I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the BioLife Plasma Center in North Las Vegas, and I have to give a special shoutout to Bre and Alyssa for their exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and efficiency stood out. Bre was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the patients was evident, making what could have been a stressful experience, smooth and stress-free. Alyssa wa

SECOND UPDATE: Still no response from customer service after reaching out for over a month. ***Update: I used the link provided as requested and it was not a real link. Upon finding the customer service link on the website I reached out to customer service for almost 2 weeks straight nearly every single day. I have not received a single response. The staff are great. I would give them 5 stars. The process is a nightmare and the reason for the low rating. Every single time I go in to donate I always get a

Since my first time coming here the staff has been professional and friendly. Ashley is amazing at the front desk. She is very detailed and explains the process thoroughly. I'd have to say my favorite tech has been Nancy. She's very direct, funny as heck, and gentle. I've never had any issues when she has set me up. The facility is clean and organized and the times that I've been there, you can tell they have a good rapport with their patients.

I love the technicians and nurses who work in this facility.. each and every one is kind, polite, pleasant, caring.. in addition to being very professional. And at times, even fun! I donate occasionally in another state and my experience there is far from wonderful. I'm very glad I live here because twice a week my experience is super! I would name names to give credit for exemplary service but I'm afraid that I would forget someone and really, everyone is top notch!

I had an appointment for 2pm on April 29 , when I arrived the lobby was full of donors new and returning I had to wait about an hour or so before I was able to get started with my donation, I know they were backed up a bit but they were understaffed I guess but it doesn't make it okay to not make sure they take into consideration on treating donors as careful as usual. They weren't being careful and I felt some pain and discomfort so I asked for the nurse. I ended up getting a hematoma and was asked if I w

Technician Chelsea is awesome? She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed? And when it comes to getting poked with a needle, I don't feel a thing

First time donator. Came in a little before my appointment. Stood at the front desk for about 5-10 min. They saw me standing there, didn't attend me or say anything to me. So I assumed I'm supposed to wait in the sitting area and they'll call my name. My appointment time comes and goes. For about 35 minutes, I'm just sitting there, and I decide to go to the front desk again. And that's when they finally attend me. But guess what? I missed my appointment time even though I was there the whole time!? Now I ha

Worst plasma experience. They to strict to have this type of problem. Been there at 1030 and still haven't got paid. Saying system problems but they won't even answer the phone. Bathroom nasty.... Etc.... only thing was cool was the phlebotomist in the back. I hate the way they run they company and I wanna sew. Because wtf. It's almost 5 in the afternoon. UPDATE It's 7 still haven't got my money ... This is the first impression of me donating with them. Never again... I don't even need the money I just do r

Just completely wasted my time! I am a new donor but have donated plasma many moons ago with a different company so I am still familiar with the process. I was 30 minutes early to my appointment due to taking public transportation but the check in was very swift, no wait time at all and greeted upon entering the lobby. The problem happened when I was getting checked in as a new donor my veins have to get checked. No big deal, I thought. I always knew I have one great vein in one arm and a bad one on the oth

I stopped coming here because they play too many games with your time. I decided to try again and got played with, again. I showed up at my appointment time to wait for my physical, and no one checked me in. No one was at the counter. When they saw me, they said one second and didn't come over until 2 min past my appointment grace period. They then said I was late and had to reschedule. They claim to have one nurse who wasn't working on anything but stand there. Stay away from this location. It's filled

Biolife is going downhill and needs to get their act together! From the inconsistency with donor payments, especially to your diligent clients. Changing out needles that are downright painful to literally using scotch-tape on your donors arms to hold tubing in place, is a severe level of cheapness! Donor lines are always backed up and to wait for hours and receive a measly $40, is insulting. Your employee turnover rate is excessive and this should be a HUGE red-flag to work on an employee retention program

I donated at 10am and didn't get paid at all today. I called 100 times but didn't get an answer once. Guess I'll have to drive 40 minutes across town to get them to do their job.. Thanks another. I sure do feel appreciated..

