Never a bad experience at this location. Staff is friendly, and they're always super efficient at getting you in and out. You can feel great about doing something to help others while not losing too much time from your own hectic schedule. Brandy has been particularly good at not hurting me, but honestly they're all great at what they do. Wonderful team!

I'm really disappointed with the hygiene practices at this BioLife location. The staff in charge of checking vitals and doing the fingerstick test don't change their gloves between donors. I asked one of them to please change gloves and noticed they didn't even have glove boxes at their station. They had to leave to get a new pair, which makes me wonder how many people they had touched before me. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've seen this. Every time I come in, I notice the same thing. Also, when I ask

Feeling frustrated. Went to donate this evening. After spending well over an hour in line for my medical screening my heart rate was 103. They had me sit down for 5 minutes to recheck. After being called back to the counter she could not get another blood pressure on me. They tried both arms, different cuffs. It would tighten and squeeze. And tighten again. I left in pain with marks all over both upper arms. After about 10 attempts I suggested they use another machine (as they've done in the past when thi

Professional setup and staff. They're clean, seem to follow guidelines, and are friendly. The biggest issue is the wait. I don't know who manages the staffing and throughput but a Saturday morning appt took me nearly 3 hours to finish. The economics don't make this worth it if it takes that long. Biolife knows how many people are coming through booked appointments on the app, so if the process takes 3 hours, then that's something Biolife deems acceptable.

Aaliyah got me ready for my donation this time. She did a wonderful job , didn't feeling the stick which I love that. Communication was excellent and professionalism was on point. Holly was dc was smooth and her professionalism was on point also. Thank you again

Would definitely give zero stars if I could, got there at noon didn't leave til a quarter to two without it being busy. Everyone moves at their own pace with no sense of urgency. I sat after being done for 20 minutes even after I was trying to get someone?s attention before someone finally came over to take the needle out. Don't recommend ????

I went here a year ago, I was honest with the medications I took and disclosed I had ADHD and OCD, but was functioning fine without them and hadn't renewed in nearly a year due to a lack of a general practitioner. I was deferred because of that, made to get a note from a general practitioner I didn't have, and I couldn't donate due to effectively discrimination. Fast forward to today, tried donating after dealing with trying to fit an appointment into a busy schedule, still deferred, they still refused me w

Brandy did an amazing setting me up for donation. Her stick wasn't felt at all. I love when that's the case. Keira from Lawton does an amazing job also? Shana also does an amazing job with felt less stick

Malcolm is a rockstar! Yesterday was my third time donating and I was going to quit after the second, but decided to give it one more try. I want to help save lives, but I also had experienced too much discomfort that I didn't think I would donate anymore. Yesterday was going to be my last attempt, until Malcolm changed my mind, that is. He pulled the skin taut so there was minor initial discomfort, and I barely thought about the needle during my donation. Also, there was good blood flow and the machine ne

I've been coming here for the past six months twice a week religiously. Don't listen to people talking shit on the staff. From my favorite folks doing triage in the front, to all the phlebotomists sticking patients? In my entire six months I've only ever had one bad stick and they fixed it super quick (it was just in too deep.) they're all wonderful. If ANYONE in this place was rude to you then you DESERVED it. Period.

Great staff and very helpful they try there best sometimes there is a wait but its to be expected they very tentative to all and check to make sure everything is going well. So please be patient you can only go so fast when you need to insert a needle into a vein and make sure everything going well.

This is my 4th donation and many the ladies here haven't hurt me once since I started. They are smooth stickers! Especially brandie. She stuck me so easily I didn't even notice it. Highly recommend this location.

I wish I could give more than five stars! This place is an absolute gem! The team here is nothing short of amazing?every single person brings such positivity and warmth to the atmosphere. It's a refreshing change from the usual plasma center experience! I'm beyond grateful for their expertise and the genuinely sweet vibes they radiate. Seriously, every staff member is incredibly kind! They offer a fantastic compensation for donations, and the facility is always spotless! A huge shout-out to Nhan and all the

It can get busy, and wait times can be long, but the staff is always nice and the facility is always clean.

All the staff there is very friendly! I have asked questions and they've been answered! I asked why that saline was so cold and he explained it very thoroughly to me! I will keep coming back to help the patients that are sick!!!!!

