Customer Reviews

I have been coming here for a few months. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I dealt with my first scheduling issue and Raf helped me out and resolved it, I didnt have to ask he saw I needed help and he took initiative and asked if I needed help. I did need help and after speaking with Raf the issue was resolved and I was able to donate.

I've been a regular donor at this BioLife Plasma Center for a while now, and I continue to be impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility is. It's always spotless, which makes the whole donation process feel comfortable and safe. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I've interacted with, from the front desk to the phlebotomists, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are always smiling, efficient, and make you feel appreciated for your time. Highly r

I can't say enough great things! Absolutely every interaction has been top-notch. I can't believe some of these low-star reviews. Every (EVERY) staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Customer service at its best...truly.

Rafael the staff member there has great customer service skills and is always polite and eager to help your specific needs. Me and my boyfriend give Rafael 5 stars each which makes that 10 stars for Rafael!!!!! You need more employees like Rafael he goes above and beyond

The place is nice however I finally earned enough points to get some kickback which was five dollars. The five dollars was a nice gratitude, but then they lowered my donation payout by $10. On top of all of that when I first started donating and I was on my final donation for $750 in the first month they cut me off. I couldn't get the largest payout of the month. First, my protein was good then I get a call saying my protein was low. How convenient when my next payment would?ve been the largest. Seems they

The staff are really friendly and kind and they play good music. Ive never been mistreated and never even had them have to redo the needle. Its always super quick and easy. They are really attentive. Im really grateful tbh. Thank you to everybody there.

I was able to set up my first appointment the same day. I received payment for my first donation the same day also. The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean. I had a very good experience with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Their process needs to change. It was my first time ?trying? to donate plasma. I go in get a whole physical with the nurse, height weight etc, everything looking good. Then I head to the tech who is about to take my plasma just for her to tell me that there new policy states we can't poke through tattoos. SMH I was there a whole hour before I got to the tech. No stars

Overall I have a good experience with donating plasma here. The problem is they're giving less compensation the longer we donate. It is insulting. I've attached proof of entire record of donation. After the sign up promotion, it was averaging $135/week. Then it drops to $130/week. And then they think it's fine calling it a holiday promotion by giving $130/week again. Then they took out too much blood from me and flagged me. I couldn't donate for a month. And when I schedule to donate on the day I'm allowed

I feel like the donation process has been a bit down hill lately. I've been going for almost a year now and some of the new staff don't seem ready to be at the needle sticking. The older staff is great. Unfortunately it seems to make the experience less likely to make to you feel comfortable while donating.

I've been donating here since July and this is my preferred place to donate. Due to the lowering payments, I decided to try another place in town and it made me appreciate the Phlebotomists at Bio-life much more, as the the people at Biolife are noticeably more skilled. They are very careful and examine the vein in detail to make sure they stick you correctly. Most of the staff is friendly and take good care of you. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because: -Lowering compensation for returning don

This BioLife is amazing. All the staff is super friendly and efficient. They get you in and out as fast as possible and they all definitely take the time to get to know you while setting you up I recommend sunnymead location for anyone.

Please educate Amanda on customer service, Everyone else including Julian who set me up for donation has always been professional and very kind! This day for some reason Amanda did not like me asking her in a respectful way as to why the injection site was bleeding so much after needle was removed after donation was complete. It was a short interaction including respectful. For some reason she retaliated against me and to my surprise she put a very duragitory fabricated input on my account stating I was ver

Staff was rude. Told me to wait in the "wrong area" after I asked to make sure that was where I was supposed to wait. Waited for 45 minutes in the location they told me to then they told me it was my fault. I told them I was told to wait there and they again said it's not their fault I was in the wrong area. Company isn't bad, just this location.

Staff is always nice and welcoming. Even though they offer appointments, they keep us in line for a long time. Operations needs a little work as in keeping the flow going. At times it takes them 15-20 mins past the time I'm done with my donation until they ?unplug? me and still have to wait another 15 mins to leave due to the saline shortage. Understandable, as they say they are short staffed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! They make sure a person is completely able to donate. They make sure every step is covered.

