Reviews Summary

The consensus is overwhelmingly negative, with most reviews citing excessive wait times (2-4 hours), chronic understaffing, and poor management as major issues. Many complain about disorganization, unprofessional staff, and inefficient processes, with some describing painful or botched donations. A few positive reviews praise specific staff members for professionalism and kindness, but these are rare. Common frustrations include overbooking, lack of communication, and dismissive attitudes toward donors' time and concerns. The overall sentiment suggests a poorly run facility where the experience is often frustrating, stressful, or even physically harmful.

In my 480 donations, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is great and hard working. In my opinion 5 stars across the board. From what I have seen, if there are issues it's not staff but maybe upper management. Over work employees and not enough people on staff. So overall I don't think the staff gets enough credit, only criticism by people who maybe forget why they're there. To help with medicine not a place of employment.

It's now 24hours later and I still haven't been paid....I took the Sunrail and bus and Uber to get here to donate and I have had to stay up here at McDonald's next door because I am waiting for compensation from donating plasma yesterday still ... This is unacceptable.... Cash app or chime money to those that donated while the issue is fixed!!!!! Worst part is today is my birthday and I donated to have $$$ for today..... Now it's gonna be just to Uber home... Thanks BioLife

Certain locations are better than others. The phlebotomists love to talk instead of getting the people in and out. I socialize at work but I don't over do it. I'm there to work. Apparently, it's not the same everywhere. It's really just bad management. But anyways. The sandlake location caused a giant hematoma. The Osceola was my favorite but last time she punctured my artery by going way too deep. Luckily, I work in the medical field so I was able to control it at home. So yeah!

Two Stars Because The Girls Are Always Attentive. But Man Appt Was At 8:35Am and Just Got Out 11:30 AM!! Almost 3 hours!! Only 12 Beds Available and Short Staff!! Shouldn't Be Allowing So Many Pts If You Don't Have The Staff!! I Will Come Again A Later Time To See If Rush Changes!! Dont Get Me Wrong I Love Bio its the wait that's sucks

The woman who helped me during the pre-donation screening was very polite, attentive and kind. I'm sure all donors would like to be treated in the same way. She made my experience at BioLife much better. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but I would definitely like to be treated by her every time. It's interesting how a smile and a little empathy, before donating, transforms my experience!

My name is Zack and I wanted to leave a great review for Omar. This dude is a master at sticking. No one has ever been able to hit my left arm without an ultrasound machine before. He was able to get it, literally the first person ever. Plenty of others have tried at this location and good homes without luck. All of the staff at this location are awesome and the location is clean. Wife and I love this location. Thank you again Omar. I'll see ya again soon!

Had an appointment for first time donation. Should have taken the many 1 star reviews seriously. Waited hours and wasn't even checked in. Yeah I wanna help others and the $$ would be nice but not wasting my time.

This is a great place. They're usually very fast, and you can feel good about donating to help someone in need. Rebecca and Mel are two of my favorites, they're very kind and professional, and make the experience feel seemless.

Was kicked out because my fiance is disabled and it was making everyone in the waiting room uncomfortable...oh but never mind that screaming baby. And oh, never mind that the waiting room is only for people *actually* donating, but that dad and *screaming* baby somehow are excluded from this "rule", ok sure. Never ever coming back to this establishment and I will certainly be sharing this horrible experience on social media and with everyone I know. Thank you BioLife for giving me my first experience with d

There isn't enough staff working. I've been standing in line for about 2 hours, and the workers are just talking to each other, walking around, and laughing as if they're doing us a favor. The efficiency today, Monday, November 25, is TERRIBLE! I'll say it again: I've been here for 2 hours and haven't even sat down to donate. This is absurd.

