BioLife Plasma Services Orlando, FL

BioLife Plasma Services Orlando, FL

Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed experience with notable polarization in ratings. Many praise the friendly, efficient staff and clean facilities, particularly highlighting quick service and professional care during donations. However, frequent complaints cite long wait times, inconsistent staff attentiveness, and poor communication, with some alleging unprofessional behavior or racial bias. Understaffing appears to be a recurring issue, leading to delays and frustration. While some donors report excellent first-time experiences, others express dissatisfaction with procedural errors, hygiene concerns, or perceived neglect, especially during peak hours. The center's performance seems highly dependent on timing and individual staff interactions.

Customer Reviews

I have had great experiences with BioLife in Casselberry but when I when I went to Goodhomes location one manager named Katelin was very rude and I told her to be careful with how she sticks me. She took liberties and stuck me wrong and caused a hematoma and bruising on me. Never apologized and left. I was nice about everything and when I came back a week later she took further liberties and deferred me. This lady doesn't deserve to be in the position she is. I don't know if she is discriminating against me

The experience was really easy. All the employees were very helpful and attentive. The location was very well maintained and clean. Dylan and Jona Lee were very knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly and when the machine beeped, they would come by and check on me and tell me what it would mean. Ruth was also very helpful in the front. She checked me in and it was a quick process because of how efficient she was. She was very helpful and kind. Even the medical check was very well handled. Overa

I liked it, but the first appointment took a long time ?? the place was extremely cold due to the air conditioning? I think it should be faster, so as not to discourage donors

Most of the times I donated everything went well. Last time I did the guy who set me up was paying attention to everything around him but not focusing on what he was doing when about the stick a needle in my arm. I had lots of pain in my arm for 3 weeks, swollen, and bruised. Was a pain to work at my job. Will not be returning to this location.

Overall the staff at the Good Homes facility is awesome and welcoming at times some can be a little on the slow to the task with the exception of Ryan most notably. Ryan not only promptly sees to his duties, he also builds rapport with ALL clients and makes the process and visit pain free ?? and bruise free. They need more people like him on their roster

I started going to the Good Homes Road donation center specifically because I was very familiar with the area and have family nearby. I continue to go to this center because it's a very nice donation center. Lines can get a little long towards the end of the day, but are usually quite short any other time. (To be expected, most jobs end at around 5pm, so naturally crowds will be higher then.) The staff is always kind, personable, and willing to help donors if they have any concerns. It takes a lot to make

Kevin and Candace were amazing ! It was my first time donating and they explained everything perfectly and were so nice . I had so many questions and they were very patient with me, caring, and understanding. Candice was so attentive considering it was my first donation, but I honestly just think that's how she is as a person! Kevin was very honest with any questions I had and didn't sugar coat anything, I love that! I schedule my appointments in the evening just so I can see them.

I would?ve given this place five stars had it not been for the level of avoidance coming from the tech Plus their policy where if something goes wrong with one arm instead of them, disconnecting you from the machine banding you up and letting you go home they just want to insert the needle into your other arm. Which I find to be odd, considering the fact that other plasma centers will just bandage you up and let you go home for the day. It seems like they're more concerned about getting the something else t

This was my first time at a BioLife Plasma center and I went there which is a bit out of my way because the reviews for it were stellar. The reviews did not lie. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everyone I encountered on staff in a direct manner was kind and professional. I think the phlebotomist who tended to me is named (Vanessa) and she was very sweet and had an overall cheerful demeanor to herself. Even being injected when placing the needle into my arm was with very little pain wh

To anyone looking for a place to donate plasma, whether you're a new or returning donor, look no further! This center is THE BEST! They've got the entire process down to a science, and they're very good at what they do. Alex, and the rest of the staff are professional, friendly, and they genuinely make you feel welcome and glad you decided to make an appointment with them. Best part, they know your time is valuable, and respect this by getting you out in no time at all! Finally, if there's an issue, their c

This place has very disgusting low down people with nothing to live for. The staff consistently treat people as if they're better than them or as if they have something better to do even though this is their job, when people simply are just coming to donate. They need to train their staff on how to provide services correctly and efficiently as well as knowing customer service, because it's very evident that they don't know how.

