview 1st. They want me to track down the paper work on a birthmark removal that tested negative for cancer. Pass. I had a great experience donating it was quick and easy. Definitely a very friendly location, Nurse Mike was very nice and helpful as well as Shay she help calm my nerves and was super nice.

My experience has been a pleasant one. I have donated 5 times so far and each time has been just fine. They are understaffed, but everyone who works there is doing their best working quickly and are compassionate. The lead tech, Mike is great. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and disrespectful.
