BioLife Plasma Services Mt. Juliet, TN

Everyone was very kind and understanding, they were very helpful and attentive. I was nervous due to it being my first time donating but they made everything feel natural and okay. The gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Enrique) was very kind and supportive during the whole process

Just finished my last new donor donation (8th). On my first visit, everything was explained very clearly to me, and the person that did my exam was friendly & thorough. Every visit since, the staff has been friendly. Every phlebotomist I've had appeared to follow all the correct safety & sanitizing procedures. The beds are comfortable. They always have good music playing and decorate the place a little based on the surrounding holiday. It's easy to relax & watch a movie, read a book, etc. to pass the

I've donated close to 30 times and for the most part it's been positive, but on Friday February 28th I did not have a good experience. The employee that stuck me was possibly new but it really hurt going in and see pics to how to looked over a week later. It's been 2 weeks today and I'm still bruised and it still hurts. I'm debating going back at this point.

Today was my first time donating and the staff at this location are incredible. They walked me through the process and it all went smoothly. Enrique was a delight. I tell 7 am he has a great smile to see first thing.

I had the smoothest donation with Enrique yesterday! I barely felt a thing and there were no issues during the process. Major thanks to Enrique! The team here is welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Every time I go, I know the process will be done safely. I have been donating for a little over a month, and I look forward to returning and recommend this center to other people.

Everybody made sure I was well prepared and kept me comfortable throughout the process. Nurse Chari did an excellent job relaying all the information to me and helped make the process as smooth as possible!

This location is great! Everyone is very good at their jobs, whether it's the front desk folks, the nurses, the pre-check people, the phlebotomists, everyone. I only wish they had a bit more staff, because the wait can be long - an hour or more - to get to a chair. But they do take good care of you!

Caroline did my physical and was truly wonderful. She was thorough, explained everything she was doing and so patient. Caroline made my day and also made me feel comfortable for my first time donating plasma! I am blessed to have met her and will definitely recommend this facility to others

I love the staff and the facilities. Super friendly and super clean. My only complaint is the more you go the less you earn. My weekly payments went from $130 to $105. Every week it went down $5. And anytime I'd use an insensitive coupon the weekly base pay would go down again.

Everyone was super great! They answered all of my questions and got me through the new process very fast. Shari was my nurse and was so sweet and personable! All of the Mari was my phlebotomist and she was super nice as well as the sweet lady that helped me when I was done donating!

I have always had a great experience at BioLife in Mt.Juliet, TN , when Elise performs my plasmapheresis. She is very personable, shows attention to detail and is a skilled phlebotomist. I hardly feel a thing! It's also comforting always seeing a competent staff member who has been working on the floor since I started donating.

Great experience, I have quite a bit of IV/donation anxiety and everyone was so incredibly helpful and calming! From Caroline at the front desk, Bill doing my physical exams, Kenzie doing my donation, and Daisy wrapping me up post donation, I felt safe, cared for and massively less anxious than I would?ve been without such great staff. This place is a joke. I came in as a first time donor. Expecting to go through the process, and was disqualified for sniffles... I wasn't even sick nor did I have allergies. I was just breathing heavy from being nervous. Then the nurse tries to make me feel bad for coming in and potentially exposing everyone to the flu or a cold he thought I had. All of this for trying to help people. Never again.

Enrique is hands down the best phlebotomist in my personal opinion. He is always very gentle and understanding of my initial fear of needles and makes me feel much more relax and comfortable about being stuck. Thank you so much.

All of the people who staff the Mount Juliet donation center are consummate professionals and very friendly and customer oriented and I should know as I have worked in customer service for many many years. I've never been able to donate at this place due to the incompetence of the employees. I got moved from station to station and never got my physical. I had been here for over an hour and didn't get anything done other than some paperwork. And that was the fast part, it's not worth it. Nashville is much faster, and care about the donors.

Much more welcoming compared to CSL. Went as a first time donor, apparently PTSD removes your ability to sign things, so you will need to take a form for your doctor to sign then fax back. FDA, not the clinic, be warned if you have it. Hopefully your doc fills it out, I just wish the people at Biolife I spoke to had offered an email option for this form, instead of me driving 30+ minutes back and forth. Still havent donated yet.. Whenever I was there with my husband, everyone was always so kind, and seeing them would brighten our day. But there's one particular girl, ?Shari.? I feel like she treated us very badly. I don't know if it was racism because we're Latino, but I told her that she didn't have to treat us that way! Drove over an hour after work to donate here and was turned away due to not having an appointment as a first time donator. I was told the last appointment is at 5:30 and it was 5:34 so they couldn't take me. Absolutely ridiculous. As a healthcare professional, this is not how I would treat my patients.

Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I'm new to donating plasma and they let me know what is going on as they do it. I love how the staff interacts with us, as well as, each other. One of the worst donation centers I've been to. The employees are rude and miserable. They are understaffed every day for the amount of people that donate. The pay is hardly worth it when it takes 2+ hrs and should only take about an hour..

I have been here a few times. They are clean, fast and friendly. Until last week the only part to complain about was the sticking!!!! Then I got Shane, she is the best ! Barely felt anything and it was a perfect stick the first time! No adjustments needed and no unnecessary pain.

I always enjoy the phlebotomist?s here. I've come in at 6:30 a couple of time and I thinks it's unfair you can schedule 30 minutes before close. This is unfair to both employees and donors.The employees work very well under pressure they never let the busyness change their mood, but you can tell it sucks for them staying so late. Great experience! I had donated with another provider in the past, but they made the check-in and donation procedure quick and timely. Beth helped me get checked in; she was very patient and thorough. Shari conducted my physical and was very efficient while making sure I understood everything. I haven't had any issues. In and out quick do it first thing as open. Like how you can make appointments. I've been to some extreme ghetto plasma centers in Florida (people fighting each other outside waiting for it to open, unsanitary etc) this place is very clean, in and out like it should be. Absolute horrible! Expect to be here for 3-4 hours! Completely understaffed and their equipment is off so they turn you away just to get you gone and ask you to come back the next day. Most of the staff was pretty rude. The physician, I believe his name was Mike is very very rude. He made it a point to call me fat several times during my physical. He even said ?eat a healthy breakfast don't just stuff your face with doughnuts on the way in? He also mocked and laughed at my tattoos, which whatever I know they are not for everyone but maybe do your job instead of making fun of people for their weight and tattoos. There's no sense of urgency in that office to not waste the new donor?s time. I made an appointment for 10:45 AM. I was on time and it's still first come first serve. I waited 2 1/2 hours to then find out because I have less than a year of sobriety from alcohol (5 months) I have to get clearance from a doctor to donate (because I'm an honest person about my sobriety and I'm proud of it). I wish that those papers were on the website or there was a note on the website so that I could have clearance already

The nurse is rude and the people doing the physical live to find a reason for you to not donate.
