I have been coming here for a few months. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I dealt with my first scheduling issue and Raf helped me out and resolved it, I didnt have to ask he saw I needed help and he took initiative and asked if I needed help. I did need help and after speaking with Raf the issue was resolved and I was able to donate.

I've been a regular donor at this BioLife Plasma Center for a while now, and I continue to be impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility is. It's always spotless, which makes the whole donation process feel comfortable and safe. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I've interacted with, from the front desk to the phlebotomists, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The place is nice however I finally earned enough points to get some kickback which was five dollars. The five dollars was a nice gratitude, but then they lowered my donation payout by $10. On top of all of that when I first started donating and I was on my final donation for $750 in the first month they cut me off. I couldn't get the largest payout of the month. First, my protein was good then I get a call saying my protein was low. How convenient when my next payment would?ve been the largest. Seems they

Their process needs to change. It was my first time ?trying? to donate plasma. I go in get a whole physical with the nurse, height weight etc, everything looking good. Then I head to the tech who is about to take my plasma just for her to tell me that there new policy states we can't poke through tattoos. SMH I was there a whole hour before I got to the tech. Overall I have a good experience with donating plasma here. The problem is they're giving less compensation the longer we donate. It is insulting. I've attached proof of entire record of donation. After the sign up promotion, it was averaging $135/week. Then it drops to $130/week. And then they think it's fine calling it a holiday promotion by giving $130/week again. I feel like the donation process has been a bit down hill lately. I've been going for almost a year now and some of the new staff don't seem ready to be at the needle sticking. The older staff is great. Unfortunately it seems to make the experience less likely to make to you feel comfortable while donating.

I've been donating here since July and this is my preferred place to donate. Due to the lowering payments, I decided to try another place in town and it made me appreciate the Phlebotomists at Bio-life much more, as the the people at Biolife are noticeably more skilled. Staff was rude. Told me to wait in the "wrong area" after I asked to make sure that was where I was supposed to wait. Waited for 45 minutes in the location they told me to then they told me it was my fault. I told them I was told to wait there and they again said it's not their fault I was in the wrong area. Company isn't bad, just this location.

Staff is always nice and welcoming. Even though they offer appointments, they keep us in line for a long time. Operations needs a little work as in keeping the flow going. At times it takes them 15-20 mins past the time I'm done with my donation until they ?unplug? me and still have to wait another 15 mins to leave due to the saline shortage. Understandable, as they say they are short staffed.

I've donated a couple times and the experience so far has been good. The second time I donated I had a reaction and almost passed out. Very much my fault. I should?ve drank more water. The staff was quick to intervene and the doctor on the floor was thorough on her evaluation of me, making sure I didn't leave before I was ok. It's always a risk donating and I'm glad the staff knew what to do.

I've been donating for 5 years and I have never been poked so many times by so many nurses and still they couldn't find my vain normally takes me 40 minutes max it took me 1 and 20 minutes

BEWARE!! I'm a fit person who works out. In my 2nd visit, a girl with a crown on her neck decided to help multiple donors who came in after me. I let her know and I asked if she could do my right arm. She gave me a dirty look and another girl came after 20 mins. The follow up Asian girl comes up & proceeds to my bruised arm. I've been donating a 3 years at Biolife in Moreno Valley, CA. Every week they seem to drop my compensation by $10. I guess loyalty means nothing, it's all about paying the good money to lure new donors. They also don't answer the phone OR return calls when I leave a message. I called 7 times in one of day last week, no answer. I left a message for a callback, nothing. They expect me to make the 45 minute drive each way to get a question answered about a prescription medication.

The Riverside location is an absolute mess. Never can I get out of there in less than 2 1/2 hours. As I'm standing in line for a bed today, there are only 2 employees working the stations. There are 6 stations and only 2 stations are being utilized. The wait time is absolutely unacceptable. Something definitely needs to be resolved. Also at 10am there were employees leaving to go home. No supervisors came out to assist. This facility is a hot mess.

