Recently my donations have been smooth and quick. Manny and Shae both know how to ?stick? my arm to get the donation flowing quickly and painlessly. I appreciate them and their attitudes

Had a great experience with Manny! Super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away, and honestly, I barely felt the needle. They were quick, professional, and just really cool to talk to during the process. I usually get a bit anxious, but they made it no big deal. If you ever need blood work done, I definitely recommend going to them!

I normally have good things to say about this place but the last 24 hours have made me have to do this. I donated on Tuesday and my money was not available which never happens, it's usually on my card before I walk out. This time it wasn't and when I asked someone about it I was told it could take up to an hour, cool no problem I'll wait. About 5 hours later still no funds and when I called I was told to give it 24 hours, again cool no problem. Here we are way beyond 24 hours and still no funds. I have call

I went into the center today 5/29/25 for a routine donation. Everything was fine up until it was time to be removed from the machine. My attendant was Ari, and he was less than professional and completely disgraceful. To begin with normally at the end of my cycle, the attendant will clamp the line so that there's no problem with the machine. This time, the attendant was fidgeting with the machine doing something unusual. I told him my concerns because I could see large air gaps and air bubbles going back in

Wanted to share my positive feedback about Biolife. I started donating plasma here about 1 1/2 years ago and then switched to ADMA to get their new donor bonus and because you didn't have to make appointments. Well, I am back. They are consistent here and there's no drama!! Have never had anything negative happen?never bruised or uncomfortable. Had Manny today and he is fabulous. They run a tight ship here and it appears that the employees are treated well. That makes all the difference??

From the moment i walked in everyone was fantastic. I did not get the name of the girl that checked me in, she said she was only working here for a couple months, but she was absolutely amazing. And then Nurse Hailee is absolutely fantastic . Manny got my iv started. What a wonderful staff! I am a first time donor and will definitely be coming back

INCREDIBLY inconsistent. sometimes i wait an hour to be seated, sometimes 10 minutes. I was called back to the chair, had waited for over 30 minutes to be hooked to the machine and they went to someone before me who had only been waiting around 10 minutes. The procedure itself is easy but they are incredibly disorganized and don't seem to care about anyone else?s time. Do not donate here if you have ANY prior obligations because it could take anywhere from the promised 45 minutes to 3 hours, even if you are

Friendly staff, good money for the first month. However, making required appointments via their app is not helpful, as donors have to wait in 2 lines for screening and the actual donation. Inefficient. I lost patience with the wait times and stopped donating. Trying the nearby CDMA plasma center to see if the wait times are reduced. Suggest visiting very early on weekend mornings to reduce wait times.

me and my boyfriend have tried to come here twice and each time we've came the staff is extremely rude. today when we went nobody greeted us after we walked in, after standing there for 5 minutes a woman finally asked my boyfriend ?what are you here for?? as if it's not obvious we're here to donate plasma? they also told him he wasn't allowed to stay inside with me while i donated so he would?ve had to sit in the car for 2 hours if i chose to donate. definitely will not be back, i hope yall get some better

Once again you have moved employees schedules around and the process is taking forever again. About the time a group gets trained and able to keep up with the pace they get switched to a different shift! The appointments first thing in the morning should not be running behind!

As mentioned so many times in previous reviews, the place is chronically and critically understaffed. The wait times are painful. As I write this, I've been here an hour past my (mostly pointless) appointment time, I haven't been hooked up to a machine yet, and there are still two people ahead of me. The line behind me is already even longer than it was when I was in it earlier. And this is average. I made the mistake of coming around lunch time once and quickly realized it was going to be a 4 hour process

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Too few staff members on duty. There were already five people waiting to donate. The computer screening me recorded 26 of my responses incorrectly. Two people who appeared to be managers stood around talking Instead of helping the overworked staff. After being there for more than an hour I was told, based on my age, I would have to get a note from my doctor saying I was cleared to donate. This could?ve been done on the website when I set up my appointment. I dec

The team at the clinic went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and understanding of the procedure. Everyone is always very friendly! Brady & Emmanuel are the hardest workers in there always giving it their all. It's clear that their priority is their patients? well-being and satisfaction. Their professionalism and expertise are evident.

