Amazing place establish money flow. The workers are always personable and I can always count on a laugh or two throughout every appointment I'm at in the last 2 years of driving to this lemon grove branch. God bless this place and I pray more blessing for all the staff always. ??

Went here and out of all the places I have donated plasma this place has been the best one! The employee who inserted the needle, I believe her name was josselyn, did an amazing job. I didn't even feel it she definitely has the magic touch. Her aura is truly something else. Her eyes show a brightness that lightens up your day. I will definitely come back and definitely recommend this place to others.

Has anyone noticed that plasma donation centers like this are often in the more impoverished parts of town? That placement alone is telling. I donate blood regularly, and a friend encouraged me to try donating plasma as another way to give back. There are kind people here?Graciela, for instance, was warm and friendly, and I truly appreciated her. But the man who checked me in?blue plugs in stretched ears and a long graying ponytail?was unnecessarily rude. His attitude felt demeaning, as if showing up here

My first two visit here were perfectly fine, I agree with some other reviews here that there is staff that are in experience or have no care for the clients. This last visit I had was one of the worst pains I have endured. The girl I had was named Paula. I had to waved her down as I was experiencing excruciating pain, and acted like nothing wrong was happening. Looks down at my arm and tell me that this isn't normal with no urgency to help. Leaves and comes back with a form showing me how to take care of my

It's clean. Donation gift is okay. Extremely unprofessional staff however on both my visits so far. Giggling at some inside joke when I took the "wrong" seat (I was only told station 4. There were two chairs next to the machine) - I can only assume there was some issue with the last person who sat there. Maybe they were spurting blood everywhere. Then on my second visit not informing me that I'd be deferred for the day when I went to get headphones from my car until after I returned. Couldn't have said some

Good morning Sir or Ma'am. I've been in the military for 17yrs and needed some extra money. I went to Biolife to donate and received the best customer service by Miss Josselyn Vazquez. She was very professional and had the best accuracy to my vein. I didn't feel when the needle went in my vein. I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you in advance for your time.

I love this place. Personnel treat you with respect and are very friendly and inclusive. First time I went there, Roger explained everything to me and was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I have donated 9 times already and have always left with a smile. It's been a nice experience for me and will come back as it feels good to be able to help people and being compensated for that.

Thank You to Beverly for always being so professional and welcoming whenever I donate. I have high anxiety and she always makes me feel comfortable. The entire staff is amazing and always patient and understanding.

I'd like to give a shoutout to Josselyn at Bio Plasma. She is always respectful, kind, and professional. Every time I come in, she greets donors with a warm attitude and makes the process feel smooth and comfortable. Josselyn is clearly hardworking and takes pride in what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and puts effort into making sure everyone is treated well. Bio Plasma is lucky to have someone as dedicated and dependable as her on their team.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BioLife Plasma Center, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism, instantly making me feel comfortable and welcomed. The facility itself is clean, organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I was impressed by how efficiently everything was run, minimizing wait times while still ensuring that every donor received

I'm a private limousine driver and I come here to bio life to earn a little extra cash for gas. I have to say it pay for the end of the day fill up. So when I get here I expect a little extra wait time. Because if you not familiar how many people donate plasma the reason is the extra added cushion of cash help in today's economy help. But when I do donate the staff are quite friendly that alone does make the trip worth it. Also the lounge chair bed is quite comfortable and has a tendency to put donor's to s

AVOID!!!! You'll wait 3-5 hours each visit & then deal predominately with inexperienced staff that will inflict you with pain. As someone who had given over 20 donations for free back in Australia I know it shouldn't hurt - which on 2 occasions it did and was fairly traumatic. My last visit, I left after they collected 2/3 of the quantity they attempted and was told I would only receive $20 for the 3 hours of my life wasted. My whole upper arm is sore and has significant bruising which is getting darker wit

Really wanted to avoid doing this, but three times is beyond frustrating - I think the customer service here is genuinely top notch but I'm going to stop coming to this location and will ONLY go to the location in Vista because I genuinely think there's something wrong with the pulse meters here. I just got denied for the third time in less than a week because my pulse was ?too high??the machine reading today said 102, then it shot up to 118 after I was asked to sit quietly in a corner for 5 minutes. For th

This is my first time here. The staff saw me but did not say anything. They only helped me after they were done with their client. They were quick to leave and assist other clients, without ensuring that I was in the correct area or providing any guidance. In fact, I ended up in the wrong area and the staff did not even realize it. They were already setting up the equipment without checking if I was in the right place. They didn't bother to introduce themselves or explain the process until I started asking

One of the worst in San Diego. The staff are friendly, but the front desk and the system are terrible. The waiting line is always more than 40 minutes for an appointment. Mercenaries who don't care about you, they just want to make money with your plasma. This is disgusting.

