????? I've been donating at BioLife for a while now, and I have to say, every experience has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the doors. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the process is always smooth and efficient. The technicians are skilled and make the donation process as quick and painless as possible. I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable they are and how much attention they give to every

I would give 5 stars because every time I come in I have a pretty smooth experience. But today when I came in nobody was wiping the beds down after people got up, the DST just kept telling people to just sit down after someone got up. That is very unsanitary. You're working with blood that can be transferred to other people. I felt disgusted. I asked a worker and she was like yeah we do but still nothing was done. I had to ask if the arm rest could at least get wiped off. I appreciate her for doing that. Th

?MCDONOUGH LOCATION? ?? Terrible Experience ? Unprofessional Staff and Poor Service This was by far the worst experience. After going through the entire donation process, I was denied for something as ridiculous as ?not eating a full meal,? despite clearly stating that I had. I am an adult and know what a full meal is, so being told otherwise in a condescending manner was both disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the nurse then banned me from donating at this location simply because I

Well, my 1st attempt & I had to reschedule due to my Platelet donation just 4 days prior. Three wait time should be at least 7 days after !? I didn't read that anywhere in their materials or else I would have waited to schedule !?! The 1st time paper work & questionnaires are pretty routine. I didn't get to go through the physical portion this time. The facility & staff seem very professional. Maybe next time !???

I have been to the McDonough location twice. The first time my husband & I were met at the front desk by an employee asking about what I had eaten that morning. Told it wasn't enough before he even asked my name and sent us home. The second visit I made it all the way through the physical & all the screening process. Once in the donation chair the girl said I had not drank enough water even though I drank over a gallon. She also sent me home. I have donated many times with other companies and never had an i

With The new machines I always get light headed. I have been told they withdrawal faster than the old ones. If these new machines can be turned down a bit I could return, but I can't pass out every time I go.

Normally I have a great experience with the well mannered employees that work here. Unfortunately today I went to use the bathroom and they used way too much bleach to clean the restroom. My eyes were literally burning from the fumes of the bleach. Also in the process of washing my hands the bleach stained a really nice pair of pants I had on. Hopefully ?? in the future whoever cleans the restrooms can be a bit more mindful of the bleach usage.

Been going here for a while. Everytime I go here they find some way to screw me over .as I said been going here for a while . No all of the sudden they ask me a question that had never been asked before and something I haven't been treated for over 5 years and in order to give blood now I have to spend more money then I will make in a year to get a paper from specialist to be able to make a few extra dollars. Once again in the few years I been going here this was never asked or brought up. Go figure

Unorganized and will ask you to return a second day. I was told by nurse that what I ate for breakfast wasn't enough to donate. I said ok can I make another appointment. I made another appointment next day. Had to rescreen and redo physical. Nothing this time was asked if I had eaten. Finish physical and go to line to wait and told to go to that side. I go to, "That side" and the female technician looks confused. The male technician looks at me and says come to the other side. I go to that side. He says the

The people there are super friendly every single staff person has compassion and care but the compensation going down has kind of put me out of the pictures as far as donating because of where I live and what it cost me to get there but I would highly recommend BioLife plasma services to anyone . When the conversation comes back up I may return but thank you all throughout the months for all your help

Biolife - McDonough Location I begin visiting Biolife to donate plasma on November 1, 2023 I have donated 6 times during the duration. During my observations I noticed the techs are very slow pace at times and not very tentative to all patients. On November 21, 2024 my 6th donation, I had to 2 techs responsible with the insertion of my needle on my right arm. The initial tech apparently did not insert the needle correctly, based on the plasma not pumping correctly. The 2nd tech adjusted the needle to far

Had an appointment I thought I would be late to. Tried calling 3 times before I drove the whole way but no one would pick up the phone. Drove 45 minutes to be told I was too late. Last time I donated the employees wouldn't stop cutting up and joking- not really paying attention to donors. A bit unprofessional.

Brian is a over and beyond worker. Always answer all my questions with such a positive attitude, Always so helpful and informative. Great role model

I needed some help, the worker who I asked the first time said ok and never came back. The next person I asked referred me to someone else who then didn't come back either( mind you I'm in pain, the needle had moved out of my vein and the machine stopped working) 30 minutes later I ask for help again and again. This time another worker comes over to me and just starts acting like she's offended because I needed help. So she immediately turns into a victim saying I'm being rude to her. I never said anything

The staff is always friendly and professional. I enjoy the process. It is great to be able to give back and help people as well as putting some change in my pocket.

