I was late exactly 10 mins late. Which is still in the grace period. I got there at 12:15 my appointment was at 12:05. A worker helped the lady in front of me then walked away to do her job, which is fine. She then finally called Someone to come to desk. Here's a pic of the TIME I ARRIVED since according to the very unprofessional girl with very long all black braids. ?she wasn't even there long, I hate when they lie. OBVIOUSLY I wasn't there long but waiting another 5 mins added to the time I was late. My

Brittany and Kayla have been wonderful nurses everytime I come to this location! Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything! I have also Know Bri for a long time she is also so sweet and keeps everything fun through the whole process! I highly recommend this location! ??

This was my first time ever donating and let me just say that Nurse Kayla was so helpful, i felt a bit dizzy afterwards and she provided a water mixture that helped me regain my strength. Everyone is so sweet, kind, and patient and they made this experience so easy and calming. 10/10 experience i?ll definitely be back????

The whole staff here is amazing Brittany helped me through my first appointment. I was nervous, but they were so efficient and professional. It put me at ease.

This was my first time donating and it went extremely well! The first visit does take a little longer due to the physical and questionnaire but they give you a heads up. Kayla was my nurse and made sure to give me all the information I needed as well as being very detailed. Kendell was my phlebotomist and was great! It took seconds for him to do the stick and I did not experience any pain at all. Everyone at the center during my donation was very friendly and professional.

KAYLA, JOJO, AND ASHLEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY HEALTH, VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND MAKES ME WANT TO COME BACK EVEN IF IT'S JUST TO VISIT THEM!!!! THEY MADE MY DONATION EXPERIENCE THE BEST!!!! THANK YOU LADIES AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOJO!

They never answer the phone, no matter how many times you call. The same staff in there everyday doing the same stuff. Even if you leave a voicemail they will not call you back. I've been in the center waiting to be screened while they ignore the phones and do what they want. They won't answer questions over the phone even if they do pick up.

Rae'Kell was very professional and great. First donations usually take a while but it was surprisingly quick and easy and look forward to coming back for my 2nd donation. Keana was great at her job as well

?Everyone at this facility is exceptionally kind and approachable. In particular, Jo and Kayla stand out for their warm, welcoming demeanor they consistently greet others with a smile and make the environment feel inviting.?

I really liked the way Nurse Brittany treated me. She should be given a promotion. I don't speak English and she did everything possible to understand me and for me to understand her. I really appreciate her good spirit.

The screener named Jo is awesome deserves a raise, and the medical doctor Kay is awesome and deserves a raise also. BioLife in general is a well established clean facility with great customer service from all employees. Keep up the great work!!!

Brittany was amazing! She was very friendly and relatable. She made my experience comfortable and welcoming.

They bogus they made my kids wait outside the building in order for me to be seen they wouldn't even let my kids wait in the door way it's cold as ever outside very bogus and I hate it I won't be back ever they give me racist vibes they made my kids wait outside dollar tree next door after sitting in the door ways for 20 minutes they made my kids go outside my kids only 2, 3, and 4 years old and one of my kids is autistic. It's a waiting area inside with chairs and the white lady did not care at all

I have been going here since I went to college. By far the Best Biolife I've ever been to. Aisha did mine today and I didn't feel a thing. She is amazing.

AnnaMarie was great and the staff there were great, friendly and very efficient. I was ask to come back another day since I was not hydrated enough. I appreciate that they put my health first.

As a first time donor the process went fast, the staff were so nice, especially my nurse Rae'kell! :) They explained everything for me and made sure I was doing alright throughout the process!

This place sucks when it comes to accommodating the clients. All of my vitals were great except my pulse,it was 108. I knew it would be slightly elevated because I walked, I don't have a car, and I had to walk up the road from the bus stop! I was ASKED TO SIT FOR 5 minutes TO GIVE MY PAULSE a CHANCE TO COME DOWN TO 100 OR LOWER. I KNEW AND ANY SMART PERSON AND/OR NURSE WOULD KNOW THAT 5MINS is not enough time for your pulse to come down 8 points in 5mins; maybe if it was l02 then yes but not 108! So a

First experience at this facility and everything went smoothly and quickly. Brittany was a great nurse and Aisha was a great phlebotomist!!