I've been donating plasma for a while, and I have to say, my experience at BioLife on Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City has been overwhelmingly positive?largely thanks to Lashele. She provided the absolute best care I've ever received at any plasma center, hands down. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her technique was flawless, her attitude was welcoming, and she genuinely cared about my well-being. If every staff member at any plasma center operate

HIRE MORE STAFF! I just wanna know, why have all the big opened space with 6 or 7 donating bays, literally hundreds of people here regularly, but only have 4 workers handing donations at all times? HIRE MORE STAFF!

Visited today had a good experience! Receptionist with hazel eyes was very nice. The nurse was nice as well and the young lady with the red hair was also nice and courteous!

This place is an actual NIGHTMARE. the staff is rude as all get out. They all hate their job and they all treat me like they're doing me a favor and raise their voices like I'm a child. They need to realize that I'm needed, I'm the commodity. They ALL need to be retrained! If I hadn't fallen upon hard times I wouldn't be here!!! Of course my heart rate is 101, I'm surrounded by patients and staff I would avoid on the street and on fb. Jfc act like you understand that without me you wouldn't have a job!!!

Much better, thank you staff, great progress nic ?? I keep coming back to this review, because the service fluctuates. Now they have this at the front. Inefficient service with the play room really backed up full of people. Just needs better management. Good effort ?? I tried giving 5 stars, but without the good team players, this place is non operational. Im editing the review due to a very high performance by the staff doing the vein sticking. I did notice some staff are preferably requested to stick th

I have had good experiences so far. I like their new machines. Staff is friendly and upbeat.

I love this location. It's a smoothie process from start to finish, even if it gets a bit busy sometimes. Kim is the best employee in the entire building. She's always working hard, helping others, connecting with donors, and making the experience more safe and comfortable. I've genuinely never had a bad experience with Kim. She consistently demonstrates kindness, integrity, and patience. The world would be a better place with more people like Kim.

I really wanted to like this place. Everyone was so nice and the first time donation process is quick. However, I ended up at the ER after my donation. They didn't insert the needle correctly and my donation was cut short because of "no flow". They came back by and moved the needle around in my arm and tried one more time. They then tried to give me saline but as the needle was not in my vein, my arm bubbled up and the saline started dripping out of the needle onto my arm. I left with a swollen arm and the

?????????? I can't say enough good things about Kim! She is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease and safe throughout the entire process. I've had experiences with others in the past, but Kim's approach is truly exceptional. She is gentle, kind, and incredibly passionate about her work, which shines through in everything she does. I'm thrilled to see so many positive reviews about her?it just reaffirms what I already knew: she is extraordinary! I absolutely love her!!

As a truck driver, I've donated at BioLife centers across multiple states, including Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Florida. This location stands out for its low traffic and minimal wait times, which is a definite plus. However, there are two staff members who could benefit from additional training on properly sticking donors. If a manager sees this, I'd recommend providing a refresher training for all employees on this process. Additionally, the machines at this center could use an update, as they st

I will never go back to this center ever again the manager does not even know how to stick she was supposed to adjust my needle and she zigzag in my arm that's not the way you stick I'm a phlebotomist myself these people are careless they have attitudes and they're not worth the time spent. They don't have the proper training they just grab these people off the streets and let them stick people. Worst center ever Northwest expressway. What I can't fathom is the nasty attitude the little dark girl with the g

This place is filthy dirty! Transient/homeless people camping outside and inside, bedbugs crawling everywhere inside! Workers are rude and liars! You must agree to come twice a week for five weeks in a row to get the maximum amount paid out to you! After that, you get $40 a session! They get paid over $3,500 per plasma donation that they sell to hospitals and laboratories!

Brandy is the best her attitude made me feel welcome. When she stuck the needle in I didn't even feel a thing one of the best I ever had. She will be the reason I'll come back to this location..??????

This location is clean and nice, I definitely enjoy the atmosphere at this location. The staff is friendly from check in, to the donor floor and the nurse team as well. They're attentive and on top of things when there's an episode with a donor. So by no means us there's an issue with facility?s cleanliness and atmosphere. My concerns is the lack of customer service. I heard management tell an employee that this is voluntary because customers were complaining about the long lines and wait. To have it mandat

I chose Biolife because they had appointments, which I thought would limit my wait time. Not only do I consistently have 3+ hour wait times, but I've had bad sticks 2 out of the 4 times I've gone. I've gotten bruising and a lot of pain. One time, I went there was a fight between two donors and a staff member joined in on the fight. The only good visit I've had so far was my first donor visit.

Everybody was nice and generous definitely recommend if you don't want to wait in a long line

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. They were extremely busy, but worked efficiently. It was my first time donating. Stephanie was fabulous! I will continue to donate.