I haven't donated here in about 2 months and usually when I would come in, it wasn't too much of a wait. I came two days ago and was here for HOURS. I came today for my second donation of the week and the lines are even more ridiculous both to be seen for screening and waiting to be assigned a chair. Last time I was here I asked someone why it was so busy and took so long and she said there is hardly any management staff. I'm assuming they are understaffed in general honestly. Corporate needs to send over s

So I've donated at this center before and never had a horrible experience until 7/15. I believe his name was Omar, he inserted the needle into my vein wrong. First he had to fix it then it started to bleed and he left didn't come back. Towards the end of the donation my arm started to feel a lot of pressure, 1. There was no one around I felt like my arm was going to explode and 2. Someone finally came and I believe his name was gabe he was extremely attentive to my arm and needs. My arm felt like it was goi

This was my first time trying this Plasma address and after only 3 trips, their machine didn't give back all my blood twice. Not my fault, and now they didn't tell me and I came back trying to schedule and they said I was deferred for 2 months. Without any warning or heads up during my last donatio. Waste of a 30min trip. And for their machines messing up they could have compensated me since they never told me when I was last here. I wonder how many other people are being deferred and not compensated for th

The nursing staff was completely unprofessional, rude, and slow. They treated me with total disrespect and seemed completely uninterested in providing any level of care. It was a frustrating and infuriating experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lack of basic courtesy and competence is outrageous

The center is always understaff my last visit took me 3 hours I arrived at 10:15am and left 12.50pm? the 3 lab techs were complaining that they had more staff scheduled but they were late. Not a great experience as a waited 2 hours to start the donation.

I see why no one wants to work here the supervisors was speaking to employees disrespectful & we have been waiting for over 2 hours on line & they have the nerve to put new donors at the front of the line?!?!? THIS SITE IS MANAGED POORLY!

All the people there were very professional and nice and to me it didn't feel like I was in there too long even though it was my first time

If l could give 0 stars I would. Worst spot in Kissimmee/grifols is way better and pay more I'll never go back here. I'm coming way from Davenport and I was few minutes late and then lady in the front going to say I can't donate. Your little $70 dollars ain?t shit when y?all making way more off the plasma we giving as if you doing us a favor . Plus I got a CDL people really be trying to help people. Won't see me again take me out your system asap.

This place is absolute garbage. I've been donating here for a year and they're going to send me away for two days because of some superficial cut I have on my forehead that I've had for a week. I needed this money today. They don't care.

The lady at the front desk is emotionless and sometimes even sounds pretty rude. She was not only rude to me, but she also was rude to another donor who asked her about his turn to make the line. Their waiting time system is horrendous and they seem to be down of staff. What is the point to make an appointment if they give you a coaster sensor to make you wait to start making a line. I schedule my appointment days ahead for them to make us wait and some of the staff just act like robots. I can't recomme

Out of everywhere I've been to donate plasma. This place is clean. It's in a safe location. Everyone seems welcoming, nice, well tempered. The people that work there are even nicer and having a nice, easy time with each person taking the time to understand the situation and helping me personally making sure that I felt comfortable and safe while donating. It was a good experience. I highly recommend this place

First appointment 4 hours? I was waiting for an hour and a half for the physical exam and they didn't follow the order which is disrespectful to us because regular donors had mistakes in the questions and they were faster than us. The second appointment was more than two hours to be seated and start my donation. I don't understand why they make you set an appointment if you arrive and you have to wait even with people that don't have one. they looked like a very organized but they are not. Other centers cou

Awful service, if you appreciate your time and your life do not go to this location, they treat you worse than an animal. I was directed by the receptionist to sit in an area next to my friend who was getting his blood check. When they called him, I stayed in that same area while he was with the nurse. Then this very rude woman named Stephanie, said to me, " Are you donating? I said no, I'm waiting for my friend, then she said on a very rude voice, this section is for donors only, I told her that the recept

The time is a bit long but is worth it!! Staff is nice. My arm has survived!! And compensation is always good.

Plasma safe a life. However, the lady in the front checked me in to complete the questionnaire. A minute passed and I was not able to complete it as it has a 10 min grace from the time of the appointment. I told a lady with colorful eye shadows and she told me that I had to take another appointment for a later time or reschedule, even I was checked in. First and last time in this center in Kissimmee. The one in John Young Parkway are better organized and more compassionate.

??Iwas there often and the staff keep putting the needle in the same hole ??Thanks to them now I have a permanent mark on both arms & looks very ugly. ??Only rookies that still at school work here ??Go there on your own risk ??

I love this location. Yes wait times can be a little long but everyone goes as fast and efficient as they can. Everyone here is super friendly. I never had an issue here. At other locations I've had pain before from the needle, here the techs are super careful and it's always a good experience. I have some special needs and they always listen to me and make sure I'm comfortable. I love coming to this location.