The appointment with a physical took about 3 hours. Had to talk with a nurse. I spoke with a paramedic that said that everything was fine and I was able to donate. After waiting another 30 minutes and I'm called to donate, the technician says I have to speak with a nurse again because the physical part was not done. After I spent another 30 minutes with the nurse I have to wait again to be called. Once the technician is about to draw my blood, and I tell him which vein to draw from he was actually pinching

Annemarie was great. Very personable and welcoming. She saw me for 2 of the visits and was very nice. The beginning process was difficult and took 3 visits to get my 1st donation, but now should go smoothly.

Came into the center today and I was 12 minutes late for my appointment. The center gives a 10 minute grace period, so I walked into the center 2 minutes after. The young lady doing screening explained to me the grace period and appointment policy. She explained that if someone canceled their appt. Before 3 then I could take their slot but only if they canceled. So I'm waiting to see if an available appointment comes up and upon waiting 4 people had been turned away and could not donate. So I begin asking i

I am leaving this review because from the start this center has been deceiving. I was under the impression that I would be compensated a certain amount coming as a new donor. And from the start, I was told that no one knew what the promotion was for the month. But I decided to continue. Once I registered I was deferred because my blood pressure was 1 point to high and was told to come back tomorrow. However, before I left I asked the front nurse to remove my information out of the system because I didn't be

This was my first time at BioLife, and I'm so glad I made the switch after a disappointing experience at another plasma center. From the moment I arrived, the staff took care of me quickly and treated me with respect. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the conversation was warm and genuine. A special shoutout to Bill, the doctor practitioner who took my vitals?he was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thank you, BioLife, for turning my day around!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! If I make an appointment, no way should I still be sitting there TWO hours later and I'm not even halfway through the process. I literally just got up and left cause the nurse told me he ?come back when he has time?. Unfortunately I left my glasses. I called the location for over THIRTY minutes trying to get someone on the phone. No one ever picked up so I have to drive 40 minutes BACK to the office, just for them to tell me they don't see them. When I said somet

Mike was great and very professional during my physical. This was my first time donating and he made me feel more comfortable with the whole donation process

Annamarie was amazing! Highly professional and took care of me after a long wait to make my experience better. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and happy and had no questions. Excellent experience

Returning donor here and service was great. The nurse Anna Marie is so hospitable and patient definitely a gem when it comes to donating makes you feel at ease! There's 2 locations closer to me but I'm definitely going to keep coming here.

Better than most plasma places, but most of the people don't like to do their jobs. And I went in today for an 11:35am appointment, and I don't know, i guess the older black lady working up front with a short straight bob wearing glasses had a bad morning and decided to take it out on me and my friend, we weren't making a scene we were just standing *out of the way* deciding if we wanted to donate today because of how busy it was, and her awful attitude chose for us and we left. I will never donate on a day

Alana is amazing as always and i have never had a problem with any of the females here they are great! Although the last time i came i had Jesse he was a terrible experience he made it sound like he knew what he was doing and then i got sent home with a hematoma!!! I love my ladies here and will always ask for them ?? i do have a photo this was hours after and proceeded to get worse

I don't recommend this location. I was hesitant given the reviews I'd seen about long wait times? but I saw some good ones in the recent days so I decided to give it a try. My appointment time was at 2:20. I didn't get sat on the phleb floor until 3:40. I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes before the tech came to hook me up to a machine. She was very sweet, and thanked me for my patience? explained that a lot of the techs are new at this location so they're a bit slower. But then she stuck me, complet

Honestly I am sick and tired of what I now call societal abuse where were the customers, patrons, patients, donors are suppose to just understand and take the shortcomings of businesses services or lack there of. The wait time in this Bio center is horrible and they make you WAIT even more when you are done donating and waiting to be taken down off of the machines. For no good reason. Usually donors are needing to go to the rest room, hungry, cold and tired. The staff is overworked and nobody is around fo

Anna Marie was wonderful help with my first time donation. She was very professional and made my overall experience much easier. Couldn't recommend her and Biolife enough.