Once again, a great experience. Tara did a fantastic job with the needle. It was painless and fast and she did a great job keeping me distracted. Makes helping others alittle easier, when the experience is actually fun. ??????

The staff is friendly and work well together , the process is quick , I have had to wait on any sort of waiting area to be placed on a chair and was seen to quickly once I was in one . The process goes smoothly , I highly recommend you go with BioLife if you choose to donate and help others that really need it . We all have a healing gift within us , why not share it with those that seriously need our help . Just a thought ??

When you donate regularly like I do (2X/week), you start to get to know the staff, even if not by name. I have yet to see anyone in a bad mood or treat anyone, co-workers and donors alike, with anything less than the utmost kindness and respect. The Orlando center where I donate has such a positive energy about it that I wish I could donate more often, just so I could be around the staff! Also, their skill and professionalism are second to none. When you consider the good you are doing and the treatment

Staff is not friendly and never smiles. It's like their mad that you're there giving them something to do. The bathrooms are disgusting. Poop on toilet and piss on floors. The floors are stained with black marks bc they don't mop, ever. The entrance doors are so heavy a grown man has to pull with all his might. N the best part, the handicap buttons to open doors DON'T WORK. So, it's like handicap ppl are not welcome there.

I'm a bit hesitant to come back. The intake process at this center was quick and efficient, thanks to the friendly and clear nurse, Keith. However, during my donation, there seemed to be some confusion with the machines and setup, causing me to wait for over ten minutes. It's possible that race played a role in this experience, which makes me feel uncomfortable. While I am grateful for the opportunity to donate, I may consider other donation centers in the future. Not to mention my appointment was at 2:42pm

Very incompetent staff. Their machine broke. And they told me to come next day. They play with their rules when is convenient cause they know you want the money.Don't thinking or caring about people's time.

I experience awesome service every time at the Good Homes Rd location but today one person in two departments stood out over and above service 7* service. 1: While getting my physical scheduled and conducted ALEX was fantastic helpful and explained the entire process well. 2: While Donating IVEY took care of me, this chap is always well dressed, clean cut and great bedside manners, he TC of me from start to finish and was the fastest I have ever been done with donation in a year. Thanks to these two amazi

The staff is very nice just not clean they definitely are not educated on the exposure they put others at risk for. The people in the front that check your vitals never change there gloves they will draw blood from patient over an over again with out changing gloves , this is the first donation center I have ever see that at your suppose to change after each patient since your exposing blood same with the people in the back they will stick someone an go to the next client with the same gloves an then catch

I've been coming here for a month and Jesica the center supervisor is AMAZING! She is by far the quickest & nicest. Usually when you sit down you have to wait 15-20 minutes to be injected, nope she came and attended to everyone immediately by herself & usually when your finish you have to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and let you go but nope she came and took care of everything before the machine made the noise. If I can request Jesica again I would! ??

The people that work there are very good and work very hard. They are grateful for the donors and always thank them for coming in. The only issue is that on a week day it takes 2.5 to 3 hours to get in and out. I'm not sure if I can continue twice per week. I work all day and get up at 4am. Being there at 5pm and not leaving until 8pm by the time I get home and to bed I'm exhausted. As a manager it appears that you are booking too many people for the help that you have. Thanks for taking the time to ask fo

My boyfriend came here twice and both times they made his arm swell up bad and wasn't putting the blood back into his arm properly. Both of his arms are extremely bruised. I called to speak with a manager but no one ever picks up. If these people are trained to take plasma and blood they need to be retrained and also have better bedside manners. I will be speaking with a lawyer about this

From the moment I walked in everyone was very kind and answered all my questions, I forgot his name but the guy who did my physical was very sweet and helpful . It was my very first time donating so I was very anxious but they made me feel very comfortable .

