I've had over 500 donations at the nampa site and have always been treated with respect and patience. Especially from two of the center employees Bella and Randy. Every time I come in they are genuinely happy to see me and make me feel like I've been missed. Biolife is lucky to have these wonderful people on their team and I hope they are appreciated.

I started donating at BioLife over a month ago to get over my fear of needles. The first few donations I had to switch arms in the middle of the donation which I dint not like at all. Two weeks ago Rox a young and very friendly nurse pocked me and it was painless and the whole process went very fast and smooth. After that I was pocked by her again and at this point I feel more relaxed/comfortable whenever she is the one hooking me to the machine. I know Am still a new donor but my experience so far has be

4 Stars ? Bleeding for Bill Payments** Biolife Nampa: where I trade my plasma for rent money and the satisfaction of knowing my blood is out there doing heroic things (probably). It's a decent gig?show up, get poked, sit in a chair, and leave slightly lighter but financially *slightly* better off. The staff is great, the process is smooth (most of the time), but let's talk about the real betrayal?**no more snacks?!** Back in the day, you could walk out with a juice and a little treat like a victorious war

I have been donating here for a bit and most of the time everyone is really friendly and professional but today the tech who did my initial intake was very rude and not only did she make it seem like me talking to her was an inconvenience but after the first tube of blood she took from me broke in the machine she pricked my other pinky so hard that I said out loud that I didn't like that and it instantly bruised and is still very sore. She went dead center and hard and did not even say a word to me except,

Some of the staff are friendly. But it's not very professional. There is a nurse there that defers people for weird reason, like she doesn't like you. People should go to csl. More professional and friendly. All the machines are new and no weird made up defers.

Have been donating for a little bit now normally the technicians know what they are doing but I came in today. I have deep veins and always try to tell the technicians that I haven't met to make sure they find them. After getting hooked up in my left arm I noticed the machine was struggling to get blood. Normally due to being very hydrated the whole process takes me 30 minutes but the machine kept struggling. They came over and said the culf was acting up and clicked a button on the machine then again becau

Bio life lost my blood, didn't notify me and then when I scheduled a appointment to go donate I was told I couldn't donate unless I let them take my blood for free, and waited about a week. I told him I had no way to get home and no gas this was my gas and all they did was say okay. When I asked for a phone number of someone to talk to they said, ?who ups?? And then laughed in my face. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have went to and I will be looking getting those people with no remorse or

This is the only BioLife location that takes over 100 mL more plasma than any other location?without informing you or offering additional compensation. When I expressed discomfort halfway through my donation and asked to stop at 880 mL (like every other BioLife center), they told me they couldn't do that and that I wouldn't be paid unless I donated the full amount. It's outrageous that they don't disclose this before hooking you up to the machine.

Overall they're great. I've personally had some struggles with hematoma and bruising, at times severe, but the staff have been great and very friendly.

If I could id give this place a zero. Absolutely no excuse for any of what I experienced. Nurse that was hooking me up to the machine punctured through my vein making it to where I could not donate. I was not even compensated for the two hours out of my day that got wasted due to the lack of professionalism.

Professional staff that go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience donating plasma. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and they ways they truly go above and beyond. They are amazing!!

Today my arm felt weird it was uncomfortable the nurse pulled out the needle a little and loosened the arm strap because it was tighter then usual, but it still felt uncomfortable when my blood went be returned it felt more cold almost hot and somewhat hurt I didn't enjoy it at all this time. Also on my last visit everything was fine besides when the nurse when unplugging the donor's plasma on the bed next to she got some plasma on me and told me it was fine then I told another nurse and he took it more ser

Very professional location thorough when explaining everything that's going to be done and how it helps and the staff is enjoyable to be around you'll find somebody you'll click with easy.

Every time you turn around these guys want to take more fluids from people. I like knowing plasma donations help people, but I hate that these greedy corporations keep upping the amount of plasma they take from people who really need the money for their time. Sorry folks who need the medicines made from plasma, but I won't be donating anymore unless I can decide how much of my bodily fluid I would like to donate.

BioLife is a great way to make some extra money, it's really easy and pretty quick! (depending on what time you go in, it can get busy) the staff are friendly to!

Super professional staff and a relaxing experience. Got money on a gift card as soon as I was done. Definitely going back.