The staff here are professional, patient, prompt and efficient. It's the people here that makes this place memorable. Thankyou for your service.

Jared handled my physical, very professional and efficient. Thank you Jared. It would be useful if there was a que in the waiting area, the staff didn't have a list of donors and did not give us physicals in the order we arrived at the station. Some people were skipped and had to wait longer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They did not follow through with the coupon of $800. My husband signed up with a coupon stating that he would receive $800 the first month. He has only recieved 600 and now the coupon is no good. They suck You can never get anyone on the phone. 100 %would not recommend this place

5 stars for nurse Jearrod at the McDonough, GA., location - he is very friendly, takes his time with you, thorough & professional.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. 2 of the nurses there were inexperienced, rude and unpleasant people. The only time I'll be back is when I'm reporting the both of them.

I'm new here to BioLife plasma and this is my first time donating. The doors are locked and there is a handwritten note that says ?Systems are down. You can reschedule your appointment or wait outside in your car?. I think the way that makes a business look is unprofessional and for this being my first time leaves a bad impression on the company after driving this far and doing everything I have to get here.

I always have a good experience when I donate. The staff are very helpful, professional and efficient and I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Just started here and gotta say the Jared is pretty cool and quick with the physical. So far every employee seem like they like working there so good attitudes and good vibes

Not efficient at all to waste people?s time by advising only AFTER they've arrived there's a 2hr delay due to new equipment??? Like no one knew it was coming? Is that a cover for not enough staff? And not a chair was offered just go stand over there on hard flooring for 2hrs? Staff was unapologetic like it does happen all the time & What do they care if you come back or not? What's the app for, just happy stuff ?? Can't put Anything negative or informative like a two hour delay ?? your staff reached by p

Gianna is always so sweet. I thought I had actually post this review earlier but it didn't and I was telling her about. So I thought I'd try it again. Thank you ma?am ????

They are always friendly and professional they keep a good eye on donors to make sure they are good

Very caring and informative staff. This was my first time and they made me feel comfortable, explained the process through each step, I definitely was in good hands, and will not hesitate to go again, or recommend to others.

Great experience! From the time I got there to the time I left I felt like I was in good hands. Jearrod was very thorough with my health screening and informed me the whole way through. He gave me a tour of the facility and told me what to do when I arrive for future visits. Overall the visit to BioLife was great and I will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you and God bless.

The nurses and staff here are rude and inconsiderate! I would not recommend going to this location as if you have an emergency caused by the staff they will find any reason to defer you and then they won't tell you that you are being deferred. Very unprofessional and half of the staff walks around doing nothing but talking about donors. I was deferred after a nurse carelessly stuck me, causing me pain, after I informed one of the staff, she advised me that I would not be paid but kept adjusting the needle e

The young lady this morning at the counter taking vitals really needs to learn how hoe not to judge people. Just because she's not in this situation doesn't make her better than anyone. Plus I donated 48 hours ago nothing changed so how come I can't donate now. And she was short light skin employee. She had no idea on what she was doing. She asked me to retake a blood pressure test. She had me wait for less than 2 minutes and then retook it. I was supposed to wait longer than that

The amount went down from the week before and when I did donate my card got hacked and funds got stolen and they wouldn't even let me have corporates number to call and get reimbursed nor would any manger come to the phone when I called they said they was always busy im very upset at bio life's service.

Friendly staff, but super long wait times. If people have to schedule appointments, they expect to start donating within 10 minutes of their appointment time - not start the questionnaire one hour after their scheduled appointment time. These pager coasters are becoming the bane of my existence ??

As a first time donor was I was extremely nervous. But Jared the doctor in charged was extremely patient and kind. He was not only willing to answer my questions but happy to do so. You really don't see such care in many places anymore. The other staff were all very courteous as well.

Everyone treated me great and were very helpful throughout the entire process.

It would be nice if payout stayed anywhere close to what new donors get their first month. As long as wait times aren't too long, the pay and time are acceptable. There have been times where an hour donation took closer to 4 hours with wait times. I think incentive should be higher if there are longer wait times to compensate for the amount of time you end up spending there.