Called 20 times even chose different lines NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE . I don't understand how you exist as a business not answering the phone. A common theme now days poor customer service yet again. Oh I tried both locations 63rd and delete city both the same NO ON ANSWERS THE PHONE . Why not do everyone a favor and say by the way dint ever call either location because we don't answer our phone. WH DO YOU HAVE A PHONE ???? Oh yeah 2 week waiting time if you switch plasma places and donate here.

Man they really do a awesome job.. Ill continue to help and also take care of myself.. Thanks to Ms. Rose, Stephanie, Kimberly, always nice and caring..

For my 1st appointment they took it upon themselves to CANCEL my appointment I scheduled for, and gave my spot to someone else.

The majority of the staff are good. But rude. The management is not good. The facility is understaffed and over worked. The wait times are usuallly 1-2 hrs. The first few times I went with no issues beyond that. That last 2 two times, the first tech was so busy and stressed, she did not stick me correctly, she did not even tape the needle to my arm. It was painful and I nearly passed out. My arm was bruised. I went again after and a they were not busy. I was hoping for a better result. One tech set up the pe

Staff wasn't prepared for the donors today as it took like 4 hours to donate as opposed to 1-2 hours. Also hate seeing donors jump the line.

Places is very clean and very fast thay don't leave u for 30 to 45 mins wait after your done most places I been don't care after that hook you up

Best place to donate, they don't stress you. Everything goes smoothly. Everything is just better the employees are amazing.

Make sure you have 2-3 hours to donate when scheduling they seem pretty under staffed. although I guess I'm gonna have to switch centers because the debit card situation is crazy. It never tells me the correct amount on the app and then I have money missing every week. Whether it is ?holds? from certain merchants or what I don't know but it's getting old. If you use this center I'd suggest immediately withdrawing the money from an ATM or it'll just take money from your balance and when you call the card it

This is THE BEST BioLife. The Coolest environment and the friendliest people. They have The Jams playing all the time. My home away from home away from home. Highly recommend.

There was absolutely no staff. I sat there waiting for almost 40 minutes to get registered and checked in I ended up having to leave because of other obligations I had

Everyone is always so kind. I love all the staff and Dr Maddox

I set in the bed in the blue bay for 25 minutes before i got stuck.. 4 people who selit down after me got hooled before i did.. the ladies are very rude.. and it obviously depends on the color of your skin.. 11/8/2024. It's a good place but it all depends on who you get in the back to Hook you up

I've been going for four years. I'm well-known and everyone?s always so nice to me. The lines have gotten much better and the time has been much better. In the past standing on a 2 hr wait was tough! And I enjoy knowing that I am doing it to help patients. Plus, I save my donation money for vacation at the end of the year. Tammy Bowen Oklahoma City!

It was a very cold busy morning. Staff stayed professional and very warming. Glad to be a part of such a great good to the world.

So, in the beginning, it was a great process of donating plasma for a great cause. But now this is my 8th time doing it, and it has gone downhill in the last few months since I have been here. The techs are professional and courtesy The facility is clean and orderly The wait time to donate is either 1+ to 2+ hours even if you come in around 0635 in the morning. It seems the management doesn't staff correctly nor is the moral high in the environment, resulting in a high turnover rate. I do overhear a lot

Brandy is extremely great at finding and poking your vein. So is Reba! Didn't feel anything at all. ASK FOR BRANDY OR REBA!!!! They're very professional and fun to talk to as well!

This is a great location to donate Plasma. The staff here is very professional and beyond friendly. The interior is very clean and they are following all cleaning protocols. Today was my first plasma donation so I was extremely nervous, but with the help of this staff I got past my nerves. It was a good visit, I was also compensated well. I will definitely return!

I gave this rating due to the hit or miss on customer service, professionalism, sticks in the arm, and time it's worth/not worth to wait in the lines. Given it's a voluntary process I understand to a certain extent, but you should still want to do better by your customers. ESPECIALLY sticking that big of a needle in people?s arms! Gave it a chance to get better, but unfortunately I don't think it will. If you must donate, give yourself 3-4 hours to be safe, and don't get too upset with some of the staff who

I've never donated before didn't know what to expect it was very comfortable the staff are polite very kind and comforting most of all super friendly

I've been donating since January 2024 very steadily twice a week ever since! I have my favorite staff but they are all pleasant! They are real and I've only ever had one unsuccessful donation! Good place to come do a win/win

It's a very odd thing to sell a product from your body and call it a donation but you have to pay taxes on it. You're surrounded by ppl you would normally avoid in public. Then your pulse is high bc you are surrounded by hateful phlebotomists and strangers. The phlebotomists only seem happy when your pulse is 1 point too high and you lose out on the payment you've worked hard keeping all other appts to earn the highest amount offered. Here's a tip, don't donate on Friday bc you must donate on Sunday in orde

Brandy from the clinic at 63rd St. in Oklahoma City did a great Job training and I didn't even feel her poke me. Very delightful person. I'm glad you have her on your team.