I had donated at BioLife before but moved. I donated at CSL for 3 years, then CSL lowered their payment structure. I moved back to BioLife, after my returning bonus was fulfilled, BioLife lowered payment structure from $50/$65 to $50/$55. Same as CSL. I came back to BioLife because BioLife payment structure was higher. At this point CSL is offering a bonus to come back. I will consider their proposal if BioLife doesn't fails to offer more payment structure.

Travis brechbiel does great work in the donation area, and Randy is always a joy in MH

Everything went well and smooth. No complaints here and I give thanks to all the staff that helped me to donate

Worst place ever, the ladies were awful. My blood was dripping like water. I told them I wanted to stop the process and they kept going. Now I have a really bad hematoma.

The workers are always friendly and efficient. It makes my time there pleasant.

I really like to go to the Nampa location. The customer service is A+++. Whenever I have a question or if anything is off they let me know the reasons to their best ability. I will say, that there can be busy times, and if you go in the late afternoon or early evening most likely you will wait. But they always are going as quickly as the can, and making sure they are doing their jobs efficiently and with care. Don't get upset if you have to wait, they are paying everyone pretty decent for their time and don

Really loved this place until recently... it seems like every time I go the line is out the door and you have to wait 2 hours before your even in a bed. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it doesn't prevent this from happening? Nobody wants to spend 3 hours here... I'll go back to CSL in Boise before I wait in the line here again!

Can't donate if u live in an RV park .. stupid

Techs are friendly and professional and the donations go really fast. Lately the coupons are not very good and much less than other centers. The reward program rarely works and hardly pays any rewards! Looks like I will be going elsewhere where the pay is better for my donations. Do better and I will gladly come back...

It's getting pretty frustrating lately. I have just returned donating after being deferred for the eight weeks period due to red blood cell losses. This is my second time back and since my deferral and the donation was going OK, then just a little bit into it the machine stopped and my donation was cut short because blood was getting into the machine by apparently the tubing not being hooked up correctly. And my two red blood cell losses before these, where I had to sit out the eight weeks, one was a machin

Signed up for the physical to be a first time donor. Treated like cattle right from the start. Poor young lady next to me was desperate to get accepted and was obviously lying. I don't care to be barked at. Perhaps treat donors with a little respect and patience and you'll get/keep them.

Considering the amount of people they go through, I'm surprised there are so many cheerful people that work here. The process is quite arduous if you are on certain meds or have diabetes. Ask your doctor for a clearance letter beforehand and save yourself a huge headache.

This review is specifically for the Nampa office, went in Dec 10th for my 1:55pm appointment, while checking in on the kiosk, recieved an emergency call my dog was sick, the young lady that had to be new because I didn't recognize her started yelling, literally yelling across the floor, "Sirrrrrrrr", Sirrrrrrr" you can't be on your phone about as loud and rude as you can be for a professional medical facility, I got off, then her and another young lady working the front desk was being annoyingly loud laugh

Always a pleasant experience. Today Elaina helped me (stuck me) it was quick painless and perfect. She did a magnificent job. I appreciate it.

Appreciated, positive atmosphere and friendly, professional employees. Very positive experience. Thank you!

Friendly staff, easy process, and wasn't greeted by an armed guard at the front door!

Jessie, Matt, Brenda, Elaine and Sacora are always so pleasant and helpful, they're attentive professional and fun anytime I come. Never been disappointed at this BioLife location. They are all very clearly well trained and always get my poke first try???

Great service! They always make my visit quick a pleasant even when busy, a they are always accommodating! Nadia in particular is a great employee! She is always is super nice and friendly an always quick to say hi which makes each visit comforting and enjoyable. All the employees a management are the same they really know how to treat people a make your visit easy.

Some how a cobweb or something stuck to me when I went to sit down at the testing area and I noticed it when the nurse asked which finger to prick and I said any finger on the other hand cause I don't know where the hell this came from and she told me to watch my language or leave and I said really cause I said hell? And she promptly took her gear off and said nothing more just made an angry face. I will never donate here again this is the second time I've had nurses act like this here the first time wasn't

Way better than CSL. 1 hour in and out, never had to stand longer than 10 minutes. Plenty of space between donors, no cowboy Dan security guard with a pistol needed here. Payouts close to the same.

Overall an awesome location. Wish they would open the childcare center back up though. Only reason it's 4/5 stars.

Love BioLife and the staff. Always super friendly. Nadia is a rockstar! They also have the fastest machines so your donation time is the quickest of any plasma center.

