Everyone was very kind and understanding, they were very helpful and attentive. I was nervous due to it being my first time donating but they made everything feel natural and okay. The gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Enrique) was very kind and supportive during the whole process

Just finished my last new donor donation (8th). On my first visit, everything was explained very clearly to me, and the person that did my exam was friendly & thorough. Every visit since, the staff has been friendly. Every phlebotomist I've had appeared to follow all the correct safety & sanitizing procedures. The beds are comfortable. They always have good music playing and decorate the place a little based on the surrounding holiday. It's easy to relax & watch a movie, read a book, etc. to pass the

I've donated close to 30 times and for the most part it's been positive, but on Friday February 28th I did not have a good experience. The employee that stuck me was possibly new but it really hurt going in and see pics to how to looked over a week later. It's been 2 weeks today and I'm still bruised and it still hurts. I'm debating going back at this point.

Today was my first time donating and the staff at this location are incredible. They walked me through the process and it all went smoothly. Enrique was a delight. I tell 7 am he has a great smile to see first thing.

I had the smoothest donation with Enrique yesterday! I barely felt a thing and there were no issues during the process. Major thanks to Enrique! The team here is welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Every time I go, I know the process will be done safely. I have been donating for a little over a month, and I look forward to returning and recommend this center to other people.

Everybody made sure I was well prepared and kept me comfortable throughout the process. Nurse Chari did an excellent job relaying all the information to me and helped make the process as smooth as possible!

This location is great! Everyone is very good at their jobs, whether it's the front desk folks, the nurses, the pre-check people, the phlebotomists, everyone. I only wish they had a bit more staff, because the wait can be long - an hour or more - to get to a chair. But they do take good care of you!

Caroline did my physical and was truly wonderful. She was thorough, explained everything she was doing and so patient. Caroline made my day and also made me feel comfortable for my first time donating plasma! I am blessed to have met her and will definitely recommend this facility to others

I love the staff and the facilities. Super friendly and super clean. My only complaint is the more you go the less you earn. My weekly payments went from $130 to $105. Every week it went down $5. And anytime I'd use an insensitive coupon the weekly base pay would go down again.

I was treated so kindly and given such attentive care from the front desk through the check in process and throughout the donation. Shari, Jeff, Chari, Andrew, Tee, and Paula made my experience at BioLife in Mt. Juliet very comfortable, personable, and pleasant! Thank you so much!

Everyone was super great! They answered all of my questions and got me through the new process very fast. Shari was my nurse and was so sweet and personable! All of the Mari was my phlebotomist and she was super nice as well as the sweet lady that helped me when I was done donating!

I have always had a great experience at BioLife in Mt.Juliet, TN , when Elise performs my plasmapheresis. She is very personable, shows attention to detail and is a skilled phlebotomist. I hardly feel a thing! It's also comforting always seeing a competent staff member who has been working on the floor since I started donating.

Great experience, I have quite a bit of IV/donation anxiety and everyone was so incredibly helpful and calming! From Caroline at the front desk, Bill doing my physical exams, Kenzie doing my donation, and Daisy wrapping me up post donation, I felt safe, cared for and massively less anxious than I would?ve been without such great staff. Looking forward to da wing my fears again ????

Nikki was great to work with a really pleasure to work with. She walked me through the process and made me feel at easy. The team in the back made sure everything was safe and easy. Amazing staff and people.

Place was super clean, staff is friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I had a bad reaction but everyone was super attentive, caring, the medical staff was on top of making sure I felt ok before going home. For having a bad moment I had an amazing experience

The team at this facility is amazing! My mom and I felt so welcomed from start to finish. Patty at the welcome desk kindly guided us through the process and made everything clear and easy. Juliey and Nikki took our vitals and patiently answered all my questions about what they were checking for. Caroline was my mom?s nurse and provided excellent care, while Shari, my nurse, came to the rescue when I had trouble while donating. She made me feel completely safe and at ease. Shane, my phlebotomist, was fanta

Elise and Paula are amazing! They make the experience so much better and they are the best when it comes to sticking you. They deserve all the recognition and a raise.

This place is a joke. I came in as a first time donor. Expecting to go through the process, and was disqualified for sniffles... I wasn't even sick nor did I have allergies. I was just breathing heavy from being nervous. Then the nurse tries to make me feel bad for coming in and potentially exposing everyone to the flu or a cold he thought I had. All of this for trying to help people. Never again.

Enrique is hands down the best phlebotomist in my personal opinion. He is always very gentle and understanding of my initial fear of needles and makes me feel much more relax and comfortable about being stuck. Thank you so much.

