I was in awe when I got out of BioLife prior to the 2 hour window of a donation and physical. Everything ran so smoothly because the staff at this location is a real TEAM! Way to go to all the workers there that realize we all have lives and work hard together to ensure we get back to that as soon as we possibly can. Bravo I will be doing all my donations moving forward at the Moorhead location!

Zero stars plasma center hires incompetent staff that shows zero concern for the patients that sacrifice their own health to help people. You get treated like a nobody here. I bring my complaints and concerns to the manager of biolife. They basically tell you to kick rocks don't never address your concerns. You go on app to file a complaint and the app closes and everything that gets typed disappears. The app is discouraging to use. I complained how 1100 mls is to much on my body the staff tells me in other

My first time attempting to donate plasma ever. I had to put my dog down of 13 years and have him cremated so I needed some extra cash I'm tired. I have not slept well the last few days and I've done more crying than I ever have in my life I have to imagine that people here deal with a lot of stuff if you will but I however, have never felt so judged. Degraded and looked at like I was trash not by everybody there the gentleman with the long hair that greeted me when I first came in was nice however, there

My experience at the BioLife in Moorhead Minnesota left a very bad tast in my mouth. I went in with my friends to donate for the first time in my life but was turned away both times without even given a physical. They took my fingerprint, my blood, my social security number, my home address, my email, my phone number, and asked me a bunch of personal questions before I could donate but turned me away twice without giving me the physical that's required to be able to donate. The second time I went in, they t

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Like everyone says - long lines getting in, not as many kiosks as the other two FM sites and poor layout. Wait to get in, wait in the chair and then had issues with them poking around and not being able to finish because it clotted in the tube. Place was a mess and not very organized. If you can, go over to fargo or west fargo for your donations. The pictures don't do it justice but I didn't want to be a creep taking pictures. Every trash was full, small plas

Just an awful place to visit. Very unorganized. What's the point of making an appointment? It makes no sense since people show up with no appointment and you wait in line. Appointments at this place is just a huge inconvenients, they mean nothing. So if you want to waste a few hours BioLife has you covered

The staff here are great. They are very kind, funny, skilled, and you can tell that they like their jobs. There are usually no lines, but I have experienced a short wait after checking in on occasion. Typically, I spend 75-90 minutes in the building. It's a great way to make some extra cash while being forced to have an hour to yourself to read, listen to music, watch videos, etc.

Wouldn't recommend this dirty disgusting place at all. These people need to learn how to take care of a facility. I brought up my concerns with a manager named Kayla B. She acted unprofessional and gave me attitude. I'm sorry but you have to keep a medical facility clean.

The center was under staffed two Saturdays in row took 2 hrs from when I entered the building tell when I could leave. Every Saturday there are call ins sick or whatever that's what the employees say or you are overly under staffed . I have donated 527 times and now am reluctant to go to the moorhead center . I can't spend 2 hrs. there even for a great cause . Please hire more people or increase your staff to accommodate, especially now that the college are back and holiday season is about to start. Than

Friendly staff, it definitely gets busy but the second you need something they are on it for you. Definitely pay attention to busy times if you need to get in and out faster. I've gone about 6 times now and about half the times I've been it's been a good hour before even being hooked up because of how busy it is and how many patients the limited workers are tending to. However, you could tell how busy they were but when they got to you they tended to your every needs quickly and always with a smile. They've

Most of the staff are pretty nice, however there is one lady named Heather who works at the front desk and she has white hair and is very rude, she acts like she is better than you and will treat you like you are stupid and stare at you like you're an idiot if you don't understand something, not the kind of person you should have working dealing with customers. Other than that, everything else about the place is pretty good and the other staff are pretty friendly

There is always a wait. I don't understand why they won't just take fewer appointments during peak hours. It inconveniences doners and causes phlebotomist's to rush and risk doing something incorrectly. The staff remains professional and must be given leniency as it's not their fault.

Alex was very kind and patient. She told me about the process which has changed since my last donation. I had a reaction and she was very reassuring. I was embarrassed and she kept being positive and encouraging. She made it a pleasurable experience even though I had a reaction. The nurse that stepped in was very kind as well.