Everyone I spoke with and worked with me to obtain the donation were all very professional and kind. They asked questions politely and during the donation made sure I was comfortable through the process. A very good experience!

I've donated a couple times and the experience so far has been good. The second time I donated I had a reaction and almost passed out. Very much my fault. I should?ve drank more water. The staff was quick to intervene and the doctor on the floor was thorough on her evaluation of me, making sure I didn't leave before I was ok. It's always a risk donating and I'm glad the staff knew what to do.

I've been donating for 5 years and I have never been poked so many times by so many nurses and still they couldn't find my vain normally takes me 40 minutes max it took me 1 and 20 minutes

Hey Biolife it's Kayla. Tell Angie to work on her customer service skills. She is awful. I have been coming to you guys for three years, been told I couldn't donate a few times because of certain things but Angie made me genuinely cry when I got out to my car. Work on your customer service skills or go someplace more well suited for people like you.

BEWARE!! I'm a fit person who works out. In my 2nd visit, a girl with a crown on her neck decided to help multiple donors who came in after me. I let her know and I asked if she could do my right arm. She gave me a dirty look and another girl came after 20 mins. The follow up Asian girl comes up & proceeds to my bruised arm. I let her know I requested my unbruised and she shakes her head & moves sides. She proceeds to COMPLETELY miss the vein & very deeply. She looks at me as I'm biting my lip in pain and t

This place is the worst place ever. The nurses find any reason to send you away. Do not come to this place.tried again today. Sent away 3 days in a row. They make it impossible to get the $750 bonus. It's all a scam. Don't fall for this place!!! Now since I made this review I'm ineligible to donate. BioLife you do not respond on the link you ask us to write. I am being denied because your staff got there feelings hurt!!!

Because of someone else's mistake with my info (saying the right date but the wrong year) I have to wait to donate when I need help now. Thanks for that. Much appreciated.

I've been donating a 3 years at Biolife in Moreno Valley, CA. Every week they seem to drop my compensation by $10. I guess loyalty means nothing, it's all about paying the good money to lure new donors. They also don't answer the phone OR return calls when I leave a message. I called 7 times in one of day last week, no answer. I left a message for a callback, nothing. They expect me to make the 45 minute drive each way to get a question answered about a prescription medication.

Unreasonable Flagging After 30-Minute Wait for Disconnection at BioLife I have been a regular donor at BioLife in Moreno Valley, and for the most part, the process has been smooth. However, during my recent visit, I had an experience that left me both frustrated and disappointed. The check-in process was routine, and I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes to get connected for my donation, which is typical. However, the issue began when I completed my donation and asked to be disconnected. Despite several re

Staff is polite and professional. The office is well organized and very clean

Very clean helpful staff and friendly it makes your experience very comfortable and to know that you're helping other people too makes it very nice pleasant place to be

I decided to come back to this place to donate, and staff is short & brief and after a exam the person says we can't have u donate till March I'm like why because of your tattoos they look new. I told them I got them back in early of 2024 they just shot me down. Also to top it off they are going to make me do the whole physical exam again. It was a waste time to come here and I live far away they just wasted my gas money. I will never donate plasma to this organization ever, they need better staff because t

The Riverside location is an absolute mess. Never can I get out of there in less than 2 1/2 hours. As I'm standing in line for a bed today, there are only 2 employees working the stations. There are 6 stations and only 2 stations are being utilized. The wait time is absolutely unacceptable. Something definitely needs to be resolved. Also at 10am there were employees leaving to go home. No supervisors came out to assist. This facility is a hot mess.

This last donation wasn't great. I had to go to another clinic. Because the one I go to was booked up. No availability. Then I can't donate because of my protein level was low. Less than 1%. Which I think is really dumb since this is my only source of income right now. I my car just broke down and need of repair. So I don't agree with what the nurses have to say and part of their rules of donation every person is different and sometimes I don't think they take those into consideration. I will continue donat

First time here, staff was friendly. But they deferred me cause I have tattoos near the puncture site on my arm( which I have donated in the past before with the same tattoos. I felt discriminated against! All my tattoos are older than ten years! It's just crazy how I donated in the past and now it's not okay. There are breaks in the wave to stick me which I thoughtfully planned for when getting this tattoo in 2004

I come often. Unfortunately, this last time I was sent to a section with only one chair available. I didn't sit down because there was blood on the seat. It was way too much to be iodine and the armrest was missing, making me think it was taken to be washed. I was told by the tech to sit down. I asked her if it needed to be cleaned and she responded with ?I just got here? and then went to grab a cleanser. What if I sat in someone?s blood per instruction of the staff? I was then told to go to a different sec

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I am glad to have a place to make extra cash!!!