I went there today and they had me sit for 5 minutes for my pulse to go down and it wasn't even 5 minutes and I wasn't able to donate today and I was really mad cause my coupon expires today

This has been the worst experience ever. The McDonough office location is nice and professional. I'm usually in and out within an hour. It's the card service I have a problem with. ALL my money on the card has been taken due to fraud. Apparently the day after my first visit, my initial card was canceled and a new one was supposedly issued. I never received a card or requested one. Today I checked my balance to make sure my last donation was there and saw ALL money was gone except five cent. After talking t

It's bad business practice to allow 2:55pm appointments, when you lock your doors at 3pm.

This place is garbage. They are always having system outages, and still let you make appointments. They also know very well how to screw you out of your promotions. They let people drive all the way to the donation center just to find out they're not open. They do this on a regular basis. Also their laziness is through the roof. They will leave you unattended and even keep you from receiving the full amount of funds that should of been applied promotionally. They tricked me out of $115 even after they admit

Horrible experience even trying to see if I qualify to donate. I had first tried two years ago but got denied because of a medication I was on, which is perfectly fine. Now I've been off the medication for over a year and wanted to try again, so I called to see if there was anything I had to do beforehand. I was told that he couldn't tell me anything over the phone and to just come in, so I did (Why could he not tell me over the phone there were extra steps??). When I get there I see the nurse and he rudely

I arrived for my appointment today, about 5 minutes late due to a line, and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. The receptionist, the lady with glasses and distinctive curly hair, seemed excessively enthusiastic about her job. Unfortunately, she was rude and repeatedly spoke over me when I was trying to communicate with her, which I found unprofessional. My husband and I have been loyal customers at this location for years, and this experience was unlike any we've had before. I've taken the step of emailin

I had been coming to this location for the first 6 times for donation. The staff is friendly for the most part. On yesterday, as with everyday I come in there, I kept having issues scanning my fingerprint which added an extra step to my donation process everyday, and it was unnecessary. I get sent to the nurse to do a ?evq? review and this lady is trying to argue with me about why my fingerprints aren't working. I've tried it several times and even had to change the registered print. Instead of recognizing

I absolutely LOVE the crew that works there! I've been going on and off for years now and the crew there have became friends?????? I've never had a bad experience

I can't donate for 2 months because of RBC loss. Their power went out and the generator didn't kick in so I was not able to get them back. Biolife in general always has some bs going on. So now my extra income is messed up because of them.

This Would?ve been my first time donating but upon walking in, the customer service was ghetto. Playing loud hip hop music doesnt seem to fit the aesthetic of a medical office. The employee that attempted to check me in was cold and not very welcoming. Leaving the appointment was the best decision given the scenario.

I had my first visit at the McDonough location today. They all went above and beyond. Jared was very polite, thorough, and good at explaining everything during the physical. All of the other workers were also extremely polite. It didn't take near as long as I expected. Every time somebody walked by me they made sure to ask if I was OK. The atmosphere was all around amazing. Would give more than 5 stars if I could and I will definitely be back.

I was rejected due to my high heart rate of 105. Although I do have mild anxiety, I definitely wouldn't have had this issue if the staff were actual licensed medical professionals and were friendly throughout the process. Although they are dressed as if they are licensed, they are NOT. This process is already nerve wracking and to have unfriendly people taking you through all the motions only makes it worse for someone like myself. I would have loved to donate because I have read all the good it does for th

That location in Georgia needs better customer service and a better system they messed up my questions and didn't even let me donate ruined my day system and didn't even offer any compensation

I have donated on and off at this center since they opened. All of the employees are very nice. Jared is always very personable and makes you feel comfortable always! They all make this process as easy as possible. Great team of people! Keep up the amazing job!

My last experience is the reason I often stop donating. When a technician ignores a complaint they often cause harm to the client. This time my tech ignored a complaint of a cuff being too small and too tight. The pressure was too high and caused nerve damage and vein I nfalmation. My hand didn't want to work for several days.

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. My 22 yr old healthy sister came here, they wasted her time and told her they couldn't find her vein so therefore, she was unable to donate. These people clearly have no idea what they're doing. She's given blood many times in her life and has never had this issue. Absolutely pathetic on their part.

Absolutely love the staff at the location. Great vibes and attitudes. They work efficiently and quickly and are always willing to help!