The first couple times I went, things went pretty smoothly. That is the only reason I give them 2 stars. However, the last time I went, my appointment was for 2:30. It was 4:00 before I ever got to sit for my donation, and there are NO chairs for you to sit in while you wait. You have to stand the entire time. Then had to wait almost 45 minutes before someone finally got me hooked up to the donation machine. It was just after 6 pm when I finally got out of there, which is absolutely ridiculous. 3.5 ho

Nurse Hailee was great! She has an awesome personality, attitude, professionalism and provides amazing customer service all the time! Love her!!!!

Nurse Hailee was amazing! She made the process super easy, simple and fast. I would not want to work with anyone else!

I visited this location for the first time today and had a terrible experience. They had students practicing how to draw blood on donors at the center. I was literally stabbed and hurt on both arms by a person named Amaya and one of her colleagues. I was unable to donate plasma. While I was waiting to leave, another donor next to me was also stabbed by the same person. Extremely unprofessional. It is not safe to be handled by people who lack proper qualifications. It doesn't appear that they are able to fol

Checked in for my appt. At 7:05am, did the questionnaire, got in line (long line may I add). I finally was seated in a plasma chair at 10:20. Only one employee taking vitals & two employees in the plasma section. After 40 minutes in the chair I was done. The crew is wonderful but they need help with scheduling and hiring and getting a new boss. The wait time is a real downer.

Today was my second visit and I had the pleasure of working with Amanda. She had amazing conversations. Really sweet !

Overall great experience, first timer so they take precaution making sure everything goes correct! Shout out my doc Anna Marie, she was very professional and checked everything off. She wasn't a cowboys fan however so that still stings a bit

Love this site. This one is the best of all the donation sites ive been to. Hailee (MSS/Nurse) is AWESOME and always a pleasure to deal with. If you are going to donate GO HERE!!!

Hailee is fantastic! She's amazing! & she does her job well and efficiently, her manager Christal I met briefly as well, & she's equally as amazing! BioLife Kennesaw is great!

The experience is good. Total time per donation 1.5 to 2 hours. My advice is go first thing in the morning. The people there are awesome and friendly.

Great customer service the people who work there are polite, thorough and well versed in the work that they do. Especially Ms. Annamarie from Texas who took time out of her schedule to help little ol Kennesaw. She made this whole experience worth wild.

The people are friendly. Mike doing my physical was very informative and answered any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone thinking about starting to donate.

This is a good way to help others and get some money BUT they know they are busy they need to hire more people. The wait times are ridiculous. If my appointment is at 10 why am I still waiting at 1:30-2???

It is my first time donating and the staff at the Kennesaw location made it an amazing experience. Ann marie was nice and friendly and she made the process really easy. Tatiana was also extremely helpful

Incredible the professional, honest customer service. Fast and efficient and much nicer than other plasma donation centers. I have been donating for years since a family member had an issue and needed plasma. It helps so many and they compensate you for being generous. Their website is very user friendly easy to schedule appointments other places have taken 4 plus hours this one I have never spent more than an hour. Plus the staff has a fun, sweet bed side manner and are quick to respond to any needs or

I felt coerced into writing a good review by a temp nurse from another state (Anna Marie). Not only that, but she sat and waited for me to do so before we could leave the exam room. I know the same is true for the others mentioning her in their reviews.

No complaints. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shout out to Hailee - MSS!

It's mothers day im up at 630am to donate at 7 and when I finish my questionnaire all 10 of us are told we can't donate and we aren't paid for showing up. I'm beyond annoyed I could've slept in and had breakfast in bed today as a mother and it throws off the amount I get paid since it's a 40/70 weekly split. This was my 70 day. I'm so irritated this wasn't within my power I suited up and showed up. Not my fault they decided once I was there and inside and checked in not to I should still get my credit

BioLife Plasma Services at Kennesaw-GA, the Medical Screener was the only Medical Screener that attended for work at that time on Sunday. I remember her/she the Medical Screener Phlebotomist from last time I donated. She was so caring and very patient with all donors. She was careful, pleasant under pressure. As well as the Phlebotomist Tech / Nurses on staff were 100% awesome. The Medical Checkup Nurse who went over my profile questionnaire she was very kind as well. The BioLife Plasma Services office in K

Anna Marie was an absolute saint. I needed a return donor physical, and she was extremely helpful getting me back into the donor system. Kind, friendly, personable?all around a fantastic employee and facility.

