Staff is friendly but they don't send the 50$ for the referral, if you ask they tell you the system is messed up. It's been an almost 2 months and I never received it. They never answer the phone. I don't recommend referring anyone thinking you'll get the bonus, you absolutely will not. They'll never answer the phone either. I'm done here.

This place used to be great with fast service. Now they complain about ALWAYS being short staffed. They leave their entire schedule open on the app but don't have the staff to support. It took everyone today on average 3 hours from the time they walked in the door to leaving. One whole side was shut down because they didn't have enough workers. If they could get the staffing problem in check this place would be great!

In terms of long lines and slow service this is the worst BioLife I've been to in a long time. I'm still waiting to get screened 1 hour after I checked in. There's about 20 people in line and only 1 person screening the donors. Occasionally when the nurse has time she helps screening. As usual the donors are so docile and patiently long-suffering. Are they taking advantage of these decent humans ? Or is there a legit reason for only 1 screener ? & What about The female screener (Kathy?) with the extremely

Doctor in charge has a fragile ego. Told her I had surgery at age 5 now 40, she denied me because she didn't know anything about it. So I suggested she needed more education and now she has continued to deny me and refer me asking for more information. It was the 90s and it's all on paper. There is no other records because there was never a problem. I gave everything available and still get denied by this over zealous doctor for no reason. She didn't even give a physical just a no. First-time donor. All staff were helpful, caring and friendly people. Since it was my first experience, Marcy took the time to explain the process to me. That was appreciated.

Used to like coming here, but because they are so understaffed, it's turning into a 2 to 3 hour ordeal now. When I first started coming here it only took about an hour-no matter the time of day. A cluster now really. And so I will blame it on management.

The people are always friendly they are always checking to make sure the process is going smoothly and you're very comfortable.

I have been donating here for a few years now and they are by far the most efficient on their time during the process. It is a clean and nice environment along with great people.

I gave 2 stars because the staff is very pleasant and confident! However, the blood pressure policy is not accurate! Forcing customers to push sleeves up causes your blood pressure to raise which I made very clear before it even started! After waiting 10 mins, now the pulse is high! Well duh cuz now I'm focused on trying to lower my blood pressure! Either you want the donations or not but none of this is an issue when vitals are taken per protocol!

Wonderful staff, always professional and nice. Clean facilities at all times. 5/5 I would say the best place to donate but I have not tried any others.

Bio-life has really gone down hill. Payouts are 39$ for first donation and 70 on your second. Your 5$ bonus for 7 donations of 685ml of our plasma we part with each donation is offensive. As opposed to their previous 50$ frequency bonus. They've taken out Christmas raffles for donors and do not even offer any coupons for veteran donors who have been donating for years. Time to take my plasma else where. There is absolutely no incentive to donate here any longer. They get rich and we just get by. Things have

Love going here, everyone is very friendly and personable. It's a good, easy way to bring in a little extra money and it's quick.

I started donating 3 days after I turned 18, this was and continues to be an excellent facility with great workers. Some of the best are still working here and even new workers are great at IV sticks. Robert and Julie are some of their best and have worked there for years. Yes, it can be slow at times with long lines if they're especially understaffed, but everyone works hard despite that. I've always recommended this specific Biolife and will continue to.

3/25/25 review. Gold section intake was fast, Grace was lovely as always in her care a little difficulty with my veins but Robert helped out.

Staff are nice but wait times can be absolutely ridiculous. They just put in another screening station but never have more than 1 or 2 people manning them , even when there's a huge line. There's an entire section that goes unused 90% of the time despite said long lines. Compensation is pitiful compared to their competitors. Ive been donating for several years. I started at Ft Wayne clinic before moving to kokomo. While the staff are all great people, the wait time at the kokomo location is pathetic! Why are we having to go in and wait over an hour between waiting to get screened and waiting to get stuck. Why can't a large corporation not able to figure out their scheduling by now!?! Great place to donate. The only issue is, I got here at 6:20pm. It is now 8:04pm and I'm just laying here waiting to be stuck. Same thing happened last week too. Except last week I ate dinner a few hours before donating and ended up having a reaction that the nurse said was probably due to sitting here so long. There is literally NO hurry to move it along. First off the people that work in there are great. I completely understand that they are understaffed and everyone is working hard to get their job done. With that being said I donated on Tuesday I got to the facility at 6:40 and didn't get stuck to donate until 7:50. Ashley was great at the front screening but I was over looked multiple times and skipped over when it was my turn to be stuck and then I waited for approximately 20 minutes to be disconnected cause they were trying to get everyone stuck at the end of the day?they need to value everyone?s time equally not just what's convenient to them