Very friendly staff and clean location. Prompt payment after donations. My tip is get there early in the morning and the whole process will take no more than 1 hour.

I arrived10 mins before my donation time and I was sent home because too many donors and too many call outs, according to several employees incredibly it happened on back to back days the second day they didn't even let me check in even after arriving again 10 mins earlier , the frustrating part is I left work early on both days. I noticed several employees talking to each other while staring at the donor?s waiting on line and they seemed more concerned about the time and closing the front door, but put no

I don't even want to donate anymore. Worst customer service ever. I have to drive 40 minutes to get here cause it's the closest one, and then I have to wait in these long lines, then once they take my heart rate, it's at 1 point higher than the required heartbeat speed and they will send u home. Like seriously lol ? This is the 3rd times it's happened.

Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend going to this location . Waited 2.5 hours just to get sat down . It's ridiculous not to mention they had almost 20 beds open .

Do not waste your time at this place. You see theres no one in here and I still am having to wait an whole hour to donate. If you don't speak Spanish then your basically exempt. And you can save that fake apology its not needed

The staff is excellent, and this is my feedback from my last visit. Management should take notice of this because it negatively affects everyone (both donators and employees). I'm becoming demotivated to continue donating, and I see that others are too. During my third-to-last visit, I wasn't able to donate and had to take the $40 bonus. During my second-to-last visit, the same thing almost happened again, and on my last visit, I spent over 3 hours there due to the long lines and shortage of staff. In oth

I love going there the people are very friendly and polite since they take the blood test until they take the donation. Alejandro the Colombian boy is very careful and professional, in general I think the guys are super pleasant! Thank you guys you are a good team :)

Their pay grade is so low compared to other local centers. Just down the road there's another center that will pay you at least $35 more per week. These places make hundreds of dollars off each donation, so $20 compensation is extremely ridiculous. ALSO they collect more plasma than other centers do. They're ripping their donors off!!! Lastly, I have to set aside at least 3 HOURS out of my day to be at this place, even with an appointment. Their wait times are that long. This company is exploiting people an

UPDATED* If you fly a flag outside. Replace it when it gets tattered and torn. If you need a new flag reply to this and next time I'm here I will replace it. Otherwise just take the flag down. It is disrespectful to the country, but in particular, the United States military. When you notice your flag beginning to wear and tear, take it down immediately to make the proper repairs. Updated: just spoke with a nurse and asked why they called me at 615 in the morning. She explained it and I asked and that was

Check in is pretty quick but half the donation stations are closed so the wait time to donate after checking in was an hour.

Great people and very understanding. Thank you to Yaiza, Natasha, Josean, Sofia, Janelle, Nicole and Rose. The entire staff is awesome.

The employees here seem more focused on personal conversations with each other rather than attending to their tasks, such as taking vitals. Every time I come to donate, I find myself waiting longer due to their distracted behavior. This process should be one hr and a half not 2 or 3 hours. They blame it on short staff when clearly its not that.

Every single staff member is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Even after hurricane Milton they were so efficient despite being short staffed. Katie is especially gentle and as painless as possible with needle sticks.

Definitely need to hire a few more people at this location waited 52 minutes in my first line and 43 minutes in my second line! It was very crazy although the lady who took my plasma at the machine was very nice so that was comforting, I see did a few nurses stopping and having conversations at the window in the back not, very much sense of urgency!

I've worked in plasma so I'm more patient than others but this place really needs to get it together. They had a great staff and lost them all due to poor management. People have things to do. New donors or donors with physicals are already going to be there a while so having them wait and wait way past their appointment times is unprofessional. Seems like they got faster machines just to up the appointments so really no change. It's sad.

I'm giving one star because it's a requirement to leave a review. This place is fine if your of Spanish decent. I had a 2:05 appt of which I got there at 1:55. I proceeded to the the computer to take my questionnaire they require and it said, after my picture popped up no donor found. I then went to the counter to wait for assistance. I stood there for 15 min a Spanish lady comes in the door and stands next to me. An employee finally walks to the counter walks by me and asks the Spanish lady if she could he

The bar is already extremely low when it comes to customer service and donor centers. To have a new patient appointment scheduled only to come in and be told the ?system? is down for that task (which doesn't really make much sense but alright.) the least that could?ve been done would be to cancel the appointment or call rather than waste someone?s time. The phones barely work as is (as in no one bothers to pick it up when it's ringing.) overall off to a negative experience and just proves that this type of

this place is extremely overloaded with people. They don't work quickly or efficiently all they do is talk to each other and take their time! having to be there for over 3 hours is ridiculous. if the center closes at 4 why still allow people to make appointments at 3 and once it's 4:45 and we not sitting down on the chair we would have to leave and schedule for another day even if we was waiting over an hour!! I don't recommend this place!!