Very disconnected with people who don't look like them. I would definitely say there's prejudice views floating around the center. They will let you stand in the deont with no instructions or where to go where to sit , workers will walk right by you, there's no immediate help for the donors who are sent to donate after vitals. I want management to speak with their employees about making donors more comfortable to come and donate without feeling like their being neglected over other ethnicities. God is love

Very friendly and professional. I was very cold and Candace gave me a lab coat to cover myself, nice gesture. I hope to continue donating. I love helping people and donating plasma is the least I can do.

Everytime I go to this location is an issue with me donating. I just donated on Sunday no issues and I had an appointment today to donate and got rejected by this location they made me waste my time and gas going there. I went elsewhere and was serviced no issues needless to say I will not be donating with bio life at good homes rd any longer.

Very friendly clean and very nice staff I've been giving now 5 yrs 3 yrs in McDonald's Ga. We're you walk in for appointment get on computer : then straight to vitals then guess what straight to a open chair every single time you visit bio lab. Here at Osceola this will be my last donations this month this location SUCK.. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 10:40 AM AND IM STILL BACK 19 PEOPLE. TO SEE VITALS WTH. NO HAPPY AT THIS FACILITY ANS THE CATTLE Crawling. SORRY NO Offense BIO LAB NEEDS TO DOUBLE STAFF AND BUILDING..

I normally don't have many issues. Today when I came for my visit I always remind the staff of my severe allergies to Band-Aids. The lady named Stephanie Got very aggressive with me and demanded that I took a Band-Aid. I kindly reminded her that I'm highly allergic and I cannot take one and she got a bad attitude. If I have to experience this every time I donate I won't donate ever again.. I have been doing donations for over ten years when my grandpa needed plasma so the workers should be kind. Some of us

Glad I came back I will admit my veins are weird but the phlebotomist know what they are doing and I'm 100 confident in anyone sticking me with no issues. Two different people no issues Good Homes rd keep up good work.

I noticed that the employees do not change their gloves after cleaning counter tops or in between taking blood samples by poking patients leaving room for cross contamination blood contamination and desease transfers also Taking a long time to disconnect donors after the donation is complete. & Cleanliness in bathrooms was not up to par

Donating can be an enjoyable experience but this location is terrible. Staff has terrible attitudes, probably because they're not properly trained so it becomes stressful and all in all not a good experience for anyone. This latest experience the boy at the front was terribly rude and aggressive with me. ??

This lady who is of Hispanic race has been standing in line for about an 1hr chatting her head off. Every worker has walked up past and said NOTHING!! I and another was told to get off the phone before we could even start an entire conversation. Im not sure what the other donor reason was but my husband just wanted to know if i made it in and the lady at front literally tapped me so fast to put it away. I don't want to say prejudice but idk its like they only allow certain people to do certain things. BioLi

Good evening On 01/13/2025 was the worst day of my life at BioLife on good homes road. I was antagonize by not only one but two assistant mangers. For one of the mangers to apologize for his actions and then turn around to another donor to talk trash about me. My fianc? was with me and heard everything he said. I went to the front desk to report this incident. I ask to speak to a head manger , which no one but assistant manners was there at the time. I spoke to a young lady which she told me to go to the we

My first experience at BioLife Plasma Services was pleasant. I am giving them a high rating off of my first experience. The staff was friendly, pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. They got me in and out in no time. I'm glad for good first impression and a pleasant first experience. Hopefully, the same pleasant experience continues so I don't regret giving them this high rating.