Kayla was very helpful towards me today, when I came for my first donation. She answered all my questions and made me feel very relaxed.

Just got back from my first donation. Was a good experience all around. Rae'kell was great during the physical as well.

I had great service and experience thanks to theses following ladies Bri, Kayla, Skylar and Jo. I really appreciate you guys

I am new to this location. Nurse Brittany ensured everything went smoothly. She was very professional and kind.

Annamarie was the best. She help me download my bio life app correct and all and the team is great. As well

Sometimes the wait is short, sometimes it's very long. Most of the blood draws are smooth. Sometimes the person goes way too far into my vein and it turns into a double arm prick and bruises. It would be great if there was a record on the people who come regularly (and have small veins) that note things like "go in straight and not from an angle on the left arm, or be careful of the tendon/ligament/bone... or don't go in very far...) then I wouldn't have to sit through another person digging around searchi

The first time I went it went okay. After that it's gone down. The staff seem to have 50/50 chance of not knowing what they are doing. I lost my new donor due to a the staff being bad at their job. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure moving the needle around inside the arm multiple times will lead to breaking the vein. Got deferred for 8 weeks will not be coming back.

Annemarie was awesome and provided an amazing experience! Despite the 1st appt taking a long time, I'm happy I get to help people!

I really like the staff at silver spring very ppl friendly and everybody seems to get along well keep up the good work

Workers are great no issue there. Need a secretary to answer calls its insane you get a call three days later f them

Honestly I was really nervous to donate with some of the reviews and I haven't donated plasma in 3-4 years. But I'm really thankful for the phlebotomist, Gabby. She seemed like she had a long shift but was still very inviting and all was smooth. Will definitely be back next week! Thank you!

1st I want to say this particular location is great and has great employees, however the rules that ALL you plasma centers have are stupid! So I'm saying this as well as other companies.... STOP SENDING PPL AWAY FOR SOMETHING LIKE BEING 1/10 OFF! yall need a red/yellow/green system. Ex. Donor comes in for vitals and protein level is a 5.9 but needs to be a 6.0. That would be a yellow light. The same way yall give NEW donors snacks and waters DO THE SAME AND LET THEM DONATE!. pulse rate too high or just a l

NO ONE WHO WORKS HERE CAN FIND A VEIN NO ONE IS TRAINED. BAD SERVICE BAD PEOPLE WORK THERE VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORK HERE, THEY WILL HURT YOU & JUST BLAME THE NEEDLE mind you I have piercings & tattoos it's not the needle. THEY PUT THE WHOLE NEEDLE IN YOUR ARM & WONT PAY YOU

Super irritated now and it's always when we need something, I took off work 30 minutes earlier a day ago for this day today and my appointment was booked and out of nowhere I checked my app and like I was unbooked or something, then calling for in half an hour until I get an answer is crazy work, I see why everyone says go to Greenfield now

I literally called yesterday as a new donor asked a million questions. I've donated at other plasma banks drank a green smoothie(technically a meal replacement) and passed all the test donated 30 mins or less and been on my way. But BioLife turned me away because I didn't have a real actual full meal. I'm irritated, I don't live over here and wasted the little bit of gas I had in my tank.

Great staff great customer service and you get paid upon successful plasma deposit. It's for a good cause to help sick children so 10/10 recommendation.

Annmarie is very good she explains to me how everything goes she a good nurse I like her work and respectful and polite and appreciation

Staff is kind and friendly but there are seriously long lines. Why have an appointment if you don't have staff to cover?

Amazing staff that's friendly and kind. I highly recommend this location ?

Had a great first experience. Kayla did my physical and she was so nice and thorough.

