Wonderful Experience. This was my first time donating plasma so I was a little nervous. All the staff were incredibly friendly, respectful and answered all my questions. The health screening took a little over an hour. The nurse screening with Joey was very informative and he made sure that I had prepared for the donation by eating a high protein breakfast that day. Overall a wonderful experience. I am blessed knowing that my donation will help save lives.

This was my first time ever donating plasma, and the staff here made it such an easy and approachable process!! Joey, Janna, Deandre, and Tonie all had such a huge impact on my first experience. They were kind and straightforward, and made me feel very comfortable with something I was a little nervous about.Very professional and caring staff and a clean and efficient location.

Pretty consistent machines. Staff is always friendly and caring and courteous. The phlebotomist?s are all top notch. I have never had any issues with them at all. That said Mr. Burns is the one that stands out to me the most. He was the first one ever to work with me and we always have a great conversation and good time when he does get to me again. Thank you Mr. Burns for not scaring me off on that first visit and always remembering all this time later. I appreciate you all.

Customer service was amazing, everyone was really nice and made my experience comfortable. Everything was straightforward and easy to understand, they even told me exactly how the machine works. The only issue I had was that they didn't poke my vein properly and had to re-adjust it. It was very uncomfortable and made me feel lightheaded so I couldn't donate. They were able to take some blood before taking it out so I still got paid. Other than that, it was a very reassuring experience!

Everyone was very helpful when I was there even the donors helped. The staff is amazing they explained what was going to happen and why they do it that way. Everyone put me at ease and made it a very enjoyable experience. I will be back soon!

I had a fantastic experience at BioLife Donation Center! The facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff is professional and welcoming. Nurse Joey, in particular, was energetic, friendly, and personable, making the donation process smooth and enjoyable. The BioLife app is a huge plus?it's convenient for setting up appointments and managing account information with ease. And of course, getting compensated for donating is a great bonus! I highly recommend this center to anyone considering plasma donation.

We need you to respect the donor lines. Many people don't like to respect other people's time and they jump in even though they arrive later than you, like the dwarf in the striped shirt who often doesn't like to respect others.

Most biolifes are great but this one has a huge understaff issue. Normally it's a 15-20 minute wait in line before you can donate, but here it can be over an hour ON AVERAGE. Makes it a lot harder to justify, they just don't have enough staff. I got seated once and waited almost another 30 minutes before they could start my line. Not worth it

Ok I have to come back and fix this. And it sucks that I have to First was treated pretty crappy. I threatened to call corporate about it because it was due to my transition and everybody's inability to handle their feelings at work. But please don't ask questions about your health or you will be deferred. After reading up on this center I do see they hv a class A lawsuit allegedly due to donors info being leaked. Bio life never has enough staff to assist with heavy volumes of patients. It does not matter when you go you will most likely have to wait 4 hours in order to be seen and donate. Most of the staff are professional but there is an older nurse who is rude and not personable. If you wait too long in line they might ask you to leave due to the possibility of fainting because you don't have enough food in your system. I would highly recommend donating elsewhere, the money may be better but it's not a guarantee.

I went today and I was in and out in less than an hour. I have been a few times but the absolute best person I had to hook me to a machine was Bryan. He does a superb job and very kind. Thank you

I'm so glad I came to BioLife! I had almost decided to not donate plasma anymore after I started the process at a different center, given the center?s reputation and my experience there, but when I came to BioLife, the new donor process was very quick and simple. The staff was very friendly, made me feel welcomed, and was tentative to me throughout the entire process!

This center is hands down the best in the area! Joey is always so informative. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Extremely clean facility, easy process, the wait can be long sometimes but it's worth it because you're saving lives! So thankful to have found this place ??

It started off great here, but slowly declined. It's really a hit or miss if the person is going to stick you right. So many times I was stuck and they messed up and had to switch to the other arm only to mess up again. They do these sticks all day, you'd think they'd be pros at it. this is my second time coming where they could not find my vain and they are just poking around in my skin multiple times and it was so painful. Disappointed because my appointment was at 430 I checked in at 415 didn't get called back until 630 for the nurse exam (first visit), only to get told since I was pregnant in December (no longer am had a miscarriage and had to have an emergency d&c dec 11) that i can not donate until June. No where does it say that it only states online that you can not donate if you are currently pregnant and if that's the case you'd have to wait 6 months. I really needed the money for bills so this was very disappointing.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience as a new donor at BioLife. I signed up because of the $650 new donor incentive, but the process was completely mismanaged. On my first visit, they couldn't take my blood but still paid me $100 and told me to come back in 14 days. Great place to donate and the people are professional but like some of the other reviews, do be prepared to be here anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hrs. There is always new donors coming in the door which is great but they get to jump the line which extends your already long wait time just to get through vitals. Then once you go through vitals who take their sweet time, since there is usually only two, maybe three of them you go to a line that has 15 to 20 people waiting to get to a seat even though there are plenty