I went to my fourth donation. I left the center with pain in my arm on a Thursday. On Friday I had a bruise, on Saturday I went to the center they obviously didn't let me donate and they sent me to a doctor and he told me to apply cold and hot compresses nothing else just that not even an apology compensation for the damage suffered nothing to me He said come on Sunday if you don't have anything on Sunday my arm got worse the bruise is part of my arm and how annoying. I think they have to be a little more h

I was excited to receive up to $750 my first month- who wouldn't be? However the 2nd appointment I had on goldenrod, the woman stuck the needle in the wrong spot, so I've had this HUGE bruise for a week and a half so far. On top of that, when my donation was over, I had to sit in the chair for an extra 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to release me. They released everyone in my area and I wasn't the last one to sit there, so it felt like they purposely avoided me because they knew they made a mistake on my

Porchia was amazing very quick and very knowledgeable. Help me get through the process of donating in the screening. She let me know everything that I needed to know about The donating process-very nice ?? Great customer service ?.

I'm beyond disappointed in this place. I had been donating plasma for over a year at this center and though the staff wasn't always the quickest, they were friendly. Until one day, they sent me to a chair with an employee that clearly had zero training. As soon as she inserted the needle in my arm, it was as if I had zero blood flow and by the time that someone came (not to ask if I was okay but simply to poke my other arm) my right arm was already bruising. The manager?s response? A simple hematoma workshe

The staff is very friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment. However, despite scheduling an appointment, the wait time often exceeds two hours, followed by approximately 40 minutes for the donation process. Overall, donors should expect to spend about three hours for the entire visit.

I was very well received by the receptionist and then the entire team, the place was clean and organized. Everyone served me with great attention and care.

I've been debating for 2 days now if I should leave a review and if I could leave a -10 stars, I would. I visited this BioLife location on Saturday, May 18, 2024. I had a first-time donor appointment at 9:15 a.m. ET. I was in this facility until 12:30 p.m. My traumatic experience at this location is too lengthy to explain, however, I not only completed a plasma donation; but I went unconscious, vomited, broke out into a sweat and had to an IV placed in my other arm just for fluids. The tech blew my veins o

I had a good experience everyone was so nice , professional and informative throughout the whole process.

I went in for my first new donor appointment today. It did take a while to get through the vitals, then questionnaire, then physical before actually donating. But that's understandably just part of the initial process. Every single staff member I came into contact with today was wonderful. They were all very kinda and respectful and all made jokes and actually spoke to me. I don't remember everyone?s name unfortunately. The woman who helped me at the front desk- wonderful. The guy who took my vitals- wonder

Overall wait times are absolutely INSANE at this location. I understand being short staffed and call outs and other unfortunate events that happen to cause short staffed issues but it seems like it's an every single time I go problem and that nothings being done. I was offered a card for $20 extra on my next 2 donations if I left instead of donating because it was busy not that I wanted to but wait was so long I took it then came back the next day just for them to offer the same exact thing AGAIN I asked if

The employee talk to much the music is ro loud and I wait ones I was done because they are having a great time talking so much no putting attention to what they have to and in top of that they did not process my payment until the following day

The Staff here just looks at you when ever you are finished and even if you're first they do everything else except help you when your either ready to start or finished right now it 10:33am i was finished 10 mins ago and was sitting waiting to get my needle taken out and wrapped and they have very very poor attitude especially in the front at the vitals station.

This is the worst place I've ever been to, customer service sucks and they have the most unnecessary rules of any donation center I have ever been to donated with them once and I will never donate a second time if this is where I'm supposed to go to see someone?s life I would rather everyone not depend on me. I hate this place with a passion if I could give zero stars or -5 stars I would give those instead, but they would have to settle for a one star for now.