The nurse Luis needed help with the machine and poked me hard. First time going there I felt discomfort. Other nurses were cautious about poking the needle in my arm, Luis was not.

I went to donate blood and the three times I went they could never find my veins in neither arm I got bruised badly and I was disqualified from giving blood due to the fact I couldn't complete a full plasma donation. I had went to another plasma center and never had a problem when I went

Plasma donation was safe and efficient. Staff maintains a friendly yet professional outward appearance. Although the staff that injected the needle into my arm seemed unsure of the process, her co worker was good informational support. Moving forward, I will ask for the wrap to allow my elbow to bend more.

Staff was very kind and informative since it was my first time donating. I really enjoyed my experience there and will be coming back (:

Long lines. Ridiculous computer screening that doesn't allow you to correct mistakes without waiting to talk to a nurse. Staff is nice but the wait isn't worth $40 bucks. I'm writing this review only for a chance to spin the wheel and earn a prize. *update? I just have them $1000 worth of my plasma and got $40 bucks. I spun the prize wheel for leaving this review and won post-it notes. What a rip.

I got all the information I needed to still decide to donate. Staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back! Please be nice to the staff, they're doing their job the best they can. Erandi is super nice!!

I thought they were professional, had upbeat music, seemed happy, helped figure out what I needed to do for my first time, I would go early or late to avoid the crowds though if possible.

Staff is always attentive. If issues on customer service arise leaders are super helpful on solving any matter and making you feel comfortable. I especially love how the staff is informative on giving you your blood/test levels so you can continue to stay healthy and donate successfully every visit. You are a valued team!

Most of the employees are very nice and do a great job. The only complaint I have is the longer you donate, the less compensation you get. Basically, it feels like seasoned donors and their loyalty is not appreciated as much as new donors. For example, I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. I am compensated at a very low weekly rate now. New donors are compensated at a very high rate. Seasoned donors need to be compensated better.

Been donating plasma for over a year now. This is one of the cleanest and fastest center?s that I've been to. Very professional and friendly staff work here. The parking lot is always clean as well and not too many people hanging out. I appreciate the clean bathrooms as well and fresh cold water. Special shout out to Elizabeth, Daisy, Rafael, and Brian.

They gift such good offers compared to other places they r faster and always giving good promotions

Great place donate.. I highly recommend it. Thanks ????

BioLife Plasma staff in Moreno Valley, CA are extremely professional, respectful and friendly at the same time. They make sure donors are comfortable at all times. Each staff member is always available to answer any and all questions you may have with pure honesty. And to top it off, they're smiles are great!

A lot of the girls have stank attitudes so that's why I give it a 4 star. But hands down Jaylene is the best one there! Very friendly and knows how to do her job!

The staff was excellent and helpful. My only complaint is that I went in with an $800 coupon for new donors and was told the best offer now was $650 for new donors. I should have left at that point. Other plasma donation centers had $900 offers for new donors. I regret choosing to donate with Moreno Valley Biolife because I could have made more money donating elsewhere. So do your research and don't be afraid to walk away if they don't honor the coupon you bring in. Just find a better offer at a different

I don't mind being deferred due to my protein levels. What I do mind is your workers saying to lay off the drinking alcohol when I haven't drank any in months then saying ?Quitting is easier said then done? . Like wtf do my protein levels have to do with alcohol? Then saying I should exercise more when all I have been doing is working out. Of course my protein levels are high by a mere .3 ! All I did was donate and that most likely caused stress on my body. I'll definitely use a different plasma center in t

I like coming here to donate. Even when they are very busy most evenings, the staff are always nice and helpful. I will continue to visit as often as I can. The location is clean and I feel safe.