My partner convinced me to donate here at Biolife the other day. My time here was pleasant despite the hiccups I experienced, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout it. If you plan to donate definitely drink a lot of water the day before and day of otherwise it may be rough for you.

I did not get compensated at all for the struggle that i went through here. It took them a long time to finally get to my bed and hook me up. If you have only ever been to CSL, through out everything you thought you knew about plasma donation centers. BioLife is the complete opposite. The facility is so clean & nice. The people are so friendly & inviting. I don't feel like they look at me as someone in there for drug money?. (I e you've donated at CSL you know what I mean.) I went for my first time ever donating plasma, and the staff at the Pensacola location were just beyond amazing!! They were kind, answered every question I had, explained how the process works before doing anything! I highly recommend going here, I will be back!

Don't bother making an appointment, might as well just show up because it won't matter anyways. Expect to be there for a couple hours regardless. If you have an appointment at 1150, even if you show up on time, chances are you won't actually start your donation until 115 if you're lucky. I don't really understand why you'd have an appointment system if you don't stick to it. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone.

Use to be 5 stars. Literally just stood in the Screening line for an hour and a half,watching three people want to talk and have fun,and one that looked like they could care less to be there. One person took 45 minutes to do one donor screening. Since staff has changed,it has went to complete hell. Needless to say,I left. Been donating a long time notvonky here. Appointments for donating are not available. Appointments to stand in line for over an hour are available. No seating. Slow turn overs at the very limited number of stations. The promote quick process machines, but there is nothing quick about the process at this center. No chairs, stand in line, overbooked, unfriendly uncaring staff, small number of stations. Prepare to spend half of your day here, standing and inching along.

If your going in the am don't bother going. Today was the worst it has ever been, the shit down a whole section down 2hrs before closing and had 16ppl in line. Lots of rushing leading to mistakes.

Everyone here is amazing and super nice. The process was quick and easy, and I loved how everyone there was helpful. I have never donated plasma or yet alone blood before but they constantly made sure I was comfortable and it was refreshing as I was a bit nervous. I have already been talking to friends about going here and will continue to recommend BioLife to everyone.

I was happy. But mistreated for no reason and don't know if ill go back. I wrote them a complaint. No one got ahold but left an email to leave a review. So the place could be a good work space but a couple of bad eggs ruin a good thing. Also most important one of the most terrifying nights in my life was my family member almost died after donating at your facility.....

The staff here at BioLife were extremely pleasant to work with today. The process was about as easy and professional as it can get and the phlebotomist that helped me through majority of the drawing process named Isabel did excellent job if I could leave a five-star review just for her I would.

Of all of the plasma donation places I have donated at, this is the best by far. Joey is also one of the coolest people I've ever met and has always been very helpful when I've interacted with him.

They are always kind, welcoming, and even when they are overwhelmed with donors everyone is handled with respect and kindness.

By for the nicest and cleanest facility I have been in the staff was very attended and the doctor on site was amazing to That is an understatement. He was a very humble gentleman most of the time when you go dominate you feel rushed or that the facility is unsanitary and that is not the case hear awesome medical facility

It took over five hours for an initial donation. I have been donating for 10+ years and never spent that long. I also made an appointment for 2-Jan. I arrived 5 minutes early and it still took 3.5 hours for a normal donation. What is the point of appointments if your management allows the floor to get that far behind? The staff was all friendly but the management must not care about donators.

They didn't pay my friend there referral fee.they don't give saline.the last 3 times I was there the machine kept stopping . Great place to donate Plasma! The staff is really what makes the experience nice, they are all kind and explain the process thoroughly. Joey the RN was especially wonderful. The process itself of donating Book an appointment and donate for a good cause!