Staff was informative and patient. Facilities were clean. First time experience was quick. Would highly recommend.

It was an easy to understand process, and I felt safe the whole time. The only thing I really didn't like was that the lady who helped me get set up for my first donation said my whole social security number loud enough for the people waiting around us to hear..

Mia is the best worker there she's cool sweet and caring and nice

They won't let you donate if you have been diagnosed with ptsd and yes I know it's highly illegal for them to do that these corporations don't care

Very friendly staff! Only thing that bothers is me is when you schedule an appointment, you rarely get in at your scheduled slot. You still have to wait in line! Ex: my last appointment was at 2:40 pm but I didn't start my plasma donation until almost 3:50pm. I didn't leave till 4:45pm. Not a huge deal but just something to consider if you're in a rush. Great staff, they make you feel comfortable, and they're all very knowledgeable!

The staff is always friendly and professional. They really seem to care about not only their jobs, but about the people donating. I'm relatively new to this donating thing and when I have any questions they are always answered no matter how busy they are. ????

All I have to say is now I know why they ask if you had PTSD since your last visit. This was my first time ever going to donate plasma, and for the most part, it was a bad experience multiple visits did not end well left my arms hurting and feeling damaged and I was told first four visits $100. And then the next four visits would be 80 but on my sixth visit I received only $40 and they have not reached back out to me

Great knowledgeable staff! They never make me worry and I have only had good experiences with this place and what they do for others.

I was told I was permanently deferred because I donated at another center the week before. I thought I has waited long enough to donate at your center. Your supervisor told me that the system did not flag me which was by mistake and I was still able to donate on my first donation but on my second donation I was told that I was deferred because of it. That's not my fault at all.

Ben, Magdalena and Shana took good care of me and position my arm in a way that I get 902 ML pushed in 12 tugs. I like Shanas heart shaped glasses and the music is great. No complaints here.

BioLife is a quick process in the morning. Never any issues which is why I come early in the morning. After 10 gets pretty busy. The staff here for the most part is very friendly! I have come across a few people who were rude as far as staff go but when I get here in the mornings Dionne, who checks in customers is phenomenal. She is always friendly and always asks how I'm doing. Such an easy process. And the other person who sticks out to me is Lashele. She always greats me with a good morning sweetheart a

Phlebotomist Rose is on point. She definitely is a keeper..know the intricates of circulatory system making her top notch. Keep up the good work girl.

I've donated once, yesterday. I'm trying to get the $800 for the first month but the email I received before my 1st appt says $700. For the past 3 days the biolife website just recycles and it will not let me log in. It won't stay still long enough for me to log in, these are questionable things that the business has to be aware of. Please advise. Edit: I donated Sunday July 28th and the phlebotomists constantly push loud buttons on the machine and no one noticed my saline bag had a kink in it. I never rec

Had a great experience with Ms. Brandy (with a Y) ?? here in Louisiana. Displayed excellent customer service. She was very professional and amazing at what she does.

First time donating and I had a great experience everyone in the facility always puts my experience and health at the forefront. Brandy did an awesome job taking care of everyone in her area she is very informative and caring. I hope to see her again.

Well, I have to say I don't think I will ever go back. My first experience was a joke. While multiple people ahead of my wife and me, who already checked in were allowed to leave and walk back in for their appointment, I wasn't allowed the same. I didn't get the employee's name but she shouldn't be in customer service at all. My wife forgot her wallet in our truck and asked me to go grab it. The employee then informed my wife, and I quote. "Well, he just lost his appointment". This after arriving on time fo

They don't ever want to answer their phone we have laft voicemails after voicemail

it would be nice to request a phlebotomist that we know will stick properly the reason for this I am tired of them thinking its ok to shove the entire needle up the vein because you think you can rather we have scare tissue or not, its not ok that's how vein problems begins in the first place. and if they fill that they cant stick you properly why not ask someone that can. or allow us to choose. another thing if our protein or iron is boulder line why not tell us so that we can work on it before our next do