Horrible. The system allows too many people to book appointments but their are not enough phlebotomist available to stick everyone so they end up having SUPER long lines. My appointment was for 11:40am it is now 3:04pm and I am still waiting in line to donate. There is no waiting area so you will be standing on your feet most of the time just waiting. The higher up in the company have zero interest in improving the system because all they will say to the people there is they need to work faster. You can't d

Charlie Deanna Isabella and the new young black girl in the baby ( I'm so sorry I forget her name but I'm sure everyone knows exactly who I'm talking about she run those bays like they going out of business. )In any event those 4 are my absolute favorites these girls work hard you can see and feel their sense of urgency;energy that comes with them.

Worst experience, got here @1:45 with my partner for our 1:45 and 2pm appointments today only to be forgotten for over 40 minutes, he got to donate, they stuck me for the protein test but told me I'd have to reschedule. Listen I get it happens sometimes but he then told me he'd still pay me $30 for the visit which when they stick you I was under the impression they have to pay you for your time. Paid me $20 apparently forgetting he told me $30 and I'm still waiting for my partner to finish donating. They do

Anne Mari is extraordinary. She was able to break down the process and make sure that I understood everything before I committed to the donation. she is one of the hands-down best nurse I ever encountered

Great experience today and specifically exceptional service and helpfulness by the Nurse, Hailee MSS. Look forward to donating here again in the future !

Mike was great at my physical. I felt very comfortable and he guided me through all the questions I had

It was a very pleasant exoerience. My physical nurse AnnaMarie was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant.

Annamarie was very nice and easy to talk to. She made sure I was set to go. I hope I get her next time too !

Had awesome experience with Kaylee mss/nurse she is amazing and a wonderful human being and knows what she is doing would be glad to have her any day

Go to CSL plasma. they dont turn donors away when their office is nearly entirely empty but the computer shows "no appointments available." i was told i would have to wait 3 weeks until next tuesday to schedule my first appointment here despite their being only a handful of people in the location.

It is better to give than to receive and the experience in this center is very good! Thank you Dom for your attention always!

Anne Marie has made my visit astronomically simple and efficient. She is amazing and it reflects in how she does her job! She needs recognition

Made the process smooth and easy! AnnaMarie was very professional and kind throughout as well as the check in staff. Everyone is very helpful.

I love Annamarie! Such a sweetie! She went over all of the information I needed to know and she answered all of my questions completely! I was very nervous and she set me at ease!

Definitely more of a professional atmosphere, very quiet, very demure and I appreciate that! But to only have 2 screeners and 2 phlebs is INSANE! My appt was 9am and it's now 1010 and I'm still waiting to be stuck completely unacceptable! Since I've started I'm always late to work, once my new donor fee is over I'm DONE...CSL is loud and ghetto but they do have staff! Also y'all advertising $800 and when I got here said $650 NO BUENO!! I'm poor so I have no choice but to wait but more staff is needed this i

I've had a great experience thus far and Michael (my nurse) was very welcoming so he made the experience that much more enjoyable :).

My first time donating i was given my physical by Bill from Tennessee who transferred in to help the kennesaw location on Barrett pkwy. I've donated at most major plasma places but Bill made me a Biolife loyalist moving foward.

I recently had my first apt here! Yes they were busy but the staff was so nice and helpful. I'm so glad I came to this location!!

If you want to donate blood this is a great place to do it. Annamarie, one of the nurses, was a pleasure to be with. She was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave clear instructions and expectations for donating blood. 10/10 experience

This is ridiculous. All other locations even GHETTO douglasville has availability from 6AM To all day. Went yesterday. They didnt have any til 2PM. Today its 5 IN THE MORNING and the only available option is at 1:35??? And then when u pull up they gone say " Sorry we dont have any people right now :) " like ?? Unprofessional asf and then picking Lunch time when they go to Lunch to have a LONG ah line and hella ppl there .??? Yal ridiculous fr its 5AM yal TRA S H for this.