If you're a Veteran with PTSD don't bother you will be denied. If you are a civilian and you have suffered any type of trauma. You need to be aware that the drugs they use can make your PTSD even worse.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we met, Kevin made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. His expertise and professionalism truly stood out, and it was clear he was amazing at what he does. Kevin took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for top-notch service and a wonderful experience. As I previously had a bad experience do

It's been 2 hours and I just got through the screening process and I still have to wait for the actual donation with 20 people waiting. Location is severely understaffed it is not even using half of their machines on the donation floor, fact they have 4 areas that are being used as storage and one area that could be used but understaffed. After given a promotion code that I was emailed to use at any location this biolife location does not Except that code. Even though in the fine print it says it has to be

This was my first time donating since 2016. I was a little nervous and the initial visit does take some time between set up, vitals, questionnaires, physical and donating, but it's worth it because your second visit is quicker by a long shot. Starting with the team at the front, they're such a great team to work with, and they make you feel super comfortable while asking you all of the questions and making sure you're eligible to donate. Kudos to Ivy, Tori and Ana! When it comes to donating, it's important

Poor service. If you want to get a $60 and stay stand per 5 hours it is the best place. They do not respect the donnors as like they are making a favor for you!

Been coming for almost 2 years the staff in the morning although are understaff are very efficient in there process as well as kind. My complaint comes from the staff in the afternoon. Had an appoint at 1:30pm and was seated at 3:50 I wasn't even acknowledged for an hour and up and left. The staff were having conversations with each other and setting up machines even taking some people off . While me and others sat there. I left and won't be taking any appointments in the afternoon anymore

Melinda the nurse was very helpful, professional and fun to talk with. Everyone here is positive and nice!

If you want your arm messed up and bruised for 2+ weeks come here. Only a few people are actually careful and know how to stick. Once you're done waiting for an hour or longer to get started for the donation and you're finally done they stay talking about what they did this weekend while you sit and wait with a needle in your arm. DO NOT COME HERE !!

I would donate more if the process from walking into the door to complete a donation with an appointment didn't take 3-4 hours. The time commitment alone makes me not go. Just one person at the stations. Literally a company that is lucky people don't have money. That is the only thing keeping people here. I literally was in the building and walked out. The company is ?trying?? to save live while you feel like herded cattle.

I've been a donor for over a year now. I've always donated at this unit and the staff is really nice. Jessica, Ketelyn, Patrick, Aron and Ryan are the best! They're the ones who always get the vein right the first time and are always kind. There are others whose names don't come to mind right now but who are really nice too... but there's a nurse named Jenifer who's always in a bad mood and treats people super aggressively. It's not the first time she's done this to me and I've seen her do it to other donor

Imagine you going to make a donation... when you arrive at the place, they will make you wait for more than an hour, then, they will come to you and say: "sorry, we cannot receive your donation, come back another day". That's exactly what they're doing. I don't recommend this to anyone. It is disrespectful and inhumane. This is not done by Biolife. Additional information is that appointments do not work. Too much delay in service. Long waiting lines. If the appointment is at the last minute, they won't ans

This establishment is a little bit on the prejudice side. They only let certain color of people chat on the phone but telling other people of darkertones they cannot speak on the phone. My LAST DAY .The tall employee with the baldhead is rude and likes to ignore certain donors . I waited almost 35mins while he walked back and forth plugging up and unplugging other donors, like he didn't see me at all just completely ignored me. Acted like he didn't see me come and sit down. Very awkward and uncomfortable s

Terrible experience! First off there was no one at the front to handle check ins. Second there was no clear communication as to what to do. Went to have my physical done & there was no hospital paper on the bed to lay on ( disgustinggggg) Place was filthy. UNSaNITIZED! . to finish my exp. the tech named Jerson was rude, unprofessional & had a hate face. If you are so unhappy just quit!

Expect closer to 2 hours even in the morning, but staff is always pretty prompt and haven't had issues with safety, sticking or waiting overly long. Everyone seems to be busy with other customers which is why the wait is long, but I don't mind. Would recommend this site and to come as early as possible to get out faster!