Nancy was very friendly, professional and had the cleanest easiest needle stick. She is amazing! Zak is ALSO A LIFESAVER! My coband came loose and he helped me immediately get everything cleaned up and no embarrassment

Place is fantastic for the most part. Almost everyone is pretty friendly and a pleasure to be around. Always look forward to seeing my pal Nancy. The facility is generally clean, only complaint would be that the bathroom tends to be out of soap occasionally but lately it's been taken care of. The total time spent is about an hour but can be longer depending on the time of day and year. It can be frustrating waiting upwards of twenty to thirty minutes just to be tested before donating (the process itself i

Um well when inhouse employees I guess need more education and not tell people something that's untrue. Was told since I haven't came in 6 months that I was coming back as a new donor and would get new donor money left there tried to paid bill found out was only given 50 called back in employee then told me it was 2 yrs time gone to be a new donor. Contacted y'all thru email was then told by another employee that I can never be a new donor again just get coupons. So was told by 3 different people 3 differen

Don't recommend. My boyfriend had a bill that was within two months like the website says is still acceptable for proof of address. Blonde lady denied him. Their website doesn't break down pricing. All it's says is new donor can make up to 850 in a month. That is false advertising. No one ever makes that much. Even the blonde lady said that's not possible.. so, why would it say that? Very upsetting. I have donated plenty of times successfully. They found me in the system, but couldn't let me donate becau

Thank you Kamara for the friendly smile and awesome conversation while screening me . I felt very welcomed as a donor . Keep up the excellent service , hope to see you up front more often !! Thanks again!!

Nancy was incredibly welcoming and pleasant throughout the entire interaction. Despite it being toward the end of her shift, she ensured that everyone was taken care of and went above and beyond to support her team. On top of her professionalism, she has a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you Nancy and BioLife team ??

Went to this place in Nevada and Erin messed up my arm. He said he had 5 years of experience. He made my blood flow stop by just taking a sample, due to me being a new donor.. Then he started moving the needle in my arm t try to get blow flow. It didn't work, and as he was doing that. I started to get hot, light headed, and my eyes were watering.. The nurses had to give me 3 ice packs, on for my head, chest and the back of neck. As well as a few Gatorades. I now have a hematoma that's spreading to where I h

All the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to make you feel comfortable, especially those that are donating for the first time. Every donation helps people needing plasma live longer and improve the quantity of their lifes.

Very professional and friendly at the same time!:) Would recommend as a way not only to help others in need of transfusions, etc, but you're also compensated for your time. Chill place, especially considering what they do????

Ashley is the nicest woman I have ever met. From the first time I met her, she has been very accommodating and makes everyone's experience wonderful. Thank you for a great attitude and kindness that you always exude.

I had a wonderful experience at BioLife today the young lady Chelsea A. was so amazing, she was very thorough with ensuring that all equipment and utensils were cleaned and sanitized. Her personality is so dope I feel everyone should bring that same dazzling ethic to work with them. Thank you so much Chelsea A. ????????

Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. Just wish there was a policy about being on speaker phone. No one wants to hear your conversation. One thing they can fix is when regular donors are in line attempt to not bring up a bunch of new donors. I stood in line and SIX new donors got to go in front of us. Which made all of us upset. Maybe switch lines when it's several new donors. (Take turns) Another fail is the schedule. Why have several times open when you are understaffed? There is absolutely no need for

Lazy staff, no one at the front desk for 20 mins then when I finally got to someone they said I need my social and kicked me out. I never got an email or anything saying I needed it but they insisted I did and were very rude about it don't waste your time going here.

Annai was super friendly and helpful. My veins are hard to find it usually is painful. Anna found my vein so fast! No pain at all. After my donation she checked on me & also took time to help me schedule another appointment on my app. I'm glad I chose biolife.