Waste of time. They make you go through hell just to pay you $40 bucks. You'll be there for hours. Essentially lower than minimum wage.

I live BioLife great staff like Autumn make this place run smoothly .

Friendly staff and clean location. The only downside is that they should not allow random strangers ask other people on the waiting room if they can sign a referral sheet so THEY can benefit from a bonus.

The staff is always approachable and friendly. The whole experience is pretty quick as long you remember to drink enough water. I have seen some people become lightheaded because they didn't drink enough water or eat enough protein. So always be prepared. The fact that we are helping out burn victims, cancer patients, and people with a low immune system, is more of a reason for me to continue to donate. This facility is the best!

Had my appointment today and I'm always so nervous to go because I have tiny veins. CHRIS assisted me today and I swear it was the best most non stressful experience I've ever had here. Best of all he sticked me with no problem, no pain I didn't even feel the needle he's amazing thank you CHRIS.

Made an appointment on their app, which did not state I was due for a physical showed up on time I wasn't able to donate. One nurse said a physical is every six months which I was here 4 months ago. She was confused. Send me to another nurse that stated, she was unsure why I needed a physical I asked if I can just get a physical while I was there already she said she was unsure sent me to a manager. Manager said I had to schedule it prior to a donation management literally said nothing more she can do and th

The review is outstanding I feel you today tomorrow forever that's all.

This center is top notch. It's clean, friendly, and quick. I am always able to find availability even if it's last minute. I especially enjoy my talks with Chris, he is the best and super sweet.

If you'd like to donate, this place is great everybody from Kim at the front door onto Denise and Luis that Will set you up for your donation. The entire staff is great in a whole they make you feel very comfortable and very taken care of. I enjoy coming here.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate this place. I have not had more than 2 successful donations without someone messing up my arm for weeks making their coupons completely obselete since you have to donate within a certain time period. I don't know if it is just because their training sucks but 80 percent of their employees have no idea what they're doing and the other 20 that do are almost never doing the needle sticks. I can see why they are always trying to get people to come it is truly the most unpr

I had questions and they answered them with respect in a friendly way.

Luz & Humberto made the whole process super easy. They explained everything in every step of the way. Both were very patient, and made me feel comfortable, constantly checking up on me. The place was super clean well cared for. Humberto, funny guy and made everything go smooth. Thanks guys!!

It was fast and everybody was friendly and good at their job

I have been coming for the last year or so. I would say a technician named Crystal O was professional, she hooked me up and ended promptly. This particular BioLife runs slow, what's the point of an appointment f your not goin to be seen on time? Crystal has excellent customer service. I will give her 5 stars she represents the company to the fullest and deserves a raise. Please acknowledge her. Thanks in advance.

Staff here are liars.. like for reals. One of the staffs there said that I grabbed her hand and made her feel uncomfortable. It was then brought to my attention days later when I walked in the facility to try and make an appointment. They said I couldn't because of that reason then they said that they would investigate. When I called back and asked about that investigation I knew then that there was no investigation done, just a conclusion to their behalf. "Rafael" the manager that I spoke made that decisi

My service here is usually very good. But I went the other day and they were training a BUNCH of new people and someone new had a hard time finding my veins when the other techs usually don't. He ended up bruising both of my arms so I was unable to donate for the rest of the week and receive my full payment. Just wish that someone more experienced would have shadowed him.

They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They're all egotistical, all the nurses are on power trips and they have their favorites, If they don't like you they won't let you donate, they'll "SAY" your hermatic is low or your proteins are too low and be careful when they put the blood pressure cuff on cus they'll put it on wrong or too tight and make your pulse shoot up so you can't donate too. This has to be the worse plasma place I've been to, their pay is A LITTLE better than some places but it's not worth it with

If you want to donate plasma, I highly recommend going to BioLife. I originally went to another company when I decided to donate plasma and the experience was not the best. I decided to try BioLife and is not disappointed. They are very organized and the way they have things set up works great! The staff knows their job so it makes things flow easy. My first appointment took a while, but after that, I'm in and out within 1 to 1.5 hrs., depending on how many people are there.