The first time I came here, they were very professional, they appreciated my gesture. I appreciate them and their work for the community. I will come here to volunteer until I can no longer come. It is my way of thanking my American friends who helped my mother and I in the difficult times when we first came here. I wish I knew about this place sooner?one of our friends has gone to be with the Lord and I feel to day?s donation is necessary!

This is the best plasma center I have been to. I tend to always get screened or drawn by Elise and she is awesome! She's always so helpful and quick! She does a great job!

All of the people who staff the Mount Juliet donation center are consummate professionals and very friendly and customer oriented and I should know as I have worked in customer service for many many years. In particular there's Elise, Kenzie, Vonn, that make a sometimes stressful process enjoyable. In particular, for me, a veteran of the process over six years at BioLife, Grifols, CSL, and KedPlasma, their experience as phlebotomists makes it a much less painful process. There's a reason why I have returned

first time ever donating and it was a super easy and a well explained experience! Bill was very helpful and very great during my physical and Vonn was great during the session!! will be coming back!

A few shoutouts here for Paula, Kenzie, Shane, and Elise. I've been donating for about a year as a way to help other people, get over my own fears of needles, and earn some spending money for fun. Bio Life and the team in Mt Juliet is the best place to do that. I previously had bad experiences donating blood and was nervous to try plasma. From day 1 to day 100+ the staff were there to help answer questions and reassure you if you had concerns. They're professional, friendly (they actually have fun personali

I've never been able to donate at this place due to the incompetence of the employees. I got moved from station to station and never got my physical. I had been here for over an hour and didn't get anything done other than some paperwork. And that was the fast part, it's not worth it. Nashville is much faster, and care about the donors.

Chari did my physical and was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. You can tell she's great at her job!

Very well explained by each step from walking in till finished. A extra thank you to Sharifor really taking time to relax me. But truly easy and very calm atmosphere and each were excellent in care

I'll start by saying Enrique is the absolute best with the needle for me. I don't feel a thing the whole time and the machine doesn't stop. The negative is that even with an appointment it is at least an hour every time between answering the questions and sitting at a station

My first time giving plasma was a memorable one! Paula, Patti, Beth, and Kenzie were very friendly and helpful. It's nice to add some extra income as well as help save lives. That's a win/win in my book.

The staff at BioLife was absolutely amazing! They were very informative, compassionate and excellent at what they do! It was a peaceful, clean environment with good music and a positive vibe!

This place is filled with great employees!! Shari my physician and Terrell my phlebotomist were so nice and professional!! Highly recommend:) Patty at the front desk is wonderful as well :)

I love the team at BioLife. They work very hard to take care of everyone there. I see Julie and Patty when I check-in so I love their greeting. The team that starts the donation process is always amazing. Rae, David, Vonn , Elise, Enrique, Jackie, Paula, Chari, Bill, Codia, Terrell, Daisy - the best of the best!

Much more welcoming compared to CSL. Went as a first time donor, apparently PTSD removes your ability to sign things, so you will need to take a form for your doctor to sign then fax back. FDA, not the clinic, be warned if you have it. Hopefully your doc fills it out, I just wish the people at Biolife I spoke to had offered an email option for this form, instead of me driving 30+ minutes back and forth. Still havent donated yet.. Will update if I ever get to.

Whenever I was there with my husband, everyone was always so kind, and seeing them would brighten our day. But there's one particular girl, ?Shari.? I feel like she treated us very badly. I don't know if it was racism because we're Latino, but I told her that she didn't have to treat us that way! It all happened because, due to a system error, my husband?s information wasn't showing up. She even went so far as to say that she didn't know how else to explain it to me when, in the first place, she didn't even

Drove over an hour after work to donate here and was turned away due to not having an appointment as a first time donator. I was told the last appointment is at 5:30 and it was 5:34 so they couldn't take me. Absolutely ridiculous. As a healthcare professional, this is not how I would treat my patients.

Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I'm new to donating plasma and they let me know what is going on as they do it. I love how the staff interacts with us, as well as, each other. The people up front checking us in are very quick and efficient in getting the line moving. I love that they will dance and sing while they work. Makes the line not so boring. Nikki is the best!!

One of the worst donation centers I've been to. The employees are rude and miserable. They are understaffed every day for the amount of people that donate. The pay is hardly worth it when it takes 2+ hrs and should only take about an hour..

Paula is so kind and thorough and helps you understand what's happening. Today she even pulled my blanket down over my feet for me. ??