I was sent a coupon that when I got there didn't apply to me, and if plasma really helps save lives why the pay is so low, I wouldn't have came if I wasn't going to get paid more and they did nothing!

What a great and quality trained staff. I'm always in and out. Setting appointments is a great idea. I'm Never on the machine long after donating. Nice clean place.

This is probably one of the worst establishments I've ever been to, I have never seen so many unprofessional staff be allowed to work in one place at one time. I do not need to know about your personal life and inappropriate personal life during my donation. They also will cancel your appointment without telling you, and then deny you the ability to donate. On any given donation plan to be there for 1.5-2 hours, since most of the time is spent waiting for a tech to see you- but they are more concerned with

Kay did a great job telling me about the process. Very professional.

My favorite people are Brayden and Sofia they are so nice and make my time here great

I'd recommend anyone to go there. The staff are very helpful and courteous to donors.

Rae?Kell was so sweet & amazing. I would definitely recommend here!

The experience was different. Thanks Brittany and Kayla for making my first time fun.

My cash was late deposit. And in result had mo bus fare home. Very long walk.

Brittany was wonderful. Very kind and very knowledgeable about her work

Hi my name is asia I am a new donor at Biolife plasma center and right away I felt welcomed! I was greeted by friendly staff and also offered a snack and a bottle of water. The process was quick and easy being checked in all the way to sitting on the donor beds. They give you a little card with timed step by step process. They are doing an excellent job in ensuring we as donors are as safe and comfortable as possible! I will definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!!!

Annamarie was awesome and made the first experience a good one. Highly recommend coming in and donating some plasma, the world needs it!

Alisha was so helpful and kind she gave me all the information I needed highly recommend

Shoutout to Rhonda! Incredibly fun and friendly nurse. Loved having her for the physical.

I love how friendly everyone was. I came in a few times and Brayden at the checkin desk pricked my finger perfectly every time. Couldn't feel a thing!!

Every time I come to Bio Life Plasma I have a great experience. The process is simple and quick as well. The staff is friendly as well no complaints.

Staff are so friendly! I look forward to seeing them. They work together well and make the donors experience a good one. The environment is tidy, clean and always feels safe.

Ms Priscilla was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

Nurses made the trip and the donation worth it, except the blonde with the tan. Her energy threw me off when she gave me the needle

Staff are very nice and helpful. It's alright not the best place but cool all the same. Wish they did more like some of the other place. Place I use to go to when I had my car. They had raffle. And the gave out bonus if u donated 8 times in a month a extra 50 dollars was cool.

Nurse AnnaMarie took such good care of me. Highly recommended !

As a first-time donor at Biolife, my experience was terrible. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and management seemed completely careless. During my third donation attempt, I was assigned to a phlebotomist named Adam, who admitted he was new and had only been there for a month. He was clearly nervous, which made me extremely uncomfortable as he openly shared how inexperienced and unsure he was. I was connected to the blood machine for nearly two hours while multiple workers painfully adjusted the needle

Everyone professional. That's really what is important. First day in and out in 2.5 hours ????

I've never been treated wrong, in the slightest. Every time I've made an appointment, I've been made to feel both 100% comfortable and safe! There's never been a single issue, it has always been as simple as checking in, sitting down, and relaxing until it's time to go. Easy recommend from me, if you are looking to donate for whatever reason!

On September 25th approximately 3:45 p.m., there was an incident with security and a client. They were verbally arguing very loud. The client was on a donation table not hooked up yet. The security officer was trying to enforce biolife rules. The workers taking care of the client were laughing and not listening or respecting the security guard. This was an unctrolled situation. I believe the client should've been removed from the clinic. This situation made me feel unsafe while in the clinic while

Brittany was great! Very kind and helpful :)

This location is clean, organized and staffed by a very friendly and professional staff. Sam is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. He always has something nice to say. Yvonne seems to be everywhere all the time, always with a smile. Cody does a great job of lifting spirits.