I recently noticed that the plasma donation center has replaced the IV saline replacement with an electrolyte drink, which is neither efficient nor effective compared to the IV option. I wanted to choose the IV saline replacement, but the staff informed me that if I declined the drink option, I would not be allowed to donate. They provide a text explaining the new procedure, but if you disagree, you cannot donate?! The IV option should remain available for those who need it due to medical history and for d

The staff needs to stop worrying about the radio station and concentrate on their job. The staff talks negatively about their hours in front of donors. My last time I donated 2 of the women doing your I take vitals were concerned with talking to each other instead of engaging the donor in front of them. The staff needs a professionalism update

I have been donating here for almost 1 year, trying my best to make it 2x's a week. Through covid & all the busy times, the staff is always so pleasant & helpful. You can tell when they are short staffed but they are always friendly & helpful.

If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. This was my first and last time going to this place. I arrived for my appointment, and gave them my ID. They asked for my social security card, but I don't have it with me physically (because who in today?s world carries their social security card around with them). So I tried every which way I could to prove my social security number, but they told me that pictures didn't work? I also tried work documents, but they only have the last 4 of my number. However, th

This center has no respect for its donors has no respect for donors time and no respect for people in general. If you call to ask a question or clarify something before an appointment, you will never be able to get a hold of somebody. They do not answer phone calls, and if they do return your call, it will probably be one or two business days later and your question will no longer be relevant. Today I was sent back after driving 30 minutes to this location because my children were in the waiting room now I

The people here are great and very attentive they make sure they get everything done right and if you need help they help you Dylan today was great he answered all my questions and explain things to me so it was easier to understand dealing in a couple of the others are the reason why I keep coming back to this particular donation place and I look forward to seeing all of you guys again

Overall, my experience at the 867 Good Homes center has been very positive. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and the environment is well-organized and clean. So far, I've had more contact with Remi, who is extremely professional and attentive. I would like to know everyone?s names to thank them for their kindness and care :)

I gave two stars not because of the employees (they are great) but the length of time you're there. It takes me all of 20 minutes to actually donate but you're there more than two hours because they are so backed up. They have 5 stations to do the pre check but never more than two doing it. They always have two donation areas closed. Why set appointments 10 minutes apart if that's clearly such an unrealistic time frame? If you donate don't believe the 30 minute nonsense. Plan on a minimum of 2 hours. Last S

Everyone at this center is always pleasant and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here.

I mean come on hematoma is clearly stated on the risks you take that they state on the website also when I did get one the staff were swift and kind to help me out though the initial nurse was cranky but not disrespectful overall the people are nice and the experience was good but just curb your expectations these people are understaffed but they work hard overall Im definitely going back.

Great place and people but you could afford to pay us more to donate. I don't mind donating but $40? Y?all sell these bottles for over a thousand dollars a piece, you could afford to give people $100 for every donation. More people would be willing to donate. $40 doesn't do very much anymore since everything has gone up in price. Pay us better. Update: It always takes forever, today 9/28 my appt was at 10:35, it's now 11:55 and I'm still sitting in this bed waiting!!! They need to come up with a better pl

Wednesday afternoons are extra long, staff is usually slow & unorganized. On July 31 I waited for vitals for 10 min not too bad, waited for a chair for 5 min which was great, but then I sat in the chair for 1 hour until I was stuck. Person next to me waited 40 min until she was stuck I was the only person in section literally just me and her but I then waited 20 more mins until I was stuck & section was filled with people. Then during my donation my machine kept stopping multiple times & had to be readjuste

Taking too long on the line and also. We don't have siting the chair waiting on line . We have tired on their feet.