I loved my first experience here Nikki made it wonderful she was so sweet and talkative, she really eased my nerves because I was scared, she's funny too, I don't where y?all got her from but y?all need to keep her she's wonderful

Bill is the man!! Made my time there great, super funny guy very helpful and a freaking genius!!

Chari completed my physical this year! Great crew at Mt Juliet! Thank you.

The assistance named Nikki was very helpful, experienced and kind. She made the experience very comfortable, for it was my first time. A

Been coming to Biolife in Mt. Juliet for awhile. Everyone is great there. Jade and Elise are two of my favorites. Great at what they do and lots of fun!!

I have been here a few times. They are clean, fast and friendly. Until last week the only part to complain about was the sticking!!!! Then I got Shane, she is the best ! Barely felt anything and it was a perfect stick the first time! No adjustments needed and no unnecessary pain.

I've been donating for almost 15 years. This is hands down the best one I donated at. Fast friendly and great stickers!!

New donor here, the process was streamlined and easy! It took time to get all set up, but that was expected. Bill was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!

They are very professional, welcoming, and kind. I love donating here and appreciate the staff. Miss Elise made me feel at ease

I have enjoyed my experience coming here to this location the staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend to all who need some extra income during these times. Check out my video talking about how my donation was YouTube - Ms. Evans_88

Caroline, Jackie, and Kenzie really went above and beyond to ensure I had the most positive experience possible. Thanks so much. I'll be back, and I'll be bringing a new donor with me. Highly recommended.

Today was my first time and I was helped by Shari who was wonderful? I was a bit nervous and her humor was helpful with getting me through the initial process. I'll be coming back here for sure

super friendly service and clean facility. wait times can sometimes be a little long but that seems to be standard across all the biolife locations i have tried

I always enjoy the phlebotomist?s here. I've come in at 6:30 a couple of time and I thinks it's unfair you can schedule 30 minutes before close. This is unfair to both employees and donors. The employees work very well under pressure they never let the busyness change their mood, but you can tell it sucks for them staying so late. Anyway, these employees are the bomb!

Bill was super cool ?? and made me feel comfortable definitely will be a regular

I went there yesterday and I was going to donate, but I got nervous specially that they couldn't find my vein. Then three people that works there told me I can come the next day and donate. However, when I went, the nurse told me I cannot donate because yesterday I had a panic attack so I cannot donate at all. I just want to understand. How do I take responsibility for other people?s false information. People who works there told me I can come again and Donate. The person who was gonna take my blood, said I

I donate plasma here yearly during the holidays for the extra cash. It's always a good experience. Today I was not feeling great and my machine was having problems, Mrs Paula came over and fixed it right away after two other people couldn't figure it would. She's a good one, thank you Mrs Paula! ??

The staff at this location is usually amazing, but I was extremely disappointed to find out that this location was closed but didn't cancel my appointment or attempt to contact me.

Everyone is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt very well informed being new to it, and the nature of the employees made me relaxed. Helped me forget being as nervous. Getting money for doing a good thing is a great bonus, and it's not bad at all. Edited..: Don't come here. The police sit in the parking lot and run everyone's tags. They profile that donors come to get money for drugs. They pull people over when they leave and search vehicles. Illegal and immoral. Shame they can't do real pol

Went to BioLife in Mt. Juliet today to give life saving plasma. Employees were fantastic. Terrell was wonderful as always! He's very professional and does a great job! Sign up to donate-now!

Nikki is the best, always got a smile on her face. There's been times where I've come in and needed to see that enthusiasm and it really made my day a better day for sure. Need more like Nikki in your company. Reallgood service and a quality employee.

I love coming in this location to see Ms Nicole. She's very professional and personable at the same time. She makes donating a breeze , if you like donating to save a life go see her at this location. You won't regret it.

Today was my first day donating plasma! It was wonderful! Chari did my physical and she did a phenomenal job! I'm already ready for my next donation! Also very very clean facility!

Very clean, love the music they play! Staff is very friendly, just love Jade, Julie, and Paula. Jade is a gem and really has a way with people! Bill is the greatest for nurse visits and I'm always happy to see him (if you have anything nurse related or your first physical). He is kind, smiling, and explains everything. Really makes you feel at home. My only negative, the other two nurses I encountered function like they work at a correctional facility. They were cold and unfriendly. Other than that all the

Friendly staff and very clean but low compensation and understaffed so it can take over 2.5 hours from the time someone shows up

My experience at Bio Life has been outstanding. Nikki at the front desk is exceptionally personable and has a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Additionally, the entire staff is very approachable and kind.