First couple donations were fine but then they found a discrepancy in my blood and wanted me to go see my doctor about it. I did. I got the discrepancy fixed after about a year. When I came back I brought all the paperwork and blood results from my doctor saying I was good to donate again per their request. Then after I had waited so long for the paperwork from my doctor, they wanted even more paperwork saying I was good to go. But I literally gave them every single piece of paperwork that my doctor provide

I was attended by Josselyn and her phlebotomy skills were excellent. I didn't get a hematoma and she was very kind and polite when she attended me. Everytime I go I do see her always working hard so I appreciate how she keeps her positive attitude!

No point in scheduling an appointment. Each visit takes an average of 2-3 hours. Staff is friendly but unprofessional, sometimes the experience is good but I once had a worker yell at me because ?if I wouldn't like someone staring at me while doing my job why would I stare at her when doing hers? for context she was actively about to poke me with a needle obviously I want to watch to make sure I'm good. I'm top of that regardless of your appointment time they sit so many people that they lose track of who g

My experience at BioLife was very disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting over two hours to be seen by a nurse. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked experience?multiple unsuccessful attempts were made to insert the needle. On top of that, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. The appointment system clearly isn't effective, and the overall service was frustrating from start to finish.

I completed quite a comprehensive assessment online to see if I qualified to donate. I scheduled an appt, took a bus to get there, only to find out my physical address was not acceptable for me to be a donor. Something the could have told me online, but didn't. Wasting my time and theirs. I am now going to their competitor with hopefully better results.

Process is generally efficient (an hour or less) but can sometimes take longer depending on how busy it is/who's working. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, overall as pleasant as the experience could be. Would recommend if you wanna help people or just need cash in a pinch.

I've been a patient for nearly a year and I would recommend this place to anyone that is interested donating. The staff is really nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, they can be slightly understaffed at times during the week; however, they prioritize accommodating every patient fairly at all times each and every day.

Overall a great place to donate! Depending on your appointment time, the wait can be either 5 minutes or a couple hours to get to the donation chair. I think the issue is understaffing, usually 1-2 people on vitals and the rest on the donation floor always busy. The staff is always friendly though and make sure you are doing ok anytime the machine makes a noise. Would highly recommend this location to anyone trying to make a little extra money, just be prepared to potentially spend 2-3hrs here!

I had the pleasure of being able to be assisted by Beverly. She was kind and sweet and made me really feel at ease with the whole process.

Have to let everyone know that my Phelebotomist, Josselyn Vazquez, was very professional and considerate to me. I was impressed how she knew what to do, and how to get it done. Would recommend her to everyone I know.

This plasma center has improved since last year. I usually don't wait too long. The employees are kind and helpful. I have only had to deal with terrible doners. So they just need to continue to keep out people that are rude or have bad hygiene. Otherwise it's fine.

Facility is nice and clean with friendly and skilled staff. Haven't had any issues since coming here and I've been coming back well after my promo code finished up. Would recommend to anyone interested in donating.

I've been to other centers and now this one the appointment making I think is uncalled for but that's BioLife but other than that very clean staff was very nice and respectful and to the staff who drew my plasma Thank you very much For making sure I was comfortable Miss. Beverly I highly appreciate ?? you...

As a new donor you get paid a reasonable amount for your plasma around $90 to $100 per donation. But after the 3rd of 4th donation they drop it to $45 and $60 every other visit. That's not enough for the risk u take and what your body loses when you donate. If you have money it's not a problem but if your doing it for financial reasons it won't cover any bills now a days. That's why I stopped going they will end up missing your vein and ask you to let them try your other arm or they will threaten to only pa

Since my first visit & donation, the staff at BioLife Lemon Grove has been so friendly, kind, caring & helpful. Before coming here, I didn't know about plasma donation or the positive effects it brings to people?s lives; recipients and donors like myself. This is now a part of my routine and it feels good to be a part of a greater cause.

Staff can be quite finicky, some are great. Rules seem to change from day to day. Generally a three hour wait. Not very organized. They took people that weren't new donors ahead of the lady in front of me and then you sit while people in line behind you pass you.

The staff here is amazing. It's everyone that's quickly in and out of the building there's no wait time. Everyone is so friendly. I love love love the building. I love how everything don't organize how everyone always asking. Is there a pain or discover when you're pumping I like it how everyone takes care of everyone

BioLife plasma has been honestly a great experience so far. Not only do you get compensation for your time donating but the staff also makes it quick and easy to become a new donor. Recommend if you need some cash for hard times or to even help out those who do need plasma. Amazing staff, quick and efficient.