Only the lady at the front desk was kind. but the so called ?doctor? lady didn't even do my physical and outright denied me based off of the fact that i didn't have a high protein meal right after i woke up and that i didn't drink 4 bottles of water before 11am. Was incredibly rude and degrading. Disgusting attitude. Would give zeros star if I could. Will NEVER be going to this center ever again.

Everybody was very kind and knowledgeable. It seems as if most of the negative reviews are coming from people not paying attention to the checklist they send you to review before your appointment (and at the time of booking.) they didn't ask anything of me that wasn't on the list before hand. My appointment went exactly as it was outlined to me. Gabe made the actual donation quick and painless.

The nampa location sucks from the attitude and care. I have never been deferred til this location and it was always because the staff do it wrong?(after deferring the last 12 people in front of me, at some point it's got to be the machines and I would hope the staff would?ve caught onto the error instead of acting like I'm being the error) They like dig the needle around both your arms before they find a vein at this location too.

I had a bubble exposure according to the employees. My arm started shooting blood all over myself and surroundings mid donation. Two employees came to help, but neither knew what to do. They got out a binder and started searching for this specific situation. They decided to unhook my donation arm and then switch to my other arm to avoid blood loss. After starting the other arm another employee from a near by section who had been watching the whole time, but hadn't offered to help comes over to let them know

I haven't been to BioLife for a while and it was always very much a hassle. But I returned and the staff and the whole process was a lot easier. Also the young man that poked my arm did a really good job normally it hurts really bad and this time it didn't it was nice thank you

Staff is friendly, especially Arisbeth. I've worked with her a couple times and she always does an amazing job and makes me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend her. Good place to make a little extra money and help others at the same time.

These guys are the best. They keep the place clean and professional. Everyone is polite and helpful, and the donation process is pretty quick. Even when it's slammed and understaffed, the longest time ever in and out was 3 hours, which for the compensation is fantastic, more often than not though I'm in and out within the hour. Top notch, I'm not going anywhere else.

The intro pay is good. Once you have donated in those first 30 days, they drop what they pay substantially. If you continue to donate, they reduce it even more each week. I am being paid for my time. My time is valuable. They claim to value your donation and pay you for your time, but then reduce it to less than 40% of what you were being paid that first month. If I was worth a certain amount the first month, I should still be worth a similar amount. I am taking the very real health risk. They are making go

Helena, Jessie, and River are completely amazing. They are so friendly and personable that just makes the whole experience more comfortable and puts me at ease. The only comment I have is the play room needs to open again. It would be so much more convenient and reasonable to have my kids have somewhere to sit and wait rather than just in the seating area where they could disturb, or disrupt operations and/or be so close to other peoples bodily fluids. I also believe that opening the play room again would h

My last visit was the worst, they are greedy and taking advantage of people who are in a tight spot. i was told i could donate twice in a week and get $40 the first time and $75 the second time, i did the first one and got 40 whole dollars just so i could come back and get $75 they claimed that sunday and thursday are not in the same week and i got blown off. unacceptable

haven't been back in months, maybe even a year. some staff are bearable, others are so sweet and the rest are flat out rude. some woman i was working with gave me sass and attitude after i told her that her fishing and stabbing me in my vein hurt really bad. then to find out she wrote a complaint about me. therefore i wasn't able to donate again until i had a discussion with management who was also very rude. what jokes!

I've been going to this location for many years. Jessie never fails at making my experience easy and painless. If you have a vein that's hard to find, she is the one to ask for! She has always been polite and friendly no matter the circumstances.

Technician caused bruising when she placed the needle on my vein. I didn't feel any pain and bruising didn't show until later in the day

Would not recommend. They are not transparent about requirements up front. Website doesn't state anything either even tho they claim it's an FDA requirement. Management has an IDC attitude. Customer Service is rude. They are only great at wasting your time.

They have been doing extremely well with hitting my vein first try! Jessie brought a warm and welcoming smile and friendly presence, I love when places make you feel welcome and treat you like long time friends! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

I've been donating for 5 years now and the facility is nice, the employees are great. Overall donating at Biolife is great but my problem is with the pay scale and the rewards program. A few months ago, they significantly reduced the pay scale by several hundred dollars per month and implemented a rewards program instead. The rewards program is a great idea but it has taken me several months to accumulate enough rewards to equate to $15 and that's after the rewards program wouldn't let us redeem anything f

Donation itself runs pretty fast but the staff either get so busy or are busy chatting with other staff that you sit there waiting for them to disconnect you and bandage you up. They also decrease your pay the more frequent you go. I was making about 120-140 a week but now it's down to just 100 bucks.