Fast, professional, and caring. Great "bed side manor" and I'm really REALLY no comfortable around needles. They have a great staff

Upon arrival the nurse at the front desk and the one who checked my vitals were very sweet. This was my first appointment and I was feeling pretty good about coming in. For a bit of back story for 3 stars, I came in physically and mentally well but I did have a few sniffles because it was chilly that morning and I forgot my jacket and it was cold in the facility so I sneezed exactly 3 times because of all the cold air going up my nose. When I went in for my physical the male nurse who was an older man, I co

I absolutely love thus center. I like the fact that it is clean and your staff are spectacular. Nicole was amazing to me as i went to be screen. Me coming from two plasma center working I wished I would have known about biolife, I would have applied. Also your phlebotomist are great as well. Thank you all for your patience and your professionalism. Good job.

I had a great experience there in the Mount Juliet location? With it being my first experience to give plasma? each employee was very friendly and very informative and approachable

Great experience! I had donated with another provider in the past, but they made the check-in and donation procedure quick and timely. Beth helped me get checked in; she was very patient and thorough. Shari conducted my physical and was very efficient while making sure I understood everything. Great team on the donation side as well, very friendly and professional.

I haven't had any issues. In and out quick do it first thing as open. Like how you can make appointments. I've been to some extreme ghetto plasma centers in Florida (people fighting each other outside waiting for it to open, unsanitary etc) this place is very clean, in and out like it should be. Like how you can make appointments a few days ahead of time. Only complaint about this place is machines need a serious upgrade. Worst machines I have ever seen at a plasma center. Used to donate CSl Florida take 25

Mari and Elise always put a smile on my face and are great at what they do! They make donating enjoyable any time they're there!

My first time donating and everyone there is absolutely so kind and informative!! Made the process go by so smoothly :))

Best BioLife I've been to. Everyone is friendly and professional. Shout out to Jade who was extremely personable and made the donation process pleasant.

Most everyone is very nice. But it is very disturbing to see people not changing their gloves between people and processes.

What a lovely thing to do and all the people I have seen at the Mt Juliet location are just fabulous! Always happy and way busy. So busy but always happy. It is a positive experience. 5 stars for sure

Absolute horrible! Expect to be here for 3-4 hours! Completely understaffed and their equipment is off so they turn you away just to get you gone and ask you to come back the next day. I have never had high blood pressure in my life and suddenly I do? If so, it's probably from waiting in line for an entire hour and after all that they say that can't let me donate that day. Not everyone lives in Mt. Juliet and actually go out of their way to be there. No sympathy or sense or urgency there was literally only

Elise is the bomb.com! She constantly has a pep in her step and is really kind to everyone!

Nikki is a pleasure. She always greets me with a smile and a joke. And does her job greatly.

Wonderful staff that's very gentle and Ms Nikki will always give you a laugh...

First time visit today and the first few people I met were super nice and helpful. I then had a nurse named Shari who was probably one of the rudest healthcare workers I've ever interacted with. She said I was ?sniffly? though I am in perfect health wasn't actually ?sniffly? or sneezy at all. Also if not one single ?sniffle? is allowed- that should be disclosed on the front end and communicated WAY more clearly. I looked back through all the info, and how to prepare, and nothing said ?if you sniffle one tim

I've had a great experience from walking in the door and leaving out. Ms. Nicole/Nikki is so warming when greeting everyone. She's energetic, friendly, and passionate. Thanks!

My visit was fantastic, Paula took great care of me. She always makes it a great experience.

Everything went a lot quicker than the first tried to donate plasma. Chari the nurse made everything clear to me.

Most of the staff was pretty rude. The physician, I believe his name was Mike is very very rude. He made it a point to call me fat several times during my physical. He even said ?eat a healthy breakfast don't just stuff your face with doughnuts on the way in? He also mocked and laughed at my tattoos, which whatever I know they are not for everyone but maybe do your job instead of making fun of people for their weight and tattoos. Went in ready to donate and left immediately after my physical with this man b

There's no sense of urgency in that office to not waste the new donor?s time. I made an appointment for 10:45 AM. I was on time and it's still first come first serve. I waited 2 1/2 hours to then find out because I have less than a year of sobriety from alcohol (5 months) I have to get clearance from a doctor to donate (because I'm an honest person about my sobriety and I'm proud of it). I wish that those papers were on the website or there was a note on the website so that I could have clearance already

The nurse is rude and the people doing the physical live to find a reason for you to not donate.

Bill was such a cool guy! Took great care of me and very helpful.

Mari and Elise are my top2 phlebotomist that go above and beyond their expectations to make you feel at home they need a 25,000 dollar raise.