I donated for the first time this week and I couldn't have chose a better location! The employees I came in contact with were super helpful with questions I had and overall treated me super well. My first donation didn't go too smoothly as I started to feel sick, but right away staff came over to me and treated me, made conversation with me to distract me from how I was feeling and she really helped me through the process in feeling better! I wish I got her name, I'm very satisfied with how I was treated. O

Sorry in advance for the long review: I started donating plasma a few weeks ago and I went the first time and it was okay. Then I went back the second time and the person that was taking my blood was very nice. (which is the only reason this gets a 2 star.) However, I missed a week of donating and I went the following week. I went to sign in and start doing my questionnaire thing and it told me I couldn't donate today and that I needed to talk to someone. I went to the front desk and they informed that my r

I had a great experience today. Dr. Jared was very thorough, professional and friendly. Jamie was awesome as well. He explained everything before he proceeded the plasma process. Also, he was gentle with the needle, it didn't hurt and I didn't bruise.

Today was my very first time donating, The staff and Dr Jared was definitely great, He made sure I understood every element of what's being asked and asked if I had any questions, the staff from time I entered the door till I left was nothing short of amazing to be honest I'm not sure whom handpicked the staff but I have to say great job they really seem to care about there job and steadily asking if I'm okay and did I need anything. I will definitely refer others to this location as well. Marie

Incredibly kind and patient staff, they were also highly professional and accommodating. I would recommend this center very highly! They showed a strict adherence to safety guidelines as well, making sure every surface was cleaned in between different patients using them. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, they went above and beyond the level of courtesy I would have expected. They offered to give me a special seat that would benefit me with no request being made on my part.

I have been donating at other plasma centers in the past, even for years. I do not understand how this facility will make people consistently wait in lines for a bed, knowing that the actual base pay for donating is forty dollars on average. This is not including the new donors or the return donors, who get exponentially more pay. No one and I repeat no one is willing to donate, if it's going to take them three hours every time they come to your donation center.

Awesome staff and getting even better ! There are regular techs like Sebastian that make this place truly first class ! I donated earlier this week and noticed Kat cleaning non stop in between greeting and checking in the incoming donors. She was cleaning the chairs, counter tops, windows and on my way out of the building even picking up trash outside ! I love this facility and have been coming off & on since they opened and never seen anyone clean the facility before ! Highly recommend this location.

Jerry, along with the rest of the staff was very helpful and helped make donating for the first time a pleasant experience. -Brent

The moment that I first step inside I got a very good impression. Great staff willing to explain and guide you throughout the whole process in addition to a very clean and organized atmosphere. My tech was Sebastian and he showed attentiveness during the whole process. Very welcoming and safe place. Also it is great to have lovely staff taking care of the little ones while you donate and my little one can't wait for the next visit too.

Tried going for the first time today and brought all my paperwork. A friend reccomended me came with, though she hadn't been in awhile. The front desk was clearly annoyed and snappy with everyone. I brought what was required, but she said it wasn't right, and when I asked about what I needed she was annoyed and couldn't give me straight anwsers on what I needed. She snapped at me for calling my husband and asking if he had any other mail in my name while she took another guest. She was snippy with them too

Mr.Jared was so kind and helpful! He had a great sense of humor as well! He answered all my questions and made sure I was knowledgeable and prepared for my donor experience! I will definitely be back and I'm brining a friend! 10/10 experience didn't hurt at all, was in and out in no time. Make sure you eat and drink plenty of water before you go it helps your blood flow smoother. Ask for Mr.Jared

I will begin this review with Everyone Should Be Treated With Respect No matter How they Live their lives? Giving Plasma Saves Lives And Rewards are given to those people with A Few Dollars. I encountered Some of the most Unprofessional behavior from Some of the Staff at this McDonough Ga. location such as Gossip about the patients , Drama among themselves such as Who can control the music , I witnessed a Nurse Today Ms JANERA who was Very Unprofessional and Rude When I told her that it was unprofessional

Had an appointment for early this morning. Arrived with just a note taped to the door stating appointments will start at 9 AM this morning. No phone call, email, any communication regarding delay of start this morning. When I came in later, front staff was VERY rude when questioned about the delay of start. They claimed they were under a tornado warning. I looked up any tornado warnings for McDonough this morning, and none were listed. So guess the staff is now making up excuses? No apologies or offers of c

Staff is AMAZING!!! I love helping others while also making money for things for my own family!!!

Good people here very well taken care of

My visit didn't pan out so well. New donor- new to the process- nothing on website about removing headscarf for picture. They take a picture at check in and then said you will need to remove your headscarf so we can take a picture of your face. Mind you my face is not covered AT ALL. I inquired if Muslim women had to remove headscarf and they said no. (Case closed right? No!) The receptionist is not the best communicator but wanted to lecture me about how the conversation flowed. Upon catching her attitude

Everyone was so nice and set my mind at ease. Also, the visit from the first greeting to the last person telling me I could go was very smooth and efficient.