Josselyn has started my plasma process when i go and she bas a very light hand, she always has a smile on her face. she made my experience fun & made me feel safe as she would repeatedly check in on me.

Stopped coming here about a year ago and came back today, thinking that they had to have gotten their act together by now. Biggest mistake I've made in a long time. Still waiting over an hour and a half later to get my "returning donor" physical... And probably at least another hour and a half until I'm done here. Not worth the $60

No respect with donors. We an Make appointment and long wait in the Vitals Station line. Believe it's just a plasma business and stressful place for workers and donors. Look ?? around for a different and respectful place. P.S. do not make appointments less then hour and half after your appointment time donation. (It's a miracle for leave the place less then hour ??) The worse day is Saturday.

Horrible service, the younger lady's that work here are very immature and avoid work everytime im here. It almost feels personal. They sit me in a chair and prep everyone else except for me this morning and had me wait a hour for no reason. Their excuse is that that have to take there breaks but I see other workers helping other customers out consistently but me. I won't be coming back but I don't think they really care for my service.

It took 2 hours from start to finish. At the location I use to donate at only took 1 hour. It's very clean and a nice facility, it's just very slow

My experience at BioLife in Lemon Grove has been outstanding. The staff there is excellent! They go out of their way to provide exceptional service and make sure patients are comfortable and happy. I definitely recommend BioLife above and beyond going to any other center.

Well just like most reviews on here I will say they mismanaged their time pretty badly. I had a 230 appointment and I didn't get my physical until 445 then with the hour or so donation and making 1st timers wait for 15 minutes after its now 630 and 2 hours longer than they had said it would take but for $150 its not the worst. So use my name and buddy900 as a promo code and you can cash in on your plasma too.

I've been here and to one other company to donate plasma and so far I haven't had an issue with my protein or iron levels! It's close to my house and they give great snacks! The referral bonus is cool too!

Staff here are always really kind and super helpful. Expect to spend 60-90 minutes for your appointment, that's just how the process is. They always work safely and efficiently, which is why I keep coming back again and again.

I have been donating here for over a year. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and organized. The only downside is that the wait can be long on certain days. Other than that, I have had no issues.

All of the personal are fantastic..I enjoy the interactions with them, makes it feel like family..It's very clean, attentiveness is fast, and professional, plus personable..I wouldn't want to go any where else..special thanks to Roger, Bettise, Ashley, Chanel, and others for making it especially nice

Staff are Courteous , attentive , are competent with handling the equipment and are quick to resolve any issues that may arise with any donors donation process . Process can vary between 45 mins. - 1.5 hrs depending on how many people come to donate , staffing and also how hydrated you are .

The employees work hard and they are efficient in what they do. I do know they get overwhelmed with being understaff. It's like they're taking the place of two employees. I think it shouldn't be that way. It causes issues with the business, employees and not to mention the patients.Overall Im happy with the employees and the money it helps out a lot!

Honestly I never had a bad experience with them. The staff is always friendly it might be a little wait at times but usually they try to be fast. That's the only thing is sometimes you have to wait around 2-3 hours for your whole process but other times it's only like an hour and a half.

This place is for donating plasma, as gar as that goes, I've had no bad experiences in over 50 donations. Occasionally a needle poke hurts a little but not often. Staff are friendly and place is very clean. Takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Going early can get you out in under an hour

Amazing center and staff . I've been coming to this location for over a year and have never had any issues. The only downside is they're closed Mondays because they're still a fairly new location. Other than that 10/10 !!

Very clean and modern facility..There is a strict 10 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment, so I'd advise getting there early.

I actually enjoy coming here. Yes some of the staff can be a little ehh but I would be too because of some of the patients they get. So don't be an ass if you don't want to be treated like one.

I love coming to BioLife for plasma donations ! They have been really great with me during all my visits and never any issues with needles or donations. It's been a great way to make some extra money when I've needed it the most and the first time donor bonus is the best! I would def recommend coming here.

Small Staff. They don't care about your time scheduled . If you are 11 minutes late for any reason you are out of the schedule (need to reschedule). BUT, waiting 35 minutes after checking that's okay for then (any day and any time of the week is the same). Justifying: Small staff and SORRY ?? for this. It is what it is. Take away. Most of staff looking under pressure and always we spent more than 10 minutes after finishing the machine process just to someone else?s take out the needle and set you free ??

First impressions were great. I only made it to the vein check though where the nurse decided to not actually check for veins and just assume that my tattoos cover every vein in my arm. Doing the actual check was was too much to ask I suppose. I have attached a photo of what took about 2 seconds to locate

I had a great experience this morning donating plasma. Brenda did a great job of putting my mind at ease and making the entire process safe and stress free.