This last donation wasn't great. I had to go to another clinic. Because the one I go to was booked up. No availability. Then I can't donate because of my protein level was low. Less than 1%. Which I think is really dumb since this is my only source of income right now. I my car just broke down and need of repair. First time here, staff was friendly. But they deferred me cause I have tattoos near the puncture site on my arm( which I have donated in the past before with the same tattoos. I felt discriminated against! All my tattoos are older than ten years! It's just crazy how I donated in the past and now it's not okay. I come often. Unfortunately, this last time I was sent to a section with only one chair available. I didn't sit down because there was blood on the seat. Although the staff that injected the needle into my arm seemed unsure of the process, her co worker was good informational support. Long lines. Ridiculous computer screening that doesn't allow you to correct mistakes without waiting to talk to a nurse. Staff is nice but the wait isn't worth $40 bucks. I thought they were professional, had upbeat music, seemed happy, helped figure out what I needed to do for my first time, I would go early or late to avoid the crowds though if possible.

Staff is always attentive. If issues on customer service arise leaders are super helpful on solving any matter and making you feel comfortable. I especially love how the staff is informative on giving you your blood/test levels so you can continue to stay healthy and donate successfully every visit. You are a valued team!

Most of the employees are very nice and do a great job. The only complaint I have is the longer you donate, the less compensation you get. Basically, it feels like seasoned donors and their loyalty is not appreciated as much as new donors. For example, I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. I am compensated at a very low weekly rate now. New donors are compensated at a very high rate. Seasoned donors need to be compensated better.

Been donating plasma for over a year now. This is one of the cleanest and fastest center?s that I've been to. Very professional and friendly staff work here. The parking lot is always clean as well and not too many people hanging out. I appreciate the clean bathrooms as well and fresh cold water. Special shout out to Elizabeth, Daisy, Rafael, and Brian.

BioLife Plasma staff in Moreno Valley, CA are extremely professional, respectful and friendly at the same time. They make sure donors are comfortable at all times. Each staff member is always available to answer any and all questions you may have with pure honesty. And to top it off, they're smiles are great!

A lot of the girls have stank attitudes so that's why I give it a 4 star. But hands down Jaylene is the best one there! Very friendly and knows how to do her job!

The staff was excellent and helpful. My only complaint is that I went in with an $800 coupon for new donors and was told the best offer now was $650 for new donors. I should have left at that point. Other plasma donation centers had $900 offers for new donors. I regret choosing to donate with Moreno Valley Biolife because I could have made more money donating elsewhere. What I do mind is your workers saying to lay off the drinking alcohol when I haven't drank any in months then saying ?Quitting is easier said then done? . The staff is always approachable and friendly. The whole experience is pretty quick as long you remember to drink enough water. I have seen some people become lightheaded because they didn't drink enough water or eat enough protein. So always be prepared. The fact that we are helping out burn victims, cancer patients, and people with a low immune system, is more of a reason for me to continue to donate. This facility is the best!

Staff here are liars.. like for reals. One of the staffs there said that I grabbed her hand and made her feel uncomfortable. My service here is usually very good. But I went the other day and they were training a BUNCH of new people and someone new had a hard time finding my veins when the other techs usually don't. He ended up bruising both of my arms so I was unable to donate for the rest of the week and receive my full payment. Just wish that someone more experienced would have shadowed him.

They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They're all egotistical, all the nurses are on power trips and they have their favorites, If they don't like you they won't let you donate, they'll "SAY" your hermatic is low or your proteins are too low and be careful when they put the blood pressure cuff on cus they'll put it on wrong or too tight and make your pulse shoot up so you can't donate too. If you want to donate plasma, I highly recommend going to BioLife. I originally went to another company when I decided to donate plasma and the experience was not the best. I decided to try BioLife and is not disappointed. They are very organized and the way they have things set up works great! The staff knows their job so it makes things flow easy. My first appointment took a while, but after that, I'm in and out within 1 to 1.5 hrs., depending on how many people are there.

I would have a very satisfied but the needle came out of my arm at the very end and was leaking the saline fluid out and they had to stick me in the other arm and that was a little uncomfortable. They also take a minute to hook you up and unhook you from the machine.

EZ donation process. I go twice a week. It's a good source of extra income. Took me a while to get into the habit of drinking more water, takes a lot less time to donate now...

Worst reception service ever. Called about my test results and I was placed on hold Sat there for 15 minutes with no answer so I hung up. Called back multiple times with no answer. Maybe they need someone just up front that knows how to answer calls. Terrible.

I've gone in six times to donate.I had a few complications with my coupons but management was able to take care of them for me. I wanted to give a shout out to one of the managers Eddie.