Wednesday was a busy day but the staff was still friendly and as always Nick, Kimberly, Alejandra, Julian and , the nurse Laura are always so friendly and professional.

They are always professional especially when busy. They make sure everyone is taken care of. All employees are always so kind. This is my favorite facility.

They always treat me with respect. And are so courteous and make sure that I'm comfortable and that I'm feeling fine. I've been offered food and water. I'm real happy with this place. And I would not go anywhere else.

Ok, The female employees and that 1 younger guy with the bob cut are INCREDIBLE ELITE . There are 2 Employee that are incredibly WACK... the older husky gentleman like he's the only older guy there and *IXIA* A younger girl there who treats the professional task as if its some Pizza-Planet she had an attitude when i asked for further direction, like come on you must speak at least 1 word to people you will be touching and servicing. The young lady was massively rude.please be aware of this man when you get

Your employees are always quite polite and helpful. Always make you feel comfortable when you going to donate and thankful.

The staff is always so friendly and quick with checking my vitals. Also I like the phlebotomist they're so gentle with putting the needle in, which is very thick by the way.

It's excellent the only thing they keep paying less and less!

I FOUND A WAY I CAN HELP ITS AMAZING WHAT THIS FACILITY DOES...HUMBERTO IS AMAZING AT WHAT HE DOES, HE ALWAYS FIND A GOOD VEIN ON ME STAFF IS AMAZING, LETS BE NICE TO THEM THEY ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB

I would have a very satisfied but the needle came out of my arm at the very end and was leaking the saline fluid out and they had to stick me in the other arm and that was a little uncomfortable. They also take a minute to hook you up and unhook you from the machine.

EZ donation process. I go twice a week. It's a good source of extra income. Took me a while to get into the habit of drinking more water, takes a lot less time to donate now...

To all patients MAKE SURE YOU WEAR LOOSE SHIRTS and CUT AND FILE YOUR NAILS. Everything about this place was perfect. Great staff, nice patients and environment. I made it to the final step but from rolling up my tight long sleeve up and down and up and down I scratched my vein and inner arm, so I had to go home. :?( I'm so sad but please WEAR LOOS CLOTHES AND FILE YOUR NAILS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH.

I've been coming for over a year and I love it! Staff is friendly, machines are fast, and you are saving lives!

The staff at BioLife Plasma Center in Moreno Valley, are thorough, caring and health conscious. The staff is always respectful and there to answer any questions you may have.

Worst reception service ever. Called about my test results and I was placed on hold Sat there for 15 minutes with no answer so I hung up. Called back multiple times with no answer. Maybe they need someone just up front that knows how to answer calls. Terrible.

The staff does not change gloves in between touching donors for vitals and taking/testing blood from donors.

The staff have great customer service exp but the only downfall is the wait time.

I've gone in six times to donate.I had a few complications with my coupons but management was able to take care of them for me. I wanted to give a shout out to one of the managers Eddie. I had to miss a few appointments due to military obligations and he was able to ensure I was able to redeem the amount posted on the coupon. Thank you to the staff! Brock has been an amazing addition to the location. Very comforting and smooth with his pokes. He has shown nothing but great service every time I have donated

The staff here is always amazing and kind! I try to refer friends as much as possible. Management keep up the great leadership. I hope I can show the same hospitality at my work! ?????? Edit: feel free to use my name as your referral if you don't have one. Thank you if you do! ????

The staff are very nice and professional and thel Area is clean. I really like the Moreno Valley office. The only problem is when your finished with my donation sometimes I have to wait 30-40 to get wrapped up so I can go. So, definitely ves 5 stars and A++.

After signing ?mandatory? consent forms, I asked what is the promotion for new donors. They told me that the promotion they are running is for $650. I was looking forward to earning the $850 but it is different for every branch. After waiting for a good while I decided that it wasn't worth going through the donation process so I walked up to the desk and I told them to cancel my appointment, and I asked if they were to throw away the consent forms I signed. They couldn't give me an answer. Which I have ever