My family donates here and if your appointment time is 3 pm, you're lucky to get home by 11 pm. The first few times, ok, so they're backed up... But EVERY TIME?! If you are more than 15 minutes late, too bad, reschedule. If THEY take all night, it's fine. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The pay is average, but the time spent waiting is excessive. It's not worth it. They are SLOW. On average, my donation took 2 1/2 to 3 hours from start to finish. This is ridiculous considering that you have to make an appointment. No walk-ins. Appointments have to be made a week or two in advance or they are all full. If something happens and you need to reschedule, you're not going to get your second donation in the same week, meaning less money. They don't care about your needs, and they don't respect yo

I really wanted to like this place because the staff is great but the wait is absolutely insufferable!!! I arrived for my appointment at 6:15 and did not finish until 9:45pm. I have never in my life had to wait that long at any of the other centers in Pensacola. What makes it worse is that they make us stand the entire time. My experience as a new donor was rough at first and took quite sometime but the staff is friendly. Especially Joey. He made the experience much more enjoyable and helped me want to return for more donations. Definitely recommend if you have the time to spare.

Didn't tell me that I needed a blood test before I could donate again before I even headed out there 58 mi away. They didn't even call me because they had the wrong phone number on my profile and a phone number I have never heard of. I was in the parking lot when they canceled my appointment. Did a blood test draw only to go home with nothing!!!!!! I ran out of gas on my way back and had to wait on the side of highway 98 for 2 hours until a tow truck driver with AAA came and brought me some gas. Completely

The facility is very clean and almost everyone is nice. Bryan has been the best when it comes to the donation process. He is the nicest, makes you feel comfortable, and is the only one that doesn't have issues with finding my veins so I don't have to get stuck more than once.

A complete waste of time. I've been here twice and spent over 3hrs each time, only to be sent away for paperwork issues. Both of which could have been resolved the first visit and saved us both a lot of time.

The establishment is incredibly clean and runs incredibly smooth. Joey the medical tech was incredibly thorough and welcoming and seeing the way he carries himself, I know he will make a good leader here. He has a good servant leader mentality. Hopefully people higher up see this!

(Original post below) here I am back again after 9 months thinking that the new people on the block jitters are gone. Nope still takes an eternity. Go somewhere else, same money, same donation, but you don't have to spend all day here. They say that it only takes 1 hour after your first donation. That is false. I have been here several times, and it's nothing less than 2-3 hours on a good day. My first ever visit I got here at 4:30 and didn't leave till 9:45. Please hire more people or find a system/proces

Everyone treated me with such kindness for my first time! Getting my vitals checked was such a breeze, she was understanding and thorough! Joey made sure I was aware and made sure everything was good and I was happy. Facility was clean and staff was highly professional!

Plasma is so very important and can save so many lives with just a few donations, the more the better! Ive respectfully tried every plasma center locally and this has been one of the better experiences! The machines are much newer than any other center in town and the service is reputable! BioLife offers a scheduling system which on the surface seems convenient. The system is completely pointless as wait times seem to always be 2-3 hours from start to finish. I can only recall one donation that took less than two hours. If you work for a living, consider elsewhere.

Thought I would try one last time to donate here. Three times I tried. First time I waited 3.5 hours. They gave me extra money to go and come back. I left. Second time I waited 2.5 hours and had to leave. Third time I waited 2 hours to see the nurse so I could donate for my first time here. I can't wait any more. Please don't donate here. UPDATE: I had a really bizarre experience here today. Every 6 months youre considered a "new donor" and can do the promotions. I went online, and it said theyre paying $800 for 8 sales. It went down to $700 when I entered the location. I was just there and did this 6 months ago. This time they had me not go to my regular center for a week to come here. That cost me $125. Then I waited over an hour for them to harass me over a social card and something with my address on it even though I already gave them al

I like coming to biolife it's more convenient for me. Joycline is a wonderful person she always check on you to see you are ok. It's wonderful that she cares about the donors everyone cares about the donors but she takes extra time out to see if we need anything at all. She deserves a 100 out of 100

The people here were all very kind, and signing up was very easy. Spoke with Nurse Joey who was very easy to work with, and I could tell he really cared about the process.

Decent place, clean. Don't know why they have you schedule an appointment, say at 1230 and still takes two hours before you're seated. Looking at a good 2.5-3.0 hours by the time you're done.

Everytime I go it takes me more time than it's expected, and it's not even because of the donation process, last time something with the system and my personal info wasn't updated so I had to wait for the manager more than 30 min. The workers are nice but the nurses not so much