Wayyyyy slower than San Marcos location. Idk what is wrong with this location it just seems like everyone is SLOW and moves like a sloth. People do seem inexperienced. San Marcos one is so efficient and they get the job done quick. Waste of time at this location.

It's always great donating here at the Lemon Grove location. They are very quick and efficient. Adam was very nice and informative and he got me through the check-in very fast. Will definitely be returning soon!

Been going for almost a year on and off. Any issues are always attended to and payments immediately after donating. All the staff is great and I enjoy going and all the people that are being helped is the best part!!

It seems to be hit or miss on how much the wait is. Somedays the line seems awful, other days, there's almost no line. This is my 4th donation and I try to budget around 2 hours from start to finish. Typically takes about 30 to 45 min to actually start donating. Then another 45 to donate. If you want to be safe, you can budget 3 hours if you need to be somewhere afterwards. But all in all, good staff, clean environment, good experiences so far.

The Lemon Grove BioLife center does an amazing job with their donors. The center is clean, the staff is professional and friendly. This is an efficient operation and if you're eligible to donate, don't hesitate!

So far this is my third donation and it's been positive, 1st visit takes time to get the physical exam done but I was out within 2 1/2 hrs cause I came by during rush hour not sure but today it was faster in bed by 20 mins haven't had any negative interactions with anyone of the staff.. pretty staff as well tbh????

The staff was friendly and made my first visit very easy. I was a bit nervous but they reassured me. Good snacks and super clean facility.

BioLife plasma is probably the best place to donate! Everyone is always smiling and seem to be in a good mood. They treated me with all the respect and always came to check up on me to see I was doing ok. Definitely recommend this place to whoever is looking to donate :)!

The staff is always friendly works hard to get you off the machine as quickly as possible. I've been donating for over a year and it's nice to have extra money for the holidays.

Had blood work done. My Protein was .10 below normal. Did second test all good. Have to wIt almost a week for there doctor to to review it. Waste of my time.

Always greeted well by staff. Staff is very informed and attentive to donors. Recommend coming here if you want to donate.

I haven't donated in almost 2 years. Wrong code was entered for my Physical day visit coming back . I received $50 instead of the New donor fee $90. I'm never coming back - false advertisement. I went to the Center to let them know. They couldn't do anything. Lemon Grove, CA

Went in to donate, left with a hematoma, swollen, painful arm, and $20 ! Never going back.

I've been coming to the lemon grove biolife for over a year now and it's always been good for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they make sure things are running as smooth as they can. I'll continue to come to this donation center over any other!

The staff here is really nice. Plus it's nice to get some extra cash on the side to donate. Also, you're helping someone that might need it really bad.

This place practicing racism so here it..they continue not to place certain people in the system so today I had to resign Alot of paperwork then they did the whole search what your place looks like on the computer like stalkers then I was told to leave after they placed me in a line to go with the blood draw. So I'm in line ready to go she says wait I gotta see you home on the computer I say hold on here the rasisim and the tactics let me start to record them. After she called over the mex lady over she beg

I love this location! It's very clean, the Staff is always very nice and welcoming! It's also pretty fast for returning donors.

You'll be fine as long as you don't expect them to be sanitary. They don't change their gloves between patients with blood on their gloves they will get angry if you ask them to sanitize they will write you up if you ask them to sanitize and say that you were rude play will force you to consume a product that is a carcinogen causes cancer with EDTA and food coloring in it they will request that you take a dairy food product regardless of lactose intolerance or religious preference. If you do not mindlessly

Every time I donate I am welcomed with a friendly and helpful smile. I appreciate how professional and courteous the staff is and refer my friends and family all the time to Biolife in Lemon Grove.

Grateful for the staff here. Everyone I've had the fortune to come across seem like they like their job and who they work with. It's a nice environment and they play good music to pass the time. Plus it's right by coffee and food so you can get an easy snack right after if you need it. Easy to find and there is good parking. If you get cold easily dress for that. They had chairs but I guess some people were acting a fool and got them taken away I guess so hopefully that won't stay. Other than that no comp

they called me slurs when they found out i was homeless. do NOT come if you are poor. rude service and a waste of time. i hope y?all do better

First time donor, excellent customer service and professional care. The nurses and staff were all friendly and informative. I recommend coming to this location for your first plasma donation.

The people who work here are so nice and the place it's so clean. And I give you respect and there caring . I drive 20 minutes to donate plasma cause I feel welcome and safe.

Always welcoming people that work here. Never had any issues with any of them. Great team and it feels good knowing I'm helping others.

Great place! Friendly staff. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. My ONLY complaint is that they aren't AS quick as the San Marcos location.