I'm a new doner due to my the facility Griffols closing down. The overall visit was okay. The staff on the floor was great. The nurse that did my assessment was a bit harsh/rude, and actually had me under high anxiety! When answering questions, I stated to her that yes, I do suffer from seasonal allergies. She stated to tell me that if I have allergies, I'll be deferred because they don't know if I have covid or not, which is insane because it's a natural thing to sneeze! she also proceeded to inform me t

Great service but the only thing I could suggest is that after the first month promotions to pay that we get it for donating is not that much leaving a review. But the staff at the Milwaukee location on the northwest side they are awesome.

Easy experience, had such a nice nurse named Kay.

Brittany was very helpful all staff were kind and amazing

AnnaMarie and the other staff were very helpful with my first time donating

I was led to believe that I was getting a new donor bonus after not having donating with BioLife for over 3 years. So I went through my entire physical and donation process to receive $35. I would have invested my time in a more lucrative venture had I known I'd only get a $35 payment. Also the brand new pay card was not updated to my new address so it was very inconvenient trying to access the funds. Mainly it was the false advertisement for me, all the emails and text messages I received from BioLife clai

KAY AT THE BIO CENTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AN VERY EASY FOR MAKING THIS PROCESS N ME COMFORTABLE

Brittany was fantastic and helped alot when I had a bad reaction!

Annemarie and Gabby were so nice to me and helped me. Thank you so much! ??

I had an incredible experience with Rhonda! She was great!

The process trying to get in, is a little difficult, but worth it. Can see why, 5 stars for sure !

I rated it this because the staff their is always nice and friendly. I never seem to have problems. However, I do not like that the pay out keeps switching so much and it is less than 100. I remember in 2023 we were getting 140 a week. I'm truly disappointed in biolife for cutting back on the amount especially after the incident where no one could redeem points. I don't know who reads these and I honestly doubt the higher ups care enough. But it would be great to see a change in that. I mean we're giving aw

Rhonda was very helpful and very easy to talk to highly recommend seeing her

Nurse Priscilla was lovely and professional to work with!

Wouldn't recommend because I waited there for a couple of hours. I got through the whole process for them to tell me, I didn't have good enough veins. Rachel is the reason for the one star. Everybody else was great! (-:

The check in process was chaotic. They are so understaffed and the workers are visually burnt out. I have tachycardia naturally, been seen by a cardiologist who said I am absolutely fine. I have been given the okay to donate. But when my heartrate was 101, I was told to sit to the side to "calm down". When they saw my tattoos, I was grilled about if I was using them to cover up something (like track marks maybe?). They're a decade old and it's obvious. If I were using (which I never have), it would show eas

I can honestly say that the environment was very calm and soothing, which made it very comfortable for me to donate due to the fact that I don't like needles

Most of the time there is a very small line and everyone is friendly. Although there are times where it is more busy. Usually I'm in and out in an hour, however that will depend on your donation time. Overall had great experiences and would recommend.

I spent 30 min in vitals line, 20 in section blue, and another 45 in a chair before I was finally stuck. These extreme wait times are getting to be the norm, not the exception. I see new donors every time I'm in. If there isn't enough staff to accommodate all the appointment times, stop opening all the appointment times.

Every time I go I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and still end up standing in line until 20-30 minutes past my appointment time while the employees stand around and chat. Meanwhile they are begging for 5 star reviews and rewarding them with gifts for the people willing to lie and say they did a good job.

Besides the long wait times the center purposely causes due to management not giving employees better schedules!! It's a great place to be very clean very professional very safe. The security is excellent and helpful and friendly. I recommend this facility and donation building, company of BioLife to EveryOne it will change your life!! Especially when you are using the money for a greater purpose. The pay is well over 40$ a week! Check them out

Went for my 1st donation and as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a friendly hello and a Good Morning. She explained the process clearly. The nurse was very nice and made the whole exam painless and to the point. The staff that helped me (will add the names next week) were very professional and caring. Explained everything on the donation process and how the machine works. Loved the 90s music.

Great experience, Annamarie and the person who did vitals were amazing