Don't try to call the store if you have questions cause they'll ignore your calls no matter what line you use. I've called the store probably over 50 times throughout the week to get my test results (they called to tell me I can't donate but never called back after retesting) and I nobody answered or called back after leaving a voicemail. For them to be standing around talking every time I come in whether it's busy or not the least they can do is answer a phone

I've been coming to BioLife for quite some time. I've had good and bad experiences. I come back because I know what I'm doing will help someone else. The tech (Nancy) knows my arm and just how to get my veins. She makes me feel at ease knowing I won't be poked more than 1x. It's good to have ppl that know you to take care of you

Usually my experience donating plasma is a nightmare from the checkin process to the needle going in but this place has made me change my mind. Ashley made me feel so comfortable and not nervous at all. She was very professional answering all my important questions and patient with all of my needs! 10 outta 10! Would recommend

Everyone is amazing here! Melanie, Ashley, Annai, Myesha, Chelsea, Zach, Nancy, Theresa, honestly everyone is great. Love how friendly and fun the culture is, I feel welcomed from the moment I walk in the building.

I go in to donate today.spend over 2 hours everything goes good until I see who I'm assuming is a nurse. I had a little accident and got a burn on my neck witch was now 2 weeks old.she looks at it and says that it needs more time to heal.now this is the same lady that saw me when I first arrived, she couldn't say something then. I really needed that money today to get diapers for my youngest. I would like to know when did they start hiring dermatologist for the screening process. I really think they enjoy pl

I actually really feel accepted not judged like part of a team that's continuously giving back..... Thanks to Nancy and Max who since the first time I came they've made me feel comfortable and like family.....??

One of the most professional and kindest businesses I've ever walked into. From the front desk, to the nurses, to all the phlebotomists, everyone here is good at their job and very attentive. The place is kept very clean, and they keep an orderly and relaxing chill vibe here. I was kept informed about every process and procedure along the way. As they proceed with the procedure, they continually check up on you to make sure you are doing well and are relaxed and calm. I've kept up my end on taking care of t

Don't let the 4.1 stars fool you about this place. I would give it a 2. Most employees here can't find your vein right and keep poking around til they find it. Now they want you to rate the employee that helped you when you came in to get their reviews higher rated but that's misleading. So employee asks for you to rate them, you scan barcode and bing goes to Google reviews instead of rating them to their company which is what it need to be so they know who to keep and who to get rid of. This sham means bio

Krysta was super nice and helpful. She even asked me what flavor of Gatorade I wanted. Usually the person helping me doesn't take the time to ask me, and I always get some flavor I don't like.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are very discriminatory towards people with a weekly apartment. They don't believe it's a real address even though it's on my ID and my husband has used this address many times before but the moment I walk in I ruin both our chances of giving a donation. We used our last $30 and to try to help out they give us coupons we can't use unless we donate?. How does that make sense? They are running this place like it's a circus and have no idea what they are doing!

Nice facility. They take appointments so it definitely helps the process along. The techs are friendly and nice. Their machines and chairs are well taken care of. The facility is very clean.

The condescending and pretentious attitude of the nurse, staff, definitely the front desk lady and management are really uncalled for and no one should have to endure that for the menial amount of money we're getting for having done so.

They had to use both arms during my last visit the girl couldnt find a vane and called someone else to do it. I even asked her if she found one she said yes I been using cold packs to keep from brusing Dont know if I'll be coming back or not I Dont like using both arms the donations I dont like needles and the sharp pinch in the beginning

Theresa was the best!!! after having a bad experience my first time donating I was very nervous about donating again but Theresa was so sweet and nice with that calming voice...ger alone will keep me coming back

I love coming to this facility because staff is very friendly especially Nancy . She always makes me laugh and is great at her job.

Madison is excellent! I am always so thrilled when I walk in the door and see her working! I know I'll get the perfect stick and have the best time doing it!

Luz did an amazing job and I barely felt the stick. Great first time experience. Bre also did a fantastic job at my second donation

I've been a few times and it's been an incredible experience - Jade took care of me and she was fantastic, the best service I've received. I love the staff and will be back, the rubber chickens are fun!

