Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed experience. Many praise the kind, professional staff and smooth donation process, particularly noting excellent care during first-time or nervous donations. However, frequent complaints highlight long wait times due to understaffing, inconsistent appointment systems, and occasional unprofessional behavior from management or phlebotomists. Some report painful or botched needle insertions, while others appreciate skilled technicians. Compensation and scheduling issues frustrate donors, though friendly staff and cleanliness are consistently commended in positive reviews. Negative experiences often cite poor organization and unmet promises.

One nurse she's an older lady she was so sweet and kind. BUT the lady who injected the needle to donate she stabbed me three times and left me a bruise. It felt very uncomfortable. She would reposition it but it didn't help until finally she pulled it out. Then she stabbed me on my other arm and said if I left I wouldn't be paid for anything. I was there for 4 hours. I felt obligated to stay even though I was in pain. Go to the other location. This one sucks. The wait time is also awful!!! Be ready to be he

It's been a year since I last donated so I was bit worried coming back. But overall my experience was great. Travis did an amazing job when it came to poking me with the needle. It was by far one of the smoothest venipuncture.

Had my first appointment. Everything was good until the actual donation. The phlebotomist seemed inexperienced and was complaining to the other phlebotomist of being tired. She attempted to stick me, then tried to reposition to the left, and then repositioned again. Then she said the blood flow was too weak and she had to try the other arm. When she took the needle out blood started gushing - and I mean GUSHING everywhere. It was gushing onto the armrest, the bed, the floor, and down my arm. She seemed to i

95% of the staff is great, wait time can suck? they over book their availability and understaff their sections, reel you in with $100 per donation and then drop you to $40, giving you less and less each week. IV saline is kept in the cold and is legit painful while going in. A few small adjustments on the business side could make this way better on the behalf of the person donating.

I used to go here a lot as they used to have a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and it was quick paced. I waited an hr because staff refused to screen me. I came in at 1145 for a physical and donation, after getting the run around and after doing the questions I was told to wait until I could verify my address (after i had already gotten called back for the damn physical amd verified my address on the questionnaire.) After an hour of waiting and them helping walk in tweekers. I ask whats up I got told my a

Staff is pleasant even though they operate short staffed consistently. Expect to wait 45 minutes to start the process due to lack of staffing required to meet the needs of their customers. The administrative staff acts as if they couldn't be bothered with any concerns or inconvenience they cause you. In the event you try to reach them by phone you should expect them to answer and not go to voicemail one out of fifty attempts. That's not an exaggeration whatsoever. With the current compensation rates and tak

I've donated at Biomat in Kennewick, and I was very impressed with how clean this facility was, compared to Biomat. I appreciated how professional and kind the employees were. Also, my first appointment went a lot smoother and faster here than at Biomat. I hardly had to wait at all, it was a very smooth flowing process. The name of the person that checked me in and helped with my new donor process was Alpha, and they were very kind and reassuring. My appointment was at 3:30 but I hadn't eaten since 12:00, s

This center is extremely slow. This is the third time I come with an appointment and Im stuck waiting over an hour and a half to even get poked. Will never be coming back to this location even though the staff is friendly the wait is ridiculous.

Second time in a row I've been unable to donate. First time, I confirmed my appointment and woke up at 5:30am to get ready for work, donate right before work at 9am.. couldn't do it because the system didn't have me in the schedule... they couldn't do anything about it.. Second time, my appointment was at 6:25. I scanned to start the questionnaire at 6:34pm as it showed on the computer... turns out... if I would've walked 30 seconds faster from my car, or not held the door for someone entering behind me...

11/26/24 Again this place is full of it!!! I wanted to finish out my promotion but I couldn't. I can't stand them and their management sucks!! I told them the Hispanic manager told me I could complete my promotion, this manager tried to tell me I don't remember who I talked to, when I told him it was the Hispanic supervisor and he said " that was me, I'm the only Hispanic supervisor" then tried to get cute with me by getting smart!!! If you promise for me to finish a promotion because of testing not being c

My fiance has been donating here since August, and the Dr ( I'm unsure of her name or I would put it here ) is always extremely rude to my fiance. Just tonight she raised her voice at my fiance and another poor lady who was waiting to be seen by the Dr. Very rude, and she is rude to me at times as well while I'm waiting for my fiance to be done in the chairs, she acts like I'm committing a crime by just sitting there in the waiting room. I was going to consider donating here myself, but after seeing how the

The wait is so, so incredibly bad. Why have the option to make an appointment when there is obviously not enough staff to meet the demand?

Agnes, Brandon are amazing. I always get treated great when I come in.. honestly it's more like my bio life family, I love all the staff here amd thankful and blessed by everyone here..

How to amazing experience with Zach very kind and friendly? And a great poker would recommended him 10 out of 10 But I love all the staff here they're all amazing.

This was just my first time donating here but it was a great experience. All of the staff were very kind and made the atmosphere pleasant to be in. I felt like I was valued. And I really enjoyed myself. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing so that made me feel good. Definitely would recommend this place.

Last Saturday was the 1st time in over 10 years that I've donated plasma. I had a bad experience & was very nervous. The Pasco team made everything reassuring and made sure I was ok after donating. This time, towards the end, I had a little bit of lightheadedness come on, not bad, but I mentioned it & they staff & nurse took really good care of me & got me electrolytes & snacks. They made sure I was ok with vitals before leaving. Thank you all for looking out for my safety! Very much appreciated!