Staff was friendly, professional & prompt on services. I was checked in, donated & finished in less than 90 min. Not evertime is this fast but I have never been here longer that 2 hrs.

Tried the kokomo location again. I dont know if it's the lack of staff or not being organized, but i waited 32 minutes for a disconnect. Two other donors had to wait that long from when they got seated to when they started.

I can't give this place four or five stars. I want to but I can't. All of the folks working on the floor here are great and do the best they can to keep it all going! That being said, this place is severely understaffed for the amount of people coming through for donations. Having to wait in line for an hour or more just get to checked in. Clean Place: the people that they have are extremely friendly, but they're extremely understaffed. Be prepared to spend 2-2.5 hours PER donation. It's never an issue getting my pre-screening questionnaire done and done quickly, but I always wait a MINIMUM of 35-40 minutes in line to get my vitals taken (no matter what time of the day I come). I also wait anywhere from 15-20 minutes before and after my donation to get hooked and un-hooked. Easy money, but be prepared to wait for it!

Love this place. Staff is always kind and friendly. My only true issue is many times I'll go in and it takes almost an hour before I'm sat in the lounger. The line after questions is almost out the door because they'll only have 1 person doing vitals. This practically doubles times from arrival to leaving. Maybe think to put atleast 1 more person up there during the early afternoon.

I had an hour and fifteen minute wait until a seat opened up. Other than that it was a smooth experience. As usual your staff was very pleasant and prompt. I guess a few people didn't show up for work but the ones that did worked there butt's off!!

The staff is very nice and are always helpful. The compensation for the donation is pretty great as well! They are just very understaffed for the volume of people coming in. They say a donation should take about an hour, but I wouldn't plan on doing anything right after since I have had to wait 1-2 hours when I've come in, on top of the donation that's about an hour. So just plan accordingly!

Although I wasn't able to donate today because of my weight I had really good customer service. Shy went above and beyond today for me and was super nice. I was super nervous and she made me feel welcome and seen. I would definitely recommend going if you are able to go donate. I also didn't feel discriminated here so that's always wonderful:)

The staff is top notch. Always welcoming, kind and enjoyable. They know how to read people to enhance their experience while they are there. You'll hear them joking with the patrons and other coworkers. Overall, wonderful vibes and professionalism at this location.

Once you get seated, the staff does a great job? the problem is the time it takes to get seated? I spend more time standing in line than I do donating? they have way too many clients and not enough staff or space. I've been at 6:30 am, 10am 11:30am 1pm and 2pm all with the same problem

Nice staff and all but with decrease in staff wait times are extremely long and no one keeps tabs on who sat down first. I watched at least 3 people who came into my area get stuck before me.

Had to update my review cuz it's gotten even worse. I am currently waiting in a line of 18 people to be screened, and there is ONLY 1 PERSON DOING IT AS SLOW AS CAN BE. I looked at the donor bay and there's still heaps of beds open so what's the excuse. The staff are pleasant but Jesus H Christ, time is NOT their priority in any way shape or form. They were extremely short handed so it took about 30-40 minutes before I was helped. All 3 gals who did help, intake gal, nurse for physical, and gal who hooked me up for my donation were fantastic! Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.

I timed my time from completing my questionaire until i was getting my vitals taken. It took 58 minutes. Standing there felt incredibly long. There seemed to be plenty of room for some chairs along the wall but we were forced to stand. I don't understand why I have to stand there that long. It felt like some unnecessary elementary school punishment or some mundane military requirement. Please add chairs.

Always friendly and happy to see me return (and everyone else). They remember your name. They stick me each time without trouble. Most of them will make you laugh and you learn to look forward to the next trip.