My experience was great thanks to Sarah she was so nice to me and treated me with respect and kindness people like her make the experience of donating plasma great thank you Sarah

Definitely not good, in fact, from bad to worse. I know it's hard to believe since I just filed a complaint not long ago and here I am again but I really take zero gratification in complaining. The first couple of donations after my last complaint things were better, but then slowly but surely the wheels started to fall off to where the donation time started getting longer and longer and sure enough they started averaging close to 3 hours again. As I mentioned last time I have a job and between home and wor

My entire experience was not even close to good. My appointment was at 2:15, I showed up at 2:00. I sat in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes only to find out I was called out of order and should have been called earlier. I waited 30-40 minutes past my appointment time to be checked in. The employees seemed to be very uninterested in giving me their attention as they talked to me and wouldn't even look me in the eye. They talked very fast quiet, and I had to say excuse me multiple times because I couldn't h

Sunday morning, they open at 8am. Got here at 9am. Line for screaning is hour wait. Then line for chair is another hour waiting, if not longer. Why the hell do they book so many appointments with not nearly enough staff to accommodate us? For the big wigs at biolife, quit being so greedy and schedule enough staff to open all the chairs. More then half the chairs are empty right now.

Priscilla was completely unprofessional they're was 4 people ahead of me that was already sitting on the bed but she was too busy talking to her fellow coworkers about previous people that came in and fell and hit their head and blood was everywhere rather then setting us up so we can be on our way. I don't think that's something a worker should be saying in front of other people waiting to give blood. Shouldn't be waiting for 45 minutes after I was already on a bed

I would put a zero they suck very rude unprofessional. They don't give you red blood cells back then they want to defer you for eight weeks. When is their fault there was a slice in my line. They didn't give me my blood cells back and then they blamed it on me. They are the worst I have ever been to and I have been in plasma since plasma ever started. They need to close down Four people in a row same thing they're going to hurt somebody. I was also almost done. Small Spanish lady is very rude. I believe she

Check-in went well. Finger stick and vitals check went well. Physical went well believe it was with Kevin. Conversation with management went well, believe it was with Dylan. Everyone up into then was very pleasant and polite. But that's where it ends. After being given the option of where I could sit in an area that had empty seats, in an effort to provide comfort, I was refused to able to sit there. The tech kept repeating its okay, which made me uncomfortable. I'm a hard stick. Maybe she noticed this beca

Due to my work travel I've used 3 different locations. Every BioLife has incredible staff. They are friendly, patient & caring. I highly recommend BioLife for plasma donation. Sometimes the wait is long, but on average in done within 70-90 minutes. Just about the same as giving blood.

This place sux, unprofessional & Rude black female employee that is consistently prejudice against white patients & after 4 years she deferred me by lying about my protein test but refused to show me the results on the machine, my protein has never been below 7.3 but she rudely refused to retest me & I saw her hand enter an incorrect result to turn me away because I asked her to repeat herself..she was mumbling & showed evident lack of respect not speaking clearly to me or to my face. Found out from other

Making sure that anyone that is sticking anyone for donation is properly trained and is confident and what they're doing because of a person on the floor that stuck me the wrong way it caused me to bruise because it had to be readjusted several times I never had this issue before at any other plasma donating center but always seem to have issues at biolife. I've been donating for several years and this location is the only one that always gives me trouble with donating and my veins never had issues until co

Maybe I should?ve read the reviews before becoming a donor at this location. But my experience was unpleasant and it's leaving me a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived to my appointment with excitement to become a donor again. It's been years. It seems as I had been judged as soon as I walked in. The lady at the reception was pretty okay, great tone and attitude very informative and awesome. Pretty lady blue eyes, blonde hair, nice makeup. She was working hard to get everyone going. I get to the point in the p

Ryan took very well care of me, barely felt the needle & was a very fast process.

I have been to other donating centers and this one has been the best! Very professional, clean, moves quickly, attentive and organized.

My husband and I had a scheduled appointment. Arrived at the counter and I could see the place was busy. So many people waiting in line for stations. Immediately we're asked if we ate something which we did. Told her what we ate and she walks to the back. I knew right then she was going to come back with some excuse or another as to why we need to reschedule. Sure enough, she said we didn't "eat protein". Completely wasted our time. Had to nerve to ask if we'd like to reschedule. NO THANKS!!!