It was a smooth organized process from intake to donation. Annamarie, the nurse who conducted my physical, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend the Biolife Donation Center in Kennesaw.

Anna Marie was the best nurse ever she made sure I was good and took great care of me. I wish all plasma places had nurses like her, she deserves to be top nurse or manager over all the nurses

Was handled with kindness by reception, the nurses, and everyone helping me for my first time visit back in a long time. Nurse Anna Marie was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend coming here

BioLife Kennesaw location is wonderful! They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The wait time is quick and efficient with the appointment system they use. I have had nothing but positive from the staff and I would recommend this location without hesitation. Thank you Kennesaw BioLife!

The experience with the Nurse here AnnaMarie, was the best part of the visit with me being a first time donor.she put my mind at easy with the lite hearted small talk.

Everyone was friendly enough and it was clean. I spent 3 hours there in total. They do all the fingering sticking and stuff first and disqualify you later. Wish they did the interview 1st. They want me to track down the paper work on a birthmark removal that tested negative for cancer. Pass. Days wages LOST. *** Since I can't reply to your comment, here is a thank you for a dead link where I can't report anything. Changed to 1 star for this reason. Not another wasted second on this company.

I had a great experience donating it was quick and easy. Definitely a very friendly location, Nurse Mike was very nice and helpful as well as Shay she help calm my nerves and was super nice.

Rhonda is absolutely amazing! Very kind and impressionable. Great sense of humor and just very good at what she does. I enjoyed my visit thanks to her.

It's a very clean and helpful environment and Ms. Annamarie is a very wonderful person, very friendly and caring and she really made my first donation a great one.

Edit: not sure what has happened but 6 months later, new machines and new employees. I've come here early three times now when there is no line and it has still taken 2 hours. Before it would take an hour. Sad Edit: service has been incredible last few months. Better staff and faster and KIND! Going to have to agree with the review below. They are going wayyyyy too slow to set us up. Customer service and the app is atrocious. Attitudes are awful. Why come at 6:30am or 7am when barely anyone is here when i

This facility was really nice and kept extremely clean. The people who work here are extremely friendly and I have never had a bad day going. I always feel welcomed and I don't feel mistreated. There's a variety of people come in and out of this place, but the people who are helping the process are amazing at what they do today I was helped by a lady named Bri And she was extremely professional at everything she did. I'm always smiling and laughing with the associates so with that being said whether it's yo

What a nice professional and smooth first visit today. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful it was a long first visit but it felt so comfortable and was so smooth.

My experience has been a pleasant one. I have donated 5 times so far and each time has been just fine. They are understaffed, but everyone who works there is doing their best working quickly and are compassionate. The lead tech, Mike is great. The facility is always clean, the nurse on staff that I saw was so sweet and made me feel at ease. Donate! It's a great way to be a good human and help others.

Tatiana was kind, entertaining, and was smooth when she was starting my draw process. I barely felt it.

It's been super quick lately.love it! I hate long lines and a long check in time. I can make more money at my job per hour then standing in line at the plasma center! So happy they have more chairs and staff and lines move super quick!

I don't ever leave 1 star reviews but felt this one was necessary. If you are someone who wants to donate plasma I recommend going anywhere but this place and here is why. Their staff are the worst. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and disrespectful. The whole experience at this place could be so much better if the employees would learn customer service and realize they are there to serve the customer instead of making each patient feel like they're burdening them. You will walk in their doors in a good mood

Mike was awesome super nice. The place was clean and organized. All the staff was friendly and informative!

Quick and easy, Miss. Annamarie was absolutely awesome and had such a great energy and personality. She was super helpful and open with me.

First timer. Had a great experience with Mike. Went above and beyond to get me situated. Def coming back now. Get that man a raise!

Took me 2 hours not enough staff and u have to stand forever they should have chairs and should go by appts you shouldn't have to schedule a appt and stand in line for a hour

crystal was great! this was my first time donating and the process was very quick even with the physical!