Please update your site to say, in no unclear terms, that you need physical copies of all documents - especially the social security card. Your staff were nice about it, but the fact that I drove an hour out with no 100% knowledge that I needed the physical copy and there were no workarounds given extremely irritated me. Update the site and app and I will update the rating to reflect that I was pleased with 90% of the staff interactions I had.

People are nice but the company has a constant issue of over scheduling people to the point you'll wait to check in for upwards of 30 to 45 minutes. Defeats the purpose when it takes 2 hours to do what used to take 1 hour total. Update: Drastically over scheduled yet again. If it's like this one more time im not.coming back here. 1 hour service will take 2 to 3 hours today. I don't have time for that.

Not a lot of urgency when dealing with small problems (i.e. Low pulse, bruise on the arm). These things can be expected but waiting an hour for the nurse to check your pulse is moot.

Best overall center!! The techs are very nice, the facility is always clean, they try & move you through as quickly as possible to get you out in a timely manner! By far my favorite center!!

I refused and said I should not have to when I'm cooperating and the note shows it. I left I was then banned from donating. They are not, as a culture, disability friendly here. When poked it hurt, it usually doesn't and had blood coming out the hole the needle made. When I brought this to their attention they just moved the needle around in my arm, which was excruciating. I had a huge bruise for almost a week after this experience. The last 2 times I donated it was very painful when poked, it barely hurt in previous donations. I will not be going back!

Last time i went in they had a power issue which made us wait to reboot, no big deal, but a new lady there got full on attitude, as another customer asked me while i was patiently waiting for computer access what happened i explained to him the issue and she snapped at me like i was her 5 year old. I used to thoroughly enjoy the biolife experience. After numerous times of standing in line for an hour just to spend another hour in the chair, the snobby comments from certain staff, and the harshness of how they poke/unpoke their patients, and not being able to contact them about medical results have destroyed the relationship I once had. I wish I could remember his name, but when I donated on Saturday last week in the Silver section the man who assisted me was very attentive, polite and was also able to answer my questions to make me feel more at ease. I switched to BioLife from another company and have been pleasantly surprised. My initial visit involving my physical and donation took less time than the other center took for me to complete weekly donations. This facility is extremely clean and far more organized. Every staff member that I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Lots of nice staff but there is one phlebotomist named Robert who is really rough with both sticking and removing of the needle and has given me multiple hematomas. It's also almost impossible to get in contact with anyone there, the phone will just ring and ring and ring without ever getting an answer. I've tried to call them over 10 times

Everyone I have encountered thus far has been very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time has never been outrageous like I have experienced in the past at other plasma centers. The facility is very welcoming and clean. Overall a great plasma center to go to in my opinion.

Far and away the best BioLife location I've ever been to. I drive an extra 15 minutes both ways just to get to this one because they're just so much more efficient. The intakes are quick, they keep things moving very well, and I don't think I've ever spent more than an hour and a half here. Great staff, clean and light atmosphere.

Kelly always makes me feel comfortable and makes a relaxed atmosphere. She knows her stuff and always looking for ways to educate us to make our experience better.

BioLife is always so clean. The staff members are always so nice and friendly. Rachel is my go to. She helped did through all of the first time nerves and I now request her every time. She remembers my face and we catch up every-time I come in. When I Rachel is off Taylor is also amazing and so very friendly. Would highly recommend going to make some extra cash and very welcoming!

Don't trust any recent reviews on here. They have to do promos to get their ratings up instead of actually improving their services.

Polite but EXTREMELY Slow. Takes 45 minutes just to get a bed then another 30 minutes to get stuck. Then it's still an hour to an hour and a half to finish the donation. Big waste of my time if it takes 2.5 to 3 hours. Which it has been taking. Took an HOUR to get me processed and stuck today ans was not busy at all

After donating at another facility, I realized how blessed Kokomo is to have the diligence in cleanliness, efficiency and kind technicians that are at this location! Everything is bleached daily, and they work their hardest to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They just received an award that acknowledged them the best donation facility in the country, this is a big deal! If there is anything holding you back because of cleanliness or good hospitality, trust me, you do not need to worry. This place