Love that it's appointments only so there is no long wait times. Staff is great and Nancy is awesome at finding my veins!

The entire staff at BioLife Plasma is fantastic! They truly care about their donors. Nancy and Madison shared their knowledge and made the donation process pleasant.

Hi! I just wanted to share that I have been donating plasma for awhile now with Biolife.I wanted to share that It makes a huge difference when you have helpful staff that you can trust and make your experience pleasant and even enjoyable!?? i'd like to mention a few of the names that I know that have been extremely professional and helpful .thank you Nancy,Bree, Madison ,Tiffany,Theresa,Mya ( sorry if I left anyone out)

I recently visited your plasma donation center and wanted to share feedback regarding an aspect of my experience that I believe could impact your business and reputation. During my visit, I interacted with a woman who identified as Jazzy from Long Beach. She appeared to be in a management role. Her behavior and communication style came across as aggressive, dismissive and impersonal, creating an uncomfortable environment for both donors and staff. This type of interaction may inadvertently discourage repea

It was alot more organized than what I am used to so it made my experience to be a splendid one.

Just came in for my 488th donation today and as always everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Edith was my tech today and she did an outstanding job as always! Very friendly and did such a great job sticking me i didn't even feel it!

Its sad that racism still exists came in for appointment and could not scan my finger asked for helped and was greeted by the rudest manager ever!!! I will never come back to this place and if your not white do not come to this place at all!!!!! Horrible how i was embarrassed and treated

3 stars for cleanliness, professionalism and experienced technicians. -2 stars because I decided to start donating again because of a promotion they offered. I I donated 8x for my last 4 donations would be increased from $45 to $70 and $80. On my 4th visit I was told my protein was lost and they needed to take another sample. Cool. Whatever. I return for my 5th visit and yet again my sample was somehow lost ??? But this time I can't donate and have to go back home and wait for them to contact me until I can

I had a great experience with Madison! She was awesome. Nice. And was a pleasure to have around and stick my arm! Thank you Madison! ??

It's been close to two years since I've donated and one of the nurses, Nora, helped ease me back into the process of donating plasma. Super glad she was there and I'll definitely be coming back.

As far people you guys have cool folks. Facilities wise clean. Your scheduling sucks you never have enough employees so line is always backed up. You guys take priority for new donors and leave your return donors hanging and waiting in line forever. After my promotion is done I will not return there is facilities that work as a team and get people in and out.

Nancy is phenomenal!! Fast, friendly and efficient . Every BioLife employee is very nice and makes the whole experience great!

Chelsea A Wonderful!! ?? Chelsea L as well!! Bri D too?? Zach ,James , AND ASHLEY ROCK oh and Tiffany and the list goes on Annai, , Melanie, myesha toooo!

Madison was very helpful and courteous I've been helped by her several times and she's always attentive with a good attitude and smile.

Horrible experience. I came in at 9:45 and waited in line as a new donor. I wasn't attended to or communicated with enough and was moved back and forth by personal untill I lost all hope and just left. They are very disorganized and only attend to regulars.

Nancy is the best!! So personable and friendly to everyone. Always willing to help and make sure donors are comfortable.

The first month or two of donating was great. Staff was still good, i was in and out within about an hour and 15 mins to hour and a half. Fast forward 4 months and it's clear how slow the staff is and under manned they are. The lines get extremely backed up and next thing you know, an hour past your appointment you are still waiting to get hooked up. It's absurd. Why have an appointment system if it's never adhered to. Find somewhere else to donate.

Zak goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable and confident during my donation amazing and genuinely a wonderful person.

Nancy is awesome. Always looking and talkative, in a very nice way. She makes me feel comfortable anytime I come donate.

This place gets crazy on some nights but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Madison and Edith who are always a pleasure to work with.

Love all the folks here, they always make it a quick easy job to donate plasma. Nancy always does a smooth job with that large needle. I will continue to make this location on craig my home for plasma donations.