Be ready for a 2-3 hour wait to donate, nurses are disorganized. When you try to complain, you get a so-called supervisor. That supervisor will tell you to send a message on their website to talk to someone. Which they never respond. Also, the supervisor will also tell you that's how they communicate with them as well. Lots of bs comes out there mouth.

They are very busy but the staff we extremely efficient. Be patient with them as they are working to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location. Natasha was very professional, kind, and personable, as was the rest of the staff.

The wait time is out control. It takes anywhere for 2 to 3 hours to get out of the door. What's really infuriating is after standing in line for over an hour and 45 minutes just to check vitals, is watching the employees laugh and carry on with each other when they should be focused on getting donors in and out in a timely manner. It's not even worth the time it takes. Save yourself the aggravation and donate elsewhere.

By far the worst plasma donation spot ever. Not one but twice came here from Poinciana was refused due to their system issues. They lured me back with a return donor bonus. I scheduled my appointment on the app. Now the app will not allow you to schedule an appointment to donate when you are due for a physical and instead will have you scheduled a physical. Again this did not happen and instead was told to schedule a donation. I did everything correctly. When I arrive they tell me the system has issues an

I have donated at other centers, this place is cleaner, neater, and has much friendlier staff than other centers. I've been donating for 37 years, this is the nicest place. The compensation is also fair and on par with other locations/companies. Given all of this, it's definitely worth going here. They work to get you through pretty quickly, even during periods of high demand. Typically I am in and out in 90 minutes to 2 hours; start to finish.

I believe that you should be notified or not be able to schedule an appointment if you are not able to donate due to not having a physical. I scheduled my physical a few weeks ago and it us scheduled for this next Thursday(8/8) but I was still able to schedule a donation appointment for today Sunday(8/4). I don't live next door, I live approx 35 mins away so to have me drive to my appointment today and told that I cannot donate until I have my physical which I was willing to have a week ago is absurd. I was

I donated here for over 5 years and I was permanently deferred for dozing off during a donation. The employees are really petty and you will get a write up for the dumbest things. I'm actually very happy to no longer be donating at this Very Low rated Facility. The employees are not properly trained and they couldn't careless about wasting your time. I mean if your desperate for the money go ahead, but there's other Plasma Donation Centers who respect and appreciate their donors. YOU'VE OFFICIALLY BEEN WAR

Only giving one star because I have too. Their app is broken, will never allow any appointments to ever be made. None of the employees understand how to answer a telephone either. I called relentlessly for over a week. Multiple times a day, nothing. Finally I took a 3 hour bus ride to go in person and they refused to see me. I finally spoke to a woman who barely spoke English after the whole place handled every single person who wasn't white in the building before me. They refused to give me an appointm

The girl that stuck me, went in at the wrong angle so the needle went through the other side of my vein. She called for help, the next chick tried to adjust it but it's started to swell (this is all before the donation actually started) causing a hematoma. The first chick said yeah there's a lot of scar tissue and it happens. Not acknowledging she messed up or apologizing. Had to donate from the other arm which I hate doing bc for some reason it's more sensitive. The things I have to do just to pay my bills

I had to stop coming to this location because it takes way too long!!! Even with an appointment. The couple times I've been I spend about 3-5 hours in there, if you go to other locations or other companies you're out in about an hour or an hour and half. They need to limit the amount of appointments they take if they don't have enough staff, on top of that even though most of the staff is very friendly they seem very rushed and bothered if they spend an extra second than planned with you, but I can't blame

Good afternoon! I would like to register my dissatisfaction when trying to make my donation that was scheduled for today. When I arrived at the donation center I felt humiliated by the employee Diego who treated me with disrespect and forbade me from donating for something that I didn't know about and that I was never advised by anyone at the donation center. I didn't understand a question on the questionnaire and asked my wife to help me. Mr. Diego came to us and told me that if I didn't speak English or S