The staff at the Biolife facility in Moorhead Minnesota has always been friendly, kind, and very capable.

Have been donating there for over 4 years! Love the staff! When i walk in i'm always greeted with a smile & almost all of them know my name! Means so much!!

The coldness of staff is Reminiscent of a walk-in Freezer . Treated like cattle on the way to the slaughter. Complete lack of enthusiasm. Like ?Oh why bother? I asked for assistance from a more experienced team member. After 3rd time I told her don't want her to stick me. The young employee Eyes rolled and heavy sigh and I eventually got help. Despite Resentment from senior staff for not allowing Inexperienced staff to Touch My tricky vein that is calloused from scar tissue. The bathroom is in a con

I was turned away from giving plasma because of my mental health. They didn't disclose on their website or requirements of donating that this would be an issue or that I would need a doctors note to donate. It's so humiliating to hear the doctor say, "we need to make sure you're mentally fit to handle the environment". Excuse you, but I wouldn't make the appointment if I didn't think I was mentally fit. I had to go through all the processes, I was there for an hour, to just get told, "No". I was short on mo

Overall experience is good, but standing/sitting for over an hour before even getting hooked up to a machine is just not worth it. It shouldn't take 3 hours of someone?s day to donate plasma.

I used to donate years ago and the process was seamless. This is only my 4th donation back, but it takes so long each time to actually get my donation started now. I wait in line 15-20 minutes just to get my vitals taken and then another 10 to have someone start my poke. It feels like a benefit to them to over book appointments and then make the customer wait and waste their time. My plan was to use my lunch hour to go make my donations, but that will not work at this rate.

2nd time with biolife and i go to this location since the other they were rude to me, as soons as i get there the computer says i cant donate, i go to the desk to ask and explain i went to another location, but i cant even say a word when the guy interrupted me and said i needed to see medical, very rude, i hadnt even said anything yet, i wait in the medical waiting chairs and some people sit after me, theyre seen before me, and when they finally called me they told me i was permanently deferred because i d

My favorite plasma center in the FM Area! Knowledgable, skilled, kind & non-judgmental in my experience. This is my first review of Biolife Moorhead in my four years of donating plasma. My veins aren't easy to stick. I explained my story of the past when I was new & I haven't had problems since. I'm poked by a trainer or a lead phlebotomist. Any problem I have had it's because of something I did; not drink enough water, not eat protein & iron rich foods. The wait time, it's hit & miss. I learned after 5 pm

Great place! You get paid a decent amount to help others in need. Would recommend.

Reduced back down to 1 star. Walked in today to see about 20 donors either waiting for vitals doing questions or waiting for questions. So they are back to scheduling too many donors for the time slots. Could just require appointments again and turn away walk ins People will naturally space themselves out. I've increased my rating to 3 stars(up from 1) for the time being. I did quit donating for several months due to wait times being too long , see below for details. Staff is still good they seem to ha

Super efficient as always, and everyone is incredibly kind and friendly. Since they have added more staff they are much better at getting people in and out quickly. Probably could still use a few more people.

Friendly, caring, capable staff. I find donating to be a relaxing time, especially when I was still in the workforce. My donations were always after my work day. Great time to catch up on your shows. ??

I came on Thursday at 7pm and was told I needed a physical but they dont do it after 6 pm. I was very upset because the app did not tell me that when I booked and I could have gone in earlier. When I went back Saturday *making sure I booked a physical* at 11:30. They didnt even get mine started for over 30 mins because they didnt know I had an scheduled one, and informed me it was going to be a while because there were people a head of me. All of whom came after my 11:30 slot. Update: 60 mins. I sat there

Everything went great! Avery did a great job getting me hooked up. She has a great personality! Dan unhooked me and as always did a great job!!

Staff is very professional, courteous, and seem to enjoy their job even though they're extremely busy, they're always friendly

This place has been good up until the last couple months. I've asked around and I'm not the only one so they need to do something better. Sometimes it takes up to 2 1/2 hrs or more to be done that's longer than a physical. People are getting hooked up before you when they were behind you in line they don't put enough people in sections anymore you will see like 4 people in one section and like 1 in another.