!!!! BEWARE DONT DONT DONATE HERE !!!!! I was a returning Donator and I been here for two years just haven't been in a while so I was Considered a new donor and I was trying to tell them that I already should be in the system and I was goin back and forward with a rude and Prejudice Manager that was hateful and didn't want to me to donate she a Manager that does the Physical she let me donate the first time then when I came back the 2nd Donation they kept says I cant donate until I either bring a social c

Way under staffed!! Only one associate and the nurse/doctor who are responsible for taking vitals, processing new donors/physicals. CSL is way quicker and pay is about the same. Only a couple of associates setting up machines and sticking doners. What's the point of making a appointment?

I've gone 5 times since the first 8 times pays well. The first 3 experiences were pretty uneventful. Visit 4 the person screwed up the IV in my right arm causing it to bleed pretty good. The rest of it wasn't too bad. Time 5 was a whole other thing. I had them do my left arm since my right was so messed up and the first few minutes went okay to pull the blood out. When it came time for the first return cycle it was having pressure issues. The techs came over and did a few things to try and resolve it. The f

Only come here if you have 5+ hours, and no, I don't mean for a first donation with physical. They run a $900/month promotion, but they never have any staff. One person to do finger pokes? Then they turned away about 50 people with appointments. You wait in a bed 15+ minutes before you're even hooked up. Then they're in no hurry, ever. The two girls stood and gossiped for over 10 minutes, yes I could hear, yes I timed it with the other 50 or so people waiting, and no, it wasn't in any way work related. They

2/29/24 The staff is really friendly there, and the place is really clean. Managed very differently then CSL, but in a good way. I think this will be the new "plaze home". The cons however would be that they don't honor coupons, had one that was to be 800.00 for 1st 8 donations, and bc it took a while to get in on an appt the promo had changed. However, to get the 800.00 coupon they are aware I set up my profile and was ready to donate and I was only a couple days out bc the schedule was full. The other thi

Great way to give back ,great place to do it. Staff is wonderful and I enjoy going. ????

This is the best in town! Tried all the other's..no comparison!????

Lousy. I got there with an appointment and there were 20 people standing in line to get there blood pressure checked and 20 more people standing line get into a chair and only three phlebotomist. It would have taken hours. Since I had already answered my questions I couldn't even donate if I left. But i just couldn't see standing in line for hours just to get seated. Ridiculous

Managers and nurses are very ineffective here. They have very little staff working the floor while management twiddling their thumbs. Put a lab coat on glove up and clear the line. This shouldn't take 2 hours before your even stuck!

While i have not been to any other locations, I can definitely say this location is great and would highly recommend! The process is quick and easy (as long as you hydrate plenty) and everyone is super friendly! On multiple occasions Dionne has helped me with the check in process and she is always very professional, in a great mood and ready to go! Dionne always makes sure to check up on you and really make you feel comfortable when you come in, It's really helpful seeing a friendly face upon walking in su

Brandy did a great job as my phlebotomist and Jaycee was fast and efficient with the ?disconnecting? process.

Brandy is the best she make donating feel way more comfortable

This place is great. Not only are you helping people, getting paid and you get to see the nice staff! They are always very lively and they care. A big shout out to Taylor, Lydia, Simone, Becky, Holly, Kourtney, Brandy, Devin and the girl had today and I can't remember her name darn it! Love them! Oh and not to forget the handsome nurse Mr. Jordan and Ben! ??y?all rock! Thanks for what you do.

I have just recently started donating and the BioLife center is very clean and professional. The staff is exceptional at what they do and I just want to give recognition to Brandy C. she is always so caring to her donors and she listens to their needs. Always a pleasure to have her taking care of you.

I'm gonna give this place 1 Star to start, I liked the whole process of setting an appointment so you're not waiting forever. My appointment was for 8:15, I arrived at 8:05, I didn't get called until 8:30, There ended up being an IT issue, my name was in the system from the old center is what the lady said. They took my info and said they would have to send it to IT before they could add me in the system. So I wasted approx an hour of my time and wasn't able to donate. Depending on how they handle this from

Depending on who Is working depends on how you get treated some of the staff is nice and they actually do care but others have an attitude and act like they don't want to be at work and when they stick you some of them needs to be retrained because they have no care when they stick you but then got stuck others and be as careful as can be the wish washy attitudes and being lazy makes me sometimes not want to come back because I feel like some of them pick and choose who to be gentle with