I asked for someone who has great experience with doing my opposite arm and ever since that time; a certain tech avoids me like like.... It's really getting annoying because I always liked her as a person, she has a great personality, great with people... however, to do a 180 because someone wanted to give their regular donation arm a rest and have an attitude and talk trash to the other techs is totally unprofessional. And it ALWAYS happens that I get her section after the incident and she'll send someone

Do not waste your time they are rude beyond belief and don't pay and blame it on a network issue I would never in my life step foot in this location

How is it that I make an appointment for 355pm with the last stick being at 430, but by the time I'm getting vitals checked, there are only 10 minutes left and over 10 people still waiting for a bed? Biolife management: If you can't keep up with the number of time slots you create, reduce the number of available appointments or hire more employees!

The people who work at the Osceola Parkway location are always so friendly and helpful. I'd like to recognize Mel, one of the supervisors, she is kind and very good at making sure the lines never get too long. She's like a BioLife ninja. Tasha, Yaiza, Chris, Gabe, Omar, Frangelys, Eliant, Em, Donna, Rose, and many others I cannot name are fantastic

I came to this center to donate and from the moment I walked in, there was absolutely no acknowledgement that I was there. No "we will be right with you" nothing. I stood there for 12 minutes, until finally someone greeted me. Now, when I came in I was 5 mins late to the appointment because of traffic. By the time they finally spoke to me, I was 17 mins late and would not take me! I was in the center the whole time! This is abhorrent and I have never been treated this badly! I let them know that I drove an

I have been coming to the BioLife in Kissimmee now for almost 3 years. There have been issues in the past, but with the staffing that is there now and the new machines everything is done in a timely manner. All the employees are kind and courteous and they definitely care about your well-being. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super awesome staff. Although lines can get long at times, the staff is very patient and work as safely and as quick as possible to address all the donating patients. Emily, Christian, and Rose are my favorites??

After 2 years including their required physicals, questions, vein checks and showing them the at the nurse checks and donating successfully during that time I was told today I could no longer donate after during my physical I was asked if my tattoo moved? No ma?am the documented tattoo on my arm did not move and maybe your facility should reconsider it's employees and process because being told after two years I can't anymore after passing all of the processes and asked such a ridiculous question is beyond

They lie about the buddy referral!!! No where it says you have to be an active donor for you to receive the a referral!! NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely a horrible place. My appointment yesterday was at 1105am I waited 40 minutes in my car with a pager. Then waited another hour and twenty two minutes for them to check my blood pressure. Then had to wait an hour and sixteen minutes to go and get seated to actually start the donation process. The company needs to take time slots away so that so many people do not come in and or they need more staff people. This is what gets me. 1-The nurses or whoever that check people in the rooms, if they have no

amazing experience. very quick and easy. the staff are very professional and experienced. One employee in particular Danielle, she was funny and made the time much smoother. Shout outs to her.

Waiting time was an hour longer than they said we should expect. Also, we feel like we are invisible. They know you have been waiting for so long for a physical, but they don't care. They don't organize the cards properly, so three people went ahead of me, and we never know the order. Empathy, smiles, or any kind of representation are not seen there. It's really sad. It's not about the money they offer, but why they do that. It seems that the meaning of "disappear" starts with the employers who have no kin

I do not know what is wrong with their machines but of the times I have donated here, only once did the machines keep working all the way through; each and every other time I was laying there twiddling my thumbs while I waited up to half an hour a day for someone to turn it back on again throughout the donation. I wish I remembrred his name but there is one man that seems like he tries to take out his frustrations on my finger when he sticks it and then SQUEEZES IT to draw the blood; I never want to deal wi

Appointments are useless and you will wait close to 1 hour just to get in the chair. They have infiltrated my veins twice and blamed it on me working out. Expect to wait 10-15 to get unhooked from the machine and they take way too much plasma for my weight both grifols and CSL take 750 ml, Biolife takes 820 ml.

If you are going to donate here, be prepared to spend your whole day here. I have been donating at this center since March and it doesn't matter when your appointment time it you will be there for 4 hours or more due to how overbooked and understaffed they are. The staff here doesn't care about your time and will leave you hooked up for 20 minutes once you are done donating. There have also been times where I have been waiting to donate and been there for hours and the center will be closing and they send

Wonderful place to DoNAte plASmA??? Th3Y Def?Net?Y sAVe L?V3S??? What Biolife Swag do you Give Clients???