Staff are friendly and attentive. As with everywhere, patience may be needed sometimes for waits, but staff are doing everything they can to speed up the process safely. Staff members remember frequent donors and are always pleasant.

Over all a great place, does need more staff during busy times. Took two hours to donate one day. Very understanding about being short staff, and labor quotas.

Moorhead location is constantly understaffed creating super long wait times in the morning. The facility is set up for 6 stations to get your finger poked but there is only two stations that gets used.

Lines are too long right now, even at 6am. I used to go in rather early and get in and out. Lines are almost to the doors and you're waiting ages to get stuck with the needle. This is by no means the fault of the phlebotomists or vitals people. Standards are standards, and they keep them high. It would be nice to see a fuller staff though to get the ball rolling, mostly around this time when everyone is going in for all these promotions. I get really bad social anxiety so it's pointless for me to go when

Moorhead location is very efficient. Most of the time I am in the door and back out the door in 60 min! They just won the National award for 2022! That says something wonderful right there!

Everyone was so nice! Each person helped me to feel comfortable during my donation. It's a very welcoming environment with great staff.

I've traveled around to many states and donated plasma plenty of times over the last 10 years. This center is by far the worst plasma center I've ever been to. The staff are under trained and rude. They missed my vein countless times and when I finally brought up my complaints with the center staff they deferred me from the center. They've only caused me pain and short changed me out of a lot of money. Avoid coming to this center, go elsewhere to donate plasma

Be aware that this may be a 2 hour process with Covid protocols in place. From the time I walked in the door it took 40 minutes until I was in my donation chair. Another 20 until the tech got my station even set up. Add the hour from the actual donation and you're at 2 hours. I used to be able to get in and out in under an hour sometimes.

My app does not work and I have reported it to them numerous times that it won't let me reset my password and I have even gone in and talked to them about this and it's still not fixed. I have tried calling them get their voice-mail every time and leave a message stating I would like to schedule an appointment and I never get a phone call back. I know they can get busy but you would think they would call a person back.

Was able to change my appointment and get another scheduled with no problems using the app

Staff are amazing they get a 4 Star. pay 4 the week 0 stars not worth going it sucks $100 per week 40 n 60 really ;(

Well mainly because when I do make it in to donate it always if not always usually goes good and quick, plus it always feels nice to know I'm actually helping people in the long run.

Staff is fast, friendly, and know what thier are doing. They are fun and professional all the time.

The Moorhead Biolife is great! Friendly and professional staff providing a good experience. Super cool to know that I can make extra money and do good at the same time. Highly recommend this center.

Overall good experience, I really the small talk is just part of the job... however I got the feel of " On to the next one! " with a quick TIGHT (circulation deprived) wrap. " OK see ya". And 15 years ago you got paid a little better, really only $20 for a new donor it cost me that to get there. I got a $20 new donor bonus back then.

Used to be able to get in and out in an hour and a half. Can't go now without planning for at least three hours. Too many donors for the staff on hand. Makes it hard to go if you have anything planned.

Excellent place to donate. Quick, efficient, sterile, and relaxing. I don't know why, I just find it relaxing to sit there and read while a 2 inch needle hangs out of your arm and drains your blood into a machine and takes your plasma and the machine gives your red blood cells back to you. It's almost symbiotic :) Staff are very nice, and caring. Drink plenty of water and eat decent and you can donate.

Friendly staff, quick and responsive

They told me exactly all the procedures before it started with accurate timings and the staff are all experts.

I'm grateful for the wonderful, experienced staff that are always ever so helpful in guiding us through the donation experience.

I enjoy donating at this location in Moorhead! Typically not to long of a line. Fast and easy! Friendly staff and are very helpful?

Quick, clean, easy. Never had an issue here

Was in a bed for 35 minutes before I got stuck. Don't schedule so many if you don't have the help!

Amazing group of people, friendly, caring and dedicated

Takeout and hookup seems to be longer recently

Been donating for years. Facility is understaffed and is definitely not as convenient as it used to be as a result.