Receptionist was the sweetest person ever and helpful ! If you have tattoo sleeves don't waste your time here though ! They have strict tattoo restrictions! Try CSL plasma instead !

Pay more. Stop reducing payments throughout the year. Making payments even throughout the week would also help as then I'm not penalized when there's a holiday on the day I need to donate or when I'm unwell. Most of the people that donate don't do it for fun, they do it to survive. The staff and everything else is fine.

Every visit is easy and everyone is very friendly

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Diane while donating plasma. I was nervous to do the process at first but she was so thorough, light and kind hearted that the entire experience was special. I watched her bring about such a good energy and know so many people by name that I knew I was working with someone who any company would be lucky to have. River was also thorough on point and made the experience seem less. I'll be going back in two days and if I have more donations like that, I won't stop.

Clearly I'm not meant to help people. I get rejected with the very first appointment because of a sprain. When I came in to try again I thought maybe I was actually going to be able to donate. NO. I rejected AGAIN because of PTSD which was NON-BLOOD related. I'm beyond disappointed. Making sure to eat and drink plenty of water for nothing.

Staff is polite and efficient they are wonderful, however the wait times are inexcusable. You have appointments how is it with set appointments times lines are around the whole inside chairs are full of people waiting for beds?? You spend hours for 40.00 just doesn't seem worth it. If you stop going for above reasons they flood your emails about how much your needed maybe the need should fit the payout?

Great experience for my second time donating! Looking forward to the next one!

Staff is kind and helpful. Wait times can be long. Today two hours to get to a bed to donate. Machines are up to date and fast . Staff is quick and trained with efficient hands. Just be prepared to take about 2 1/2 hours out of your day. You have to weigh it out if it's worth it to you. It's for a good cause.

I have been coming to this location for some time and it has always been a good experience despite my veins being difficult at time. Jessie at this location is fantastic. She is well trained and always a pleasurable experience. When she is sticks me I always get a full donation! Thank you Jessie

I recently had the pleasure of having my plasma drawn by Bio Life Plasma Lady Jessie, and I must say it was a positive and comfortable experience. From the moment I walked into the facility, I felt welcomed and at ease. Jessie exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the process. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring that I understood what was happening. Her friendly and reassuring demeanor made me feel comfortable and helped allev

So overall, my experience has been good. Every time I have tried to donate, everyone has been kind and understanding. However I went in today, and instead of Vicky (who is super sweet), there was Dawn. She was incredibly rude, everytime I needed something, she threw her hands up and sighed. I had 2 second questions that needed to be answered, and she was completely short and rude with me. I will continue to come, however I think some customer service training is needed for her.

The employees here are so kind and patient. I am always sad to leave after i finish donating. Julia in particular has gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you!

Donating plasma saves lives and is so very important, but if you're 11 minutes late, they make you reschedule for another day. They won't even try working with you to get you in. I was told this in a "sorry that sucks" kind of attitude. Not a great experience finding out about this, unfortunately.

I had such a great experience today. Jessie who helped me out today did such an incredible job. She is the vain master mind here. I would most definitely recommend her whenever you visit.

I feel the staff are kind and knowledgeable. I get in and out with in 1 hour! Lots of times available on the app for appointments. Super easy to donate.

Jessie was awesome! Took my blood for the 4-6 month review while she distracted me and I didn't even feel the poke. Kinda wished she inflicted some level of pain when she did it so I could of had something to complain about. But she didn't fast, efficient and friendly 5 stars

Aug - Dec be prepared to spend at least 2 hrs at the center to donate. There's never enough staff to take care of the demands of those coming in to donate. I've been donating for years & it's gotten to the point that I don't want to donate during these months because my time is worth more than what they pay. I don't understand why corporate doesn't plan ahead & get people hired & trained for these busy months.

Love this location.. great staff and nice space

There was an issue about 1/3rd of the way thru my donation. They had to switch arms. They couldn't hit the vein. They eventually gave up and couldn't give me back my blood. So because of their inept people, I can't go back for 2 months. Personally I think they should still have to be paying me being as I did nothing wrong and it was their fault. Anyways, because of that reason, I'll never go back to them. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I'll be sure to let everyone I know, not to go to them. 4 of

Staff was super helpful in explaining the procedures and processes. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and it helped take away the anxiety of being a first time donor.