This is by far the worst plasma donation center I have ever been to. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours+ on any given day you decide to donate. I decided to give this center a try due to its close proximity to my house, but their service is incredibly slow and inefficient. No matter what day of the week they are super packed, and way under staffed so you can easily wait up to 2 hours before you even begin the donation process. They need to increase staffing, decrease the amount of available appointments, or both

All the people that work here very nice and always listen to what you gotta say. The only problem I have here is one nurse she's always angry and got a bad attitude. If it wasn't for that, I would give five stars.

I visited this center from out state while here for a convention. The staff was helpful and friendly with my lack of knowledge of the setup of their center. I was able to donate multiple times while in town over 10 days. And each time the staff was always greeting and friendly. The lines were long for both vital checks, as there was only one tech, at times 2 taking vitals, and donations, as 3 sections were open. However, as this is my second "visiting" center to donate in while away from home, I have found

Horrible customer service. You call and they don't pick up the phone. I don't know why they have people working there that don't wanna work. Don't waste your time coming over here.

I have had no issues with donating. The staff is all friendly And Helpful. I have had no issues with any of my morning appointments and I can't wait for my next Appointment!

Warning ?? do not come to this place. The staff is very unprofessional and you will find yourself wasting your time. The promotions are not equal for all donors. They play with your time giving you less money every week after the new donor promotion is gone. What you will receive is trash. I saw several people losing entire bags of blood for only 40 dollars. Just trash!. Also, they will send you back home whenever they want making up stories just because they don't want to work late, telling you to come bac

I went a weak ago but they said I was to dehydrated to donate so pleas reschedule. So I did. Went to new appointment and everything was a go for me but not until the doctor told me we don accept diabetics. If that's pleas put a huge sign upfront so no diabetics has to wait hours for a denial.

Melanie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. Melanie truly cares about her work and the donors that come through and that is evident in her bedside manner. Wouldn't donate anywhere else!

Been donating at this location for the longest, never had an issue. I went yesterday May 26th and there was a new ?nurse? (male) Ive never seen before. I went as my usual Sunday, and all of a sudden I can't donate because I need 1 good vein per arm which I do but for them I don't which don't make sense at all. How come I have been donating for so long a this same location but now I can't because of a vein that your not trained staff can't find? That was just an excuse. They did the exact same thing to anoth

I'm a new donor ? so far there's one employee. I forgot to ask her name she's like 4?11 around 25-29 yrs ! Super attentive. and really gentle with the needle. She always ask if I'm doing okay. Today she notice my flow was going super slow and there was a problem. ( she wasn't the one supposed to noticed.) she had her own donors.

We went back to the same thing from a while ago. The staff is very good, they do everything they can, but the problem here is management, they do not have many staff to work on the other hand, I see fewer and fewer machines working and despite this situation, they do not modify the appointment system, they continue to maintain the same capacity. of appointments as if they were full of personnel and machines. Thinking about changing centers, it will take longer to drive but I think it's worth it. If you have

The wait time is ridiculous ?? ?? ?? . They should pay more for donations if it takes 3 hrs every donation. At times they only use half the available chairs and are under staffed...Thinking of trying out a different donation center.

I always have a great experience at the Kissimmee Branch of Biolife Plasma, the staff is friendly and at the same time professional. They answer every question regarding the process in a simple manner so it's easy to understand. The facilities are always clean as well. And whenever I get Chris as the technician to assist me with my donation, he is very nice and can get my vain (they are tiny but he knows how to). Overall I never have a bad experience at this center.

It is a great program, but the time it takes to donate is becoming longer and longer. The past few weeks have been between 2 and 3 hours from the time I walk in until the time I leave. I am not sure if it is worth the travel time and the time there lately.

My name is Dawn. This facility is very clean, the people are very personable.Mel(Melody)is a very professional person n she helps out her co workers. Everything seems to go smoothly when she is on the floor.

My typical wait time past 4 weeks(2x week) has been about 3 hrs. Which I plan ahead to make sure I'm not in a rush because it can go longer. Used their $700 New Donor Promo. So on average 24 total hours so I made just under $30/hr. I'll take it, also donating plasma helps others. Staff is great and has always been professional.