This is the best plasma donating center I have been to (out of 3). I accidentally scheduled the wrong type of appointment but Khat, the polite lady at the front desk was able to correct my mistake and give me a coupon that earned me more money. Torrin was great as well. He provided great conversation and was a talented singer. Overall my experience was smooth here even with my error. Highly recommend this center.

Pissed is an understatement. Appointment at 12:15, wasn't seen by anyone until 2 and then was told I couldn't donate after I told them I took medication for PTSD. Apparently if you have PTSD you can't donate plasma, why? Your guess is as good as mine. Two hours absolutely wasted.

The staff at Biolife McDonough are super friendly and professional!!!

The people were really nice. Jared was so awesome. Jared was respectful and very nice. Jared answer all my questions. Great job Jared.

I was sitting on the chair donating where most everyone who attended to me was very nice, polite, and professional, except Jordan who was. Very unpleasant and even stood near me complaining and talking about other patients including myself saying things like "this patient won't stop B*******" and "Their machine keeps beeping and it's all her fault" standing right next to me and was beyond disrespectful

Terrible service. Staff has huge ego. Does not listen to donors

BioLife donation center in McDonough, Georgia was really a disappointment. Employees chatting on video and calls, having some conflict with one another while totally ignoring that my section has ended.

The phebolmist that stuck me today was bad I have a terrible bruise it's swollen and It actually hurted really bad. His customer service was good but his work is bad. I have never had this experience in all my life especially with great veins. He never came and check on me. Someone please reach out to me and be available when I respond. Thanks The phebolmist Jordan on 12/31/23 is rough and It came off deliberate as she got irritated by me asking her to change her gloves. She went from one patient dispos

Staff is very friendly and the process is good but not quick, overall I enjoy the services provided and love giving.

They have the friendliest staff I've ever come in contact with in my entire life. The associates at the front desk really know what they're doing and go out their way to make sure that I'm calm and comfortable. It's very rare to find people who care about their jobs as much as these guys do. Keep up the great work!

Trying to understand why these kid tech are so unprofessional. Change your gloves after every patient and stop gossiping about other patients around other patients. If this isn't the profession for you ..anymore do us all a favor and leave. Donating in itself is and can be stressful enough. Help make the process flow smooth for everybody. I'm good on the generic response, because it is obviously no one cares about their behavior because it continues to happen. You all are putting a needle in someone's bo

Ty provided great service and made the overall experience better. Staff was professional, attentive and knowledgeable.

I love this McDonough location it is the best love how friendly and the music be on point they just really vibe with you and get u in and out love the fast process.

The facility has a very welcoming atmosphere!!! It's extreme clean and organized. Everyone is friendly and willing to help from the moment you wall through the door. They are extremely quick with their service. And I absolutely love the daycare facility. Its a great feature for single parent. So overall I'm very pleased with BIOLIFE.

I'm officially done trying with bio life, I went in about 5 different times for a donation and I was sent home each time for different stipulations they have in place, each time I was sent home I did exactly what they asked, drink a lot of water eat lots of fruits veggies proteins etc, but after all that I still get sent home without even a second thought. Each time they sent me home they just told me that I couldn't participate and sent me on my way. The staff in the building seem like they only care about

They were great, just make sure you get an experienced phlebotomist- the last one gave me a hematoma. Thats why I haven't returned.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on there face. In and out in no time.

This place is a better plasma donating center than most.. but they need to go ahead and hire some more people. They move ENTIRELY too slow. I've came in here when there literally was nobody here.. didn't leave until almost 3.5 to 4 hours later. Staff is friendly and professional..but they need to hire some people that wanna stay and work. Seriously. New update: as time progressed nothing ever really improved. They got new hires but that doesn't change the ever increasing wait time. Staff is friendly but ho

I would like to start of by saying everyone there was friendly, nice, and definitely helpful? my one star review comes from 2 appointments in a row where i was left with these HUGE bruises for WEEKS after the initial poke. I tried this location twice to give it another chance. but this bruise is worst than the last time. I was poked, and right away i begun swelling, instead of taking out the needle and compressing immediately, i was left there with the needle in my arm while the technician ran for help. cau