The staff here are always friendly and very polite. When I had questions about promotions and the process Colton Branson was able to step aside and help me figure out what exactly donating plasma was and how to get the best money back. Overall great experiences with a great team!

Edit 4/1 I contacted them as instructed, per their response and i have not heard anything back... don't believe their comments asking people to reach out!! Staff is nice, can be a busy place and long wait time. The biolife rewards is a joke and after you first start donating. The pay isn't great and no existing customer incentives.

Phillip up front is always quick and friendly with the guest and his co-workers. When I'm getting set up they always assure that they'll get too me when they get a minute. Very quickly to get me in and out when I'm finished. Been going for about 2 years now. Very quick and friendly staff. They have no problem finding my veins as well.

Donating plasma is a great opportunity to help those in need of plasma therapies (not to mention you also get rewarded financially so it's a complete win-win). It's an easy process and usually takes 45 min - 1.5 hours. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at the Nampa location. The facility is clean and the staff is exceptional. I specifically would like to give Sierra high praise. She is very friendly, and her skill set is top-notch! She is a great asset to BioLife Plasma Services!

Most of the people are really nice. Not always organized, not great at communicating, takes forever. When you have an appointment you shouldn't have to wait outside in a long line wrapped around the building for well over an hour. And when you finally get to the back, They are not even busy and even the workers are like is the line long out there we have been dead back here. Super frustrating, I have had to cancel my last three appointments due to the long long lines. I think it would be helpful if the

I started because I heard they had free child care. ?? Sitting down for 45 minutes ALONE while I read or catch up on social media is a nice break. AND you get paid for it. ?? All jokes aside, we love the childcare. They always has something fun for my kids to do,whether it be coloring, painting or playing with the toys there. I love how clean it is in there and how they try to keep it germ free. As for donating, I rarely ever have to wait for a bed and when I do it's only 10 minutes or so. The staff is sup

10/6/20 I have to add to my comment now 7 months later. The staff are still great but the management need to work on the long line outside it has taken me at times 3 hours from start to finish a majority of it waiting in the line that raps around the building and down the side. I won't be donating much longer if they can't get it together. It's not worth 20 then 50 bucks or even the 30 then 90. It would help to split the 110 or 120 up evenly but not much. From 5 stars to 2. The staff at this location are v

I have been donating plasma at the Nampa Biolife off and on since 2016. My most recent donation on 1/30/24 was fine but my phlebotomist, who has poked me multiple times before, had to adjust the needle 5-7 times before it would work. I suspected it would leave a bruise; it did not, but I have a lot of soreness now. Enough that I have canceled my second weekly donation tonight, so my arm can recover for next week. Overall, donating plasma has been uncomplicated and a really great way of helping others, w

The woman at the desk today, thank you so much. She made today wonderful and listened to me. She worked the front desk this morning. Thank you so much for treating like a human, you are very much appreciated.

I've never donated plasma in my life, and I refuse to ever come to this location again. As a first time plasma donor, you'd expected to be introduced with a warm welcome, and an overall welcoming environment at the establishment you choose to donate at. However, that wasn't the case. I'm not sure who I worked with, but she was a blonde older lady, that was too cocky for her own good. I went in at around 6:30am with an appointment. She refused to let me donate because I didn't ?eat a full meal with protein

My first experience with BioLife: a building full of people, many waiting in line. First you check in and have all your proof of identity. Ss card, driver?s license, utility bill. Then you wait. Then you're asked what you ate and drank within the last 3 hours. If all you had was a protein shake like me, you'll need to eat more. I brought string cheese and ate that. Make sure you also drink 6-8 glasses of water. So you'll have to use the bathroom numerous times. Then you wait. Then you have a long questionna

I will definitely be looking for a new plasma center the employees here have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Save yourself some time go to CSL. I have donated at this BioLife location dozens of times and frankly I'm fed up. So many times I'm sitting for 30 min after I'm done waiting to be unhooked. The wait time are just insane. Some of the employees are respectful but the rest clearly don't want to be there and can be rather rude. Today I show up for my appointment only to be told I can't donate r

I have been donating at this location for a little over a year. The staff is great! I have yet to come across someone I don't like here. They do their jobs well and get to know their regular donors which I really like. My kiddos love coming to the play center as well. Staff is always great with them!