Very clean, workers are very nice and know what they are doing. Always pleasant when asking a question and very informative!! Nancy is wonderful.

I visited your location today. I have been donating for about 2 years at this location. Now during this time my donation had to be ended early maybe 2 time for different reasons. So today my donation had to be ended and I was told I would be given $20. I asked why because I was always fully compensated if a donation was ended early. The problem was not so much the compensation but the manager by the name of Chris with whom I voiced my complaint. Chris, real didn't seem to show any care or compassion toward

Chelseaa was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great addition to your staff!

Love the appointments, usually come in and do vitals and with in 15 minutes I'm being seated.

First time donor and loved how the staff was informative and walked me through everything they were doing. The staff made me feel comfortable through out the procedure. Theresa who hooked me to the machine was awesome!! She made sure I was comfortable, explained how the machine works, what all she was going to do to me and when she stuck the needle in. She did it with so much ease. I have extremely bad experiences with phlebotomist dragging the needle in my vein etc. trying to get my blood but, Theresa did

This plasma center is one of the best in Vegas. Customer service is excellent, and the employees are very helpful.

I have been to this location 3 times. It was my first initial visit and that took 3 hours and then each visit thereafter took 2.5-3hours. I visited AZ and went twice and each visit from door in to door out was 60min. I felt such relief knowing that not all locations are like this particular one. I do only go on weekdays around 4p so perhaps this is high demand time for donors and I was told that weekends are slower but who wants to do this on a weekend? Lol I may have to because it is certainly not worth 3

I was stick with a soft touch felt no pain, great staff. I did a physical and I just felt loved and welcomed

I loved Melanie, my screener. She was great! Friendly and made my experience very quick.

Very clean and everyone is nice. It never takes very long. Theresa is the queen of pokes. You can barely feel hers.

The staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and the nurse that did my physical was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. Very pleased with this location. It is my second facility of yours that I've gone too. This is definitely my favorite and had a great experience! From check in to the physical to the donation flawless!

I recently had the pleasure of donating plasma at BioLife, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Here's why my visit was so memorable: The staff at BioLife are top-notch. They're not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly. They put me at ease and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. The clinic was spotless! Everything was well-organized, and I felt safe knowing that they take cleanliness seriously. It's ess

Nice facilities, but some medical staff are not sufficiently educated in their profession. Staff unable to articulate what is meant by an "episode" in regards to depression. Took me two seconds to look it up on my phone, which was completely disregarded by the staff member I was engaged with. FYI - an episode is a period of two weeks or longer. Very disappointing experience.

Older lady with the dyed red hair, had an attitude and didn't wipe down the finger scanner. When I wiped it down for her she caught an attitude and told me to get back in line and she left to go on break or go home.

Great place very clean and cozy ?? I love the staff ?? great ?? people

During the sticking process, Edith always is very easy to talk to and such a very hard worker. Good job ??

Staff is always nice. The wait time is never long. The facility is always clean. Grade A

Can not for the life of me get anyone to answer the phone even after 20 back to back calls straight to voicemail everytime completely unprofessional

The the staff is super nice, however I set my appointments I usually end up having to leave because they are so short staff and yes we get paid for the donation but the time frame it takes to get the process done goes over 2 hours and that's for an established donor. I wish they would have enough staff to support the amount of appointments that they set.

Excellent service provided by a friendly and professional staff. Makes donations easier when dealing with people who care.

The floor staff are wonderful but this center is clearly mismanaged. The location is not staffed for the number of appointments that are allowed to be booked, resulting in extremely long wait times. Donors are routinely waiting upwards of 1.5 hours to donate. It's a shame. I don't recommend using this center until the issue is resolved.

Chelsea A. Did an amazing job and was so polite and funny. She made my do action so much better

Went in to donate today and they did not put money on my card after my donation and then when I did get someone on the phone the lady said she was unable to help me and she said that other donor's were having the same issue as me.
